This paper reports a MEMS capacitive pressure sensor (CPS) based on the operating principle of touch mode. The CPS was designed and fabricated using wafer-level self-packaged MEMS processes. The variable capacitance sensing structure was vacuum-sealed in a cavity using the Si–glass anodic bonding technique, and the embedded Al feedthrough lines at the Si–glass interface were used to realize the electrical connections between the parallel plate electrodes and the electrode pads through Al vias. The optimal design of the CPS structure was performed to trade-off the performance and reliability using finite element simulation. The CPS based on a circular-shaped diaphragm with a radius of 2000 µm and a thickness of 40 µm exhibits good comprehensive performance with a sensitivity of 52.3 pF/MPa and a nonlinearity of 2.7%FS in the pressure range of 100–500 kPa when the ambient temperature is less than 50 °C. To address the objectives of the adaptive learning platform, the requirements of the system in terms of business, functionality, and performance are mainly analysed, and the design of functions and database is completed; then, an updatable learner model is constructed based on the cognitive diagnosis model and resource preference attributes; then, the construction of the knowledge map is completed based on embedding to achieve knowledge point alignment, and based on this, the target knowledge points of learners are located with the help of deep learning; at the same time, the target knowledge points are taken as the starting point to generate the best learning path by traversing the knowledge map, and the corresponding learning resources and test questions are recommended for them with the help of the architecture; finally, the adaptive learning platform is developed in the environment using the architecture. Also, the target knowledge point is used as the starting point to traverse the knowledge map to generate the best learning path, and the corresponding learning resources and test questions are recommended for the learner in combination with the learner model; finally, this study adopts an architecture for the development of an adaptive learning platform in the environment to realize online tests, score analysis, resource recommendation, and other functions. A knowledge graph fusion system supporting interactive facilitation between entity alignment and attribute alignment is implemented. Under a unified conceptual layer, this system can combine entity alignment and attribute alignment to promote each other and truly achieve the final fusion of the two graphs. Our experimental results on real datasets show that the entity alignment algorithm proposed in this paper has a great improvement in accuracy compared with the previous mainstream alignment algorithms. Also, the attribute alignment algorithm proposed in this paper, which calculates the similarity based on associated entities, outperforms the traditional methods in terms of accuracy and recall. This paper explores and studies recommendation technologies based on content filtering and user collaborative filtering and proposes a hybrid recommendation algorithm based on content and user collaborative filtering. This method not only makes use of the advantages of content filtering but also can carry out similarity matching filtering for all items, especially when the items are not evaluated by any user, which can be filtered out and recommended to users, thus avoiding the problem of early level. At the same time, this method also takes advantage of the advantages of collaborative filtering. When the number of users and evaluation levels are large, the user rating data matrix of collaborative filtering prediction will become relatively dense, which can reduce the sparsity of the matrix and make collaborative filtering more accurate. In this way, the system performance will be greatly improved through the integration of the two. On the basis of the improved collaborative filtering algorithm, a hybrid algorithm based on content and improved collaborative filtering was proposed. By combining user rating with item features, a user feature rating matrix was established to replace the traditional user-item rating matrix. K-means clustering was performed on the user set and recommendations were made. The improved algorithm can solve the problem of data sparsity of traditional collaborative filtering algorithm. At the same time, for new projects, it can also predict users who may be interested in new projects according to the matching of project characteristics and user characteristics scoring matrix and generate push list, which effectively solve the problem of new projects in "cold start." The experimental results show that the improved algorithm in this paper plays a significant role in solving the speed bottleneck problems of data sparsity, cold start, and online recommendation and can ensure a better recommendation quality. Contact experiments between low‐reactivity CaO–BaO–Al2O3‐based mold fluxes, F1 and F2, and 1.4–2.2 mass% of Al‐containing steels are conducted to investigate the effect of interfacial reaction on mold flux properties and the ultimate limit of reaction duration capacity of the developed mold flux. F1 contains 30.76% CaO, 17.03% Al2O3, 13.40% BaO, and 10.70% SiO2, whereas F2 consists of 27.90% CaO, 23.60% Al2O3, 12.90% BaO, and 9.57% SiO2 of the mass. The pre‐ and post‐experimental wettability of slag samples on steel substrates and the lubrication behavior of slags are discussed. The main results reveal that SiO2, Na2O, and B2O3 in the mold flux react with [Al] in the molten steel at steel–slag interface. The variations in slag properties indicate that both reaction durations between F1 reacting with twinning‐induced plasticity (TWIP) and F2 reacting with 20Mn23AlV steel can last for 40 min, whereas F2 has wider potential applicability for the continuous casting of Al‐containing steels. Interfacial reaction deteriorates the wettability of slag F2 on 20Mn23AlV steel substrate and reduces slag consumption, as equilibrium contact angle increases from approximately 3° to 37°, but slag consumption prediction is 0.22 kg m−2, which is likely to meet the requirement for lubrication. To moderate the erosion in a slag-line zone and extend the service life of a submerged entry nozzle during continuous casting of high-Mn and high-Al steel, the current study developed a low-reaction CaO-Al2O3-based slag with lower SiO2 and higher Al2O3 contents than that of conventional CaO-SiO2-based slag. The static sessile drop technique and dynamic rotating cylinder method were utilized to investigate the erosion behavior of ZrO2-graphite refractory by the above slags. The main results indicated that silicate-based slag could wet the ZrO2-graphite substrate completely, while the aluminate-based slag spread rapidly in the first 20 minutes, and then a slag drop with an unchanged profile formed on the substrate. The equilibrium contact angles with the substrate at 1623 K were 0 and 79 deg for the CaO-SiO2 and CaO-Al2O3 based slags, respectively. The comparison of the influences of the rotating speed and the temperature revealed that the decrease of erosion rate could be realized by the developed slag. An examination of ZrO2-saturation limit also indicated that the low-reaction slag could dissolve much more ZrO2 oxidation, accompanied by a less-negative effect on the viscosity of the molten slag. Abstract A comprehensive comparison study of the UV–visible photoresponse properties of non-aligned carbothermal ZnO nanowires (ZNWs) composited with reduced graphene oxide (RGO) and single-walled carbon nanotubes (SWCNTs) is presented. The RGO/ZNWs composites (GZWs) and SWCNTs/ZNWs composites (CZWs) have been successfully synthetized through UV-assisted photochemical reduction of GO in ZNWs suspension and ultrasonic stirring technology, respectively. The optimal contents of RGO and SWCNTs incorporated into ZNWs were determined for achieving maximum photoresponse, respectively. Experimentally, the optimal GZWs and CZWs exhibit significant enhancement in photoelectric properties than pure ZNWs. It is demonstrated that the GZWs-based photodetector has higher photoresponsivity (∼16 AW-1) than CZWs-based photodetector under low UV irradiation (<10 μWcm−2) and at 1.0 V bias, while the CZWs-based photodetector has higher on/off current ratio (8.41 × 104) and faster response time (1.99 s of rise-time and 0.39 s of decay-time) than GZWs-based one. The complete crystallization process of mold slag in the crucible (inner diameter: 6.2 mm) was successfully recorded in situ using a digital optical microscope and image processing software in an infrared furnace (IR‐MOP). The crystallization behavior of non‐volatile mold slag tested with the new method is consistent with the findings of differential scanning calorimetry (DSC) analysis. Although the volatilization ratios of volatile mold slag during both DSC and SHTT experiments are greater than 8%, it is less than 1.2% during IR‐MOP experiments equipped with an isolated observation system, which explains why the difference in the initial crystallization temperature measured by the three methods was very large. This paper presents the design, fabrication, and characterization of a middle-infrared (MIR) linear variable optical filter (LVOF) and thermopile detectors that will be used in a miniaturized mixed gas detector for CH4/CO2/CO measurement. The LVOF was designed as a tapered-cavity Fabry-Pérot optical filter, which can transform the MIR continuous spectrum into multiple narrow band-pass spectra with peak wavelength in linear variation. Multi-layer dielectric structures were used to fabricate the Bragg reflectors on the both sides of tapered cavity as well as the antireflective film combined with the function of out-of-band rejection. The uncooled thermopile detectors were designed and fabricated as a multiple-thermocouple suspension structure using micro-electro-mechanical system technology. Experimentally, the LVOF exhibits a mean full-width-at-half-maximum of 400 nm and mean peak transmittance of 70% at the wavelength range of 2.3~5 μm. The thermopile detectors exhibit a responsivity of 146 μV/°C at the condition of room temperature. High frequency surface acoustic wave (SAW) technology offers many opportunities for aerospace applications in passive wireless sensing and communication. This paper presents the design, simulation, fabrication, and test of an L-band SAW resonator based on 128° Y-X LiNbO3 substrate. The design parameters of SAW resonator were optimized by the finite element (FEM) method and the coupling-of-mode (COM) theory. Electron-beam lithography (EBL) technology was used to fabricate the submicron-scale of interdigital transducers (IDTs) and grating reflectors. The effects of some key EBL processes (e.g., the use of electron beam resist, the choice of metal deposition methods, the charge-accumulation effect, and the proximity-effect) on the fabrication precision of SAW devices were discussed. Experimentally, the LiNbO3-based SAW resonators fabricated using improved EBL technology exhibits a Rayleigh wave resonance peaks at 1.55 GHz with return loss about −12 dB, and quality factor Q is 517. Based on this SAW resonator, the temperature and strain sensing tests were performed, respectively. The experimental results exhibit a well linear dependence of temperature/strain on frequency-shift, with a temperature sensitivity of 125.4 kHz/°C and a strain sensitivity of −831 Hz/με, respectively. An H⁺-ion sensor based on a gated lateral bipolar junction transistor (BJT) pair that can operate without the classical reference electrode is proposed. The device is a special type of ion-sensitive field-effect transistor (ISFET). Classical ISFETs have the advantage of miniaturization, but  they are difficult to fabricate by a single fabrication process because of the bulky and brittle reference electrode materials. Moreover, the reference electrodes need to be separated from the sensor device in some cases. The proposed device is composed of two gated lateral BJT components, one of which had a silicide layer while the other was without the layer. The two components were operated under the metal-oxide semiconductor field-effect transistor (MOSFET)-BJT hybrid mode, which can be controlled by emitter voltage and base current. Buffer solutions with different pH values were used as the sensing targets to verify the characteristics of the proposed device. Owing to their different sensitivities, both components could simultaneously detect the H⁺-ion concentration and function as a reference to each other. Per the experimental results, the sensitivity of the proposed device was found to be approximately 0.175 μA/pH. This experiment demonstrates enormous potential to lower the cost of the ISFET-based sensor technology.
