BackgroundPostoperative cognitive dysfunction （POCD） is a common complication in elderly patients after surgery， and has a great impact on postoperative rehabilitation of patients.ObjectiveTo explore the effect of mindfulness-based therapy on cognitive function and sleep quality in elderly patients after surgery under local anesthesia， so as to provide references for reducing their incidence risk of POCD and improving sleep quality.MethodsThe simple random sampling method was utilized to select 78 elderly patients who underwent surgery under local anesthesia in The Third Hospital of Mianyang from March 2022 to March 2023. Participants were assigned into study group and control group， each with 39 cases. All patients were subjected to conventional treatment and nursing interventions， and study group added mindfulness-based therapy on this basis. Mini-Mental State Examination （MMSE） was administered to patients on 1 day before surgery， and on the 1st， 3rd and 5th day after surgery. Pittsburgh Sleep Quality Index （PSQI） was employed on 1 day before surgery and on the 3rd day after surgery.ResultsMMSE scores revealed a significant time effect， group effect and time×group interaction effect （F=78.251， 197.071， 371.915， P

It is critical to develop the methods and technologies of studying the species and concentration in the processing of adsorption, and diffusion of some important radionuclides in spent fuel waste processing such as Beishan granites in domestic institutions and universities for the geological disposal of high-level radioactive wastes. Enrich the models used or constructed and the calculation procedures developed in the past two decades in this field. In order to evaluate the safety of the repository, chemical speciation analysis of nuclides is the premise of research to accurately predict the migration behavior of nuclides. In view of the rapid development of China's nuclear energy industry and the need to establish the identification of nuclides in the environment, it is of great significance to carry out the study of the chemical forms of nuclides around the repository in China. Aiming at the research requirements of element speciation distribution in the environment, a set of B/S architecture element speciation distribution simulation software is developed with JAVA as the development tool, MySQL as the database, and Tomcat as the container. In order to solve the convergence problem of chemical reaction equilibrium nonlinear equations encountered in simulation calculation, the method based on chemical reaction potential energy is introduced to solve the chemical reaction nonlinear equations quickly, and the multi-phase equilibrium calculation can be expanded. SSCS was used to study the species of U in groundwater and the effects of Eh, pH, different ions and concentrations. The calculation results indicate that neptunium mainly exists as NpO2CO-3(aq) in groundwater. Under strong acidic conditions, neptunium maily exists as NpO+2(aq), while in weak acidic, neutral or weak alkaline conditions, the main species are NpO+2(aq) and NpO2OH.When the solution is in strong alkaline conditions, the species are complicated most of neptunium exists as NpO2(CO3)-3(aq), with the possible generation of NpO2(CO3)3-2 or NpO2(CO3)5-3. Np(Ⅴ) is stable in the reduction condition, while Np(Ⅳ) and Np(Ⅵ) are the possible generation. Comparing the neptunium calculation results of the software in the environment with the PHREEQC calculation results, the relative error is within 10 %. For the distribution of trace elements in the environment, a theoretical calculation solution is provided.

Objective·To investigate the effects of breast cancer susceptibility gene 1 (BRCA1) R1325K mutation [arginine (R) to lysine (K) mutation at amino acid 1325] on the proliferation and apoptosis of gallbladder cancer cell lines GBC-SD and NOZ.Methods·BRCA1 wild-type overexpression lentivirus, BRCA1 R1325K mutation overexpression lentivirus, and negative control lentivirus were used to construct the stable transgenic strains of gallbladder carcinoma, cell lines GBC-SD and NOZ. The cells were divided into the control group without the target gene, the BRCA1 wild-type group, and the BRCA1 R1325K mutation group. The expression of target protein was verified by Western blotting. The BRCA1 R1325K mutant gallbladder cancer cells were treated with 20 μmol/L Olaparib, a BRCA1 mutation inhibitor. Gallbladder cancer cell lines were divided into the control group, the BRCA1 wild-type group, the BRCA1 R1325K mutation group, and the BRCA1 R1325K mutation+Olaparib group according to the target gene expression and whether or not the inhibitor was added. The effect of BRCA1 R1325K mutation on proliferation and clonogenesis ability of gallbladder cancer cell lines GBC-SD and NOZ was observed by CCK8 assay and clonogenesis assay, respectively. The effect of BRCA1 R1325K mutation on apoptosis of gallbladder cancer cell lines GBC-SD and NOZ was observed by TUNEL assay. The expressions of apoptosis-related proteins, cleaved PARP, Bcl-2 and Bax, were detected by Western blotting. The inhibitor Olaparib was used to treat the BRCA1 R1325K mutant gallbladder cancer cell lines GBC-SD and NOZ. The phenotypic changes (promoting proliferation, enhancing clonogenesis and inhibiting apoptosis) induced by BRCA1 R1325K mutation were tested in the presence of Olaparib to determine whether the changes could be reversed by the inhibitor.Results·The results of CCK8 assay and clonogenesis assay showed that BRCA1 R1325K mutation could promote the proliferation of gallbladder cancer cell lines GBC-SD and NOZ, and improve their clonal formation ability, compared with the control group and the BRCA1 wild-type group. Objective: This study aimed to establish the methods for determining the content of sodium hyaluronate in solid drinks by reversed-phase high performance liquid chromatography. Methods: With sodium hyaluronate content as evaluation index, after the sample extract was precipitated by ethanol, hyaluronase was used to hydrolyze the precipitate. The optimal enzymolysis conditions obtained by single factor test and orthogonal test were as follows: enzymolysis, at 34 ℃ and pH 6.5, for 120 min. The determination was performed on Uliumate C18 (4.6 mm×250 mm,5 μm) column with mobile phase: acetonitrile 10 mmol/L sodium octane sulfonate solution (Vacetonitrile∶Voctane sulfonate =10∶90) at flow rate of 0.6 mL/min. The detection wavelength was 232 nm and quantified by external standard method. Results: The correlation coefficient of sodium hyaluronate was 0.999 9. The recoveries of samples were between 96.1%~101%, and the relative standard deviation was 3.16%. The determination of limit was 0.062 g/kg. Conclusion: Ethanol precipitation combined with enzymolysis-reversed phase chromatography has strong specificity, high accuracy, good repeatability and less interference, which is suitable for the determination of sodium hyaluronate in solid drinks.

In view of the diverse edge computing requirements of the 6G era, reconfigurable technology based on FPGAs can achieve lower latency and provide diversified services. Based on the idea of local dynamic reconfiguration, the ICAP interface is used to reconfigure FPGA resources, so as to realize the local dynamic reconfigurable scheme on the FPGA logic. Drawing on the idea of software process management in the operating system, based on the concept of introducing hardware processes in the Linux operating system, it is possible to divide a whole block of FPGA resources into multiple small FPGA resource blocks, each small reconfigurable FPGA resource block can be abstracted into a hardware process, the hardware process is actually not running on the CPU but running in the FPGA logical resource area, and is only a software language description of the hardware process on the operating system. As a result, the hardware scheme of CPU plus FPGA is designed to achieve partial reconfigurable system, and verified on Xilinx Zynq series chips, and the FPGA hardware resources are scheduled and allocated in a process manner, which greatly improves the utilization and flexibility of FPGA hardware resources.

The optical fiber inertial navigation of coal mine excavation equipment is easy to be disturbed by multi-source heterogeneous noise such as vibration and electromagnetism in the underground excavation face, which leads to the reduction of the accuracy of position and attitude detection of excavation equipment. Therefore, in order to eliminate the influence of noise interference on the positioning and detection of integrated inertial navigation, a multi-source heterogeneous noise reduction method of optical fiber inertial navigation based on improved empirical mode decomposition (EMD) is proposed. Firstly, according to the environmental noise characteristics of underground heading face, the composition and characteristics of multi-source heterogeneous noise are analyzed. Then, the improved EMD noise reduction method is used to reduce the multi-source heterogeneous noise of optical fiber inertial navigation. This method adaptively selects the effective eigenmode function (IMF) by calculating the continuous mean square error (CMSE), optimizes the effective IMF component of each layer by setting the threshold function, and reconstructs the optimized effective IMF component, so as to obtain the signal after noise reduction. In order to verify the noise reduction effect of the improved EMD method, the comparative experiments of wavelet noise reduction method, variational modal decomposition (VMD) noise reduction method and improved EMD noise reduction method are carried out. The results show that the noise reduction effect of the improved EMD noise reduction method is better than that of wavelet noise reduction and VMD noise reduction method. In order to verify the improvement effect of the improved EMD Method on the pose detection accuracy of tunneling equipment, the combined positioning results of optical fiber inertial navigation and displacement sensor before noise reduction and after noise reduction by three noise reduction methods are compared and analyzed. The results show that the pose error of the combined positioning after noise reduction of optical fiber inertial navigation signal by the improved EMD method is the smallest, and it is greatly reduced compared with that before noise reduction, The Pitch angle error decreased from 0.1131° to 0.0286°, the Roll angle error decreased from 0.0101° to 0.0038°, the Yaw angle error decreased from 2.7051° to 0.0272°, the North position error decreased from 36.8872 to 0.0822 m, the East position error decreased from 0.4990 to 0.0161 m, and the Upward position error decreased from 0.9141 to 0.0143 m. The improved EMD noise reduction method proposed in this paper can effectively filter the multi-source heterogeneous noise of optical fiber strapdown inertial navigation signal of coal mine excavation equipment, which lays a good foundation for the accurate positioning of coal mine excavation equipment.

Objective: To evaluate the uncertainty of the determination of thiocyanate in cheese by inhibition conductance ion chromatography. Methods: The content of thiocyanate in cheese was determined by inhibition conductance ion chromatography and a mathematical model was established. The source of uncertainty introduced in the process of the experiment was described, and the synthetic uncertainty was calculated for each uncertainty component. Results: The determination of thiocyanate was （10.2±0.56） mg/kg, k=2, p=95%. Conclusion: The uncertainty in the measurement process mainly comes from the concentration of thiocyanate in the test solution, followed by sample recovery and repeatability experiments.

Lifting surface divergence plays an important role in static aero-elasticity analysis.Traditional static aeroelasticity analysis of airplane lifting surface makes the root part fixed without considering the influence of rigid mode. According to AC 25.629-1B,divergence may occur for a structural mode or the short period mode. Inertia relief method is studied and used to take rigid mode into account in divergence analysis. The method is used to compute the divergence results of empty airplane and different payload and fuel for certain airplane. Results are compared with that calculated by flutter method and mode method. Comparison shows divergence results with rigid mode are larger and divergence speed decreases with the increase of payload and fuel,while critical divergence modes keep the same.

In order to study the mechanical behavior characteristics of dynamic crack initiation and propagation of surrounding rock of adjacent roadway under impact load, with the help of a new digital laser dynamic caustics experimental system, a rock-like medium material PMMA was used to make a double-section roadway model for impact tests, and the crack propagation simulation was carried out based on the ABAQUS numerical simulation platform. The results show that when the pre-crack deflection angle α of adjacent sections is 45°, 22. 5°, 0°, -22. 5°, -45°, the dynamic stress intensity factor are different when the cracks were initiated. The dynamic stress intensity factor change after crack initiation has a "platform section" with a duration of about 160 μs. When the right crack gradually moves away from the left cross-section, the crack propagation speed of left crack after initiation will increase. When the dynamic crack initiation and propagation of the double-section roadway, the adjacent sections will affect the dynamic stress intensity factor and propagation speed to a certain extent. When the tip of the right crack is close to the left crack, the latter's crack initiation toughness is reduced, that is, it is easier to crack.

The freeplay of control surfaces is one of typical types of structural nonlinearity,which is caused by design,manufacture,assembly,and it may easily lead to the limit cycle oscillation(LCO).LCO is usually shown as equal amplitude vibration,and it may influence the integrity of structure and cause structural failure if the amplitude is too large.Nonlinear flutter analysis method in time domain for control surface with freeplay is investigated and used to compute the nonlinear flutter result of certain aircraft.T he calculation result is compared with that achieved by frequency domain method.The results show that the critical flutter velocity of LCO is good compliance with frequency.The time domain analysis method can precisely calculate the nonlinear critical velocity of aircraft control surface freeplay,and is feasible to predict the LCO of control surface,which can also be a method to verify if it meets the airworthiness standards.

In recent years, antibiotic-resistant bacterial strains have spread rapidly and widely around the world. New antibacterial drugs have emerged to develop. With the development of biological nanotechnology, two-dimensional nanomaterials have become a very promising alternative for the treatment of antibiotic-resistant bacteria. Based on the recent literature, the structural features and antibacterial applications of graphene materials (GMs), transition-metal dichalcogedes (TMDs), layered double hydroxides (LDHs) and MXenes were elaborated, the antibacterial mechanisms of those materials were discussed, such as physical/mechanical damage, lipid extraction, oxidative stress, and photothermal/photodynamic effects,etc. Finally, the antibacterial research progress and challenges of two-dimensional nanomaterials were prospected:(1) 2D materials has a unique space structure and excellent biocompatibility, so it can be used as an ideal carrier for antibacterial drugs; (2) the material has photodynamic and photothermal bactericidal effects, so it has a strong potential to cure local skin infections; (3) it can be made into antibacterial coatings to achieve simple in-situ disinfection applying to sterile medical equipment in the future.

Based on the seepage theory, the distribution model of the negative pressure in the coal seam cracks during gas extraction is deduced, and the gas drainage technology of equalizing pressure and sealing holes in the borehole along the seam is proposed for the first time. The sealing technology adopts double negative pressure for pumping, and the main and secondary pumping chambers are formed in the drilling hole by using the bag-type sealing device, under the joint action of the negative pressure generated by the main and secondary pumping chambers, the negative pressure in the coal seam cracks will be distributed twice, which reduces the pressure difference between the main pumping chambers and the external environment. At the same time, the negative pressure generated by the auxiliary pumping chamber will have a shielding effect, which preventing air flow to the main pumping chamber, thus reducing air leakage in the pumping process, and achieving the purpose of improving gas drainage concentration and efficiency. The field test of gas drainage technology of equal-pressure sealing hole was carried out in 12033 transportation lane of Zhongling Coal Mine. The average gas concentration of the traditional pore sealing process (polyurethane pore sealing)was 30.67% at the initial 5 d, 21.44% at the 10 d, and 65.69% at the average gas drainage concentration at the 0 to 50 d.

[Objectives] In order to improve the anti-explosion performance of ship structures subjected to multiple underwater explosion loading, and obtain a numerical method for simulating multiple underwater explosions is proposed.[Methods] The dynamic response of the 45# clamped air-back steel plate with diameter of 600 mm and thickness of 5 mm subjected to multiple underwater explosion loading was studied by a method of combining experiment and numerical simulation. The plastic deformation history of the steel plate was obtained and the basic law of plastic deformation was analyzed.[Results] The results show that the morphology produced by plastic deformation of the 45# clamped air-back steel plate subjected to multiple underwater explosion loading is spherical-like,and the deformation mode is mainly bending deformation and biaxial tensile deformation. When the amount of explosive and the explosion distance are fixed,the deflection increment of the center of the steel plate will be decreased gradually as the number of underwater explosion loading increased,and after the second explosion loading,the deflection increment will be third-order of the first explosion loading. When the total amount of explosive is constant,compared with the results of multiple uniform underwater explosion loading,both the deflection and thickness reduction rate of the steel plate after single underwater explosion loading are larger,and the maximum difference of the center deflection is 20.25%.[Conclusions] The experimental results agree well with the simulation results,which can provide certain reference for ship protection design.

The composite vertical take-off and landing fixed-wing UAV(Unmanned Airial Vehical) is a compound UAV with the performance of multi-rotor UAV and fixed-wing UAV, the aerodynamic interaction between rotor and wing of this kind of UAV is complex, and its rotor installation location is of influence on the overall performance of UAV. the aerodynamic characteristics are analyzed by experiments and computational fluid dynamics(CFD). The installation mode of the rotor is determined preliminarily, and the installation distance of the rotor is further determined in combination with the level flight status of the UAV. The results show that the hover efficiency of the UAV is higher when the rotor is installed under the wing than that above the wing, and the best installation distance with the lowest power consumption can be found by combining the hover time and flight time of the UAV.

In order to obtain the true micro-pore structure of the coal seams and reveal the micro-seepage characteristics of methane in the pore system, X-ray μCT scanning experiment was carried out for low-rank coal in Ordos Basin. The micro-pore space structure was reconstructed and characterized. The connected pores were reversely optimized and numerically modeled. Numerical simulation of methane micro-seepage was used to explore its characteristics. The results show that: the micro-pore structure of coal has strong heterogeneity, and its shape is close to spherical. There is an exponential relationship between the pore shape factor and the equivalent diameter. There are large micro-fissures in Yangchangwan Mine brown coal, while the number of micro-fissures in Xiegou Mine gas coal is small, and there are multiple pore groups in the local area. Seepage pore size is not the only factor that determines the seepage performance of methane, but more depends on its connectivity. The non-uniformity of methane pressure in the same pore reflects the selective direction of seepage flow.

The fuel injection ring is an important part of the micro-turbojet engine. The uniformity of fuel injection quantity determines the uniformity of the temperature field in the combustion chamber. Aiming at micro-turbojet injection ring uneven fuel injection problems, the influence of pressure loss is compensated through the use of unequal-diameter needle structure. By using CFX software, the experiment of three-dimensional flow field inside the fuel injection ring is simulated and the outlet flow rate, outlet velocity and the pressure change of the entire internal flow field of injection needle on the injection ring body are calculated and compared with the experimental results. Results show that the scheme of unequal injection nozzle can improve the problem of nonuniform injection of fuel injection ring. According to the calculated results, we can lay the foundation for the study of the internal flow field of the injection ring.

Vertical takeoff and landing(VTOL) fixed-wing UAV has the advantages of fast speed, long range, vertical takeoff and landing and hovering operation of fixed-wing UAV. It is of great significance to study the influence of the vertical tail of its wing tip on the aerodynamic characteristics of the whole UAV. The vertical take-off and landing fixed-wing UAV is designed with the drooping tail of the wing tip to be used as a vertical tail with both wingtips and landing gear. Four wingtip designs of the drooping tail, upper vertical tail, wing tip end plate and conventional layout are compared the aerodynamic characteristics of the four designs are simulated and analyzed by using LBM-LES algorithm and the wall self-adaptive local vortex viscous large eddy simulation turbulence model. The analysis results show that the drooping tail of the wing tip is more efficient than the other three designs in the leveling flight state; and its stability against the crosswind is better in the vertical takeoff and landing or hovering state.

Nonlinear finite element method（ FEM） was adopted to calculate the compressive stability of stiffened panel numerically. Simple support and clamped support of loaded ends as well as common used unloaded edge support fixtures,such as blade,bolt and rigid strip,for stability experiment were simulated by defining node constraint conditions of 4 edges of stiffened panel finite element model. The influences of boundary conditions of loaded ends and unloaded edges on compressive stability of stiffened panel were analyzed according to the FEM calculational results. Calculational results show that,buckling load and carrying capability of panel with loaded ends clamped are bigger than those of panel with loaded ends simply supported. When loaded ends are simply supported,both buckling pattern and failure pattern vary with different unloaded edge boundary conditions,and buckling loads of panel with unloaded edges supported are bigger than that of panel with unloaded edge free.When loaded ends are clamped,both buckling pattern and buckling load are almost the same despite different unloaded edge boundary conditions,whereas carrying capabilities of panel with unloaded edges supported are bigger than that of panel with unloaded edge free.

For problems of bulky, low charging efficiency, low input power factor and so on of traditional charger for mine-used lead-acid battery, a new type of smart charger was developed. The charger is composed of multi-link voltage power units, achieves continuous and adjustable transformation from input three-phase AC voltage with two standards to DC voltage of 0-300 V and current of 0-120 A through phase shift control of square wave pulse of IGBT inverter. Experimental results show that the charger achieves three-stage operating mode from constant current to constant voltage and then to float charging, the voltage and current are relatively stable; electrolyte density reaction of the battery group is stable without bubbles, and the temperature do not change obviously in the charging process.

For production test of 300 m fully mechanized working face of caving coal in Lutian coal mine of Haibowan mining Co., Ltd. of Shenhua group, FLAC3D was used to determinate reasonable size of crossheading pillars affected by mining. Through establishing model and simulation, conclusions are as following: along with lengthening of working face,periodic weighting eases,so as to reduce impact to crossheading pillars to some extent; coal pillars which are influenced with the maximum range are 100~110 m away from the rear area of working face, laterally significant affect range is about 10 m, and depth of plastic damage is 7 m; because protection pillar will be influenced by next working, the size of the protection pillar of super long working face with shallow depth under the same geological conditions is 15 m.

For problem that step of traditional learning algorithm of BP neural network is difficult to determine, the paper proposed a method of using BP neural network based on RLS algorithm to detect fault of mine ventilation system. It introduced structure of the BP neural network briefly, and introduced RLS learning algorithm and simulation process in details. The simulation results show that the BP neural network with RLS algorithm can meet the requirements of fault detection of mine ventilation system.

For three unstable landslides of C area of Bayan Obo Iron Mine, with data of engineering geological exploration and rock mechanics test, the paper analyzed and calculated several measures for the secondary reinforcement including cutting slope, reinforcement by anchor cable and grouting by use of 5.5 edition of Lizheng soil analysis software and Canadian rock slope stability analysis software SLIDE5.0, and determined whether the secondary reinforcement measures are effective through the calculated safety factor. The analysis and calculation result showed that the secondary reinforcement measures can make safety factor of the most dangerous landslide to achieve 1.186, which meets requirement of designing safety factor of landslide's stability. At last, it proposed several notices about implementation of the secondary reinforcement measures.

Based on the finite element software Ansys Workbench,the finite element model of the motion of the bump foil dynamic pressure gas bearing in the compressible fluid medium was established,and the fluid-structure coupling numerical simulation of the motion state of the bearing was carried out by using the 6DOF dynamic grid calculation method.The influence of different speed and bump foil structure parameters (length ratio,height and thickness of bump foil) on bearing performance was discussed.The simulation results show that the distribution of the bearing gas film pressure corresponds to the deformation of the flat foil,indicating that the proposed fluid-structure coupling method can effectively reflect the lubrication state of the bump foil dynamic pressure gas bearing.With the increase of rotational speed,the dynamic pressure effect of the bearing is enhanced continuously,the load-carrying capacity increases,and the structural deformation of flat foil is increased,resulting in fluctuations in the convergence zone of gas film pressure.With the increase of the length ratio of the bump foil and the thickness of the bump foil,the load-carrying capacity increases rapidly at first and then becomes stable,while the height of the bump foil has little effect on the load-carrying capacity,indicating that the load-carrying capacity can be improved by increasing the length ratio of the bump foil and the thickness of the bump foil appropriately. Based on the lubrication analysis model and dynamic characteristics mathematical model of foil dynamic pressure gas bearing,the dynamic equation of foil dynamic pressure gas bearing-rotor system was established combining Newton's mechanical equation,and the calculation method of the stiffness and damping coefficient was studied.The vibration and speed of the foil dynamic pressure gas bearing-rotor system was tested,and the stiffness and damping coefficient was calculated.The linear and nonlinear instability phenomena of the foil dynamic pressure gas bearing-rotor system during the acceleration process was analyzed combining the mapping method,and the influence of speed on the stiffness and damping coefficient was studied. The results show that the main stiffness coefficient of the foil dynamic pressure gas bearing rotor-system increases with the increase of speed, while the cross stiffness decreases with the increase of speed and the trend of change is relatively gentle. The damping coefficient decreases with the increase of speed. The damping of the system suppresses disturbances and the accumulation of low-frequency energy, avoiding foil vibration and effectively improving the stability of the system operation.The proposed dynamic characteristic coefficient calculation method, combined with gas lubrication theory and dynamic model, and combined with experimental testing, can effectively obtain the dynamic characteristics of the bearing-rotor system. In order to investigate the dynamic mechanical properties of polyphosphoric acid (PPA) and SBS co-modified asphalt mixtures, uniaxial compression dynamic modulus tests were conducted. The influences of temperature and frequency on the dynamic modulus and phase angle were analyzed. Additionally, dynamic modulus and phase angle master curves were constructed based on the modified Havriliak-Negami (HN) model. A comparative analysis was also performed with SBS-modified asphalt mixtures. The results indicate that both types of asphalt mixtures exhibit similar trends in dynamic modulus and phase angle variations with changes in temperature and frequency. The HN model accurately fits the master curves of dynamic modulus and phase angle for both asphalt mixtures. In comparison to SBS-modified asphalt mixtures, the phase angle of PPA+SBS co-modified asphalt mixtures decreases at -10, 20, and 50 °C, while the dynamic modulus decreases at -10 °C, changes minorly at 20 °C, and increases at 50 °C. Over a wide frequency range, PPA+SBS co-modified asphalt mixtures exhibit increased dynamic modulus and decreased phase angle at high temperatures and low frequencies, while they show decreased dynamic modulus and relatively stable phase angle at low temperatures and high frequencies. Objective To investigate the influence of income level on fertility intention of migrant women in China, and to provide theoretical support for the formulation and implementation of supporting measures to enhance the fertility intention of migrant women. Methods Based on the survey data of health and family planning of floating population in 2018, the influence of income level on fertility intention of migrant women was analyzed by ologist regression model, and robustness test and heterogeneity test were carried out. Results The results of ologist model regression analysis showed that the income level had a significant positive effect on the fertility intention of migrant women (OR = 1.182, 95% CI: 1.096-1.274, P < 0.01). The robustness test and heterogeneity test showed that the positive effect of income level remained stable. Conclusion Migrant women with higher income levels have higher fertility intention, and income levels have a positive effect on the fertility intention of migrant women. This suggests that a variety of measures including raising the income level on all fronts could be taken to enhance the fertility intention of migrant women. [ABSTRACT FROM AUTHOR]

Strengthening Financial Data Security Governance (FDSG) and protecting financial data security have become an objective need and essential requirements for developing national economic security. FDSG utilizes data governance measures as a fundamental tool with a focus on sensitive data to ensure the comprehensive security of the entire lifecycle of financial data. It aims to promote data circulation among financial institutions, activate data value, and facilitate market-oriented allocation of financial data elements. FDSG is increasingly intertwined with big data, artificial intelligence, cloud computing, and blockchain technologies, transforming traditional data security governance into intelligent governance and accelerating the evolution of FDSG towards automation, intelligence, efficiency, and precision. FDSG's essence, scope, and governance framework were introduced, and the core concepts and critical supporting technologies for the intellectual development of FDSG were elaborated, outlining the roadmap for intelligent governance. With consideration of FDSG's demands and characteristics of intelligent technologies, vital directions for the practical application of intelligent technologies in FDSG were outlined, including data classification, data traceability, content control, privacy protection, and data twinning. Examples of current intelligent governance practices in banking, securities, and insurance industries were provided. Policy recommendations were proposed in the paper to promote the standardized and intelligent development of FDSG in China's new era, aiming to foster the sustainable development of financial institutions and industries and ensure a healthy and secure environment for the future. Objective To analyze the composition of microbial community in gut of elderly male Nycticebus bengalensis, aiming to explore the health impact factors associated with artificial captivity. Methods Fecal samples of 4 adult male Nycticebus bengalensis were collected and the V4 region was amplified using bacterial 16S rDNA universal primers. Illumina NovaSeq sequencing platform was used for microbial sequencing analysis. The complexity and similarity of the samples were analyzed using the QIIME software analysis tool. The species structure and abundance of the intestinal flora were analyzed at the phylum and genus levels based on validated data. The PICRUSt software was applied to predict the metabolic function of the flora. Results The results showed that the diversity index (Shannon index) of the flora in the youngest Nycticebus bengalensis was higher than that of the others. PCoA analysis showed that the bacterial community compositions of the four samples had a certain degree of similarity. Bacteria identified in the Nycticebus bengalensis feces included 12 phyla, 18 classes, 28 orders, 49 families, 93 genera, and 59 species. Among them, the dominant phyla were Bacteroidetes and Firmicutes with average relative abundances of 46% and 28%, respectively; The genera Bacteroides, Bifidobacterium, and Fusobacterium had higher abundances, with relative abundances of 33%, 6%, and 6%, respectively; The beneficial genus Bifidobacterium was found in all samples, with the highest relative abundance found in the younger Nycticebus bengalensis. PICRUSt function prediction analysis showed that the abundance of the functional genes related to amino acid transport and metabolism, carbohydrate transport and metabolism,was relatively high. Conclusion The use of Illumina NovaSeq high-throughput sequencing technology can comprehensively detect the fecal microbial community of the Nycticebus bengalensis. The bacterial composition of Nycticebus bengalensis has rich diversity. Many bacteria are not identified and have higher relative abundance, which need further study.

In order to study and expand the application of Inconel718 alloy in high temperature environment, Co/TiN composite coating was prepared on its surface by laser cladding. Meanwhile, the tribological behavior of the coatings at room temperature (RT) and 600 ℃, and the oxidation resistance at 800 ℃ were investigated by XRD, SEM and EDS analysis, etc. The results show that the hardness of the composite coatings is 1.3-1.4 times higher than that of the substrate. The tribological properties of the coating are tested. When the TiN content is 4%(mass fraction, the same below), the anti-friction properties of the coating are the best. When 6%TiN added, the wear resistance of the coating is the best, and the wear rate can be reduced by 90.02%. In addition, the oxidation experiment shows that the Co/TiN composite coating has a certain oxidation resistance, and the oxidation rate is 8.7634 mg2·cm-4·h-1, which is not much different from the substrate.It shows that the composite coating can significantly reduce the wear rate at high temperature while retaining the oxidation resistance of the substrate, and the wear rate decreases with the increase of TiN. The wear mechanism analysis shows that the oxidation wear occurs on all coatings at 600 ℃, and the oxide film on the surface of the coatings also can reduces the wear rate at some extent.

The global proliferation of natural predators, including Terpios hoshinota sponge and crown-of-thorns starfish, poses a significant threat to the ecological vitality of coral reefs. However, coral reef research currently lacks comprehensive quantitative studies on the ramifications of predator outbreaks in various coral reef landform types. To bridge this knowledge gap, this study utilized a dataset comprising 26 Sentinel-2 remote sensing images spanning the years 2016 to 2022, both pre- and post-two distinct episodes of natural predator outbreaks involving the Terpios hoshinota sponge and crown-of-thorns starfish, within the vicinity of Taiping Island. High-resolution GF-2 (PMS) remote-sensing images and satellite data were used to augment the analysis. Based on data obtained from the Google Earth platform of the Geographic Information System for remote sensing imagery, we conducted an experiment involving the classification of coral reef landform types in Taiping Island in the South China Sea. During the Support Vector Machine (SVM) classification experiments, we performed a meticulous examination of the image interpretation outcomes, making comparisons and rectifications in consultation with domain experts. Classification was performed by analyzing remote sensing images, and the identified landform types included areas characterized by dense coral sedimentation, sparse coral sedimentation, coral clusters, sand flats, and shallow reef front slopes. Subsequent analyses focused on discerning distinctive characteristics and tracing their evolutionary patterns. The findings reveal that (1) this study effectively integrates expert interpretation knowledge and an SVM classification algorithm to classify the various landform types present in Taiping Island's coral reef ecosystem. Remarkably, the classification achieved an unprecedented level of accuracy, with an overall accuracy rate of 96.46% and a kappa coefficient of 0.94. (2) The analysis showed that during the two natural predator outbreaks, the coral reef landforms on Taiping Island, which included dense coral reef areas, dense coral sedimentation areas, and sparse coral sedimentation areas, displayed significant decreases in their respective areas. The outbreak of Terpios hoshinota sponge had the most profound impact on the dense coral sedimentation area, resulting in a 72.92% decrease in the total area. Meanwhile, the outbreak of crown-of-thorns starfish had the most significant effect on the coral cluster area, causing a 59.17% reduction in total area. (3) Over the period spanning from 2016 to 2022, the degradation rate of the coral reefs on Taiping Island exceeded the recovery rate. Notably, the highest degradation rate (23.88%) occurred between March-June 2017. Conversely, the highest rate of recovery (18.03%) was observed from June-September 2017. We analyzed the dynamic characteristics of coral reef landform types, including changes in type distribution, areal extent, degradation rate, and recovery rate. Furthermore, we assessed the influence of natural disturbances on the degradation of coral reef ecosystems, thereby providing valuable insights for conservation and scientific inquiries pertaining to coral reef ecological resources in the waters surrounding Taiping Island. This effort is underpinned by a solid theoretical foundation. The Chinese and English literature cited in this article have contributed significantly to various facets, including coral reef monitoring methodologies, construction of coral reef classification systems, and assessment of coral reef ecosystem health.

Objective To study the resistance of Helicobacter pylori(Hp) isolated from Peking University People's Hospital to commonly used antibiotics, in order to provide basis for clinical rational drug use. Methods The drug susceptibility test data of Hp strains isolated from gastric mucosal biopsy specimens of outpatients in the Department of Gastroenterology, Peking University People's Hospital from May 2011 to December 2021 were retrospectively collected. The drug resistance rate and dual/multiple drug resistance of Hp to amoxicillin, metronidazole, clarithromycin, levofloxacin and tetracycline were statistically analyzed. Results A total of 120 Hp strains isolated from 402 gastric mucosa specimens (120 patients) and cultured positive were included, with a culture positive rate of 29.85%. The resistance rates of Hp to metronidazole (75.0%) and clarithromycin (72.5%) were relatively high, while the resistance rates to levofloxacin (45.8%), amoxicillin (12.5%) and tetracycline (4.2%) were relatively low. The drug resistance of Hp to clarithromycin and amoxicillin was not significantly affected by the age of the patients. The drug resistance rate to metronidazole and levofloxacin increased with the age of the patients, and the drug resistance rate to tetracycline decreased with the age of the patients. The resistance rate of female patients to levofloxacin was higher than that of male patients (56.7% vs. 32.1%, P=0.007). Over time, the resistance rate of Hp to clarithromycin increased gradually, the resistance rate to levofloxacin increased first and then decreased, the resistance rate to metronidazole fluctuated and was high overall, and the resistance rate to amoxicillin and tetracycline was not significantly affected by time and was relatively low overall. No Hp strains resistant to all five kinds of antibiotics were found. Dual drug resistance rate was 25.0%, with the simultaneous resistance of metronidazole and clarithromycin being the most common (20.0%); multiple drug resistance rate was 44.2%, with the simultaneous resistance of metronidazole + clarithromycin + levofloxacin being the most common (32.5%). Conclusions The resistance rate of Hp strains isolated from Peking University People's Hospital to metronidazole, clarithromycin and levofloxacin is high, and multiple drug resistance is serious. When carrying out empirical Hp root therapy in clinic, the drug regimen should be reasonably selected, and drug sensitivity test should be conducted when necessary, so as to guide the formulation of treatment regimen.

BackgroundRuthenium (Ru) exhibits outstanding mechanical properties and chemical stability, along with excellent optical properties such as high reflectivity and a larger critical angle. These attributes make it a good candidate coating material for optical components in X-ray free electron laser facilities.PurposeThis study aims to analyze the fundamental thermal evolutions of the Ru electron and lattice subsystems under irradiation of X-ray free electron laser pulses for better understanding of the laser-optics interaction mechanism under operating conditions.MethodsThe numerical method was adopted to solve the two-temperature model (TTM) in terms of simulating the interaction process between X-ray free electron laser pulses and thin ruthenium films. The laser energy incident on the Ru target material was the actual energy absorbed by the material and the pulse laser incidence was in the x-direction with a film thickness of 50 nm, spatial discretization step size of 0.2 nm and the time step size of 0.02 fs. Simutanously, the influence of different laser source parameters, such as pulse width, penetration depth, energy density, etc., on the thermal effects during the interaction between laser and metal Ru was explored, and the temperature evolutions of the Ru electron and lattice subsystems were obtained, as well as the corresponding dependency relationships of the heat transfer processes on source parameters.ResultsNumerical solution of the TTM indicate that the system equilibrium temperature of Ru is identified to be positively correlated with energy density. The peak electron temperature of Ru decreases with the increasing of pulse width. Besides, as penetration depth increases, the equilibrium temperature of Ru will decrease until a stable level. As for the front surface, the time taken to achieve electron-lattice equilibrium decrease with the increasing of electron-phonon coupling coefficient.ConclusionsSimulation data and theoretical analyses presented in this study throw an insight into the thermal response of the optical material (Ru) to laser irradiation.

Based on the research results of robot grasping with deep learning, this paper develops a robot grasping experimental teaching system by using virtual simulation technology. The system forms a progressive experimental process, including modular learning of fundamental basic knowledge, creation and expansion of data sets, designing and training of convolutional neural networks, construction of industrial and life service scenarios, and verification of robot grasping simulation experiments. Furthermore, the system integrates online evaluation methods such as theoretical knowledge assessment, experimental practice assessment, and experimental report analysis, which reduces practical teaching costs and improves teaching quality and learning efficiency. Using rubber seed oil (RSO) as raw material, hydroxylated rubber seed oil was firstly prepared, and then it was reacted with isophorone diisocyanate and pentaerythritol triacrylate to obtain rubber seed oil-based polyurethane acrylate oligomers (RSO-PUA). The obtained oligomers were then blended with different types of thinners hydroxyethyl methacrylate (HEMA) and 1,6-hexanediol diacrylate (HDDA) to form UV-curable resins. Then, the ultimate properties of the resultant materials in casting stereoscopic impressions were investigated and compared with the traditional stereoscopic impression casting materials (silicone casting material and impression compound). The experimental results showed that when the amount of HEMA was 20% and the amount of HDDA was 30%, the obtained RSO-PUA showed the best performance in casting stereoscopic impressions. The casting stereoscopic impressions with rubber seed oil-based UV-curable resins had the following properties, easy manipulation, fast curing time, controllable, viscosity, obtained complete, vivid and sharpness impression casts, qualified for inspection and identification. However, the casts prepared from silicone casting material and impression compound had some shortcomings, such as feature defect, bubble generation and incomplete impression reflection. Silicone resins are widely used in electrical insulating paints, coatings, adhesives and plastics because of their comprehensive characteristics of organic and inorganic materials. However, the low initial decomposition temperature of silicone resins limits its further applications. Polyhedral oligomeric silsesquioxanes (POSS) is a type of hybrid molecule composed of silicon-oxygen bonds, and has a nano 3-dimensional spatial structure. As an additive, it can effectively improve the mechanical properties and heat resistance of silicone resin. High amylase level is a typical sign of acute pancreatitis. However， it can also be found in other diseases. In the article， a case of persistent elevation of amylase level for over 1 year was reported. A 66-year-old male patient suffered from bullous pemphigoid complicated with diabetes mellitus for 3 years. After bullous pemphigoid treatment 8 months ago， he presented with elevated amylase level ranging from 556 to 1106 U/L， serum lipase level between 62 U/L and 73 U/L and urine amylase level between 553 U/L and 1162 U/L， respectively. [Objectives] SSR (Simple Sequence Repeat) markers are a very useful method for species identification, molecular linkage mapping, and genetic diversity studies. In order to develop molecular markers for Anoplophora chinensis, SSR markers were identified based on transcriptome sequence. This study provides a basis for studies of genetic diversity and the integrated control of A. chinensis. [Methods] The software MISA was used to explore all microsatellite loci in the transcriptome database of A. chinensis. Primers were designed using the software Primer Premier 3.0, and screened using PCR amplification and electrophoresis. [Results] A total of 2 360 SSRs were identified through software analysis; a frequency of 25.31%. These had 1758 sequences, accounting for 18.85% of the total number of sequences. Most repeat types were mononucleotide motifs (79.03%) followed by trinucleotide motifs (12.54%). The dominant repeat type was A/T (99.30%). The proportion of SSR length to 10-11 bp was highest (56.10%), the maximum number of repeats was 10 and the number of SSR loci was 1188 (50.34%). These results indicate the feasibility of using polymorphism analysis to develop SSR markers for A. chinensis.A total of 60 primer pairs were randomly selected and verified by PCR amplification, 53 of which were able to amplify the expected products; a primer availability rate as high as 88% which could be used in future studies. [Conclusion] The information analysis of SSR loci and the design and validation of primers will be helpful for gene mining, and for research on population genetic structure, genetic diversity, evolutionary relationships and the integrated control of A. chinensis. Objective To investigate the application effect of the procedural sedation protocol for patients with traumatic brain injury, and summarized related nursing management. Methods Totally 64 patients with traumatic brain injury were randomly divided into the control and study group, with 32 cases in each group. Patient in the control group received conventional therapy for sedation, and those in the study group were given a procedural sedation protocol. The Glasgow Coma Scale (GCS), Sedation-agitation Scale(SAS), dosage of sedatives and length of hospital stays were measured and compared between two groups. Results There was no significant difference in the GCS and SAS scores between two groups before intervention(P＞0. 05). Patients in the study group had a higher score of GCS and lower score of SAS compared with those in the control group after intervention(P＜0. 01). Shorter length of hospital stay and lower dosage of sedatives were observed in the study group than those in the control group(P＜0. 01). Conclusion The procedural sedation protocol is potentially effective to reduce the dosage of sedatives and shorten the length of hospital stay in patients with traumatic brain injury. The welfare and ethics of laboratory animals in drug development has attracted increasing attention, and how to treat animals well has become an important topic. Blood microsampling overcomes several disadvantages of conventional large-volume blood sampling methods, such as complex operation, great harm to animals and high requirement on rodent quantity, and has great advantages in animal welfare, scientificity and cost. Therefore, its application is regarded as an important practice to implement the 3Rs. This article reviewed the latest research progress of blood microsampling, and its advantages and challenges in non-clinical studies in order to promote the wider application of this new technique in this field.

Miscanthus is a promising candidate species of second-generation energy crops. To our knowledge, the composition and function of Miscanthus rhizosphere bacterial communities has not yet been reported. In this study, rhizosphere soil samples were collected from Miscanthus (Xiangzamang No. 1) which was grown in Nanyang City for five years and bareground (as the control) to analyze the bacterial community structure and diversity using 16S rRNA gene sequencing on the Illumina MiSeq platform. PICRUSt was used to determine the metabolic and functional abilities of soil bacterial communities. Phylogenetic analysis based on 16S rRNA gene sequences showed that sol bacteria could be divided into 23 phyla and 231 genera, with high richness of the community composition. The dominant phyla were Proteobacteria, Acidobacteria, Actinobacteria, Chloroflexi, Bacteroidetes and Gemmatimonadetes. The bacterial community diversity in the rhizosphere samples of Xiangzamang No. 1 was lower than that in unplanted samples. Rhizosphere bacterial communities were affected by Miscanthus crops. Based on the PICRUSt analysis of bacterial community functions, our results revealed a wide genetic diversity of organisms involved in various essential processes, such as amino acid transport and metabolism, cell wall/membrane/envelope biogenesis, signal transduction mechanisms. Based on the 16S rRNA gene copy number of the detected phylotypes, 22 bacterial metabolic function in the rhizosphere samples of Miscanthus was higher than that in bareground. Results from N- and P-cycling gene analysis showed that Miscanthus planting altered the N- and P-cycling metabolic capacities of soil bacteria. [ABSTRACT FROM AUTHOR]

Objective To explore polygraph accuracy of Control Question Test (CQT)and whether it could be influenced by examinee's education level and type of violation of law. Methods Real cases of CQT (n=104) and the data from MAO (n=296) were collected. The polygraph accuracy of CQT was calculated. Variance analysis on three groups of different education levels was used to compare their age, and then the chi-square test was employed to compare polygraph accuracy among the groups. Independent sample t test was used to compare the age of subjects in the two groups of different types of violation of law, and then chi-square test was used to compare the true positive rate and true negative rate of lie detection after integration. Results In CQT lie detection of criminal cases, the true positive rate was 87.00%, the false negative rate was 13.00%, the true negative rate was 82.20%, and the false positive rate was 17.80%. There was no statistical significance in the differences between the true positive rate and the true negative rate (P>0.05). In CQT lie detection of the groups of different education levels, there was no statistical significance in the differences between the true positive rates (P>0.05) while the differences between the true negative rates had statistical significance (P<0.05). There was no statistical significance in the differences of both the true positive rates and the true negative rates between the violent violation of law and non-violent violation of law (P> 0.05). Conclusion There is no significant difference between the efficiency of CQT lie detection of identifying criminals and excluding innocents. However, a comparatively high false positive rate and false negative rate still exist. The efficiency of CQT lie detection identifying criminals may not influenced by the examinee's education level and type of violation of law, but its efficiency of excluding innocents may be influenced by the examinee's education level. By constructing an extended gravity equation model, using the 2001-2017 panel data, the influencing factors and trade potential of China tea exports to the countries along "the Belt and Road" were analyzed by the Poisson Pseudo Maximum Likelihood (PPML) approach. The results show that traditional variables as the economic scale and population of tea importing countries, China tea production, geographical distance between China and partners, common boarder and common language had significant impacts on China tea exports. The increase of tea production in China had an especially higher effect on tea exports to "the Belt and Road" regions. For China tea export potential, there were differences among the countries and regions along "the Belt and Road". Among them, tea trades in some countries like ASEAN, South Asia, Central Asia and Eastern Europe were fully developed. While tea trades in Western Asia, North Africa and parts of Central and Eastern Europe were not fully developed. Finally, strategies including adjusting China tea export structure, China tea culture promotion, grasping the consumption dynamics in the target market and expanding China tea market in countries along "the Belt and Road" were proposed.
