本稿では外交官・公務員研修における初級レベルの専門語彙の習得の実態を明らかにすることを目的とし、研修の最終テストの一つであるオーラルテストの書き起こしデータと語彙学習の核となるスピーチクラスのスピーチ原稿を用い、1)オーラルテストにおける専門語彙の出現の分析、2)オーラルテスト結果とスピーチ原稿の比較、分析を行った。その結果、初級レベルでも専門語彙が運用レベルまで習得されているという実態が明らかになった。また、各レベルによる使用語彙のトピック範囲や使われ方の特徴が特定できた。専門語彙の習得には、核となるスピーチクラス及び他科目との有機的なつながりという「繰り返される学習の場」が寄与していると考えられる。この分析結果は学習者にとっての専門語彙の学習目標設定、また教師にとっての教材開発の目安としてコースデザインに還元していきたい。, This paper aims to examine how beginner-level learners of the Japanese-Language Course for Foreign Service Officers and Public Officials acquire “Vocabulary for Specific Purpose (VSP).” Two analyses were conducted using oral-test manuscript data, and speech manuscripts written in an oral-presentation course: 1) we examined the appearance of VSP in oral-test manuscripts; 2) we compared and examined the speech manuscripts and oral-test manuscripts. The results show that even beginner-level learners can acquire VSP at performance level. Moreover, the topic range and the characteristics in usage in each level were specified. “Repeated learning environment” in oral presentation course and the organic link with other subjects seems to affect the acquisition of VSP. These results should contribute to set the goal of VSP for learners and could also be a guide for material development and course design for teachers.

先に某事業会社の健診受診者を対象として尿中抗H pylori抗体を健診の一環として測定したが、今回経過観察を目的として同検査を再実施した。その結果H pylori感染率は8.58%と4年前の感染率44.76%に比して著明な減少を認めた。それは当初の健診結果を踏まえて積極的にH pylori除菌を推進した結果を示している。と同時に活動性胃・十二指腸潰瘍の発症も著明に抑制された。すなわち前回の胃・十二指腸潰瘍の現病歴がH pylori陽性者で11.60%、H pylori陰性者では5.60%だったのに対して今回の検討ではいずれも0%であった。また胃癌の発症についてもその機序が充分に解明されているわけではないが今後の発症抑制が期待される。, A sample of antibody to Helicobacter pylori (H pylori) in urine was measured and evaluated for its clinical usefulness for the second time during periodic health examination in factories. The study shows that the incidence of H pylori infection decreased by 8.58% this time compared with the time when a similar physical exam was given four years earlier. This can be attributed to the eradication treatment of H pylori conducted actively after the first periodic examination, and the recurrence of active gastro-duodenal ulcer was also prevented significantly. Moreover, the eradication might be effective in preventing gastric carcinogenesis in the future, although its pathogenesis is still not fully understood.

脂質過剰食(high-fat/low-carbohydrate diets;HFD)は従来の糖質過剰食(high carbohydrate diets; HCD)に代わり，肥満予防のダイエットとして広まっている。また，n-3系脂肪酸のエイコサペンタエン酸やドコサヘキサエン酸およびn-9系のオリーブ油は血液中の脂質レベルや血糖の改善機能を持つことが報告されているが，肝臓に及ぼす影響については未知の部分が多い。本研究では，オリーブ油とn-3 系のエゴマ油がHFDとHCDのラットの肝臓と血液の脂質レベルと血糖レベルに及ぼす影響について検討を行った。実験食はHFD，HCDと標準食とし，各々の群をさらにオリーブ油群とエゴマ油群に分けた。ラットは各群とも投与カロリーは同量にして16週間飼育した。ダイエットは通常食(Normal) の6割のカロリー投与で行った。結果は，ダイエットの肝臓と血液におけるトリアシルグリセロールと総コレステロールはともにHFDのオリーブオイル群の方がエゴマ油群に比べて有意に高かった。Normalの血液では，標準食 のエゴマ油群がトリアシルグリセロールと総コレステロール量においてオリーブ油群に比べて有意に低いのが認められた。血中のグルコース量は，ダイエットおよびNormalで，HFDとHCDともに標準食と同じ傾向を示した。ヘモグロビンは，ダイエットにおいてオリーブ油群の方がHFDおよびHCDともにエゴマ油群より有意に高かった。以上の結果より，ダイエットのHFDおよびHCDにおけるオリーブ油とエゴマ油の肝臓における代謝に差が認められたことから，カロリー制限だけではなく脂質の選択は重要な要素であることが示唆された。また，本研究のHCDはでんぷん過剰で行ったが，血糖にはHFDやコントロールと同様であることが明らかとなった。, High-fat /low-carbohydrate diets (HFD) have used widely among people for weight loss. In contrast, Low-fat/high-carbohydrate (LFD) diets have been decreasing to prevent a occurrence of typeⅡ diabetes mellitus.Here, we investigate the effect of olive oil and egoma oil on liver lipids and blood glucose level with either HFD or LFD in rats. Rats were fed standard diets (control), HFD or LFD with either olive oil or egoma oil for 16 weeks. Further, hypocaloric amounts of diets (Diet) were 60% feeding of normal diets (Normal).In Diet, olive oil groups in HFD induced both triacylglycerol (TG) and total cholesterol (t-cho) of liver and blood higher compaired with egoma groups. Olive oil groups also showed higher TG and t-cho of blood than egoma groups in Normal. However, glucose level was no difference among HFD, LFD and control in both Diet and Normal.In conclusion, olive oil and egoma oil in HFD and LFD showed the difference of lipid metabolism suggests we need to consider about their function in use.LFD/ high-carbohydrate diets including excessive starch does not affect blood glucose level as HFD and control.

2012年度に実施したロンドンにおける海外研修について，海外研修方向性決定までの経過と実施した研修内容を振返りつつ，参加学生のレポートから海外研修の意義と課題を明らかにしたいと研究に取り組んだ。海外研修前の学生全体のニーズは大学での授業･実習への参加という主体的な研修より，病院見学などを主体とした“見て感じる”研修だということがうかがえ，その方向で進めていった。研修後の参加学生のレポートから，次のような意義と課題が明確となった。1.看護の先駆者であるF.Nightingaleについて概念的な認識から，研修を通して具体的な像が広がり存在を実感する。さらに学習したことの意味を考える表象的な認識に変化し関心が増す。2.個々の看護観が医療施設の見学や参加を通してより明確になる。3.日本と異なる医療保険制度やホスピスのあり方について違いを明確にし，対象の位置から意味をとらえ自己の考えを確認する。保健医療に関して国際的視野が広がる。4.看護の本質である「患者中心の看護」を確認している。5．世界遺産や博物館，美術館見学を通して歴史や文化の豊かさ，寄付文化など，異文化理解につながった。教育的課題として1.4年次の卒業直前の研修旅行であったために，研修成果は卒業後の職業生活にはいかされると推測されるが確認はできない。その成果を在学中の自己の学習に反映したり後輩達へつなげることができない。これらを考えると4年次以外の時期の検討や複数学年にまたがる研修も検討してよいのではないか。2.研修前に期待していた地域の人との交流がなかった。そのために会話に対するストレスの記載はなかったが「もう少し英語が話せるようになりたい」という意見もあり研修内容のさらなる検討も必要である。

【目的】看護学生の領域別実習前の演習における学びを分析し，教育上の示唆を得ることである。【方法】1．対象：演習後に研究者が担当した学生から提出された記録類 2．分析期間：平成23年11月～平成24年2月3．分析方法： 学びの内容がよくわかる学生8名の記録を丁寧に読み込み，「体験」からの学びを取り出し図示した。そこから学生の学びを抽出しカテゴリー化し，学びの共通性・相異性を明確にした。【結果】1．事例に必要な看護を判断し実践するという演習の目的に到達した群と到達していない群の2群があった。2．学びの共通性として＜対象との相互関係の大事さ＞ ＜専門知識に基づく判断の重要性＞ ＜対象の状態により変化させる看護の必要性＞＜自己評価＞＜グループワークの意義＞の5カテゴリーが抽出され，また相異性として{感情の乱れ }， {自己の不十分さ }， {部分行動への注目 }という 3サブカテゴリーが抽出された。【考察】演習の目的に到達した群は，学びを経時的に具体から抽象のレベルまで考察できたが，到達していない群は，終始現象のレベルにとどまっていた。現象レベルの学生への対応が課題という教育上の示唆が得られ，学生の学びの段階を考慮するとともに，グループワークを肯定的に捉えられるような教員の関わりの必要性が考えられた。, Purpose:Through analysis of nursing students’ learning during training exercises conducted prior to practice in relevant fields, this study aims at suggesting ways to improve nursing education.Analytical method:(1) Research based on: Records submitted after training exercises by those students for whom the researchers were responsible.(2) Period analyzed: November 2011 to February 2012(3) Analytical procedure: Careful study of the records of eight students, records that accurately indicated what they had learned. Hands-on experiences were isolated and analyzed in diagrammatic form; student learning was thus parsed and broken down into categories so as to reflect similarities and differences in learning experiences.Outcomes:(1) There were two groups - one group that achieved the goal of the training, that is, the ability to judge the sort of nursing needed in each case and to put it into practice, and the other group which did not achieve that goal.(2) Learning experiences in the following five categories were shown to be similar among all students: “the importance of a mutual relationship with the patient,” “the importance of judgment based on specialized knowledge,” “the necessity of flexible nursing depending on the condition of the individual patient,” “self-evaluation,” and “the importance of teamwork.” However, learning experiences showed differences from one student to another in the following three sub-categories: “emotional disturbances,” “lack of self,” and “attention to partial action."Discussion:It was possible to study on both a concrete and an abstract level, the learning over a definite period of time of the group that had achieved the training goal. On the other hand, the group that hadn’t achieved the goal persisted at the phenomenal level. Pointers were gained that the educational issues are how to handle those students who are stranded at the phenomenal level. It is thought that considering the learning stages of the students, as well as teaching staff who consider group work in a positive way are required.

本研究の目的は，緩和ケア棟における実習体験前後で，学生の緩和ケアに対するイメージがどのように変化するのかを明らかにすることである。研究対象者は，平成24年度に緩和ケア実習を履修した看護学科3年次生のうち，承諾を得られた41名である。研究方法は，質問紙法を用い，実習開始前と実習終了後に，無記名で，緩和ケアに対するイメージ36項目に「全然思わない」から「全くそう思う」の7件法で回答してもらった。また，死と生の距離を10cmで表した場合，緩和ケア棟で過ごしている方々はどの地点に立っていると思うかを線分で回答してもらった。分析には，t検定を用い実習前後の変化を比較検討した。その結果，36項目中29項目(81%)において有意な差が認められた。「家庭的である」「明るい」「穏やかである」などのポジティブイメージは上昇し，「沈んでいる」「暗い」「どんよりしている」などのネガティブイメージは下降していた。死と生の距離については，実習前よりも実習後のほうが明らかに生に近づく線分で表現していた。緩和ケア実習は，学生の緩和ケアに対するイメージを肯定的に変化させる可能性が示唆された。, The purpose of this study was to clarify how students revised their image of palliative care after practical training at the palliative care unit.Study subjects were 41 third-grade nursing students who had taken the Heisei 24 practical palliative care course and agreed to participate in this study. We conducted an anonymous questionnaire survey on their images of palliative care before and after the education course. The questionnaire included 36 image items that should be rated on a scale of 1 to 7 from “I never have such an image” to “I have such an image a hundred percent.” The subjects were also asked to answer their idea where patients of the palliative care unit stayed between death and life, the distance of which was supposed to be 10 cm. Scores of their images were compared between before and after the course using t-test.As a result, there was a significant difference in 29 of 36 images (81%). Scores were increased after the course in such positive images as “family-like environment,” “pleasant atmosphere” and “peaceful atmosphere,” while they were decreased in such negative images as “depressed,” “gloomy” and “oppressive.” The distance between death and life was definitely expressed as closer to life after the course than before it.

平成25年8月初旬，東日本大震災の被災地（宮城県仙台市，石巻市，名取市）を訪れる機会を得た。その時の被災地の様子や人々の語りについて報告する。また，訪れた地で見聞きしたことを振り返り，その中から見えてきた被災者の状況を，アレグィラの危機理論に基づき考察した。危機的状況を決定づける知覚，社会的支持，対処機制という3つの問題解決決定要因で整理すると，被災者が体験を語ることで少しずつ客観化し，ボランティアなどのサポートのもとで時間をかけて現実を受け入れてきたことが明らかになった。私たちができることは，体験の語りを傾聴し，生活という視点から必要なものを考え提供することや精神的支えになること，対象者の状況に合わせて見守りや対処機制の促進を行うことであると考えられた。

我が国は超高齢社会を迎えるとともに，独居の高齢者が増加している。S市の民生委員は「独居高齢者」と「高齢者のみの世帯」を毎年訪問し暮らしの実態を把握し，さらに独居高齢者をその家族との距離で区別を行い5形態に分類している。本稿は，すでに超高齢社会を10年以上前に迎えたこの地域で「高齢者全体」と「独居高齢者」の間に要介護認定率に差があるか，また独居の５形態別に要介護認定率に差があるか，さらに，高齢者のみの世帯の要介護認定率について差があるかを明らかにすることを試みた。 方法として，形態別の独居高齢者報告データおよび高齢者のみの世帯のデータに要介護認定状況を加え，独居高齢者形態別と高齢者のみの世帯の要介護認定率を明らかにし，得られた結果と高齢者全体の要介護認定率を比較検討した。 結果は，高齢者全体の要介護認定率は20パーセントであるのに対し，独居高齢者は35.5パーセントと高かった。形態別では，家族との距離が遠くなることに比例して要介護認定率も上昇すると仮説を立てたが，結果は家族がいない形態1で32.9ポイントであり，家族と同敷地内の独居形態5つまり家族との距離が最も近い独居高齢者が41ポイントで最も高かった。また，高齢者のみの世帯は16.8ポイントと高齢者全体より低いことが明らかになった。 これらのことから，ソーシャルサポートの提供の関係が，高齢者のみの世帯では対の関係で発揮されているのではないか，家族との距離が最も近い形態5では，手段的サポートに加え情緒的サポートも受けられる可能性が高いことから，むしろ要介護認定を促す要因として働く可能性があると考察される。今後の独居高齢者への支援の方法，地域包括ケアのシステムづくりの方向性が示唆される。, Along with the super-aging of the Japanese society, single-living elderly persons keep increasing. Social workers of city S have been conducting visits every year to investigate the situation of single-living elderly persons and elderly couples living alone. They also divided single-living elderly persons into 5 groups depending on the distance separating them from the living place of their family. The goal of this paper is to identify variation that may exist in the region of city S, considered as super aging since more than 10 years, between the general elderly population and the single-living elderly population, as well as between the 5 categories of distance, regarding the rate of elderly persons with certified care need. We also examined the rate for elderly couples living alone.We identified the care need certification rate for the overall single-living elderly population and for each of the 5 categories of distance. We also calculated the rate for elderly couples living alone and compared these rates to the rate of the overall elderly population. Results show that the rate of elderly persons with certified care need is 20% in the general population and 35.5% in the single-living elderly population.We hypothesized that this rate may become higher as the distance with the family increased, but the higher rate (41%) was for elderly persons living in the same area as their family (i.e. the closest distance). The rate was 32.9% for single-living elderly persons without any family. Elderly couples living alone had a lower rate (16.8%) than the general elderly population.The low rate in elderly couples living alone may be explained by an increased social support existing between them. We also suggest that single-living elderly persons with a family living in the same area are more likely to receive physical and emotional support and may thus be encouraged to go through the care need certification process. Results from this research may be used to investigate ways to support single-living elderly persons and to decide the future direction of the community-based integrated care system.

健康維持のためにn-3系脂肪酸やn-9系オリーブ油は使われているが，不安行動や攻撃行動に及ぼす影響については明らかでない。本研究では，脂質過剰食／低糖質食(HFD)と糖質過剰食／低脂質食(HCD)および標準食の摂取カロリーを同一にした場合について，ダイエット(Diet)が各食餌群における体重・身長および不安・攻撃行動に及ぼす影響の比較検討を行った。脂質としてn-3系α-リノレン酸を65％含むエゴマ油またはn-9系オレイン酸を含むオリーブ油を使用し，糖質はでんぷん過剰で行った。結果は，HFDの体重はNormalおよびDietとも標準食と同じ傾向を示した。一方，HCDの体重増加量は他の食餌群に比べて著しく低かった。不安行動は脂質や糖質の成分よりも，Dietの影響の方が大きく，通常食(Normal)の時に比べて顕著に多くみられた。しかしながら，増加した不安行動の内容については，恐れからくるものよりも，むしろ好奇心から危険を顧みなくなった行動が多かった。逆に，攻撃行動にはHFDとHCDにおいてはDietの影響は認められなかったが，オリーブ油群とエゴマ油群で異なった影響がみられた。さらに，標準食では，オリーブ油とエゴマ油さらにDietの影響が反映された。本研究から，ダイエットにおいては，カロリーの制限だけでなく，糖質のでんぷんと砂糖の割合や脂肪酸の質を考慮することの重要性が示唆された。, The aim of this study was to investigate the effect of high-carbohydrate diet(HCD) and low-carbohydrate diets/ high-fat diet(HFD) on body weights, anxiety and aggressive behaviors under the reduced calories. Rats fed same amount of calories of each HFD, HCD or standard diet a day during the experiment. The HCD was high-starch content with little sucrose. Moreover, α-linolenic acid of n-3 series and oleic acid of n-9 series were used as lipids. The results showed that the body weight of HFD was as same as standard diet in both Normal and Diet. The other side, the increased body weight of HCD was extremely lower than other diets. The anxiety behavior was affected extremely by Diet than Normal rather than carbohydrate or fatty acids. In contrast, the aggressive behavior was affected by the fatty acids, though there was no difference among Diet and Normal in HFD and HCD. The conclusion of this study about the importance in Diet is not only the amount of calories but also the content of corbohydrate : starch / sucrose and quality of fatty acids

本研究は，A学園短大生および大学生の自己体型認識が及ぼす影響として，ダイエット・生活習慣・体調との関連を検討することを目的とした。A学園女子短期大学生511 名，大学生628 名を対象として，身長，体重，BMI，自己体型認識，ダイエット経験，生活習慣について調査した。また，体調について11項目の質問項目を作成し，5件法で尋ねた。分析方法は，それぞれの変数間の相関を検討した。次に不適切な睡眠を従属変数とし，独立変数には2変量解析において有意な関連がみられた変数を用い，短大生と大学1～2 年生および大学3～4年生に分けてロジスティック回帰分析を行った。本調査は，著者の所属機関の倫理審査を受け承認を得て実施した。短大生101 名，大学生350 名を分析した結果，短大生および大学1～2 年生では，標準体重や理想体重と実体重の差と集中力がないとの間に正の相関が認められた。次に，ロジスティック回帰分析の結果，不適切な睡眠に関連する要因として，ダイエット経験者では，自己体型認識，ストレスがある，イライラする，肩こりがある，頭痛，腹痛，生理痛，生理不順との間に有意な関連が認められた。大学3～4 年生では，自己体型認識とイライラするとの間に負の相関を認めた。自己体型認識と食事摂取量制限との間に負の相関が認められた。ロジスティック回帰分析の結果，不適切な睡眠に関連する要因として，ダイエット経験者では，イライラするとの間に有意な関連が認められた。自己の体型認識について，短大生および大学1～2年生群，大学3～4年生群においても誤った体型認識が認められた。不適切な睡眠に関連する要因としてダイエット経験者は，短大および大学1～2年生では，身体症状や精神症状に，3～4年生では，気持ちのコントロールに影響を及ぼすことが挙げられた。したがって，女子短大生・大学生が自己の心身の健康増進を図ることができるような健康教育が必要と考える。, This study was conducted to examine the influence of perception of self-physique by junior college students and university students at A Gakuen on their diet, lifestyle habit and physical condition.As a result of an analysis of the collected data for 101 junior college students and 350 university students, in junior college students and freshmen and sophomores, the difference between the normal weight, ideal weight and actual weight was positively correlated with lack of concentration. Next, as a result of the logistic regression analysis, in the students with dieting experience, there was a significant relationship between inappropriate sleep and perception of self-physique, stress, frustration, stiff shoulders, headache, stomachache, menstrual pain and menstrual disorder. In juniors and seniors, negative correlation was observed between perception of self-physique and frustration. Negative correlation was observed between perception of self-physique and limited dietary intake. As a result of logistic regression analysis, in students with dieting experience, a significant relationship was observed between inappropriate sleep and frustration.In the group of junior college students, the group of freshmen and sophomores, and the group of juniors and seniors, mistaken perception of self-physique was observed. In junior college students and freshmen and sophomores with dieting experience, inappropriate sleep influenced physical and/or psychological symptoms, and in juniors and seniors, emotional control. Therefore, health education that enables female junior college students and university students to promote their physical and psychological health is necessary.

本研究は，A学園女子中学高校生の自己体型認識が及ぼす影響として，ダイエット・生活習慣・体調との関連を検討することを目的とした。A学園女子中学生139名，A学園女子高校生421名を対象に自記式質問紙調査を実施した。調査内容は，身長，体重，BMI，自己体型認識，ダイエット経験，生活習慣（食事，睡眠，活動）であった。また，体調について11項目の質問項目を作成し，5件法で尋ねた。分析方法は，それぞれの変数間の相関を検討した。次に不適切な睡眠を従属変数とし，独立変数には2変量解析において有意な関連がみられた変数を用い，ロジスティック回帰分析を行った。本調査は，著者の所属機関の倫理審査を受け承認を得て実施した。中学生26名，高校生64名のアンケートを分析した結果，中学生の62.5％にやせ願望があり，20.9％にダイエット経験があった。また87.5％に不適切な睡眠の自覚があった。高校生では，79.7％にやせ願望があり，45.3％にダイエット経験があった。また，70.3％に不適切な睡眠の自覚があった。今後の体型願望（太りたい願望）とダイエット経験なしとの間に正の相関，食事摂取量の制限の間に負の相関がみられた。また，ダイエット経験なしと自己体型認識（やせ認識）との間に正の相関，食事摂取量の制限との間に負の相関がみられた。ロジスティック回帰分析の結果では，不適切な睡眠に関連する要因として，ダイエット経験者では，理想体重と実体重の差，身体活動レベル，イライラするとの間に有意な関連が認められた。女子中高生の4割～7割が自分の体型を太っていると歪んで認識していた。その認識がダイエット行動を起こさせ，ダイエットをすることで，不適切な睡眠に陥りやすく，イライラ感，身体活動を増すことへの影響が考えられた。自己体型認識の誤った捉え方による不必要なダイエット，生活習慣の乱れや気分の変動など心身へ及ぼす影響を考慮した教育が必要であることが示唆された。, This study was conducted to examine the influence of perception of self-physique by junior and senior high school students at A Gakuen on their diet, lifestyle habit and physical condition.As a result of an analysis of the data collected through the questionnaire for 26 junior high school students and 64 senior high school students, it was found that 62.5% of the junior high school students had desire for getting slimmer, and 20.9% had dieting experience. 87.5% was aware of inappropriate sleep. 79.7% of the senior high school students had desire for getting slimmer, and 45.3% had dieting experience. 70.3% had awareness of inappropriate sleep.Positive correlation was observed between future physique desire (to gain weight) and no dieting experience, and negative correlation between that and limited dietary intake. Also, positive correlation was observed between no dieting experience and perception of self-physique (thin physique), and negative correlation between that and limited dietary intake. As a result of logistic regression analysis, in the students with dieting experience, a significant relationship was observed between inappropriate sleep and the difference between the ideal weight and actual weight, physical activity level, and frustration.40-70% of the female junior and senior high school students thought they were fat although they actually were not. This awareness lead to dieting, and dieting caused inappropriate sleep, more frustration and more physical activity. It was suggested that education considering physical and psychological influence such as unnecessary diet as a result of mistaken perception of self-physique, disruption in lifestyle habit, and mood fluctuations is necessary.

本研究は，学生の保健師に対する関心度と職業選択への志望状況を把握し，今後の保健師教育の検討の示唆を得ることを目的とし調査を行った。平成Ｘ年2月と平成Ｘ年9月に保健師教育の臨地実習を終了したＡ大学学生49名を調査対象とし，質問紙調査を実施した。大学進学理由として「保健師を目指していた」と関連がみられたのは，「看護師・保健師両方の免許取得可能だから」(.460)，「保健師への関心度」(.744)，「資格取得のため」(.492)，「憧れ」（.602），「入学前の保健師職業選択志望」(.569)，「実習前の職業選択志望」(.604)，「実習後の職業選択志望」(.426)だった。「入学前の保健師への関心度」と関連がみられたのは，「資格取得のため」(.499)，「憧れ」(.604)，「入学前の保健師職業選択志望」(.660)，「実習前の保健師職業選択志望」(.649)，だった。保健師としての職業選択志望と進路選択に対する自己効力との関連は，「実習前の保健師職業選択志望」では，「一つの職業に絞り込むこと」(.335)，「卒後大学院に行くことが必要か決定すること」(.398)と相関を認め，「実習後の保健師職業選択志望」では，「一つの職業に絞り込むこと」(.342)と相関を認めた。大学進学理由として保健師を目指していた人は，看護師・保健師の免許取得や保健師という職業に関心が高く，在学中も実習を通して保健師の職業選択志望が高かった。また，保健師という職業に対し関心が高い人は，保健師に対する憧れをもち，資格取得という目的意識が高いという結果が得られた。さらに，実習を通して保健師選択を志望していた人は，一つの職業に絞り込む自信をもっていたことから，元々保健師志望の学生のみならず，保健師に関心の低い学生に対しても学びの動機づけにつながるような十分な実習時間の確保や内容の検討，教育の充実が求められることが示唆された。, To elucidate the current situation in public health nursing education and to identify future research topics, we investigated the extent of nursing students’ interest in public health nursing and their aspirations toward this field as a career choice. A survey questionnaire was administered to 49 nursing students who had done community care fieldwork in February and September of 2013. Factors relating to their decision to enter college “to become a public health nurse” were “acquiring both a nursing and public health nurse license” (.460), “degree of interest in public health nursing” (.744), “wanting to obtain a license” (.492), “admiration” (.602), “intention to become a public health nurse before admission” (.569), “intention to make a career choice before field experience” (.604), and “intention to make a career choice after field experience” (.426). Factors relating to the degree of interest in public health nursing before admission were “wanting to obtain a license” (.499), “admiration” (.604), “intention to become a public health nurse before admission” (.660), and “intention to become a public health nurse before field experience” (.649). With regard to the association between public health nursing as a career choice and subsequent course selection and self-efficacy, “intention to become a public health nurse before field experience” was correlated with “narrowing down to a single career choice” (.398) and “deciding that graduate school is necessary after graduation” (.398), whereas “intention to become a public health nurse after field experience” was correlated with “narrowing down to a single career choice” (.398). The students who entered college because they aspired to become a public health nurse had strong interest in licenses in nursing and public health nursing, and their intention to become a public nurse was strong during their studies, even during fieldwork. Also, students who had high interest in public health nursing had high levels of admiration of public health nurses as well as a strong intention to obtain a license. Furthermore, those who had the intention to make public health nursing a career choice after field experience had the confidence to narrow down to a single career choice. These findings suggest that courses should be designed to increase the motivation to learn both in students with low interest in public health nursing and in those who have already made public health nursing a career choice.

小学校・中学校・高等学校の学習指導要領の改訂により，情報教育及び教科指導におけるICT活用など学校における教育の情報化について一層の充実が図られた。教育の情報化は，効果的・効率的な教育を行うことにより確かな学力を確立するとともに，情報活用力など社会の変化に対応できる子どもの力を育むため必要である。そこで，本研究では，鹿児島県下の高等学校家庭科教員を対象に，教育へのICT活用の現状を把握するとともにICTを活用する際の問題点を明らかにすることを目的としてアンケート調査を行った。その結果，調査時点での利用は多くないものの，ICT活用の有用性を認識し，今後の利用に積極的な姿勢の家庭科教員が多いことが示された。また，ICTを利用する際の問題点としては，ICT機器の不足など利用できる環境が整っていない，準備に時間がかかるなどがあげられた。生徒の個人差が大きく教育への配慮が必要と推測された調理・被服実習については，知識・技術ともに個人差があり，特に技術面に個人差を感じる教員の割合は100％近いことが示された。この結果をもとに，教員の負担や経費をおさえたICT利用法を探るため，iPodを用いた簡便な方法により動画教材を作成し，それをWeb上の動画サイトにアップロードして評価を行った。この動画教材は，いつでもどこでも利用可能であることから，授業時間はもちろん，事前・事後学習や家庭等での利用を通して，生徒間にみられる知識・技術での個人差への対応策として利用することも可能である。LMSであるMoodleを用いて行った評価アンケートでは，データ数が少ないため予備的な段階ではあるか，高い関心と教育への効果を期待する結果が得られた。評価アンケートにもあるように，今後は，確かな学力につながる「わかる授業」のために，どのタイミングでどのようにICTを教育に用いるのかについて考え，そのための環境整備と教員のスキルアップ，組織的なICT活用の推進へとつなげることが重要であると考える。, Further enhancement of the informatization of school was planned through the revision of ministry’s curriculum guidelines for elementary school, junior high school and high school. The informatization of school is required to cultivate solid academic capabilities and to cultivate capacities coping appropriately with social change through effective and efficient education by use of ICT.In this study, we, first, carried out a questionnaire survey to comprehend the actual situation of ICT use in home economics education at high schools in Kagoshima Prefecture. The results of questionnaire survey show that a large number of home economics teachers recognize the usefulness of ICT use in education and take a positive stance on ICT use in education though the usage situation is relatively low at present, and that the major problems in using ICT in education are regarded as the lack of ICT apparatus and the lack of preparations time. Substantially large differences of cooking knowledge, clothing knowledge, cooking skills and clothing skills among high school students are acknowledged by high school teachers and ICT use is expected to narrow the gaps of knowledge and skills.Based on the results of the questionnaire survey, we, second, propose a simplified method to make video teaching materials for cooking practice and clothing practice using iPod, which hold promise for reducing the burden of teachers and the cost to develop teaching materials. A couple of trial video teaching materials were made, and then they were uploaded on YouTube, the video site online. This allows video teaching materials to use anytime and anywhere, and, therefore, they are able to use outside of school times as well as at school times. They also might help reducing the gaps of knowledge and skills that exist among high school students.In the evaluation of the trial video teaching materials by faculties at teacher-training center of Kagoshima Immaculate Heart University, considerable concern and an expectation for educational effectiveness were shown. As were indicated in the comment of the evaluation, the important point in the educational use of ICT might be that how and when ICT should be used in the course of education for the students’ well understanding which lead to solid academic ability, that an environment for easy use of ICT in education should be improved, and that the enhancement of ICT skills of teachers is desired. An organizational effort would channel into better consequences.

This essay is an attempt to introduce Evelyn Waugh’s War Trilogy: Men at Arms, Officers and Gentlemen, and Unconditional Surrender, with brief discussion of their backgrounds and literary characteristics. Evelyn Waugh was in the British armed forces throughout the war years from 1939 to 1945. What he experienced in those years in his military and civilian life constitutes the trilogy, which is not the war story in an ordinary sense but a long story of a man’s spiritual pilgrimage, a quest for the way to serve the righteous cause against the evil force defined as the ‘modern age in arms’. The Protagonist is Guy Clouchback, a divorcee in his late thirties who is the heir to an ancient English Catholic family. The spiritual and moral properties he stands up to protect are faith, the noble family line, and dedication to the righteous cause which means upper-class values. Thanks to Soviet-Nazi Pact in 1939 he could see the enemy in a concrete form and gladly joined the War. Two years later though, the Soviet Union became an ally of Britain, and his chivalrous ideals in military life were beaten one by one by the reality of the life in barracks and battle fields. In his private life, Guy learned that he can legitimately remarry to his divorced wife, and tried to reunite with Virginia but was refused. However, when Virginia appealed to Guy, finding herself with child of Trimmer a man of lower-class origin whom she and Guy detested, he accepted, recalling in his mind the words of his pious father, ‘if only one soul was saved that is full compensation of any amount of “loss of face”’. In consequence, the offspring of someone anything but noble became the heir. In the end of this quest, when he had surrendered in all sides of his moral front, what was eventually chieved was not worldly honour but salvation of souls. As these novels do not seem to have been translated into Japanese yet, and it is doubtful that such translation, if it was done, would make a great commercial success in the Japanese market, it may be of some use to offer even such a simple note as this on the significant achievement of a great English novelist.

This study is intended to grasp trends and issues of studies on pre-schoolteacher-efficacy. Method: Method of this study is literature study on pre-school-teacher-efficacy. Result：Trends of studies on pre-school-teacher-ef ficacy were “Study of developing a measure scale”, “The study that pre-school-teacher-efficacy is a dependent variable”, and “The study that pre-school-teacher-efficacy is an independent variable". Conclusion：The future research theme is to study “a factor to have an influence on pre-school-teacher-efficacy”, “a source of information where preschool-teacher-efficacy changes”.

This paper focuses on how to coordinate English education in elementary schools with junior high schools in terms of instruction of written English. The new English curriculum which started in junior high school in 2012 aims to improve the teaching conditions for junior high English teachers; as well as students’English skills, by adding one more class a week with the new Course of Study based on the 70-hour Foreign Language Activities in elementary schools. Nevertheless, some junior high school students seem to have difficulties in learning written English and in memorizing vocabulary.I will suggest some ideas to enhance the readiness of written English for elementary school students. There is much to be improved in the instruction of Roman letters and the English alphabet, and alphabet phonics. The reading of English picture books can also be introduced. In addition, I will discuss the English writing activities in “Hi, friends! 1・2” — the activities’ books published by MEXT — as well as other possible activities.

臨地実習前の前期に模擬患者に対して実践看護学演習でクリティカルシンキング（論理的思考）と看護過程（看護診断過程・看護実践過程）を実践的に展開することは，学生の問題解決思考過程形成に有用である。学生自身は，段階的に思考過程を実践学習し，看護者としての基本的態度・社会人基礎力・看護実践能力の視点から自己の課題を明確にできる。教員は，技術演習のあるべき内容並びに体制を明確にすることで実践看護学の質の向上を目指す資料にできる。, A nursing practicum with mock patients conducted early in the year before onsite training can help student nurses shape their thinking processes in order to develop their critical thinking skills and nursing processes (nursing diagnostic process, nursing practice process). Through learning about thinking processes and gradually applying them in practice with mock patients and also reviewing it using self-evaluation sheets, students can clarify their future tasks in terms of the fundamental attitudes and technical knowledge required of nurses as well as the basic abilities required of working adults. It also enables teachers to create teaching materials to improve the quality of nursing practicums by clarifying the contents and implementation of skill practicums.

トランス脂肪酸の過剰摂取リスクはLDL－コレステロールの上昇やHDL－コレステロールの低下などにより心疾患発症の可能性が示唆されている。しかし，トランス脂肪酸と行動との関係についてはいまだ明らかでない。 本研究の目的は，マーガリンがラットの攻撃・不安行動および体内の脂質プロファイルに及ぼす影響について，n-9系・n-6系，n-3系脂肪酸摂取との比較検討を行った。更に，実験飼料とストレス環境による影響についても検討を行った。 方法は4週齢のSprague-Dawley系雌ラットを無作為に実験飼料で4群に分け，さらに各実験飼料群は飼育環境をコントロールとストレスで行い11週間飼育した。 実験食による体重変化は，ストレスの有無に関わらず魚油群の増加が最も著しく，マーガリン群が最も低かった。攻撃行動ではコントロールの場合，各群間に顕著な差は認められなかった。対照的にストレスの場合，マーガリン群はn-9系やn-6系脂肪酸群に比べて攻撃性が有意に低いのが認められた。不安行動では，マーガリン群のストレスの有無に関わらず不安を感じていない行動が他の食餌群に比較して顕著にみられた。対照的に不安を敏感に感じ安定性を好んだのがn-9系のオリーブ油群であった。 総コレステロールは，ｎ－3系脂肪酸群が低かったが，マーガリン群はｎ－9系やｎ－6系脂肪酸群と同じ傾向であった。一方，トリアシルグリセロールはストレスの場合，全食餌群でコントロールに比べて上昇した。, Excessive consumption of industrially produced trans fatty acid has been known to induce vascular disease, insulin resistance, inflammation and cancer, but little is known on behavior. Our aim of this study is to investigate whether margarine is associated with aggressive and anxiety behavior of rats. We also investigated to identify the difference between control and stress circumstances. The rats were fed either olive oil (n-9), corn oil (n-6), fish/egoma oil (n-3) or margarine (trans) for 11weeks. We evaluated body weight, aggression and anxiety behavior, and plasma and liver lipid profile. The body weight of margarine gained lower than other diet groups. In contrast, fish group gained the highest in both control and stress. In aggressive behavior, there was no difference among diet groups, but in stress , margarine group behaved differently from other groups by losing fighting. Moreover, in anxiety test, differently from the other groups, margarine group behaved normally as like out of fear in both control and stress. Contrary, olive group behaved anxiety very sensitively than other groups. Margarine group did not have adverse effect of blood and liver biological signs. The conclusion of this study was that margarine of normal intake did not affect blood and liver biological values, but in spite of low intake of margarine, it affected the aggressive and anxiety behaviors. It suggests trans fatty acid is still unclear on behavior, and it must continue to be cleared.

【目的】看護系大学3年次生の実習前演習における学生の認識の特徴や学びから実習前演習の展開について教育上の示唆を得る。【方法】学生の記録から体験内容と認識の変化が読み取れる記述内容を取り出す。科学的認識論を理論的基盤に記述内容を意味づけし認識の特徴を明らかにし,認識の共通性･相異性を分析する。【結果】「自己評価」のあり方で以下の３タイプに区別された。Ⅰ型：メンバーや自己の患者体験,看護者体験に注目し自己評価していた。Ⅱ型：メンバーや自己の看護者体験の行為に注目して自己評価していた。Ⅲ型：看護者体験でのできなかった行為や認識,メンバーとの違いに注目し感情が揺れる。【考察】実習前演習における展開について次のような示唆が得られた。1)演習を「看護過程」として意識化させる。2)「看護過程」を意識させた看護者体験をさせる。3)対象像の描きを丁寧に行う。4)相手の位置に立った看護を意識づける。5)メンバーの看護を目の当たりにする体験をさせる。6) 学生の認識を尊重し，自らが気づくようにしむける。7)看護実践における学生の感情の揺れは当たり前という認識をもつ。, The purpose of this study is conducted to investigate the effectiveness of pre-clinical simulation training on third year nursing students. The method of the study is to the students' post training self-evaluation records were used to describe their thoughts, feelings and characteristics of their recognition after their pre-clinical simulation training. The study distinguished three types of student characteristics.Type I: The focus of the self evaluation is based on their (self and peers) simulation experiences as patients and nurses during the training. Type II: The focus of the self evaluation is based on their (self and peers) actual simulation actions as nurses during the training. Type III: Nurses felt tasks were unachievable and compared themselves to their peers, creating anxiety during the training. Upon conducting the pre-clinical simulation training for the students, the study suggested the following1) The instructor should remind their students to consider the training as a part of the nursing process. 2) The instructor should encourage their students to be consciously aware of the training as part of the nursing experience. 3) The instructor should spend more time to describe what they expects their students to do as health care providers. 4) The importance of understanding what patients feel when receiving nursing care.5) Giving opportunities to peers to experience providing direct patient care. 6) The instructor should give students space and respect so that students can independently develop their own feeling and understanding about the nursing simulation. 7) The instructor should understand that it is natural for students to become anxious when they have their clinical training.

パラベン類はミトコンドリアの呼吸系に対して除共役作用，呼吸抑制作用を示し，また，内膜のイオン透過性変化（MPT）をもたらすことが知られている。これらの反応が細胞毒性にかかわっていると考えられている。本研究では，パラベンの分子構造と除共役作用との関連性を考察する目的で，最も繁用されているMPBおよび PPBについて単離ラット肝ミトコンドリアのNAD系呼吸に対する傷害作用を酸素電極法により検討した。その結果，両パラベンとも無傷ミトコンドリアの呼吸を傷害し，その作用はPPBのほうがMPBより強力であることを確認した。NAD系呼吸に対して両パラベンは呼吸抑制作用と除共役作用によりRC比およびADP/O比の低下を来した。各種pHでの紫外部吸収スペクトルを測定した結果，両パラベンともpH依存性のスペクトル変化を示し，pKa値が除共役作用の発現に適した生理的範囲を超えたアルカリ性側pH（約8.8）に局在することが判明した。, Parabens are known to impair mitochondrial respiration, repressing the respiration and uncoupling the oxidative phosphorylation. The effects of methylparaben (MPB) and propylparaben (PPB), which are most widely employed for preservatives of various foods, on mitochondrial respiration was studied by the experiment with oxygen electrode to discuss the toxicity mechanism. Both MPB and PPB were confirmed to impair mitochondrial respiration, causing the repression of state 3 respiration and the uncoupling of oxidative phosphorylation. PPB, which possesses stronger lipophilicity than MPB, exhibited stronger toxicity than MPB. MPB and PPB displayed pH-dependent spectral alterations in the UV region, giving a pKa value at about pH 8.8. Difference in the lipophilicity potency gave no influence to the pKa value of parabens at all. These results suggest that the mitochondrial toxicity of parabens was enhanced by the increment of the lipophilicity potential, and that both parabens might uncouple the oxidative phosphorylation not by the mechanism of the H+-conductivity, but by the deterioration of the membrane integrity by binding to membrane proteins as phenol compounds..

本研究の目的は，認知症対応型共同生活介護（以下，グループホーム）での実習における，看護学生の学びの実態を明らかにすることである。 研究参加者は，平成Ⅹ年に老年看護実習を行った看護学科３年次生のうち，研究承諾を得られた40名である。老年看護実習終了後に自記式による質問紙調査を行った。調査内容は項目毎に分析し，自由記述については質的帰納的に分析を行った。 分析の結果，グループホーム実習における学びとして，＜その人らしく生きることを支える個別性の看護の重要性の理解＞＜認知症の方との接し方の理解＞＜認知症の症状の理解＞＜医療機関との連携についての理解＞という4つが見出された。 生活を重視したグループホームでの実習では，生活を通して個別性が見えやすく，＜その人らしく生きることを支える個別性の看護の重要性の理解＞が得られやすい可能性が示唆された。また，4日間と限られた実習日数ではあっても，受持ち利用者を決め看護過程の展開を行うこと，さらに看護過程の展開にあたってセンター方式を活用することで＜その人らしく生きることを支える個別性の看護の重要性の理解＞につながりやすいことが示唆された。, The purpose of this study is to clarify what the nursing students actually learned during their practical training at a facility where patients with dementia live together (hereafter group home). Study participants are 40 junior students of the nursing department who gave consent for cooperating the study from among those who completed practical training of geriatric nursing in 20XX. After the practical training on geriatric nursing, we asked them to answer a written questionnaire. The answers were analyzed item by item, while free comments were analyzed qualitatively and inductively. Our analysis found that the learning acquired by the students during the training at the group home included understanding on: 1) importance of individuality in caring so as to support each patient to live his/her own life, 2) how to deal with patients with dementia, 3) dementia symptoms, and 4) cooperation with medical facilities. Practical training at a group home that provides a family-like environment facilitates observing each patient’s individuality through their everyday living. It was suggested that such training may prove to be an opportunity “to understand the importance of individuality in caring so as to support each patient to live his/her own life.” It was also suggested that even during the limited time of four days, dealing with a designated patient to lay out nursing process as well as utilizing the Center Method to Support Persons with Dementia for laying out nursing process help them acquire “understanding of the importance of individuality in caring so as to support each patient to live his/her own life.”

本稿の目的は，本学で行った一般病棟看護者を対象とした公開講座「認知症看護」（以下，公開講座）の評価と課題を明らかにすることである。 研究参加者は，平成24年度の公開講座参加者のうち，研究への協力が得られた38名である。公開講座終了時に，アンケート調査を行い，分析を行った。 分析の結果，前半の講義に対して全員が「よかった」と評価し，後半の事例検討会には「有意義だった」と評価した。 公開講座の内容は，認知症に関する基礎知識を主とした講義と事例検討会であった。これは，認知症の基本的な知識をふまえつつ，実際の看護場面を振り返る好機ともなり，参加者の満足につながったと考えられた。 今後は，認知症の基本的な知識をふまえつつ，臨床でその知識を使ったアセスメント，看護実践へとつながるような公開講座のあり方を検討していく必要がある。, A special training day on nursing for patients with dementia (hereafter training) was held in 2012 by this university targeting the nursing staff of our general ward. The aim of the study is to clarify how the participants in the training evaluated it and to examine how to improve the training in the future. The participants in the study consist of 38 people who participated in the training and gave consent to cooperate for the study. At the end of the training, we asked them to answer a questionnaire and analyzed the results. The first half of the training was a lecture while the second half involved a case study. The analysis found that all the participants evaluated the lecture as “good,” and case study “meaningful.” The lecture focused on basic knowledge of dementia, followed by a case study session. As such, it is believed that the training provided an opportunity for the participants to comprehend basics about dementia as well as to reflect on their actual nursing practices, which resulted in their satisfaction. In the future, we need to design a special training day that will enable the participants to clinically put into practice what they have learned in the training.

食品の産地や品種の偽装問題が後を絶たず，食の安全性は社会問題となっている。産地偽装が度々報告され，食資源の枯渇が懸念されているウナギの加工食品について，学生実験（食品衛生学実験・食品学実験）の中でPCR-制限酵素断片長多型（PCR-RFLP）法を用いて原料の魚種判定を行った。薩摩川内市内の食料品店および飲食店で入手したウナギ加工食品（11試料）のうち，４試料が日本などのアジア原産のAnguilla japonica（ジャポニカ種）であり，５試料がヨーロッパ原産のAnguilla anguilla（アンギラ種）であると判定され，残り２試料については判定が出来なかった。中国産と表示・販売されていた３試料はすべてアンギラ種であり，国産と表示・販売されていた３試料のうち２試料はジャポニカ種であり，１試料は判定不能であった。以上の結果，PCR-RFLP法によるウナギの魚種判定は，学生実験レベルの技術でも実施できる簡便な科学的判定法であること，さらに国内で流通するウナギのアンギラ種が占める割合が高くなっていることが確認された。, It becomes the social problem of the food safety that the issue of camouflage about place of production and species in foods occurs in sequence. There are many camouflages about place of production in eel processed foods. The exhaustion of food resources of the eel has been more serious. It was conducted species identification of the raw materials of the eel processed foods using a polymerase chain reaction - restriction fragment length polymorphism (PCR-RFLP) method in practice of our department (food hygienics and food science experiments). The eleven samples of eel processed foods were obtained at supermarkets and restaurants in Satsuma-Sendai city. Four samples were identified as Japanese eel (Anguilla japonica), and five samples were identified as European eel (Anguilla anguilla), and two samples were not possible to identify the species. All three samples produced in China were Anguilla anguilla. In three samples produced in Japan, two samples were Anguilla japonica and one sample was not possible to identify the species. It was confirmed that it was possible to identify species of raw materials of the eel processed foods by the technique of student experiment level. Furthermore, it was confirmed that there was the deflection in species of cultivated eel (Anguilla anguilla and Anguilla japonica) between Japan and China.

調理用のまな板や包丁などは，細菌や有害物質などの生体に対する交叉汚染の媒体となる可能性を常に持っている。現在調理器具に対する衛生管理については，大量調理の場合に洗浄・殺菌マニュアルが定められているが，家庭での衛生管理に関しては，各自の判断に任されているのが現状である。本研究の目的は，家庭において簡便にしかも効果のある除菌方法について，滅菌・消毒方法と調理器具の材質面から検討を行った。 方法は，対象として調理用のまな板と包丁，材質としてまな板は木材・ポリエチレン・抗菌コートプラスチック，包丁はプラスチック・ステンレス・抗菌コートステンレスを用いた。まな板と包丁は，同じ食材の調理に使用したのち，除菌方法として煮沸・熱湯・アルコール・除菌剤入り洗剤・塩素系漂白剤のいずれかで行った。残菌数の判定は，除菌前と滅菌・消毒後にそれぞれ12時間ありいは36時間培養後に残菌テスト用の寒天培地を用いて行った。 結果は，除菌効果と簡便さの面からはまな板および包丁ともに100℃熱湯を5秒間表面に流し続けることによって滅菌効果が確実であることが示された。しかし，包丁の刃の部分に穴があいているものは残菌し易いことが明らかとなった。また，除菌・抗菌効果ありと表示された洗剤は，他の除菌法に比べて効果が非常に低く，さらに，抗菌コートされたまな板や包丁には除菌の抗菌効果は認められなかった。 材質に関しては高温処理ができるもの，アルコールあるいは滅菌・消毒の薬剤によって変質しないものが望ましいことが明らかとなった。以上の結果より家庭において，魔法瓶の湯で除菌効果があることが明らかとなり，より簡便に利用できると示唆された。, Cutting boards and kitchen knives are major source of cross-contamination of foods with microbacteria. However, there is few published information on the effectiveness of cleaning procedure for removing microbacteria from cutting boards and knives at the home kitchen. The aim of this study is to investigate the better and easy practices of cleaning cutting boards and knives resulted in final levels of bacteria below the detection limit in the home kitchen. The materials we used as cutting boards were wood, polyethylene, polypropylene, polypropylene-coated with antimicrobial compounds, and also knives were polypropylene, stainless, stainless coated with antimicrobial compounds, stainless with holes. The sanitizing ways of them were used either boiling water for 5min, 100°C hot water fro 5 sec, alcohol, detergent containing anti bacterial compounds, or chlorine-bleach. Our results showed that boiling water and 100°C hot water were the good scores. However, the efficacy of sanitizing of the stainless knife with holes was very low. Moreover, the hygienic effects of the cutting board, the knife and also detergent containing antimicrobial compounds had not any additional sanitizing efficiency. Finally, our conclusion of the best and easy way to clean the cutting boards and knives at home was 100°C hot water for more than 5 sec.

給食運営のためには経営管理を理解した上で，マネジメントサイクルが重要視され，食材料の原価管理は大事な役割を担っている。 本学では管理栄養士養成のためのカリキュラムの一つとして，大量調理を目的とした給食経営管理実習があり，栄養基準と予算に見合った献立作成および発注，調理，配膳，後片付けまでの一連の流れを学内の給食施設で体験する。本研究では，平成20年度から24年度までの5年間に実施した献立で使用された食材料の価格に注目し，食材料費の価格分析を行い，どの食品もしくは食品群がどの程度占めているのか，評価した。 その結果，食品群別による金額占有率では，野菜類，肉類，穀類の順に多く，食品の使用回数では野菜類，調味料及び香辛料，果実類の順に多いことがわかった。つまり金額及び食品の使用回数において，野菜類が献立中で多くを占めていることが明らかとなった。また，金額的に影響が少なかったのは油脂類，種実類，砂糖及び甘味料であった。食品別のABC分析結果からは，Aグループのどの年度においても精白米が一番多くの金額を占めており，コストダウンの指標になることが示唆された。決められた予算内でより質の高い給食を提供するためには，常に原価意識をもって取り組むことがより一層重要であることが確認された。, Placing much value on management cycle and managing the cost of food, with the understanding of food management, play an important role in operating food service. Kagoshima Immaculate Heart University carried out Menu Institutional Food Management Training, a program aiming at quantity cooking, which is one of curricula for training national registered dietitian. During the training, we experience a series of flows from managing menus that meet dietary standards and a set budget, ordering, cooking, to dishing up. In this study, we analyze the price of food used in the menu which we carried out for five years from 2008 to 2012; we then evaluate the proportion of each food item or food group in the cost of ingredients. It was found from the result that culinary plants were the largest portion of the price share in the food group, followed by meat and grains. The highest number of food item used was culinary plant, followed by seasonings and spices, and fruits. In other words, it was revealed that culinary plants accounted for the greatest portion of the amount of money and number of foods used in menus. Moreover, oils and fats, nuts and seeds, sugar, and a sweetener were less affected regarding the amount of money. The results of ABC analysis suggested that, the polished rice accounted for the largest amount of money in Group A in any given year, thereby becoming the index of the reduction in cost of food. In order to offer high quality supply of food within a set budget, it was confirmed that it is essential to be more cost-conscious than before.

看護師のストレスの特徴は，職場の人間関係の葛藤，労働過多と医療事故への不安，看護師役割と地位役割の過重，重責感など職場環境による人間関係，組織構造，役割，地位，職場風土などのキャリアに関するものである。 職場の皆が同僚のストレス反応や疾病などへの気づきを元に要因分類し，ストレスへの早期対応・職場環境改善などの根本的改善に協同する。モデルのような働きがいのある豊かな職場風土，ワーク・ライフ・バランスを支援する職場づくりのために法律や制度を活用し，多様な働き方ができる柔軟な支援をする職場づくりがストレス対処法の実施の方向と考える。, Nurses’ stress is characteristically related to interpersonal conflict at work, overwork, anxiety about medical accidents, duties and responsibility as a nurse, and managerial position and its influences on organizational structure, roles, status, and work culture. Factor categorization should be conducted based on workers’ awareness of their coworkers’ stress reactions and illnesses, in order to collaborate on strategies to radically improve early interventions for stress and provide work environment support. We suggest that stress coping methods include creating a rich work culture in which nurses feel fulfilled in their work and utilizing legal regulations and systems to create a work environment that supports a work-life balance for nurses and allows them to work flexibly.

本稿は, 児童養護施設における心理コンサルテーションの研究を行うにあたっての背景と理論的枠組みを論じたものである。先行研究に基づき,児童養護施設における心理的支援の現状と心理担当職員が抱える困難,児童養護施設における心理コンサルテーションを有効化するためには, コンサルティの評価を基に児童養護施設に適合する心理コンサルテーションを構築する必要性があることを論じた。, This article discussed background and theoretical framework of psychological consultation in children's home research. Based on previous researches, it refers to present psychological supports in children's home and psychological staffs’ difficulties, and refers to the necessity to make psychological consultations fit to characteristics of children’s home.

実験動物に対するダイオキシンの胎盤・母乳経由暴露により若年期において行動異常が発現することが知られている。しかし,異常行動の正確な発現時期(発症時期)および性差は明らかになっていない。我々は,ダイオキシン周産期暴露に起因する行動異常発症は性ホルモン分泌調節と関連性があると推察し,それを示す論拠を得るために本研究を行った。正常な雌雄のddY系マウスを交配して妊娠させ,妊娠7日日と14日目にオリーブオイルに溶解した2,3,7,8 tetrachlorodibenzo-p-dioxin (TCDD)を100 μg/kg,またはオリーブオイルを経口投与した。産仔をそれぞれの母マウスに母乳飼育させ,生後28日に離乳した。その後,同腹の同性産仔同士で集団飼育し,生後12週まで日視による行動観察および接触刺激応答計測装置を用いた行動学的定量調査を行った。TCDDを胎盤・母乳経由で摂取した産仔の多くには,弱い接触刺激または視覚刺激に対して過敏に応答する行動,すなわち接触逃避行動および対物攻撃行動が顕著に発現した。両行動の発現時期を特定する目的で,接触刺激応答計測装置を用いて生後5週から生後12週に至るまで,週3日,両行動の強度を定量的および力学的に計測した。その結果,両行動は,雄産仔において生後7週末から8週に有意に増大し,その後増大した状態が長く継続することが明らかになった。雌産仔では, 8週齢において接触逃避行動および対物攻撃行動が有意に増大したが,雄産仔に比較して顕著ではなかった。本研究の結果から,ダイオキシン胎盤・母乳経由暴露に起因する接触逃避行動および対物攻撃行動の発現時期は血漿アンドロゲン濃度が最高に達する時期にほぼ一致することが示された。本研究によって,TCDD胎盤・母乳経由摂取に起因する若年期行動異常発現は性ホルモン,特に男性ホルモン分泌の増加に影響されることを示唆する論拠が示された。, In utero and lactational exposure to 2,3,7,8-tetrachlorodibenzo-p-dioxin(TCDD)is known to induce a variety of abnormal behaviors in juvenile animals. However, the precise timing of pubertal onset of these symptoms remains unclear, as does the presence of sex differences in manifestation of the symptoms. The present study evaluated touch response and aggressive biting behaviors to examine the hypothesis that pubertal increases in the secretion of sex hormones are related to the exhibition of abnormal behaviors induced by perinatal exposure to TCDD. Normal male and female ddY mice were housed together for mating, and female mice were administered 100 μg/kg of TCDD or an equivalent volume of vehicle (olive oil) by gavage on gestational days 7 and 14. Offspring were weaned on postnatal day 28 and group- housed. Kicking and biting responses were measured three times a week to evaluate touch escape and aggressive biting behaviors during postnatal weeks 5-12 using the Touch Response Meter (TRM). Most mice exhibited both kicking and biting behaviors intensely toward the stimulation sticks on the TRM Among male offspring, intensities of both responses were significantly increased at the end of postnatal week 7 or in postnatal week 8, with the increase continuing until the end of postnatal week 12. In female offspring, similar to male mice, both behaviors increased significantly, but the degree of change was smaller than that in male offspring. These findings indicate that onsets of touch escape and aggressive biting behaviors occur in postnatal week 7 or 8, and suggest that onsets of these abnormal behaviors are concurrent with the period of increased androgen secretion. Pubertal onset of the abnormal behaviors induced by perinatal exposure to TCDD may be related to increased secretion of sex hormones, particularly in male mice.

「表情認知課題」と,「喜びと悲しみの感情理解に関する課題(自己と他者)」を精神発達遅滞児群と自閉性障害児群に実施したところ,特に, 自閉性障害児群では「表情認知課題」に誤答したにもかかわらず「喜びと悲しみの感情理解に関する課題(自己と他者)」に正答していたことが見出された。これは「写真」や「イラスト」といったストーリーのない切り取った一枚の「表情」のみでなく,ストーリーの主人公(他者)や自己の感情について,ストーリーの文脈に感情移入しつつ理解することができているのではないかと推測された。つまり, このことは,感情理解の発達を促進する手がかりになるのではないだろうか, ということが考察された。, This study tested a Facial expression recognition task and a task in which subjects were required to understand emotions of pleasure and sadness (in others and oneself). Sample groups: one group of children with mental development retardation and a group of children with autistic disorder. These experiments showed that in particular the children with autistic disorder tend to respond correctly to the task related to understanding the emotions of pleasure and sadness (in others and oneself). This is despite responding incorrectly to the facial expression recognition task. It is therefore assumed that children with autistic disorder can understand the emotions of both others and themselves through empathy with the story being told. This response does not occur where there are only photos or illustrations with no story. It is considered that for patients who have these disorders, empathizing with the emotions shown in stories could help to accelerate their development of, and ability to understand, emotions.

本稿では,児童養護施設におけるコンサルテーションをより有効にするために重要な,コンサルテーションに対する評価について論じた。まず,先行研究を基に理論的考察を行い,評価がコンサルティの視点から行われる必要性および,児童養護施設におけるコンサルテーションではプロセス評価が有効であることが示唆された。続いて,それらの指摘に応えうる評価方法として,半構造化面接と質問紙による3時点(毎回のコンサルテーション後,半期終了後,全コンサルテーション終了後),9種の評価項目を提示した。, This article discussed about the evaluation to psychological consultation in children's home.At first, we reviewed previous studies of consultation, and found that necessity of consultee’s evaluations and effectiveness of process evaluations. Next, we suggested that an evaluation method, including 9 items by interviews and questionnaires, which was conducted after each consultation, half term, and whole term.

現代社会において,感情労働という用語は,医療・福祉・教育など, さまざまな分野で用いられるようになってきた。 しかしながら,心理学の分野における研究は少なく,臨床心理士を研究協力者としたものは,いまだ蓄積されていない。そのため,本稿では,精神科医療で働く臨床心理士を対象にしてインタビュー調査を実施し,臨床心理士の感情労働について臨床心理学的視点から検討をした。その結果,臨床心理士の感情労働は,“人間性"と“専門性"から成立しており,臨床心理士はその両者のバランス感覚を保持することが大切であることが明らかになった。また,今回の調査より,臨床心理士の感情労働は、 日常の場面においても「自己一致」が(完全ではないが)得られていた。これは,臨床心理士の職務における訓練と技能のたまものであり,「自己一致」について理解と認識をもつ臨床心理士の専門性における特色が示唆された。, In modern society, the term “emotional labor” has come to be employed in various fields such as medical care, welfare and education. However, few studies have been made in the field of psychology, and no research has yet been accumulated that has clinical psychologist as the research collaborators. Thus, in this paper, an interview survey was conducted with clinical psychologists working in psychiatric care as the subjects, and their emotional labor was considered from the viewpoint of clinical psychology. As a result, it was found that the emotional labor of clinical psychologists comprises “human nature” and “professionalism” , and that it is important for them to maintain a sense of balance between the two. In addition, according to this survey, the emotional labor of clinical psychologists had “congruence” (although not complete) in everyday scenes as well. This is all owing to the training and skills of the clinical psychologists in their work, suggesting the distinctive feature of the professionalism of clinical psychologists who have understanding and recognition with regardto “congruence”.
