Objective To analyze the risk factors for postoperative fever in elderly patients after endoscopic mucosal dissection (ESD), and construct a predictive model. Methods The research subjects were 500 elderly patients who received upper gastrointestinal ESD treatment in The First Affiliated Hospital with Nanjing Medical University from January 2023 to January 2024. They were divided into a modeling group (n=350) and a validation group (n=150) in a 7∶3 ratio. The modeling group of patients was divided into fever group and non-fever group based on whether they experience fever after ESD surgery. Data were collected from inpatient electronic medical record systems. Univariate and multivariate logistic regression analysis were used to screen factors and a predictive model was established in elderly patients after ESD. ROC curve was used to evaluate the discriminability of the predictive model. Results A total of 90 elderly patients who underwent ESD treatment experienced postoperative fever (T≥37.3℃), with a postoperative fever incidence rate of 25.71%. The proportion of women, history of diabetes, postoperative bleeding, maximum tumor diameter＞3cm, and catheter placement in the fever 〖JP+1〗group were higher than those in the non-fever group (P＜0.05). Multivariate binary logistic regression analysis showed that women, history of diabetes, postoperative bleeding, maximum tumor diameter＞3cm, and placement of urinary catheter were independent risk factors for postoperative fever in elderly patients with ESD (P＜0.05). The predictive performance and calibration of the ESD postoperative fever prediction model were good, and with clinical practicality. Conclusion Women, history of diabetes, postoperative hemorrhage, maximum tumor diameter＞3cm, and placement of urinary catheter are risk factors for postoperative fever in elderly patients with ESD. Medical personnel need to focus on these factors to predict the risk of postoperative fever. By building a prediction model, it can provide practical tools for early identification and prevention of postoperative fever in elderly patients with ESD.

Background and purpose: In patients with advanced non-small cell lung cancer (NSCLC) who receive platinum-containing dual-drug chemotherapy with high emetic risk, a significant number of patients experience nausea and vomiting after chemotherapy, even if they are treated with a triple or quadruple antiemetic regimen. The low-frequency electrical stimulator for antiemesis is a wearable electronic antiemesis device, which can effectively reduce nausea and vomiting caused by various reasons. However, no studies have investigated whether the combination of three antiemetic drugs with low-frequency electrical stimulator can further improve the control rate of chemotherapy-induced nausea and vomiting (CINV). Therefore, the aim of this study was to assess the efficacy and tolerability of low-frequency electrical stimulator for antiemesis plus standard antiemetics following highly emetogenic chemotherapy in patients with NSCLC. Methods: Data of patients with advanced NSCLC who received first-line hyperemetic chemotherapy at Peking University International Hospital from December 1, 2019 to December 30, 2022 were retrospectively collected. Patients who correctly wore low-frequency electrical stimulator for antiemesis were selected as the observation group, and chemotherapy patients who did not wear low-frequency electrical stimulator were selected as the control group. Clinical characteristics, occurrence of nausea and vomiting after chemotherapy and functional living index-emesis (FLIE) questionnaire were collected. SPSS 20.0 was used for statistical analysis to compare the vomiting complete response rate, nausea incidence and FLIE score between the two groups. Results: Compared with the control group, the no nausea rate (66.3% vs 51.1%, P=0.036) and the complete response rate of vomiting (83.7% vs 66.3%, P=0.006) in experimental group were significantly increased. At 24-120 h after chemotherapy, the complete response rate of vomiting at the delayed stage increased conspicuously in the observation group (88.0% vs 69.6%, P=0.002). At this stage, the proportion of patients without nausea in the observation group was also significantly higher (73.9% vs 57.6%, P=0.020). The total FLIE scores were conspicuously higher in the observation group than in the control group (106.05±15.35 vs 95.04±20.02, P=0.020). Conclusion: The results suggest that, on the basis of the triple antiemesis regimen, wearing the low-frequency electrical stimulator can significantly improve the control level of CINV and the quality of life of NSCLC patients, which can be an effective supplement to the triple antiemesis regimen.

Energy storage technology is the key technology to building a new power system with new energy as the main body and an important guarantee to maintain the reliable and stable operation of microgrids. Existing theoretical research and projects at home and abroad are mainly concentrated on single-level cascaded energy storage systems. The power module and battery system are connected with passive devices. The structure is simple without enough control degrees of freedom. In the meantime, aiming at an unbalanced state of charge (SOC) of the battery in cascaded energy storage, the existing intra-phase SOC balance control strategy has disadvantages such as poor adaptability to different load ratesand possible over-modulation in case of extreme imbalance. Based on the double-stage cascaded energy storage system, its overall control strategy and the inter-phase and intra-phase SOC balance strategies are illustrated in this paper. An adaptive intra-phase state of charge balance strategy is proposed and its design principle of the balanced control parameters is explained in detail. The adaptability and balance effect of the cascaded energy storage system under different working conditions such as light loads and heavy loads are improved effectively. Finally, the feasibility and effectiveness of the proposed control strategy are verified by simulation, thus providing theoretical reserves and technical support for project implementation.

In order to enhance the corrosion resistance of the 17-4PH low-pressure last stage blades，the steam inlet side of the 17-4PH blades needs to be treated with laser-enhanced solid solution.The last stage blades treated with laser solution often show obvious magnetic marks in the subsequent magnetic particle inspection.Optical microscope，scanning electron microscope，X-ray diffractometer，electron probe and other analytical means were used to prove that the reason for the appearance of magnetic marks at the boundary of the laser solid solution region was a large number of austenite structures that appeared at the boundary，which reduced the permeability at the boundary of the laser solid solution region.Besides，the residual stress of laser solid solution blade was determined as compressive stress by XRD，and the three-point bending fatigue test showed that the R＝0.1 fatigue limit of 17-4PH blade could be increased from 750 MPa to 860 MPa by laser-enhanced solid solution.

Compared with traditional coatings such as high - solid - phase coatings, powder coatings and waterborne coatings, UV - curable coatings have a significant advantage in curing polymers. This paper mainly introduces the basic materials and the cross - linking mechanisms of UV - curable coatings, as well as the corrosion protection mechanisms of UV - curable products on mild steels reported in three different case studies. Through the analysis of case studies, it can be found that the presence of nanoparticles has an impact on the anti - corrosive performances of UV - curable coatings. This could provide a reference for the development of better UV - curable coatings.

Based on the wear resistance application scenarios of the heat surface tubes, fans and other components of popwer station boiler, coatings were prepared on the substrate 20G steel by high velocity arc - spraying technology with the application of two kinds of FeCr - based coating materials containing different carbon and rare earth element contents. Subsequently, the microscopic morphology and phase composition of the coatings were characterized through optical microscope (OM), scanning electron microscope (SEM), X - ray diffractometer (XRD) and white light interferometer system, and the mechanical and wear resistance properties of the coatings were tested through Vickers microhardness, tensile bonding strength, ball - disk friction and wear tests. Results showed that the microstructure of these two coatings was a typical lamellar structure. As B, C and other hard phase elements were distributed in FeCr solid solution, the microhardness of the coatings was much higher than that of the substrate. Furthermore, the high carbon content and the addition of rare earth elements contributed to a decrease of the porosity of the coatings from 2.22±0.47% to 0.92±0.13%, an increase of the microhardness from 8.05±0.53 GPa to 10.47±0.68 GPa, and a reduction of the wear weight loss by 40%. Judging from the wear morphology of the coatings, high microhardness and low porosity made the wear mechanism changed from adhesive wear to abrasive wear. In general, applying FeCr - based coatings to protect the wear surfaces could effectively solve the wear problem of the boiler parts of the power station, and thus ensure the safe and stable operation of the boiler units.

In order to analyze the degreasing effect of a demulsifiable polyoxyethylene and polyoxypropylene alkyl ether sample on the steel plates, the conductivity, acidity, particle size, infrared spectrum, ultraviolet spectrum, nuclear magnetic spectrum, degreasing rate and corrosion resistance of the demulsifiable polyoxyethylene and polyoxypropylene alkyl ether sample were analyzed in detail. Results showed that the main component of the sample was non - anionic and non - cationic surfactant. Polyoxyethylene and propylene segments contained in polymer had similar structure and the properties with polyoxyethylene castor oil and OP - 10. Besides, it was an emulsifier with excellent surface activity, which could be applied to large - area degreasing surface treatment of steel plate.

BackgroundLost radioactive sources needs to be quickly retrieved, positioning of radioactive source in complex environment is the key to find the lost radioactive source. [Propose] This study aims to develope a novel approach for the rapid positioning of orphan sources using a NaI(Tl) array detection device.MethodFirst of all, by leveraging the shadow effect between array detectors, a response curve between gamma-ray incidence angles and counts was obtained through the use of Monte Carlo simulation software. Then, the support vector machine (SVM) method was employed to establish a predictive mathematical model for the counting rate of array detectors as a function of gamma-ray incidence angle, utilizing. Finally, a radioactive source localization physical experiment platform was constructed, and a series of incidence angle response experiments were conducted for the validation of this approach applied to radioactive source localization under varying conditions.ResultsEexperimental results demonstrate that, through the use of the SVM regression prediction model, the maximum average deviation of the angle is 9.21° whilst the minimum is 1.77° for the angle prediction of an orphan 137Cs point source.ConclusionsThis method can achieve rapid and accurate localization of an orphan radioactive source.

Objective To observe the influence of dapagliflozin on ERS of myocardial tissues from rats with heart failure, and explore the its relationship with myocardial remodeling. Methods The rats were divided into the control group, model group (with aortic coarctation, TAC) and Dapagliflozin intervention group (with Dapagliflozin 0.5 and 1.0 mg/kg given by gavage once daily). Non-invasive rat tail artery manometer was used to detect mean arterial pressure. Weigh body weight, whole heart weight and left ventricular weight were recorded to calculate the rat myocardial hypertrophy index HWI and LVWI. Small animal ultrasound was used to detect rat heart function. The morphological changes of cardiomyocytes was microscopied with HE staining. Immuno-histochemistry and Western blot were used to detect GRP78 and CHOP expression in rat myocardial tissue. Results Compared with the control group, MAP, HWI and LVWI in the model group were significantly increased (P＜0.01), EF and FS decreased significantly (P＜0.01). Compared with the model group, HWI and LVWI were reduced (P＜0.05), EF and FS were increased (P＜0.05) in dapagliflozin group. HE staining showed that the myocardial fibers in control group were neatly arranged and morphologically regular; in model group, the myocardial fibers were excluded from the disorder, the morphology was irregular, and the tissue was evacuated; the myocardial fibers in dapagliflozin group were better than that of model group. Compared with control group, the expression of GRP78 and CHOP in the myocardium of model group was significantly increased(P＜0.01);compared with model group, the expression of GRP78 and CHOP in dapagliflozin group was reduced (P＜0.05). Conclusions Dapagliflozin obviously inhibits ERS, down-regulates the expression of GRP78 and CHOP, protects cardiomyocytes, more effectively relieves ventricular remodeling and improves cardiac function. ERS may be one of the molecular biological mechanisms of Dapagliflozin.

Objective To analyze the course design and training outcomes of cochlear implant special training course, and to explore the training methods for otology microsurgeons to master cochlear implant technology. Methods Among the 24 students, 33% are senior (8/24), 17% are deputy senior (4/24), 50% are intermediate(12/24), In terms of Degree distribution,58% are PhD, 25% are master and 17% are bachelor. Totally 92%(22/24) of the trainees believed that the training was very helpful for surgery, and but 8%(2/24) of them thought the outcome of the training was not so helpful. The most helpful part of the training is the facial nerve recess approach technology. The highest score for participating in the class was the training method of cochlear implant surgery, which could be improved constantly in accordance with the training method when back to their own hospitals. As for the organization and course setting, the teaching method of step by step scored the highest for the, followed by the course setting including the facial nerve recess approach, subtotal petrosectomy and transotic approach. Conclusions The teaching methods of step by step, centralized comments and discussion helps trainees to understand the cochlear implant technology quickly.

BACKGROUND The south of Jiangxi Province is a typical geographical distribution area of selenium deficiency. However, some research results in recent years indicate that the rice has high selenium content. The reasons for inconsistency about selenium enrichment between soil and rice is still not clear. It is important to discuss the characteristics of selenium content in soil and crops for the utilization of selenium-enriched land resources and the development of selenium-enriched agricultural products. OBJECTIVES To understand the reasons of inconsistency about selenium content between soil and crops in Qingxi area, Ganxian County. METHODS Samples of 1734 topsoil, 57 sets of rice and corresponding root soil were collected from Qingxi area. The content of selenium and its speciation geochemistry in these samples were determined by inductively coupled plasma-mass spectrometry and inductively coupled plasma-optical emission spectrometry. The selenium content and distribution characteristics in soil and rice were systematically analyzed, and the influencing factors of selenium bioavailability in root soil were discussed. RESULTS The topsoil in the area was dominated by selenium-enriched soil and selenium-sufficient soil. The selenium content in soil were closely related to soil parent rocks. The rules of soil selenium content in different parent-rock areas were as follows: Paleozoic metamorphic rocks>Mesozoic granite>Neoproterozoic metamorphic rocks>Mesozoic terrigenous clastic rocks>Cenozoic quaternary. The selenium content in root soil were lower than 0.4mg/kg, and selenium-enrichment rate of rice was 64.91%, indicating that it had a high capacity to enrich selenium in the soil (enrichment coefficient was 20.05%). When the selenium content in root soil was more than 0.25mg/kg, the rate of selenium-enrichment reached up to 70.83%, and would produce high-quality selenium-enriched rice stably. The form of selenium was the main factor to influence selenium bioavailability in soil. When the content of total selenium in soil was low, water-soluble, ion-exchangeable and carbonate-bound selenium accounted for a high proportion, which enhanced the bioavailability of selenium. The weak ability of selenium adsorption by low content organic matter was also an important factor for the high bioavailability of selenium. CONCLUSIONS Selenium content in soil, soil physical and chemical index and the influence of selenium form on bioavailability of selenium in soil should be comprehensively considered when exploiting selenium-enriched soil and selenium-sufficient soil in Qingxi area, Ganxian County. It is beneficial to scientifically guide the delimitation of natural selenium-enriched land and develop selenium-enriched rice.

In order to solve the safety problems in the lithium ion batteries used nowadays,the researchers were increasingly attracted by the solid electrolytes. Allophane was prepared from Na2SiO3 and AlCl3·6H2O by sol-gel method. By mixing the allophane and the polyethylene oxide/lithium perchlorate(PEO/LiClO4)with the solution blending method,the composite solid polymer electrolyte was obtained. X-ray diffraction(XRD),fourier transform infrared spectroscopy(FTIR),differential scanning calorimetry(DSC),transmission electron microscope(TEM),scanning electron microscope(SEM)and optical microscopy(OM)were used to characterize the microstructure and morphology of the samples. The results show that the noncovalent bonding interactions(complexation,hydrogen bonding,and Lewis acid-base interaction)among allophane,LiClO4 and PEO significantly inhibit the crystallization of PEO. The crystallinity of PEO decreases and then increases with the increase of allophone content. Moreover,the crystallinity of PEO decrease with the increase of LiClO4 content. When EO/Li+ molar ratio is 10:1 and the content of allophane is 5%(mass fraction),the crystallinity of PEO in the solid polymer electrolyte is only 4.12%.

Biomass liquefaction is an useful technique to realize the high-value conversion and recycling uses of agricultural and forestry waste, as well as for substituting chemical feedstocks. In this paper, the organic solvent liquefaction method was used to liquefy bagasse lignin. The effects of different liquefaction parameters (catalyst dosage, liquid-solid ratio, liquefaction temperature, liquefaction time) on the liquefaction efficiency of bagasse lignin were explored, and its liquefaction products were also characterized. The results showed that the optimized process parameters for liquefaction of bagasse lignin were as follows: the liquefaction temperature was 150, the liquefaction time was 1 h, the liquid-solid ratio was 3:1, the catalyst dosage was 15%, and the residue rate of bagasse lignin was 0.87%. Under the combined action of phenol and sulfuric acid, bagasse lignin was degraded from its original spherical and spherical concave structure into residual particles. The ether bonds and the carbon-carbon bonds connecting the macromolecular structure of bagasse lignin were broken in different ways during the liquefaction process, such as pyrolysis, dehydration, dehydrogenation, deoxygenation, and decarboxylation. Subsequently, small molecular fragments in the liquefied intermediate products rearranged through condensation, hydroxyl methylation, and etherification reactions. [Objective] Runoff changes under the combined influence of climate change and human activities. Exploring the temporal and spatial evolution of runoff and its causes has important guiding significance for the scientific operation of reservoirs and the sustainable use of water resources. [Methods] Based on the meteorological and hydrological data of the Wanzhou section of the Three Gorges Reservoir Area from 1960 to 2019, Mann-Kendall trend test, Pettitt mutation analysis and wavelet analysis were used to analyze the spatial and temporal evolution characteristics of runoff before and after the impoundment in the Three Gorges Reservoir Area. Finally, two Budyko hydrothermal coupling equilibrium equations were used to quantitatively calculate the influence rate of climate change and human activities on runoff change. [Results] (1) The annual runoff in the study area showed a significant downward trend (| z | > 2.58), with the inflection point appearing in 2003 (the impoundment year of the Three Gorges Reservoir Area), after which he annual distribution was more uniform. (2) Compared to the period before impoundment, the contribution rates of climate change and human activities to the reduction of annual runoff in the study area after impoundment were 27.9% to 29.2% and 70.8% to 72.1%, respectively. (3) Human activities primarily influence the annual runoff of the basin by altering the type of land use and the construction of water conservation projects. [Conclusion] This study quantitatively describes the impact of human activities on runoff changes, and provides the oretical support for the next stage of water resources management in the Three Gorges Reservoir Area. Background and Objective Circulating tumor cells (CTC) play an important role in the screening and prognosis of lung cancer, but the low efficiency and specificity of CTC isolation obviously restrict its clinical application. The purpose of this study is to explore a new and efficient isolation method of CTC in patients with non-small cell lung cancer (NSCLC) in order to achieve the purpose of early diagnosis of NSCLC. Methods Three kinds of immunolipid magnetic spheres of epidermal growth factor receptor (EGFR), vimentin and folic acid (FA) were prepared by thin film method. After characterization, the sorting scheme of cell line was explored, the optimal sorting scheme of NSCLC CTC was constructed, and its clinical application value was studied. Results The average capture efficiency of EGFR, Vimentin and FA magnetic spheres used alone and in combination to lung cancer cell lines was 78%, 79%, 82% and 91%, respectively. In 60 patients with lung cancer, using 2 CTC per 7.5 mL blood as cutoff value, the positive rates of EGFR, Vimentin and FA magnets used alone and in combination were 65.0%, 33.3%, 93.3% and 100%, respectively. The paper aims to develop a method to rapidly detect the content of tylosin tartrate. In Clark-Lubs buffer solution with pH 6.6, malachite green can induce strong resonance light scattering due to the construction of supermolecule aggregates, and tylosin tartrate can react with malachite green cations, resulting in the decomposition of supermolecule aggregates constructed by malachite green, which significantly weakens the resonance light scattering intensity of the system. The maximum detection wavelengths are at 285 nm and 332 nm. Due to the additive nature of the resonance light intensity ( I), the two wavelengths are superimposed for measurement. The linear range of tylosin tartrate is 0.2-0.6 mg/L, the linear regression equation is IRLS= 5 299 C-766.4, the correlation coefficient ( R) is 0.999 8, and the detection limit is 0.004 1 mg/L. The result indicates that the method is simple and sensitive, and can be successfully applied for the determination of tylosin tartrate. [ABSTRACT FROM AUTHOR]

Objective To investigate the relationship between neutrophils to lymphocytes ratio (NLR) and the prognosis of retroperitoneal liposarcoma patients and other prognostic factors. Methods We collected 109 patients diagnosed asretroperitoneal liposarcoma. All patients were divided into two groups according to the preoperative NLR: high NLR group (NLR > 2.78) and low NLR group (NLR≤2.78). The survival rates were compared between the two groups. In addition, other clinicopathological features and prognostic factors of retroperitoneal liposarcoma patients were analyzed, including the patient's medical history, tumor features and operation characters. Results The 5-year survival rates in the high NLR group and low NLR group were 50% and 84.6%, respectively (P=0.016). Patients with high NLR had a higher malignancy (P=0.033), and the NLR level was associated with immunity, inflammatory response and liver function of patients (P=0.001, P=0.000). Besides, there were significant differences between the two groups of dedifferentiated and highly-differentiated retroperitoneal lipomas (P=0.004). The patients with history of smoking and drinking always had poorer outcomes (P=0.032, P=0.004). Male and female patients with 5-year survival were 45.5% and 84.6%, respectively (P=0.006). In addition, the results of surgical excision showed that 5-year survival rates of the patients with piecemeal resection, palliative resection and complete resection were 66.7%, 90% and 20%, respectively (P=0.027). Conclusion NLR could be used as a prognostic indicator of retroperitoneal lipoma. Preoperative NLR > 2.78 indicates poor prognosis. Patients with history of smoking and drinking have a poor prognosis for retroperitoneal liposarcoma. The 5-year survival rate of patients with palliative resection is higher than those with piecemeal resection and complete resection.

Objective To observe and investigate the clinicopathological features and types of refractory epilepsy treated by several epilepsy surgeries. Methods There were 19 patients with age less than 20 years who underwent 2 (16/19) or 3 (3/19) epilepsy surgeries. After pathological examination, pathological diagnosis and subtype was made according to focal cortical dysplasia (FCD) classification proposed by International League Against Epilepsy (ILAE) Diagnostic Methods Commission in 2011 and World Health Organization (WHO) Classification of Tumors of Central Nervous System in 2007. Results The operation intervals were 1-10 years (average 4.24 years). The pathological diagnoses after first operation were FCDⅠb in 2 cases (2/19), FCDⅡa in 2 cases (2/19), FCDⅢa in one case (1/19), FCDⅢd in one case (1/19), 5 cases of tumor lesions [2 (2/19) of astrocytoma, one (1/19) of oligoastrocytoma, one (1/ 19) of mixed germ cell tumor, one (1/19) of hysembryoplastic neuroepithelial tumor (DNT)], one case (1/19) of hamartoma, one case (1/19) of angioma, one case (1/19) of heterotopic gray matter, and 4 cases (4/19) of ulegyria. The last one (1/19) underwent corpus callosal incision. Pathological diagnoses after reoperation were FCDⅢa in 4 cases (4/19), FCDⅢb in 4 cases (4/19), FCDⅢc in one case (1/19), FCDⅢd in 8 cases (8/19), dual pathology (FCDⅢa with oligoastrocytoma and with glial scar and/or ulegyria) in 2 cases (2/19). Patients were followed up for 0.50-5.00 years after second or third operation (average 2.34 years), and the results showed Engel Ⅰ in 10 patients (10/19), Engel Ⅱ in 6 patients (6/19) and Engel Ⅲ in 3 patients (3/19). The rate of good prognosis was 84.21%. Conclusions The pathological diagnoses of brain tissue resected from patients accepting several epilepsy surgeries are mainly FCD Ⅲ and dual pathology. It is suggested that the second or third operation would be effective for refractory epilepsy patients who underwent surgery already. DOI: 10.3969/j.issn.1672-6731.2018.02.010

The shear stud is indispensable in composite structures, which plays a role in ensuring the full play of the composite behavior. Multiple studs are always used at the same time. Therefore, in order to study the uneven coefficient and shear performance of grouped studs, Ansys APDL was used for parametric analysis through changing the spacing of studs and the thickness of steel plates. The shear stud with the diameter of 22 mm was chosen as the research object. In addition, the post-damaged behavior of the grouped studs is studied through setting different distances of the studs and reducing the effective section on at the end, middle and tail of the stud, respectively. The results show that due to the existence of friction, as long as multiple studs are used, there will be a decrease in shear performance, which is not only affected by the group effect. The distribution of uneven shear force along the height in the elastic stage is like crescent. However, with the decrease of stud spacing, the crescent transforms to the line in the plastic stage. Meanwhile, the uneven coefficient at the end decreases and coefficient at the tail increases. Along the height, the maximum difference is 10% approximately. In the elastic stage, when the thickness of the steel plate changes, the coefficient variates within 5% as well as 1% in the plastic stage. Compared with the effect of the stud spacing, the thickness of the steel plate plays limited role on the non-uniformity coefficient. The average bearing capacity of studs has an exponential relationship with the variation of the stud spacing, and the average shear stiffness of the studs has a linear relationship with the variation of the spacing. The closer the spacing, the lower the average shear bearing capacity and average shear stiffness. The correlation coefficients of the fitted equations are greater than 0. 9. A nonlinear random vibration model of a current carrying thin rectangular plate simply supported at each edge was established when the plate was applied mechanical load in a magnetic field. The model was proposed based on the theories of plates and shells and the magnetic elastic mechanics. It was simplified as a nonlinear dynamics differential equation by using Galerkin variation method. Then the equation was equivalent to be a one-dimensional It stochastic differential equation by applying the stochastic average theory of a quasi non-integrable Hamilton system. The local stochastic stability of the system was judged using the maximum Lyapunov index. Its global stability of the system was also judged using the singular boundary theory.Finally the influences of the system parameters on the stochastic Hopf bifurcation were researched through the steady probability density function. The numerical simulation results were shown in the paper.

In order to solve problems that portable smog analyzer based on electrochemical sensor has poor flexibility and universality, and portable optical fiber smog analyzer can not achieve data remote transmission and multi-sensor networking, a novel mine-used portable smog analyzer with networking function was designed. Monitoring and analysis circuit for smog was designed based on AvaSpec-2048 in order to detect smog concentration. Networking function of the analyzer was realized by embedded development technology and ZigBee wireless network technology. The test results showed that the analyzer has characteristics of stable and reliable working, fast response, strong networking capability, which can well meet with requirements of distributed multi-instrument monitoring.

On the basis of financial HJM model and Monte Carlo method and by use of powerful data analysis ability of Microsoft Excel,historical data of gas concentration was analyzed and then a practical rule of gas overflow was gotten,so as to realize prediction of coal mine gas overflow.With gasdetected equipments,the method of predicting gas concentration can effectively reduce rate of accidents,and has certain extersion and application value.

A design scheme of video monitoring system of coal mine based on embedded Web server was proposed. In the system, embedded Web server is established in S3C2410 microprocessor and real-time video data is gotten form USB cameras. By use of JPEG, Video4Linux programming technology and multi-thread communication technology synthetically, the video data is sent to monitoring center, then the video data is recomposed and compounded to create video pictures by the monitoring center, so as to realize the function of remote video monitoring. The testing result showed that the system has clear pictures, low rate of bad frame and good stability and reliability.

Few bearing samples usually led to inadequate learning and low diagnosis accuracy. To solve this problem, an improved convolutional generative adversarial network was constructed. It made full use of data generation ability of the GAN and learning ability of deep CNN, so that the intelligent fault diagnosis might be conducted for the bearings with few samples under varying working conditions. First, a deep convolutional GAN was constructed. The deep features in few real data were mined through adversarial learning between the generator and discriminator of GAN, and then the generator might generate simulated data exactly like real one to make up for the lack of very few samples. Then, the dense block and dilated convolutions were combined with the CNN:, named as DDCNN. to improve the learning ability by extending the network depth and perception range. As a result, the DDCNN may identify tiny differences in multi-class datasets and enhance feature extraction. Finally, the proposed method was verified by using bearing datasets with few samples under fixed conditions and varying rotating speeds, and was compared with other frameworks. In this study, urea (U), formaldehyde (F) and maltose (Ma) were used as main raw materials to synthesize maltose modified urea-formaldehyde resin (MaUF) by the process of "alkali (T1)-acid (T2)-alkali (T3)". The effects of maltose addition amount and time on the properties of MaUF resin were studied and characterized (DSC, TG and DTG). The results showed that with the increase of maltose content, the wet bonding strength of MaUF resin in T2 stage first increased and then decreased, the free formaldehyde content decreased and the solid content increased. The optimal synthesis process was n(U): n(F)=1:1.3, maltose content was 18%, and bonding property and free formaldehyde content could meet the requirements of national standards. FT-IR showed that the absorption peak of ether bond at 1 133 cm-1 was enhanced, and maltose participated in the resin reaction and was linked by ether bond. DSC analysis showed that maltose increased the initial temperature, peak temperature and end temperature of the resin, and increased the heat release, which made it difficult to cure the resin. TG and DTG curve analysis showed that maltose may react with formaldehyde or hydroxymethylurea, and the thermal stability of MaUF resin was poor. [ABSTRACT FROM AUTHOR]

Objective. To study the association of CREB1 gene with depression and bipolar disorder type II. Methods. Three hundred and sixty-two patients with depression, 381 patients with bipolar disorder type II and 416 healthy subjects were included. There were no significant differences in gender, age and year of education between depression group, bipolar disorder type II group and control group. Patients with severity of depression were evaluated by Hamilton Depression Rating Scale. Hypomania Check List-32 was used to screen the history of hypomanic episode of patients with depression and patients with bipolar disorder type II. A total of 2 mL of venous blood was collected from each subject, and whole genome of peripheral blood leukocyte DNA was extracted using a centrifugal column genomic DNA kit. Single nucleotide polymorphism (SNP) genotyping of SNaPshot was used to identify the rs10932201 and rs3770704 loci of CREB1 gene, and the effects of SNP on CREB1 expression in brain were analyzed using BRAINEAC database. Results. The genotypes of rs10932201 and rs3770704 of CREB1 gene in the depression group, bipolar disorder type II group and control group were well matched with Hardy-Weinberg equilibrium (P>0.05). Linkage disequilibrium analysis showed that there was a strong linkage disequilibrium between rs10932201 and rs3770704 (r²>0.4). At the rs10932201 locus of CREB1 gene, there was a significant difference in allelic frequency between the bipolar disorder type II group and the control group (χ²=4.27, P=0.042); there was no difference in allelic frequency between the depression group and the control group. There were no significant differences in either allelic or genotypic frequency of rs3770704 of CREB1 gene in the depression group and bipolar disorder type II group compared with the control group. In the haplotype constructed between rs10932201 and rs3770704 of CREB1 gene, the frequency of haplotype A-T in the bipolar disorder type II group was 57.5%, which was statistically significant (χ²=4.07,P=0.044). Expression quantitative trait loci analysis showed that rs10932201 was associated with CREB1 gene expression in temporal cortex (P=0.048). Conclusion. The rs10932201 of CREB1 gene is associated with bipolar disorder type II, and may be a risk factor for bipolar disorder type II, not depression. [ABSTRACT FROM AUTHOR]

To improve the nonlinear and non-stationary characteristics of rolling bearing vibration signal, a multifractal descending algorithm was proposed to calculate the multifractal spectrum parameters. Taking the multifractal spectrum parameters as characteristic parameters, the advantages and disadvantages of multifractal descending fluctuation analysis method and multifractal descending moving average method were compared and analyzed for bearing fault feature extraction. An improved K mean clustering analysis was used to classify the feature parameters extracted from the multifractal descending algorithm, so as to realize the purpose of bearing fault diagnosis. The rolling bearing data were used to verify the proposed method, and the time domain characteristics and multifractal spectrum parameters were compared and analyzed. And the effects of two multifractal descending algorithms were compared and analyzed. The results verify the combination effectiveness of multifractal descending wave analysis and improved K means clustering for bearing fault diagnosis, and provide a new attempt for bearing fault diagnosis. Objective · To explore the relationship between serum interleukin-6 (IL-6) level and depressive symptoms in schizophrenia. Methods · A total of 239 patients with schizophrenia treated with olanzapine alone for more than 2 years were enrolled. Calgary Depression Scale for Schizophrenia (CDSS) was used to evaluate the depression level of the patients, and they were divided into depression group and non-depression group. Positive and Negative Syndrome Scale (PANSS) was used to evaluate the mental symptoms of patients. Serum IL-6 levels were measured by enzyme linked immunosorbent assay (ELISA), and the differences between the two groups were compared. Pearson correlation analysis was used to analyze the relationship between serum IL-6 level and CDSS score. Results · According to the results of CDSS, the patients were divided into depression group (119 cases) and non-depression group (120 cases). Compared with the non-depression group, the PANSS negative symptom subscale score and serum IL-6 level of patients in the depression group were higher (P=0.028, P=0.000). Pearson correlation analysis showed that serum IL-6 level was positively correlated with CDSS score in the depression group patients (r=0.42, P=0.000).
