Objective To screen the risk factors related to primary trigeminal neuralgia (PTN) based on radiomics. Methods A total of 48 patients with PTN admitted to Guangdong Second Provincial General Hospital from January 2017 to December 2020 were selected. The mean arterial pressure (MAP) of the patients was measured, and the neurovascular compression model was constructed by head MRI examination. Univariate and multivariate Logistic regression analyses were used to screen for risk factors associated with PTN, and the predictive efficacy was evaluated by receiver operating characteristic (ROC) curve according to the risk factors. Results Among 48 patients, 42 patients (87.50%) had unilateral lesions and 6 patients (12.50%) had bilateral lesions. The MAP was 56.89-120.44 mm Hg, with an average of (94.32 ± 11.34) mm Hg. The neurovascular compression model of 54 cases was divided into the affected side (n = 40) and the healthy side (n = 14) according to whether the disease occurred. The neurovascular compression area (Z = - 2.823, P = 0.005) and neurovascular pressure (Z = - 0.365, P = 0.006) on the affected side were greater than those on the healthy side. Logistic regression analyses showed that high neurovascular pressure (OR = 1.001, 95%CI: 1.0003-1.0022; P = 0.011) was a risk factor for PTN. ROC showed the area under the curve (AUC) of neurovascular compression area for predicting PTN was 0.747 (95%CI: 0.605-0.890, P = 0.006), the sensitivity was 42.50%, the specificity was 100%, and the cut-off value was 25.34 mm2. The AUC of neurovascular pressure was 0.755 (95%CI: 0.616-0.895, P = 0.005), the sensitivity was 67.50%, the specificity was 78.60%, and the cut - off value was 1672.99 mm Hg·mm2. Conclusions The neurovascular compression area and neurovascular pressure are important in the diagnosis of PTN.

Oral lichen planus (OLP) is a chronic inflammatory disease of the oral mucosa. The pathogenesis of OLP is still unclear. Immune abnormalities mediated by T cells and related cytokines play a crucial role in the pathogenesis of OLP. In recent years, glycolytic metabolism-related transporters, enzymes and regulators, such as glucose transporter-1 (Glut1), glyceraldehyde 3-phosphate dehydrogenase (GAPDH), lactate dehydrogenase A (LDHA), mammalian target of rapamycin (mTOR) and hypoxia inducible factor-1α (HIF-1a), have attracted an increasing amount of attention in OLP by regulating the proliferation and differentiation of T cells and the secretion of inflammatory factors. It has been shown that 2-deoxy-D-glucose (2-DG) or rapamycin (RAPA) inhibits the glycolytic metabolism of T cells and then inhibits OLP. This article reviews the research progress of glycolytic metabolism-related transporters, enzymes and regulatory factors in OLP in recent years.

ObjectiveTo understand the internet media information of COVID-19 in Shanghai in 2022， to provide evidence for health administration departments to respond to public health emergencies， and to establish a comprehensive public health media surveillance system.MethodsData on internet media information and the local COVID-19 epidemic data in Shanghai from January 1 to June 30， 2022 were collected and analyzed.ResultsA total of 90.197 3 million pieces of internet media information were monitored. The top four sources of the information were Weibo （36.84%）， short videos （26.19%）， internet media （14.47%）， and forums （13.31%）. The variation trend of daily internet media surveillance information was identified with the number of newly reported cases per day， and a correlation was found （r＝0.770. After the seven-day moving average，r＝0.796）. Frequent keywords included Shanghai， cheer up， nucleic acid， new cases， local， asymptomatic， prevention and control， gratitude， isolation， epidemic prevention， supplies， pandemic response， patient， seeking help， and clearing the cases. Within the information on Weibo， in addition to netizens in Shanghai （7 823 100） who were highly concerned about the pandemic， netizens from Beijing （2 749 100）， Guangdong Province （2 352 300）， Jiangsu Province （2 189 100） and Zhejiang Province （1 532 100） also posted a relatively high amount of information related to COVID-19 in Shanghai.ConclusionThe outbreak of major infectious diseases triggers significant online activity， and platforms such as Weibo and short video platforms play crucial roles in disseminating internet media information. Weibo， short videos etc. are important platforms for current internet media information. Strengthening media information monitoring and analysis， paying close attention to hot events， taking timely response measures and actively engaging in risk communication contribute to the response and management of public health emergencies.

Direct analysis in real-time mass spectrometry (DART-MS) is an emerging in-situ ionization mass spectrometry analysis technology in recent years. DART is a non-contact surface desorption ionization technique, which is based on the principle of using helium or nitrogen as the working gas and generating excited high-energy particles by electric discharge. The excited state particles are accelerated by rapid heating and electric force, which instantly ionize the volatile compounds on the surface of the sample to be measured under atmospheric pressure, and then detected by mass spectrometry, thus achieving real-time direct analysis of the sample. DART-MS has the characteristics of simple sample preparation, quick and in-situ analysis. Since DART-MS was reported in 2005, it has become one of the most broadly used direct analysis methods and is extensively applied for the direct analysis of the quality, safety, origin and characteristics of food samples. Besides, it has been widely used in biomedicine, environmental monitoring, public safety, and drug analysis as well. Traditional Chinese medicines (TCMs) have been used for thousands of years in China, which gradually move towards to the world arena. The composition of TCM is very complicated, often containing many different chemical components of different types and properties, such as flavonoids, alkaloids, terpenoids, etc. Therefore, the analysis of the chemical basis of the efficacy and quality evaluation of TCMs are very crucial. In recent years, the development of DART-MS technology has provided many new opportunities for direct and rapid analysis of active ingredients in TCMs. The review was focused on the applications of DART-MS in TCMs, which covered the principle, characteristics, influencing factors and technological progress of DART-MS technology, and systematically summarized the research and application of this technology in TCMs, including qualitative and quantitative analysis. In addition, this review briefly introduced the progress of the application of DART-MS in combination with other techniques, such as thin-layer chromatography, imaging mass spectrometry and solid-phase microextraction in the profiling of TCMs, and provided further perspectives on its application development.

This study used the historical and cultural block of Taiping Street in Changsha as the research object. First the current microclimate environment of the street space was analyzed, then numerical simulations based on ENVI-met software were performed, which compared the microclimate numerical simulation results of three typical greening optimization schemes of the street space in the study area and the benchmark scheme, as well as explained the degree of thermal environment control of the greening optimization scheme. This study is expected to provide a reference for the reconstruction of urban historical blocks as well as optimization and control of the thermal environment. The results showed that: 1) With an hourly change in solar radiation, the thermal environment changed considerably, and the horizontal spatial distribution was characterized by "high temperature and low humidity" and "low temperature and high humidity." Thermal comfort is related to the underlying surface conditions, wind environment, building layout, and other factors. The low temperature and high humidity of the area with relatively concentrated green space along street spaces had a slow-release effect on the thermal environment. The ventilation effect of the area with the dense building layout was poor, and the thermal radiation of the underlying surface was high, affecting the heat dissipation and humidification in the research area. 2) The enclosed space layout of buildings in the study area caused building shadows and poor ventilation to affect the green space, which was not conducive for cooling and humidification. 3) Three types of greening transformation schemes were proposed for the street spaces of three different architectural layouts in the historical block of Taiping Street. The three kinds of street space green space optimization and benchmark schemes (the current street space situation) were simulated using ENVI-met microclimate simulation software. Optimization results showed that the same greening optimization scheme had different regulatory effects on the thermal environment in different building layouts. The three kinds of street spaces significantly reduced the average radiation temperature of the block by increasing the greening area of the block. The optimal regulatory effect of the thermal environment of the tree-shrub+three-dimensional (water) compound green space type was better than that of the tree-shrub and tree-grass scheme in the daytime. Under a certain green space ratio, the area of shade generated by the uniform and decentralized layout of green space in a commercial space covered the largest range of street space. The order of the degree of thermal environment optimization and control was decentralized>parallel>centralized. The residential and square spaces were affected by the architectural layout, and the green space layout should have good ventilation, cooling, and humidification effects; therefore, the maximum degree of thermal environment optimization and control is the centralized layout.

Objective: This study aimed to establish a rapid screening and confirmation method for the 45 kinds of antibiotics, including quinolones, sulfonamides, nitroimidazoles and macrolides in aquatic vegetable, by ultra-high performance liquid chromatography-triple quadrupole-linear ion trap mass spectrometry （UPLC-Q-Trap-MS）. Methods: The sample was extracted with acetonitrile containing 0.1% formic acid, then cleaned up with primary secondary amine （PSA）, anhydrous magnesium sulfate （Na2SO4） and C18. The analytes were detected by UPLC-Q-Trap-MS in the multiple-reaction monitoring with information-dependent acquisition of enhanced product ion （SMRM-IDA-EPI） mode, followed by matching retrieval of a multiple antibiotic database. The 45 kinds of antibiotics were confirmed by retention times and ion pairs through database searching using the EPI library and quantified by external standard method. Results: All the antibiotics showed good linearity with correlation coefficients above 0.99 when the concentration falls in the range 1.0~100.0 μg/L. The limits of detection （LOD） were in the range of 0.3~1.0 μg/kg, and the limits of quantitation （LOQ） were in the range of 1.0~3.0 μg/kg. The average recoveries for 45 antibiotics at three spiked levels ranged from 60.4% to 121.7%, with relative standard deviations （RSD） of 0.9%~10.2%. Conclusion: The method is rapid, simple and qualitative, and is suitable for the screening, confirmation and quantitative detection of the 45 kinds of antibiotics residues in aquatic vegetable.

Oral lichen planus (OLP) is a common chronic disease of the oral mucosa with unclear pathogenesis. Local infiltration of T cells plays a key role in the pathological process of OLP. Increased evidence supports the notion that the imbalance of helper T cells (Th) 1/Th2 and Th17/regulatory T cells (Treg) and their related cytokines is closely related to the pathogenesis and progression of OLP. In recent years, studies have shown that OX40 (CD134) and its ligand OX40L (CD252) play an important role in the process of the T-cell immune response. They participate in the balance regulation of Th1/Th2 and Th17/Treg, mediate the imbalance of pro-inflammatory and anti-inflammatory, and affect the occurrence and development of a variety of autoimmune diseases. However, there is no direct evidence that the OX40/OX40L axis mediates the imbalance of T-cell subsets in the pathogenesis of OLP. Therefore, large sample clinical as well as in vitro and in vivo experimental studies on the mechanism by which the OX40/OX40L axis regulates the balance of T-cell subsets in OLP are still needed in the future.

Objective To investigate the effect of auricular acupoint acupuncture therapy on postoperative pain in patients undergoing surgery for low anal fistula. Methods Totally 60 patients undergoing surgical treatment for low anal fistula were divided into the control group (n=30) and acupuncture group (n=30) by using the random number table method. In the control group, on the basis of conventional treatment, 20 mg of paracetamol and dihydrocodeine tartrate was taken orally 30 min before dressing change and going to bed in the evening every day. In the acupuncture group, after the patient returned to the ward after surgery, the acupuncture was applied to the four auricular acupoints of Zhichang, Gangmen, Jiaogan and Shenmen at 8 am every morning. The VAS scores of the two groups were observed after changing the dressing every day for five days after the operation, and the changes of β-EP and CRP concentration in the venous blood before and 5 days after the treatment were observed. Results VAS scores of patients in the acupuncture group were lower than those in the control group five days after surgery, and the difference was statistically significant (P＜0. 05). Compared with the control group, there was no significant difference in the levels of β-EP and CRP before treatment(P＞0. 05), and there was significant difference after 5 days of treatment(P＜0. 05). Conclusion Auricular acupoint acupuncture therapy can alleviate postoperative pain, promote the release of β-EP, inhibit the secretion of CRP, reduce inflammation, and improve the therapeutic effect of surgical treatment for low anal fistula. (目的 探讨耳穴揿针治疗对低位单纯性肛瘘患者术后疼痛的影响。方法 选取医院肛肠科2021年1月—6月收治的低位单纯性肛瘘术后患者60例, 采用随机数字表法将患者分为对照组(n=30)与揿针组(n=30)。对照组在常规治疗基础上, 于每日换药前30 min及晚上睡前口服氨酚双氢可待因20 mg; 揿针组在患者术毕安全返回病房后、术后每天上午8时使用揿针贴于耳穴直肠、肛门、交感、神门四穴。观察两组患者术后5 d内每天换药后疼痛评分情况, 以及治疗前、治疗5 d后静脉血血浆中β-内啡肽(β-EP)含量和C反应蛋白(CRP)浓度变化。结果 揿针组患者术后5 d换药后VAS评分均低于对照组, 差异有统计学意义(P＜0. 05)。揿针组与对照组相比, β-EP、CRP水平治疗前差异无统计学意义(P＞0. 05), 治疗5 d后差异有统计学意义(P＜0. 05)。结论 耳穴揿针治疗运用于肛瘘术后患者, 可以减轻患者疼痛感, 并促进β-EP的释放, 抑制CRP的分泌, 减轻炎症反应, 提高治疗效果。)

Building a new electric power system that is based on new energy sources is an important direction for power system transformation and upgrading in China, and it is critical for peaking carbon emissions and achieving carbon neutrality. In this study, we analyze the changes and challenges that are brought by power system transformation and elaborate on the connotation and building principles of a new electric power system. Moreover, we categorize the development of the new system into stages and propose development suggestions for each stage considering the technical features of the system and the new energy access scale. The new electric power system proposed in this study can satisfy the increasing demand for clean power as it primarily uses new energy sources and it has the features of high safety, openness, and adaptability. Building the new electric power system should follow the technical evolution law and characteristics of power systems; it should further exploit the potentials of mature technologies and current power systems. Meanwhile, emerging technologies should be researched and developed.

Objective To investigate the possible tick-borne pathogens along the Hexi Corridor of Gansu Province. Methods Ticks were collected from animal surfaces, residents' livestock barns and by dragging a cloth over vegetation, and brought back alive to our laboratory for morphological and species identification. Pathogenic DNA was extracted from the tick samples and amplified by nested PCR. Positive specimens of Lyme disease spirochetes were further analyzed using restriction fragment length polymorphism (RFLP) to determine their genotypes; Subspecies determination primers (C6/C8) were adopted to amplify the positive samples of Francisella tularensis for subspecies identification. Results There were 3 species of ticks finally identified and totally 2 123 tick samples collected, including 814 Hyalomma asiaticum, 567 Dermacentor nuttalli and 742 Argas persicus. Different tick species were collected at different sites: Hyalomma asiaticum and Dermacentor nuttalli were picked up from the surface of wild free-range camels and their living environment, while Argas persicus from residents' barn. Among all the tick specimens, 54 samples were tested positive for Lyme disease spirochetes, and RFLP analysis indicated that the pathogen in the samples belonged to 2 genotypes: either Borrelia garinii or Borrelia afzelii. In addition, 32 heads were positive for Francisella tularensis, belonging to Francisella tularensis. subsp. holarctica (type B), and 122 heads were positive for Coxiella burnetii. Argas persicus were found to carry both Francisella tularensis and Coxiella burnetii. Coinfection also existed in 15 Hyalomma asiaticum gathered from wild free-range camels, 10 of which were infected with Francisella tularensis and Coxiella burnetii, and the other 5 with Lyme disease spirochetes and Coxiella burnetii. Conclusion There are at least 3 different tick species in Hexi Corridor, Gansu Province, and the tick-borne pathogens include Lyme disease spirochetes, Francisella tularensis and Coxiella burnetii. Coinfection exists in the tick specimens.

In order to improve the shortcomings of the finite element unit-cell establish method based on traditional FEM, which has difficulty in meshing and calculation, a superimposed method was proposed. Based on the superimposed method, the finite element unit-cell model of two-dimensional triaxial braided composites was established. Based on the coupling method, the coordination relationship between degree of freedom of element grid of displacement field and temperature field from reinforcement and matrix were given, and the match method of superimposed region thermal properties and the periodic boundary conditions of the unit-cell model temperature field were determined. The equivalent thermal conductivity coefficient and the equivalent thermal expansion coefficient of the unit-cell model were obtained by applying the periodic boundary conditions. Based on this method, the thermal properties of two-dimensional triaxial braided composites were predicted and analysed. The results show that different braiding angles and fiber volume faction have certain effects on the thermal conductivity coefficient and thermal expansion coefficient in different directions.

The fatigue crack initiation of the fuselage structure skin under the uniform supercharged cyclic load of 0 ～ 7. 8 Psi was experimentally studied by the self-made aircraft fuselage skin uniform supercharged fatigue simulation device. The location of the fatigue crack initiation of the fuselage structure skin and the sequence of fatigue crack initiation are studied by finite element analysis. The research showed that under the uniform supercharged fatigue load,fatigue crack initiation occurred on the left and right sides of the nail holes. The fatigue crack initiation sequence is mainly related to the maximum Von-Mises stress value at the initiation site,but also related to the tightness of the connection between the skin and the stringer.

The water absorption characteristics of rocks are closely related to the temperature and humidity of environment.The rainfall type slopes with rock as the main material are always formed in a certain temperature and humidity environment.It is one-side to study the sliding disaster mechanism of rock water absorption solely.By using the intelligent testing system for vapor water absorption of soft rock and simulating rainfall temperature and humid environment to study the relationship between rock water absorption and three factors such as lithology，rain delay and temperature，it is concluded that the lithological composition is different and the hydraulic response characteristics of the rainfall type rock slope are also different.It indicates that in the rainfall's temperature and humidity(20 ℃，100%)，dry conglomerate's water absorption is biggest，and sandstone is second while epidotic amphibolite is minimal.The conglomerate has strong rain infiltration capacity，and sandstone's curve slope is negative when the water absorption reaches peak.It shows that absorption rule changes from absorption to ponding.Epidotic amphibolite soon present“condensation”phenomenon，and its infiltration capacity is very weak.The research reveals that rock slope whose main component is conglomerate has strong ability of rain infiltration.During heavy rainfall，the effect of seepage and underground runoff is the main factor.It is necessary to consider the coupling effect of seepage and runoff.Rock slope whose main component is epidotic amphibolite has strong ability of drainage.During heavy rainfall，the effect of surface runoff and underground runoff is the main factor，so it is necessary to considers groundwater seepage force as the main factor.

Daily meteorological data from 1981 to 2022 and citrus growth periods data were used in this paper. The daily mean temperature, daily maximum temperature and their duration were selected as indicators of heat stress in citrus to clarify the spatial distribution characteristic and temporal variation trend of heat stress during citrus growth periods. The spatial and temporal differences of heat stress in different growing periods of citrus were compared using a paired t-test. The results show that (1) the average frequency, times and intensity of heat stress during flowering-fruit expanding stage of citrus are 87.73%, 2.23times•y-1 and 5.28d•times -1, respectively. High-value areas are mainly concentrated in the southeast of Jiangxi province. The average frequency, times and intensity of heat stress during the fruit expanding-fruit coloring stage of citrus are 56.43%, 1.15times•y-1 and 2.74d•times -1, respectively. High-value areas are mainly in the northern and central parts of Jiangxi province. (2) The station ratios, times and intensity of heat stress during the flowering-fruit expanding stage of citrus show a decreasing trend, with an average decrease of 0.90 percent points, 0.02 times and 0.06 d•time -1 every 10 years, respectively. The station ratios, times and intensity of heat stress during fruit expanding-fruit coloring stage of citrus show an increasing trend, with an average increase of 6.80 percent points, 0.26times and 0.50d•times -1 every 10 years, respectively. (3) The paired t-test results show that, the frequency, times and intensity of heat stress during flowering-fruit expanding stage of citrus are significantly higher than that during fruit expanding-fruit coloring stage of citrus. However, the climate tendency of times and intensity of heat stress during flowering-fruit expanding stage of citrus are significantly lower than that during fruit expanding-fruit coloring stage of citrus. The flowering-fruit expanding stage of citrus in Jiangxi province is the most frequent period of heat stress. For now, it is necessary to strengthen citrus defenses against heat stress during the flowering-fruit expanding stage. In the future, we should improve the prevention of heat stress in citrus during the fruit expanding-fruit coloring stage. [ABSTRACT FROM AUTHOR]

To improve the hydrophilicity of polyethersulfone (PES) membranes, SMANa/PES composite membranes were prepared by non solvent induced phase separation (NIPS) using styrene maleic anhydride copolymer (SMANa) at different alkali treatment temperatures as an additive. On this basis, the MXene/ZnO membrane was prepared using vacuum filtration method, and the structure, morphology, and separation performance of the separation membrane were tested. The results showed that the transformation of SMA to SMANa was accompanied by improved compatibility with PES. The electrical conductivity was as high as 0.73 S/cm when the loading of MXene was 0.18 g/m². When the content of ZnO further increased to 15%, the water contact angle decreased from 38.5° to 22.4°. The addition of ZnO not only effectively prevents the stacking between MXene layers, but also endows the conductive separation membrane with excellent hydrophilicity. When the ZnO content was 15%, the rejection rate of MXene/ZnO membrane for Congo red dye increased from 58.84% at 0 V to 77.07% at 1 V, and the permeate flux did not change greatly. Carboxymethyl pachymaran （CMP） is a carboxymethylated modification product of the water-insoluble polysaccharides from Poria cocos. It has many biological activities such as immune regulation, antibacterial, anti-inflammatory, anti-tumor, anti-oxidation, liver damage protection and intestinal flora regulation. It has a wide application prospect in functional food, active molecular carrier, medicine and other fields. In this paper, the research of CMP at home and abroad in recent years was focused, the biological activity, preparation, identification and application development of CMP were reviewed, and the future development direction of CMP was prospected.

Two rapid detection methods for Salmonella in food were established and compared using recombinase-mediated amplification technology. The primers and probes were designed based on the fimY gene of Salmonella, and the amplified products were detected using the fluorescence method and lateral flow strip method, respectively. A recombinase-mediated isothermal nucleic acid amplification method was constructed to verify the specificity, sensitivity, and detection effect of the two methods on artificially contaminated samples. The two methods constructed in this study were operated at a constant temperature of 39 °C, and the detection time was 30~40 min. These methods have good specificity and no cross-reaction with other common food-borne pathogens, such as Escherichia coli and Staphylococcus aureus. The sensitivity of the lateral flow test strip method reached 1 pg/μL, and the sensitivity of the fluorescence method was 10 pg/μL. The detection results of the artificially contaminated samples were consistent with the detection results of the traditional separation and culture method. Therefore, two rapid, specific and sensitive methods were established in this study for the detection of Salmonella, which provide a confirmed reference value and data to support the rapid screening of Salmonella contamination in food. To investigate the preventive effect of Volvariella volvacea fruit body polypeptides (VVFP) on acute alcoholic liver injury in mice and its influence on the intestinal microbiota, VVFP (1–3 kDa molecular mass) which had been previously obtained by our laboratory was given by gavage to mice. The mice were randomly divided into six groups: blank control, model, positive control, low-dose VVFP, moderate-dose VVFP and high-dose VVFP. Serum indexes, liver indexes and histopathological sections were compared among these groups, and 16S rDNA gene high-throughput sequencing was used to analyze the diversity of the intestinal microflora and the relative abundance at the phyla and genus levels in each sample. Results showed that VVFP significantly reduced the levels of triglycerides (TG), total cholesterol (TC), alanine aminotransferase (ALT) and aspartate aminotransferase (AST) activity in the serum and malondialdehyde (MDA) in the liver, and decreased the levels of the inflammatory cytokines tumor necrosis factor-α (TNF-α) and interleukin-6 (IL-6), and significantly increased the activities of alcohol dehydrogenase (ADH), total superoxide dismutase (T-SOD) and glutathione peroxidase (GSH-PX) in the liver. The 16S rRNA sequencing showed that VVFP significantly reduced the α-diversity indices Chao1 and observed species, increased the Shannon index, and regulated the abundance of Bacteroides, Firmicutes, Streptomyces, Lactobacillus and Vibrio, thereby reducing liver damage. In conclusion, VVFP can reduce alcoholic liver injury, which will provide a theoretical basis for the application of VVFP in the field of functional foods.

Objective To investigate the relationship between the expression of Zeste White 10 interactor（ZWINT）and Cyclin-dependent kinase 2（CDK2）and clinicopathological features in breast cancer，and evaluate their pathological diagnostic values in breast cancer. Methods GEPIA database was utilized to analyze the difference in the expression of ZWINT between breast cancer and normal breast tissues and assess the correlation between ZWINT and CDK2 expression in breast cancer. Kaplan-Meier Plotter database was employed to predict the relationship between ZWINT expression and clinical prognosis of breast cancer patients. Paraffin-embedded pathological specimens of 84 cases of breast cancer and paired paracancerous tissues and fresh specimens of 20 cases of breast cancer and paired paracancerous tissues were collected. Quantitative real-time polymerase chain reaction（RT-qPCR）and immunohistochemical staining were used to detect the expression levels of ZWINT and CDK2 mRNA and protein in breast cancer and paracancerous normal breast tissues，to analyze the relationship between ZWINT and CDK2 expression levels and clinicopathological features of breast cancer. Association analysis was used to analyze the correlation between ZWINT and CDK2. Receiver operating characteristic（ROC）curve was delineated to evaluate the values of ZWINT and CDK2 in the pathological diagnosis of breast cancer. Results The results of database analysis showed that ZWINT was highly expressed in breast cancer tissues and there was a positive correlation between the expression of ZWINT and CDK2 in breast cancer（rs = 0.600，P < 0.001）. The expression of ZWINT was closely correlated with clinical prognosis of breast cancer patients（all P < 0.05）. The test results of 84 cases showed that the expression levels of ZWINT and CDK2 mRNA and protein in breast cancer tissues were higher than those in para-carcinoma tissues（both P < 0.05），and high expression was closely correlated with tumor size，tumor stage and lymph node metastasis（all P < 0.05）. Association analysis revealed that the degree of association of Φ and Cramer V coefficient test under symmetric measurements was the same as 0.322（P = 0.003），while the column linkage number was 0.306（P = 0.003）. The expression levels of ZWINT and CDK2 proteins were closely correlated. The areas under the ROC curve of ZWINT and CDK2 were 0.886 and 0.818，which yielded high diagnostic values for breast cancer. Conclusions ZWINT and CDK2 expression levels are closely correlated the occurrence，development and prognosis of breast cancer. Detection of ZWINT and CDK2 contributes to pathological diagnosis of breast cancer.

The method for simultaneous determination of 14 aldehydes and ketones in waterborne coatings by Precolumn Derivatization high performance liquid chromatography was verified. The detection limit, precision and stability of this method were analyzed, and the extraction method of aldehydes and ketones in waterborne coatings was optimized. The experimental results show that the detection limit of this method is 0.002~0.08 mg/L, the precision is 0.15%~6.87%, and the recovery is 98.88%~102.17%. On the basis of economy, this method has the characteristics of simple operation, good peak separation effect, low detection limit, high precision and stability and short cycle. The effects of irrigation on winter wheat yield and water use efficiency (WUE) were mostly explored based on site-based experiments in North China Plain (NCP) region. However, due to the influences of contrasting environmental factors (e.g. climate and soil properties), these results cannot be accurately cross-compared among different studies, resulting in the difficulty to get the generalizable pattern at regional scale. Here meta-analysis was conducted to comprehensively evaluate the effects of irrigation on winter wheat yield and WUE in NCP region, with the observation data of 1876 pairs from 186 field experimental papers totally. The differences of the irrigation effects in different regions, precipitation year types, soil texture, and nitrogen (N) application levels were explored, and the corresponding optimal irrigation amounts for reaching high yield and WUE were ascertained. Results showed that compared with non-irrigation during the winter wheat growing period, irrigation increased the yield of winter wheat in NCP by 32.0%-38.3%, and reduced the WUE by 27.1%-30.1%. The yield increment due to irrigation in the northwest of NCP (39.6%-53.5%) with total precipitation during the winter wheat growing period below 150mm was higher than that in the southeast of NCP (24.3%-27.1%) with total precipitation during the winter wheat growing period higher than 150mm, while the decrease of WUE due to irrigation in northwest of NCP (32.4%-37.5%) was higher than that in the southeast of NCP (22.0%-24.3%). The optimum irrigation amount for high yield and WUE of winter wheat was 150-180mm in the northwest and 120-150mm in the southeast. Specifically, for different precipitation year types, the optimum irrigation amounts were 120-150mm with 2 times during jointing and flowering stages for dry year, during jointing and heading stages for normal year, and during jointing and booting stages for wet year. For different soil texture, irrigation under loamy soil had the highest increases in yield, while clay soil had the lowest decreases in WUE; the optimum irrigation amounts of winter wheat with four different soil texture of sandy soil, loam, clay loam and clay were 60-90mm, 120-150mm, 180-210mm, and 150-180mm, respectively. For different N application levels, N application of 120-240kg.ha-1 led to the highest yield and WUE under the irrigation amounts of 80-140mm, of which the higher yield was obtained under irrigation amounts of 110-140mm, and the higher WUE was obtained under the irrigation amounts of 80-110mm. Collectively, the NCP region can achieve the goals of high yield and WUE when irrigation amount was 120-150mm with 2 times but at different stages during different precipitation year types (i.e. dry year, normal year and wet year). Meanwhile, the combination of loam conditions with the N application of 120-240kg.ha-1 can synergistically improve the yield and water use efficiency of winter wheat. [ABSTRACT FROM AUTHOR]

In order to accurately assess the operational safety performance of existing bridges, an evaluation partial safety factors method based on reliability and Bayesian update theory is proposed, which considers the assessment base period and historical service loads. The target reliability indicators under different base periods are determined according to five different risk criteria, and the assessment partial safety factors are calculated using the resistance optimization method, which is further modified by introducing Bayesian update theory to consider the proof loads. It is compared with the assessment coefficients calculated by the code method and the design value method on the safety assessment of a simply supported T-beam bridge. The results show that the assessment partial safety factor ratio (after/before consideration of the verification load) is 1.0 when the verification live load ratio (the ratio of the standard value of verifying load effect to live load effect) is 0. 8 and 1.0. For secondary structural safety rated members, the value of the resistance assessment partial safety factor ratio is 1.0. For the validation periods of 10, 20, 30 and 40 a, the load assessment partial safety factor ratios are taken as 0. 94, 0.81, 0.69 and 0. 69 at the verification live load ratio of 1. 5; and 0. 88, 0. 75, 0.63 and 0.50 are taken at the verification live load ratio of 2. 0, respectively. Compared with the code method and the design value method, the use of the proposed assessment factors for structural safety assessment can fully explore the potential load carrying capacity of the structure and better control the operation and maintenance costs of the bridge structure. In the context of carbon cap-and-trade, for the cold chain logistics service supply chain composed of a logistics service integrator and a cold chain logistics service provider, the paper uses the Stackelberg game method, based on the consideration that the integrator or provider has risk-averse tendencies, to explore the influence of risk-averse tendencies of integrator and provider on the decision of cold chain logistics service supply chain reduction and coordination, and based on the Rubinstein bargaining model, a profit- sharing contract is designed to achieve supply chain coordination. Studies show that the risk aversion tendency of integrators will reduce their bargaining power, which is not conducive to their own development, but it is conducive to providers to carry out emission reduction actions and improve cold chain service levels. Aiming at the problem that the decoding methods of traditional graph auto -encoder ignores the effect of node attribute, a graph auto -encoder (NEGAE) model with node attribute enhanced which contains both structure reconstruction and node attribute reconstruction is proposed. In the encoder part, the model uses graph convolutional neural network to extract features of nodes, and obtains its representations. In the decoder part, on the one hand, the inner product method is used to reconstruct graph structure, on the other hand, the deconvolution method is used to reconstruct the node attributes. Finally, the reconstruction error of structure information and node attribute information are merged into a unified loss function framework for optimization. The results on Cora, Citeseer and Pubmed datasets show that the area under Roc curve (AUC) of the model on link prediction task reaches 91.19%, 90.27% and 96.69%, respectively; the clustering accuracy(ACC) on clustering task reaches 60.31%, 50.60% and 66.79%, respectively. Objective To develop an MATLAB algorithm for the automated measurement of motor neuron (MN) neurites and apply this algorithm to evaluate the organophosphate flame retardant tris (2-chloroethyl) phosphate (TCEP) on the growth of MN neurites. Methods Human embryonic stem cells were induced to gradually differentiate into MN. After the neurites were labelled with βⅢ-tubulin for fluorescence image processing, an image process algorithm was developed to automatically analyze the neurite and changes in neurite network area after pollutant treatment. During MN differentiation, the cells were treated with different concentrations of TCEP (0, 25, 50 and 100 μmol/L). Results MNs were successfully induced with the expression of choline acetyltransferase. The developed image recognition algorithm could analyze images in batches, and calculate the pixel area occupied by neural network, and reserve weak neurites by optimizing neurite retention threshold to improve the accuracy of measurement. The quantification data from image process algorithm showed that TCEP significantly decreased the percentage of neurite network area since the dose started from 50 μmol/L (P < 0.05). Conclusion An image process algorithm is successfully developed for automated measurement of neurites based on the human MN neurite model. Moreover, this algorithm can be applied to the toxicity assessment of TCEP.

Malignant tumors are common diseases that threaten human health. Early diagnosis and complete resection can significantly improve the prognosis of patients with malignant tumors. At present, the imaging techniques used clinically for malignant tumor detection have problems such as poor sensitivity and temporal-spatial resolution, long scanning time, etc., which cannot achieve early diagnosis and meet the requirements of surgical navigation. As a new imaging technology with excellent imaging characteristics, fluorescence imaging can perform real-time imaging of the structure and function of biological tissues and organs. It can realize the accurate detection of malignant tumors by designing fluorescent probes with high sensitivity, high selectivity and specificity. The sensitivity of fluorescence imaging mainly depends on the fluorophore of the probe, and the selectivity and specificity mainly depend on whether the probe adopts an effective targeting strategy. Studies have shown that near infrared fluorophores with emission wavelengths in the near infrared window, especially those in the near infrared Ⅱ window, have excellent optical properties, which can effectively improve the sensitivity of fluorescence imaging of malignant tumors; at the same time, based on the unique structure and metabolic features of malignant tumors, various targeting strategies have been developed to design "always-on" fluorescent probes and "turn-on" fluorescent probes, which significantly improved the selectivity and specificity of fluorescent imaging of malignant tumors. In this paper, the newly developed near infrared fluorophores and the strategies of fluorescent probes targeting malignant tumors are reviewed.

Objective. To investigate the association between the blood lipid levels in early pregnancy and the risk of preeclampsia (PE). Methods. Pregnant women who underwent routine prenatal examination and delivered in the International Peace Maternity & Child Health Hospital, Shanghai Jiao Tong University School of Medicine from January 2015 to December 2017 were recruited as the study participants. After screening, 26 230 pregnant women were selected, including 680 pregnant women with PE (PE group) and 25 550 pregnant women without PE (control group). The general clinical data and the blood lipid index during 10 - 14 weeks of pregnancy were obtained from the electronic medical record system. Multivariate Logistic regression analysis was used to explore the relationship between blood lipid levels at different categorical (by quartile) in early pregnancy and the risk of PE. Results. Compared with the control group, the levels of total cholesterol (TC), triacylglycerol (TAG), low density lipoprotein (LDL) and lipoprotein B (ApoB) in the early pregnancy of the PE group were higher (all P<0.05), while the level of high density lipoprotein (HDL) was lower (P=0.000). Multivariate Logistic regression analysis showed that TAG (>1.45 mmol/L), LDL (>3.26 mmol/L) and ApoB (>0.86 g/L) were the independent risk factors for PE (all P<0.05), and HDL (>1.99 mmol/L) was the independent protective factor for PE (P=0.002). After adjusting for potential confounding factors, the risk of PE increased successively with the increase of the TAG, LDL and ApoB levels, HDL did the opposite (all P for trend<0.05). With the lowest quartile as a reference, the adjusted OR values and 95% CIs for the highest quartiles of TAG, LDL, ApoB and HDL were 1.90 (1.47-2.45), 1.39 (1.08-1.78), 1.51 (1.13-2.04) and 0.66 (0.50-0.86), respectively. Conclusion. Dyslipidemia in early pregnancy indicates an increased risk of PE during pregnancy. Examination of blood lipid level during early pregnancy is helpful for early prediction of PE. [Objectives] To clarify the influence of exposure to high temperature on the biology and predatory behavior of the ladybug Menochilus sexmaculates. [Methods] Ladybugs were exposed to 35 °C for 3, 6 and 9 h after which their development, survival, fecundity, morphological characteristics and predation on Aphis craccivora, were measured and compared. [Results] The results revealed that, compared to ladybugs kept at 25 °C, exposure to 35 °C decreased adult longevity, egg production, immature survival and hatching rate, but had no effect on body length or weight. Moreover, the predation capacity (a'/Th) and search efficiency (S) of M. sexmaculates with respect to A. craccivora were higher at 35 °C than 25 °C, in particular after 6 and 9 h at 35 °C. [Conclusion] High temperature appears to have an adverse impact on M. sexmaculates but also to some extent increases its capacity to prey on A. craccivora. These findings provide a scientific basis for using M. sexmaculates as a biological control and increases understanding of the effects of global-warming on the natural enemies of pest insects. In aviation mission planning system,the accuracy of aircraft air-to-ground attack route solution,route generation quality and route calculation speed are important indicators to measure multi constraint complex maneuver in aircraft route planning.In the process of design and use,it is subject to multi-dimensional constraints from time,space and aircraft body,which puts forward high requirements for flight dynamics modeling and track optimization.In this paper the object-oriented thinking is used to model the aircraft's side-slip dynamics model,and the design and optimization of the complex maneuvering process are realized by the way of route maneuvering splicing and segmental optimization.After simulation analysis,it is proved that the route optimization design can realize the multi-constrained trajectory design and planning function of the aircraft in terms of ideas and methods.The iterative optimization algorithm has good convergence,and the model and algorithm can meet the requirements of aviation mission planning.

[Objectives] To evaluate the potential of Orius sauteri as a biological control for the thrip Thrips hawaiiensis. [Methods] The functional response, search efficiency, interference response and prey preferences, of O. sauteri preying on T. hawaiiensis were observed under laboratory conditions. [Results] Predation of O. sauteri on T. hawaiiensis followed a Holling-type II functional response. The highest predation rates were recorded for 5th-instar nymphs and adults of O. sauteri preying on 2nd-instar nymphs and adults of T. hawaiiensis, which had a'/Th values of 126.64 and 64.30 individuals and 1/Th for 149.25 and 84.75 individuals per day, respectively. Predation rate was positively correlated with prey density but there was a negative relationship between search efficiency and prey density. 5th-instar nymphs and adults of O. sauteri were more effective in prey searching than other developmental stages. Mean predation rate decreased with increasing predator density, which suggests that intraspecific interference adversely affects predation efficiency at high predator densities and that the relationship between predation rate and predator density approximates a Hassell-model equation. A choice-test indicated that O. sauteri has a strong preference for 2nd-instar nymphs of T. hawaiiensis, followed by adults, and a relatively low preference for pupae. [Conclusion] O. sauteri is an effective predator of T. hawaiiensis. These results provide a theoretical basis for evaluating the potential of O. sauteri as a biological control for T hawaiiensis. In order to solve the problems of video image distortion caused by uneven light distribution and low accuracy of fire identification in coal mines, an intelligent identification method of mine fire video images is proposed. The method uses YOLOv5 as the identification model and uses K-means algorithm to improve the traditional dark channel image defogging algorithm to defog the collected flame images and improve the identification accuracy of mine fire video images. In order to reduce the impact of static background on fire identification, the fusion algorithm of frame difference method and Gaussian mixture model is used to extract the characteristics of the dynamically evolved flame images, and the morphological processing algorithm is used to eliminate the gaps in the images so as to obtain more complete flame target images. The fire video image data set is annotated and input to the YOLOv5 algorithm model for training and testing. The results show that the average accuracy of the intelligent identification method of mine fire video images based on YOLOv5 is 92% with a loss function of 0.6, which is 9.6%, 13.5% and 4.9% higher than that of the traditional algorithms, Alexnet, VGG16 and Inceptionv3 respectively, indicating that this method has fast detection speed and high accuracy, and can improve the accuracy of mine fire identification effectively.

Based on the UMC 40 nm CMOS process, a programmable gain amplifier(PGA) with DC offset cancellation circuit(DCOC) is designed. The PGA adopts a closed-loop resistance negative feedback structure and consists of a cascade of two gain units. DCOC circuit is based on the traditional DC negative feedback structure, a nested feedback method is proposed to reduce the power consumption and area of DCOC circuit. The simulation results show that within the gain variation control range of 0～52 dB, the high pass cutoff frequency and the relative inhibition degree of DCOC are constant at 10 kHz and 50 dB,and the maximum correctable input misalignment at 0 dB is 110 mV. Compared with the traditional design method, the area of DCOC has been reduced by almost half.

To solve the problems of support downslide and grip, rib spalling, strong deformation of safety exit and stope space occur frequently in the process of large inclined angle “three soft” unstable coal seam mining by cantilever support,this paper systemically analyzes the major issues that occur during mining production and their adverse impacts on large inclined angle “three soft” unstable coal seam based on the background of Yong’an Coal Mine in Henan Province. And then, some comprehensive measures including driving method and speed adjustment, reinforced support and innovation to the process are taken. Engineering application results show that, these measures can effectively improve circumstance of stope and safety conditions, increase production efficiency.

A new method is introduced for testing the purificatory performance of indoor air formaldehyde purification materials-Air Bag Method and a detection device has been developed. We propose a novel injection-locked OptoElectronic Oscillator (OEO) with ultralow phase noise based on two cascaded phase modulators, which is further applied to construct a frequency synthesizer. Thanks to the phase modulation, the output optical spectrum expands and the optical power keeps constant while passing through the optical fiber, which dramatically reduces the intensity noise induced by the nonlinear effects of the optical fiber. A dual-output MZI together with a balanced optical detector realizes the phase modulation to intensity modulation conversion and improves the signal to noise ratio of the OEO. The output frequency of the proposed OEO is 9.9999914 GHz with its sidemode suppression ratio larger than 85 dB, and the phase noise reaches –153.1 dBc/Hz at 10 kHz frequency offset which is 38.7 dB lower than that of Keysight E8257D. Moreover, a broadband, high performance frequency synthesizer is established based on the proposed OEO. Combining the DDS and PLL technologies, the proposed frequency synthesizer can cover 5.9～12.9 GHz range. The phase noise is around –130 dBc/Hz@10 kHz, the spur suppression ratio is better than 65 dB, and the frequency hopping time is less than 1.48 μs.

We propose a novel scheme of broadband LFM radar imaging system based on microwave photonic I/Q de-chirping. In the transmitter, a broadband linear frequency modulated signal is generated by photonic frequency-doubling. In the receiver, echoes reflected from the target are simultaneously sent to a couple of modulators in two polarization states. After the bias voltage of the corresponding modulator is adjusted to introduce a 90° phase difference, photonic I/Q de-chirping reception of radar echoes is achieved. The proposed radar is capable of real-time high-resolution detection and can distinguish the target on both sides of a reference point. The range ambiguity problem caused by image interference in current radar with photonic de-chirping reception is solved. In this study, first, the necessity of I/Q de-chirping is demonstrated. Then, the structure and principle of the proposed photonic-based radar are introduced. A K-band radar with a bandwidth of 8 GHz is established, and an experiment on target detection and inverse synthetic aperture radar imaging is conducted. Results show that the system can effectively suppress the interference from image frequencies.

A novel, facilitate and rapid high-throughput technology for cell directional selection was introduced. The operation processes of single cell selection and optimization were detaiily described by using Ec-109 cells and BHK cells as examples. Firstly, the screening software in the computer was connected with microscope. The appropriate parameters of screening were setting according to the cell type, and the location of screening was calibrated from the X axis, Y axis and Z axis. The target cells were selected accurately through freely setting cell feature parameters. Finally, cell screening rates were detected and analyzed, and the results could reach above 90%. The new automated screening technology of single cell can be achieved to the visual level compared with the conventional screening method. The sample doses not need special treatment, and cells are collected conveniently. The new method saves the operating time, and improves the experiment efficiency significantly. [ABSTRACT FROM AUTHOR]
