Objective To investigate the prevalence of Hepatitis E virus (HEV) among blood donors in Wuhan urban agglomeration, aimed at providing data support for the development of HEV screening strategies for blood donors. Methods A total of 3 329 blood samples were collected from four centralized testing areas (Ezhou, Tianmen, Xiantao and Qianjiang) and screened at Wuhan Blood Center from January to December 2021. Among them, 2 737 were eligible blood samples with normal ALT (ALT normal group) and 592 were with elevated ALT (ALT elevated group). Enzyme linked immunosorbent assay (ELISA) was used to detect anti-HEV IgG, anti-HEV IgM and HEV-Ag, and Real-time PCR was used to perform single HEV RNA detection on blood samples with elevated ALT and normal ALT anti-HEV IgM+ blood samples. A two-sided Pearson’s chi-squared test or Fisher's exact test was used to evaluate the differences in the positive rates of anti-HEV IgG and anti-HEV IgM in different regions and ALT groups. Results The overall positive rates of anti-HEV IgG, anti-HEV IgM, and HEV-Ag in 3 329 blood samples from four regions were 21.63%, 1.29%, and 0%, respectively. [Objective] In the rapidly evolving landscape of digital technology, cloud computing is widely utilized in various industries including metro systems. To ensure passenger travel safety and achieve real-time acquisition and efficient analysis of large-scale passenger flow data, it is necessary to propose an elastic cluster cloud platform tailored for passenger flow analysis scenarios. [Method] The core functional requirements of the above platform are analyzed, and the architecture of it is proposed, highlighting the platform unique capabilities. Two deployment plans for the elastic cluster cloud platform are put forward for metro systems at different stages of development, and the pros and cons of each deployment plan are analyzed. Taking Shanghai Metro as example, the investment costs of the deployment plans are compared based on capability requirements. The alignment between the architecture of the elastic cluster cloud platform and the characteristics of metro passenger flow analysis business is also examined. [Result & Conclusion] Metro passenger flow analysis scenarios exhibit characteristics such as multi-system concurrency, high real-time requirements, and large data volume. The elastic cluster cloud platform can meet various demands of passenger flow analysis business.

Objective To investigate the effect of resveratrol (RSV) on enhancing hepatic lipolysis and lipophagy through perilipin 2 (PLIN2), and elucidate its underlying mechanism. Methods Human liver cell line HHL-5 was used to establish a cellular model of steatosis, and then the cells were divided into control group, palmitic acid (PA, model) group, siPLIN2 transfection group and RSV treatment groups (5, 10, 20, 40 μmol/L). CCK-8 assay, intracellular TG detection and Bodipy staining were adopted to detect the effects of different concentrations of RSV on cell viability and lipid degradation of the model cells. The expression of hepatic lipid decomposition related molecules and the changes of their average fluorescence intensity were determined by real-time qPCR, Western blotting and immunofluorescence staining, respectively. In addition, PLIN2 siRNA transfection technology was performed to verify the pathway of RSV promoting hepatic lipid decomposition. Results As compared with the control group, the intracellular TG content and the average fluorescence intensity of lipid droplets were notably increased in the PA group (P < 0.05), while the expression of hepatic lipolysis and lipophagy related molecules including PLIN2, ATGL, CGI58, Rab7, and LC3β were significantly decreased, with their mean fluorescence intensity and co-localization were declined as well (P < 0.05). After the treatment of 40 μmol/L RSV, the lipid accumulation of steatosis HHL-5 cells was reduced (P < 0.05), whereas the expression of lipolysis and lipophagy related molecules, their average fluorescence intensity and co-localization were elevated (P < 0.05). However, the knockdown of PLIN2 blocked RSV from regulating lipolysis and lipophagy related molecules and improving hepatocyte steatosis (P < 0.05). Conclusions RSV promotes the expression and interaction of ATGL/CGI58 and Rab7/LC3β through upregulating PLIN2, and thus enhances hepatic lipolysis and lipophagy.

Objective To investigate the prevalence and risk factor of hepatitis E virus(HEV) infection among blood donors in Wuhan. Methods A total of 1 302 serum samples (including 1 076 with normal ALT and 226 with elevated ALT) from blood donors were randomly collected from January to December 2021 in Wuhan Blood Center. Anti-HEV IgG, IgM and HEV antigen (Ag) were examined by enzyme-linked immunosorbent assay (ELISA). The IgM or Ag positive and elevated ALT samples were subjected to real time-PCR to detect HEV RNA. Multivariable logistic regression modeling was used to examine the risk factors associated with HEV prevalence. Results Overall, the positive rates of anti-HEV IgG, IgM, and Ag were 16.44%, 1.0% and 0.08%, respectively. However, none of the serum samples were HEV RNA positive. The prevalence of anti-HEV IgG and anti-HEV IgM was similar in samples with increased ALT and normal ALT (IgG 13.72% vs 17.01%, P>0.05; IgM 1.33% vs 0.93%, P>0.05). Multivariate analysis revealed a strong statistical association between age and HEV IgG seroprevalence. The Guided Acoustic Wave Brillouin Scattering (GAWBS) in fibers will be excited at a low optical power level, which can cause large impairments on high-capacity spatial division multiplexing optical fiber communication, digital coherent transmission and optical quantum transmission. For spatial division multiplexing optical fiber communication system, we theoretically and experimentally investigate the characteristics of GAWBS in the self-made uncoupled seven-core four-mode fiber. The results indicate that, the cores exhibit the significant differences of GAWBS characteristics depending on their distances from the fiber center. In future, the disparate GAWBS noise compensation method for each core can be utilized to achieve a high signal-to-noise ratio for spatial division multiplexing transmission with low error rate.

In order to solve the problem that polyester nonwoven are not antibacterial and hydrophilic as medical and health products. The antibacterial and hydrophilic effects of chitosan/graphene oxide on polyester nonwoven fabrics were investigated. Chitosan and graphene oxide were prepared on polyester nonwoven fabrics by layer by layer self-assembly technology using electrostatic adsorption. The K/S value, antibacterial property, moisture regain and tensile property of the polyester nonwoven fabrics were tested. It is found that the assembly state of chitosan and graphene oxide on the surface of nonwoven fabrics can be qualitatively analyzed by investigating the K/S value; the concentration of chitosan is 3 g/mL for finishing; the finished polyester nonwoven fabrics have good antibacterial and hydrophilic properties, and the breaking strength also slightly increases. Through this study, it can be seen that chitosan / graphene oxide can be used to finish polyester nonwoven fabrics with excellent antibacterial and hydrophilic properties by layer by layer self-assembly technology.

Micro layer of GO was obtained by micro adjustment and control. LiFePO4/graphene composite cathode materials were synthesized using a spray drying followed by high temperature reduction modification method, to improve conductivity of LiFePO4 with excellent conductivity of graphene. The structure, morphology and electrochemical performance of the composite materials were characterized by XRD, FTIR, SEM, TEM and electrochemical measurement technologies. The three-dimensional conductive network was constructed by graphene composite in material particles, which can improve the charge transfer rate of the interface of electrolyte/electrode materials and the electrochemical performance of LiFePO4. The results show that the discharge specific capacity of LiFePO4 without graphene is only 155mAh/g, while the discharge specific capacity of LiFePO4/graphene is 164mAh/g at 0.1C.The discharge specific capacity of LiFePO4/graphene is 140,119mAh/g at 1,2C,respectively.

The CNTs/rGO/NG composite lithiumion battery anode material was synthesized by thermal reducing, using graphene oxide (GO) and carbon nanotubes (CNTs) as precursors for a 5 ∶ 3 proportion. The morphology, structure, and electrochemical performance of the composite were characterized by scanning electron microscopy(SEM), X-ray diffractometry(XRD), Fourier transform infrared spectra (FTIR) and electrochemical measurements. The results show that reduced graphene oxide and carbon nanotubes form a perfect three-dimensional network structure on the surface of natural graphite. CNTs/rGO/NG composite has good rate performance and cycle life,compared with pure natural graphite.The initial discharge capacity of designed anode is 479mAh/g at 0.1C, the reversible capacity up to 473mAh/g after 100 cycles,the capacity is still 439.5mAh/g, the capacity retention rate is 92%,and the capacity is 457, 433, 394mAh/g at 0.5, 1, 5C, respectively.

Targeted therapy with epidermal growth factor receptor tyrosine kinase inhibitor (EGFR-TKIs) is regarded as the main accepted first-line treatment on EGFR mutation in non-small cell lung cancer (NSCLC). Although targeted therapy for the first and two generation of TKIs may lead to longer progression-free survival (PFS) and better tolerance for patients, the long-term treatment will inevitably lead to drug resistance. Among them, more than 50% of acquired resistance is associated with T790M mutation. The latest guidelines from the National Comprehensive Cancer Network (NCCN) have been proposed that the three generation of TKI (Osimertinib) can be used in first-line TKI therapy progress with detecting T790M mutations in patients. Encouraged by the treatment time of the median PFS up to 13 months and sequential EGFR-TKIs treatment which brought from the three generation of TKI, we also face serious challenges, such as how to achieve the detecting and the dynamic monitoring of T790M, the research progress, mechanism of drug resistance and subsequent treatment of the existing three generation TKI etc. This article will revolve around the above hot issues.

Radar coincidence imaging is a new method for high-resolution staring imaging. First, the mathematical model is constructed. Second, the theoretical error for radar coincidence imaging in the presence of noise is derived using the parametric imaging method. Third, the factors that affect the error are analyzed. Fourth, the sparse reconstruction algorithm is used to perform numerical simulations of radar coincidence imaging with different parameters. Finally, the effects of signal bandwidth, array configuration, size of the imaging unit, and target complexity on image error in the presence of noise are discussed. This study provides the theoretical framework for parameters selection and SNR requirements for radar coincidence imaging systems.

Background and objective Malignant pleural effusions are a common complication in advanced malignancy. Talc, bleomycin and the tetracyclines are the three most frequently used sclerosants. The aim of this study is to evaluate the efficacy and adverse effects of patients with malignant pleural effusions treated with talc and bleomycin. Methods We searched PubMed, Embase, the Cochrane Library, Chinese biomedicine literature database (CBM), CNKI, VIP, references of included studies for randomized controlled trials comparing talc with bleomycin for patients with malignant pleural effusions. The quality of included studies was assessed independently by two reviewers, discrepancies were resolved by discussion with the third person. We analyzed the data using Review Manager (version 5.0) software. Results Six studies totaling 224 patients were included. Meta analysis results were as follows: there was significantdifference in treatment success (RR=1.22, 95%CI: 1.05-1.42), recurrence rate (RR=0.31, 95%CI: 0.11-0.87) between talc group and bleomycin group, there was no significant difference between the two groups in case fatality rate (RR=1.39, 95%CI: 0.84-2.30), fever (RR=0.68, 95%CI: 0.24-1.94), pain (RR=0.22, 95%CI: 0.01-4.32). Conclusion Current evidence indicate that talc is super to bleomycin for patients with malignant pleural effusions in terms of improvingtreatment success and reducing recurrence rate, there is no significant difference between the two group with regard to casefatality rate, fever, pain, the results mentioned above still need to be confirmed by high quality, large sample, multicenter randomized controlled trial.

The greenhouse effect caused by CO2 is a global problem and CO2 capture technologies can effectively reduce greenhouse gas emissions. Among various CO2 capture technologies, adsorption has been widely used due to its simple process, high efficiency and low regeneration energy consumption. In recent years, the synthesis and development of porous materials with certain pore structure and high adsorption performance has become a hot topic in CO2 adsorption research. Porous organic polymers (POPs) are an emerging porous material with good structure, large specific surface area, excellent physicochemical properties and good adsorption selectivity making them one of the more cutting-edge adsorbent materials in the field of CO2 adsorption and showing great potential in the field of CO2 adsorption. In this paper, the classification, structural characteristics and the latest progress in the field of CO2 adsorption of POPs are briefly introduced, including hypercrosslinked polymers, conjugated microporous polymers, covalent organic frameworks and porous aromatic frameworks. At the same time, the shortcomings and complex synthesis conditions of different types of POPs are analyzed. In this paper, soybean protein based composite gel spheres were prepared by double crosslinking technology based on green natural macromolecule soybean protein and sodium alginate as raw materials. The composition and microstructure of soy protein based composite gel spheres were characterized by scanning electron microscopy (SEM), atomic force microscopy (AFM), Zeta potential analysis, Fourier transform infrared spectroscopy (FTIR) and X-ray photoelectron spectroscopy (XPS). The results showed that the soybean protein based composite gel spheres were porous nanostructures, and the Zeta potential on the surface of the gel spheres decreased with the increase of the pH value of the solution environment. Weakly alkaline environment (pH=8) was conducive to the adsorption of positively charged methylene blue dye molecules. Soybean protein based composite gel spheres have excellent adsorption capacity for methylene blue, and the maximum removal efficiency can reach 91%. The adsorption behavior conforms to the pseudo-second-order kinetic model and the Langmuir isotherm adsorption model. Langmuir model calculated that the maximum adsorption capacity could reach 596 mg/g. The soybean protein based composite gel spheres showed good regeneration and recycling performance. Background General practice (GP) plays a key role in carrying out the"Healthy China initiative", but the standardized medical quality evaluation involved remains incompletely established. The establishment of an appropriate quality evaluation indicator system for GP has to be settled urgently. Objective To evaluate the medical quality of GP in general hospitals of Chongqing, the medical quality evaluation indicator system for GP is established, and the indicator system would also provide reference for the construction of GP and the research work of Centers for General Medical Quality Control in Chongqing. Methods The evaluation indexes were formulated in February-April 2022 using the literature analysis method. Based on Delphi method, the indicator system was revised according to the correspondence consultation from 25 general practice experts of 20 general hospitals (including clinical residential training bases) in Chongqing. The final draft was combined with the suggestions of experts from the Center for Medical Quality Control of GP. Results Among the selected experts, men accounted for 64.0%, and 76.0% had middle or senior titles. Two rounds of experts' consultation responses were 21 and 20 copies respectively, and the experts' authoritative coefficient were 84.00% and 95.24%. Corresponding degree of authority above 0.85. After two rounds of experts' consultation and the suggestions of the quality control center, the medical quality evaluation indicator system of general practice for general hospital was finally established including 5 first-class indexes, 10 second-class indexes and 28 third-class indexes. Conclusion The evaluation indicator system based on Delphi method is of great significance for standardizing the quality of general practice service in general hospitals, promoting the construction of general practice service in Chongqing and strengthening the supervision of medical quality control center.

In order to understand the detailed information of SSR and SNP molecular markers in the transcriptome of Azolla imbircata under different nitrogen concentration stress, the SSR and SNP loci distributed in the transcriptomic data were analyzed. By extracting RNA from the roots and leaves of Azolla imbircata, the cDNA library was constructed and the high-throughput sequencing was performed using the next generation sequencing platform. The SSR characteristics of the sequencing data were analyzed using MISA, and the software STAR was used for the comparison and the SNP identification was performed by GATK. The results showed that: there were a total of 9009 SSR loci in the transctiptome group of Azolla imbircata, and the frequency of SSR loci was 30. 12%. Among them, the trinucleotide and mononucleotide repeats were the two most SSR type, which accounted for 43. 66% and 26. 41% of the total repeats, respectively. There were 439217 SNP loci, including the conversion types (282532) and transversion types (156685). The proportion of conversion types (64.33%) was significantly higher than that of transversion types (35. 67%). Among all the variation types, C/T had the highest proportion, accounting for 17. 33% of the total SNP loci, followed by G/A with 17. 01%. The transcription group of Azolla imbircata had abundant SSR and SNP loci, which could provide a basis for the study of genetic diversity and the genetic structure and differentiation, as well as the development and utilization of functional genes. 【Objective】Aiming at the problems of low spectral efficiency and limited system throughput in Optical Quadrature Spatial Modulation (OQSM), a Signed Optical Quadrature Spatial Modulation (SOQSM) scheme is proposed in Free Space Optical Communication (FSOC) in this paper. In addition, in view of the fact that the channel used in the performance analysis of OQSM is not suitable for all turbulence, this paper also adopts the Málaga channel, which is suitable for all turbulence intensities to analyze the bit error performance of the system.【Methods】First, the scheme divides the input binary bit stream into five parts at the sending end. The first part is used for constellation symbol mapping, and the last four parts are used for laser mapping. Then, the constellation symbol mapping is used to transmit the real and imaginary parts of the constellation symbol and its inverse symbol. The laser mapping is divided into two parts, the in-phase phase and the quadrature phase, which are used to activate the laser sequence mapping. Finally, after transmitting through the channel, the signal received and processed at the receiving end.【Results】Compared with OQSM, SOQSM carries an additional2log2Nt bits of information in the space domain within a transmission period. The upper bound of the average bit error rate is then calculated in the symbol domain and the space domain respectively. Finally, the upper bound of the average bit error rate of the SOQSM scheme is obtained, and the method of calculating the upper bound of the average bit error rate has good convergence. This solution greatly improves the spectral efficiency and transmission rate of the system, and has good bit error rate performance.【Conclusion】The Monte Carlo simulation results show that compared with Optical Spatial Modulation (OSM) and OQSM, the bit error performance of the SOQSM scheme is better when the spectral efficiency is the same. The bit error rate can reach 10-6 when the signal-to-noise ratio is 16dB. When the modulation order is the same, the bit error performance of SOQSM is better, especially when the signal-to-noise ratio is high. It is also shown that the simulation and theory fit well. In the Málaga channel, the bit error rate performance of the weak turbulence is better. In addition, different turbulence intensities have little influence on the trend of the bit error rate performance of the SOQSM scheme. However, with the increase of the signal-to-noise ratio, the influence will gradually increase. Therefore, SOQSM has better bit error rate performance than OQSM and OSM.

Purposes Rapid industrial development has led to increased levels of chlorophenolic pollutants in water bodies, which poses threats to ecosystems and human survival. Methods In order to efficiently degrade the refractory contaminant 2, 4-dichlorophenol (2, 4-DCP) in industrial wastewater, a Co3O4-coated carbon fiber catalyst (Co3O4@CF) with poor/rich electron-active centers was prepared by one-step impregnation method, and applied to the study of activated persulfate degradation of 2, 4-DCP. Findings The results show that Co3O4 is uniformly coated on the surface of carbon fibers with regular skeleton structure, and electron-rich cobalt centers and electron-poor carbon centers are formed under the Co(Ⅱ)-π interactions. Under the initial conditions of pH 3.0～7.8, 2, 4-DCP mass concentration of 50 mg/L, Co3O4@CF mass concentration of 0.1 g/L, and PMS concentration of 10 mmol/L, the complete degradation of 2, 4-DCP is achieved by Co3O4@CF within 20 min. During the process, Co3O4@CF can induce the transfer of electrons from electron-poor to electron-rich centers in the reaction system to achieve rapid reduction of Co3＋ and rapid activation of PMS. The characterization results further demonstrate that carbon fibers can not only at as carriers, but also participate in the PMS activated chain radical reaction through their structural defects, thus promoting the conversion of SO4-· to 1O2 and O2-· for the efficient degradation of 2, 4-DCP.

Objective: This study aimed to optimize the process parameters of fermentative Cynanchum auriculatum (CA) tablets to develop a new type of fermented product of CA. Methods: Taking complete slices of CA as raw materials, the process parameters of fermentative CA tablets were optimized by response surface methodology based on single factor experiments with sensory score and total acid content as indicators, and the antioxidant activity and amino acid content of fermentative CA tablets were tested. Results: The optimal process parameters for fermentative CA tablets were material liquid at ratio 1∶1, fermentation at 31 ℃, inoculation amount 9.6% and fermenting for 25 h. The sensory score was 89.33, and the total acid content was 0.726 g/100 g under the control of theoptimal processing conditions. At the concentration of 10 mg/mL, the total antioxidant capacity of the fermentative CA tablets alcohol extract was 2.05 U/mL, and the scavenging rate of DPPH and ABTS+ free radicals was 32.18% and 45.89% respectively. Test results of the amino acid content showed that the content of aromatic amino acids in CA tablets increased by 47.22% after fermentation. Conclusion: Fermentative CA tablets obtained under the control of the optimal processing conditions have complete morphology and structure, uniform color, harmonious sourness and sweetness, pleasant wine aroma and characteristic flavor of CA and high antioxidant activity, indicating the product has achieved the expected effect.

Background Traditional Chinese acupuncture has been widely applied for the treatment of knee osteoarthritis (KOA) with outstanding efficacy. However, recognized and unified outcome indicators remain to be absent, which impedes the translation of research into high-quality clinical evidence. Therefore, the establishment of core outcome indicators for acupuncture in KOA is conducive to enhance the scientific rigor, rationality, and feasibility of clinical research programs in traditional Chinese medicine (TCM) , provide higher quality evidence-based basis for clinical research. Objective To analyze the current status of the application of outcome indicators in randomized controlled trials (RCTs) of acupuncture for KOA, so as to provide a basis for the assessment method of clinical efficacy. Methods PubMed, Cochrane Library, Embase, Web of Science, CNKI, Wanfang, VIP and SinoMed were searched for clinical RCTs of acupuncture in the treatment of KOA from 2003 to 2022. Two researchers screened and extracted the characteristics of literature. The indicator domain, measurement tools and the time point of measurement of RCTs of acupuncture for KOA were analyzed. Results A total of 131 papers were included, with a sample size of 22 726 cases and 89 outcome indicators, which were classified into 40 (44.9%) items for symptoms and signs, 22 (24.7%) items for physical and chemical examinations, 5 (5.6%) items for quality of life, 5 (5.6%) items for psychological state, 3 (3.4%) items for satisfaction evaluation, 2 (2.2%) items for safety indicators, and 12 (13.5%) items for other indicators. Among the 131 articles, 23 measurement time points were included in the 131 articles, ranging from 1 hour to 3 years after treatment, 106 (80.9%) articles used "clinical efficacy" as the outcome indicator, 23 (17.6%) articles used safety evaluation and adverse event reports. Conclusion There are some problems in the use of outcome indicators in the RCTs of acupuncture for KOA, such as large variation in the use of outcome indicators, confounding of primary and secondary indicators, abuse of index combination, irregular use of composite indexes, inadequate safety evaluation, irregular measurement time points, insufficient evaluation of long-term prognosis, and failing to reflect the characteristics of TCM intervention of acupuncture. Future research should combine treatment based on syndrome differentiation characteristics of TCM, to evaluate the efficacy of acupuncture in the treatment of KOA by using scientific and reasonable outcome indicators. It is urgent to establish the core indicators set of TCM in the treatment of KOA, and to construct a standardized and recognized COS-TCM.

Nitrogen-doped mesoporous carbon（NMC） was synthesized using hard-template，and was characterized using specific surface area analyzer，transmission electron microscope，Fourier transform-infrared spectrometer and X-ray photoelectron spectroscopy. NMC was applied in the adsorption of Pb（Ⅱ） in two different tunnel construction wastewaters，and the effects of pH，reaction time on adsorption and its adsorption kinetics models and sorption isotherms were investigated. The results showed that the adsorption kinetics was best described by pseudo-second-order model，and its adsorption characteristics conformed to the Langmuir and Temkin model. According to the results of the experiments and characterization，Pb（Ⅱ） adsorption by NMC involved physisorption such as electrostatic interaction and pore diffusion and chemisorption like chelation with functional groups. The estimated maximum adsorption capacity based on Langmuir model was 493.5 mg/g and 603.9 mg/g，respectively for the two wastewaters. In addition，NMC could be regenerated and reused by treatment with HCl.

To study the important role of phenylalanine ammonialyase, as a key enzyme in the phenylpropanoid metabolic pathway, in plant response to environmental stresses, the genomic information of Arabidopsis thaliana was downloaded from Phytozome and the PAL members were further identified by HMMER, Pfam and SMART tools. The physicochemical properties, secondary structure and conserved motifs of nine PAL proteins were analyzed. The results showed that the secondary structure of PAL members in Arabidopsis thaliana was mainly composed of α-helix and random curl. Leu and Ala were the most abundant amino acid residues. There were 20 different conserved motifs in the PAL gene family of Arabidopsis thaliana, among which motif 6 containing active site ASG appeared in all PAL genes. The analysis of cis-acting elements showed that the PAL gene family contained many elements related to light response, hormone response, stress response and growth and development. The mRNA expression levels of AT3G53260.1, AT3G53260.2 and AT3G47660.1 showed obvious changes based on transcriptome analysis, and the corresponding tendency was verified by further real-time PCR. Therefore, these 3 genes might be involved in the response to drought and salt stress of Arabidopsis thaliana. Oversized coal blocks can easily cause poor coal flow, blockage, and coal stacking when transported on a belt conveyor. However, the differences in appearance and color between large coal blocks and ordinary coal blocks are small, and there are obstructions and stacking between coal blocks. Existing coal block detection methods are not precise enough to distinguish between large coal blocks and ordinary coal blocks, which can easily lead to missed or false detections. In order to solve the above problems, a modified YOLOv5 model is proposed for detecting large coal blocks in belt conveyors. The model uses parallel dilated convolution modules to replace some ordinary convolution modules in the YOLOv5 backbone network. It expands the receptive field, improves multi-scale feature learning capability, and better distinguishes large coal blocks from ordinary coal blocks. The joint attention module is added to the neck network to better integrate contextual information and improve the positioning capability for large coal blocks. The model uses the trained improved YOLOv5 model to detect real-time coal transportation videos captured by the camera, and links PLC alarms in real-time based on the quantity information of large coal blocks. The experimental results show that compared to the original YOLOv5 model, the improved YOLOv5 model has improved recall and average precision by 3.4% and 2.0%, respectively. PLC can operate corresponding indicator lights and buzzers to alert based on the quantity of large coal blocks detected by the improved YOLOv5 model. The improved YOLOv5 model is applied to actual coal transportation videos in coal mines, with a detection precision of 97.0% for large coal blocks, effectively avoiding missed and false detections.

The material composition, distribution characteristics of rare earth minerals and occurrence state of rare earth elements of Bayan Obo tailings were studied by polarizing microscope, automatic mineral quantitative analysis system (AMICS), scanning electron microscope (SEM), energy spectrum analyzer combined with chemical analysis and other analytical methods. The results show that the rare earth(REO)content in the tailings is 6. 42%, the rare earth minerals are mainly bastmaesote and monazite, and the gangue minerals are mainly dolomite, calcite, quartz, feldspar, amphibole, pyroxene, mica, barite and apatite. The intercalation particle size of rare earth minerals is small, and the dissociation degrees of bastnaesite and monazite are 55.07% and 50.47% respectively. About 95% of rare earth elements occur in independent rare earth minerals, and about 5 % of rare earth elements are dispersed in other minerals as isomorphism or fine inclusions. Based on the distribution characteristics of the above rare earth minerals and the occurrence characteristics of rare earth elements, it is recommended to use the classification grinding flotation process to realize the effective recovery of rare earth minerals. Background Gastrointestinal symptoms as a common clinical evaluation index require a universal evaluation tool, and the Gastrointestinal Symptom Rating Scale (GSRS) has been widely applicated in domestic studies. However, the versions used are not standardized Chinese versions and their measurement performance has not been reported yet. Objective To explore the measurement performance of the Chinese version of the GSRS, in order to provide an objective basis for expanding the application of the scale. Methods From October 2021 to March 2022, patients with irritable bowel syndrome (IBS), chronic enteritis and chronic gastritis who attended outpatient clinics of splenogastroenterology or gastroenterology in 45 hospitals (community health service centers), including Jilin Provincial People's Hospital and Beijing Changping District Urban Community Health Service Center, etc. The Chinese version of GSRS was used to evaluate the gastrointestinal symptoms of the included patients on treatment days 0, 3, 7 and 14. Reliability and validity analyses were conducted on the Chinese version of GSRS, and the paired Wilcoxon signed rank sum test was applied to compare the changes in the scores of patients before and after treatment. Additionally, effect size (ES), standardized response mean (SRM), and score change rate (CR) were used to assess the responsiveness of the scales. Results A total of 554 patients were included and followed up, including 127 patients (22.93%) with IBS, 244 (44.04%) patientswith chronic enteritis and 183 (33.03%) patients with chronic gastritis. The Cronbach's alpha coefficient for the Chinese version of GSRS was 0.896, the Guttman Split-half coefficient was 0.920, the Spearman-Brown coefficient was 0.926, the intraclass correlation coefficient (ICC) for the two retest results was 0.589, and the Spearman correlation coefficient was 0.662. The content validity index for each item ranged from 0.78 to 1.00. The content validity index (CVI) for the scale-level universal agreement was 0.73, and the average CVI was 0.96. Exploratory factor analysis extracted a total of three common factors with eigenvalues>1, and the rate of cumulative variance contribution is 60.721%.The validation factor analysis demonstrated that the data samples did not fit the initial model M0 well, and each fit index of model M1 is within the acceptable range after correction according to the modification indicator hints in the acceptable range: χ2/df0.900. Objective *To explore the differential gene modules and hub genes of major depressive disorder (MDD) by weighted gene co-expression network analysis (WGCNA), and annotate the biological functions of the differential gene modules. Methods *Based on the previous experiment of peripheral blood mRNA microarray analysis of 8 MDD patients and 8 healthy controls (control group), t-test statistical method was used to screen the differentially expressed genes between MDD and the control group. WGCNA package in R software was used to analyze the weighted gene co-expression network. The correlation coefficient threshold was set to 0.9 with βi =14 to construct the co-expression network of the gene dataset. The hybrid dynamic tree cutting method was used to cut the network to generate gene modules. Pearson correlation test was used to evaluate the correlation between gene modules and MDD. The gene modules with the strongest positive correlation and the strongest negative correlation with depression were selected respectively, and the top three genes with the highest connectivity in the modules were defined as hub genes. Finally, GO functional enrichment analysis and KEGG pathway analysis were used to annotate the functions of the two modules. Results *A total of 4 125 differentially expressed genes were obtained from 16 samples, and 9 gene modules were identified. The blue module (R= - 0.91, P=0.000) and the cyan module (R=0.76, P=0.000) were selected for further study. The hub genes of blue module were JAM2 (junctional adhesion molecule 2), SCRN2 (secernin 2) and IGHV7-81 (immunoglobulin heavy variable 7-81). The hub genes of cyan module were SCFD2 (Sec1 family domain containing 2), NR5A2 (nuclear receptor subfamily 5 group A member 2) and KCNMA1 (potassium calcium-activated channel subfamily M alpha 1). It was found in the annotation of biological function that the genes of the cyan module were mainly enriched in the embryo development, cell growth and immune and inflammatory response, while the genes of the blue module were mainly enriched in material processing and transport and infection. Conclusion *Two peripheral blood mRNA gene modules and six hub genes (JAM2, SCRN2, IGHV7-81, SCFD2, NR5A2 and KCNMA1) may be significantly associated with MDD. Objective. To explore the effects of computerized cognitive correction therapy (CCRT) on the cognitive function of patients with chronic schizophrenia and the effects on plasma brain-derived nerve growth factor (BDNF) and tyrosine kinase receptors B (TrK-B) . Methods. 162 patients with chronic schizophrenia from Shanghai Mental Health Center of Huangpu District were randomly divided into CCRT group and control group according to the random number table method. 81 patients in the control group were treated with the conventional antipsychotic drugs, and 81 patients in the CCRT group were given CCRT combined with the conventional antipsychotic treatment. The period of treatments is 12 weeks. The cognitive function by Repeatable Battery for the Assessment of Neuropsychological Status (RBANS), detection of plasma BDNF and TrK-B expression levels by avidinbiotincomplex-Enzyme Linked Immune Sorbent Assay (ABC-ELISA) were assessed at the baseline and at the end of the 12th week. Paired sample t-test was applied to compare the cognitive function, plasma BDNF and TrK-B protein expression levels in the baseline between the two groups, and the repeated measurements variance analysis was used to compare the cognitive function and plasma BDNF and TrK-B protein expression levels between the two groups after treatment and change within the group. The correlation between the improvement of cognitive function and the change of protein expression levels used a general linear model. Results. The CCRT group and the control group actually completed 77 cases each. At the baseline, there was no statistically significant difference among cognitive function, BDNF and TrK-B between the two groups; after 12 weeks of treatment, cognitive function (P=0.000), BDNF (P=0.007) and TrK-B (P=0.015) expression level was statistically different between the CCRT and the control group; for CCRT group, cognitive function (P=0.000), BDNF (P=0.002) and TrK-B (P=0.000) expression level was significantly different after 12 weeks of treatment compared with the baseline, but not in the control group. The change of BDNF protein expression level is significantly correlated with the improvement of vocabulary learning (r²=1.598, P=0.019), story retelling (r²=1.495, P=0.038), digital breadth (r²=1.855, P=0.004), story recall (r²=1.459, P=0.047) and attention function (r²=1.673,P=0.012). The change of TrK-B protein expression level is significantly correlated with the improvement of picture naming (r²=1.582, P=0.034). Conclusion. The use of CCRT in the adjuvant treatment of antipsychotic treatment for schizophrenia patients has a significant effect on cognitive function. There are obvious differences in P450 gene polymorphisms between the different races of mankind, and directly affects the metabolism and transformation of about 90% of commonly used clinical drugs in the body. The analysis of the Big Data Institute of the University of Oxford in the United Kingdom suggests that the primaquine drug, which is currently widely used to cure vivax malaria patients, is no longer suitable for clinical use. The reason is that more than 20% of patients with Plasmodium vivax worldwide have impaired CYP2D6 gene metabolism, resulting in ineffective hypnozoite radical cure for patients with incubation period in the liver. At the same time, 14% of vivax malaria patients have glucose 6-phosphate dehydrogenase (G6PD) deficiency, which leads to hemolysis. The two types of patients together exceed 34% of the total number of vivax malaria patients. As a result, the previous view that chloroquine combined with primaquine was not effective in curing vivax malaria patients was mistakenly believed to be due to drug resistance. Shanglin County, Guangxi found that African imported vivax malaria patients still had repeated attacks after repeated eradications with standard doses of chloroquine combined with primaquine, and the test found that the patient was caused by impaired CYP2D6 gene metabolism. Objective To investigate the impacts of dihydroartemisinin (DHA) on airway inflammation and lung injury in chronic obstructive pulmonary disease (COPD) rats by inhibiting interleukin (IL)-6/signal transducer and activator of transcription (STAT) 3 signaling pathway. Methods SD rats were randomly divided into control group, COPD group, low and high dose DHA (L-DHA, H-DHA) groups and neutralized IL-6 group. The inflammatory factors[IL-6, IL-1β, IL-17, tumor necrosis factor alpha (TNF-α)] in bronchoalveolar lavage fluid (BALF) were measured by ELISA; The total number of cells in BALF and the numbers of inflammatory cell types[eosinophils (Eos), neutrophils (Neu), lymphocytes (Lym)] were counted. The pathological changes of lung tissue were microscopied with HE staining and Masson staining; The expression of IL-6/STAT3 signaling pathway proteins in lung tissue was measured by Western blot. Results Compared with the control group, the level of IL-6, IL-1β, IL-17, TNF-α, the total number of cells, the numbers of Eos, Neu and Lym cells in the BALF of the COPD group all increased (P＜0.05); The lung tissue was obviously damaged, and the phosphorylation level of IL-6 protein and STAT3 in lung tissue increased (P＜0.05). After the intervention with L-DHA, H-DHA and neutralized IL-6, the above conditions were improved (P＜0.05). Conclusions DHA can reduce airway inflammation and lung tissue damage in COPD rat models, the potential mechanisms may be related to the inhibition of IL-6/STAT3 signaling pathway.

In order to study the influence mechanism of effective stress on permeability, the coal permeability test experiment under simultaneous loading of axial and confining pressure was carried out using the self-developed coal-rock gas adsorption-desorption-seepage platform. The mean effective stress parameter is introduced to characterize the loaded state of the coal body. At the same time, in order to eliminate the influence of the individual differences of the specimens, the effective stress sensitivity coefficient is defined, and the control mechanism and variation law of the effective stress on the permeability of the coal body are discussed in depth. The results show that when the gas pressure remains constant, the coal permeability decreases gradually with the increase of the effective stress, and its variation law conforms to the negative exponential relationship. With the increase of effective stress, the sensitivity coefficient gradually decreases, and it conforms to the power function relationship. At the same time, a mathematical model of coal sample permeability and effective stress is constructed based on the sensitivity coefficient.

Safety hazards such as corona discharge， burning， and flashover occur atop trees adjacent to high-voltage transmission lines， resulting in power outages in severe cases. The simulated charge and matching points in the conductor and tree models are configured respectively by the variable step-size method and finite element mesh dissection to study the electric field distribution characteristics of overhead transmission lines adjacent to trees. The charge simulation method calculates the electric field distribution of horizontally aligned 500 kV overhead transmission lines in the presence of trees in the line corridor. The results show that the electric field intensity above the trees decreases with the increase in the number and density of trees. As the trees deviate from the central conductor to the side phase conductor， the electric field intensity above the crown decreases before it increases， reaching a maximum value of 20.5 kV/m at a deviation distance of 14 meters. The minimum midspan clearance between trees and 500 kV conductors is determined to be 1.2 meters according to the average electric field strength of the shortest path. The method provides a reference basis for line corridor vegetation management.

Objective·To clarify the correlation between nitric oxide synthase 1 adaptor protein (NOS1AP) gene and Han Chinese schizophrenia patients, and predict the changes in the secondary structure of RNA and protein caused by variation of NOS1AP gene positive polymorphism. Methods·From October 2012 to December 2015, 333 patients with early onset schizophrenia (EOS) and 491 patients with non-early onset schizophrenia (non-EOS) were included from Shanghai Mental Health Center, Shanghai Jiao Tong University School of Medicine, and 901 healthy controls (HC) were selected from the staff of Shanghai Mental Health Center, Shanghai Jiao Tong University School of Medicine and the people receiving physical examination in the Physical Examination Center of Qingpu Branch of Zhongshan Hospital Affiliated to Fudan University through recruitment. The rs12742393, rs4145621 and rs1415263 polymorphisms of NOS1AP gene were detected by TaqMan probe. The Hardy-Weinberg (H-W) equilibrium of the three polymorphism loci and the allele and genotype frequencies were analyzed by the SHEsis online software. The optimal genetic model analysis was carried out by the SNPstats online website. RNAfold and DNAstar softwares were used to predict the secondary structures of RNA and protein encoded by the significantly different polymorphism locus. Results·The distribution of genotypes fit H-W equilibrium (P>0.05). There were significant difference in allele and genotype frequencies between EOS patients and HC subjects for rs12742393 after Bonferroni correction (P=0.012, P=0.039). Genetic model analysis found that the distribution of genotypes best fit the dominant genetic pattern (P=0.004). After the mutation of the A allele into the C allele for rs12742393, the secondary structures of RNA and protein encoded by the NOS1AP gene underwent important changes, resulting in the decrease in spatial stability. Objective·To investigate the relationship between synaptotagmin 2 (SYT2) gene and schizophrenia (SZ) in Chinese Han population. Methods·TaqMan probe genotyping technique was used to detect 5 single nucleotide polymorphism (SNP) sites (rs6427957, rs907697, rs12564274, rs10800856 and rs61820945) of SYT2 gene in 478 SZ patients (SZ group) and 474 healthy controls (HC group). HaploView software, SHEsis and SNPstats online software were used to compare the alleles, genotypes, genotypes under different genetic models and haplotypes frequency distribution between the SZ group and HC group. Results·The frequency distribution differences of rs10800856 allele and genotype were statistically significant between the SZ group and HC group, respectively (P=0.003, P=0.012). After Bonferroni correction, the allele frequency difference of rs10800856 site was still statistically significant (P=0.015), while the genotype frequency difference was not statistically significant. Under the dominant and additive genetic mode, the genotype frequency distributions of rs10800856 site were significantly different between the SZ group and HC group (P=0.004, P= 0.005). After correction, the differences were still statistically significant (P=0.020, P=0.025). The frequency distribution of haplotype C-T-C, composed of rs12564274-rs10800856-rs61820945, between the SZ group and HC group was significantly different (P=0.009). After Bonferroni correction, the difference was still statistically significant (P=0.036). Conclusion·In Chinese Han population, SYT2 may be the susceptibility gene of SZ, and rs10800856 site may be associated with the risk of SZ. [ABSTRACT FROM AUTHOR]

Objective · To explore the relationship between different dimensions of childhood trauma and positive and negative symptoms of schizophrenia. Methods · A total of 124 patients with schizophrenia were recruited at Shanghai Mental Health Center. Childhood trauma was evaluated by the Early Trauma Inventory Short Form (ETI-SF), and psychotic symptoms were evaluated by the Positive and Negative Syndrome Scale (PANSS). Pearson correlation analysis and Gaussian graphical model (GGM) were used to examine the relationship between 4 dimensions of ETI-SF and the scores of 3 subscales or total 30 items of PANSS. Results · There was a significant correlation between subscales of positive symptoms and physical abuse (r=0.29, P=0.000) or emotional abuse (r=0.21, P=0.024) after controlling age, sex and other confounding factors. All dimensions of ETI-SF were related to different items of positive symptom scale. GGM results also verified that physical and emotional abuse were strongly correlated with the positive symptoms in schizophrenia. In addition, the degree centrality value of active social avoidance was the biggest through the whole network. Conclusion · Childhood trauma is related to positive symptoms of schizophrenia. Ti(C,N)-based cermets are widely used in high-temperature and wear-resistant parts,high-temperature coatings and high-speed cutting tools due to their excellent high-temperature hardness and wear resistance,low friction coefficient and good thermal and chemical stability.However,Ti(C,N)-based cermets are prone to corrosion and wear under some harsh service conditions,which can result in the failure of parts.In this paper,the basic concept of corrosion wear of cermet was expounded,and the effects of carbide additives and binder phase composition on the corrosion and wear resistance of Ti(C,N)-based cermets as well as the synergistic effect of corrosion and wear of Ti(C,N)-based cermets under extreme conditions were reviewed.In addition,the development direction of the research on corrosion and wear behavior of cermets were prospected.

In order to obtain the stiffness-damping feature of cross-arm damping seat of special vehicles, the dynamic simulation model of cross-arm seat is established. The time-frequency responses on the level D road and different vehicle speed conditions（5 km/h, 15 km/h, 25 km/h and 35 km/h） are analyzed. With considering the weighted root-mean square（RMS） acceleration in criterion ISO 2631-1:1997 as an evaluation index, the ride comfort of the seat with different matching relationships of stiffness and damp are discussed. Furthermore, the real vehicle validation experiment is conducted. The results show that the seat vertical acceleration under different speeds has the non-stationary random characteristic. The seat vibration intensifies with the increase of the speed. Under different vehicle speed conditions, the first two model frequencies for the seat concentrates in 3 Hz～10 Hz, which includes the human sensitivity frequency ranges, inducing the poor ride comfort performance. Additionally, the simulation results agree with the experimental data, which verifies the correctness of the dynamic simulation model. The research has certain reference for multi-objective matching optimization design about the stiffness-damping parameters for the seat comfort of special all-terrain vehicles and engineering applications.

Objective To investigate the whole-process comprehensive case-management in continuing nursing care of discharged patients after radical surgery for cervical cancer. Methods Totally 102 patients undergoing radical surgery for cervical cancer were randomly divided into the observation group and the control group, 51 cases in each group. The control group was given the routine continuous nursing, and the observation group was given case manager-led whole-process comprehensive case-management in continuing nursing. The Short Form-36 questionnaire (SF-36) was used to evaluate patient quality of life after discharge form hospital. The patient satisfaction was measured and complications during follow-up were recorded. Results Subcategories scores of SF-36 including general health, physical function, role emotion, vitality, social function and mental health in the observation group were higher than those in the control group (P＜0. 05). Lower incidences of urinary retention, lymphocele, urinary tract infection and lower limb vein thrombosis were found in the observation, and there was a significant difference in the incidence of lower limb vein thrombosis between two groups (P＜0. 05). The patient satisfaction rate in the observation group was higher than that in the control group (P＜0. 01). Conclusion In continuing nursing of discharged patients after radical surgery for cervical cancer, case manager-led whole-process comprehensive case-management is effective to improve patient quality of life and satisfaction degree, and reduce the risk of complications. In order to study the flow mechanism of gas in coal particles, four groups of constant pressure adsorption experiments were carried out at different initial pressures, and the experimental data of cumulative gas adsorption volume content with time were extracted. Based on Darcy theory driven by pressure gradient and new diffusion model driven by the density gradient of free gas, two kinds of mathematical models of gas adsorption at constant pressure were established, and the adsorption process was numerically solved by VB program code, and the simulation data of cumulative adsorption volume content inside coal particles were obtained. By comparing and analyzing the two kinds of simulation results with the experimental data, it is found that numerical calculation results are consistent with the experimental data, thus verifying the accuracy of the numerical simulation. In addition, the key proportional coefficients in the two models with the change of pressure are different. The permeability coefficient is negatively correlated with the pressure, and the microchannel diffusion coefficient does not change with the pressure. It is concluded that the diffusion model driven by the density gradient of free gas is more suitable to describe the gas migration law in coal particles than Darcy's law and Fick's law.

Geological disaster effect of active fault zone is a major research area in the field of engineering geology and geological disaster. Located in the west margin of the Qinghai-Tibet plateau, the Ganzi area in western Sichuan Province has underwent different geological events, which have created its unique topography, special landforms and geological phenomena. The intensive neotectonic movements in western Sichuan have caused frequent, various, and widely distributed geological disasters, threatening the safety of human life and property and damaging social life and economic development. In this study, we analyzed the correlation between active fault and spatial distribution of geological disaster sites, and summarized the rules between their spatial distributions. It is considered that active fault is one of the internal dynamic conditions causing geological disasters in the Ganzi area, and it is closely related to geological disasters in space. In average, around the main active fault, there is 0.1 site per km2 within the range of 0~1 km, 0.05 site per km2 within 1~2 km and 0.3 site per km2 within 2~5 km. Geological disaster monitoring and prevention is urgently needed along the active faults, so as to provide basis and suggestions for reducing or avoiding geological disasters.

BACKGROUND There is a certain deviation between the on-site analysis results of hand-held XRF and the laboratory analysis results due to the unique technical difficulties in field X-ray fluorescence measurement such as roughness effect, uneven effect and humidity effect of samples. OBJECTIVES To seek economic, rapid and practical test conditions of hand-held XRF for rapid exploration of porphyry copper ore in practical work. METHODS Influence of test conditions, such as analytical time, sample content, test distance, sample dry humidity and sample particle size on the analytical results of Niton XL3t GOLDD+ hand-held XRF was quantitatively studied. RESULTS The results showed that, under the best test time of 90s, the determination limits of Cu, Mo, Pb, and Zn were 57μg/g, 14μg/g, 24μg/g, and 38μg/g, respectively, and the calculation formula for the determination limit was given. The field analysis test distance should be less than 5mm and the sample surface should be kept dry. The test method for bulk sample was the simplest but the test results varied the most. When sample was crushed to a particle size of 80 mesh or above, the stability and accuracy of the results were best. Considering that it took a long time to crush sample into 80 mesh, the mixed state of the sample after crushing was better strategy for field testing. CONCLUSIONS The practical application of core scanning in Qulong porphyry copper deposit in Tibet shows that the handheld XRF analyzer is suitable for in-situ analysis and can meet the requirements of rapid exploration and evaluation such as delineation of copper ore bodies in field, which can greatly improve work efficiency and reduce exploration cost.

The dynamic properties of the viscoelastic material have remarkable temperature-frequency effect. In order to characterize the dynamic properties of the viscoelastic material more precision,on the basis of the fractional constitutive model and the time-temperature superposition principle,the fractional time-temperature superposition model of the viscoelastic material with vertical factor（ VFTTS） was proposed. The DMA test was conducted on the viscoelastic material used in vibration control of engineering vehicle. The dynamic behaviors（ storage modulus,loss modulus and loss factor） under variable temperatures（-75℃ ～ 65℃） and frequencies（ 0. 5 Hz,1 Hz,2 Hz,3. 3 Hz,5 Hz and 10 Hz） were analyzed. Meanwhile,the master curves of the storage modulus at the reference temperature 5℃ are obtained by the VFTTS model and the FTTS model（ only with horizon factor）. The fractional standard linear solid model（ CFSLS） was used to validate the accuracy of the above two models. The results show that the prediction ranges of the frequencies of VFTTS model and FTTS model are the same. The superhigh frequency predictions between 1. 086 × 10-8 Hz and 1. 240 × 1011 Hz are realized. The relative errors of the two models are 6. 07% and13. 22%. In summary,the VFTTS model has broad prediction ability and higher accuracy.

Based on the systematic investigation, this paper summarizes the four important development stages of the prediction technology of mine gas emission in China from 1950s to now. It focuses on the basic principles, application scope, advantages and disadvantages of the source based prediction method, mine statistical method, gas geological mathematical model method, grey prediction method, neural network prediction method and combination prediction method. The main problems of each prediction method are analyzed in detail with the field application status. Finally, centering on the development goals of mine mechanization and intelligentization, three technological breakthroughs are proposed: improving the scientific selection of predictive parameters of source separation, promoting the modularization and integration of gas geological model prediction technology, and establishing information-based high-end fusion model, which points out the direction for future research on gas emission prediction technology.

Objective To explore the relation between abnormal functional connectivity of substantia nigra and impairment of movement and cognition in patients with rapid eye movement sleep behavior disorder (RBD). Methods A total of 22 subjects, including 14 patients with RBD and 8 sex, age, education - matched healthy controls, were enrolled in this study according to international diagnostic criteria. Unified Parkinson's Disease Rating Scale H (UPDRS H) and Hoehn - Yahr Stage were used to evaluate motor function. Digit Ordering Test - Attention (DOT - A), Symbol Digit Modalities Test (SDMT), Stroop Color - Word Test (SCWT), Trail Making Test (TMT), Rey - Osterrieth Complex Figure Test (ROCFT), Clock Drawing Test (CDT), Boston Naming Test (BNT) and Auditory Verbal Learning Test (AVLT) were used to evaluate cognitive function. The functional connectivity from left and right substantia nigra to brain region were examined. Results There were no statistical differences of UPDRS H and Hoehn - Yahr Stage between 2 groups (P >0.05, for all). In comparison with control group, SDMT (P = 0.001), ROCFT-copy (P = 0.013) and AVLT - N2 (P = 0.032) were significantly lower, while TMT - B test was significantly higher (P =0.005) in RBD group. Compared with control group, the functional connectivity of right substantia nigra to left precentral gyrus (P < 0.005) and right angular gyrus (P < 0.005) were all decreased in RBD group. Conclusions The results suggest that cognitive impairment occurs earlier than movement disorders in RBD, and there are abnormal functional connectivity from right substantia nigra to left precentral gyrus and right angular gyrus, proving that abnormal functional connectivity is the base of behavior disorders in RBD. The bidirectional transmission error method is a dynamic continuous backlash detection method based on transmission error detection. Aiming at the fitting error problem of traditional static hysteretic curve testing RV reducer， an improved hysteretic curve method is proposed. By changing the testing steps， the measured data can form a continuous closed curve， avoiding the measurement error caused by data fitting. Comparison and analysis of hysteresis curve and bidirectional transmission error method for detecting backlash， under the same torque， the former measured the backlash corresponding to a certain meshing point， while the latter measured the curve of backlash variation. Under different loads， the former measured the curve of backlash versus torque， while the latter measured the curve cluster of backlash， which not only reflected the fluctuation of backlash with meshing position， but also reflected the change of backlash with load. Tested with RV40E prototype shows that the improved hysteresis curve method performs well in static testing， but the difference measured by the hysteresis curve method is always within the fluctuation range of the bidirectional transmission error method. The experimental data show that the bidirectional transmission error method has a high degree of automation， the time is shortened by 25.44%， and the efficiency is obviously improved.

The gas occurrence mechanism of deep coal seam is an important theoretical basis to guide the safe and efficient mining of deep coal and gas resources. Compared with the shallow coal seam, the occurrence environment of the deep coal seam has the characteristics of high stress, high temperature, high gas pressure and low permeability, which determines the unique characteristics of the deep gas occurrence and the technical problems faced by the deep resource output. We systematically reviewed the influence of stress, temperature, pressure and permeability on the gas occurrence laws of deep coal seam, pointed out the shortcomings of single physical field influence research, and made clear that the multi-field coupling environment is the objective condition for the study of gas mechanism of deep coal seam, and pointed out the direction for the study of gas occurrence mechanism of deep coal seam.

To solve the problem of low gas extraction rate and gas concentration from the outside of coal wall, prevent external air from mixing with gas through pores and cracks in the coal wall to increase the concentration of gas, this paper proposes a method: spraying a solution material to the coal wall and forming a thin film with uniform and dense thickness, which can be used to seal the cracks on the surface of coal seam, reduce the permeability coefficient of coal seam surface greatly, so as to accelerate gas extraction and obtain higher concentration of gas. By screening and comparing various possible materials, and referring to the purpose and requirements of the experiment, the acrylic silicon modified polymer waterproof coating and JS09 polymer waterproof coating were selected. The properties of air tightness, strength and ductility of these two materials were studied. The results show that the polymer waterproofing coating modified by silicon acrylic acid meets the requirements and can be used as an alternative material for further experiments.
