This study aims to find out how the concept of Tazkiyatun Nafs or self-purification in Islamic education based on the thoughts of Majid Irsan Kailani in the book Manahij Tarbiyah Islamiyah wal Murabbunal Amiluna Fiha. Through the literature review method, this study aims to understand the meaning and purpose of Tazkiyatun Nafs and identify content that can be integrated into the Islamic education curriculum. The results show that Tazkiyatun Nafs is important for ridding people of mental illnesses such as tyranny and oppression, purifying Islamic culture from destructive values, as well as cultivating universal fraternal values. In practical terms, Tazkiyatun Nafs covers four mental, spiritual and physical aspects of human material, such as purification of intellectual competence, purification of willpower, sensory purification of hearing and sight, and physical purification. This article recommends more integration of Tazkiyatun Nafs in the curriculum and life of Islamic education. Desa Possi Tanah merupakan salah satu daerah di Kabupaten Bulukumba yang memiliki penduduk sebanyak 762 jiwa dimana mayoritas penduduknya berprofesi sebagai petani kelapa. Saat ini petani kelapa di Desa Possi Tanah menggunakan metode kon-vensional dalam mengolah sabuk kelapa menjadi cocofiber. Metode tersebut kurang efektif karena membutuhkan waktu yang la-ma dan energi yang cukup besar. Kurangnya informasi yang diperoleh petani serta kurangnya penerapan teknologi dan ilmu pengetahuan me-nyebabkan proses pengolahan sabuk kelapa kurang diminati oleh para petani di Desa Possi Tanah. Oleh karena itu pengabdian dilakukan untuk mengimplementasikan teknologi mesin pengurai sabuk kelapa untuk petani kelapa di desa tersebut. Kegiatan ini bertujuan untuk memberikan wawasan dan pengetahun serta meningkatkan minat para petani dalam mengolah sabuk kelapa secara efektif dan efisien. Selain itu, dilakukan juga pelatihan dan cara perawatan mesin pengurai sabuk kelapa yang dilanjutkan dengan demonstrasi mesin pengurai sabuk kelapa. Hasil pengujian diperoleh cocofiber yang panjang namun masih terdapat sisa serbuk yang melekat pada serat. Selain menghasilkan cocofiber, mesin tersebut juga menghasilkan cocopeat yang dapat dimanfaatkan sebagai media tanam.

This study aims to explain the personality competencies of madrasah leaders, authority and the vision of change in leadership in bringing madrasahs towards competitive advantage. This research uses a qualitative approach. Data sources and data collection techniques were obtained from interviews, observations, and documentation. Data analysis was performed using a flow model: data collection, data reduction, presentation and conclusion. The findings of this study indicate that transformative leadership can bring madrasah to play a vital role as educational institutions with competitive Islamic characteristics that have advantages that align with the times' challenges. The transformative leadership of superior madrasah can be found in madrasah leaders who have visionary views, can position themselves as agents of change, can position themselves as the organisation's driving force, can deal with complexity, ambiguity and uncertainty, and have a social vision and thinking skills. Therefore madrasah need to adopt a transformative leadership model to move forward and be competitive in navigating change.

This research was desinged as geological and geomorphological survey. Research located at Nongkojajar in RBI Map and definately in Kecamatan Jabung. The research was conducted to identifying landslide prone area in kecamatan Jabung, Kabupaten Malang. Scoring was earned as calculation methods for classifying landslide prone area. Based on geomorphological, research area divided into four classification; fluvio-plain; mountain footplain; mountain footslope, mountain topslope. The research shows three different landslide susteptible area area i.e. low susteptible area 41.64%; moderate susceptible area 45.93%, and high susceptible area 12.43%. Penelitian ini merupakan penelitian survey geologi dan geomorfologi. Lokasi penelitian terletak pada lembar RBI Nongkojajar dengan wilayah kajian di Kecamatan Jabung. Penelitian dilakukan untuk mengidentifikasi daerah rawan bencana longsor di Kecamatan Jabung, Kabupaten Malang. Metode skoring digunakan sebagai acuan perhitungan tingkat rawan bencana longsor. Berdasarkan aspek geomorfologi, daerah penelitian dikelompokkan menjadi empat satuan bentuklahan yaitu: dataran fluvial, kaki gunungapi, lereng bawah, dan lereng atas. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan tingkat rawan bencana longsor di wilayah kajian yaitu: kerawanan rendah 41,64%, kerawanan sedang 45,93%, dan kerawanan tinggi 12,43%.

This study aims to explain how the employee performance optimization program in Pandu Siwi Sentosa or Pandu Logistic, the application of Islamic spiritual values associated with employee performance optimization, and the application method of Islamic spiritual values in Pandu Logistics. In obtaining the data, the researcher used a qualitative approach. With this approach, researchers can explore more in-depth information from the research informants. The results obtain conclusions that Islamic spirituality values which is applied in relation to the performance optimization is applied through the assessment criteria performance evaluation, work culture, and service aspects which is derived in activities such as lectures, i'tikaf, smoking ban, veiling duty, praying, and sunnah praying.
