The author responds to the critical remarks in the comments by Ferro & Riefolo (2023) and by Fornaro (2023). The main points are, in the first comment, the status of reality in psychoanalysis, enactment, the various conceptions of the unconscious, self-disclosure, and the dialogue between philosophy and psychoanalysis. As for the second comment, on the other hand, the issues addressed concern the interpretation of Husserl's contribution to a better definition of the concept of intersubjectivity in psychoanalysis and methodological aspects related to the use of notions derived from speculative thought. Abstract

En aquest article es presenten les activitats i experiències impulsades des de la Cartoteca de Catalunya amb l'objectiu de visibilitzar i reconèixer els treballs de les dones en un camp tradicionalment amb una gran presència d'homes, com són les ciències de la terra. Les dues activitats principals se centren en la celebració d'exposicions per donar difusió al fons propi de la Cartoteca, i a intentar desenvolupar col·leccions més equilibrades des del punt de vista de gènere. This article describes the activities designed by the Map Library of Catalonia to draw attention to the contributions of women to Earth sciences, a field traditionally dominated by men. The Library’s two main lines of action are the organization of exhibitions to bring its holdings to a wider public, and its project to develop more gender-balanced collections.

It is well established that gender strongly influences cardiovascular risk factors, playing a crucial role in cardiovascular prevention, clinical pathways, diagnostic approach and treatment. Beyond the sex, which is a biological factor, gender entails a socio-cultural condition that impacts access and quality of care due to structural and institutional barriers. However, despite its great importance, this issue has not been adequately covered. Indeed sex and gender differences scarcely impact the clinical approach, creating a lot of disparities in care and outcomes of patients. Therefore, it becomes essential to increase the awareness of the importance of sex and gender influences on cardiovascular diseases. Moreover, new strategies for reducing disparities should be developed. Importantly, these differences should be taken into account in guideline recommendations. In this regard, it is crucial to include a greater number of women in clinical trials, since they are currently underrepresented. Furthermore, more women should be involved as member of international boards in order to develop recommendations and guidelines with more attention to this important topic.The aim of this ANMCO position paper is to shed light on gender differences concerning many cardiovascular drugs in order to encourage a more personalized therapeutic approach.

The so called ‘Editorial Philology’ has recently been considered as a category of Modern Philology, in particular a sub-category of 20th Century Philology. In this paper some considerations about the relationship between Texts, Collections and Complete Works, during the transition from paper to digital, are suggested.

The aim of this paper is to present some thoughts on the sidelines of the international conference “The privilege of the written word: management, conservation and enhancement of personal papers and books”, held at Salerno University on April 10-12th 2019. The conference represented a significant moment of meeting for the scientific and professional community of archives and libraries in order to debate the issues related to conservation, management and valorization of personal collections. This event also provided an opportunity for the presentation of the ‘Guidelines on the treatment of personal funds’ edited by the National Commission of special libraries personal archives and libraries of the Italian Library Association (AIB).

The report of the medical laboratory is the final result of the complex analytical activity that requires technology, automation, organization and competence. The content of the report has been defined since 2015, but the application of the legislative requirements is still incomplete. The need for interoperability of the medical laboratory reports in order to be easily accessible and understandable throughout Europe, increases the requirements for the development of standards for reporting of test names, units of measurement, qualitative expressions. The adoption of LOINC codes may improve interoperability, but the codes have to be used correctly and a stewardship from Scientific Societies is needed. The laboratory reports are moving from paper to electronic format, and this should help the readability and simplicity favoring the interpretation, but the increasing amount of data and information may make them more difficult to read. This aspect together with the rapid development of new analytical technologies increases the need for interpretative comments, that should be clear, avoid acronyms or excessive technical terms and tackle the real relevant aspects. This paper studies the evermore widespread phenomenon of the adaptation of novels for the stage, focusing on prizewinning contemporary Chinese novels. The first part provides the theoretical approach that is adopted in the second part, where two cases studies are discussed, i.e the stage adaptation of the novel Song of Everlasting Sorrow by Wang Anyi and of the novel To Live by Yu Hua. Starting from the perspective of “horizontal relations” among texts (Hutcheon 2013), the analysis of the adaptation process takes its distance from the fidelity/infidelity discourse, in order to investigate the network of echoing versions (trans-media, trans-language, etc) it is able to produce. This network is much more interesting to explore than supposed vertical hierarchies. Nevertheless, not every version is a text able to live independently from its source: the analysis shows that today's phenomenon of trans-media adaptation is fostered by a cultural industry that aims at exploiting all profits from a best-selling prizewinning novel. The role played by this industry in the adaptation process needs to be fully considered.

The new oral anticoagulants (NOACs) have radically changed the approach to the treatment and prevention of thromboembolic pulmonary embolism. The authors of this position paper face, in succession, issues concerning NOACs, including 1) their mechanism of action, pharmacodynamics and pharmacokinetics; 2) the use in the acute phase with the "double drug single dose" approach or with "single drug double dose"; 3) the use in the extended phase with demonstrated efficacy and with low incidence of bleeding events; 4) the encouraging use of NOACs in particular subgroups of patients such as those with cancer, the ones under- or overweight, with renal insufficiency (creatinine clearance >30 ml/min), the elderly (>75 years); 5) they propose a possible laboratory clinical pathway for follow-up; 6) carry out an examination on the main drug interactions, their potential bleeding risk, and the way to deal with some bleeding complications. The authors conclude that the use of NOACs both in the acute phase and in the extended phase is equally effective to conventional therapy and associated with fewer major bleeding events, which make their use in patients at higher risk of recurrences safer.

Venous thromboembolism (VTE), including deep venous thrombosis and pulmonary embolism, is the third most common cause of cardiovascular death. The management of the acute phase of VTE is well described in several papers and guidelines, whereas the management of the follow-up of the patients affected from VTE is less defined. This position paper of the Italian Association of Hospital Cardiologists (ANMCO) tries to fill the gap using currently available evidence and the opinion of the experts to suggest the most useful way to manage patients in the chronic phase.The clinical and laboratory tests acquired during the acute phase of the disease drives the decision of the following period. Acquired or congenital thrombophilic factors may be identified to explain an apparently not provoked VTE. In some patients, a not yet clinically evident cancer could be the trigger of VTE and this could lead to a different strategy. The main target of the post-acute management is to prevent relapse of the disease and to identify those patients who could worsen or develop chronic thromboembolic pulmonary hypertension. The knowledge of the etiopathogenetic ground is important to address the therapeutic approach, choosing the best antithrombotic strategy and deciding how long therapy should last. During the follow-up period, prognostic stratification should be updated on the basis of new evidences eventually acquired.Treatment of VTE is mainly based on oral or parenteral anticoagulation. Oral direct inhibitors of coagulation represent an interesting new therapy for the acute and extended period of treatment.

Hospital discharge is often poorly standardized and is characterized by discontinuity and fragmentation of care, putting patients at high risk of post-discharge adverse events and early readmission. The present ANMCO position paper reviews the modifiable components of the hospital discharge process related to adverse events or rehospitalizations and suggests the optimal methods for redesign the whole discharge process. The key principles for proper hospital discharge or transfer of care acknowledge that hospital discharge:- is not an isolated event, but a process that has to be planned immediately after admission, ensuring that the patient and the caregiver understand and contribute to the planned decisions as equal partners;- is facilitated by a comprehensive systemic approach that begins with a multidimensional evaluation process;- must be organized by an operator who is responsible for the coordination of all phases of the hospital patient pathway, involving afterwards the physician and transferring to them the information and responsibility;- is the result of an integrated multidisciplinary team approach;- uses appropriately the transitional and intermediate care services;- is carried out in an organized system of care and continuum of services;- programs the passage of information to after-discharge services.

It is now 4 years since the introduction of the new direct oral anticoagulants into clinical practice. Therefore, the Italian Association of Hospital Cardiologists (ANMCO) has deemed necessary to update the previous position paper on the prevention of thromboembolic complications in patients with non-valvular atrial fibrillation, which was published in 2013. All available scientific evidence has been reviewed, focusing on data derived from both clinical trials and observational registries. In addition, all issues relevant to the practical clinical management of oral anticoagulation with the new direct inhibitors have been considered. Specific clinical pathways for optimal use of oral anticoagulation with the new directly acting agents are also developed and proposed for clinical implementation. Special attention is finally paid to the development of clinical algorithms for medium and long-term follow-up of patients treated with new oral direct anticoagulants.

Statins are a class of drugs registered and prescribed to lower total and LDL-cholesterol. Clinical trials performed in the last 25 years have shown that these agents are effective in improving cardiovascular outcomes in several different clinical settings. However, in some cases statin treatment may be associated with significant side effects and adverse reactions. The occurrence of such adverse events during statin therapy may cause discontinuation of treatment together with the impossibility of achieving recommended lipid goals. The clinical condition in which patients experience major unacceptable symptoms and/or develop laboratory abnormalities during statin therapy is defined as statin intolerance. This document outlines the diagnostic and therapeutic pathways for the clinical management of patients with hypercholesterolemia and statin intolerance.

LDL-cholesterol (LDL-C) reduction after acute coronary syndromes (ACS) is associated with a significant reduction in ischemic recurrences. Accordingly, international guidelines recommend a reduction of LDL-C below 70 mg/dl in ACS patients. Such a result can be accomplished by using high intensity statins, possibly associated with ezetimibe in selected cases. This document outlines the management strategies that can be consistently implemented in clinical practice in order to achieve and maintain guideline-recommended therapeutic goals.

A copy of the volume Cultura e laicità published in 1914 by Gaetano Salvemini, with Antonio Gramsci’s signature, found years ago in a paper mill, adds a few elements to our knowledge of Gramsci’s training and early political activity in Turin. In 1917, he edited a publication published by the Turin editorial office of ‘Avanti!’, entitled La Cittàfutura, in which he included excerpts from writings by Benedetto Croce and Armando Carlini, and a long quotation from Salvemini’s opening essay, entitled Cosa è la coltura, in his words ‘a little book that all young people should read’. In October 1918, 17-year-old Piero Gobetti bought a copy of Gaetano Salvemini’s book, a fundamental cultural and political reference for young Gramsci. Aquest article analitza l’activitat del Parlament relacionada amb el futur polític de Catalunya. L’anàlisi parteix de la resolució parlamentària de 2013 que declarava la sobirania i el dret a decidir del poble de Catalunya i arriba fins a les darreres resolucions sobre el procés d’independència adoptades durant la legislatura actual per la majoria parlamentària sortida de les eleccions del dia 27 de setembre de 2015. Totes aquestes decisions parlamentàries han obert un important debat jurídic sobre principis constitucionals bàsics, en particular el de democràcia i el de legalitat, debat que gira al voltant dels punts següents: com defensar i promoure un projecte polític que no s’ajusta a l’ordre constitucional establert? Pot el Tribunal Constitucional fiscalitzar actes no normatius de naturalesa estrictament parlamentària? Quins són els efectes de desobeir el deure de complir les resolucions del Tribunal Constitucional? L’article estudia totes aquestes qüestions des de la perspectiva jurídica, sense ometre, però, consideracions d’índole sociopolítica indispensables per contextualitzar-les adequadament.

The authors wish to clarify some misrepresenting remarks arising from the reading of the Manual of the Dir. 92/43/EEC Ann. I habitats monitoring (Angelini et al. 2016) published in the editorial notes of Forest@ (October 2016). Some aspects of the habitat monitoring protocol for the habitat type 9210* “Apennine beech forests with Taxus and Ilex” are here discussed. The reported comments are intended to provide a useful contribution towards a clarification of any content that, for obvious reasons of brevity, may have been explained in a non-exhaustive way.

Topics addressed by the authors aim to highlight in what clothes big data present themselves in the eyes of the researcher, tackling the topic since its origins, ie the matrix Variables Cases. In this regard will be taken as an example a number of possible insights on the web ranging from web usage mining, web content mining and web structure mining, not to mention the web survey conveyed through dedicated platforms, Mobile Applications and related secondary data. Those arguments will be addressed through a focus on the extraction of data matrix and the subsequent analysis.

Objectiu: reflexionar sobre els rols del professor com a recomanador i prescriptor de lectures i sobre el lloc que ocupa cadascuna d'aquestes funcions en l'educació literària de l'alumnat. -- Metodologia: revisió bibliogràfica en el camp de la didàctica de la llengua i de la literatura i presentació de certes situacions escolars de lectura que exemplifiquen els supòsits des dels quals es pensa el rol docent. -- Resultats: un dels avenços més grans que s'han produït en els darrers anys en la didàctica de la llengua i de la literatura es vincula amb la definició progressiva de les funcions docents i dels objectius educatius relacionats amb els processos de formació del lector literari en el context escolar. En aquest marc cal renovar els processos de formació del professorat per tal d'assegurar la construcció del cànon formatiu que requereix la pràctica professional del mediador escolar de lectures. Objective: This article reflects on what teachers do when they recommend and prescribe works of literature to their students. It also examines how recommendation and prescription are important in children’s literary education. -- Methodology: The article reviews the research on language and literature education and examines particular classroom scenarios that explain why teachers choose certain roles over other when they recommend and prescribe works of literature. -- Results: In recent years, the most important progress in language and literature education has been tied to redefining teachers’ roles and the objectives of education as these relate to children’s acquisition of literary reading skills. In this context, teacher education programmes need to be revised in order to equip teachers with a literary canon that helps them address their task effectively.

Das hier betrachtete Quellenkorpus umfasst Urkunden, die zwischen dem 8. und 11. Jahrhundert im Gebiet von Benevento und Avellino von lokalen Notaren geschrieben wurden. Diese setzten Urkunden über Rechtsgeschäfte zwischen Privatpersonen auf und unterschieden sich dadurch von den scriniarii, referendarii, notarii und scribi, die, öffentliche' Urkunden am Hof der Fürsten und in der bischöflichen Kanzlei der Hauptstadt des Fürstentums ausfertigten. Im 10. Jahrhundert, jener Zeitspanne, auf die sich der vorliegende Beitrag konzentriert, gab es eine Entwicklung der dokumentarischen Praxis und Typologien: Der Formierungsprozess von bestimmten dokumentarischen Modellen kam damals zu einem Abschluss und es werden Transformationen erkennbar, die - wie etwa die Anwesenheit von Richtern bei der Rechtshandlung - für die cartula und das süditalische memoratorium charakteristisch werden sollten. Der dokumentarische Anhang enthält die Regesten der 48 im 10. Jahrhundert entstandenen Urkunden. Diese werden von einem historisch- diplomatischen Kommentar begleitet: Für jedes Dokument wird die Überlieferung und der gegenwärtige Aufbewahrungsort angegeben. Ebenso wird auf eine etwaige kritische Ausgabe verwiesen. Schließlich wird auf wichtige formale Charakteristika eingegangen, und zwar auf die Datierungsformel, die Actum-Formel, sowie, falls vorhanden, auf die Namen der Rogators, des Richters und der Subskribenten. When narratives become fixed, not open to change or modification, they are expressions of stupidity, as described by Kohon, be it in pathology, psychoanalysis, political discourse, or the present upsurge of identity politics: a symbolic impoverishment that amounts to a collapse of thirdness. The longing for certitudes based on the illusion of completeness, present in all of us, is linked to the ideal ego, an archaic narcissistic fusion with an omnipotent mother. In our work, our identification with Freud as an ego ideal prevents any incestuous acting out of the transferential bond by introducing a symbolic third, difference, and the world of culture. Mark Solms' revision of the concept of drive represents the latest in a series of his indepth reviews of the most fundamental Freudian concepts. The movement of neuropsychoanalysis begun in 2000 with the first Congress focused precisely on a neuroscientific definition of affects and emotions. In 2013, Solms proposed a substantial and profound modification of Freud's structural model, motivating his theses which argue that the instinctual id can only be conscious. In the current paper, Solms (2021a) reaffirms and re-evaluates the centrality of drive theory in psychoanalysis and neuroscience as a starting point for understanding conscious and unconscious phenomena, in normality as well in pathology. In the context of Judiciary or Forensic Linguistics, this paper shows the results of a study on rhotic consonants in prepausal position (in the spontaneous speech of central peninsular Spanish) in order to assess their forensic value for identifying speakers. The variables that have been analysed are the number of components and the acoustic features of the first and second components of the consonant, which correspond to the closure and opening phases, respectively. The results have shown some significant differences amongst speakers, which is why the rhotics are considered a useful segmental element in comparing speech samples on judiciary purposes
