In order to increase and stabilize the content of tetramethylpyrazine in liquor, 13 strains of Bacillus were isolated from Maotai Daqu samples, and 5 strains with excellent protease production were selected through the preliminary screening of protease transparent circle test. After a liquid fermentation test, a functional bacterium with high yield of tetramethylpyrazine was screened out. The content of tetramethylpyrazine in the fermentation broth was 12.22 mg/L, which was identified as Bacillus licheniformis GTBL-168. The seed culture solution of this strain was inoculated into the sauce-flavor liquor accumulation culture at 0%, 3%, 5%, and 7% (v/w) to synergize the fermentation with traditional Daqu, and accumulate acetoin and tetramethyl in the glutinous rice grains. The content of pyrazine increased, and the increasing was the largest when the inoculation amount was 7%, and the yield of tetramethylpyrazine increased by 24.88% compared with the control group, the overall changes in physical and chemical indexes were obvious, and the amino nitrogen and total acid increased, the addition of Bacillus licheniformis GTBL-168 had little effect on the microbial structure of the accumulated fermented grains. With the increasing of the inoculation amount, the abundance of Bacillus and other dominant bacteria in the fermented grains also increased. It would lay a foundation for the application of functional bacteria in the process of stacking fermentation.

The research status of the influence of reducing agents on the reduction of high-phosphorus oolitic hematite was summarized from two aspects of coal and other reducing agents, and the research progress of dephosphorizers was summarized from two ways of using single and combined dephosphorizers. The problems existing in the direct reduction-magnetic separation process of high-phosphorus oolitic hematite were pointed out. According to the existing problems, suggestions for the future research direction of direct reduction-magnetic separation of high-phosphorus oolitic hematite were put forward.

The nutritional composition, physicochemical indexes and harmful substance contents of flaxseed oil during frying process under conventional frying condition were studied in this paper, and its frying performance was comprehensively analyzed by principal component analysis. The results showed that the unsaturation of flaxseed oil without frying was 81.77%. The content of α-linolenic acid was 47.50%, which was a kind of high nutritional value edible oil. Background Post-stroke mild cognitive impairment (PSMCI) is a common complication after stroke, which negatively affects patients' full recovery from stroke and imposes financial and emotional pressure on their families. Objective To observe the clinical efficacy of moxibustion on Governor vessel on the cognitive function and TCM syndromes in PSMCI due to deficiency of kidney essence. Methods Eligible patients with PSMCI (n=60) who were treated in Rehabilitation Center, the First Affiliated Hospital of Henan University of CM from July 2020 to July 2021 were selected, and evenly randomized to a control group (routine basic treatment plus routine cognitive rehabilitation training) and a moxibustion group 〔routine basic treatment plus routine cognitive rehabilitation training and moxibustion on the Governor vessel acupoints (once daily, five times per week) 〕, received four consecutive weeks of treatment. The Mini-Mental State Examination (MMSE) , and Montreal Cognitive Assessment (MoCA) were used to assess the cognitive function. Symptoms of kidney essence deficiency was assessed by the Scale for the Differentiation of Syndromes of Vascular Dementia (SDSVD) . And quality of life was measured by the Specifications for Stroke-Quality of Life (SS-QOL) . The overall clinical efficacy and safety of the two treatments were evaluated. Results Pre- and post-treatment comparisons of scores of MMSE and MoCA, SDSVD, and SS-QOL revealed that moxibustion group patients group had greater improvements in cognitive function, symptoms of kidney essence deficiency, and quality of life than control group patients (P0.05) . Conclusion Moxibustion of the Governor vessel helps to better improve the cognitive function and TCM symptoms of PSMCI patients due to deficiency of kidney essence with good clinical efficacy and safety.
