The photooxidative damage induced by difloxacin to lysozyme was studied using steady-state illumination. Difloxacin damaged lysozyme structure under 315~375 nm light irradiation. Sodium dodecyl sulfate-polyacrylamide gel electrophoresis (SDS-PAGE) revealed that the mechanisms and products of oxidative damage were related to the difloxacin concentration, time of irradiation, and ambient conditions. Longer irradiation time and higher difloxacin concentration lead to more serious damage to lysozyme. When incubated under nitrogen, air, or oxygen, the most serious damage to lysozyme was observed in an oxygen atmosphere. The type I process was examined in a nitrogen-saturated solution, whereas both type I and type II were observed in an aerobic atmosphere, and type II was the dominant process.

For a certain arched "cross" type transfer subway station, the problem of smoke inhalation through the side smoke exhaust mode and the influence of the location of main smoke outlet on the smoke exhaust effect of the arched subway station were studied by the method of combining theoretical analysis and numerical simulation, and the influence of opening mechanical air replenishment on the platform floor and natural air replenishment by opening the screen door on the platform floor was discussed. The results show that: the smoke outlet on the main side of arched station hall plays a decisive role in the smoke exhaust effect of the whole station hall; when the distance between the main side smoke outlet and the arch of the station hall is within 1.8 m, the time when the smoke outlet starts to contact and remove the smoke is almost the same; with the distance between the smoke vent and the vault increases, the smoke layer near the smoke outlet is more likely to be sucked through when a fire occurs, and the suitable range of the distance between the main side smoke outlet and the arch in the case of 2.5 MW fire in the arched station hall is obtained; it is suggested that when a fire occurs in the station hall, the mechanical ventilation of the platform or the screen door of the platform should be opened to provide a safer environment for the station hall. A new fault feature extraction method is proposed for three-phase symmetric system. Firstly, the three-phase output signal of the system is firstly Park transformed by the method, and then the signal goes through Hilbert-Huang transform (HHT). The low-frequency component is selected from the eigen-mode function of HHT and the signal amplitude is extracted as the fault characteristic value. This method has the advantages of both Park transformation and HHT, which can improve the fault resolution while reducing the variable dimension, and has a strong anti-noise capability. Finally, the simulation experiment is carried out in the three-phase inverter circuit, and the extraction effect of different methods is evaluated by using the distance distribution between feature vectors, which verify the effectiveness of the proposed method. For the meting process of glass-ceramics, the melts are simulated by using analytically pure materials high temperature. The effects of La2O3 on the viscosity and structure for the CaO-SiO2-MgO-Al2O3 melt are studied via both rotating-cylinder method and Raman spectroscopy. The results show that the viscosity and viscous flow activation energy decreases as the La2O3 content increases. The addition of La2O3 destroyed the silicate structural units(Qn)m the met. The percent of Q¹,Q² units increases with increasing amount of La2O3. However, the percent of Q³ units decreases with increasing amount of La2O3. In addition, the percent of Q0 units are slightly dependent on the La2O3 content. It indicates that the addition of La2O3 increase the number of non-bridging oxygen in the state structural units and reduce the degree of polymerization. In this paper, PEA, a high viscosity asphalt modifier independently developed, is taken as the research object, and the imported modifier from Japan and a domestic brand modifier are taken as parallel comparison. The performance indexes of high-viscous asphalt and high-viscous asphalt mixture are analyzed respectively, and the porous asphalt pavement test road is paved. The results show that the mixture prepared by PEA has excellent pavement performance and construction performance, and good aging resistance performance. Field test results show that all technical performances meets the requirements of the "Technical Rules for Design and Construction of Drained Asphalt Pavement" (Draft for Comment). This paper outlined the principles and applications of CT technology, and introduced the application status of CT technology in studying pore structure of granular ore medium at domestic and foreign, pointed out the problems in studying heap leaching medium with CT technology, and looks forward to the prospect of using CT technology to study the pore structure characteristics during biological uranium leaching. Finally, it was proposed that the study of pore structure of heap leaching medium by X-ray CT technology can deeply study the relationship between pore characteristics and solute transport in the process of leaching, and improve the understanding of biological leaching mechanism of heap leaching system. With the rapid development of China' s tourism industry, Chinese tourism businesses are experiencing a deep philosophical shift on how to engage personnel. China ' s tourism businesses need to establish internal marketing philosophies. An internal market orientation is a concept in the culture of a company that treats its employees as customers ( "internal customers" ), and directs marketing strategies at them to improve organizational performance. This study explores the theory of internal market orientation from the perspective of China' s tourism industry, and provides practical guidance for the internal marketing practices of Chinese tourism businesses. This paper reviews and summarizes related internal market orientation theory, such as concepts, measures and relationships among variables. Internal market orientation measurement scale items were collected using literature research, interview and open questionnaire methods. A pretest questionnaire containing 40 items was then designed. The pretest questionnaire was revised by analyzing the answers of 141 valid questionnaires collected from four Guangdong hotels to create the final questionnaire. Twenty-three tourism businesses in the Pearl River Delta were sampled, including the Stars Hotel, restaurants and travel agencies, yielding 677 valid questionnaires. The questionnaires were randomly divided into two sections; one half was used for an exploratory factor analysis (338 questionnaires) and the other was used for a confirmatory factor analysis (339 questionnaires) . The questionnaires examined the factor construct model of the businesses' internal market orientation. The questionnaire' s reliability and validity were preliminarily tested at the same time. A hierarchical regression analysis method that was based on internal market orientation scale research was used to analyze the internal market orientation' s effect on interactive marketing. The mediating effect of an organization' s commitment is also discussed. The results show that the construct of internal market orientation in Chinese tourism businesses has four factors; internal market demand information; collection and research; transmission and feedback between supervisor and subordinate; communication between managers; and processing and response. Each factor reflects one aspect of the internal market orientation in Chinese tourism businesses. Furthermore, all four complement one another and constitute a complete management cycle. The questionnaire was shown to have good reliability and validity. In addition, the regression analysis results show that the tourism businesses' internal market orientations have a positive effect on interactive marketing. Organizational commitment partially mediates the relationship between internal market orientation and interactive marketing. The results indicate that, in terms of the service marketing triangle theory, internal marketing, interactive marketing and external marketing are an organic whole. An internal market orientation is a prerequisite to creating effective interactive marketing and improves the quality of service offered by China's tourism businesses. Finally, this paper compares the present research with the research of Western countries, analyzes the internal marketing practice characteristics for China' s current tourism businesses and sets forth a corresponding strategy for improvement. IOT(Internet of things) is a relatively new technology, more and more integrated into our lives. In this paper we use infant incubator for example, introduce the application of IOT technology to reduce the risk of the use of medical devices, and through the dynamic management to improve the management level and efficiency. Put forward a method of medical equipment linked. Combined with the point of IOT technology and sensor technology, we find out the actual needs of the management and use of infant incubator. For the dynamic management of medical equipment, we use sensors to control risk points. The system meets the needs of the hospital and patients in many areas.

Objective: To set up the multiple risk factors model of patients with anatomical left ventricular aneurysm (LVA) post acute ST-elevation myocardial infarction (STEMI) and quantitatively assess the pathopoiesis of all the factors., Methods: A total of 518 consecutive inpatients with acute STEMI hospitalized from June 2010 to December 2013 in our hospital were enrolled in this study, patients were divided into two groups: LVA group (n = 106, 20.5%) and non-LVA group (n = 412, 79.5%). All demographic and clinical data were collected by cardiologists. Finally, all of the risk factors for anatomical LVA in the acute STEMI patients were quantitatively analyzed by a binary logistic regression model., Results: The multiple risk factors logistic regression model was set up for the anatomical LVA in patients with acute STEMI. Anterior wall myocardial infarction, occlusion of the left anterior descending branch, two or three vessels stenosis, high systolic blood pressure, sinus tachycardia and white blood cell count over 10 000 per microliter were all independent risk factors of the LVA in acute STEMI, with the odds ratio (OR) 18.21, 21.56, 4.22, 7.16, 1.98 and 1.57, respectively (all P < 0.05) . However, first medical contact less than 12 hours (OR = 0.60), collateral circulation of the coronary arteries(OR = 0.53), primary percutanous coronary intervention(OR = 0.23) and venous thrombolysis(OR = 0.12) were all protecting factors of the LVA in acute STEMI patients (all P < 0.05)., Conclusion: Anterior wall STEMI, occlusion of the left anterior descending branch, two or three vessels stenosis, high systolic blood pressure, sinus tachycardia and white blood cell count over 10 000 per microlitre are independent risk factors of the LVA in acute STEMI patients. However, first medical contact less than twelve hours, collateral circulation of the coronary arteries, together with the primary percutanous coronary intervention and venous thrombolysis are protective factors of the LVA in patients with acute STEMI. It is important for cardiologists to assess the risks of LVA and make emergent and suitable efforts to reduce the risk of developing LVA in STEMI patients.

Objective: To establish the multiple risk factors models for patients with acute coronary syndromes (ACS) of different genders and quantitatively assess the pathopoiesis of all factors., Methods: A total of 2 308 consecutive ACS inpatients and a control group of 256 cases with normal coronary artery from January 2010 to December 2012 were enrolled and divided into 4 groups of female ACS (n = 970), male ACS (n = 1 338), female control (n = 136) and male control (n = 120). All demographic and clinical data were collected by the physicians and master degree candidates in the division of cardiology., Results: The Logistic regression models of multiple risk factors were established for ACS by different genders. More than 45 years of age, dyslipidemia, type 2 diabetes mellitus, obesity and hypertension were all independent risk factors of ACS for different genders (P < 0.05). However, the same risk factors had different pathogenic effects on ACS between genders. The odds ratio (OR) was markedly different for females and males: per 5-year increase aged over 45 years (1.45 vs 1.13), dyslipidemia (3.45 vs 1.68), type 2 diabetes mellitus (4.06 vs 2.33), obesity (2.93 vs 1.91) and hypertension (1.78 vs 3.80) respectively (all P < 0.05). In addition, current smoking increased the risk of ACS attack in males by 5.49 (P < 0.05) while not statistically significant in females. Particularly cerebral ischemic stroke increased the risk of ACS attack by 5.49 folds in males other than females (P < 0.05)., Conclusion: Type 2 diabetes mellitus, dyslipidemia and obesity may present higher risks of ACS attack for females than males. And smoking and hypertension are much more dangerous for males. Males with cerebral infarction are more susceptible for ACS than females.
