In order to include the effect of high energy and topological parameters on black holes in |$\mathrm{ F}(R)$| gravity, we consider two corrections to this gravity: energy-dependent spacetime with different topological constants, and a nonlinear electrodynamics field. In other words, we combine |$\mathrm{ F}(R)$| gravity's rainbow with ModMax nonlinear electrodynamics theory to see the effects of high energy and topological parameters on the physics of black holes. For this purpose, we first extract topological black hole solutions in |$\mathrm{ F}(R)$| -ModMax gravity's rainbow. Then, by considering black holes as thermodynamic systems, we obtain thermodynamic quantities and check the first law of thermodynamics. The effect of the topological parameter on the Hawking temperature and the total mass of black holes is obvious. We also discuss the thermodynamic topology of topological black holes in |$\mathrm{ F}(R)$| -ModMax gravity's rainbow using the off-shell free energy method. In this formalism, black holes are assumed to be equivalent to defects in their thermodynamic spaces. For our analysis, we consider two different types of thermodynamic ensembles. These are: fixed q ensemble and fixed |$\phi$| ensemble. We take into account all the different types of curvature hypersurfaces that can be constructed in these black holes. The local and global topology of these black holes are studied by computing the topological charges at the defects in their thermodynamic spaces. Finally, in accordance with their topological charges, we classify the black holes into three topological classes with total winding numbers corresponding to |$-1, 0$|⁠ , and 1. We observe that the topological classes of these black holes are dependent on the value of the rainbow function, the sign of the scalar curvature, and the choice of ensembles. [ABSTRACT FROM AUTHOR]

Drought stress is one of the most important environmental stress that affects plant growth and development. Strawberry plants are very sensitive to drought stress due to its herbaceous nature and shallow root system. Depending upon the nature, intensity, duration and cultivars, the effect of this stress augments losses in yield and quality of the fruits. This optimization of yield loss and quality is due to the response of the plant to the stress with the changes in morphological, physiological, biochemical and molecular attributes. Drought stress results in the change of leaf anatomy, leaf area, transpiration rate, photosynthesis, stomata closure, relative water content (RWC), shoot length, root length etc. ROS such as H2O2 production occurs as a result of drought causing oxidative damage to the plant cells. The quark–antiquark potential is one of the basic ingredients of QCD-inspired potential models. This work will report the results of the masses and decay constants of heavy-flavor pseudo-scalar mesons within a QCD-based potential model having both inverse distance Coulomb and the linear confinement pieces. To that end, we use the inverse piece incorporating two-loop effects as suggested in V-scheme. Quantum mechanical perturbative methods: Dalgarno's method of perturbation theory and variationally improved perturbation theory are used for the investigation. We use the Coulombic piece as the parent which is allowed by both Dalgarno's perturbation theory and variationally improved perturbation theory. The field experiment on bioefficacy of biopesticides for the management of three major insect pests of citrus nursery viz., citrus butterfly, leaf miner and whitefly was carried out on rough lemon seedlings at College of Horticulture and Forestry, Pasighat, Arunachal Pradesh during 2022-23. The highest efficacy against citrus butterfly caterpillar was observed in Bacillus thuringiensis after 4th spray at 7 and 14 days after spraying (DAS) in both parameters of population (0.80 and 0.66/plant) and defoliation percentage (3.00% and 3.90%), respectively. The entomopathogenic fungus Lecanicillium lecanii effectively reduced whitefly incidence to 3.10/ plant after the fourth spray at 14 days after sowing (DAS). Additionally, the botanical Azadirachtin at 1500 ppm concentration, applied at a rate of 2ml/ liter of water, significantly decreased leaf miner incidence by 11.40 percent at 7 DAS. Thirty Bhot jolokia (Capsicum chinense Jacq) accessions from three different states of north east region were evaluated in athorough field exploration with enough geographical representation to assess genotypic coefficient of variation (GCV),phenotypic coefficient of variation (PCV), heritability (h2%) and genetic advance (GA). Higher GCV and PCV wereobserved for plant height, fruits per plant, fruit weight, fruit length, fruit width and number of seeds per fruit. Highheritability coupled with high genetic advance observed for these characters imply the potential for crop improvementthrough selection. Using the SPSS (version 13.0) software, cluster analysis was performed based on maximum andminimum Euclidian dissimilarity distances which separate the thirty accessions of C. chinense into six distinct clusters withdistinct morphological variation between the clusters.

In this paper, we incorporate three-loop contributions in the strong coupling constant and study their effects in the wave functions, masses and decay constants of heavy–light pseudo-scalar mesons (PSM) D , D s , B and B s in V-scheme. In this work, we use the standard linear plus inverse distance QCD potential in association with Dalgarno's method of perturbation theory for linear parent option. Detailed comparison is done with the results from Lattice QCD, QCD sum rules, light-front quark model (LFQM), relativistic harmonic confinement model (RHCM) and recent PDG data. Local plant species have been in use in variety of ethnomedicinal practices from the time immemorial among the people of various communities for treating various human diseases. This paper reports about the plant species used by Adi community in curing various human diseases and ailments. A study was conducted during 2008-2009 and further refined in succeeding years with the 12 purposively selected traditional knowledge holders (TKHs) of Adi tribe of East Siang district, Arunachal Pradesh, India. Data were collected using combined approaches of personal interview, participant observations and transect walks. It was observed that with Shannon-Weaver diversity index 2.73, there were 39 local plant species belonging to 25 plant families and used as ethnomedicinal practices by the TKHs. Most of the species (17) were used by Adi TKHs with their green leaf parts followed by root and fruits (5 each) to develop ethnomedicinal formulations. Out of these, several species namely Leucas aspera (Willd.) Link.; Plumeria rubra L.; Catharanthus roseus (L.) G. Don; Solanum torvum Swartz; Solanum khasianum C.B. Clarke; Oroxylum indicum (L.) Benth.ex Kurze; and Tinospora cordifolia (Thunb.) Miers) were found in use by Adis against asthma, bronchitis, cough, sinusitis, diabetes, malaria, typhoid and jaundice. The Adi TKHs maintain a rich cultural ethics, govern by their own world-view in continuing ethnomedicinal practices, and harvesting the species from various land use systems with the aim to sustain biodiversity and associated practices. The key findings indicated that, plant species used as ethnomedicines for some of the diseases and ailments by the Adi TKHs, can be undertaken for the long-term trial to find some natural remedies against few human diseases, including search of immune enhancer against COVID-19, provided TKHs of Adi community are partnered in ethically and culturally appropriate manner. A loading problem in a modern FMS is the allocation of a job from the job pool maintaining the flexibility of the system, reducing the system imbalance and thereby maximizing the throughput. In this context a heuristic has been developed. Ten sample problems have been tested with the proposed heuristic. A comparison has been made with the existing methods and it is found that the results are encouraging and indicate significant improvement. The present investigation was carried out in the Experimental Farm, Department of Fruit Science, College of Horticulture and Forestry, Central Agricultural University, Pasighat, Arunachal Pradesh. The experiment was laid out in randomized block design with nine treatments and three replications. Treatments given were : T1-Control, T2-Foliar spray of ZnSO4 (0.5%), T3-Foliar spray of FeSO4 (0.2%), T4-Foliar spray of CuSO4 (0.2%), T5-Foliar spray of H3BO3 (0.1%), T6-Combination of foliar spray of H3BO3 (0.1%) and CuSO4 (0.2%), T7-Combination of foliar spray of ZnSO4 (0.5%) and FeSO4 (0.2%), T8-Combination of foliar spray of ZnSO4 (0.5%), FeSO4 (0.2%) and CuSO4 (0.2%) and T9-Combination of foliar spray of ZnSO4 (0.5%), FeSO4 (0.2%), CuSO4 (0.2%) and H3BO3 (0.1%). All the treatments except control were effective in increasing growth and yield. The highest pseudostem height (231.71 cm) was observed in T8, while girth (72.85 cm), leaf area (12.76 m2) and leaf area index (5.34) were highest in T9. Maximum increase in production of fruits (50.75 t/ha) was recorded in treatment T9, while yield was minimum (33.03 t/ha) in T1-Control. Better growth and yield were observed in combination of the treatments. The highest cost : benefit ratio was observed in T9 (1 : 2.72). Hence, the treatment T9- Combination of foliar spray of ZnSO4 (0.5%), FeSO4 (0.2%), CuSO4 (0.2%) and H3BO3 (0.1%) was considered the best treatment among all the other treatments in attaining better growth and yield of fruits. The experiment was carried out in 16 different selected orchards of the Aalo belt of Pasighat in Arunachal Pradesh. Soil and leaf analysis for all the selected orchards were done and correspondingly yield and yield attributing characters were recorded. Data were analyzed statistically using randomized block design (RBD) and correlation analysis for soil with leaf nutrient content and leaf nutrient content with fruit yield and quality were carried out. Correlation studies indicated that fruit yield and quality parameters were positively and significantly correlated with leaf N, K, and Ca content. The purpose of this paper is to introduce some new sequence spaces of fuzzy numbers defined by lacunary ideal convergence using generalized difference matrix and Orlicz functions. The synthetic auxin like 2,4-D, 2,4,5-T and NAA were investigated on ten (10) years old tree to study the effect of different combinations of PGR on pre-harvest fruit drop at Bodak village under East Siang district of Arunachal Pradesh, India during the year 2014-2015. Result showed maximum fruit retention in T6 Urea 1% + 2, 4- @ 15ppm (45.4%) followed by T5 NAA@5ppm + 2,4-D@10ppm (44.3%) resulting significantly increased the total number of fruits in (T6) (244.3 fruits / tree) followed by T5 (241.6 fruits/tree) as compared to control (17.3% fruit retention and 181 fruits/ tree) Hence, the combination of recommended dose of fertilizer i.e. 400:400:900g NPK/plant/year along with Urea 1% + 2, 4- @ 15ppm foliar spraying thrice during April, July and September can be used to control the fruit drop in Khasi mandarin. The shifting cultivation in Arunachal Pradesh is dynamic in nature and is known as 'Jhum'. Upland rice is the main crop grown in mixture with maize, foxtail, finger millet, beans, cassava, yam, banana, sweet potato, ginger, chillies, vegetables, etc. in such system. The single crop of rice is preferred in the second year and this continues for 2-3 years and then it is left for fertility build up through regeneration of vegetation. The period is known as 'fallow period'. But this leads to considerable soil erosion due to heavy intense rainfall instead of increasing its fertility. The fallow period has been reduced from 10-20 years to 5-7 years. Fortunately the mindset of the jhumias of East Siang district of Arunachal Pradesh, India has been changed. They cultivate citrus, bamboo and tache (wallichia) trees in these fallow lands, which not only prevent the land from soil erosion, but also give income even from a short fallow period. This is a little shift from the traditional practice towards a sustainable practice adopted by the jhumias. The effects of stockosorb and mulching on the growth, yield and quality of Assam lemon were investigated in this study. This experiment was carried out at the Fruit Research Farm of College of Horticulture and Forestry, Pasighat, Arunachal Pradesh in the year 2014-15. The experiment was carried out in factorial randomized block design with 12 treatments which were replicated three times. The treatments included, S0M0=No stockosorb with no mulch, S0M1=No stockosorb with black polythene mulch, S0M2=No stockosorb with sawdust mulch, S0M3=No stockosorb with rice husk mulch, S1M0=50 g stockosorb with no mulch, S1M1=50 g stockosorb with black polythene mulch, S1M2=50 g stockosorb with sawdust mulch, S1M3=50 g stockosorb with rice husk mulch, S2M0=100 g stockosorb with no mulch, S2M1=100 g stockosorb with black polythene mulch, S2M2=100 g stockosorb with sawdust mulch and S2M3=100 g stockosorb with rice husk mulch. Experimental results showed that the incorporation of the different stockosorb concentrations and mulching regimes had a positive effect on growth parameters. Highest increase in plant height (8.85%) and canopy spread (12.84%) was recorded by S1M1, i. e. 50 g stockosorb with black polythene mulch. The treatment combinations also had a significant influence on yield parameters where S1M1 recorded the highest number of fruits per plant (68.16) and fruit yield per plant (7.99 kg). S1M1 also recorded significantly higher soil moisture content (27.93%). Thus, it was concluded that although some of the treatment combinations showed significant results, S1M1 (50 g stockosorb+black polythene mulch) is considered as the ideal treatment combination for significant production. A survey on "diversity of insect pollinators on Litchi chinensis flower" was carried out in the Horticulture Experimental Farm, Assam Agricultural University, Jorhat during 2015 and 2016. The survey revealed that insect pollinators belonging to seven families viz., Apidae, Vespidae, Papilionidae, Muscidae, Formicidae, Pyralidae and Syrphidae were commonly available out of which, Apis cerena was found to be dominant with 49.50 per cent while the lowest per cent abundance was found to be Pieris rapae with 2.66 per cent. The hydrogel is a soil conditioner able to retain water and plant nutrients. Hydrogel is commercially available as stockosorb/raindrop/agrosorb. Stockosorb releases water and nutrient to the plants when surrounding soil near root zone of plants starts to dry up, this was also observed in case of soils of Arunachal Pradesh, which are eroded, porous and gravely in nature. The soils vary from sandy loam to loamy sand with acidic in reaction with varying N : P : K status. The cultivated lands occur mostly in the hill slopes and few in valley. Horticulture is usually practised as a remunerative profession in the state. Citrus is the most occupied crop among the horticultural crops. Khasi mandarin (Citrus reticulata Blanco) is one of the important crops among citrus growers. Planting of citrus on steep hill slopes and lack of supplementary irrigation and application of nutrients, cause gradual decrease in their productivity. One of the mandarin orchards of the village Mirem was used for the experiment. The orchard is in a land having slope of 38%. The village is located in East Siang district of Arunachal Pradesh. The effect of stockosorb on the growth and yield of Khasi mandarin was evaluated. The experiment was laid out in randomised block design with three replications and seven treatments (T1-Control, T2-20 g of stockosorb, T3-40 g of stockosorb, T4-60 g of stockosorb, T5-80 g of stockosorb, T6-100 g of stockosorb and T7-120 g of stockosorb). The treatments were applied during December 2012 with application of recommended doses of N : P : K i. e. 450, 450 and 900 g, respectively, to each tree. Among the treatments, treatment T4 was found to be the best. Significant yield i. e. 283 fruits per tree was recorded for the treatment T4. This is the highest yield among all the treatments. The fruits from T4 also produced reducing sugar content as 7.16% and the ascorbic acid content of 106.6 mg/100 g. In case of the treatment T4, the WHC of the soil increased from 19.65 to 30.8%. This may be due to the fact that the soil was wet for a longer time increasing the microbial activity as well as reducing the fruit drop due to water stress. With respect to mean increase in tree height, treatment T4 was found to be superior among all the treatments. Moreover, with respect to growth of the tree, it was found that there was appreciable increase in the growth of the tree in all the treatments where stockosorb was used as compared to control. The experiment on forced flowering of pineapple (Ananas comosus cv. Kew) in response to cold stress, ethephon, calcium carbide and activated charcoal was carried out at Fruit Research Farm, Department of Fruit Science, College of Horticulture & Forestry, Central Agricultural University, Pasighat, Arunachal Pradesh in the year 2013-14. The experiment was laid out in completely randomized block design with eight treatments and three replications. The treatments were : T1-Control, T2-Iced cold water, T3-NAA @ 0.002%, T4-1% CaC2, T5-1% CaC2+0.5% Activated charcoal, T6-0.025% Ethephon+0.04% CaC2+2% urea, T7-0.24% Ethephon+2% urea and T8-4% CaC2. Here, T7 (0.24% ethephon+2% urea) showed highest flowering percentage of 93.66 followed by T6 (0.025% Ethephon+0.04% calcium carbide+2% urea) with 91.33. In this paper, we introduce the concepts of lacunary statistical τ- convergence, lacunary statistical τ-bounded and lacunary statistical τ-Cauchy for double sequences by using the double lacunary density in the framework of locally solid Riesz spaces. We also introduce the notion of S*/θ (τ)-convergence of double sequences in this setup which seems to be a quite new and interesting idea and prove some interesting results related to these notions. Domestic energy consumption along with the modern use of biomass fuel in the households were studied for Bijini (South Blocks), Betanapara, and Oxiguri villages of Chirang District in Assam, which are categorized as Urban, Peri-urban, and Rural villages, respectively, based on their locations from Bijni town. The annual per capita consumption of domestic energy in Urban, Peri-urban, and Rural areas is estimated to be 7.2, 7.99, and 8.44 GJ/yr, respectively, against the National average of 9.09 GJ/yr per capita. Food and feeding patterns of great Indian one-horned Rhinoceros (Rhinoceros unicornis) has been studied in Rajiv Gandhi Orang National Park. Altogether 75 species of grasses, 27 species of herbs-shrubs, 27 species of trees, and 9 species of aquatic plants species were identified as a food-plant species of Indian Rhino in the study area. Of the total 75 species of grasses, 48 species had a relative dominance of <1.0. The Saccharum spontaneum was ranked as the highest relative dominance food-plant among grasses (relative dominance value, 8.45%), while the Cyperus pilosus ranked the lowest (relative dominance value, 0.08%). Among 27 herbs-shrubs species, three had a relative dominance of <1.0. The Diplazium esculentum was ranked the highest relative dominance food plants among herbs-shrubs food plants (relative dominance value, 13.83%), while the Solanum viarum was ranked the lowest (relative dominance value, 0.66%). All tree species had a relative dominance of >1.0. The Dalbergia sissoo ranked the highest among all trees (relative dominance value, 7.94%), while the Anthocephalus cadamba ranked the lowest (value, 1.19%). Grasses constituted 86.66% of the total annual diet of Rhino, while the aquatic and woodland species constituted only 13.34% of the total annual diet. Altogether 71 plants species were identified as the Rhino food plants at Rajiv Gandhi Orang National Park. Of which, grasses constituted the highest (42 species), followed by woodland species (trees, herbs-shrubs), (20 species) and aquatic plants (9 species). The grass species Hemarthria compressa contributed a highest of 11.63%, while the aquatic plant Polygonum hydropiper was the least of 0.01% in total annual diet. Out of total 42 food-plant species, 20 grass species had no selectivity. The Hemarthria compressa was the top ranking grass species that has been selected as food by the Indian Rhino. Altogether, 36 food-plants (24 grasses, 9 woodland species, and 3 aquatic species) were identified as the staple food that constituted 83.64% of the total annual diet. Study showed that ten top ranking food plants constituted 56.44% and 20 top ranking food plants constituted 72.19% of the total annual diet. Thus, the grass species alone have enough to provide food for Indian Rhino in Rajiv Gandhi Orang National Park.
