Siltation in coastal river networks is a serious water security issue, and balancing siltation through water diversion is an important measure in ecological water resource dispatching. Taking the Doulong Port in the Lixiahe region of Jiangsu Province as the research subject, this paper redefined the water demand for scouring siltation based on the characteristic of scouring siltation in the area, so as to reflect the water demand for the net change in sediment monitored. By analyzing the in-situ monitoring data for the downstream channel of Doulong Port from 2001 to 2018, the paper extracted key variables such as initial riverbed volume, siltation amount, time duration, rainfall volume, and the frequency of sluice openings. A predictive model of water demand for scouring siltation was constructed, which combined adaptive particle swarm optimization (APSO) algorithm with support vector machine (SVM) and optimized the model parameters of the SVM through the APSO algorithm, enhancing the prediction accuracy of the APSO-SVM model. Furthermore, Sobol sensitivity analysis indicates that siltation amount, initial riverbed volume, and the frequency of sluice openings are the main variables affecting the water demand for scouring siltation, while rainfall volume and time duration show significant interactive effects. This study provides a theoretical basis and practical guidance for water resource management and channel maintenance, contributing to the improvement of water diversion efficiency in sea-entry channels and channel safety.

[Purposes] In order to better understand the permeability changes of coal measure bedded sandy mudstone under stress, the mechanical characteristics and permeability of bedded sandy mudstone were studied by discrete element simulation on the basis of the stress seepage coupling laboratory tests. [Methods] First, the failure mode and the relationship between the full stress-strain loading process and the permeability of sandy mudstone were studied by the stress-seepage coupling laboratory tests in the bedding directions of parallel and perpendicular rock bedding. Second, in the discrete element software PFC2D, a method to characterize the flow field by solving the finite difference method is proposed for the first time, which can well reflect the stress-strain response and permeability changes of sandy mudstone, and the simulated stress-strain and permeability curves obtained are consistent with experimental results, with the fluid flowing intensively along the main fracture. Finally, according to the calibrated parameters, the stress and permeability of rock samples at different bedding angles are simulated, and the relationships between the maximum permeability or peak strength and bedding angles are explored. [Findings] The results show that the strength and permeability of layered sandy mudstone are anisotropic. The flow field direction, flow rate, and contact force chain in the rock sample are closely related to the crack, and the strong contact force chain is concentrated near the shear zone at the joint of the sample. With the increase of the bedding angle α, the peak intensity changes in a“ U” shape, and the maximum permeability decreases linearly. [Conclusions] This numerical simulation method fully takes into account the influence of rock mechanics and seepage characteristics, which provides a theoretical basis for the surrounding rock seepage prevention and reinforcement project, and a new idea for the fluid-structure interaction of discrete element simulation.

ObjectiveTo analyze the fertility characteristics of the registered population in a neighborhood in Jing’an District, Shanghai from 2013 to 2022, and to provide a reference for population development planning and allocation of public health resources.MethodsData on newborns and puerperae registered in the neighborhood were collected through the Shanghai Birth Medical Information System and Public Security Department information system. Statistical analysis was conducted using Excel 2010, and the Joinpoint regression model was used to describe the changes.ResultsFrom 2013 to 2022, the crude birth rate, general fertility rate, and total fertility rate showed a declining trend, with average annual percent change (AAPC) values of -7.62%, -6.99%, and -4.54%, respectively. The average age of first childbirth and the age of childbearing among women gradually increased, with AAPC values of 1.24% and 1.28%, respectively. In the past 10 years, the total number of newborns showed a downward trend, with an AAPC value of -6.15%. After the implementation of the two-child policy, the proportion of second children showed an increasing trend, with an AAPC value of 7.37%.ConclusionThe fertility level of the population in the neighborhood is declining. The two-child policy has not significantly improved fertility rates, and the age of childbearing in women continues to rise. Diverse measures are needed to encourage childbirths and promote healthy births.

[Objective] Pipeline network companies need to forecast the short-term natural gas loads of downstream users to ensure a stable gas supply. However, traditional load forecasting methods have various problems such as poor fitting effect and low forecasting accuracy. A combined short-term natural gas load forecasting model based on the Complementary Ensemble of Empirical Mode Decomposition(CEEMD) and the Long Short-Term Memory(LSTM) network is proposed to improve the accuracy of short-term natural gas load forecasting. [Methods] To fully explore the internal hidden feature information of the load series and to avoid the mutual interference between different component features and additional noise, the original load series was decomposed into a finite number of Intrinsic Mode Function(IMF) components through CEEMD. Different IMF components were input into the LSTM model for iterative multi-step forecasting, the hyperparameters of the LSTM model were optimized based on the Bayesian algorithm to improve the learning effect and the forecasting accuracy, and the forecasting results of individual components were superimposed and reconstructed to obtain the final forecasting results. [Results] The comparison of forecasting results obtained by different combined models indicates that the errors in the values forecast by CEEMD-LSTM based on the real values are smaller, proving that the forecasting accuracy is higher. The Bayesian hyperparameter tuning further improves the forecasting accuracy but takes longer forecasting time. [Conclusion] Compared with other forecasting models, the combined CEEMDLSTM forecasting model can effectively extract the time order information of load series, eliminate the influence of nonlinear factors,and reduce reconstruction errors while suppressing modal superposition, thus improving forecasting accuracy. This method can provide a reference for the scheduling management and operation optimization of natural gas pipeline networks.

Background The improvement efficacy of consolidation chemotherapy after definitive concurrent chemotherapy and radio-therapy (CCRT) on the prognosis of patients with locally advanced esophageal squamous cell carcinoma (ESCC) remains controversial. In addition, there is a lack of nutritional risk screening tools which can consistently and accurately predict the survival of patients with esophageal cancer. Objective To investigate the effect of consolidation chemotherapy on the prognosis of patients with locally advanced ESCC receiving definitive CCRT. Methods A total of 223 patients with ESCC who received definitive CCRT in the department of radiotherapy, the Fourth Hospital of Hebei Medical University from January 2013 to December 2018 were selected as the research objects and divided into the simple CCRT group (n=87) and combined consolidation chemotherapy group (n=136) according to chemoradiotherapy regimen adopted by the patients. General data, ECOG score, tumor site, tumor length, TNM stage, radiotherapy dose, irradiation mode and chemotherapy regimen of the included patients were collected by electronic medical record system. Nutritional Risk Screening 2002 (NRS 2002) was used to score the nutritional status of the patients before chemoradiotherapy. Efficacy evaluation was performed within 1 month after CCRT, including complete response (CR), partial response (PR), stable disease (SD), and progressive disease (PD). Patients were followed up by telephone (completed by the follow-up center) and outpatient review until 2022-09-30, with overall survival (OS), local relapse-free survival (LRRFS) and distant metastasis-free survival (DMFS) collected. Survival curves of OS, LRRFS and DMFS were plotted by Kaplan-Meier method and compared by Log-rank test. Univariate and multivariate Cox risk regression models were used to explore the influencing factors of patient prognosis. Results There was no significant difference in baseline data between the simple CCRT group and combined consolidation chemotherapy group (P>0.05). There was no significant difference in the rates of OS, LRRFS and DMFS between the two groups (χ2=1.942, 0.743, 1.272; P=0.163, 0.389, 0.259). In order to enrich the performance of the user's location information and to meet the diverse needs of users,a location privacy protection scheme based on attribute encryption was designed,which provided precise,more accurate,fuzzy and private four modes to manage the location information.The scheme was based on the algorithm of WT-CP-ABE.The location information was divided into three parts according to a close friend of grade,then the key infor-mation and position information was encrypted with attribute-based encryption and symmetric encryption method respec-tively and the ciphertext was published to the social network.The security of the scheme is analyzed,which shows that the scheme has the advantage of user attribute information confidentiality,data confidentiality and can resist the collusion attack.

The experiment was conducted to study the effects of yeast hydrolysate on the mental status, serum biochemical indexes, and intestinal flora of calves. A total of 30 one-day-old Holstein female calves with body weight (39±2) kg were selected and randomly divided into a control group and experimental group (supplemented with 5 g/(head⋅d) yeast hydrolysate), with 15 replicates in each group and one calf in each replicate. Pre-trial period is seven days, and the formal trial period is 56 days. The results showed that the supplementation of 5 g/(head⋅d) yeast hydrolysate could improve the mental status, fur state and fecal scores of calves. On the 63 days, compared with the control group, the activities of alanine aminotransferase (ALT), aspartate aminotransferase (AST) and the concentrations of total protein (TP), albumin (ALB), globulin (GLB), blood glucose (GLU), urea nitrogen (BUN) and cholesterol (TC) in serum of calves in experimental group were significantly increased (P<0.05). On the 35 days, the Chao1 and Observed-species indices of fecal microbiota in the experimental group were significantly reduced (P<0.05). Compared with the microbial genus level, the abundance of Faecalibacterium in fecal flora increased on the 14th day. The richness of Faecalibacterium in the fecal flora decreased on the 35th day. The results show that supplementation of 5 g/(head ⋅d) yeast hydrolysate can improve the mental state, fur state and feces of calves, improve the serum biochemical indexes, increase the abundance of intestinal beneficial flora, and promote the healthy growth of calves. Objective·To explore the regulatory mechanism of folate cycle metabolism in the immunosuppressive effect of myeloid derived suppressor cells (MDSCs). Methods·Bone marrow cells were isolated from C57BL/6 mice and cultured in RPMI 1640 medium supplemented with GM-CSF, G-CSF, and IL-6 to induce MDSCs in vitro. PD-L1 expression level and ROS production level of induced MDSCs were detected by flow cytometry. CD8+ T cells were enriched from the spleen by MACS with anti-CD8a-conjugated microbeads, labeled with Celltrace violet, and then co-cultured with MDSCs. After 72 h, proliferation was assessed by flow cytometry. Folate cycle-related metabolic enzymes in MDSCs were detected by real-time quantitative PCR. MDSCs were treated with folate cycle metabolic enzyme MTHFD2 inhibitor DS18561882 (DS18) and folic acid antagonist Pemetrexed. ROS and mitoROS production in MDSCs were assessed by flow cytometry. CD8+ T cells were enriched from the spleen by MACS with anti-CD8a-conjugated microbeads, labeled with Celltrace violet, and then co-cultured with Pemetrexed or DS18-treated MDSCs. After 72 h, proliferation was assessed by flow cytometry. Transcript levels of folate cycle-related metabolic enzymes in pemetrexed or DS18-treated MDSCs were detected by RNAseq. A subcutaneous tumor mouse model of colon cancer was established. From the tenth day post-implantation, tumor-bearing mice were intraperitoneally injected with Pemetrexed (200 mg/kg) and tumor size was recorded for tumor growth curve. On the fourteenth day, mice were sacrificed, and tumors were harvested. MC38 tumor-bearing mice were treated with isotype antibody, anti-CD8 monoclonal antibody (1 mg/kg, deplete CD8+ T cells), Pemetrexed (200 mg/kg), and combination of Pemetrexed with anti-CD8 antibody. MC38 tumor-bearing mice were treated with isotype antibody, anti-Gr1 monoclonal antibody (1.25 mg/kg, clearing MDSCs), combination of Pemetrexed with anti-Gr1 antibody. On the tenth day after implantation, tumor-bearing mice were treated with Pemetrexed (50 mg/kg), anti-PD-1 monoclonal antibody (250 μg/kg), Pemetrexed, and combination of Pemetrexed with anti-PD-1 antibody. Results·Flow cytometry data showed that PD-L1 level and ROS production were increased in induced MDSCs, and CD8+ T cell proliferation was also suppressed significantly. qPCR data revealed the expression of folate cycle-related metabolic enzymes MTHFD2 and others was increased in MDSCs. The accumulation of MDSCs was affected by DS18 or Pemetrexed, ROS production in MDSCs was reduced, and the immunosuppression of CD8+ T cells was relieved. RNA-seq results showed that genes related to MDSCs differentiation, such as S100 calc-binding protein A8, and genes related to MDSCs inhibition, such as cytochrome b-245β chain, which is related to ROS production, were also down-regulated after treatment with two folic acid cycling inhibitors. Tumor growth was suppressed by Pemetrexed. Tumor progression was promoted by combination of Pemetrexed with anti-CD8 antibody, compared with Pemetrexed monotherapy. However, tumor growth delay was inhibited by combination of Pemetrexed and anti-CD8, compared with anti-CD8 monotherapy. Tumor growth delay was caused by MDSCs depletion. But tumor growth was promoted by combination of pemetrexed and anti-Gr1, compared with pemetrexed monotherapy. Tumor growth was restricted by combination of pemetrexed and anti-PD-1 antibody, compared with anti-PD-1 monotherapy. Conclusion·Pemetrexed relies on CD8+ T cells for anti-tumor effects and further retards tumor growth by reprogramming MDSCs to an anti-tumor phenotype. Modulating MDSCs by targeting folate cycle could impair their immunosuppressive ability and enhance the efficacy of immune checkpoint blockade in cancer treatment.

In order to address the excessive stringency of the remediation target values derived from human health risk assessments based on total concentrations of PAHs, the bioaccessibility of benzo [b] fluoranthene (BBF), benzo [k] fluoranthene (BKF), benzo [a] pyrene (BAP), indeno[1,2,3-cd]pyrene (IPY) and dibenzo [a,h] anthracene (DBA) in the soils of a coking plant in Shijiazhuang, were tested using the German Standards Institute (Deutsches Institut für Normung, DIN) method. The results showed that: (1) the concentrations of BBF, BAP, IPY and DBA in the soils of the investigated area exceeded the screening values of the first type of land-use in GB36600--2018; (2) the bioaccessibility of the five PAHs in the soils of the coking plant ranged from 14.71% to 56.42%; (3) the health risks of BBF, BKF, BAP, IPY and DBA were reduced after taking into account the bioaccessibility, of which the risk of BBF was reduced to an acceptable level; (4) the target values (95% UCL) of BAP, IPY and DBA increased by 2.6, 3.4 and 1.5 times with taking bioaccessibility into account, which were 2.83, 34.63 and 1.95 mg⋅kg-1, respectively. Carrying out refined health risk assessments of PAHs in the soils of coking sites can resolve the problems of overly stringent remediation targets resulted from the conservative risk assessment in the current technical guidelines. Molten salt electrorefining is an important method for spent fuel reprocessing. Study of electrodeposition and crystallization mechanism is of great significance for recovering metals such as U and Zr. In three-electrode system, platinum wire, pyrolytic graphite crucible and Ag/AgCl were used as research electrode, auxiliary electrode, reference electrode, respectively, and cyclic voltammetry and chronoamperometry were used to study the process. The electrochemical nucleation of zirconium in NaCl-KCl-K2ZrF6 molten salt at 1 023 K was investigated by chronoamperometry. Electrochemical theory analysis and the micro-morphology analysis of the potentiostatic electrolysis product of zirconium nuclei in the process of growing up show that the growth mode of zirconium nuclei was three-dimensional hemispherical spiral growth limited by the diffusion of the zirconium complex ions. The chromium content of millet is measured by HNO3-H2O2 digestion and electrochemical method. In the DTPAHAc-NaAc system, the oxidation peak current of amalgam formed by hexavalent chrome ion is obtained in the plating mercury electrode, and the pre-treatment technology of wet digestion can meet the electrochemical determination. The optimized detection condition of electrochemical method for hexavalent chrome ion is 130 °C of digestion solution, 10 mL hydrogen peroxide, 38 mL nitric acid, and neutral of pH. The linear correlation coefficient of electrochemical method is 0. 99, and the recovery of standard addition is 90%~110%. This method can be used to trace chromium (VI) determination in millet. Wet digestion is used as the pre-treatment technology for the electrochemical detection of heavy metals in food, and the complete wet digestion condition of food sample is optimized by electrochemical experiments. The results show that the experimental samples can be digested completely using the Nitric acid-hydrogen peroxide system and is not pre-digested after adding 10 mL nitric acid at 120~140 °C and adding 10~15 mL of hydrogen peroxide during the heating process. The correlation coefficient of electrochemical detect is 0.99 for digestion solution of the samples, and the recovery of standard addition is 82%~115%. Applied polymer Eudragit L100 as carrier to immobilizate protease for wool antifelting. Immobilizated protease was analyzed by FTIR and SDS-PAGE. The results showed that immobilizted protease was form via covalent bonding and molecular weight of protease was increased from 4.1 ~ 6.5 kDa to over 45 kDa. The crystal structure of wool treated with immobilizted protease were measured by means of differential scanning calorimetry (DSC). The results revealed that the a-crystallinity was decreased. Meanwhile, we employed scanning electron microscope (SEM) to observe the morphology of treated wool fiber. Compared with the wool fabric treated with protease, the wool fabric treated with immobilizated protease offered remarkable benefits; weight reduction rate reduced by 21.90%, tensile strength increased by 13.10%, and area shrinkage reduced from the original 25.21% to 0.89%, indicating that wool fiber damage is significantly reduced and excellent antifelting property imparted to the wool. The graphene/polyaniline composite is synthesized by using an in situ polymerization procedure, and is characterized by XRD and FTIR. The composite is used to modify bare glass carbon electrode by drop-coating method, then dopamine(DA) is determined utilizing the composite film modified electrode via cyclic voltammetry. The experimental conditions, including the amount of supported electrolyte, pH value and scan rate, are optimized, and a new determination method of DA is established. The results show that the composite film modified electrode performs excellent electrocatalysis in redox behaviors of DA. In 0.1 mol/L phosphate buffer solution (pH 4.0), the anodic peak current of DA is linear with its concentration in the range of 8.0 X 10-7 ~ 5.0 X 10-3 mol/L with the correlation coefficient of 0.994, and the limit of detection is 9.8 X 10-8 mol/L. This paper proposed an adaptive similarity mapping algorithm for high-speed Ethernet based on the special nature of user behavior and characteristics of the flow quintuple. It fully considered the random distribution of the quintuple in this algorithm and designed an improved XOR-SHIFT algorithm for flows classification. This paper raised concepts of similar database and heterogeneous database and designed similarity comparison functions for this two databases. With this method, similar eigenvalues can be mapped to data files precisely and matching efficiency is improved. It carried out some simulation tests in the campus network and proved that this mapping algorithm has higher precision and applicability than other methods. We compounded modified chitosan of lower molecular weight with waterborne polyurethane ( PU) to prepare a series of blend membranes of different ratio via self-emulsifying polymerization. We studied the mechanical and biodegradation properties, as well as hydrophilic properties through related experiments. We also researched surface morphology by infrared spectrum ( FTIR ) and scanning electronic microscope ( SEM). Then we treated wool fabrics with this agent, the area-shrinking rate, anti-bacterial, surface properties and mechanical performance were tested. Molten urea (U) and enzyme (E) were used in the extraction of wool keratin. The solubility of wool and the yield of keratin were 99.6% and 89.5% in U-method, 88.9% and 86.2% in E-method. These two approaches behaved better than that of reductive method. The molecular weight distribution was 45. 0 ~ 66. 2 kD and < 2 kD, which corresponding to keratin-protein and keratin-peptide. The results of ATR-FTIR, WXRD and TGA indicated that the molecular structure of keratin was almost the same as wool, in addition, the characteristic disulfide bonds were remained in U -keratin, while in E-keratin they were partly broken in the pretreatment. The crystallinity of these two types of keratin were both relatively high, 30. 14% and 45. 14% respectively. Because the non -chlorine anti-felting finishing of wool tends to cause bad handle feeling, cellulose whiskers with polyurethane preparing a new type of composite were used in the anti -felting finishing of wool. Cellulose whiskers were prepared by acid hydrolysis of cellulose microcrystalline. The wool was applied onto surfaces of wool by a pad-dry-cure process with composites containing different cellulose whiskers contents. The results showed that the use of composites containing the cellulose whiskers, the area-shrinking rate of the treated wool was decreased, the handle feeling was better and the tensile strength of the treated wool was increased, indicating that cellulose whiskers significantly improve the strength of wool and impart excellent anti -felting property to the wool. To clear the best limiting speed strategy in urban expressway ramp merging area, based on the principle of limiting speed on ramp merging area, the effects of speed distribution, relationship between volume and speed, speed distribution in various lane position, vehicle type and lane width on the appropriate speed of ramp vehicles were studied by actual measured data of expressway and mathematical statistics. The result shows that the speed from inside to outside is decreased, and mainly affected by the traffic flow. Traffic speed characteristics are different between ramp merging area and basic road section, and different speed limit strategy should be formulated, the value should be determined according to the location of lanes, lane width and traffic situation integrated. In this paper, an information fusion method based on fuzzy set and evidence theory was proposed. Firstly, the fuzzy membership function of the recognition framework was obtained from the: uncertain observation collected by the sensor. Then by using the membership function, the mass function could be obtained. After that, the evidence distance was used to determine the credibility and the discounting factor of each sensor. The present approach was tested in a target recognition system to illustrate its efficiency. To quantitatively analyze the level of service (LOS) of taxi boarding areas at airports, passengers' questionnaires were implemented to evaluate LOS of individual components and overall LOS, which could assess the key influence factors. Each LOS of giving queue time was evaluated based on user perceptions. Regression models were adopt to formulate the evaluation model of overall LOS and the mathematical model between LOS and the queue waiting time, which were used to determine the LOS categories of taxi boarding areas. By analyzing the questionnaires data of Shanghai Hongqiao Airport, it is shown that the four factors : queue waiting time, guiding signs, queue walking distance and organization management, are the obvious influences for LOS of taxi boarding areas, and LOS could be partitioned five categories. The research results could make the administrators know the primary components which should be paid more attentions, and provide the quantitative measurement standards for the planning and design of taxi boarding areas at airports. In this experiment, durable deodorizing finishing of wool/polyester blended fabric using β -cyclodextrin and BTCA was done. The fabric's absorbability of ammonia is the criterion. Some effective factors such as the concentrations of β -CD, BTCA and sodium hypophosphite monohydrate, curing temperature and time were investigated to find out appropriate process. The fabric finished by the appropriate process was tested by Japan spinners inspecting foundation and the result indicated that the fabric had good deodorizing ability. [ABSTRACT FROM AUTHOR]

A CL-Isomap algorithm which is a fast clustering-based with landmarks algorithm is presented based on isometric mapping (Isomap) manifold learning algorithm. This algorithm used in textile printing and dyeing products for automated detection. For the characteristics of printing and dyeing images, this algorithm sets the image clustering firstly, making the images belong to the same area is more easily identifiable ; then use the' signs point to calculate the distance between the image for reducing the computation ,and it further separat the different types of images. Finally, MDS is used in computing low-dimensional embedding images. At the same time ,with the CL-Isomap algorithm to reduce the dimension does not change the essential characteristics of the original images, improving the detection accuracy. [ABSTRACT FROM AUTHOR]

The 19th National Congress of the Communist Party of China (CPC) put forward the proposal of establishing a social governance model based on collaboration, participation, and common interests, with the aim of developing new approaches to social governance and further modernizing China’s social system and capacity for governance. As a structuralized social relation addressing diversified governance bodies, the model has consolidated the social governance innovations achieved since the 18th CPC National Congress. Focusing on three dimensions — “value,” “structure” and “roadmap,” this paper tries to interpret the value connotations and defining features behind the model and explores its development roadmap. Such a social governance model is a response to political, social and public value appeals, and an adjustment to the order of governance bodies, resource allocations and the benefit distribution structure. Its construction is a systematic and long-term project, which should aim continuously at satisfying people’s ever-higher needs, perfecting laws and regulations, cultivating a pool of specialized organizations and talents, exerting the technology advantages of the Internet in governance, and promoting socialization, legalization, specialization and intellectualization in social development.

[Objective] Digital transformation provides an opportunity for manufacturing enterprises to save energy and reduce pollution emissions. Clarifying the impact of digital transformation on manufacturing enterprise pollution emissions and its mechanism provide important policy implications for high-quality economic development. [Methods] In this study, we used the fixed effect model, moderating effect model, and instrumental variable method to examine the impact of digital transformation on manufacturing enterprise pollution emissions and its mechanism based on the matching data of the China Industrial Enterprises Database, China Industrial Enterprises Pollution Emissions Database, and the World Input-Output Database. [Results] (1) The empirical results show that digital transformation can significantly inhibit the pollution emissions of manufacturing enterprises, and this inhibitory effect has heterogeneity across different industries, regions, and types of firm ownership. Specifically, the impact is greater in high-tech industries, eastern and northeastern regions, foreign investment firms, and export-oriented firms. (2) Further mechanism test results show that this inhibitory effect is achieved by the front-end control to improve productivity and promote energy consumption structure transformation, and back-end governance to improve pollution treatment capacity. [Conclusion] Digital transformation is conducive to optimizing enterprise environmental performance and helping advance ecological civilization. It is necessary to promote digital technology to empower the green transformation of manufacturing enterprises, form a virtuous cycle of digitalization and greening, and lead the formation of new economic growth points.

Automation and accurate fault detection and diagnosis of HVAC systems is one of the most important technologies for reducing time,energy,and financial costs in building performance management.In recent years,data-driven fault detection and diagnosis methods have been heavily studied for fault detection and diagnosis of HVAC systems.However,most existing works deal with single systems and are unable to perform cross-system fault diagnosis.In this paper,a federal learning-based fault detection and diagnosis method is proposed,which uses convolutional neural networks to extract information features,aggregates features using special-designed algorithms,and perform cross-level and cross-system fault detection and diagnosis via federal lear-ning.For multi-fault level fault detection and diagnosis,federal learning is performed using data from four fault levels of chillers.Experimental results show that the average F1-score of the fault detection and diagnosis effect of the four-fault levels is close to 0.97,which is within the practical range.Federal learning uses chiller and air handling unit data for cross-system fault detection and diagnosis.Experimental results show that federal learning using different system data improves the diagnosis results of particular faults,e.g.,14.4% for RefOver faults and 2%~4% for both Refleak and Exoil faults.

To improve the optimization capability of traditional shuffled frog leaping algorithm (SFLA), a new immune-shuffled frog leaping algorithm (ISFLA) by hybridizing clone selecting algorithm and shuffled frog leaping algorithm is proposed and used for optimal scheduling of cascade reservoirs. In the proposed algorithm, the total population periodically executes grouping and shuffling operations, and after shuffling the subgroup is constructed and executed cloning and selecting operations to improve the local search ability. Finally, the proposed algorithm is verified through practical example, and the result shows the algorithm is feasible and fast efficient, which provides a new approach to solve optimal scheduling of cascade reservoirs. Objective: To estimate the minimal clinically important difference (MCID) of the frequency of bowel movement for the patients with chronic severe functional constipation treated with acupuncture so as to provide the evidence for the clinical decision., Methods: In this study, 813 patients with chronic severe functional constipation treated with acupuncture in two previous randomized controlled trials were included. Through the anchor-based method (anchored by the item 28 "satisfaction with previous treatment" of the patient assessment of constipation-quality of life [PAC-QOL]) and the distribution-based method, the MCID of the weekly frequency of complete spontaneous bowel movement (CSBM) and spontaneous bowel movement (SBM) was analyzed statistically in the patients., Results: The MCID of the mean weekly frequency of CSBM and SBM was 1.3 times and 1.6 times in patients with chronic severe functional constipation treated with acupuncture, respectively., Conclusion: The mean increase of the weekly CSMB is ≥ 1.3 times and that of SBM is ≥ 1.6 times after treatment when compared with the baseline respectively, suggesting the clinical significance.

There are some common problems in the systematic review and meta-analysis on acupuncture-moxibustion, e.g. indistinct definition and errors in methodology. In order to further improve the quality of relevant literature, in association with the characteristics of acupuncture-moxibustion, based on the framework of PICOS (P: population, I: interventions, C: comparisons, O: outcomes, S: study designs), the paper explores how to construct specific research questions. In methodology, the paper analyzes the common problems from five aspects, including literature retrieval, bias assessment, analysis and interpretation of results, selection of other types of meta-analysis and the update of methodology. Based on the analysis above, the paper discusses the corresponding countermeasures.

Objective: To test the performance of CHA 2 DS 2 -VASc score in predicting stroke recurrence in first-ever ischemic stroke survivors without atrial fibrillation (AF)., Methods: A total of 768 patients were included in this study, including 475 male (61.85%) and 293 female patients (38.15%) with a mean age of 61.52±12.59 years (17-90 years). The baseline information of the patients was collected by face-to-face questionnaire survey and electronic medical record review, and their follow-up information was collected by telephone follow-up once every 3 months. Chi-square test and Wilcoxon rank sum test were used to compare the baseline characteristics between the patients regularly followed up and those withdrawn from the study. The area under the ROC curve (AUC), sensitivity, specificity, positive likelihood ratio and other indicators of CHA 2 DS 2 -VASc score were determined, and C-index based on Cox proportional hazards model was used to evaluate the performance of CHA 2 DS 2 - VASc score in predicting the risk of stroke recurrence in patients at different time points during the follow-up., Results: The 1-year, 3-year, and 5-year recurrence rate of stroke was 10.59%, 20.45%, and 29.46% in these patients, respectively. The AUC value, Optimal Operating Point (OOP) and the corresponding positive likelihood ratios (LR+) for predicting stroke recurrence were 0.558 (95% CI : 0.492-0.624), 4.5, and 1.256 at 1 year; 0.574 (95% CI : 0.517-0.630), 4.5, and 1.397 at 3 years; and 0.604 (95% CI : 0.548-0.661), 4.5, and 1.655 at 5 years, respectively. Sensitivity analysis of congestive heart failure showed that the predictive effect of CHA 2 DS 2 -VASc score was basically unchanged., Conclusions: CHA 2 DS 2 -VASc score can be used to predict the 3-year and 5-year risk of stroke recurrence in first-ever ischemic stroke survivors without AF. The score has a better prediction ability for long-term stroke recurrence, but the prediction value remains low, suggesting the need to further improve the score or establish a new score for predicting stroke recurrence.

Objective: To clone, express and purify Schistosoma japonicum fructose-1, 6-bisphosphate aldolase (SjFBPA) in E. coli and observe its expression in different developmental stages of S. japonicum., Methods: FBPA gene was amplified from S. japonicum adult worm cDNA by using PCR. The amplified product was recombined into pET28a plasmid, and inducibly expressed with IPTG in E. coli BL21. SDS-PAGE and Western blotting were employed to analyze and identify the recombinant protein SjFBPA (rSjFBPA). Then, rSjFBPA was purified by chromatographic purification and its purity was analyzed by SDS- PAGE. The protein concentration of rSjFBPA purified was measured by the BCA method. Furthermore, SjFBPA mRNA was ana- lyzed in different developmental stages of S. japonicum by RT-PCR., Results: SjFBPA was successfully amplified by using PCR and identified by restriction enzyme digestion and sequencing. The Western blotting analysis confirmed that the recombinant pro- tein could specifically reactive to the anti-His-tag monoclonal antibody. The concentration of the purified recombinant protein was about 4 mg/ml. The result of RT-PCR showed that SjFBPA mRNA was expressed in cercaria, schistosomulum, adult worm and egg of S. japonicum., Conclusion: SjFBPA is successfully recombined and expressed in a prokaryotic system, and SjFBPA mRNA is expressed in cercaria, schistosomulum, adult worm and egg of S. japonicum.

In order to test the equilibrium solubility of puerarin in different solvents and solubilizer,cilia toxicity and irritation of these excipient, the balance method, toad in the ciliary body toxicity and rat nasal mucosa irritation were used respectively. Results showed that puerarin solubility was 56.44 g x L(-1) in combined solvent of 30% PEG200 and 10% Kolliphor HS 15. With normal saline solution as negative control and sodium deoxycholate as positive control, the effects of 30% PEG200, 30% PEG 400, 10% Kolliphor HS 15 and combination of 30% of PEG200 and 10% Kolliphor HS 15 on toad palate cilium were observed and cilia movement duration was recorded. The results indicated that there was no significant difference in cilia movement duration among 30% PEG200, 10% Kolliphor HS 15 and normal saline group. The rats long-term nasal mucous membrane irritation of 30% PEG 400, 10% Kolliphor HS 15, which had no cilia toxicity, was studied, with normal saline solution as negative control. There were no significant difference revealed on rat nasal mucosa epithelial thickness among 30% PEG 400, 10% Kolliphor HS 15 and normal saline. Above researches showed 30% PEG 400, 10% Kolliphor HS 15 was ideal for solubility of puerarin nasal drops and showed a lower cilia toxicity and irritation, and can be used as the solvent and solubilizer of puerarin nasal drops.

The stability of melittin in different solvents (water, deoxygenated water, physiological saline, PBS, 50% ethanol, ethanol, glycerol)was studied and the results showed that the stability of melittin is not influenced by light, temperature and pH in 50% ethanol, which melittin can be completed dissolved when compared with ethanol and glycerol, in such, 50% ethanol was chosen as solvent storage when measured content of melittin. Then the effect of different concentrations of PBS, the pH of PBS and rat skin ho- mogenates were tested, and the results showed that melittin was degraded rapidly at low concentration solution and low ionic strength. Increasing pH of PBS and rat skin homogenate can accelerate the degradation of melittin. These researches provide an experimental ba- sis for further study of melittin.

Using sustained release tablets of gardenia extract as model drug and DPPH radical scavenging capacity as antioxidant index, the feasibility of using pharmacodynamics index was explored to evaluate sustained release tablets. Applying the established quantifiable method of DPPH radical scavenging to the dissolved liquid of model drug, release profiles and biological effects profiles were drawn, and their correlation was discussed. A good correlation was observed by linear regression and f2 actor, suggesting that the indicator could be used to evaluate sustained release tabletsofextracts of gardenia in which iridoids were mainly involved.

The supramolecular inclusion properties of beta-cyclodextrin (beta-CD) and resveratrol (Res) were investigated using drug-protein interaction spectroscopy method. The differences between the results of interaction spectroscopy method and the results of classical method were compared. The total energy of the stable inclusion of cyclodextrin-resveratrol was calculated by Gaussian theory calculation. The stable inclusions in the process of interaction between resveratrol/inclusion complex and bovine lactgoferrin (BLF) were studied by molecular modeling. The results showed that the interaction spectroscopy method could explain the property of the inclusion in a more sensitive manner, it also interpreted the conveying mechanism of BLF binding with inclusion complex. The molecular modeling result showed consistent results with Gaussian theory calculation; both of the two methods obtained the stable configuration of beta-CD-Res inclusion. The relevant result provided an experimental consequence for the pharmacology research of beta-cyclodextrin-resveratrol inclusion complex as well as offering a new reference to the future research of supramolecular inclusion compound.

CuCeOx composite catalysts were synthesized via coprecipitation (COP-CuCeO,) and incipient impregnation (IMP-CuCeOx) methods, respectively. The physicochemical properties of the samples were characterized by XRD, low-temperature N2 sorption, H2-TPR and O2-TPD. The influences of reactant composition and concentration, reaction space velocity, O2 content, H2O concentration, and catalyst type on the oxidation behaviors of benzene, toluene, and n-hexane emitted from petrochemical industry were systematically investigated. In addition, the related kinetic parameters were model fitted. Compared with IMP-CuCeOx, COP-CuCeOx had well-dispersed active phase, better low-temperature reducibility, and more active surface oxygen species. The increase of reactant concentration was unfavorable for toluene oxidation, while the opposite phenomenon could be observed in n-hexane oxidation. The inlet concentration of benzene was irrelevant to its conversion under high oxidation rate. The introduction of benzene obviously inhibited the oxidation of toluene and n-hexane, while the presence of toluene had a positive effect on beuzene conversion. The presence of n-hexane could promote the oxidation of toluene, while toluene had a negative influence on e-hexane oxidation. Both low space velocity and high oxygen concentration were beneficial for the oxidation process, and the variation of oxygen content had negligible effect on n-hexane and henzene oxidation. The presence of H2O noticeably inhibited the oxidation of toluene, while significantly accelerated the oxidation procedure of henzene and n-hexane. COP-CuCeOx had superior catalytic performance for toluene and benzene oxidation, while IMP-CuCeOx showed higher n-hexane oxidation activity under dry condition. The oxidation behaviors under different conditions could be well fitted and predicted by the pseudo first-order kinetic model.

Abstract In the novel europium (IIl) complex of the form [Eu(tta)4 . DEASPI], the sensitization of lanthanide luminescence is via functional cation The photophysical sensitization process of Eu(tta)4 . DEASPI involves an energy transfer from charge transfer excited state of hemicyanine (aminostyrylpyridinium) cation, and the sensitization mechanism follows Förster resonance energy mechanism. The solvent effect on this new kind of europium (III) complex was investigated in the present work. The europium (III) complex was dissolved in a variety of solvents, i.e., acetone, DMF, ethanol and acetonitrile, and the emission intensity of europium (III) complex in acetonitrile is much higher than in other solvents. The detailed discussion about solvent effect is provided in this paper.

The optical axis is one of the most important parameters in the application of wave plates. In the transmission mode of spectroscopic ellipsometer, taking the advantage of Jones matrix to analyse the phase difference of P and S directions in the process of spinning wave plate, a new method for the determination of optical axis of quartz wave plate was designed. The method has characteristics of simple light path structure and high efficiency in the judging of the optical axis, and this method thus got a good practicability.

Objective: To study the action characteristics of "two-way application and conditioned dominance" of traditional Chinese medicines with neutral property by observing the action characteristic of 10 traditional Chinese medicines capable of promoting blood circulation and removing blood stasis with neutral property in the microcirculation in rats with heat stagnation and blood stasis syndrome., Method: The rat model with heat stagnation and blood stasis syndrome was established by injecting carrageenan and dry yeast, and the rat model with cold stagnation and blood stasis syndrome was built by the body freezing method. Ten traditional Chinese medicines with neutral property, including 5 with hot property and 5 with cold property, were selected for intervention to observe blood flow rate and flow state indicators in rat auricles and make a comparative analysis on action characteristics of traditional Chinese medicines with neutral property., Result: ANOVA showed that among the 10 traditional Chinese medicines with neutral property, 6 such as Typhae Pollen, Sappan Lignum and Vaccariae Semen can obviously increase the blood flow rate (P < 0.01 or P < 0.05) in the above two models; all of the 5 traditional Chinese medicines with cold property can increase the blood flow rate (P < 0.01 or P < 0.05) in the rat model with heat stagnation and blood stasis syndrome, but only Salvia miltiorrhiza can increase the blood flow rate (P < 0.01 or P < 0.05) in the rat models with cold stagnation and blood stasis syndrome, while other medicines showed no notable effect; among the 5 traditional Chinese medicines with hot property, Carthamus tinctorius and Ligusticum chuanxiong can increase the blood flow rate (P < 0.01 or P < 0.05) in the rat models with cold stagnation and blood stasis syndrome, but had no obvious effect to the blood flow rate in the rat models with heat stagnation and blood stasis syndrome. According to the analysis on average blood flow rate, traditional Chinese medicines with natural and cold properties showed similar effect on heat stagnation and blood stasis syndrome and better effect in increasing blood flow rate than those with hot property; those with natural and hot properties showed similar effect and better effect in increasing blood flow rate than those with cold property., Conclusion: Under the condition of heat stagnation and blood stasis syndrome, traditional Chinese medicines with neutral property have the similar action characteristics with those with cold property; wile under the condition of cold stagnation and blood stasis syndrome, traditional Chinese medicines with neutral property have the similar action characteristics with the Chinese medicinal herbs with hot property. This indicates the action characteristics of "two-way application and conditioned dominance" of traditional Chinese medicines with neutral property to some extent.

A fragment about 2.2 kb located at upstream of lipophosphonoglycan 1 (LPG1) gene of Leishmania donovani isolate from hilly foci of China was obtained by PCR. The nucleotide sequence of the fragment was determined by sequencing. The sequence of the LPG1 gene and its downstream fragment (about 2 kb) was determined by using genome walking method. The above two fragment splicing result showed that the nucleotide sequence of the LPG1 gene with the noncoding region was 4 121 bp (GenBank accession number: HMO27899). The BLAST results showed that the LPG1 gene of L. donovani isolate from hilly foci of China had 72%-78% nucleotide identity compared to that of other Leishmania spp. in GenBank.
