Candi Tebing Tegallinggah is a tourist attraction located in Bedulu Village, Blahbatuh District, Gianyar Regency. Since it opened as a tourist attraction at the end of 2019, the level of tourist visits to Candi Tebing Tegallinggah is still relatively low, this is because access to information regarding the existence of Tebing Tegallinggah especially through online media is still very minimal. Story posts and reviews on social media regarding the existence of the Candi Tebing Tegallinggah are still very minimal, until March 2023 there were only 11 story posts and 26 reviews. Therefore, this research is very important to carry out to create a digital tourism website application in the development of the Candi Tebing Tegallinggah. Data collection in this research was carried out using in-depth interviews, observation, and document study methods. The data was analyzed descriptively and qualitatively using the digital tourism concept approach, the concept of potential tourist attractions, the concept of destination development, and the social action theory approach. The results of this research show that the potential tourist attraction of Tebing Tegallinggah is in the form of natural potential, cultural potential, and artificial potential. The digital tourism application for the Candi Tebing Tegallinggah tourist attraction takes the form of a website (https://canditebingtegallingah.id) which contains information regarding the location, history, and general description of the Candi Tebing Tegallinggah which contains virtual tour content. The development of Candi Tebing Tegallinggah as a tourist attraction has had a positive impact on the economy, socio-culture, and the surrounding environment. The application of digital tourism applications in developing the Candi Tebing Tegallinggah is expected to increase the number of tourist visits.

Taxes are the main pillar of government development funding, as mandated by Indonesian law. The primary challenge at Erenos High School in South Tangerang is the lack of taxpayer awareness regarding tax compliance. There is an urgent need to change citizens' perspectives on fiscal education from an early age through systematic strategies, including curriculum and student activities. The education sector has welcomed the Directorate General of Taxes' initiative to include tax education in the curriculum, fostering tax awareness among the younger generation. The implementation process includes several phases: interviews and discussions, module preparation, presentations, training and discussions, and mentoring. The Community Service Team monitored the activities, observing significant student interest in the subject matter presented. The students' enthusiasm and high participation indicated strong curiosity, evidenced by the variety of questions directed at the speakers. The speakers' engagement in asking about the students' tax knowledge was clear from the final evaluation results, showing that 91.8% of participants felt they had begun to understand their responsibilities as taxpayers. This initiative aims to instill a sense of tax awareness early on, ensuring that future generations are well-informed and compliant with tax regulations, ultimately supporting government development efforts.

Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk menganalisis upaya pengembangan keterampilan berpikir inventif melalui pembelajaran IPA pada siswa jenjang sekolah dasar. Penelitian ini tergolong dalam penelitian kepustakaan. Data bersumber dari literatur yang berkaitan dengan kemampuan berpikir inventif, pembelajaran IPA dan siswa sekolah dasar. Setelah data terkumpul dan dipilah maka dilakukan teknik analisis menggunakan teknik analisis isi. Hasil penelitian menyatakan bahwa kemampuan berpikir inventif dapat dikembangkan dalam pembelajaran IPA dengan cara penerapan pembelajaran yang bervariasi, pertanyaan terbuka, menerapkan kemandirian belajar dan pembelajaran IPA yang kontekstual dan berpusat siswa. Peran guru adalah sebagai perancang pembelajaran, motivator dan evaluator.

Tomatoes are climacteric fruits that experience a surge in respiration rate and ethylene production. This condition affects the fruits’ physiological deterioration, shortens their shelf-life, and degrades the quality of tomatoes. The study aimed to enhance the shelf-life of commercial tomatoes with different genetic backgrounds by utilizing the Sletr1-2 mutant, which has a lower sensitivity to ethylene. A randomized block design (RBD) was applied to achieve this goal, where 12 different plant genotypes were considered as treatments, and each treatment was replicated four times. The results showed that fruit shelf-life was extended by crossing commercial tomatoes with Sletr1-2 mutant tomatoes. Genetic variability for all shelf-life characteristics were narrow. In contrast, there were broad phenotypic variability for fruit hardness and weight loss characteristics.

Landslides are the movement of slope-forming material in the form of rocks, debris, soil, or mixed materials that move down or off the slope; this occurs due to high intensity rain on the sliding surface. This research aims to determine the level of landslide vulnerability in Songan B village, Kintamani Bangli sub-district, namely by knowing the structure of the soil layers in landslide-prone areas and knowing the coordinates and depth of the slip plane in the village using the Wenner configuration geoelectric method. Determination of the slip area is obtained based on the difference in resistivity values. The research used three different locations with four trajectories. Resistivity data processing was carried out using Res2dinv software. The interpretation results show that the structure of the soil layers in landslide-prone locations in Songan B Village, Kintamani District, Bangli at locations I, II, and III consist of clay, silt, sand, sandstone, basalt or granite, and andesite. Location I, with coordinates 115°25'1.28"E 8°12'59.92"S-115°25'0.78"E 8°12'58.79"S, there is a slip area with a depth of around 5 m. At location II with coordinates 115°25'6.62"E 8°13'9.14"S-115°25'8.68"E 8°13'9.03"S there is a slip area with a depth of 2-3 m. At location III track 1 with coordinates 115°25'25.45"E 8°13'36.22"S-115°25'28.15"E 8°13'37.77"S there is a slip area with a depth of 4-15 m. At location III track 2 with coordinates 115°25'26.28"E 8°13'36.06"S-115°25'28.43"E 8°13'36.88"S there is a slip plane with a depth of 3-8 m. The material that acts as a sliding plane on the four tracks is sandstone which has a resistivity value of 200-8000 ?m.

Penelitian bertujuan mengetahui pengaruh berbagai kerapatan deleterious rizobakter Pseudomonas aeruginosa A08) sebagai bioherbisida dan pemacu pertumbuhan tanaman kedelai (Glycine max L. Merril). Penelitian dilaksanakan di Desa Jati Bali, Kecamatan Ranomeeto Barat, Kabupaten Konawe Selatan, Provinsi Sulawesi Tenggara. Penelitian secara eksperimen dengan rancangan acak kelompok (RAK), terdiri dari empat taraf yaitu tanpa bakteri (B0), OD 1 (B1), 1,5 (B2) dan 2 (B3), masing-masing dengan empat ulangan. Data dianalisis dengan Anova dan perbedaan antar perlakuan diuji dengan BNJ dengan taraf kepercayaan 95%. Deleterious rizobakteri P. aeruginosa A08 dalam berbagai kepadatan memberi pengaruh yang nyata dalam menekan pertumbuhan gulma dan memacu pertumbuhan tanaman kedelai. Perlakuan terbaik dalam menekan pertumbuhan gulma dipertanaman kedelai diperoleh pada perlakuan B3 (P. aeruginosa A08 OD 2). Sementara Perlakuan terbaik dalam memacu pertumbuhan kedelai diperoleh pada perlakuan B2 (P. aeruginosa A08 OD 1,5) dan B3 (P. aeruginosa A08 OD 2) dibandingkan dengan perlakuan lain dan kontrol.

Rancangan penelitian ini untuk mengetahui aktivitas olahraga permaian dimalam hari di UNIGA dan UPSI dengan menggunakan metode penelitian studi kasus. studi kasus adalah penelitian yang dilakukan terhadap objek yang dilakukan secara seutuhnya, menyeluruh dan mendalam dengan menggunakan berbagai macam sumber data. Jenis penelitian yang dilakukan yaitu dengan dapat dari berbagai sumber seperti survei ke lapangan, jurnal, buku, internet dan pustaka lain. aktivitas olahraga permainan di malam hari menjadi kegiatan yang sering dilakukan untuk mengisi waktu luang yang bagus bagi mahasiswa UNIGA dan UPSI setelah selesai kegiatan di siang hari, juga menghilangkan rasa stres setelah menjalani kegiatan belajar, olahraga malam hari juga dapat membantu siswa untuk mempertahankan dan memperkuat ikatan atau bonding bersama teman-teman, membangun kebersamaan, dan menciptakan kenangan yang berharga.aktivitas olahraga permainan pada malam hari di UNIGA dan UPSI memperoleh hasil sumber dan faktor aktivitas permainan olahraga dapat disimpulkan bahwa tidak ada perbedaan yang signifikan dari aktivitas pada malam hari di universitas kedua tersebut. memiliki berbagai alasan untuk memilih olahraga di malam hari, yaitu: jadwal yang sibuk bagi sebagian pelajar.

To understand and examine Internet Service Company in Bandung pricing and marketing strategies, we conducted this study at one of the internet service providers in Bandung. We employed a quantitative strategy for the inquiry that combined a descriptive and verifiable approach. One of the Bandung internet service providers provided 100 consumers for the survey. The study's path analysis reveals the correctness of the price and marketing variables at one of the Bandung internet service providers. The study's conclusions advise considering the costs and promotions provided by one of the Bandung-based internet service providers. According to the findings, Price (X1) significantly affects Customer Satisfaction (Y). The next factor that significantly affects customer happiness is promotion (X2).

Military District Command (Kodam) / Kodam Jaya is a military district based in the Special Capital City Region (DKI) Jakarta with its headquarters in East Jakarta City. Kodam Jaya is one of the military districts that accepts prospective personnel who is already a member of the Indonesian National Army (TNI) in the DKI Jakarta area and its surroundings. The personnel of Kodam Jaya have high dedication by showing good performance and are able to coordinate between personnel. However, the work performance shown by Kodam Jaya personnel is less committed to work, as evidenced by the reluctance to be transferred to the other sub-units that are still within the Jaya Regional Military Command. Given these problems, this research is to find out the results of the analysis of the influence of the recruitment process and personnel loyalty in determining the work commitment of personnel on duty at Kodam Jaya. This study used a descriptive-quantitative method, with 133 respondents who were known to be from the Kodam Jaya personnel. By using the Slovin formula in sampling, the study uses regression analysis to find out the relationship between variables. The results of this research, it was found that the recruitment process and loyalty can determine the work commitment of Kodam Jaya personnel with high influence. However, the recruitment process has a very low influence on the work commitment of Kodam Jaya personnel.

Palm Fatty Acid Distillate (PFAD) is a by-product of palm oil processing that contains essential components such as oleic acid, palmitic acid, and linoleic acid. Oleic acid is a saturated fatty acid that is present in high concentrations in PFAD. To extract oleic acid from PFAD, we used polar solvents such as methanol-water, acetone-water, and acetonitrile-water, and maintained the polar-non-polar solvent equilibrium with water. We measured the quality of the extracted fatty acids using the iodine number. Our results show that the use of methanol as a solvent produced fatty acid extracts with the highest iodine number (88.67 g I2/100g sample) at a 71:29 methanol-water ratio. Acetone-water was found to be the worst solvent for obtaining good saturated fatty acid components (54.27 g I2/ 100g sample) at the same ratio. We then conducted further experiments using non-polar solvents (acetone-water and acetonitrile-water) with crystallization. The resulting saturated fatty acids had a high iodine number (91.92 g I2/ 100g sample), and the oleic acid content was calculated to be 80.62%. Gas chromatography confirmed an oleic acid content of 82.3%. These findings suggest that PFAD can be a viable source of oleic acid, and the choice of solvent can significantly impact the quality of the extracted fatty acids.

Positivism has developed and dominated the flow of legal thought to this day. This study aims to examine the implications of positivism for law and its enforcement. The implications of positivism for the development of jurisprudence put the system of legislation into its ontological aspects. The epistemology is doctrinal-deductive putting his argument on the application of the structure of positive norms into the structure of concrete legal cases. The consequence is on the axiological aspect, it only craves legal certainty. Law enforcement in Indonesia which is influenced by legal positivism seems to fail to bring about justice. On many occasions it shows that it has not been able to combine legal certainty and justice. Judges in deciding a case, tend to only consider the sound of the law, without considering the values or norms that live in society.

COVID-19 pandemic accelerated the transformation of education and forced the digitalization of education to create effective learning. The understanding of complex chemical structures and reactions holds great significance in the realm of chemistry education. Benzene and its derivatives are particularly challenging topics that require a robust representation approach. The research aims to develop and assess the feasibility of Google Sites-based multiple representations learning media on benzene and its derivatives material. The research utilized the Research and Development (R&D) approach, adhering to the ADDIE (analysis, design, development, implementation, and evaluation) development model. The research was carried out until the development stage. The developed learning media effectively integrated three levels of chemical representation for benzene and its derivatives, utilizing various features such as text, animation, video, 3D molecular simulation, and images. The validation conducted by content and media experts indicated that the learning media is valid with scores of 95.8% and 92.5%, respectively, with excellent category. Furthermore, the product quality assessment conducted by experts and students' responses showed that media could be used practically, with percentages of 95% and 95% as excellent categories. These findings confirm the suitability of the developed learning media for facilitating students' understanding of benzene and its derivatives during the learning process.

This study analyzes the rise of online gambling among department primary teacher education students at Universitas Nusantara PGRI Kediri. The method used in this research is descriptive qualitative. The data collection technique used is observation or observation and in-depth interviews. The informants in this study were as many as 32 students. Online gambling is popular among students: slot gambling and soccer betting. Then players who play online gambling have several factors that make them play, namely: 1) Lack of understanding of religion, 2) Social factors, 3) Economic factors, 4) Lack of education factor, and 5) The influence of technology. In addition, researchers also found negative impacts from online gambling, namely: 1) Addiction, 2) Mental disorders, 3) Decreased economic level, and 4) Lots of debt. In this study, there are also efforts to prevent someone from online gambling, namely: 1) Looking for busyness, 2) Looking for a new environment, 3) Working well with finances, 4) Socialization, 5) Studying religion, 6) Wise in using the internet. Analisis Fenomenologis Maraknya Judi Online di Kalangan Mahasiswa di Kediri Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis maraknya judi online dikalangan mahasiswa Pendidikan Guru Sekolah Dasar Universitas Nusantara PGRI Kediri. Metode yang digunakan pada penelitian ini adalah kualitatif deskriptif. Teknik pengumpulan data yang digunakan adalah observasi atau pengamatan dan wawancara mendalam. Informan dalam penelitian ini sebayak 32 mahasiswa. Ada dua bentuk judi online yang marak dikalangan mahasiswa yaitu judi slot dan judi bola. Lalu pemain yang bermain judi online memiliki beberapa faktor yang membuat mereka bermain yaitu: 1) Faktor kurangnya pemahaman agama, 2) Faktor pergaulan, 3) Faktor ekonomi, 4) Faktor kurangnya Pendidikan, 5) Pengaruh teknologi. Selain itu peneliti juga menemukan dampak negatif dari judi online yaitu : 1) Kecanduan, 2) Gangguan mental, 3) Penurunan taraf ekonomi, 4) Banyak berhutang. Pada penelitian ini juga terdapat upaya agar seseorang terhindar dari judi online yaitu : 1) Mencari kesibukan, 2) Mencari lingkungan baru, 3) Mengatur keuangan dengan baik, 4) Sosialisasi, 5) Belajar agama, 6) Bijaksana dalam menggunakan internet.

Indonesia has 106.9 million active TikTok users aged 18 and above. TikTok is designed for engagement in many ways, as it actively encourages two-way communication and eye-catching content. Uploaded content must have its uniqueness variable. In increasing the engagement of a TikTok account, criteria are chosen based on the COBRA concept (consuming, contributing, and creating) and alternatives based on social media content trends in Indonesia (tutorial, educational, a day in my life, behind the scene dan tips and trick). This research was conducted by implementing the Analytic Hierarchy Process (AHP) method to select the content that must be prioritized to get engagement from the wider community. From the data processing results obtained, tutorial content is the best content in increasing engagement results, especially TikTok. Content that has the lowest engagement is behind the scene content. Further research can be carried out through a group decision support system with various related experts. It can also be combined with the BORDA, TOPSIS, and Profile Matching methods to optimize ranking results.

Internet of Things (IoT) merupakan konsep terbaru dalam ranah teknologi dan informasi komunikasi dengan fondasinya berdasarkan pada pertukaran informasi antara objek-objek pintar. Komunikasi dalam lingkup IoT memiliki peran penting untuk saling terhubung dengan beberapa perangkat untuk mengirimkan pesan. Teknologi yang secara khusus menargetkan situasi di mana cakupan area yang luas dengan biaya penerapan yang rendah dan konsumsi daya yang rendah menggunakan frekuensi radio ialah LoRa. LoRa dioptimalkan untuk implementasi pada perangkat dengan sumber daya yang terbatas, namun pada penerapan IoT, keamanan data menjadi tantangan selain keterbatasan sumber daya. Pengamanan data dapat dilakukan dengan algoritme hashing seperti algoritme SPONGENT. Algoritme SPONGENT dipilih untuk menjamin integritas data. Berdasarkan hasil penelitian, algoritme SPONGENT telah berhasil diimplementasikan sebagai keamanan integritas data pada LoRa. Pengujian terhadap keamanan data dengan pengujian serangan aktif berhasil dilakukan karena ketika penyerang mengirimkan data yang sudah diubah, telah dilakukan pengecekan pada gateway dan data yang dihasilkan tidak valid. Algoritme SPONGENT menunjukkan kinerja yang lebih baik dari Algoritme QUARK berdasarkan kinerja waktu hashing. Abstract The Internet of Things (IoT) is a recent concept in the realm of technology and information communication, built on the foundation of information exchange among smart objects. Communication within the scope of IoT has an important role to connect with multiple devices to send messages. Technology that specifically targets situations where large area coverage with low deployment costs and low power consumption use a radio frequency is LoRa. LoRa is optimized for implementation on limited resource devices, but in IoT deployment, data security becomes a challenge in addition to resource limitations. Data security can be done with hashing algorithms such as SPONGENT algorithm. The SPONGENT algorithm was chosen to ensure data integrity. Based on the research results, the SPONGENT algorithm has been successfully implemented as data integrity security in LoRa. Testing of data security with active attack testing is successful because when the attacker sends the modified data, it has been checked on the gateway node and the resulting data is invalid. SPONGENT algorithm shows better performance than QUARK algorithm based on hashing time performance.

The inability of educators at the MTSN 2 Langkat school to understand changes to the independent learning curriculum has an impact on the inaccuracy of preparing learning modules that are in accordance with the changing curriculum. Many terms in the new curriculum require a new understanding and a change in learning focus which focuses more on developing student competencies and a sustainable learning process. The aim of this activity is to facilitate teachers and improve skills at MTsN 2 Langkat in designing learning modules that are in accordance with the Merdeka Curriculum, so that the learning process can be planned effectively and optimally. The methods used in this activity are socialization, education, training and evaluation of the creation of teaching modules. The implementation of this community service has achieved an increase in the soft skills of educators in compiling teaching modules for the independent learning curriculum at MTSN 2 Langkat. The results of the implementation of PKM activities show that the training activities ran smoothly and the activity participants were enthusiastic in participating in the training. The positive benefits obtained from this activity include increased understanding of the independent learning curriculum as well as new knowledge related to preparing learning modules that are in accordance with the latest curriculum. This activity received good interest from partners because the material was easy to understand, right on target and the activity duration was adequate.

Kesehatan reproduksi merupakan hal yang perlu dipahami oleh setiap remaja. Akan tetapi, pendidikan kesehatan reproduksi masih dianggap tabu di Indonesia, terlebih oleh orang tua. Akibatnya, banyak remaja yang tidak tahu soal sistem reproduksi, baik itu dari fungsinya ataupun cara menjaganya. Selain itu, dari kurangnya pengetahuan tersebut remaja dapat terjerumus kepada perilaku berisiko seperti merokok, minum minuman beralkohol, narkoba bahkan seks pranikah. Sehingga, penting bagi remaja untuk memperoleh informasi tersebut dari sumber yang benar. Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui gambaran tingkat pengetahuan remaja dan sumber informasi terhadap kesehatan reproduksi. Jenis penelitian ini adalah survei deskriptif berupa pengamatan dan pengukuran variabel tingkat pengetahuan dan sumber informasi kesehatan reproduksi, sedangkan responden penelitian ini adalah remaja putri usia 15-19 tahun yang berada di lingkungan Madrasah Aliyah Qamarul Huda Bagu dengan jumlah sebanyak 29 orang. Teknik pengambilan sampel pada penelitian ini menggunakan non-probability sampling. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa sebagian besar responden memiliki pengetahuan yang baik yakni 62.1%, kemudian responden dengan tingkat pengetahuan cukup sebanyak 31.0%, dan responden dengan tingkat pengetahuan kurang sebanyak 2 responden (6.9%). Sedangkan, sumber informasi kesehatan reproduksi responden terbanyak diperoleh dari internet sebanyak 24 responden (82.7%) dan yang paling sedikit diperoleh dari orang tua sebanyak 9 reponden (17.3%). Kesimpulan yang didapatkan dari penelitian ini bahwa rata-rata tingkat pengetahuan remaja putri (siswi) MA Qamarul Huda Bagu berada pada kategori baik. Sedangkan, sumber informasi terbanyak tentang kesehatan reproduksi diperoleh remaja dari internet, kedepan studi yang diharapkan dapat mengamati pengaruh sejauh mana peran peer group support dalam hal ini remaja Gen Z sebagai kelompok yang dapat memberikan dampak sebaran informasi dari kesehatan reproduksi remaja di lingkungannya.

This service activity aims to empower the community in the health sector through Jatekdarsi education so that they can maintain their blood pressure conditions, understand the problem of hypertension, and treatment efforts to prevent complications due to hypertension. The method used was counseling with service partners, namely residents of Raharja village, Kota Banjar. The evaluation instrument for this activity used pre-test and post-test as well as blood pressure examination, which was then analyzed descriptively. The results of this service indicated that the level of knowledge of citizens about hypertension was excellent. It was indicated by the pre-test (75%) and post-test (90%). From the results of the examination of hypertension from 43 respondents who were present, it was known that 33% had high blood pressure (hypertension), 2% had low blood pressure (hypotension), and the rest (65%) had normal blood pressure. These results indicated that the health condition of the residents of Raharja village was quite good. Furthermore, it is hoped that the community can maintain this condition to avoid complications due to hypertension.

Improve the service quality of tourism actors by conducting sentiment analysis on digital platforms owned by tourism businesses and collecting negative sentiments to improve the quality of services from companies owned by tourism businesses. The growth of the hospitality industry in Indonesia is experiencing rapid growth every year. The tourism industry, part of the hospitality industry, also does not escape the influence of positive and negative sentiments. One method to perform accurate sentiment analysis is Backpropagation Neural Network. Based on the results of tests on the neural network, the best accuracy is obtained when using one hidden layer with the first layer of 10 neurons. The learning rate is 0.000002, where the accuracy is 71.630%. More epochs do not guarantee better accuracy. Based on the results of the research that has been done, suggestions for further researchers are to analyze the review dataset processing method so that it gets a cleaner dataset and is expected to improve better accuracy.

Tujuan penelitian ini adalah: Apakah sangat tinggi, tinggi, rendah dan sangat rendah dukungan orangtua berpengaruh terhadap minat belajar siswa?. Metode penelitian korelasional dengan pendekatan kuantitatif. Populasi dan sampel adalah siswa kelas VI SDN sebanyak 17 siswa, teknik total sampling. Lokasi penelitian dilakukan di SDN Mojoroto 4 Kota Kediri. Instrumen yang digunakan adalah angket. Teknik analisis data menggunakan korelasi product moment dan persentase. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa: 1) Sangat tinggi dukungan orangtua berpengaruh terhadap minat belajar siswa. Pada kategori dukungan sangat tinggi sebanyak 1 siswa (5,9%) dengan minat belajar sangat tinggi sebanyak 13 siswa (76,5%),) Tinggi dukungan orangtua berpengaruh terhadap minat belajar siswa. Dukungan orangtua terhadap minat belajar pada kategori tinggi dengan nilai rata-rata pada dukungan orangtua sebesar 168.00 sedangkan minat belajar sebesar 130.64. dalam kategori dukungan orangtua mayoritas pada kategori tinggi sebanyak 8 siswa (47,1%) dengan minat belajar tinggi sebanyak 4 siswa (23,5%). 3) Rendahnya dukungan orangtua berpengaruh terhadap minat belajar siswa. Pada kategori dukungan rendah sebanyak 5 siswa (29,4%) mendapatkan dukungan rendah dari orang tua dengan cukup minat belajar sebanyak 0 siswa (0%). 4) Sangat rendahnya dukungan orangtua berpengaruh terhadap minat belajar siswa. Pada kategori dukungan sangat rendah sebanyak sebanyak 3 siswa (17,6%) dengan tidak minat belajar sebanyak 0 siswa (0%).

Penyelenggaraan pendidikan hukum di Indonesia saat ini dilengkapi Clinical Legal Education (CLE) di dalamnya. Pendidikan tinggi hukum diharapkan menyiapkan lulusan hukum yang tidak hanya bertugas sebagai penjaga Undang-undang atau aturan hukum atau yang lebih ekstrem dikenal sebagai “corong undang-undang”. Konsekuensinya, penegakan hukum yang demikian hanya akan tunduk pada prosedur-prosedur yang telah ditetapkan. Maka, dibutuhkan konsep pengembangan CLE yang menyiapkan penegak hukum yang berkhidmat pada keadilan substansial. Tujuan dari tulisan ini adalah untuk mengembangkan konsep clinical legal education berbasis pendekatan hukum yang berkeadilan. Kesimpulan yang dapat disampaikan adalah CLE yang ideal diterapkan adalah menggunakan pendekatan doktrinal yang mengedepankan pendekatan yuridis-filosofis. Pendekatan ini menggunakan analisis ajaran-ajaran dasar suatu norma untuk mewujudkan penyelesaian kasus hukum yang berlandasakan pada nilai-nilai keadilan. Selain pendekatan doktrinal, mengenalkan pendekatan non doktrinal yang berpayung pada paradigma konstruktivisme. Hukum dalam pendekatan ini dikonsepkan secara kontekstual, relatif atau plural yang berdasarkan pada pengalaman sosial, individual, lokal dan spesifik. Dengan pendekatan ini, nantinya diharapkan mewujudkan nilai-nilai keadilan sebagai tujuan utama, dalam penyelesaian permasalahan-permasalahan hukum yang dihadapkan kepadanya.

E-commerce has now also penetrated agricultural products, including hydroponic vegetables. This study aims to determine the marketing mix strategy of hydroponic vegetables at Kebun Sehati that uses e-commerce in its marketing. Kebun Sehati as a newcomer in hydroponic vegetable e-commerce in Yogyakarta of course has strengths and, weaknesses, and has opportunities and threats in running its business. The marketing mix which includes the product, price, place, and promotion is an important factor in this business. This research is descriptive. Respondents in this study consisted of the management of Kebun Sehati who was taken by the census method, and the determination of the consumer sample was carried out by the accidental sampling method. The total number of samples in the study was 85 respondents. The analytical method to determine the strategy of developing a hydroponic vegetable marketing mix in Kebun Sehati uses SWOT analysis. From the results of this study, it can be concluded that the right strategy for the development of hydroponic vegetable marketing at Kebun Sejati is an aggressive strategy which includes: (1) Increasing product variety and freshness, as well as providing guarantees by utilizing community assistance to expand the market; (2) Setting prices that are affordable and following quality to expand the market; (3) Using applications in the play store to serve consumers who are information technology literate; (4) Conduct promotions with complete attributes on various social media to increase consumer awareness of healthy food ingredients. This study aims to produce educational media based on Augmented Reality (AR) on the photosynthesis material used in PGSD students at Nusantara PGRI Kediri University who are taking the basic concepts of Science (IPA) 2. The type of development research model used in this study is the Borg Gall model and Lee Owen with the stages of research and data collection, planning, product development, design validation, design revision. However this research is only limited to design revision after expert validation, this is due to limited research time. The instrument used in this research activity was a validity questionnaire (media expert, material expert, and linguist). Data analysis used in this research activity is descriptive qualitative data analysis and qualitative descriptive. The results of the research obtained from the media expert validator were 73 or 91%, the score of the results of the validation of the Photosynthesis material expert was 37 or 92%, and the score of the results of the validation of the linguists was 38 or 95%. Background: Dental and oral health have an important role on overall body health, because it can affect someone's physical and psychological condition. The common tooth and mouth disease is periodontal disease. The main cause of periodontal disease is due to the presence of colonizing microorganisms in dental plaque. Gingivitis is a periodontal disease that is commonly found in the community. Review: Aloe vera as an herbal plant has many benefits because of its properties, such as; antiseptic, antioxidant, anti-inflammatory, analgesic, antimicrobial, and wound healing. Purpose: The purpose of this literature review is to identify the potential use of Aloe vera toothpaste as an herbal alternative for oral health. Conclusion: Toothpaste containing Aloe vera has been shown to inhibit plaque formation, due to its saponin compound. Aloe vera toothpaste can also significantly reduce the gingival index.

The method used consists of 3 stages, namely; (1) FGD with rattan craftsmen; (2) Provide training to create and operate business Instagram with link_tree; (3) Provide consultation and assistance so that online businesses can run independently. The results of the activity showed that there was an increase in knowledge and technopreneurship skills in the rattan craftsman group by 50%, after having an online business account the craftsman's attitude became more optimistic in facing the future, the formation of business Instagram marketing media with link_tree to increase sales of rattan handicrafts.

Pemanfaatan teknologi informasi membantu dunia pendidikan dalam mengolah data untuk mendukung pengambilan keputusan terhadap permasalahan yang sedang dihadapi. Salah satu upaya untuk meningkatkan kualitas lulusan dalam bidang pendidikan di perguruan tinggi adalah melalui Program Kreativitas Mahasiswa (PKM) yang diselenggarakan oleh Direktorat Jenderal Pendidikan Tinggi. PKM merupakan upaya yang dikembangkan untuk menumbuhkan, mewadahi, dan mewujudkan ide kreatif serta inovatif mahasiswa, hal ini dapat mengantarkan mahasiswa menjadi pribadi yang tahu dan taat aturan, kreatif, inovatif dan obektif kooperatif dalam membangun keragaman intelektual. Sejak awal terselenggarakannya PKM di Institut Teknologi Telkom Purwokerto, proses bisnis belum sepenuhnya didukung oleh teknologi informasi. Pengumpulan berkas dalam bentuk hard copy mengakibatkan adanya penumpukan data, dan segala informasi terkait kebutuhan data belum mempunyai tempat penyimpanan yang efisien jika sewaktu-waktu pengguna membutuhkan data dengan cepat, selain itu juga adanya penyimpanan data dapat membantu pengelola untuk menghindari adanya redundancy data. Hal tersebut tentunya dapat menghambat proses bisnis yang ada baik dari sisi pengelola maupun sisi mahasiswa. Adanya penelitian ini bertujuan untuk merancang sebuah sistem yang terkomputerisasi agar proses bisnis dapat berjalan dan terdokumentasikan dengan baik dan efektif dengan menggunakan metode Extreme Programming (XP). Metode XP melakukan pendekatan secara sistematis dan urut mulai dari level planning, design, coding dan testing. Metode ini memberikan sebuah fleksibilitas kepada user dengan melibatkan user secara langsung. Hasil penelitian berupa rancangan sistem informasi berbasis website yang dapat memudahkan pengguna dalam menjalankan proses bisnis, dengan didukung blackbox testing yang mendapatkan hasil valid/sesuai. Background: Indonesia is facing COVID-19 waves in almost all provinces. Based on data from the COVID-19 Response Acceleration Task Force, there were 57 districts with a compliance level of wearing a mask by less than 60%, while 51 districts had a compliance level of keeping distance and avoiding crowds by less than 60%. Objective: The aim of this study is to analyze the effect of the Health Promotion Model (HPM) in increasing people’s compliance level on the implementation of COVID-19 health protocols. Methods: Quasi-experiment with a single-group interrupted time-series design was conducted in June-September 2021 in West Lombok district and Central Lombok district, West Nusa Tenggara Province. The samples were 326 respondents from purposive sampling with criteria: adult group or elderly of the healthy category and not being positively confirmed of COVID-19. Interior design is a process of conditioning a specific atmosphere, which relates to the concept of 'staging space.' As interior design is inherently designed to create an illusory world, the 'illusive, simulative' space can be used interchangeably with the real-imagined space of interior design and cinema. This article will examine three horror films to focus on how interior mise-en-scene is used to create a horror atmosphere. The films A Mother's Love, Tatami, and POB embodied semantic meanings into their spatial settings, serving as a projection of the characters; psyche, and story plots. A rhetorical visual method is used to interpret the relationship between spatial language, camera angle, character, and story plot. The research discovers that spatial language is an instrument of terror, as repeated patterns of liminal space, backlighting lights, and dream scene metaphors enhance the properties and camera angles to elicit an emotion of horror.

The process of selecting from many alternatives to the criteria is a decision that is often determined in decision making. The criteria for which criteria can consist of many attributes are used by decision-makers in making the selection or are called multi-criteria decision making (MADM ). Determining the Artist Music Festival at an event has quite a complicated difficulty, because the assessment of the criteria is heterogeneous. The spider web's approach to integrating criteria results in the selection of the artist form that attracts the most attention, and public interest. Model AHP use of multi-attributes is used in selecting artists to perform at music festivals, selecting artists using criteria, namely Number of Followers (C1), stamp C2, Average Popular Tracks (C3), Average Youtube Viewers (C4), and the price of the artist (C5). Data on the number of followers, popularity, average popular tracks, and average YouTube viewers were obtained using the Spotify and Youtube APIs. The settlement method applied is the Analytical Hierarchy Process (AHP) and the Rating Scale algorithm, with an alternative using five samples of Indonesian artists. The research results are expected to provide recommendations for artists as performers in the music festival.

The purpose of this study was to obtain information regarding the implementation of learning during the Covid-19 pandemic period in college. This research activity uses a type of library research which means that in obtaining data in the form of information on relevant matters from various sources such as documents, books, magazines, news, and others. The criteria for selected articles and news are those that discuss the implementation of learning during the Covid-19 pandemic in college. From the 10 sources obtained, then the most relevant were selected so that 7 articles were obtained. The results obtained in this study indicate that the implementation of learning during the Covid-19 pandemic in college can be carried out properly and effectively using online learning. Another finding is that the Covid-19 pandemic is a momentum for lecturers and students to start and familiarize online learning with various learning applications. And there are many online learning applications, but the applications that are widely used are the Google Classroom and Whatsapp applications

The world is currently plagued by the Covid-19 pandemic. This situation causes the need for information as an essential thing for the public. KawalCOVID19 is one of the alternative media that contains information, education, and verification purposes regarding the Covid-19 pandemic in Indonesia, therefore good management of alternative media must be carried out by its managers. The purpose of this research is to find out how the management of KawalCOVID19 alternative media handles information about the Covid-19 pandemic. This research is a qualitative study with a descriptive method. The result of this study is that KawalCOVID19's alternative media management from the aspect of content, production, and distribution has a variety of unique features that distinguish it from mainstream media. In terms of content, KawalCOVID19 is neutral and offers a graphical display that makes it easier for readers to find out more information related to the Covid-19 pandemic. In the production aspect, the entire production process is carried out in full online collaboration of data, content, and technology teams. In the distribution aspect, KawalCOVID19 collaborates with various communities and NGOs, and uses social media to reach a wider audience. The management of KawalCOVID19 which is different from most other media, especially mainstream media during the pandemic shows that further studies are still viable regarding alternative media during the pandemic.

Pendahuluan: Periodontitis apikalis adalah peradangan dan kerusakan jaringan pada daerah apikal jaringan periodonsium. Terjadi akibat pulpa nekrosis mengalami perluasan infeksi dari bakteri saluran akar menuju apeks gigi. Penelitian terdahulu membuktikan bahwa periodontitis apikalis dapat dikaitkan dengan peningkatan kadar interleukin-6. Interleukin-6 adalah salah satu sitokin pro-inflamatori yang mempunyai peran penting dalam respon inflamasi. Tujuan penelitian menganalisis perbedaan kadar interleukin-6 dalam darah vena antara pasien dengan periodontitis apikalis dan pasien tanpa periodontitis apikalis. Metode: Jenis penelitian observasional analitik dengan dua puluh sampel stok darah vena yang terdiri atas 10 sampel darah vena pasien dengan periodontitis apikalis dan 10 sampel darah vena pasien tanpa periodontitis apikalis. Serum darah yang telah dipisahkan dengan metode sentrifugasi dipakai sebagai sampel uji enzyme-linked immunosorbent assay (ELISA) sandwich untuk mengukur kadar IL-6 dengan membaca nilai absorbansi dan kurva standar. Data yang diperoleh dianalisis menggunakan uji Shapiro-Wilk, dilanjutkan dengan uji T tidak berpasangan. Hasil: Kadar IL-6 teridentifikasi pada semua sampel. Sampel darah vena pasien tanpa periodontitis apikalis memiliki kadar IL-6 berkisar antara 4,7-18,74 mg/L, sedangkan kadar IL-6 pada pasien dengan periodontitis apikalis 4,0-90,75 mg/L. Uji T tidak berpasangan menunjukan bahwa terdapat perbedaan yang bermakna (p=0.02). Simpulan: Kadar IL-6 pada darah vena dengan periodontitis apikalis lebih tinggi dibandingkan kadar IL-6 pada tanpa periodontitis apikalis. Occurs due to pulp necrosis experiencing an expansion of infection from root canal bacteria to the apex of the tooth. Previous studies have shown that apical periodontitis can be associated with elevated levels of interleukin-6. Interleukin-6 is a pro-inflammatory cytokine that has a vital role in the inflammatory response. The study aimed to analyze differences in interleukin-6 levels in venous blood between patients with apical periodontitis and patients without apical periodontitis. Methods: This research was an analytic observational study with twenty venous blood samples consisting of 10 venous blood samples from patients with apical periodontitis and ten venous blood samples from patients without apical periodontitis. Blood serum that has been separated by centrifugation method was used as a sandwich enzyme-linked immunosorbent assay (ELISA) test sample to measure IL-6 levels by reading absorbance values and standard curves. The data obtained were analyzed using the Shapiro-Wilk test, followed by an unpaired T-test. Results: IL-6 levels were identified in all samples. Venous blood samples from patients without apical periodontitis had IL-6 levels ranging from 4.7-18.74 mg/L, while IL-6 levels in patients with apical periodontitis were 4.0-90.75 mg/L. The unpaired t-test showed that there was a significant difference (p=0.02). Conclusion: IL-6 levels in venous blood with apical periodontitis were higher than IL-6 levels in those without apical periodontitis. Technology becomes a part of today’s lifestyles. Improving the quality of memorizing is significantly related to the development of learning resources through technological innovation. Educational games are one of the learning resources that can improve the memorization skills of PG/Kindergarten students. The purpose of this study was to develop an Android-based educational game as learning media and assess their effectiveness. The development model used was the ADDIE model. This research was conducted at Daar Al Husna PG/Kindergarten in Malang. Validation by material and media experts showed that the Android-based educational developed was very good and worthy of use. Identification of genetic diversity using molecular markers is important for basic information for plant conservation. Banana is a fruit bearing plants that important for food sources in human life. This study aimed to determine the optimum conditions of PCR-RAPD reaction and RAPD primers that suitable to amplify DNA fragmens. DNA isolation was done using modified of CTAB and chloroform isoamil alcohol. The samples used was young leaves of nine banana cultivar plants. Optimation was done using variety of DNA and MgCl2 concentration. Eight primers produced by Operon Primer Technology were tested. The DNA genomic concentration obtained was in the range of 23,3 ng/µl – 70 ng/µl. The optimum conditions of PCR-RAPD of banana plants that produce clear band were 50 ng/µl DNA template, 3 mM MgCl2 with the number of thermal cycles was 40 x. There were six RAPD primers that successfully amplified DNA : OPA 02, OPA 04, OPB 12, OPD 20, OPH 01, and OPH 03. The primer OPA-04 had the lowest resolving power value (4,4) , while OPH 01 had the highest (11,3) resolving power.

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis biaya subsidi dan peluang implementasi Buy the Service (BTS) untuk Bus Rapid Transit (BRT) di Kota Padang Panjang. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode kuantitatif dengan pendekatan deskriptif. Pengumpulan data primer meliputi observasi dan penyebaran kuesioner kepada responden pengguna angkutan umum dan non angkutan umum. Informasi yang diperoleh dari penyebaran kuesioner adalah asal tujuan, karakteristik perilaku angkutan umum, dan kemauan membayar masyarakat terhadap moda angkutan umum yang mengikuti standar pelayanan angkutan umum. Biaya operasional kendaraan umum diperoleh dari hasil survey biaya pokok angkutan umum yang terdiri dari biaya langsung dan tidak langsung. Hasil penelitian ini merumuskan 3 (tiga) skenario lintasan jalur utama dan analisis biaya penyelenggaraan BTS yang memenuhi Standar Pelayanan Minimal (SPM). Estimasi biaya subsidi untuk implementasi BTS di tiga koridor utama adalah 10,09 miliar, dengan biaya subsidi tertinggi berada di koridor 1 yaitu sebesar 4,41 miliar namun memiliki headway yang lebih kecil dibandingkan dua koridor lainnya. Hasil penelitian ini juga merekomendasikan perlunya sosialisasi secara terus menerus kepada masyarakat terkait kemudahan dan kenyamanan penggunaan BRT serta penyamaan persepsi antara pemerintah daerah dan operator terkait mekanisme pemberian subsidi BRT.

Bali is an island situated among the Indonesian archipelago with huge potential to host mangrove forests. Using remote sensing technology advances, satellite images, such as Landsat images, might be employed to analyse mangrove forest distribution and density. This paper presents an analysis of mangrove distribution in Badung Regency and Denpasar City, Bali, as a basis for the management and conservation of mangrove ecosystems. This study used Landsat 8 OLI images and a vegetation index to analyse the mangrove forest distribution and density in this area. It started by identifying mangrove forests using the RGB 564 band and continued to distinguish between mangrove and non-mangrove objects using unsupervised classification, before analysing mangrove density using the NDVI formula. The results show that the mangrove forest area in 2020 was 1,269.20 ha, with an accuracy rate of 83%. Mangroves were found on the deepest or most curved coastline of the Benoa Bay area, on enclosed waters. This distribution follows the river network in the lower reach, which has thick deposits and is uninfluenced by large currents and waves. Based on the vegetation index analysis results, the mangrove forest area observed mainly had a moderate density, with a total area of 510.85 ha (40%), followed by high density (413.15 ha/ 33%) and low density (340.51 ha/ 27%).

The Satria Agency for Social Rehabilitation of Drug Abuse Victims (BRSKPN) is a Technical Implementation Unit of the Ministry of Social Affairs of the Republic of Indonesia, which has the task of carrying out social rehabilitation for victims of drug abuse, and focuses on helping improve social roles and functions, as well as recovery of victims of drug abuse. The business processes carried out by the management of the Satria BRSKPN Office consist of viewing, editing, printing service data, administrative data, assessment data, WHOQOL data and others. There were problems that occurred in the rehabilitation process at the Satria BRSKPN Office, including the use of manual forms on paper sheets for the process of managing and documenting rehabilitation data. In this case, a rehabilitation information system is needed to improve rehabilitation services. The purpose of this research is to produce an information system for the rehabilitation of drug abuse victims. The information system is designed using the waterfall method. The waterfall method has the requirements definition stages, system and software design, implementation and unit testing, integration and system testing, and operation and maintenance. The results showed that the rehabilitation information system could be implemented in the BRSKPN Satria Office with the waterfall method that had been tested through the operation and maintenance stages. The rehabilitation information system was able to improve the management and distribution of information in order to facilitate the decision-making process at the Satria BRSKPN Office rehabilitation services.

There are lots of Nusa Dua tourism accommodation and it is interesting to be visited by domestic and foreign tourists. The author considers the need for a special portal to provide information about geography Nusa Dua tourism accommodation, in addition to this, it can also increase the interest of foreign tourists to travel with complete information without worrying. An android-based Nusa Dua tourism accommodation information system was created to provide broad information about the availability of the accommodation places in Nusa Dua. This geography information system was built using the waterfall method starting with the needs analysis, system design, coding, and testing stages. The information system built can run and function well in accordance with the needs of tourists, where the system can support tourism activities. The system is able to provide information in the form of writing, pictures and payments to increase the interest of foreign tourists visiting, especially in Nusa Dua.

Abstrak Sistem informasi rehabilitasi korban penyalahgunaan NAPZA merupakan sebuah sistem yang dibangun oleh developer systems untuk mengelola dan mendistribusikan informasi guna mempermudah pengambilan keputusan oleh pihak manajemen Kantor BRSKPN Satria. Dalam penerapan tahap awal sistem informasi rehabilitasi, pihak manajemen melakukan pengukuran guna mendapatkan feedback terhadap pengalaman pengguna sistem. Sistem ini telah digunakan selama satu bulan sebagai tahap awal penerapan. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode HEART framework untuk mengukur pengalaman pengguna dengan lima variabel, yaitu Happiness, Engagement, Adoption, Retention, dan Task Success. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan variabel Happiness 50% Sangat Setuju, variabel Engagement 43% Sangat Setuju, variabel Adoption 45% Sangat Setuju, variabel Retention 34% Sangat Setuju, dan Task Success 38% Sangat Setuju. Hasil menunjukkan tiga dari lima variabel HEART framework bernilai sangat setuju, yang memiliki arti sistem informasi rehabilitasi yang telah dievaluasi dapat diterima berdasarkan pengalaman pengguna. Sistem informasi rehabilitasi telah dilakukan pengukuran dan menunjukkan level usability pada kriteria “very high” dengan menggunakan Correlation Coefficient berdasarkan lima variabel HEART framework. In implementing the early stages of the rehabilitation information system, the management takes measurements in order to get feedback on the experience of the system users. This system has been in use for one month as an initial stage of implementation. This study uses the HEART framework method to measure user experience with five variables, namely Happiness, Engagement, Adoption, Retention, and Task Success. The results of this study indicate the variable Happiness 50% Strongly Agree, 43% Strongly Agree Engagement variable, 45% Strongly Agree Adoption variable, 34% Strongly Agree Retention variable, and 38% Strongly Agree Task Success variable. The results show that three of the five HEART framework variables are highly agree, which means that the rehabilitation information system that has been evaluated is acceptable based on user experience. The rehabilitation information system has been measured and shows the level of usability on the “very high” criteria using the Correlation Coefficient based on the five HEART framework variables. Pada sepsis, endothelial glycocalyx (EG), dapat rusak dan luruh melepaskan syndecan-1 ke dalam plasma. Kerusakan EG akan mengganggu mikrosirkulasi, menimbulkan hipoperfusi jaringan, dan meningkatkan kadar laktat. Gangguan profil lipid pada sepsis terjadi karena gangguan metabolisme dan kerusakan langsung hepatosit akibat meluruhnya EG. Penelitian ini bermaksud menganalisis syndecan-1, laktat, dan profil lipid sebagai faktor risiko keparahan dan mortalitas pada pasien sepsis. Penelitian ini adalah penelitian analitik observasional pada 39 pasien dewasa yang memenuhi kritera sepsis-3. Keparahan sepsis diklasifikasikan menjadi sepsis dan syok septik dan ditentukan dalam 6 jam setelah time zero berdasarkan penggunaan vasopresor, kecukupan resusitasi cairan, dan nilai laktat ulangan. Kematian 7 hari dihitung sejak time zero sepsis. Syndecan-1, laktat, dan profil lipid diambil dalam jam pertama setelah time zero dianalisis sebagai faktor risiko keparahan dan mortalitas 7 hari. Analisis data dilakukan dengan uji logistik regresi bivariat dan multivariat. Pada penelitian ini didapatkan 20 pasien dengan sepsis, 19 pasien dengan syok septik. Berdasar atas mortalitas 7 hari, 10 pasien meninggal dan 29 pasien bertahan hidup. Laktat dan syndecan-1 merupakan prediktor keparahan pada sepsis. Laktat merupakan variabel yang lebih superior dibanding dengan syndecan-1 sebagai prediktor keparahan sepsis. Laktat merupakan prediktor untuk mortalitas 7 hari pada pasien sepsis. Simpulan penelitian ini adalah laktat dan syndecan-1 merupakan prediktor keparahan pada sepsis. Laktat merupakan prediktor kematian 7 hari pada sepsis.

Berbagai masalah dalam proses berdemokrasi tentunya dapat berdampak terhadap berbagai aspek kehidupan berbangsa dan bernegara. Dibutuhkan penuntun yang dapat mengembalikan arah demokrasi ke arah yang seharusnya. Mengembalikannya kepada model demokrasi yang berdasarkan pada Pancasila sebagai kesepakatan luhur bangsa. Negara mempunyai suatu kewajiban dan kewenangan untuk menyelenggarakan proses demokrasi yang berbasis pada hukum dan prinsip-prinsip dasar berdemokrasi. Penting untuk mengembalikan kehidupan demokrasi berdasarkan hukum yang berbasis pada nilai-nilai Pancasila. Rumusan permasalahan dalam penelitian ini adalah apa makna Sila Keempat Pancasila dalam kehidupan demokrasi di Indonesia? dan bagaimana strategi membumikan prinsip kebijaksanaan berdasarkan Sila Keempat Pancasila dalam kehidupan demokrasi berlandaskan hukum di Indonesia ?. Penelitian ini termasuk ke dalam penelitian doktrinal yang menggunakan sumber hukum formil atau bahan hukum primer dan sumber hukum materiil atau bahan hukum sekunder. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa Sila Keempat Pancasila, mengandung prinsip-prinsip dasar dalam kehidupan berdemokrasi di Indonesia. Selanjutnya prinsip-prinsip tersebut tidak dapat berdiri sendiri, terpisah satu sama lain dengan prinsip-prinsip lainnya yang terkandung dalam Sila-Sila lainnya. Dalam proses berdemokrasi perlu untuk dimunculkan dan dikedepankan prinsip kebijaksanaan bagi seluruh pemangku kepentingan dalam penyelenggaraan Pemilu. Prinsip kebijaksanaan ini nampaknya menjadi prinsip yang mempunyai makna filosofi yang sangat fundamental dalam hukum yang menjadi landasan kehidupan berdemokrasi di Indonesia.

Smartphone sebagai perangkat yang sangat dibutuhkan oleh sebagian besar masyarakat saat ini, membuat semakin pesatnya aplikasi berbasis android mendorong masyarakat beralih dan menggunakan. Sistem informasi pariwisata berbasis android Wisata Brebes yang merupakan salah satu alternatif tepat dan bermanfaat untuk sarana mempermudah pengguna dalam melakukan pencarian wisata di Kabupaten Brebes secara instan. Masalah yang terjadi apakah pengguna aplikasi merasa aplikasi wisata Brebes dapat mempermudah pencarian informasi wisata Brebes. Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah menganalisis kepuasan pengguna dalam menggunakan aplikasi Wisata Brebes menggunakan Technology Acceptance Model (TAM) dan dengan teknik pengambilan sampel yang digunakan adalah simple random sampling. Hasil pengujian analisis kepuasan pengguna menggunakan responden lokal (Brebes) maupun non lokal (luar kota) dan dianalisis dengan TAM, dalam TAM terdapat 2 pengujian uji t (partial) dan uji f (simultan), pada pengujian partial hanya variabel behavioral intention (variabel independen) yang mempunyai pengaruh terhadap variabel attitude toward using (variabel dependen) menghasilkan nilai signifikansi sebesar 0.005 < 0.05 dan nilai t-hitung 2.893 > 1.992, selanjutnya pada pengujian simultan semua variabel independen pada penelitian berpengaruh terhadap variabel dependen menghasilkan nilai signifikansi adalah 0.000 < 0.05 dan nilai f-hitung 8.343 > 2.49. Berdasarkan hasil tersebut menunjukan bahwa sistem informasi pariwisata ini memiliki pengaruh dalam membantu wisatawan mengetahui wisata yang ada dengan lebih mudah, cepat, dan efisien

Decreased limb function is one of the complications that often occurs in non-hemorrhagic stroke patients who experience hemiparesis as a result of limited joint motion in the upper and lower extremities. Acupressure is useful in improving extremity function by increasing the movement of qi (vital energy) flow in the body, but acupressure has never been done by nurses in hospital care rooms as a therapy to prevent and overcome motor function complications in non-hemorrhagic stroke patients. This study aims to identify the effect of acupressure at 14 points on the range of motion of the upper and lower extremities in non-hemorrhagic stroke patients. This study used an experimental design with a pre-post test approach design with a control group of 38 respondents (n control and n intervention = 19). The intervention group was given 14-point stroke acupressure for 15 minutes once a day for 7 days. The results showed that there were differences between the control and control ranges between the intervention group and the control group (p = 0.000). Acupressure at 14 points is an effective intervention to increase the range of motion of the upper and lower extremities in non-hemorrhagic stroke patients who have hemiparesis. The recommendation in this study is that nurses in the stroke center can apply 14-point acupressure as one of the SOPs in the treatment of non-hemorrhagic stroke patients to improve the range of motion in the extremities.

Penelitian ini mencoba menganalisis opini di twitter dengan metode analisis vader yang menghasilkan tweet profiler kemudian visualisasi distribution. Penelitian ini menggunakan tools orange data mining dengan mengaplikasikan Prepocess text yang meliputi transformation, tokenization, normalization, dan filtering yang bertujuan agar text bisa dianalisis. Kesimpulan dari penelitian ini yaitu respon masyarakat terhadap UU Cipta Kerja Omnibus Law mendapat 6 respon dan yang paling tertinggi responnya adalah masyarakat merasa surprise.

Availability of Spatial Data Infrastructure (SDI) has an important role in disaster management. The purpose of this research is to analyze the readiness of the Spatial Data Infrastructure (IDS) as an effort to mitigate the lava flood in Kali Putih, Magelang Regency, Central Java. The research method was carried out by interview, survey and secondary data collection and SWOT analysis. The results of the SWOT analysis, on the Strength-Opportunity matrix, conclude that the optimization of Spatial Data Infrastructure (IDS) and the Indonesian National Standard (SNI) in the field of Geospatial Information (IG). The Strenght-Threath analysis concludes the need to use quality spatial data for government agencies. Opportunity - Weakness analysis concludes that there is a need for Web GIS development and the need to improve the quality of GI and the quality of human resources in the field of GI. Threat-Weakness analysis resulted in a conclusion, namely the need to refer to the one map and one data policy as well as the ID and SDI field policies. Ketersediaan Infrastruktur Data Spasial (SDI) memiliki peran penting dalam manajemen bencana. Tujuan penelitin ini adalah untuk menganalisis kesiapan Infrastruktur Data Spasial (IDS) sebagai upaya mitigasi banjir lahar di Kali Putih Kabupaten Magelang Jawa Tengah. Metode penelitian dilakukan dengan wawancara, survei dan pengumpulan data sekunder serta analisa SWOT. Hasil analisa SWOT, Strenght-Opportunity disimpulkan perlunya optimalisasi Infrastruktur Data Spasial (IDS) dan Standar Nasional Indonesia (SNI) bidang Informasi Geospasial (IG). Analisis Strenght-Threath menyimpulkan perlunya penggunaan data spasial yang berkualitas bagi intansi pemerintah. Analisis Opportunity – Weakness menyimpulkan bahwa perlu adanya pengembangan Web GIS dan perlunya peningkatan kualitas IG dan kualitas SDM di bidang IG. Analisis Threat-Weakness menghasilkan kesimpulan, yaitu perlunya mengacu pada kebijakan satu peta dan satu data sert kebijakan bidang ID dan SDI.
