Objective: The purpose of this study is to improve the extraction rate of total flavonoids from the leaves of Moringa oleifera Lam. and evaluate their in vitro antibacterial and antioxidant capacity. Methods: The extraction of total flavonoids from the leaves of M. oleifera Lam. from Baoshan city was optimized by Box-Behnken response surface methodology, and its antibacterial and antioxidant activities were evaluated. Results: The optimal conditions for microwave-assisted extraction of total flavonoids from leaves of M. oleifera Lam. were solid-liquid ratio 1∶29 (g/mL), microwave power 567 W, microwave time 3.6 min and ethanol fraction 50%, and the highest extraction rate of total flavonoids was (7.414±0.027)%. The total flavonoids from leaves of M. oleifera Lam. showed strong DPPH·, ABTS+· and hydroxyl radical scavenging activities, with IC50 value of 0.024 mg/mL, 0.014 mg/mL and 0.051 mg/mL, which were 3.43, 14.00, 1.09 times of ascorbic acid, respectively. Conclusion: The total flavonoids from leaves of M. oleifera Lam. have different degrees of antibacterial effect on B. subtilis and E. coli and have no inhibition on S. aureus.

With the growing popularity of the Internet and the diversification of the citizens' benefit claims, Internet mass incidents have been continuing to increase, and have caused a major threat to the stability and development of current China. Based on a comparative analysis of 50 cases which happened from 2007 to 2013, this study has three major findings. (1) The Government response has a significant impact on the resolution of incidents. (2) The initiative, speed, transparency, equity, modernity and diversity of patterns, and the interaction(with other social actors) of the Government response has played important roles in the resolution, and the equity, initiative?and transparency of the Government response were the most important ones. (3)The types and the attention rate of the incident shave influenced the Government response and there solution of the incidents as regulated variables. Therefore, the Government should always hold the idea of being a "responsive Government" face the contradictions a direct and fair attitude, release in precise information about the development for the resolution, and respond to the benefit claims of the public in an active and effective manner. The Government should also pay much attention to the types and characteristics of incidents, and respond to incidents with appropriateness. Objective The study was aimed to investigate the effect and its mechanism of cisplatin on the expression of programmed death ligand-1 (PD-L1) in TC-1 cell surface, in order to provide an experimental basis to improve the therapeutic efficacy for cervical cancer. Methods The concentration of cisplatin was optimized by MTT method through detecting the cells proliferation vitality. Then, the expressions of PD-L1 in TC-1 cells treated by cisplatin and PKD blocker GÖ6976 were measured by immunohistochemistry. Results (1) The proliferation of TC-1 cells were inhibited by cisplatin with the IC50 value of 25.5 µg/mL; (2) The expression of PD-L1 in TC-1 cell surface were (64.96 ± 11.55) % in cisplatin group, which was (39.59 ± 5.99) % in negative control group. There was a significant difference between the two groups (P < 0.05); (3) The expression of PD-L1 in TC-1 cell surface treated by cisplatin combined with PKD blocker GÖ6976 were (61.56 ± 3.43) % after 24 h, which were (79.54 ± 5.09) % in cisplatin group, and the difference was significant (P < 0.05). Conclusion Cisplatin can promote the expression of PD-L1 in TC-1 cell surface which could be significantly inhibited by the PKD pathway blocked. The article examines the tissue localization and development of B lymphocytes of chickens in Changchun, China. Researchers evaluated the caecal tonsil of chickens from embryos to 21-day-old and found that periellipsoid lymphatic sheath (PELS) and germinal center gradually matured when B lymphocytes increased They also discovered that humoral immune spleen function strengthen gradually from hatching to 21 day old.

Objective To investigate the positive significance of standardized case in improving the teaching effect of "basic nursing techniques ". Methods We selected 64 health professionals in our school in grade 2012 as the research object. According to Student ID No. 1-64 odd and even numbers trainees were divided into experimental group (odd numbers) and control group (double number) . The control group students received traditional teaching. Experimental group students receivedtandardized case teaching. Results Experimental group students' average scores in theory, practice 1 and practice 2 examination were over 85 points, which were much higher than the control group (P < 0.05) . The satisfaction degree of students in the experimental group on standardized case pedagogy and teacher was higher than control group. Meanwhile, the students in the experimental group had more interest in basic nursing technical disciplines ( P < 0.05) . Conclusion Standardized case teaching can help students establish nursing norms awareness, strengthen the theoretical knowledge and practical operation, enhance students'interest in learning, so it has a positive meaning. Objective To study the expression of YB-1 in advanced cervical cancer tissues and the relationship between its expression and the clinicopathological characteristics, to investigate the role of YB-1 in cervical cancer invasion, metastasis and progress. Methods Immunohistochemistry was used to detect the expression of the YB-1 in 78 cases of middle and advanced stage cervical cancer tissue microarray chip and the relationship between its expression and the lymphatic metastasis, FIGO stage and the differentiated degree were analyzed. Results (1) The positive expression of YB-1 in cervical cancer was 24/78(30.8%); (2) The expression of YB-1 in cervical cancer was significantly related to FIGO stage and differentiation degree respectively. With the increase of FIGO stage and the decrease of differentiation degree, the expression of YB-1 increased gradually( P<0.05); The expression of YB-1 in cervical cancer was not significantly related to the lymph node metastasis. There was no significant difference between the lymph node metastasis positive and negative group(P > 0.05). Conclusion The expression of YB-1 may be closely related to the local invasion, metastasis and progress of cervical cancer. [ABSTRACT FROM AUTHOR]

Objective: To explore the biochemical-immune and pathological characteristics of autoimmune hepatitis (AIH) with Sjögren's syndrome (SS) ., Methods: A total of 76 cases of AIH patients were included from January 2009 to April 2017. Among them,there were 40 cases of AIH with SS and 36 cases without SS. The liver function,immunological index,histological features,length of first diagnosis and treatment costs were compared between the two groups., Results: For AIH+SS group and AIH group,the proportion of women were 97.5% and 77.8%,the proportion of the first diagnosis age less than 60 years were 70% and 47.2%,the median course of disease were 30 months and 9 months,all the difference were statistically significant ( P <0.05). The chief complaints in AIH+SS group and AIH group were as follows: cutaneous or scleracterus (52.5% vs. 38.9%),abnormal transaminase (17.5% vs. 44.4%),dryness of mouth and eye (15.0% vs. 2.8%),all the difference were statistically significant ( P <0.05). There were no statistically significant difference in hospitalization expenses,and length of stay between the two groups ( P >0.05). The median level of total bilirubin (TBIL),direct bilirubin (DBIL) and immunoglobulin (Ig) M of AIH +SS group were higher than those of AIH group,the mean level of albumin (ALB) and complement 3 (C3) of AIH +SS group were lower than those of AIH group,and the positive rate of anti-mitochondrial antibody-M2 (AMA-M2) ,anti-Ro antibody A (SSA),anti-La antibody (SSB) and anti-soluble liver antigen antibody (SLA) of AIH+SS group were higher than those of AIH group ( P <0.05). There were no statistically significant difference in histological changes of hepatocytes and bile duct injury rate ( P >0.05)., Conclusion: AIH patients in young and middle-aged women need to be vigilant with SS with main manifestation of skin sclera and high specific autoantibodies positive., (Copyright© by Editorial Board of Journal of Sichuan University (Medical Science Edition).)

Objective: To investigate the correlation of disease activity and thyroid indicators ,immunologic markers of system lupus erythematosus (SLE) in SLE with Hashimoto's thyroiditis (HT)., Methods: The clinical data of 63 cases of SLE with HT were collected. According to Systemic lupus erythematosus disease activity index 2000 (SLEDAI-2000),we classified the patients into four groups,which were remission group (5 cases),low (19 cases),moderate (12 cases) and high (27 cases) disease activity group. Each patient received the measurement of thyroid function indicators and autoantibodies,SLE immunologic indicators,serum complement (C3,C4),C-reactive protein (CRP),erythrocyte sedimentation rate (ESR), and routine blood test. The correlation of thyroid indicators,immunologic markers and disease activity were analyzed., Results: The difference of free triiodothyronine (FT3) level in the four groups was statistically significant ( P <0.05),and FT3 was negatively correlated with SLE disease activity ( P =0.007) . There was no significant difference in other thyroid indicators and autoantibodies between the different groups ( P >0.05). Negative correlation was found between FT3 level and anti-double-stranded DNA (dsDNA),level of anti-La antibody (SSB) and thyroid stimulating hormone (TSH) or thyroid peroxidase antibody (TPOAb). Thyroglobulin autoantibody (TgAb) was negatively related with C4,and positive correlation between FT3 and C3,FT4 and C4,TgAb and IgA., Conclusion: The pathogenesis of HT is associated with the disease activity in the patients of SLE with HT., (Copyright© by Editorial Board of Journal of Sichuan University (Medical Science Edition).)

It was estimated that about 60 species and 15 varieties of genus Aconitum are distributed in China.These plants contain various kinds of chemical compounds, and the main compounds are diterpenoid alkaloids. By using coupling model, this paper analyzed the relationships between the economic development and water environment quality in Songhua River Basin of Jilin Province from 1991 to 2010. During the study period, both the economic development index and the water environment index in the Basin showed an uptrend, basically in a coordination state. From the perspective of coupling coordination degree, the economic development and the water environment system were in interactive coupling, with the features of complexity, nonlinearity, and time-variation. As a whole, the coupling experienced three stages, i.e., low level stage, antagonistic stage, and breaking-in stage. As for the coupling degree, the coupling of the economic development and the water environment system was in the first quadrant, i.e., at a development stage of basic coordination. From the perspective of spatial disparity, the coupling degree of the economic development and the water environment system was higher in the upper reaches of the Songhua River Basin, including Changchun and Jilin, than in the lower reaches, including Songyuan and Baicheng. The coupling degree was not only significantly positively correlated with regional economic development, but also affected by the links between the regions as well as the industrial structure within the regions. The economic development of the cities in the upper reaches of the Songhua River Basin was obviously higher than that in the lower reaches, and, due to the adopting of more strict and effective measures for environmental protection and pollution emissions reduction, the water environment quality in the upper reaches of the Songhua River Basin was better.

Objective: Establish a confirmatory test based on ELISA, and use to verify the authenticity of HBsAg weak positive samples, pick and get rid of the false result, and avoid the mistake diagnosis., Method: The particles (reagent A) coated by streptavidin and biotinylated HBsAb (reagent B) were mixed in different proportions, then neutralized with serum whose the COI of HBsAg > 20 by ELISA in order to identify the activity of HBsAb in confirmatory reagent. 30 pieces of HBsAg weak positive serum neutralized with the confirmatory reagent, the serum were considered to be positive if rate of decline of HBsAg COI > 50%. The results were compared to Roche confirmatory Kit., Result: Confirmatory reagent was able to neutralized with HBsAg. 24 of 30 pieces of HBsAg weak positive samples were judged to be positive, while 6 poeces were negative. The ELISA comfirm method is fully consistent with Roche confirmatory Kit., Conclusion: The ELISA confirmatory test for suspicious HBsAg positive samples is a simple, accurate and low cost initial validation method, After further clinical trials, should be widely applied.

Objective: To study the effects of quercetin, a flavonoid, on the learning and memory ability of 3-day-old neonatal rats with hypoxic-ischemic brain white matter damage (WMD)., Methods: Sixty 3-day-old Sprague-Dawley rats were randomly divided into four groups: control, WMD model,and quercetin treatment groups (20 and 40 mg/kg). There were 15 rats in each group. Rats in the WMD model and the two quercetin treatment groups were subjected to right common carotid artery ligation followed by 2 hrs of exposure to 8% O2 to induce periventricular white matter injury. After the operation quercetin was administered daily in the two quercetin treatment groups for 6 weeks. Six weeks later, Morris water maze and open-field tests were carried out to test memory and learning ability as well as behavior and cognition., Results: From the second day of training, escape latency in the Morris water maze test was more prolonged in the WMD model group than in the control group (P<0.01). The escape latency in the two quercetin treatment groups was shortened significantly compared with the WMD model group (P<0.05). The WMD model group crossed the original platform fewer times compared with the control and quercetin treatment groups (P<0.05). The open-field test indicated that the number of rearings increased and time spent in the centre was extended in the WMD model group compared with the control group. Compared with the WMD model group, the number of rearings was significantly reduced (P<0.05) and time spent in the centre was significantly shortened in the quercetin treatment groups (P<0.05)., Conclusions: Quercetin treatment can improve memory and learning ability as well as cognitive ability in neonates with WMD, suggesting that quercetin protects against WMD resulting from hypoxia-ischemia.

Though continuous development and progress have been made in the early diagnosis and treatment of cancer, it is still difficult to find a sensitive, accurate and minimally invasive biomarker for cancer diagnosis and treatment. MicroRNA (miRNA) is a class of non-coding small endogenous RNAs of 21-24 nucleotides in length. As a novel molecular biomarker, extracellular miRNA (ec-miRNA) has the potential to be a minimally invasive, highly sensitive and highly specific marker in cancer diagnosis. Many research achievements of ec-miRNA have been accumulated in recent years. In this paper, the origin, function and detection of ec-miRNA, its role in lung cancer diagnosis as a novel molecular biomarker, and some issues are reviewed.

Objective: Establish a kind of confirmation method based on ELISA, and use to verify authenticity of HBsAb + in HBsAg + HBsAb + serum, pick and get rid of the false masculine gender the result, and avoid the mistake diagnosis., Method: Collect 60 pieces of serum whose thick degree of HBsAg at 1000 COI above tested by ECLIA as confirm serum, mixed the confirm serum of different dilution with HBsAb positive serum to screen and verify best thick degree of HBsAg. Collected 40 pieces of HBsAg + HBsAb + serum, ELISA tested the descend rate of HBsAb COI after neutralized with confirm serum in order to confirm authenticity of HBsAb + in pieces of HBsAg + HBsAb + serum., Result: When thick degree of HBsAg is 2000 COI, the performance of neutralization to HBsAb is best. The ELISA confirmatory test is fully consistent with the ECLIA method with true positive of 37 pieces of HBsAg + HBsAb + serum while false-positive of 3 pieces of serum., Conclusion: The ELISA confirm method is a simple, accurate and low cost initial validation method.

Objective: To evaluate the clinical value of an enzyme-linked immunosorbent assay by the Helicobacter pylori stool antigen (HpSA) test for the detection of H. pylori infection., Methods: 328 patients were measured upper gastrointestinal endoscopic examination which as gold standards and HpSA test in the meantime, comparing accuracy, sensitivity, specificity and other Indicators., Results: In the diagnosis of Hp infection, HpSA test had no significant difference comparing with gold standards and had a P value of over 0.5. The sensitivity of HpSA test was 94.6%, while the specificity, veracity, expected positive value, and expected negative value were 96.9%, 96.3%, 89.7% and 98.4%, respectively., Conclusion: The H. pylori stool antigen test is a simple, non-invasive method for accurate diagnosis of H. pylori infection.

Coat color of horse is an important basis for both species identification and individual recognition and is also one of the important references traits for breeding. Therefore, the research on the mechanism of coat fading has become an important part of horses' coat color study. It has been found that the white phenotype is closely related to the mutation of kit gene, which is located on chromosome 3. Investigated results showed that the formation of the epidermal melanoblast and melanin relies on the expression of kit gene, which determines the presence of white phenotype. Nevertheless, studies results have shown that the mutation of kit gene in the white horse exhibited significant differences among species. Horses that the coat color completely faded are very rare and are found occasionally in a few species. However, a larger number of horses that coat color completely faded, called Mongolian white horse, are found in West Ujimqin , Xilin Gol League, Inner Mongolia. Therefore, genetic mechanism of color fading in Mongolian white horses is still not clear. No typical mutations have been observed in 21 exons of kit gene in Mongolian white horse. This paper summarized recent international studies on molecular mechanism of color fading and tried to lay the foundation for the study of formation mechanism of Mongolian white horse. The aim of this review is to provide some valuable references to horses coat color research and breeding.

Objective: To screen and identify the novel ovarian specific proteins to explore the possible mechanisms in the oogenesis and early embryo development., Methods: The oocytes of BALB/C mice were collected for 2-D electrophoresis. After reaction with anti-citrulline antibody, three positive spots were selected for mass spectrometry. Based on the biologic informatic analysis, a novel peptide sequence was found and specific primers were designed for cloning. A full-length cDNA was identified by reverse transcription and rapid amplification of cDNA ends-polymerase chain reaction (RACE-PCR). Its nucleotide and possible protein sequences were compared with those in the gene bank. And the tissue-specific characteristic of MOP53 was analyzed by Northern blot., Results: A novel peptide sequence was found in murine oocytes, it came from a predicted protein with 330 amino acids. The predicted protein had ∼ 53 400 and pI 8.05 with conserved WD40, F-box motif. A full-length cDNA sequence with 1510 bp was cloned and named MOP53. Located at chromosome 9 F2, this new gene was specifically expressed in ovary., Conclusions: An ovarian specific protein is found. It may be involved in the process of oogenesis and early embryo development based on its biologic informatic characteristics.

This study is to observe anti-inflammation mechanism of Astragalus heteropolysaccharides (AHPS) on rats with adjuvant arthritis (AA). Rats were treated with AHPS (1 000, 500, and 250 mg x kg(-10, ig) and Tripterygium wilfordii polyglycolide (TWP, 60 mg x kg(-1), ig), separately. TNF-alpha and IL-1beta contents in serum were determined with radioimmunoassay, pathomorphologic changes of synovium of knee joint were observed by histological section with HE staining, synoviocyte apoptosis of knee joint of rats was analyzed by Tunel detection, and Bax and Bcl-2 positive expression were detected by immunohistochemical method. The results were as follows: (1) both AHPS and TWP could improve significantly primary and secondary clinical symptoms of rats with AA and inflammatory response in articular synovium; (2) the contents of TNF-alpha and IL-1beta in serum of rats with AA increased significantly composed with those in groups treated with AHPS (1 000 and 500 mg x kg(-1)), and the amount of synoviocyte apoptosis decreased significantly (P < 0.01 or P < 0.05); (3) the positive expression of Bax in synovium of rats with AA was a little bit higher than that in normal control (P > 0.05), but the positive expression of Bcl-2 significantly increased (P < 0.01). AHPS (1 000 and 500 mg x kg(-1)) could up-regulate positive expression of Bax and down-regulate the positive expression of Bcl-2 significantly (P < 0.05 or P < 0.01). The results show that AHPS can evidently decrease TNF-alpha and IL-1beta level in serum of rats with AA, which is one of molecular mechanisms that AHPS has anti-inflammatory properties. AHPS can induce synoviocyte apoptosis of rats with AA, which is achieved by the regulating effect of AHPS on the positive expression of Bax and Bcl-2.

Objective: To evaluate the detection method of ELISA and Enhanced Chemiluminescence Immunoassay (ECLIA) in use to determine serum hyaluronate acid (HA), laminin (LN), type IV collagen (IV-C) and type III procollagen (PC III)., Methods: 253 patients with chronic hepatitis B were determined the four liver fibrosis serum markers with both the ECLIA and ELISA, and then compared with pathology results separately., Results: Both the detection results of ELISA and ECLIA can reflect that the patient's liver fibrosis from hepatitis to liver cirrhosis aggravated gradually. Compared with ELISA, the results of ECLIA and pathology have a better correlation., Conclusions: The detection of four liver fibrosis serum markers by ECLIA could indicate the better the response of the state of live fibrosis.

Objective: To explore the significance of Lens culinaris-reactive alpha-Fetoprotein (AFP-L3) detection in primary hepatocellular carcinoma., Methods: AFP-L3 was isolated by using microspin column coupled with lens culinaris agglutinin (LCA), AFP and AFP-L3 were detected with chemiluminescent immunoassay, the proportion of AFP L3 levels were calculated, and the relationship between the elevated AFP-L3 (%) levels and benign and malignant liver disease was analyzed., Results: There were significant differences in positive rate between the patients of HCC, suspected HCC and other liver disease (81.80%, 73.68%, 11.80%, respectively, P < 0.05). Among the undetermined HCC (suspected HCC, liver disease) patients, 12 out of 21 cases of AFP-13 positive were diagnosed to be HCC within 6 months, and 6 of them were diagnosed to be the single small HCC at the early stage through B-Ultrasonic Diagnosis or CT. Among 62 cases of AFP-L3 negative, 3 cases were diagnosed to be HCC within 6 months and the risk of occurrence of HCC for AFP-L3 positive increased 11.9 times., Conclusion: AFP-L3 has no correlation with AFP value, and it can be used as an independent HCC diagnosis factor. The detection of AFP-L3 has a significant implication for the identification of benign or malignant liver disease and the early stage predictive diagnosis of HCC while AFP increases.

Objective: To explore the way of individualized adjustment of target range of each high-dose methotrexate (MTX) 24 hours infusion to treat acute lymphoblastic leukemia in children., Methods: Twenty-four children and 105 infusions were included in the study. According to 1 h and 6 h plasma MTX concentrations after infusion, based on established high-dose MTX population pharmacokinetics model, the course predicted value of drug concentration at steady state (C(SS)) was calculated. MTX infusion rate and dosage was adjusted 8 h after the start according to the predicted value of C(SS). Then MTX concentration at 23 h (actual value of C(SS)) was measured., Results: To achieve the target range of C(SS), adjustments of MTX dosage were required in 17 (71%) patients. Adjustments of MTX dosage were required in 45 (43%) infusions, the dose was increased in 42 infusions and decreased in 3 infusions. There were 29 infusions of high-dose MTX during consolidation therapy (after remission induction therapy). Among them, 16 infusions had increased dosage, and 1 infusion had decreased dosage. There were 76 infusions during maintenance therapy. Among them, 26 infusions increased dosage, and 2 infusions decreased dosage. Overall 95 (90%) infusions achieved the target range of C(SS), while in 8 infusions the doses were lower than the target range in 2 infusions the doses were higher than the target range. If there had been no adjustments, only 74 (70%) infusions could have achieved the target range. Adjustments of MTX dosage, compared with no adjustments, could remarkably enhance the rate of achieving the target range of C(SS) (chi(2) = 13.366, P = 0.000). Among 60 infusions of no adjustments, the actual values of C(SS) were well correlated with the predicted values of C(SS) (r = 0.487, P = 0.000), and the actual values of C(SS) were also correlated with the 6 h plasma MTX concentrations after infusions (r = 0.389, P = 0.002). The actual values of total clearance (CL) of MTX of 105 infusions were 7.01 +/- 2.06 L/(m(2).h). Inter-courses variability in CL was up to 4.4-fold. Intra-patient variability in CL was up to 2.9-fold. Predisposing factors that correlated with decreased CL of MTX were old age, heavy body weight, low blood phosphate, high blood bilirubin and infusions during maintenance therapy (P < 0.05)., Conclusions: High-dose methotrexate chemotherapy needed individualized adjustment, as inter-courses variability of CL was up to 4.4-fold among 105 infusions. According to 1 h and 6 h plasma MTX concentrations after infusion, adjusting MTX infusion rate and dosage, overall 90% infusions achieved the target range of C(SS). High-dose MTX infusions during consolidation therapy needed individualized adjustment of target range more.

This case study describes the comprehensive and continuous care provided to an elderly patient whose self-care ability had been lost in a traffic accident. During the nursing period, from March 4th 2004 to May 18th 2004, we utilized the literature on the health problems of the elderly, concepts of discharge planning, and a comprehensive nursing assessment to confirm that the main nursing issues were clearance of a blocked airway, and impaired mobility. We also helped caregivers to cope with the problems of role strain. During the nursing process, we placed particular emphasis on management and preparation for care after discharge, the training of a maid, and psychological support for the family. The experience enabled surgical ward nurses who were already used to fast discharges of patients to gain a better understanding of discharge planning in complex cases involving the disabled elderly.

Background & Objective: It had been reported that nuclear factor kappa b (NF kappa B) was associated with in vitro angiogenesis, but its role in angiogenesis of human ovarian carcinoma (HOC) had not been reported yet. The objective of this paper was to investigate the role and the mechanism of NF kappa B in HOC angiogenesis in chick chorioallantcic membrane (CAM)., Methods: The HOC TYK cells were implanted into 10-day CAM by 1 x 10(9)/per egg to establish the HOC CAM model. (1) With 20 eggs, the levels of NF kappa B, integrin alpha V beta 3, basic fibroblast growth factor (bFGF) at 0 h, 6 h, 12 h, 24 h, 48 h, 72 h time point after cells implanted were determined with ELISA. (2) The relationship among NF kappa B, bFGF,alpha V beta 3 and the effect of them on HOC angiogenesis in CAM were determined. Another 80 eggs were divided into 6 groups, normal saline (NS) (control group, 16 eggs), anti- NF kappa B (A group, 16 eggs), anti-bFGF (B group, 16 eggs), anti-NF kappa B + anti-bFGF(D group, 8 eggs) were added respectively into CAM at 6h time point after the cells implanted, and then anti-integrin alpha V beta 3 (C group, 16 eggs), anti-NF kappa B +anti-alpha V beta 3 (E group, 8 eggs) antibodies were added at 12h time point. Eight eggs from NS, A, B, C groups were taken out to determine the levels of NF kappa B, alpha V beta 3, bFGF at 48 h after the antibodies were added. The other eggs were incubated up to 5 days, and the vessel area/area were determined with image analysis., Results: (1)The levels of NF kappa B and bFGF increased significantly at 6h, and that of V beta 3 increase significantly at 12 h time point after implantation (P< 0.01) (0.185+/-0.01, 0.771+/-0.16, 0.231+/-0.02), the peaks of the three levels were reached at 48 h (P< 0.01) (0.337+/-0.01, 1.639+/-0.01, 0.349+/-0.01). The levels of bFGF was significantly higher than those of NF kappa B and alpha V beta 3 at each time point (P< 0.01), but there were no significant difference between NF kappa B and alpha V beta 3 (P >0.05). (2)The levels of NF kappa B,bFGF, and alpha V beta 3 in A and B groups were significantly lower than those of NS group (P< 0.01) (0.098+/-0.02, 0.156+/-0.02, 0.329+/-0.01; 1.106+/-0.33, 0.412+/-0.01, 1.591+/-0.13; 0.138+/-0.03, 0.114+/-0.02, 0.322+/-0.01). And the level of alpha V beta 3 in C group were significantly reduced compared with those of NS group (P< 0.01) (0.119+/-0.02, 0.322+/-0.01), while the levels of NF kappa B and bFGF had no change between the two groups (P>0.05). The VA/A of the five groups of A, B, C, D, and E were significantly lower than that of NS group (P< 0.05) (26.10+/-13.71, 34.12+/-4.85, 25.50+/-11.41,14.32+/-3.11, 24.36+/-4.95, 66.62+/-17.64), and that of D group were significantly reduced compared with A group (P< 0.05) (14.32+/-3.11, 26.10+/-13.71), but there were no significant difference among the four groups of A, B, C, and E (P >0.05)., Conclusions: NF kappa B can stimulate the angiogenesis of ovarian carcinoma with bFGF by upregulating the expression of alpha V beta 3, bFGF, which can be used as a marker of angiogenesis and a therapy target molecule of ovarian carcinoma.
