To meet the requirements of developing high head and huge capacity hydropower plants, this paper proposes a new Pelton turbine that joints three runners by one vertical shaft to have a rated head of 1 000 m and a single unit capacity close to 800 MW. The design concept of increasing capacity by increasing the number of runners and the structural components of the new turbine-generator unit are explained, the theoretical design parameters of the runner are calculated and presented, the performance characteristics and the flow patterns in runner and casing are predicted and optimized by CFD simulation. The results show that the rated operating efficiency of the turbine can reach 87%, and the operating characteristic curves are smooth for different heads and outputs, the water splashing interference in the casing is an important factor affecting the efficiency of the turbine. By optimizing the layout of the runners and nozzles in the casing to suppress the splashing interference, the efficiency level, torque oscillation, and operation stability of the Pelton turbine can be improved. This preliminary attempt has demonstrated the feasibility of the concept and also found the importance of optimizing the water splashing in the casing, which has reference values for further researches. Sargassum fusiforme is rich in a variety of nutrients and active substances, and is one of the important economic seaweeds in China. Its quality could be easily affected by environmental factors such as marine areas. To figure out the differences in nutritional composition of Sargassum fusiforme cultivated in different marine areas, this paper used Sargassum fusiforme cultivated in seven marine areas in Zhejiang Province as the research object, and determined the basic nutrients, amino acids and fatty acids using the National Food Safety Standard. The antioxidant activities of the seven Sargassum fusiforme polysaccharides were determined using DPPH· and ·OH scavenging as evaluation criteria, and the structural composition of seven kinds of Sargassum fusiforme polysaccharides were preliminarily analyzed. The results showed that, the moisture content of seven Sargassum fusiforme was highest, between (82.50±0.32) and (86.50±0.23) g/100 g. Through books, museums, auctions and other channels collected statistics of 52 cases of furniture with one leg and three teeth structural components, according to the shape, one leg and three teeth structural components were divided into A type, B type and C type. The purpose of classification was to better explore the relationship among different components, the different types of construction rules, construction principles and the meaning of the craftsman were analyzed. After investigation, it was concluded that the construction principle of one leg and three teeth parts in furniture was to stress, strengthen and stabilize, and followed the physical and mechanical properties of wood. In addition, the aesthetic connotation, the stitching art and the mortise and tenon structure of one leg and three teeth structural components were summarized. The research results were helpful to deepen the understanding of the one leg and three teeth structural components, and provided new ideas for the study of the structural parts of furniture in Ming and Qing dynasties. At present,there are no relevant standards and specifications for the verification of civil aircraft maintenance manuals in China.It is urgent to carry out relevant research and establish a complete manual verification system as soon as possible.T his paper puts forward the technical requirements,operation process and implementation points of manual verification operation based on large number of maintenance manual verification work,which combined with the flight test modification work.Taking the aircraft maintenance manual verification procedure of flap high lift system and flap structural components as an example,this paper carries out the manual verification plan arrangement and verification implementation method design from the perspective of practical operation feasibility and time saving.The key elements of the verification plan and design of practical operation process are given.The key operate points and precautions for greater difficult flap removal and installation programs are given as example,and the summary of common maintenance problems and improvement methods are recommended.All these work put forward suggestions for the follow-up verification work.

[Objectives] The structural components and the biological functions of Vibrio parahemolyticus T3SS1 have not been fully described. In this study we investigated the role of gene vscI. [Methods] To do some research about the vscI,we constructed the deletion strain ΔvscI and complementation strain CΔvscI to analyze the cytotoxicity,adhesion and other biological characteristics of wild strain(POR-1),ΔvscI and CΔvscI when infected HeLa. Further,Western blot analysis and ELISA kits were used to research the translocation of effector protein in Hela cell. [Results] Compared with POR-1 infection group,the results showed that the number of apoptosis decreased significantly by about 80%(P<0.01),the adhesion decreased significantly by 85%(P<0.01),and the cytotoxicity decreased significantly by 60%(P<0.01) in ΔvscI infection group. In addition,Western blot and ELISA data indicated that the intracellular cAMP levels of the ΔvscI group was significantly lower than those of the POR-1,CΔvscI. [Conclusions] vscI improves the adhesion ability of V.parahaemolyticus to cells,and produces cytotoxicity,promotes cell apoptosis,and it is necessary for the translocation of T3SS1 effector. In the paper, an underwater fishing robot for aquatic products is developed. The finite element analysis method is used to optimize the thickness of the pressure hull of underwater robot, which can prevent hull pressure from being damaged to ensure the normal operation of the underwater vehicle. As an important structural component of underwater fishing machinery, the pressure hull should not only meet the requirements of stability but also require its strength within the allowable range under underwater pressure. The optimized pressure hull structure is more in line with the functional requirements of underwater fishing robots, the weight of the robot overall is reduced, the materials and costs of that are saved, and the reliable reference data for practical forestry engineering applications are provided. The key steps for the estimation of the structural performance level are the reliable structural analysis technique and appropriate selection of deformation performance index. The quantitative criteria of the deformation properties for structural components are not given in current Chinese code for seismic design of buildings GB 50011 -- 2011. In current code, the ductile demands of components are ensured by corresponding structural measures. Therefore, the performance states of structural components cannot be evaluated properly under earthquake. In order to analyze quantitatively the deformation performance of RC beams under earthquake action, and to establish criterion of the deformation performance index limits, this paper mainly studies the seismic performance and the deformation performance index limits of RC beams. 468 RC beam specimens were designed and numerically simulated by ABAQUS to analyze the influence of the parameters on the failure modes and the elasto-plastic deformation capacity. According to the results, the criterion of failure mode was discussed, and then five deformation limit values of RC beams in different failure states were given corresponding to current Chinese code for seismic design of buildings. Results show that the proposed criteria of failure modes can better predict the failure modes ; the deformation performance index limits can be given based on the shear span ratio, flexure-to-shear ratio and nominal shear stress. According to the requirements on the layout of all assemblies and practical driving, a basic structure model for the articulated rhombus concept chassis is set up by using basic structure method. With minimizing the mass as objective, the stiffness and strength of all structural components, including side rails and cross members under various typical loading conditions as constraints, and the position and section size of all components as design variables, a topology optimization on the structure of articulated rhombus concept chassis is conducted.
