In order to investigate the differences of volatile flavor components in different tissues of Crassostrea gigas, and reveal the source and formation mechanism of the overall flavor of oysters, the volatile flavor components in the adductor muscle, hepatopancreas, gills and gonads of Crassostrea gigas were detected by using SPME-GC-MS technique combined with the method of multivariate statistical analysis. The results showed that 18 substances were detected in the adductor muscle, 11 substances were detected in the hepatopancreas, 8 substances were detected in the gills and 6 substances were detected in the gonads. The main components in the adductor muscle, gills and gonads were aldehydes, and the main components in hepatopancreas were alcohols. A total of 28 volatile flavor components were detected in the four tissues, most of which were aldehydes, ketones and alcohols, etc. The clustering heat map analysis, screening of key flavor components and principal component analysis were used to compare the volatile flavor components of the four different tissues, and the results showed that there were obvious differences in the flavors of the various tissues of Crassostrea gigas, and the main substances that affected the flavors of Crassostrea gigas were aldehydes and ketones. The various flavor substances in the different tissues of Crassostrea gigas coordinated with each other to create the unique marine fresh flavor of Crassostrea gigas. The results of this study were of great significance in guiding the research on the flavor of Crassostrea gigas and the processing and utilization of Crassostrea gigas products. EPA and DHA in fish oil were a kind of functional factors with high nutritional value, which had positive effects on the cardiovascular and cerebrovascular health, the development of brain, the improvement of vision, and anti-inflammatory effect, etc. Therefore, the preparation of high-purity EPA and DHA has gradually become one of the hot issues of many researchers. Enriching EPA and DHA in fish oil by urea inclusion method not only had low cost of raw material but also simple operation, but the quality of the enriched fish oil was not high. The molecular distillation method could better protect the activity of EPA and DHA and improve the purity of fish oil. The combination of the two methods had the advantages of mature process, low cost of raw materials, and simple operation, which was one of the best choices for the industrial production of high-quality EPA and DHA. Therefore, based on summarizing the methods of enriching and purifying EPA and DHA in fish oil, the research progress of enriching and purifying EPA and DHA in fish oil by urea inclusion method, molecular distillation method and the combination of the two methods was expounded in this paper, hoping to provide certain reference value for obtaining the high-quality EPA and DHA in the future industrialization. Based on the survey, sampling and previous data, the SPSS and other software for groundwater pollution analysis are applied to study the regional geological conditions, spatial distribution characteristics of hydrochemical parameters, chemical types and chemical genesis of groundwater in Lianhuashan area, Changchun City, Jilin Province. The results are shown as follows: The groundwater is characterized by high hardness and high salinity; The average HCO3- concentration is dominated in the ions ofgroundwater; The mass concentration oftotal dissolved solids (TDS) is high with large difference between zones; The metasilicic acid and Sr contents in parts of Lianhuashan area meet the standard of mineral water, serving as the development potential area; The Na+ and K+ both come from the dissolution of rock salt and silicate rock; The Ca2+ and Mg2+ in shallow groundwater are mainly from the dissolution of carbonate; Cation exchange has occurred in the shallow groundwater. UPLC-Q-TOF-MS combined with network pharmacology and experimental verification was used to explore the mechanism of acupoint sticking therapy(AST) in the intervention of bronchial asthma(BA). The chemical components of Sinapis Semen, Cory-dalis Rhizoma, Kansui Radix, Asari Radix et Rhizoma, and Zingiberis Rhizoma Recens were retrieved from TCMSP as self-built database. The active components in AST drugs were analyzed by UPLC-Q-TOF-MS, and the targets were screened out in TCMSP and Swiss-TargetPrediction. Targets of BA were collected from GeneCards, and the intersection of active components and targets was obtained by Venny 2.1.0. The potential targets were imported into STRING and DAVID for PPI, GO, and KEGG analyses. The asthma model induced by house dust mite(HDM) was established in mice. The mechanism of AST on asthmatic mice was explored by pulmonary function, Western blot, and flow cytometry. The results indicated that 54 active components were obtained by UPLC-Q-TOF-MS and 162 potential targets were obtained from the intersection. The first 53 targets were selected as key targets. PPI, GO, and KEGG analyses showed that AST presumedly acted on SRC, PIK3 CA, and other targets through active components such as sinoacutine, sinapic acid, dihydrocapsaicin, and 6-gingerol and regulated PI3 K-AKT, ErbB, chemokine, sphingolipid, and other signaling pathways to intervene in the pathological mechanism of BA. AST can improve lung function, down-regulate the expression of PI3 K and p-AKT proteins in lung tissues, enhance the expression of PETN protein, and reduce the level of type Ⅱ innate immune cells(ILC2 s) in lung tissues of asthmatic mice. In conclusion, AST may inhibit ILC2 s by down-regulating the PI3 K-AKT pathway to relieve asthmatic airway inflammation and reduce airway hyperresponsiveness.

A rapid method based on ultra-performance liquid chromatography-tandem mass spectrometry (UPLC-MS/MS) was developed for the simultaneous determination of 37 mycotoxins having various physicochemical properties in grain and animal feed samples. The 37 analytes were extracted from ground samples with acetonitrile-water-formic acid (84:15.9:0.1, v/v/v) by 20 min vibration, and purified using a commercial MLJ-1 pass-through solid-phase extraction (SPE) clean-up cartridge. The analytes were then separated on a reversed-phase BEH RP18 column by a gradient elution program with 0.1 mmol/L ammonium acetate (containing 0.1% (v/v) formic acid) aqueous solution and 0.1% (v/v) formic acid methanol solution as mobile phases. The separated analytes were detected by MS/MS in the multiple reaction monitoring (MRM) mode via ESI+/- ionization. The results showed that the purification was completed in 1 min and that the 37 analytes could be separated on the chromatographic column in 15 min. The 37 mycotoxins showed a linear relationship within their respective linear ranges, and the correlation coefficients of the matrix-matched calibration curves were greater than 0.98. The average recoveries at four spiked levels (limit of quantification (LOQ), LOQ×5, LOQ×10, LOQ×25) for all the targets except fumonisins ranged from 80% to 120%, with the relative standard deviations (RSDs) lower than 20% ( n =6). The limits of quantification (LOQs) for all the analytes were between 2 and 40 μg/kg. The proposed method is simple, fast, and accurate, thus being suitable for detecting multiple mycotoxins in grain and animal feed samples.

Background: Complete thoracoscopic segmentectomy gained great attention with the high detection rate of early lung cancer. Electrocautery and stapler are most commonly used in dividing the intersegmental plane in pulmonary segmentectomy. However, few reports comparing the two methods exist; all of which contrapose an open approach because complete thoracoscopic approach is not mentioned. The aim of this study is to evaluate and compare the safety and efficacy of the two methods in intersegmental plane dissection during complete thoracoscopic pulmonary segmentectomy., Methods: A retrospective review of prospectively collected data was obtained for 58 consecutive patients who were treated by segmentectomy between September 2013 and March 2016 at a single center. The patients were divided into two groups according to the methods in intersegmental plane dissection. Thirty patients underwent intersegmental plane dissection with electrocautery (electrocautery group), and 28 patients underwent the same process using staplers (stapler group). Preoperative, intraoperative, and postoperative variables for patients were compared between two groups., Results: The operative time of electrocautery group was longer than that of the stapler group [(248.70±54.46) min vs (209.39±67.25) min, P=0.017]. Furthermore, no statistical difference was found between two groups in intraoperative blood loss (60.00 mL vs 65.00 mL), total drainage volume (445.00 mL vs 590.00 mL), drainage volume in first 3 days after surgery [(455.33±318.333) mL vs (422.32±194.95) mL], duration of chest tube drainage [(4.20±2.07) d vs (4.11±1.61) d], postoperative hospital stay [(6.33±2.98) d vs (5.89±1.55) d], and incidence of minor postoperative complication [16.7% (5/30) vs 7.1% (2/28)]., Conclusions: Although operative time was longer in electrocautery group than in stapler group, using electrocautery for intersegmental plane dissection in complete thoracoscopic segmentectomy appeared to be a very safe and feasible procedure compared with stapler.

Objective: To analyze the imaging features of osteopoikilosis and its diagnosis knowledge., Methods: The imaging data of 9 patients with osteopoikilosis were analyzed retrospectively, including 6 familial cases and 3 sporadic cases. In 6 familial cases,there were 4 males and 2 females with an average age of 28 years old ranging from 10 to 63 years. Clinical manifestations of 1 familial case were left knee pain and limitation of activity for 3 years, and other 5 cases without clinical manifestation. In 3 sporadic cases, there were 2 males and 1 female with an average age of 33.7 years old ranging from 25 to 44 years. Three sporadic cases had obvious injury history with following up from 6 to 12 months. All imaging results of 9 cases were observed., Results: The imaging data of 6 familial osteopoikilosis showed the multiple round or oval nodes within bone with clear margins, uniform density, different size. The occurrence of the hyperostotic spots preferentially localized in the epiphyses and metaphyses of the long bones, and carpus and tarus. X-ray features of 3 sporadic osteopoikilosis were similar to that of 6 familial cases and for 6 to 12 months follow-up X-ray features were unchanged., Conclusion: The imaging features of osteopoikilosis are relatively specific such as the multiple mottling dense focal within bone with clear border and bilateral symmetry, and the focus located on cancellous bone and the diaphyses usually is unaffected. The imaging is a valuable examination for the accurate diagnosis of osteopoikilosis.

In this study, a pot experiment was conducted to investigate the effect of clean organic materials i. e., biogas residue (BR), mushroom residue (MR), and bamboo shell (BS) on phytoextraction remediation of two heavy metal contaminated soils (collected from Wenzhou and Fuyang, which referred to "Wenzhou soil" and "Fuyang soil", respectively.) using a cadmium (Cd) and zinc (Zn) hyperaccumulator Sedum alfredii Hance. The results indicated that the effects of organic materials on availabilities of soil heavy metals were different due to different kinds of heavy metals, organic materials, and the application rates of the organic materials. Addition with 5% BR showed the greatest activation to copper (Cu), Zn in Wenzhou soil, and in Fuyang soil 1% BS had the highest activation for Cu, Zn, lead ( Ph) and Cd. Growth of shoot biomass of Sedum alfredii Hance increased with the addition rate of organic materials, and the plant dry weights were increased by 23.7%-93.0%. In Wenzhou soil, only 1% BS treatment had the best effect on Cd uptake and accumulation in shoots of Sedum alfredii Hance, increased by 22.6%, while other treatments were inferior to the control. For Zn, MR treatments were inferior to the control, while other treafments were superior to the control, of which 5% BR, 1% BS and 5% BS exceeded the control by 39. 6%, 32.6% and 23.8%, respectively. In Fuyang soil, for Cd, the treatment effects of 5% BS, 1% BR and 5% BR were the greatest, of which Cd accumulation in shoots exceeded the control by 12.9%, 12.8% and 6.2%, respectively, while Cd accumulations in shoots in all other treatments were less than that of control. For Zn, the treatments of adding organic materials promoted Zn accumulation in shoots of Sedum alfredii Hance, and the best treatments were as follows: 5% BS. 5% BR and 5% MR, exceeded the control by 38.4%, 25.7% and 22.4%, respectively.

CuBr2 in the multi-porous ceramic membrane can release Br2 at high temperature, which was employed as the oxidant for Hg0 oxidation. Hg0 oxidation efficiency was studied by a membrane catalysis device. Meanwhile, a reaction and in situ monitoring device was designed to avoid the impact of Br2 on the downstream pipe. The result showed that the MnO(x)/alpha-Al2O3 catalysis membrane had a considerable "controlled-release" effect on Br2 produced by CuBr2 decomposition. The adsorption and reaction of Hg0 and Br2 on the surface of catalysis membrane obeyed the Langmuir-Hinshelwood mechanism. The removal efficiency of Hg0 increased with the rising of Br2 concentration. However, when Br2 reached a certain concentration, the removal efficiency was limited by adsorption rate and reaction rate of Hg0 and Br2 on the catalysis membrane. From 473 K to 573 K, the variation of Hg0 oxidation efficiency was relatively stable. SO2 in flue gas inhibited the oxidation of Hg0 while NO displayed no obvious effect.

Objective: To establish a method for determination of the epichlorohydrin in drinking water by isotope dilution gas chromatography-mass spectrometry (GC-MS)., Methods: The internal standard solution D5-epichlorohydrin was added in drinking water sample. The epichlorohydrin was firstly collected by active carbon, and the adsorbent was then centrifuged at 2739 × g for 10 min to remove water. Finally, the epichlorohydrin was desorbed by dipping the active carbon in 1.0 ml acetone for 1 h. The desorbed solution was tested by GC-MS and quantified with isotopic internal standards. The detection limit, precision and accuracy of the assay were evaluated. This method was adopted to detect the epichlorohydrin in drinking water for 25 batches in a city., Results: The determination method of epichlorohydrin represented a good linear relationship in the range of 0.0645-3.8700 µg/L, the linear regression equation was Y = 2.828X + 4.91 × 10(-2) (r > 0.999). When the epichlorohydrin concentration were 0.0806, 0.3230 and 3.2300 µg/L, the relative standard deviations (RSD) were 7.9%, 4.7% and 3.1%, respectively. The average recoveries were from 95.7% to 98.7%. The limit of detection (LOD) was 0.015 µg/L, limit of quantification (LOQ) was 0.052 µg/L. The content of epichlorohydrin in the 25 cases of drinking water was under the limit of detection., Conclusion: The method is more simple than the national standard method, with high sensitivity, accuracy and good reproducibility, which is suitable for detection of the trace amounts of epichlorohydrin in drinking water.

Objective: To investigate whether the sequence of defibrillation (DF) and cardiopulmonary resuscitation (CPR), duration of ventricular fibrillation (VF), and New York Heart Association (NYHA) classification would affect DF result in intensive care unit., Methods: Ninety-three cases needing instantaneous DF were divided into three groups according to VF lasting time: <4 minute group (n=53), 4 - 8 minute group (n=24), >8 minute group (n=16), and each group was randomly divided into two sub-groups according to time sequence: the prior DF group or the prior CPR for five cycles followed by DF group (prior CPR group). The effect of VF time, the sequence of DF and CPR, and NYHA classification on success rate of DF were observed., Results: With prolonging VF time, success rate of DF obviously lowered [success rate of DF for VF<4 minute, 4 - 8 minute, and >8 minute groups were 83.0% (44/53), 62.5% (15/24), and 25.0% (4/16), respectively, all P<0.01]. When VF time lasted less than 4 minutes, success rate of DF in the prior DF group was obviously higher than that in the prior CPR group [88.9% (24/27) vs. 76.9% (20/26), P<0.05]. When VF time lasted for 4 - 8 minutes, the prior DF group had slightly higher success rate of DF compared with the prior CPR group [66.7% (8/12) vs. 58.3% (7/12), P=0.09]. When VF time lasted longer than 8 minutes, the success rate of DF in the prior CPR group was obviously higher than that in the prior DF group [37.5% (3/8) vs. 12.5% (1/8), P<0.01]. The success rate of DF was lowered in higher NYHA classification [success rate of DF for NYHA classification I-IV was 96.4% (27/28), 80.0% (20/25), 47.8% (11/23), 29.4% (5/17), respectively, P<0.05 or P<0.01]., Conclusions: VF lasting time and NYHA classification are key factors to success rate of DF, and the choice of sequence of DF and CPR depends on the lasting time of VF. For cases with the high NYHA classification, we should make some judgement beforehand and prepare some preventive measures.

Objective: To investigate the survival and prognostic factors in patients undergoing potentially curative resection of stage IIIA-N2 non-small cell lung cancer., Methods: Clinical data of eighty-nine patients, who underwent curative operation from January 2003 to April 2007 in the Peking University First Hospital and were pathologically diagnosed as stage IIIA-N2 NSCLC, were reviewed. The patients were followed up until death or the cut-off date. The overall 3-year and 5-year survival rates were calculated, and Cox proportional hazard model was used to determine the clinical and pathological risk factors and evaluate their influence on the survival., Results: The three-year and five-year survival rates were 51.7% and 31.5%, respectively. The univariate Cox regression analysis revealed five significant factors associated with prognosis: the arm of age < 55, T3 stage, lymphovascular invasion (LVI), multiple positive N2 station and the number of positive N2 nodes > 3 were found to be at increased risk of tumor-related death, and those risk factors were confirmed especially in the age ≥ 55 group. Multivariate Cox regression analysis indicated three independent prognostic factors: T3 stage, LVI and multiple positive N2 station., Conclusions: The results of this preliminary study show that T3 stage, lymphovascular invasion and N2 level (single or multiple station) are associated with the prognosis of stage IIIA-N2 NSCLC patients after potentially curative resection, and the characteristics of age < 55 and the number of positive N2 nodes > 3 may imply worse prognosis.

Objective: To explore the postoperative recurrence patterns in the patients undergoing potentially curative resection of stage IIIA-N2 non-small cell lung cancer (NSCLC)., Methods: A total of 63 patients underwent curative operation from September 2004 to December 2008 at Peking University First Hospital and were pathologically diagnosed as stage IIIA-N2 NSCLC. Their clinical data were retrospectively reviewed. The follow-ups were conducted to detect the recurrent lesions. The recurrence rates at Year 2-3 were calculated by the Kaplan-Meier method while the Cox proportional hazard model was used to assess the risk factors associated with recurrence., Results: The 2 and 3-year recurrence rate was 46.6% and 57.3% respectively. Only one patient experienced local failure. However, the predominant recurrence pattern was distant failure (27/28). As demonstrated by the univariate Cox regression analysis, 4 significant factors associated with recurrence and the arm of lymphatic or vascular invasion (LVI), number of positive N2 station > 1, number of positive node > 3 and involvement of subcarinal lymph nodes were found to increase the risks of failure (P < 0.05)., Conclusion: Distant failure is the predominant pattern of postoperative recurrence in the patients of stage IIIA-N2 NSCLC. In addition to LVI, the level of positive N2 station, the number of positive N2 node and the involvement of subcarinal lymph nodes are associated with the postoperative risk of recurrence.

Objective: To investigate the effects of transforming growth factor-β1 (TGF-β1) on growth controlling and the expression of connective tissue growth factor mRNA(CTGF mRNA) in urethra epithelium cells and fibroblasts cultured in vitro., Methods: Urethra epithelial cells and fibroblasts were cultured in vitro and identified. The fourth generation cells were divided into control group (cultured by cell medium without TGF-β1) and experimental groups(cultured by cell medium containing TGF-β1 1, 2, 4 and 8 µg/L), the vital force of cells were examined by MTT and cell counting, the expression of CTGF mRNA were examined by RT-PCR after 24 hours., Results: The optical density and cell count decreased in experimental groups of urethra epithelium cells and increased in experimental groups of fibroblasts with the concentration of TGF-β1 being heightened compared with the control group (P < 0.05). The expression of CTGF mRNA increased with the heightening concentration of TGF-β1 in all experimental groups of urethra epithelium cells and fibroblasts by RT-PCR (P < 0.05)., Conclusions: TGF-β1 can inhibit the growth of urethra epithelium cells and promote the growth of fibroblasts in vitro, it can induce the expression of CTGF mRNA in two cells above-mentioned.

Objective: To investigate the association of thiazide-sensitive Na+ -Cl* cotransporter (TSC) gene 1784C/T and 2736G/A polymorphisms with the risk of essential hypertension (EH) in a Han nationality population., Methods: A community-based, case-control study including 190 EH patients and 94 sex- and age-matched controls was conducted. Genotypes of TSC gene 1784C/T and 2736G/A polymorphisms were analyzed by gene chip technology., Results: The genotype (1784C/T CC, CT, TT:87, 88, 15 vs 36, 52, 6û2736G/A GG, AG, AA:167, 22, 1 vs 83, 10, 1) and alleles frequency (1784C/T C, T:68.9%, 31.1% vs 66.0%, 34.0%; 2736G/A G,A:93.7%, 6.3% vs 93.6%, 6.4%) distribution of 1784C/T and 2736G/A showed no significant difference between the EH group and the control group (P >0.05). Moreover, no significant difference was observed in the frequencies distribution of four haplotypes (P > 0.05); Logistic regression analysis of haplotypes showed that the risk of EH had no significant difference in the population with different haplotypes (P > 0.05)., Conclusion: The 1784C/T and 2736G/A polymorphisms of TSC gene may not play an important role in the etiology of EH in a Han nationality population. The studies in the future are warranted to validate our findings.

Objective: To observe the length heteroplasmy and point heteroplasmy in human mtDNA control region., Methods: The peripheral blood, buccal cell, and single hair shaft from 50 individuals and 16 family members, related in their maternallineage were analyzed by direct sequencing, and clones from 20 individuals whose mtDNA sequences have a T-C transition at 16189 nt were sequenced., Results: No point heteroplasmy were observed in peripheral blood, buccal cell, single hair shaft from the same individual, neither in maternally related individuals. Length heteroplasmy was observed in those individuals with a homopolymeric tract and the different clones from the same individual has different proportions of length variants, but the hair shafts from the same individual were very similar to the measurements made from blood DNA. No length heteroplasmy was observed between different tissues from the same individual., Conclusion: mtDNA sequences have a characteristic of high consistency and genetic stability, mtDNA sequencing is a suitable tool for forensic applications such as individual identification.

Aim: To establish a new chemiluminescent assay with high sensitivity for detecting E. coli O157:H7 in food., Methods: The assay was established based on the alkaline phosphatase (ALP) labeled anti-E. coli O157:H7 antibody, which reacted with an excellent chemiluminescent reagent, 3(2' spiroadamantane)4 methoxy 4(3''phosphoryloxy) phenyl 1,2 dioxetane (AMPPD) buffer solution and emitted the photons., Results: The sensitivity of chemiluminescence assay was 850, and the linear range was 1000-50,000. The intra- and interassay CV values (CVs) were respectively below 15% and 20%. The correlation coefficient was 0.9807 by comparing with the conventional counting method., Conclusion: The chemiluminescent immunoassay is more accurate than other methods in the detection of concentration of E. coli O157:H7 in samples.

Objective: To study the delayed effect on neuropsychopathy and its related factors after acute organophosphorus pesticides poisoning (AOPP)., Methods: Two hundred and fifty-seven cases of AOPP in the observation period were chosen to follow-up 2 months later from the 4 county hospitals in Shandong Province where the incidence of organophosphorus pesticide poisoning is high., Results: Nine cases of organophosphate induced delayed polyneuropathy (OPIDP) were found and the incidence rate was 3.5%. The occurrence of OPIDP were related to the need for emergent artificial respiration, and the degree of poisoning, and the kinds of organophosphorus pesticides (Ops). The positive rate of symptoms of peripheral nerves, central nerves and psychogeny except auditory and visual hallucination after poisoning was significantly higher than that before (P < 0.05). The patient's situation of health, economy and work became statistically worse (P < 0.05)., Conclusion: We found some had delayed effects on neuropsychopathy after AOPP which could debase the patient's life quality. The control measure should be administered as early as possible.

Objective: To examine the significance of alkaline phosphatase (ALP) staining in clinical characterization of malignant lymphoma cases., Methods: Fresh peripheral blood smear obtained from 238 cases of malignant lymphoma, including 23 cases with bone marrow involvement (BMI) 189 cases without BMI(NBMI), and 26 cases of lymphoma cell leukemia (LCL), were examined by ALP staining, and the results were compared with those of 40 normal control subjects., Results: With the gradual progression of lymphoma, the patients tended to have higher ALP scores, and the percentages of the subjects with a score higher than 250 in the control, NBMI, BMI and LCL were 0, 4.8%, 39.1%, 53.9% respectively, showing significant differences between the four groups., Conclusions: Increased ALP activity can be indirectly indicative of lymphoma progression, and ALP staining results may provide insight into the clinical staging and prognosis of malignant lymphoma.

Great promotion to the reproduction of white rot fungus (Phanerochaete chrysosporium) by adding natural lixiviums such as from wood, maize core and potato in liquid medium was found in this research. Incubated in the liquid medium contained 10 g/L glucose as carbon source with natural lixiviums for three days, the production of mycelium pellet reached more than 80 g/L, which was 5 times of without natural lixiviums. Incubated in the liquid medium contained 5 mg/L glucose as carbon source with natural lixiviums for three days, the production of mycelium pellet can reach 69.5 g/L, while the production of medium without natural lixiviums was very low. When the basic medium contained 1 g/L-20 g/L glucose as carbon source, the production of mycelium pellet in 3 days can only reach 12.5 g/L to 14.5 g/L. The media with potato lixiviums were easily contaminated and the media with maize core lixiviums were easily bulking, while the media with wood lixiviums were not easily contaminated and bulking. Medium with wood lixiviums can produce more pellet than other medium, endure contamination and keep better sedimentation capacity. So, wood lixivium is better additive to the culture of white rot fungi in liquid medium. Addition of the mixture of wood, maize core and potato lixiviums is of advantage to the production of mycelium pellet. The difference of the production in the media with different amount of wood lixiviums showed little in the first 3 days, while it expanded after 3 days. Wood lixiviums stimulate the growth of P. chrysosporium instead of supply organics which fungi need.

Objective: To evaluate the effect of operative selective pump-insertion into the tumorous target artery, postoperative regional infusion chemotherapeutant and immunizator for treatment the latter gastrointestinal cancer., Methods: The effect of operative super-selective pump-insertion into the tumorous nutritious artery, postoperative regional infusion chemotherapeutant and immunizator for treatment 88 cases patients suffering from irremovable gastrointestinal cancer was observed. Of them, 45 cases were gastric cancer, 31 cases were rectal cancer, 11cases were colic cancer., Results: Complete response 2 case; Part response 77 cases, 11 cases patients had received secondary resection after intraarterial chemotherapy. Non chang 9 cases; effective rates reach to 89.8%. One, two and three years survival rates were 86.4%, 30.7% and 10.2%. Average survival period were 21.5 mouths., Conclusion: Super-selective pump-insertion into the artery and regional intraarterial chemotherapy is an efficient way in treatment of the latter gastrointestinal cancer, which can delay the survival period of patients with tumor, and increase the resectable rate.
