In order to further promote the reform of “deregulation and service” and continuously optimize the business environment, the power industry as the important part of national economic development, optimizing the business environment is urgent. Based on the customer satisfaction survey of ‘Access to electricity’, this paper constructs a set of targeted, complete and practical multiple regression model of electricity consumption satisfaction, and puts forward relevant strategies to help optimize and improve the business environment of the power industry.

Big Data optimizes the process of information processing, expands the scale of information processing, and improves the application effect of big data and computer information technology. However, big data has also triggered data leakage, network viruses and other security risks. In the context of big data, in order to give full play to the application advantages of computer information security technology, it is necessary to give full play to all kinds of technology to avoid the problems such as system failures, external attacks and so on, then ensure that the computer system in a safe and stable operating environment. This paper analyzes the problems of computer information security technology under the background of big data, and puts forward the corresponding application strategies based on the concrete superiority technology.

The high integration of cyber and physics is the development trend of intelligent distribution network in the future, but the cyber system not only supports the stable operation of the physical system, also brings some security risks to the cyber physical system of distribution network. Aiming at the requirements of real-time, accuracy, efficiency and other characteristics of distribution network monitoring, this paper proposes an early warning method of distribution network cyber physical system based on Hidden Markov model. Firstly, the online monitoring and early warning system architecture of distribution network information physical system is proposed, and then the early warning method of distribution network cyber physical system based on Hidden Markov model is established. Finally, an example is given to verify that the proposed strategy can accurately and efficiently early warn the fault.

The effect of panel shape on hydrodynamic performances of a vertical v-shaped double-slotted cambered otter-board was investigated using engineering models in a wind tunnel. Three different shape panels (rhomboid, left trapezoid and isosceles trapezoid) were evaluated at a wind speed of 28 m/s. Parameters measured included: drag coefficient Cx, lift coefficient Cy, pitch moment coefficient Cm, center of pressure coefficient Cp , over a range of angle of attack (0° to 70°). These coefficients were used in analyzing the differences in the performance among the three otter-board models. Results showed that the maximum lift coefficient Cy of the otter-board model with the isosceles trapezoid shape panels was highest (2.103 at α=45°). The maximum Cy/Cx of the otter-board with the rhomboid shape panels was highest (3.976 at α=15°). A comparative analysis of Cm and Cp showed that the stability of otter-board model with the isosceles trapezoid shape panels is better in pitch, and the stability of otter-board model with the left trapezoid shape panels is better in roll. The findings of this study can offer useful reference data for the structural optimization of otter-boards for trawling.
