Objective To analyze the role of peroxisome proliferator-activated receptors ( PPAR- y ) expression in P. acnes-induced pyroptosis, cell proliferation and apoptosis in human keratinocytes (HaCaT) so as to provide a new theoretical basis for clinical treatment. Methods Expression patterns of PPAR- y in acne and normal skin tissues were evaluated using IHC. By lentiviral transfection, PPAR-y was upregulated in HaCaT cells, and the expression of PPAR-y was verified by Western blot. ELISA was performed to analyze the levels of P. acnes-induced pyroptotic-associated inflammatory factors IL-1p and IL-18. EdU assay and flow cytometry were used to detect the cell proliferation and apoptosis ability. Western blot was used to determine the levels of NLR family pyrin domain containing 3 (NLRP3), cysteinyl aspartate specific proteinase-1 (caspase-1), Gasdermin D (GSDMD) and PPAR-y expression. Results PPAR-y expression was significantly decreased in acne (P < 0.05). Compared with the control, the P. acnes-induced pyroptotic-associated inflammatory factors IL-ip and IL-18 were increased ( P < 0.01 ), the pyroptotic-associated proteins were increased significantly ( P < 0.05 ) . After treatment with P. acnes, the up-regulated PPAR-y reduced the expression of IL-ip and IL-18 and HaCaT cell apoptosis, promoted the cell proliferation, up-regulated the expression of NLRP3, Caspase-1 and GSDMD in human keratinocytes all in a statistically significant way (all P < 0.05). In order to explore the effects of different combinations of spice essential oils on the quality and safety of air-dried catfish sausages, sausages were prepared from marinated catfish surimi added with a 1:1 (m/m) blend of clove and star anise (CA), clove and perilla (CP), star anise and perilla (AP) or clove, star anise and perilla essential oil (CAP) at 0.03% or none as a control. Moisture content, water activity (aw), pH, color difference, thiobarbituric acid reactive substance (TBARS) value, biological amine content, N-nitrosamine content, and microbial load were measured. Microbial community structure was analyzed by 16S rDNA high-throughput sequencing. The results showed that the moisture content of the AP group was 27.13%, and the aw value was 0.765. The L* and a* values of the CA group were high, indicating typical characteristics of air-dried sausages. The pH of the four treatment groups was higher than that of the control group, and followed the descending order of CAP > AP > CA > CP. There was no significant difference in the inhibition of fat oxidation among different essential oil combinations (P > 0.05), but the TBARS value of air-dried sausages was significantly reduced by all combinations (P < 0.05). The contents of biogenic amine and N-nitrosamine in the AP group were low. The total number of bacteria, and the number of Enterobacteriaceae and Aeromonas were significantly lower in the AP group than in the control group (P < 0.05). High-throughput sequencing results showed low species richness in the AP and CAP groups and low relative abundance of pathogenic bacteria in the AP group. Overall analysis showed that AP was superior to the other groups in improving the quality and safety of air-dried catfish sausages.

Strategic evaluation is the key link of military strategic system and capacity building. Selecting and evaluating the system construction scheme can optimize strategic decision-making and improve strategic management level to a certain extent. This paper constructs an intelligent selection analysis framework of "prospect cost" system construction scheme based on MATE, and uses NSGA-Ⅱ intelligent optimization algorithm to find the Pareto front of alternative scheme in multi-dimensional tradeoff space, which improves the problem of large data volume. Taking a joint operation system as an example, the effectiveness of the proposed method is verified, providing theoretical support for the optimization and evaluation of system construction scheme.

To summarized the prevention and control of nosocomial infection in a certain endoscopy center under the management of COVID-19 with measures against Class B infectious diseases. According to the hospital infection prevention and control requirements and related documents, combined with the actual situation of the clinical diagnosis and treatment in the endoscopy center, the infection control measures were formulated and implemented from the aspects of the management of the endoscopy center and the management and protection of the endoscopy staff and patients. From January 20, 2023 to March 20, 2023, 98 cases of digestive endoscopy were completed in the endoscopy center. No nosocomial infection occurred. Under the management of COVID-19 with measures against Class B infectious diseases, efforts should be made to enhance the emergency management and implementation of preoperative screening, therapeutic indications and diagnosis condition for digestive endoscopy. Strengthened protection of medical staff, cleaning and disinfection specification and establishment of the three-zone two-channel isolation wards are necessary to reduce the incidence of nosocomial infection in the endoscopy center.
