Corrosion map is the most direct form of environmental corrosion, which can provide data support for the anti-corrosion design, construction and operation and maintenance of engineering equipment intuitively and quickly. The research advancements in environmental corrosivity mapping techniques are reviewed here. It delineates the atmospheric and soil corrosivity classification methods through qualitative and quantitative analysis. The merits and constraints of these classification methods and interpolation methods when applied to corrosion mapping are critically assessed.

Surface mercury release is an important source of atmospheric mercury, and asphalt pavement occupies a high proportion. However, the current characteristics of mercury exchange flux on asphalt ground are unclear, which is not conducive to assessing the contribution of surface mercury release to atmospheric mercury. Therefore, the dynamic flux chamber method was used to measure the variation characteristics of mercury exchange flux on the underlying surface of typical artificial asphalt in Qingdao in four seasons. The average mercury exchange flux of the asphalt ground surface was 0.12±0.38 ng/(m2•h). The mercury flux was mainly released in spring, summer, and autumn, the highest in summer was twice that in spring, and the deposition occurred mainly in winter. Under the influence of meteorological factors and atmospheric mercury concentration, the mercury exchange flux reached its peak value when the light intensity and surface temperature were the highest in spring and autumn, while the peak value in summer occurred after the maximum light intensity and reached its maximum peak value at the highest surface temperature.

Abstract ATP-citrate lyase (ACL), one of the lipogenic enzymes, catalyses the formation of acetyl-coenzyme A (CoA) involved in the synthesis of fatty acid and cholesterol. In pig, very little is known about the ACL gene. In this work, the mRNA differential display technique was used to analyse the differences in gene expression between Meishan and Large White pigs and the F1 hybrids of both direct and reciprocal crosses. Our results show that among the differentially expressed genes ACL is up-regulated in the backfat of the F1 hybrids. After cloning and analysing the fulllength cDNA and the 870 bp 5'-flanking sequence of the porcine ACL gene, a C/T mutation at position -97 bp upstream of the transcription site was detected. Luciferase activity detection showed that this mutation changed the transcriptional activity. In F1 hybrids, the heterozygous genotype CT was more frequent than the homozygous genotypes CC and TT. Real-time PCR analysis showed that in Meishan pigs, ACL mRNA expression was more abundant in individuals with genotype CT than in those with genotype CC or TT or in Large White pigs. These results indicate that the C/T mutation affects ACL mRNA expression, probably via the activator protein 2.

In this paper, based on the panel data of China's carbon dioxide emissions, economic and energy development from 2000 to 2022, per capita GDP and carbon emissions are used as analysis indicators.The environmental Kuznets theory serves as the basis for an analysis of the correlation between economic progress and carbon dioxide emissions.The findings indicate that China's GDP and carbon emissions increased between 2000 and 2022. From 7,912 yuan in 2000 to 85,698 yuan in 2022, the per capita GDP grew by over ten times. Although per capita carbon emissions generally increased, they declined between 2014 and 2017, It might be connected to the nation's strong initiatives to support green development and the restructuring of the energy structure.For specific explanations,please refer to 4.1 Temporal evolution characteristics of carbon emissions and GDP. China is still in a transitional phase when it comes to environmental preservation and economic development, as seen by the N-shaped curve connecting the country's carbon dioxide emissions and economic growth rate. Based on this theory, the Tapio decoupling theory provides an understanding of the decoupling relationship between carbon emissions and economic growth based on carbon accounting. The irrational use of coal, oil, natural gas and other fossil fuels as the main energy has caused a series of environmental problems and seriously restricted economic development. Therefore, Stronger innovation and promotion of low-carbon and green technologies are required, as is the reduction of carbon emissions from the industrial structure and method of economic progress.

Due to its special geographical location, three major earthquakes have been experienced in Sichuan Province, China over the past two decades. In response to the three earthquakes, the provincial government has served as a connective link between the central government and the county governments, thus demonstrating its unique and indispensable role in the disaster relief process. Taking the 2008 Wenchuan earthquake, the 2013 Lushan earthquake and the 2017 Jiuzhaigou earthquake as the research objects, this paper used the field research and interview method to make a longitudinal comparison of the roles and functions of the Sichuan Provincial Government in terms of policy, funding and emergency rescue in the three major earthquakes. It was found that (1) the role of Sichuan Provincial Government in the disaster relief process has changed; (2) although the government’s earthquake relief investment decreased, the proportion of the total investment in Sichuan earthquake disaster relief from the government’s own expenditure generally rose; (3) the emergency response and disposal capacity of Sichuan Provincial Government has been greatly improved. References and suggestions were also given for disaster relief and mitigation system construction for other disasters and other areas from a provincial government perspective.

This paper uses CiteSpace to visualize and analyze the literature related to agricultural non-point source pollution in China Knowledge Network (CNKI) from 1993~2022. The results showed that the research on agricultural non-point source pollution has gone through three stages: the beginning (1993~2006), booming development (2007~2011), and stable development (2011-2022). The research on agricultural non-point source pollution focuses mainly on agricultural non-point source pollution, pollution control, and model simulation. Agricultural non-point source pollution has always played a leading role in the development of the research field since the research until now, and model simulation and spatial distribution have been continuously cited from the emergence of clustering until now, and are widely available in the research field.

To comprehensively understand the research status and development trend of soil inorganic carbon development, this study comprised 441 inorganic carbon pool papers from 1991-2022 in the Web of Science database based on CiteSpace software, and conducted Visualization analysis to explore the research hotspots, research status and development trend in this field. The results show that number of publications has increased year by year, and the clustering results show that the research topics mainly involve terrestrial biosphere, coastal forest ecosystem, forest soil, changed temperature hutrient. The hotspots of research include the blue carbon, soil carbon sequestration and dissolution processes of inorganic carbon. In addition, development trend include the effects of land use change, temperature, organic matter and other changes. soil inorganic carbon sinks, carbon dioxide uptake and the application of isotope technology are the ongoing concerns in this field, which will be the hotspot of soil inorganic carbon sink research in the future period.

As the issue of aging society gradually emerges, it has attracted widespread attention from society. Among them, the issue of the demand of some elderly groups for online course learning has also caught the attention of the authors. The aim of this thesis research is therefore to help the elderly adapt to an intelligent society as an entry point, to enable them to embrace the beauty of the Internet and to promote the achievement of active aging as the ultimate goal. This paper uses questionnaires and interviews to research older people aged 55-60 through online and offline research. It also provides research data to discover the current problems of elderly users and proposes solutions. It provides new directions for companies to develop business models for the elderly.It also enriches the theoretical connotation of the concept of senior communication and allows for further cross-disciplinary field integration between aging communication and business strategy.

The traditional method of hydrology and water conservancy calculation is based on the assumption of natural runoff, while the applicability of method has weakened in the urbanization-affected river basins. The paper carried out research on hydrological calculation model of flood control in the middle and lower reaches of the Chuhe River under the background of urbanization. On the basis of the analysis of flood characteristics in river basins, the hydrological calculation model framework of flood control in the middle and lower reaches of the Chuhe River is constructed, which includes five modules: design rainstorm calculation, runoff calculation, regional flow concentration calculation, river-network confluence calculation and lake-reservoir regulation calculation. The parameters of runoff generation, overland flow concentration, hilly area flow concentration and river-network confluence are determined. Process simulation of the flood water levels and discharges in the middle and lower reaches of the Chuhe River in 1991 and 2008, which are the years with heavy rains, is conducted. The flood simulation of June 1991 shows that the error of water level is -1cm ~ + 8cm, and the error of discharge is +26 m3/s. The flood simulation of August 2008 shows that the error of water level is -8cm ~ + 2cm, and the error of discharge is -9 m3/s. The overall simulation results are relatively stable with all the calculation errors within the allowable range, and the results fit the facts well.

In public places, it is significant to analyze the stability of the crowd which can support the crowd management and control, and protect the evacuees safely and effectively. The numerical analysis method of system stability based on Lyapunov theory suffers problems that it is difficult to avoid random errors in the initialization of pedestrian density and velocity, as well as cumulative errors due to time increasing, limiting its application. This study adopts a complementary model of theoretical numerical analysis and machine vision with a parallel convolutional neural network (CNN) model. It proposes an approach of stability analysis and closed-loop verification for crowd merging systems. Thereby, this research provides theoretical and methodological support for planning of the functional layout of crowd flow in public crowd-gathering places and the control measures for stable crowd flow.

In recent years, with the rapid development of computer vision technology, image-based human body research has become an important task, such as pedestrian target detection, trajectory tracking, posture estimation and behaviour recognition. The centre of mass is one of the important characteristics that can reflect the phenomenon of pedestrian movement. This paper first introduces the biped robot model in robotics, starting from forward and inverse kinematics, to find the mapping relationship between the position of each joint and the pose of the end effector. Then, corresponding to the skeleton model of the human joint points, the characteristics of the bone posture and joint angle are determined. The moment of inertia factor is introduced, and the motion superposition of different joint points is considered to establish a pedestrian motion centroid model. By calculating the equivalent dynamic centroid, the pedestrian kinematics law can be explored and the pedestrian movement mechanism can be more deeply recognized.

Crowd merging is a complex process, and any sudden external or internal disturbance will destroy the stability of the crowd. The occurrence of abnormal behavior will affect the crowd flow process and inevitably affect the stability of the crowd flow system. The position information of the joint points is obtained through the OpenPose algorithm, and the kinematics characteristics of each node are studied. It is judged whether the number of pedestrians in the crowd and the scale of the building scene are greater than the empirical setting value based on engineering statistical data and expert experience. When the number of pedestrians is more than 2,000 and the total area of the passage is more than 2,000 square meters, the appropriate macro-dynamic model is selected. The Aw-Rascle (AR) fluid dynamics model is selected in this study. The joint point information obtained through the OpenPose is combined with the macroscopic fluid dynamics model to construct a macroscopic crowd flow dynamics model based on the pedestrian's abnormal posture.

It is significant to detect abnormal postures of pedestrians in the crowd to crowd stability control. This study locates the joint points of pedestrians based on the pose estimation algorithm OpenPose. After the analysis of 18 nodes and six body parts, the sudden value of node acceleration is obtained, which is compared with the acceleration of the pedestrian’s centre of mass. When there is at least one difference in the direction or acceleration value of the two, it means that the pedestrian has abnormal behaviour. Furthermore, this study analyses the result of comparing the change of z-coordinate value in pedestrian movement with 20% of pedestrian height. These two judgment methods together constitute the dynamic criterion of pedestrian abnormal posture, and judge whether the pedestrian has abnormal behaviour. Compared with the previous dynamic analysis of pedestrian abnormal posture, the accuracy of abnormal posture judgment is improved. This provides a theoretical basis for crowd stability analysis.

Crowd stability analysis is one of research hotspots to alleviate the severe situation of stampede accidents worldwide. Different from the conventional analysis models for crowd stability based on pedestrian density, this study analyses the characteristics of external disturbances and internal obstacle disturbance based on Lyapunov's theory. The critical range of crowd acceleration in crowd evacuation is obtained, a crowd merging acceleration-critical density time delay model is established, and a stability criterion of acceleration vector based on Lyapunov is obtained based on Lyapunov stability analysis. This provides new information for ensuring the stability of crowd movement in public places, assessing the stability of the crowd in the area, and taking reasonable protection and guidance measures prior to instability of a crowd flow.

Sustainable business model innovation is increasingly prominent in response to the increasingly urgent issue of sustainable development. It is a creative solution focusing on the long-term development of the organization. The problem of sustainable development in the agricultural field is prominent, and as the agricultural maker space, “maker spark” has become the experimental field and innovation highland of sustainable business model innovation in the agricultural field. Based on the investigation of 32 agricultural maker space operators in Sichuan Province, this paper uses the grounded research method to identify ten agricultural sustainable business model innovation strategies and put forward the concept framwork of “resource connotation mining, customer value optimization, value radiation and coordination” to describe the internal logic of achieving business sustainability, social sustainability and ecological sustainability. The paper also matches the ten sustainable business model innovation strategies with the nine common prototype strategies identified by foreign scholars. Finally, on the basis of in-depth analysis of the realistic constraints of China’s agricultural development, the paper believes that the innovation of agricultural sustainable business model is a creative response to the constraints of modern agricultural development.

Frost heave of canal foundation soil is the main factor of destroying canal system engineering in the cold area. Restricted by technical and economic conditions, further evaluation of the frost heaving index and system of the large channel in cold areas where needed. Based on the field investigation and relevant evaluation methods, several evaluation indexes such as water content, compaction coefficient, fine grain content, and cumulative negative surface gas temperature, the direction of canal slope are selected. Combined with the observation results of the prototype test field for many years, the frost heave degree of large channel foundation soil was comprehensively evaluated. The purpose of this paper is to standardize the evaluation method of frost heave characteristics of canal foundation soil in cold region, which has important guiding significance for the prevention and control of road frost damage in the cold region.

The selection of MPACC (Master of Professional Accountant) is a key step in the training of senior accounting personnel. This paper examines the relationship between examiner heterogeneity and MPACC second test scores. We try to clarify the reason for the unfair phenomenon because of the heterogeneity of examiners in MPACC second test results and seek ways to solve this problem. The study found that the MPACC second test results are unfair. This unfairness is caused by the heterogeneity of the examiner. However, standardized algorithms balance the differences in MPACC examiner heterogeneity. The regression model was constructed by using the MPACC second test scores before and after standardization, which verified the existence of examiner heterogeneity and the effect of the standardized algorithm on the examiner heterogeneity. This article is based on the differences of MPACC second test scores due to examiner’s heterogeneity. We propose the application of standardized algorithm, which will play an important role in improving the quality of MPACC enrollment and promoting the training of senior accounting personnel.

The model of home-based care in residential areas has gradually become an important way of providing for the aged in the age of aging in China, and more attention has been paid to the aging and renewal of existing residential areas.Taking the outdoor environment of residential areas as the research object, this paper analyses the environmental status quo of a residential area in Jinan through field investigation, and puts forward suggestions for aging renovation from the aspects of outdoor landscape system, road traffic system and supporting facilities of residential areas, so as to provide references for residential renovation.

Because of the problem of local scour caused by the change of the flow structure caused by the water-resistance of the column bridge pier, the theoretical analysis, and indoor water tank test were used to study the effect of installing a new anti-scouring device in front of the bridge pier on the local scour reduction effect; the influence of the main design parameters such as the height of the protective device, the angle of the protective device and the distance from the protective device to the bridge pier on the local scour of the bridge pier was selected, and the optimal parameter design combination was selected. The test results show that: under the same water flow conditions, the maximum scour depth reduction rate of the measuring point under the protection of the protective device is 48.4% to 74.2% compared with the unprotected scour; the reduction rate of the bridge pier is relative to the relative height of the device and the device equivalent. The angle and the distance between the device and the bridge pier are related, and the shock reduction rate decreases with the increase of the flow intensity. In the test range, the ratio of the device height to the water depth is 2/3, the device angle is 60 °, and the distance from the bridge pier is 3. When the diameter of the pier is doubled, the effect of reducing the impact on the pier is the best.

This paper studies the international supply chain finance among trading countries under the Internet financial environment. By introducing “One Belt And One Road” and “supply chain finance”, this paper analyzes the main supply chain finance models involved in the “One Belt And One Road” strategy, and uses clustering method to analyze and summarize the financial risks of supply chain. The analysis results are obtained through data mining reasoning. On this basis, it mainly uses Internet information technology, big data analysis and other technologies to deal with the risks in the international supply chain, and puts forward constructive suggestions to promote the coordinated development of supply chain finance among countries.

Traditional Chinese medicine (TCM) tourism is a new industry formed by the integration and development of Chinese herbal medicine industry and tourism industry, and an in-depth analysis of its model is helpful to explore its general development law. In this paper, the commonalities, differences and development effects of two TCM tourism construction modes, namely, characteristic town construction type and industry platform construction type in Sichuan Province, are compared and analyzed. The study concludes that three points are needed to promote the development of TCM tourism: (1) correctly understanding the basic conditions of construction subjects and promote the development of TCM tourism according to local conditions; (2) taking diversified organizational structure as a breakthrough point and build a cluster of TCM tourism development enterprises; (3) Being focus on the four-dimensional organic integration of industry, city and humanities to form a unique cultural expression of TCM tourism.

With the help of Airpak software, the evaluation indexes of temperature field, velocity field and PMV under different air supply parameters are explored. Through the analysis of different parameters of the air supply field, such as temperature and PMV, the evaluation index of the optimal air supply field was established. By comparing the differences of indoor flow field distribution under five different working conditions, the optimal air supply parameters are obtained, that is, when the air supply temperature is 23 °C and the air supply speed is 3.3 m / s, the indoor temperature field and velocity field distribution are the best. The simulation results provide a theoretical basis for the setting of air supply parameters in the upper air supply room.

Based on the finite element analysis and fracture toughness test data, this paper verifies the improved Ritchie-Knott-Rice (RKR) local failure criterion using 16MnDR ferritic steel for cryogenic pressure vessels. This criterion's applicability to 16MnDR was verified to verify fracture toughness's different influence factors in the ductile-to-brittle transition temperature (DBTT) region, such as specimen thickness (TST) and temperature. The results indicate that the (4δt, σ22c) criterion applies to 16MnDR steel and effectively transfers the minimum Jc value between samples of different temperatures and thickness.

In the development process of a certain CHINA VI proprietary brand car model, there exists the problem of intermittent “dada” sound in the cockpit during idling. After investigation, it’s determined that the air pulse noise generated when the canister purge solenoid valve is working, it is transmitted to the car panels through the pipeline, and then to the cockpit, which would cause a “dada” sound. By adding expansion chamber in the desorption pipe and designing part of the pipeline which fixed in the clamp as rubber pipe, the intensity of air pulse can be effectively reduced and the transmission path of air pulse vibration can be blocked. Through objective testing and subjective evaluation, the scheme can greatly reduce the idle noise of the cockpit, thus improving the NVH performance of the vehicle and bringing comfortable riding environment to the passengers.

The spillover effect between Pro-environmental behaviors is not enough studied, which is of great significance to understand the dynamic behavior of consumers as a whole. Based on a questionnaire survey and empirical analysis based on structural equation model, this paper reveals the spillover effect of consumer recycling behavior on Pro-environmental behavior, and examines the influence mechanism from the psychological perspective of emotion and environmental identity. The results show that recycling efforts positively affect Pro-environmental behavior through the mediating mechanism of pride and environmental identity.

The purpose of this work is to provide information on the development of the infrastructure of the African economy. The study provides statistics on African regions and industries. This article focuses on the forms of economic and social infrastructure, and directs to determine the share development infrastructural in Africa. The Africa has entered an era of devastating change this study shows that with the unfolding economic downturn in the northern economies that have traditionally dominated the global economy. The article provides empirical evidence on how the industrial sectors developed from an economic point of view. The authors believe that infrastructure affects output and productivity directly as a contribution to the production function of other sectors and as part of GDP formation. The article discusses the development of infrastructure for the period 1999-2019 without more detailed dynamics. It also does not explain the main topics developed by the authors. The work provides knowledge on how investments are developing in Africa, how industries have developed, and what is the role of each infrastructure sector in this development. It also shows how different areas of infrastructure work with different successes in creating new paths in the African economy.

In the process of product development, all activities are driven by users’ needs. QFD has been widely used in manufacturing, industrial and commercial military fields, and achieved great results. House of quality(HOQ) is the basic tool for establishing QFD system and essence of OFD method. The typical house of quality framework and analytical solution method can be used not only in the development process of new products, but also in the whole process of analysis in other fields. In this paper, aiming at the concise definition of PNT user requirements, QFD technology is used to build QFD model of PNT user requirements and PNT system technology based on the analysis of existing PNT information requirements and future aviation navigation development trend. In order to facilitate the analysis and simplify the approach of aviation navigation as the user requirements, and GNSS, SBAS, DEM, VOR, NDB, ILS and GBAS as the main system technologies. Finally, the technical quality house model of PNT system of aviation navigation task is given, so as to complete the concise definition of PNT user requirements of aviation users.

Three-dimensional point cloud data is a new form of three-dimensional collection, which not only contains the geometric topology information of the object, but also has high simplicity and flexibility. In this paper, the air-ground multi-source data fusion technology is used to study the fine reconstruction of the 3D scene: based on the 3D laser scanning laser point cloud, the 3D spatial information of the ground visible objects is obtained, and the orthophoto obtained by the drone aerial photography is assisted, Obtain the three-dimensional space information of the top of the ground feature, and the ground three-dimensional laser scanner can quickly obtain the three-dimensional surface information of the building facade, ground, and trees. Due to the complex structure of the building and the occlusion of spatial objects, sub-station scanning is required when acquiring point cloud data. This article uses the Sino-German Energy Conservation Center Building of Shenyang Jianzhu University as the research area, using drone tilt photography technology and ground lidar technology to integrate. During the experiment, the field industry adopted the UAV image acquisition strategy of “automatic shooting of regular routes, supplemented by manual shooting of areas of interest”; in the field industry, the method of “manual coarse registration and ICP algorithm fine registration” The example results show that the ground 3D laser point cloud air-ground image fusion 3D modeling effect proposed in this paper is better and the quality is greatly improved, which makes up for the ground 3D laser scanning. Confined deformation, e.g. mechanical twinning, shear banding, and Lüders banding, etc. was extensively observed in metals and alloys with low stacking-fault energies, especially under complex loadings, governing the mechanical properties. It is often accompanied with gradient microstructures to accommodate the stress concentrations. Understanding the micromechanical behaviors of structural materials having confined deformation is important for evaluating the structural stabilities of engineering components. Synchrotron-based techniques provide powerful tools for multiscale microstructural characterization owing to their good resolution in real/reciprocal space, fast data collection/processing and flexible application scenarios. In this paper, the synchrotron-based high-energy X-ray diffraction (HE-XRD) and microdiffraction (μXRD) techniques in combination with traditional characterization methods are used to reveal the deformational gradient structures/stresses under different loading modes in multiscale. The structure/stress gradients induced by laser shot peening treatment and the deformation twins generated during uniaxial tensile loading in pure titanium were systematically studied by HE-XRD and μXRD, in order to elucidate the accommodating role of the deformational structures subjected to various confined scenarios. The new finding regarding the micromechanical behaviors related to confined deformation contributes to the in-depth understanding of related complex deformation behaviors.

To investigate the characteristics of Bohai High, the daily precipitation data of Beijng-Tianjin region during June to September from 2006 to 2015, national basic automatic weather stations data of 5 minute, NCEP/NCAR 1°×1° reanalysis data as well as CINRAD/SA data of Tianjin, from the definition of and the distribution characteristics of precipitation in Beijng-Tianjin region, the concept of regional precipitation reduction in summer in the context of Bohai High was given. This was done by classifying large-scale synoptic circulation and synthetic diagnosis method. The results show that: (1) Bohai High has the most significant effect of abnormal weaken precipitation in the eastern of Tianjin, while has a relatively mild effect in the northern of Tianjin. (2) According to the characteristics of large-scale circulation situation, the synoptic processes over heavy rain are classified into three patterns: upper-level trough pattern (I), cold vortex pattern (II) and the interaction between subtropical high and western trough (III). Except that water vapor come from the Bohai Sea and the Yellow Sea for Type II, for the other two patterns the water vapor were related to remote supplies from the South China Sea and the East China Sea. The Bohai High of Type Iand III were thick warm negative vorticity system whereas the Type II was a shallow negative vorticity system. (3) The abnormally weakened of Bohai High were related to their depths and duration, the deeper and the longer duration of Bohai High, the stronger weakening effect on the precipitation in Tianjin.

With the overall trends of deterioration in resources and ecological environments not being completely reversed, the Chinese government has adopted the strategy of establishing the Ecological Conservation Redline (ECR). The ECR aims to define limits to the encroachment onto protected ecologically vulnerable and sensitive areas, to prohibit development in these areas, and to enforce strict protection to guarantee regional ecological security. Climate data, remote sensing data, and other related data were used to identify an ECR in Heze, thereby providing an example of principle and methodology for ECR delimitation. After assessment, comprehensive treatment, and coordination analysis, a total area of 924.17 km2, accounting for 7.55% of the city’s total area, was identified as an ECR in Heze. This mainly comprised the area around the Yellow River, the old course of the Yellow River, and the Dongyu River.

IAA (indole-3-acetic acid), can regulate plant growth and development, and it can involve in regulation of abiotic stresses. In the present study, the effects of spraying different concentrations (0, 25, 50, 100 and 200 μmol/L) of IAA on the photosynthesis physiology in lettuce were investigated. The lettuce (Lactuca sativa) exposed to cadmium (Cd) exhibited a substantial change in photosynthetic pigment content and photosynthetic parameters. Spraying exogenous IAA resulted in alleviating the inhibitory of Cd toxicity to lettuce. The photosynthetic pigment content in shoot of lettuce increased by spraying with IAA compared with the Cd treatment alone. Cd stress caused reductions (P < 0.05) in Pn and Ls, respectively, whereas Gs, Ci, and Tr were increased, compared with the control. Spraying exogenous IAA resulted that the Pn increased and the Ls, Gs, Ci, Tr showed different trend. Therefore, spraying IAA effectively changed the photosynthetic pigment contents and photosynthesis parameters in lettuce.

Lettuce (Lactuca sativa) is one of the most common green leafy vegetables, which is widely cultivated all over the world, but extremely sensitive to cadmium (Cd) contaminated in soil. The effects of three hyperaccumulator plants straw (Solanum nigrum, Bidens pilosa and Galinsoga parviflora) on the antioxidant enzyme activities and osmotic regulators and malondialdehyde (MDA) content under Cd stress were studied by pot culture. Compared with no straw, three kinds of hyperaccumulator straw of S. nigrum straw, B. pilosa straw and G. parviflora straw increased the content of soluble protein and proline in lettuce, the activity of peroxidase (POD) and catalase (CAT) in lettuce was also increased, and the content of MDA was decreased. The stress resistance of lettuce was improved and the toxicity of Cd to lettuce was alleviated by using three kinds of hyperaccumulator plant straw.

Pentamode (PM) metamaterial is a kind of acoustic metamaterial generally designed from a general material and made by a periodic array of micro-truss structures. The paper presents an optimization method for the design of PM metamaterial structure, and this kind of structure has usually special physical properties to guide the acoustic wave to propagate according to the design path. In order to construct the optimization model, the micro-truss unit cell is firstly investigated deeply, and the relationship between the effective elastic modulus of PM materials and the structural parameters of micro-truss unit cells is established. With incorporating the transformation acoustics algorithm into the optimization process to predict the theoretic material parameters of the current design structure, the constraint of the material property in the design structure is converted into the rod size constraint of micro-truss. As a result, the design of PM material structures can be realized as a problem of structure size optimization, and the optimized result can meet the requirement of PM metamaterial property and the theory of transformation acoustics. And also, the total stability of the PM material structure is also ensured by the balance rod forces constraints in the optimization process. Finally, a numerical example of PM material structure is presented.

Hepatopathy is a kind of disease with high incidence, so the progress in the field of liver disease research is highly valued. Medical image, as an important part of medical diagnosis, provides an important basis for doctors to make correct diagnosis. Pathological images play a significant role in clinical application because they can facilitate doctors to clearly observe the degree of lesions and make accurate judgments. As an important component of computer vision, deep learning has been paid more and more attention by researchers. The application of computer aided technology in medical image detection has become an important application of computer vision. In view of this situation, an automatic diagnosis method of liver pathological images based on deep learning method is proposed. We analyze the image features, then design and train the classification model. The final results confirmed that this method can effectively classify the pathological images of liver and has a high accuracy rate.

Yeast, as a very valuable microbial resource, has a good enzyme system in the body and can adapt to a variety of special environments. Therefore, it plays an important role in the biological treatment of wastewater. The classification and basic characteristics of yeast were introduced, and the application of yeast in the field of wastewater treatment such as high concentration organic wastewater, heavy metal ion wastewater and domestic sewage were summarized. With the mature of yeast technology and the development of science and technology, more techniques such as gene engineering and immobilization technology will be used to treat with yeast, so that it will have a wider application prospect in wastewater treatment.

This paper made a comprehensive assessment on carbon storage in terrestrial ecosystem in China by reviewing published literatures. Much more detailed carbon storages in vegetation, soil and ecosystem were summarized for forest, grassland, shrub, cropland and wetland in recent decades. It was discovered that total terrestrial carbon storage in China was 67.9 ~191.8 Pg C in recent decades, 6.1 ~ 57.57 Pg C was stored in vegetation, and 161.7 ~ 185.7 Pg C was stored in topsoil at a depth of 100 cm. Vegetation carbon storage has increased obviously in recent years; soil carbon storage declined in some areas owing to intensive land use, while it increased in other areas because of fertilizer application and reforestation. Total terrestrial carbon storage over China has increased in recent decades, and it is expected to continue to increase.
