Background The phase of undergraduate medical education is the starting point for fostering communication competence of students in Rural-oriented Free Tuition Medical Education Program (RTME), which lays the foundation both for communication competence training in the postgraduate education phase and performing effective communications with patients and their relatives, colleagues, and other health personnel in the career life of general practitioners (GPs). It is of great practical significance to explore how to improve quality of doctor-patient communication education in the stage of undergraduate medical education and develop doctor-patient communication competence of the RTME students. Objective To explore the role of the ladderlike communication skill course on fostering doctor-patient communication competence of students in rural-oriented free tuition medical education program. Methods A total of 259 RTME students of Grade 2019 were selected from Guangxi Medical University in September 2019 to establish Cohort 1, and 262 undergraduate medical students of Grade 2019 were selected to establish Cohort 2. From September 2019 to January 2022, the students in Cohort 1 were trained in a ladderlike communication skill course lasting for five consecutive semesters; from September 2021 to January 2022, the students in both cohorts were trained in a doctor-patient communication course. The final exam scores and process assessment scores of the two cohorts on the doctor-patient communication course were compared and the evaluation of teaching effectiveness and satisfaction of ladderlike communication skill course were investigated in the students in Cohort 1. Results The RTME students achieved significantly greater total scores for the final exam of the doctor-patient communication course, in which the RTME students performed better on the sections of case analysis and small essay, but worse on the single-choice question section compared to the undergraduate medical students (P0.05). Over 80% of RTME students felt satisfied or absolutely satisfied with the content, pedagogical measures, faculty, schedule and effects of the ladderlike communication skill course, and more than 60% believed it helped or absolutely helped promote learning interest, increase confidence to encounter difficult patients, and raise multiple competence, including empathy, doctor-patient communication, language expression, problem resolution, and team work. Conclusion The ladderlike communication skill course significantly elevates the effects of doctor-patient communication education in the phase of undergraduate medical education for the RTME students, facilitates the development of doctor-patient communication competence and other comprehensive competence. The ladderlike course mode is an effective measure fostering doctor-patient communication competence of medical students in medical education, and makes a useful reference for communication competence training for postgraduate education and continuing education of general practice.

Background Currently, there is a lack of clinical competence evaluation tools applicable of general practitioners (GPs) practicing in rural settings in China, resulting in the lack of researches on the clinical competence evaluation of GPs in rural. Objective To explore reliability and validity of an evaluation index system for consultation competency of rural GPs developed previously, and provide an evaluation tool with high reliability and validity for scientific and objective assessment of consultation competence of GPs in rural settings. Methods Based on the evaluation system for consultation competency of rural GPs, a corresponding questionnaire was designed, and points were assigned to each option on a 5-point Likert scale. From September to December 2022, GPs or assistant general practitioners (AGPs) who were working in rural township health centers in Guangxi Province were recruited as the research subjects by using the purposive sampling and stratified sampling methods, the questionnaire was distributed through a national web-based survey platform-"WJX" to them. Cronbach's α coefficient, split-half coefficient, critical ratio (CR) and correlation coefficients were calculated based on questionnaire data. Confirmative factor analysis was employed to fit questionnaire data and assumed model, and calculate three categories of indicators, including preliminary fit criteria (PFC), overall model fit (OMF), and fit of internal structural model (FISM), to verify the degree of fit and structural validity of the measured data. Results A total of 600 questionnaires were distributed and 366 were validly collected, with an effective recovery rate of 61.0%, 86.1% were registered as GPs and 13.9% as AGPs, who came from five cities, including Nanning, Guilin, Wuzhou, Baise, and Guigang, and 204 township health centers in Guangxi Province. Cronbach'α coefficient for the whole questionnaire or for every section was higher than 0.700, and Guttman Split-Half coefficient was 0.931. The initial first-order model met the PFC well; except for goodness of fit index (GFI), adjusted goodness of fit index (AGFI), and normed fit index (NFI), other indicators related to the OMF reached for the best levels in the modified first-order model. Apart from R2 for 9 observable variables less than 0.5, the FISM for the modified first-order model showed good effects. The initial second-order model indicated as similar effects on the PFC as the initial first-order model; the modified second-order model shared similar OMF with the modified first-order model; the modified second-order model was inferior to the modified first-order model in terms of the FISM. Eventually, questionnaire data fitted the modified first-order model better. Conclusion The evaluation index system for consultation competency of rural GPs shows high reliability and validity, which can be used for research and practical work on the evaluation of consultation competence evaluation of GPs in rural settings.

Background Training general practitioners (GPs) and improving the practice competence of "GP-centered" primary health care personnel are important directions of the development of human resources for primary health care in China. At present, there is lack of an index system applicable to evaluate clinical competence of GPs in the circumstances of primary health care in China, which not only hampers accurate identification of gaps in clinical competence of GPs, but also impedes sustainable improvement of the education and training of GPs as well as primary health care personnel. Objective To develop an evaluation index system for consultation competency of GPs in the circumstances of primary health care in China based on the original version of Leicester Assessment Package (LAP), so as to provide an index model reference for the objective evaluation of consultation competency of GPs. Methods Between May to August in 2022, a total of 15 experts were invited by using the purposive sampling method to implement the Delphi method by correspondence, to evaluate the importance, feasibility, and textual representation of each index in the initial evaluation index system for consultation competency of GPs. Analytic hierarchy process was adopted to calculate weight and combined weight for the first-level and secondary-level indexes. Results A total of two rounds of Delphi were conducted. The positivity coefficient, familiarity level, judgment coefficient, and authority coefficient were 100%, 0.77, 0.91, and 0.84 in both rounds of consultation; the mean score of the importance and feasibility of each indicator was 3.5, and the variation coefficient was 0.3. In order to study the corrosion problem of the CO2 in natural gas，the corrosivity of medium under different working conditions was analyzed based on the corrosion mechanism.Targeted corrosion test was carried out before material selection.The base and lining materials of bimetallic composite pipe were optimized and explored from the aspects of design and construction.Based on the actual application situation on site，a complete application framework of bimetallic composite pipe was developed.

Objective: To improve the detection efficiency of the aerobic plate counter, to meet the requirements of quality management system of the inspection and testing institutions and the application of laboratory LIMS system. Methods: It was used to continuously collected of colonies image through the GigE industrial camera, variable lens and multiple light sources combined lighting system, at the same time the Unet++ segmentation model was used for image recognition processing and colony counting. Results: The colony counter had the characteristics of high collection efficiency, it only took 38 s to complete the image acquisition of one plate. It only took 3~5 s to complete the whole process of image transmission and colony identification and counting of one plate, and it had fast data processing speed and good transmission performance. Compared with the counting method required by the current standard, the error rate of the counting result was less than 8%, and it had high accuracy of counting results and good repeatability. At the same time, it realized the automatic processing of the original data of the aerobic plate count detection. Conclusion: The equipment can not only carry out high-throughput image acquisition, automatic image processing and colony counting, but also can realize the fusion with the laboratory LIMS system, effectively improve the work efficiency. Meanwhile, it can ensure the data traceability, reduce the work intensity of the test personnel, meet the error requirements of the aerobic plate count method.

The effect of Mo on phase formation, corrosion resistance and magnetic property of LaFe11.5Si1.5 magnetic refrigeration materials were investigated by X-ray diffraction (XRD), scanning electron microscope (SEM), electrochemical workstation and vibrating sample magnetometer (VSM). The results show that the amount of α-Fe phase and La-rich phase increases with the increase of Mo content. Mo is distributed in both NaZn13-type structure phase (1:13 phase for short) and α-Fe phase, but it does not appear in the La-rich phase. The studies on the corrosion resistance show that the corrosion potential increases and corrosion current density decreases with the increase of Mo content from x=0 to x=0.2, which indicate that the thermodynamic stability and corrosion resistance are improved. However, the corrosion resistance decreases while x increases to 0.3. The maximum magnetic entropy changes of LaFe11.5-xMoxSi1.5 under a magnetic field change of 0-3 T are about 18.51 J/(kg·K)(x=0),16.24 J/(kg·K)(x=0.1) and 5.68 J/(kg·K)(x=0.2), respectively.

Objective·To explore how the two splice variants of oncogenic mutant KRASG12C, KRAS4AG12C and KRAS4BG12C, promote the proliferation and migration of human pulmonary epithelial bronchial BEAS-2B cells. Methods·The two splice variants of oncogenic mutant KRASG12C, KRAS4AG12C and KRAS4BG12C, were stably overexpressed in human normal pulmonary epithelial bronchial BEAS-2B cells by lentivirus packaging and infection system. Western blotting was used to verify whether the model was constructed successfully. Cell morphology was investigated by inverted phase-contrast microscopy. Cell proliferation was observed by the Incucyte Live Cell Analysis System. Cell migration was characterized by scratch wound assay and transwell assay. To investigate the mechanisms, RNA-sequencing (RNA-seq) was used to provide insight into the transcriptome of the indicated cells, Kyoto Encyclopedia of Genes and Genomes (KEGG) and Gene Set Enrichment Analysis (GSEA) were performed to identify differential genes and signaling pathways enriched in ranked gene lists, and quantitative real-time PCR (qPCR) was used to further verify different genes. Student's t test (t test) was used for comparison between the two groups. Statistical significance was accepted at a value of P<0.05. Results·Both overexpression of KRAS4AG12C and KRAS4BG12C induced morphological changes, including increased invasive pseudopodia structures and cell junctions of BEAS-2B cells. Compared with BEAS-2B cells, the cell proliferation was significantly enhanced in BEAS-2B KRAS4AG12C and BEAS-2B KRAS4BG12C cells. In addition, overexpression of KRAS4BG12C effectively promoted wound healing of BEAS-2B cells (P=0.000) and BEAS-2B KRAS4AG12C cells (P=0.006), as scratch wound assay characterized. And overexpression of KRAS4BG12C effectively promoted cell migration of BEAS-2B cells (P=0.033) and BEAS-2B KRAS4AG12C cells (P=0.048), as transwell assay characterized. Mechanically, compared with BEAS-2B KRAS4AG12C cells, cell adhesion molecules gene set was enriched and the mRNA levels of claudin 1 (CLDN1) (P= 0.000) and cell adhesion molecule 3 (CADM3) (P=0.000) were up-regulated in BEAS-2B KRAS4BG12C cells. Conclusion·This research first reports the differences between KRAS4AG12C and KRAS4BG12C in promoting BEAS-2B cells proliferation and migration, and the underlying mechanism. The oncogenic mutant KRAS4BG12C drives cell migration more significantly than KRAS4AG12C does, which may be related to the expression level of CLDN1 and CADM3. Our study provides insights for the design of KRAS-specific targeting inhibitors and individualized therapy for non-small cell lung carcinoma patients harboring KRAS4AG12C and KRAS4BG12C. The experiment was to analyze the effect of different levels of alfalfa and hay on growth performance, nutrient apparent digestibility, slaughter performance and serum biochemical indexes of meat donkey. 80 healthy 12-month-old hybrid meat donkeys with a weight of (188.21± 5.50) kg were randomly divided into four groups, with 20 replicates in each group and one donkey in each replicates. The donkeys in control group (group 1) were fed with 100% hay. The donkeys in group 2, group 3 and group 4 were fed with 25% alfalfa +75% hay, 50% alfalfa +50% hay and 75% alfalfa + 25% hay, respectively. The experiment lasted for 140 d. The results showed that the final weight and average feed intake of meat donkeys in experimental groups were higher than those in group 1 (P>0.05), the average daily gain of meat donkeys in group 3 and group 4 was significantly higher than that in group 1, and the feed to gain ratio was significantly lower than that in group 1 (P<0.05). The apparent digestibility of dry matter and ether extract of meat donkeys in experimental groups were higher than that in group 1 (P>0.05), and the apparent digestibility of crude protein, neutral detergent fiber and acid detergent fiber of meat donkeys in group 3 and group 4 were significantly higher than that in group 1 (P<0.05). The pre-mortem live weight and slaughter rate of meat donkeys in the three experimental groups were higher than those in group 1 (P>0.05), the carcass weight and eye muscle area of meat donkeys in group 3 and group 4 were significantly higher than those in group 1, and GR value was significantly lower than that in group 1 (P<0.05). The serum ALB content of experimental groups was higher than that of group 1, and the activity of ALT and the content of BUN were lower than that of group 1 (P>0.05), the content of TP in serum of meat donkey in group 3 and group 4 was significantly higher than those in group 1 (P<0.05), and the activity of AST and the content of TC were significantly lower than those in group 1 (P<0.05). The experiment indicates that the mixed diets in group 3 and group 4 can improve the growth performance, nutrient apparent digestibility, slaughter performance, and serum biochemical indexes of meat donkeys, and the recommended supplemental level is 50% alfalfa + 50% hay. To solve the issue that the traditional BP neural network predicts the amount of agricultural irrigation water, fall into the local minimum and select the appropriate learning rate with difficulty, this paper proposes an agricultural irrigation amount prediction model based on the genetic algorithm and the Adam algorithm to optimize the BP neural network in parallel. This model uses the global search characteristics of genetic algorithm to prescreen the BP neural network with initial weights and thresholds, and then uses Adam algorithm to realize the learning rate adaptation to the constant update of the parameter gradient. The meteorological data of 7 typical irrigation areas in the Long- zhong Area of the Yellow River Basin and the measured irrigation data of corn are collected to train the model. At the same time, it is compared with the network model under the traditional GD method, GA method, and Adam method. The results show that the GA-Adam model reaches the preset accuracy only when the training times are 67 times and the training duration is 0.403 s; and the RMSE and MAE of the predicted value and expected value of the GA-Adam model are the smallest: 54.73 and 47.76 respectively. Background Paroxysmal kinesigenic dyskinesia (PKD) is a rare involuntary movement disorder characterized by transient and recurrent dystonic or choreoathetoid attacks triggered by sudden voluntary movements. Since 2011, progress in genetics and pathophysiology has been made. Our study aimed to investigate and analyze the characteristics of social behavior, quality of life and related factors in patients with PKD in China. Methods A cross - sectional study was conducted regarding health - related behaviors in 188 patients with PKD by using the Chinese Version of Symptom Check List-90 (SCL-90) and World Health Organization Quality of Life - 100 (WHOQoL - 100) questionnaires. Psychometric symptoms, mental health, quality of life and related factors were all investigated and analyzed. Results A total of 120 valid questionnaires were statistically analyzed. Compared with Chinese norm, patients with PKD showed significantly higher scores in global severity index (GSI, P = 0.000) and SCL-90 scores (somatization, obsessive - compulsive, interpersonal sensitivity, depression, anxiety, hostility, phobic anxiety, paranoid ideation, psychoticism; P = 0.000, for all). Patients with PKD also showed significantly lower scores than Chinese norm in general quality of life (P = 0.000) and four domains of WHOQoL - 100 (physiological domain, psychological domain, independence domain, social relationship domain; P = 0.000, for all). Pearson and partial correlation analysis showed that quality of life of PKD patients was in positive correaltion with complex PKD and remission (P = 0.016, 0.000), while was in negative correaltion with somatization, obsessive - compulsive, interpersonal sensitivity, depression, anxiety, hostility, phobic anxiety, paranoid ideation and psychoticism (P = 0.000, for all). The results of multiple linear regresssion analysis showed that lower quality of life was in association with remission (P = 0.024) and depression (P = 0.000). The degree of impact was R2 value 0.423 for remission and R2 value 0.398 for depression. Conclusions The prevalence of psychometric symptoms and poor quality of life in PKD patients were studied and the efforts to recognize and detect comorbid interictal psychological distress were important, especially for the patients with higher depression score and without remission trend. Abscisic acid (ABA) and Jasmonic acid (JA) play an important role in inducing the stress-resistance of plants. In this study, parts of the needles on a ring of Pinus massoniana seedling shoots were subjected to 4 hours Dendrolimus punctatus feeding or 4 hours fumigation with 10 μmol · L-1 of methyl jasmonate (MeJA) or terpenes, and the ABA and JA contents in treated needles, untreated neighboring sister needles, and untreated needles above and below the ring were determined by GC/MS. An obvious increase of ABA and JA contents was observed in all of the needles, whether they were treated or not, illustrating that ABA and JA were the vital signaling molecules in the wound signal transduction pathway, and participated in the formation of systematic resistance of P. massoniana seedlings. As in most social interactions, affective and referential goals are essential in doctor-patient communication: doctors need to establish a trusting relationship with patients so that they can collect holistic health information from them. Although good rapport should be established early in the greeting stage of the medical interview, exactly how doctors' greetings facilitate patient participation has not yet been fully explored. By examining 44 triadic medical encounters among doctors, elderly patients, and patient companions collected in a teaching hospital in southern Taiwan, we examine three research questions. First of all, what greeting topics are commonly observed? Among these topics, which ones encourage more verbal participation from patients? And, how do they achieve this goal in terms of discourse structure and under the context of Taiwanese geriatric interaction? Three categories of doctors' greeting topics were identified according to the average number of syllables they elicited in response from patients' response: greetings with low response (eliciting 0.46 syllables), mid-response greetings (eliciting 4.8 syllables), and high-response greetings (eliciting 41.1 syllables). We find that low- and mid-response greetings dealing mainly with topics related to the preparatory sequences of the interview, such as seating arrangements and name exchanges (low-response), and the patients' hearing ability or language background (mid-response). High-response greetings, such as those touching on a patient's occupation or medical history, are social-relational (Coupland 1994). These topics extend the conversation structure by developing subtopics and establishing `grounding' (Paek and Horvitz 2000), i.e., background knowledge between doctors and patients. The patient is the expert on, and has exclusive access to, his/her social-relational aspects. We argue that it is the patient who holds the key to high participation and extensibility of topics. Other high-response greeting topics, such as the patient's age and the patient's companions, reflect the unique and complicated relationships between age and health status (Coupland et al. 1991, Giles et al. 1994) and between patients and caregivers. Since social-relational information is as important as biophysical information in evaluating a patient's health, we suggest that doctors facilitate the use of social-relational topics at the greeting stage. Trade-off analysis is a key link of quantitative requirement determination of reliability/maintainability/supportability/testability ( RMST ) in the process of armored vehicle demonstration, but an effective method is absent. A method to balance RMST of armored vehicle based on system effectiveness is proposed. Based on the operation and management conditions of armored vehicle, an armored vehicle system effectiveness model is set up, which is made up of three parts, including operational readiness, battle dependability and capability. Two kinds of methods are proposed for the trade-off analysis of RMST, which are trade-off analysis methods based on comparison and sensitivity, respectively. Objective: To observe the clinical characteristics and impact on mortality of carbapenem-resistant Pseudomonas aeruginosa (CRPA) colonized or infected patients with hematological disorders in order to provide evidence for the prevention and treatment of CRPA., Methods: The patients who were colonized or infected with CRPA in the Department of Hematology of The First Affiliated Hospital of Zhejiang Chinese Medical University from January 2020 to March 2021 were selected as the research subjects, the clinical data such as hospitalization time, primary disease treatment regimen, granulocyte count, previous infection and antibiotic regimen of these patients were analyzed, meanwhile, antibiotic regimen and efficacy during CRPA infection, 30-day and long-term survival were also analyzed., Results: A total of 59 patients were included in this study, and divided into CRPA infection group (43 cases) and CRPA colonization group (16 cases). Univariate logistic regression analysis showed that ECOG score ( P =0.003), agranulocytosis ( P <0.001), and exposure to upper than 3 rd generations of cephalosporins and tigecycline within 30 days ( P =0.035, P =0.017) were the high-risk factors for CRPA infection. Multivariate logistic regression analysis showed that ECOG score of 3/4 ( OR =10.815, 95% CI : 1.260-92.820, P =0.030) and agranulocytosis ( OR =13.82, 95% CI : 2.243-85.176, P =0.005) were independent risk factors for CRPA infection. There was a statistically significant difference in cumulative survival rate between CRPA colonization group and CRPA infection group ( χ 2 =14.134, P < 0.001). Kaplan-Meier survival analysis showed that the influencing factors of 30-day survival in patients with CRPA infection were agranulocytosis ( P =0.022), soft tissue infection ( P =0.03), and time of hospitalization before CRPA infection ( P =0.041). Cox regression analysis showed that agranulocytosis was an independent risk factor affecting 30-day survival of patients with CRPA infection ( HR =3.229, 95% CI :1.093-3.548, P =0.034)., Conclusions: Patients with hematological disorders have high mortality and poor prognosis after CRPA infection. Bloodstream infection and soft tissue infection are the main causes of death. Patients with high suspicion of CRPA infection and high-risk should be treated as soon as possible.

Objective: To investigate the feasibility and effectiveness of "tail compression fixation+suture bridge" technology under shoulder arthroscopy for treating primary tear in medial enthesis of rotator cuff., Methods: The clinical data of 11 patients with primary tear in medial enthesis of rotator cuff who met the selection criteria between October 2020 and October 2022 were retrospectively analyzed, including 3 males and 8 females, aged 39-79 years, with an average of 61.0 years. Rotator cuff injury was caused by traumatic fall in 8 cases, and the time from injury to admission was 1-4 months, with an average of 2.0 months; the remaining 3 cases had no obvious inducement. The active range of motion of the affected shoulder was limited, with an active forward flexion range of motion of (64.1±10.9)°, abduction of (78.1±6.4)°, internal rotation of (48.2±6.6)°, and external rotation of (41.8±10.5)°; 5 cases had shoulder stiffness. The preoperative visual analogue scale (VAS) score was 7.8±0.8 and the American Society of Shoulder and Elbow Surgeons (ASES) score was 23.9±6.4. The patients were treated with "tail compression fixation+suture bridge" technology under shoulder arthroscopy, and the pain and functional recovery were evaluated by VAS score, ASES score, and active range of motion of shoulder joint at last follow-up; MRI was performed after operation, and the integrity of rotator cuff was evaluated by Sugaya classification system., Results: All the 11 patients were followed up 2-22 months, with an average of 13.5 months. All incisions healed by first intention, and there was no complication such as infection, rotator cuff re-tear, and anchor falling off. At last follow-up, the VAS score was 0.8±0.7 and the ASES score was 93.5±4.2, which significantly improved when compared with those before operation ( P <0.05). All 11 patients had no significant swelling in the shoulders, and the active range of motion was (165.1±8.8)° in flexion, (75.3±8.4)° in abduction, (56.6±5.5)° in internal rotation, and (51.8±4.0)° in external rotation, which significantly improved when compared with those before operation ( P <0.05). Shoulder MRI showed adequate tendon thickness and good continuity in 9 cases, including 4 cases with partial high signal area; and 2 cases with inadequate tendon thickness but high continuity and partial high signal area. According to Sugaya classification system, there were 4 cases of type 1 (36.4%), 5 cases of type 2 (45.5%), and 2 cases of type 3 (18.1%)., Conclusion: For the patients with primary tear in medial enthesis of rotator cuff, the "tail compression fixation+suture bridge" technology under shoulder arthroscopy is simple and effective.

Objective: To investigate the clinical effect of aconite-isolated moxibustion at Yongquan (KI 1) combined with rivaroxaban for lower extremity venous thrombosis after total knee arthroplasty and the influence on hypercoagulation., Methods: Seventy-three patients of knee osteoarthritis with lower extremity venous thrombosis after total knee arthroplasty (KOA) were randomly divided into an observation group (37 cases, 2 cases dropped off) and a control group (36 cases, 1 case dropped off). The patients in the control group took orally rivaroxaban tablets, 10 mg a time, once a day. On the basis of the treatment as the control group, the aconite-isolated moxibustion was applied to Yongquan (KI 1) for the patients of the observation group, once daily and 3 moxa cones were used in each treatment. The duration of treatment was 14 days in both groups. Before treatment and 14 days into treatment, the ultrasonic B test was adopted to determine the conditions of lower extremity venous thrombosis in the two groups. Before treatment, 7 and 14 days into treatment, the coagulation indexes (platelet [PLT], prothrombin time [PT], activated partial prothrombin time [APTT], fibrinogen [Fib] and D-dimer[D-D]), the blood flow velocity of the deep femoral vein and the circumference of the affected side were compared between the two groups separately, and the clinical effect was evaluated., Results: Fourteen days into treatment, the venous thrombosis of the lower extremity was relieved in both groups ( P <0.05), and that of the observation group was better than the control group ( P <0.05). Seven days into treatment, the blood flow velocity of the deep femoral vein was increased compared with that before treatment in the observation group ( P <0.05), and the blood flow rate in the observation group was higher than that in the control group ( P <0.05). Fourteen days into treatment, PT, APTT and the blood flow velocity of the deep femoral vein were increased in the two groups compared with those before treatment ( P <0.05); and PLT, Fib, D-D and the circumference of the limb (knee joint, 10 cm above the patella and 10 cm below the patella) were all reduced in the two groups ( P <0.05). Compared with the control group 14 days into treatment, the blood flow velocity of the deep femoral vein was higher ( P <0.05), PLT, Fib, D-D and the circumference of the limb (knee joint, 10 cm above the patella and 10 cm below the patella) were all lower in the observation group ( P <0.05). The total effective rate was 97.1% (34/35) in the observation group, higher than 85.7% (30/35) in the control group ( P <0.05)., Conclusion: Aconite-isolated moxibustion at Yongquan (KI 1) combined with rivaroxaban can effectively treat lower extremity venous thrombosis after total knee arthroplasty, relieve hypercoagulation, accelerate the blood flow velocity and alleviate swelling of the lower extremity in the patients with knee osteoarthritis.

Objective To investigate the effect of over-expression of nudix hydrolase 21 (NUDT21) on the proliferation of colon cancer HCT-116 cells and its mechanism. Methods The NUDT21 over-expression plasmid was constructed by Gibson assembly. The colony formation assay and CCK-8 assay were used to detect cell proliferation. The cell cycle of HCT-116 cells was detected by flow cytometry. Western blot was performed to detect the expressions of P53, cyclin-dependent kinase 2 (CDK2), phosphorylated retinoblastoma protein at serine 780 (p-Rb-Ser780), and p-Rb-Ser608. Results The sequencing results showed that the NUDT21 over-expression plasmid was successfully constructed. After the NUDT21 over-expression plasmid was transfected into HCT-116 cells, the expressions of NUDT21 mRNA and protein in the cells were significantly increased. The over-expression of NUDT21 inhibited the proliferation of HCT-116 cells and arrested the cell cycle in G0/G1 phase. The expressions of CDK2, p-Rb-Ser608, and p-Rb-Ser780 proteins decreased while the expression of P53 protein increased. Conclusion Over-expression of NUDT21 inhibits the proliferation of HCT-116 cells by blocking P53/CDK2/Rb signal pathway.

In Taiyue Mountain of Shanxi Province, five types of organic matter, i.e ., biochar, maize straw, leaves of Quercus mongolica and Pinus tabuliformis , and sawdust of wood stem, were separately added to the soils of a P. tabuliformis forest. Nutrient content, enzyme activity, and microbial biomass were analyzed to elucidate the characteristics of soil ecoenzymatic stoichiometry and the element homeostasis of soil microorganisms. The results showed that the addition of woody sawdust significantly increased soil nitrogen and phosphorus content by 17.1% and 37.6%, and enhanced carbon, nitrogen, and phosphorus contents of soil microbial biomass by 118.0%, 41.0%, and 176.6%, respectively. The activities of carbon-, nitrogen- and phosphorus-targeting enzymes ( i.e. , β-1, 4-glucosaminosidase, β-1,4-N-acetylglucosaminosidase, leucine aminopeptidase and acid phosphatase) generally increased with the C:N of the added organic matter (biochar< Q. mongolica leaf< P. tabuliformis leaf < maize straw < woody sawdust). This indicated that ecoenzymatic stoichiometry was controlled by soil nutrient content and micro-bial biomass. The limitation of soil microbial growth by phosphorus was not alleviated after the addition of different organic matters, as indicated by the results of enzymatic ratio and its vector value. Soil microbial biomass carbon and nitrogen contents and their stoichiometry (C:N, C:P, N:P) were homeostatic, whereas the microbial biomass phosphorus content fluctuated slightly. The stabilities of microbial element contents and their proportion were mainly ascribed to the allocation of extracellular enzyme production. The susceptibility of soil microbial biomass phosphorus to the addition of organic matter indicated phosphorus limitation of microbial growth.

Objective: To study the effect of rapamycin on scar formation in rabbit eyes following filtering operation and explore the possible mechanism., Methods: Ninety-six healthy adult rabbits were subjected to trabeculectomy of the left eye and subsequently randomly divided into 4 groups ( n =24) for treatment with castor oil (control) or rapamycin (1%, 3%, or 5%) eye drops of the operated eyes 4 times a day. The morphology and function of the filtering blebs of the rabbits were compared at 7, 14, 21 and 28 days after the operation; at each of the time points, 6 rabbits from each group were euthanized for detection of expressions of proliferating cell nuclear antigen (PCNA) and α-smooth muscle actin (α-SMA) in the tissues in the surgical area using immunohistochemistry. Cultured rabbit subconjunctival fibroblasts (RTFSs) were treated with different concentrations of rapamycin (0.06, 0.25, 1, and 4 mg/L) and the cell apoptosis was detected using flow cytometry., Results: In the first, second and third weeks after the operation, the rate of functional follicle formation was significantly higher in the 3 rapamycin groups than in the control group ( P < 0.05), and the number of α- SMA-positive fibroblasts decreased over time in the 3 rapamycin groups. In cultured RTFSs, treatment with rapamycin at different concentrations resulted in increased apoptosis of the cells, and rapamycin above 0.25 mg/L significantly increased the cell apoptosis in a dose-dependent manner., Conclusions: Rapamycin can inhibit hyperplasia of the filtering passage tissue, helps to preserve the functional filtering blebs and prolong their life span, and induces apoptosis of RTFS.

Objective: To evaluate the validity and reliability of the Chinese version of Glasgow Benefit Inventory. Method: Using the Chinese version of Glasgow benefit inventory（C-GBI） to evaluate how the otorhinolaryngological（ORL） interventions have altered the quality of life of 98 cases of ORL department and analyze the validity and reliability of the test results, which is assessed by content validity, construct validity, internal consistency and split-half reliability. Result: The results show that the C-GBI has 3 dimensions and 18 items. The content validity of C-GBI is acceptable. Three factors were extracted by exploratory factor analysis. Since item No. 10 matched Factor 3 in error, we decided to delete it after discussions. After this adjustment, exploratory factor analysis yielded with an three-factor solution, explaining 70.32% of the total variance and the loading coefficient for each of the 17 C-GBI questions is above 0.4. The results also show good convergent validity and discriminant validity. Reliability using Cronbach α, Spearman-Brown and Guttman Split-Half was higher than 0.6 for total score and its three subscales of the adjusted C-GBI. Conclusion: After deleting one item of the C-GBI which matched factor in error, we found that the adjusted C-GBI shows good reliability and validity. To explore the variation of mercury in the atmosphere in Suzhou, continuous monitoring of gaseous element mercury (GEM), gaseous oxidized mercury (GOM), and particulate bound mercury (PBM) was conducted from January 1 to December 31, 2018, in Suzhou. The weights trajectory analysis method (CWT) and concentration rose were used to analyze the atmospheric mercury sources and concentration variation. The results showed that during the monitoring period, the concentration ranges of GEM, GOM, and PBM in Suzhou were 0-53.3 ng·m -3 , 0-256 pg·m -3 , and 0-5208 pg·m -3 , respectively. The corresponding annual average concentrations of the three mercury species were (2.57±2.09) ng·m -3 , (5.27±15.7) pg·m -3 , and (16.0±157) pg·m -3 , respectively. GEM was the main component of atmospheric mercury in Suzhou. During the monitoring period, the average concentration of GEM in Suzhou was highest in winter, higher in spring than in autumn, and lowest in summer. According to the CWT, the mercury-containing air mass in spring and winter predominantly originated from inland; in summer, it mainly originated from the local area, the Yellow Sea, and the East China Sea, and in autumn from inland, the Yellow Sea, and the Bohai Sea. The wind and mercury rose charts showed that atmospheric mercury concentrations were higher from inland and lower from the ocean. During the monitoring period, the average concentrations of GEM and PBM in Suzhou were lower during the day than the night. The diurnal variation of GEM and PBM was significantly and strongly correlated with solar radiation, humidity, and air temperature. The average concentration of GOM showed multiple peaks and valleys in one day. Some peaks were caused by fuel oil combustion emissions, and some by O 3 oxidation with GEM.

Objective: To investigate the effect of triptolide on the excursion of Tc and Th cells in peripheral blood of systemic lupus erythematosus (SLE) BALB/c-un nude mice induced by pristane., Methods: Eighteen female BALB/c-un nude mice were randomly divided into blank, SLE and triptolide group, each with 6 mice by random table method. Group SLE and group triptolide were established by single intraperitoneal injection of pristane, and blank group was used as blank control group. SLE model was established by single intraperitoneal injection. Triptolide group was fed with triptolide at the dose of 5 mg/(kg·d), and the blank group and SLE group were fed normally. Blood samples were collected from the caudal vein before treatment and 1, 3 and 6 months after treatment respectively. Fluorescence labeled flow cytometry was used to delect Tc and Th lymphocyte subsets at different stages of treatment., Results: After treatment for 3 and 6 moths, the percentages of Tcl, Thl cells and CD8 + , Tcl/Tc2, Thl/Th2 and CD4 + /CD8 + all decreased in the group of triptolide, and the percentage of CD4 + , Tc2 and Th2 cells increased (P＜0.05)., Conclusion: The mechanism of triptolide in the treatment of SLE may be related with the excursion of Tc and Th cells to Tcl and Tc2 to maintain the relative homeostasis of Tc and Th cells at different stage, thus affecting the immune response and the inflammatory reaction.

Objective: To compare the clinical effect of the herbal cake-separated moxibustion with new-type moxibustion device combined with bladder function exercise and simple bladder function exercise on improving urinary retention after spinal cord injury., Methods: Sixty-eight patients were randomly divided into a control group and an observation group, 34 cases in each group. The bladder function exercise was given in the control group. On the basis of the treatment in the control group, herbal cake-separated moxibustion with new-type moxibustion decice was applied at Shenque (CV 8), Guanyuan (CV 4), Qihai (CV 6), Zhongji (CV 3) for 30 min, once a day in the observation group. The two groups were treated for 4 weeks as a course, 2 courses of treatment were needed. Bladder maximum volume, bladder residual urine volume and urinary tract infection before and after treatment were compared, and the clinical efficacy was evaluated in the two groups., Results: The total effective rate in the observation group was 88.2% (30/34), which was better than 64.7% (22/34) in the control group ( P <0.05). The increase of bladder maximum volume and decrease of bladder residual urine volume in the observation group were significantly better than those in the control group ( P <0.01). At the 4th, 6th and 8th weeks for treatment, the improvement of urinary tract infection in the observation group was better than that in the control group ( P <0.05)., Conclusion: At the same time of bladder function training, herbal cake-separated moxibustion with new-type moxibustion device could improve urinary retention after spinal cord injury.

Purpose: This study was aimed to figure out the way that cyclic-stretch influenced the apoptosis of myoblasts and evaluate the importance of PERK and its possible mechanism involved., Methods: L6 rat myoblasts were cultured in vitro and mechanical stimulation model was constructed successfully. The myoblasts were imposed tension for 0, 2, 6, 12 and 24 hours respectively by multi-channel cell stress loading system. The force value was 15% cell deformation and the frequency was 10 cycles/min. Each cycle was consisted of stretch for 3 seconds and relaxation for 3 seconds, and the group without tension was used as the control group. The apoptotic myoblasts were dyed by DAPI and observed through fluorescence microscopy to detect the apoptosis rate; the mRNA levels of PERK and CHOP in different groups were detected by real-time PCR and protein levels of PERK and p-PERK in different groups were detected by Western blot. PERK inhibitor was used to clear the role of PERK in apoptosis induced by cyclic-stretch and clarify the relationship between the endoplasmic reticulum stress and apoptosis induced by cyclic-stretch. SPSS 17.0 software package was used to analyze the data statistically., Results: DAPI nuclear stain showed that cyclical tensile stress can induce apoptosis in vitro cultured myoblast. Apoptosis rate showed a trend of rising gradually over time, peaked at 24 h. After dealt with the inhibitor of PERK, the apoptosis rate of the 24 h group under the cyclic stretch showed no difference compared with the control. The results of real- time PCR showed that the mRNA of CHOP was increased with the extension loading time, while the mRNA of PERK showed no difference compared with the control. Western blot results showed that the protein level of p-PERK was increased with the extension of loading time, while the expression of PERK showed no difference compared with the control group. When PERK inhibitor added, the mRNA level of CHOP along with the protein expression level of p-PERK showed no significant difference compared to the control., Conclusions: PERK signaling pathway is involved in the apoptosis of myoblasts induced by cyclic stretch, and the possible mechanism may be closely related to the phosphorylation of PERK.

Objective: To explore the effects of intrauterine infection on early growth and neurobehavioral development in neonatal rats. Methods: Escherichia coli (E. coli) was inoculated into uterine cervix of pregnant rats with gestation of 15 d to establish the intrauterine infection model, and the effect on the delivery of pregnant rats was observed. The neonatal rat brain tissue was stained with Hematoxylin-Eosin and the cerebral white matter damage was assessed. Immunohistochemical staining and Western blot analysis were performed to evaluate the expression of glial fibrillary acidic protein (GFAP), 2', 3'-cyclic nucleotide 3'-phosphodiesterase (CNPase) and neurofilament (NF) in pup brains. Birth weight and early growth development indices were monitored,and neurobehavioral tests were performed to access the change of neurobehavioral development in neonatal rats. Results: The white blood cell count increased significantly in the uterus and placenta of the pregnant rats after intrauterine E. coli infection and no significant impact was observed on the delivery of pregnant rats. Weak staining and focal rarefaction of cerebral white matter from rats at P7 in intrauterine infection group were observed. The expression of GFAP markedly increased ( P <0.05) in infection group, while the level of CNPase and NF in pup brains at P7 significantly decreased ( P <0.05 or P <0.01). Compared with control group, the neonatal rats in infection group had lower birth weight and slower weight gain during the suckling period ( P <0.05 or P <0.01), and the completion times of ear opening, eye opening, surface righting, negative geotaxis, acoustic startle and swimming test in infection group were significantly delayed ( P <0.05 or P <0.01). Conclussion: Intrauterine infection in pregnant rats can induce cerebral white matter damage and retardation of early growth and neurobehavioral development in neonatal rats.

Objective: To study the anti- scarring effect of rapamycin in rabbits receiving glaucoma filtering surgery., Methods: Ninety-six Chinchilla rabbits were randomized equally into 3 rapamycin treatment groups and one control group. All the rabbits underwent trabeculectomy, after which the rabbits in the 3 rapamycin groups were treated with eye drops containing 1%, 3%, or 5% rapamycin in the operated eyes, and those in the control groups were given castor oil 4 times a day. The intraocular pressure (IOP) and inflammatory reaction in the treated eyes were observed, and the PCNA-positive cells in the filtering bleb were detected using immunohistochemistry. RTFs isolated from the Tenon's capsule of the rabbits were cultured in vitro , and the expressions of caspase-3, caspase-8, and caspase-9 in the fibroblasts were detected after treatment with different concentrations of rapamycin., Results: The IOP was significantly lower in rapamycin-treated group than in the control group after the surgery ( P &lt; 0.05). The counts of the PCNA-positive cells were significantly lower in rapamycin-treated rabbits than in the control group ( P &lt; 0.05). Rapamycin treatment dose-dependently increased the expressions of caspase-3 and caspase- 9 at both the mRNA ( P &lt; 0.001) and protein ( P &lt; 0.001) levels without causing significant changes in the expressions of caspase-8., Conclusions: Rapamycin can inhibit excessive proliferation of the fibroblasts in the filtering bleb to reduce scar formation after glaucoma filtration surgery in rabbits. Rapamycin also increases the expressions of caspase-3 and caspase-9 to induce apoptosis of the RTFs.

Objective: To investigate the nutritional status of children on maintenance hemodialysis due to stage 5 chronic kidney disease (CKD) and the clinical significance of nutritional assessment indices., Methods: A total of 21 children on maintenance hemodialysis due to stage 5 CKD were grouped according to body mass index. The nutritional status was assessed based on anthropometric parameters, biochemical parameters, inflammatory factors, residual renal function, indices of dialysis adequacy, and resting energy expenditure. Related indices were compared between the children with malnutrition and those with normal nutritional status., Results: Of the 21 children, 10 had malnutrition and 11 had normal nutritional status. There were significant differences between the two groups in anthropometric parameters, levels of leptin, insulin-like growth factor-1, interleukin-1, interleukin-6, and tumor necrosis factor-α, and mean 24-hour residual urine volume (P<0.05), while there were no significant differences in albumin, prealbumin, CONCLUSIONS: urea clearance index (Kt/V), and measured resting energy expenditure., Conclusions: Anthropometric parameters, biochemical parameters, residual renal function, and inflammatory factors have an important value in evaluating the nutritional status of children with stage 5 CKD on maintenance hemodialysis. Further studies are needed to investigate the value of the measurement of resting energy expenditure in the evaluation and monitoring of nutritional status in children with stage 5 CKD on maintenance hemodialysis.

Objective To prepare recombinant protein of human neuropilin 1 b1b2 domain (HuNRP1 b ) and monoclonal antibodies (mAbs) against the recombinant HuNRP1 b (rHuNRP1 b ). Methods The coding sequence of HuNRP1 b was amplified and cloned into vector pET22b to construct recombinant plasmid pET-HuNRP1 b . After analyzed by restriction enzyme digestion and DNA sequencing, pET-HuNRP1 b was transformed into Escherichia coli and induced to express rHuNRP1 b with histidine tag (His-HuNRP1 b ), which was identified by SDS-PAGE analysis. Then His-HuNRP1 b was used as immunogen to immune BALB/c mice. After the fusion of spleen cells and Sp2/0 cells, the positive hybridoma cells were screened by indirect ELISA that was established with recombinant HuNRP1 b with a trigger factor tag (TF-HuNRP1 b ). The specificity of mAbs against HuNRP1 b was identified by ELISA and Western blotting. The ability of mAbs to bind native HuNRP1 was revealed by indirect fluorescence assay (IFA). Results His-HuNRP1 b was expressed and obtained. Western blotting showed that mAbs 1A10, 6A2 against rHuNRP1 b could bind His-HuNRP1 b with the band of 34 kDa and TF-HuNRP1 b with 89-kDa band, respectively, but not the proteins from bacteria with empty vectors. IFA revealed that the mAbs could bind native HuNRP1 expressed on breast cancer cell line MDA-MB-231. Conclusion The mAbs specific to rHuNRP1 b were generated successfully.

Objective To prepare and characterize the monoclonal antibodies (mAbs) against chicken interleuikin-4 (ChIL-4). Methods Using lymphocyte hybridoma technique, 8-week-old BALB/c mice were immunized with purified recombinant ChIL-4 (rChIL-4) with GST tag (GST-ChIL-4), and rChIL-4 with histidine tag (His-ChIL-4) was utilized to set up an indirect ELISA to screen positive hybridomas. Limited dilution methods were used to generate hybridoma cell lines stably secreting mAbs against ChIL-4. The specificity of the mAbs was identified by indirect ELISA, immunofluorescent assay (IFA) and Western blot. Results Four mAbs against rChIL-4 were obtained and named 6A8, 18F12, 19F1 and 20G3. ELISA titers of the 4 mAbs were (1.6~6.4)×10 4 . ELISA, IFA and Western blot showed that the 4 mAbs could only react with rChIL-4, but not with the other proteins like bovine IL-4 (BovIL-4), chicken IFN-γ (ChIFN-γ). Conclusion The mAbs against rChIL-4 were successfully obtained.

Objective: To explore the effect of platelets on signal transducers and the sensitivity of leukemia cells to chemotherapeuticl drugs in leukemia cells L1210., Methods: Murine platelets were prepared and cocultured with leukemia L1210 cells, and the aggregation between them was observed by flow cytometry. The levels of several transducer proteins in leukemia cells were analyzed with Western blot. In some experiments, methotrexate, vincristine or doxorubicin was added to the coculture system and the cell proliferation was measured by using CCK8 colorigenic methods to detect the sensitivity of leukemia cells to the therapeuticals drugs., Results: Platelets, either freshly prepared or fixed with 1% paraformaldehyde, aggregated with leukemia cells. Both fresh and fixed platelets increased the level of phosphorylation of AKT and ERK in leukemia cells as measured with Western blot. Also, platelets significantly decreased the sensitivity of 3 therapeutics to L1210 cells., Conclusion: Platelets may bind with L1210 cells and decrease the sensitivity of the leukemia cells to chemotherapeutics, possibly by activating the AKT and ERK signaling pathways.

Objective: To understand the schistosome infection situation of mobile population in Xiuzhou District., Methods: The data about the distribution of mobile population from the counties not reaching schistosomiasis transmission controlled in Xiuzhou District were collected, then the questionnaire survey combined with laboratory detection were used to investigate the situation of imported schistosomiasis in this district. In addition, the average infection rate and the estimated number of schistosomiasis patients were calculated., Results: From 2013 to 2014, there were 15 940 people from the counties not reaching schistosomiasis transmission controlled in Xiuzhou District, among which, 4405 were investigated, and 124 of them had schistosomiasis and treatment history. Thirty-eight people were positive in serological tests, and 3 cases were positive in the etiological detection. The average infection rate of schistosome of the mobile population in Xiuzhou District was 0.068%, the calculated number of schistosomiasis patients was 11., Conclusions: The imported sources of infection are the main risk for the consolidation of the results of schistosomiasis control, which may result to the rebound of the endemic situation. So the management and surveillance of mobile population should be strengthened.

Aortic valve calcification (AVC) is a pathological process correlated with multiple disease causes and actively regulated by cardiac valve cells. In this study, porcine aortic valve myofibroblasts cultured in vitro were treated with 50 μg z L(-1) of pathological factor tumor necrosis factor α (TNF-α). Tanshinone II A (TSN) with the concentration of 50 mg x L(-1) and TNF-α were combined in incubating cells for 72 h (3 d) and 120 h (5 d). The Western blotting and Real-time PCR were adopted to detect the changes in smooth muscle α actin (α-SMA), bone morphogenetic protein 2 ( BMP2), alkaline phosphatase (ALP) in cells, and expressions of key effect proteins GSK-3β and β-catenin on Wnt/β-catenin signal pathway. According to the findings, TNF-α can significantly increase the expression of myofibroblasts α-SMA and add the transformation activity to them, with nearly no expression of BMP2, ALP and mRNA in the control group and the TSN group but significant increase in their expressions in the TNF-α group (P < 0.01), which showed osteoblast-like phenotype. Moreover, TNF-α down-regulated the expression of up-streaming regulator GSK-3β and mRNA expression (P < 0. 01) , notably increased the expression of key effect protein β-catenin, but with no significant difference in mRNA with the control group and the TSN group. The result demonstrated that TSN showed a certain inhibitory effect on TNF-α's pathological impact (P < 0.05) in a time-dependent manner. Inflammatory factor TNF-α may promote the transformation of aortic valvular myofibroblasts to osteoblast-like phenotype by activating Wnt/β-catenin signal pathway in aortic valvular myofibroblasts, so as to cause AVC. Tanshinone II A can have a preventive effect in AVC by activating GSK-3β proteins and regulating signal transduction of Wnt/β-catenin signal pathway.

Objective: To analyze the factors relevant to success rate of arteriovenous fistula (AVF) plasty in children who need maintenance hemodialysis and to provide predictor of the success of operation., Method: Totally 62 patients who had arteriovenous fistula plasty operation for maintenance of hemodialysis in our hospital treated during June 2007 to April 2014 were enrolled into this study, 41 were male, and 21 female, median age of surgery was 11 years and 9 months (age range was 5 y 8 m to 16 y 2 m). The proportions of primary diseases were: chronic glomerulonephritis 29% (18), kidney abnormality and dysplasia 27% (17). These 62 cases were divided into 2 groups: the success group and the failure group according to whether there were tremble and vascular murmur on the surgery site 1 week after the surgery. Factors like sex, choice of operation side, choice of operation vessel, anesthesia, urine protein, model of vascular suture line, age of surgery, inner diameter of anastomotic stoma, hemoglobin (Hb), platelet (Plt), hematocrit (Hct), coagulation function (prothrombin time, PT, fibrinogen, Fib, activated partial thromboplastin time, APTT), creatinine (Scr), Ca²⁺, left ventricular ejection fraction (LVEF), blood pressure (before, during and after surgery) were collected retrospectively. Student's t test and chi-square tests were used to analyze the differences of the factors between 2 groups. Those factors which were statistically significant in t test and chi-square test were taken into multi factor logistic regression analysis., Result: (1) Average time interval from final diagnosis of ESRD to surgery was 30.8 days. (2) Relevant factors of operation success rate: anesthesia (χ² = 5.531, P=0.026), preoperative serum cholesterol (CHO) (t=-2.069, P=0.043), mean systolic blood pressure in the afternoon before operation (t=2.154, P=0.042), systolic blood pressure when the operation was finished (t=2.199, P=0.032) were related to the success rate of AVF operation in the t test and chi-square test. Multi factors logistic regression analysis showed systolic blood pressure measured when the operation was finished was a dependent protective factor of the surgery (OR=0.962, P=0.040, 95% CI=0.926-0.998). When the systolic blood pressure at the end of operation elevated 1 mmHg (1 mmHg=0.133 kPa), the failure rate of the surgery would be 0.962 times., Conclusion: The time interval from final diagnosis of ESRD to surgery was 30.8 days, it was much shorter than 6-12 months which was suggested by 2006 NKF-KDOQI vascular access guideline. As dependent protective factor of success rate, the systolic blood pressure at the end of operation was suggested to be the predictor of successful operation. And the higher systolic blood pressure at the end of operation may increase the success rate of operation.
