Objective· To analyze the clinical characteristics and prognostic risk factors of patients with diffuse large B-cell lymphoma (DLBCL), and evaluate the prognostic effects of autologous stem cell transplantation (ASCT) and rituximab maintenance therapy on DLBCL patients. Methods · The clinical data of 160 patients with DLBCL who were first diagnosed by pathology and immunotyping were collected from the Department of Hematology, Xinhua Hospital, Shanghai Jiao Tong University School of Medicine from January 2015 to January 2020, and the risk factors affecting the efficacy and prognosis of patients were analyzed. Moreover, the clinical characteristics of patients with relapsed/refractory DLBCL and the effect of salvage ASCT on overall survival (OS) were assessed. For those high-risk patients who achieved complete remission (CR) in the interim assessment, the impact of ASCT and rituximab maintenance therapy on survival outcomes was further assessed. Results · Patients with initial age of treatment >60 years (P=0.005), International Prognostic Index (IPI) 3-5 scores (P=0.032), low albumin level (P=0.001) and anemia (P=0.007) had poor efficacy. Multivariate analysis showed that the initial age of treatment >60 years (HR=2.788, 95%CI 1.575 -4.936, P=0.000), non-GCB subtype (HR=2.230, 95%CI 1.150 -4.324, P=0.018), elevated lactate dehydrogenase level (HR=2.064, 95%CI 1.006-4.234, P=0.048) and low albumin level (HR=2.052, 95% CI 1.169-3.602, P=0.012) were the independent risk factors for progression-free survival (PFS). The initial age of treatment >60 years (HR=2.269, 95% CI 1.060-4.860, P=0.035) and IPI scores of 3 to 5 (HR=2.557, 95%CI 1.132 - 5.778, P=0.024) were independent factors affecting OS. For patients with relapsed/ refractory DLBCL, salvage ASCT was found to significantly improve the prognosis of these patients and was a protective factor for the death event of patients (P=0.030). For patients in the high-risk group who achieved CR in the interim evaluation after chemotherapy, there were no deaths in patients on maintenance therapy with consolidation ASCT and rituximab to the end point of follow-up; however, it did not prolong the OS of the patients (P>0.05). Conclusion · In patients with relapsed/refractory DLBCL, salvage ASCT can significantly prolong the OS, whereas in the high-risk patients of DLBCL, consolidation ASCT and rituximab maintenance therapy can't prolong the OS. Objective To investigate the antioxidant activity of scutellarin in vitro. Methods The total antioxidant capacity and the scavenging effects on DPPH, superoxide anion and hydroxyl radical of scutellarin were measured by spectrophotometer and microplatereader. Results In vitro, scutellarin significantly increased the clearance rates of ABTS.+, DPPH, superoxide anion and hydroxyl radical. The EC50 values were 64.2, 82.9, 71.6 and 43.3 µmol/L, respectively. Firefly algorithm is one of the new swarm intelligence optimization algorithms inspired by the flashing behavior of fireflies and the phenomenon of bioluminescent communication. In the algorithm, a firefly is attracted to a brighter firefly and the brightest will move randomly, which causes slower convergence speed of the algorithm, oscillation on the optimum value in the later of iteration and poorer stability. So an improved firefly clustering algorithm is put forward based on optimal class-center disturbance. The movement and randomization of the firefly are modified, and the values of step factors are compared in experiment. The simulation results on UCI benchmark data sets show that the algorithm is feasible;it can be efficiently used for clustering problems and eliminate the repeated oscillation while the stability and convergence are improved obviously. According to the rapid application of the kill zone (KZ) in the ground to air missile (GAM) firing command, a numerical KZ modeling technique is proposed. The boundary data points of the vertical KZ which is at the zero course short cut are fitted to piecewise curves with the least square method. The fitting model of the vertical KZ is achieved. Then, the fitted KZ is processed by the piecewise linear interpolation technique. The piecewise curves are approximated with polygonal function, the numerical model of the vertical KZ which is expressed by a closed polygon is obtained. According to the numerical KZ model at the zero course short cut, an algorithm which rapidly generates the numerical KZ models at the different course short cut is designed. At last, the calculation problems of target firing parameters relating to the KZ are discussed. The models of the far and near boundary of launch zone and other parameters are established. By analyzing the simulation example, the models and algorithms are reasonable and effective. There is a great practical value in the development of the command and control system of GAM. This paper proposed a detection method of image copy-move forgery based on the interest points detection and feature matching. First, it applied Harris operator to detect corners as interest points, then extracted five spacial average features in the neighborhood of which as the center to constitute feature vector, and finally recorded the occurrence frequency of position transfer vector to obtain matching interest points with thresholding processing, thus marked copy-move regions. Experimental results show that the algorithm can not only detect multi-region copy-move manipulation effectively, but also be able to effectively resist various tampering post-processing operations, including additive white Gaussian noise, JPEG compression, contrast, brightness and exposure adjustment and the hybrid operation of JPEG compression and noise addition. In the petroleum and petrochemical industry, the compressor and its connected pipeline system often vibrate because of the long-time service, so it is necessary to analyze and control the vibration of the compressor, especially the piping system. We solve the problem of vibration compressor pipeline system by adjusting the system stiffness control scheme. We propose a general realization of different elastic stiffness of connection by adjusting the number of dish spring washer and installation of pipe clamp. The number and position of pipe clamps are determined by the analysis of pipeline system vibration, which helps to design the pipe clamp constraints. The effect of this type of constrained vibration control is validated good in practice, which provides a convenient and new idea for researchers to reduce the vibration of pipeline system. As to the optimization of the power exponent and background value in the GM(1,1) power model, this paper summarizes the modeling steps and disadvantages of the traditional method. Two non-linear optimization models are constructed with the objective of minimum average relative error, the constraints of relationships between parameters in order to optimize the power exponent and the background value. The results show that the optimized models make the absolute value of the average relative error smallest in theory. The new method has solved the problem of the inconsistency in grey model testing. Finally, we illustrated the superiority and effectiveness of the new methods with the example of simulating and forecasting the promotion rates from senior secondary schools to higher education in China.
