application/pdf, 語想起課題における特徴的な反応として、時間経過に伴う検索効率の急速な低下現象がある。本研究では、この現象と課題遂行中の前頭前野の賦活との関連性について検討することを目的とした。前頭前野の賦活についてはNIRSによる脳酸素代謝変化を測定した。その結果、行動指標では時間経過に伴う検索効率の急速な低下現象を確認するとともに、これに随伴して時間経過に伴いOxyHb濃度変化量は緩やかに増加した。さらに、参加者を課題遂行成績の高低で二分して比較した。その結果、遂行成績の高低に関わらず時間経過に伴う検索効率の急速な低下現象は出現すること、成績の高低に関わらず時間経過に伴いOxyHb濃度変化量が緩やかに増大することが認められた。以上より、時間経過に伴う検索効率の急速な低下現象の背後で、検索困難となった状態を解除するために実行機能が活動していること、前頭前野の賦活は実行機能の活動を反映しているもので検索抑制の解除の正否を反映するものではないことが示唆された。

We have been conducting research on the client–therapist relationship, which is considered an important healing factor in sandplay therapy, by examining brain activity interactions between the client（a healthy student）and the therapist in simulated sandplay sessions. NIRS has some advantages to MRI and EEG but also some disadvantages, including susceptibility, although small, to body movements and inability to completely remove the artifacts even with various methods. In previous NIRS studies, various measures to prevent body motion and to remove physical effects from post-measurement data have been attempted. Still, it seems difficult to completely remove the physical effects from the data after the measurement. In sandplay therapy, it is essential that both the brain and the body are involved, and we therefore cannot ignore the body. Thus, restricting bodily movements goes against the very nature of sandplay therapy, where“free and protected space”is essential. Furthermore, there is a view that body movements arising unconsciously are most important and that by excluding data parts where body movements have occurred, we may end up losing most of the meaningful material. The authors have been trying to find a compromise to this dilemma, searching for solutions in previous research on brain activity in psychotherapy. In the first place, however, unlike in verbal psychotherapy, the movements between the client and therapist in sandplay therapy are different, depending on their respective roles. This may lead to giving up measuring brain activity and only looking at peripheral physiological responses, but since the client is moving their hands, their heart rate and respiration will also be affected. At this point, it seems therefore difficult to make a strict distinction between brain activity and bodily factors, but it may be possible to carefully examine the data in conjunction with qualitative data, rather than excluding data from the areas where the body has reacted. In addition, paying attention to unconscious bodily reactions may be a possibility in the future. For example, the client and therapist both look at the miniatures or the sandbox. The gaze does not necessarily move in a conscious way. It has been known that joint attention is at the basis of mother-infant relationship. In the future, studying the gaze may add to our knowledge of unconscious interactions between the client and the therapist.

脳を科学的に評価する技術の進展に伴い、精神疾患領域においてもNIRS 検査による脳機能評価がうつ病の診断補助として認められるようになった。脳機能評価は客観的指標として被検者と医療者が症状に対する共通認識をもつツールとして有用であると考えられる。またこれまで診断資料として用いられてきた心理検査や治療としての心理療法と脳機能評価の関係が明らかになることで、より早期の適切な診断や治療方法の選択に貢献できる可能性があり、今後、脳機能評価の重要性は増すと考えられる。, The brain functional assessment by NIRS has come to be recognized as a diagnostic aid for depression even in the psychiatric disorders field, with the progress of technology for scientifically evaluating the brain. The brain functional evaluation is considered to be useful as an objective index as a tool for subjects and medical staff to have a common understanding of subjects symptoms. In addition, if the relationship between psychological examination of diagnostic materials, psychotherapy as treatment, and evaluation of brain function is clarified, it may be possible to contribute to the selection of appropriate diagnosis and treatment method at an earlier stage. Therefore, we thought that the importance of brain functional evaluation will increase in the future.

Objective: This study aimed to examine the effects of sprint interval training (SIT) exercise under 13.6%O2 hypoxic conditions on muscle tissue oxygenation responses in male college students. Methods: Thirteen active male students participated in the study. SIT exercises consisted of 4 sets of 30-sec cycling exercises with three 4.5-min active recoveries. Participants were instructed to cycle as fast as possible in the 1st and 4th sets; the targeted cycling speed (rpm) in the 2nd and 3rd set of exercises was set at 80% of the peak cycling speed in the 1st set. Near-infrared spectroscopy was attached to the right vastus lateralis muscle, and oxygenation hemoglobin (OxyHb) responses were measured. Results: The mean power output in the hypoxic condition was lower than that in the normoxic condition. OxyHb decreased from the 1st to 3rd SIT exercises in both conditions. OxyHb slightly increased from the 3rd to the 4th SIT exercises in the normoxic condition but not in the hypoxic condition. Conclusion: These results showed that SIT exercises under hypoxic conditions caused greater oxygen deficiency in active skeletal muscles, suggesting that hypoxic SIT could lead to metabolic adaptation in skeletal muscles. However, because of the lower power output of the hypoxic SIT, these results should be interpreted with caution.

application/pdf, 本研究では，紙と筆記用具で実施される典型的なトレイル・メイキング・テスト（TMT）の難易度が前頭前野の活動に及ぼす影響について検討することを目的とした。TMTの難易度は，切り換えの有無とした。具体的には，数字のみの系列順で線を引く切り換えのない単純条件，数字と平仮名で交互に線を引く2交代条件，数字・平仮名・アルファベットで交代して線を引く3交代条件を設定した。TMTにおける行動指標（遂行時間）では，単純条件に比べて2交代条件・3交代条件において遂行時間の顕著な延長がみられた。一方，近赤外線分光法（NIRS）による生理指標（OxyHb濃度変化）では，課題の難易度が高まるにつれてOxyHb濃度変化量が増大した。3交代条件では，遂行時間とOxyHb濃度変化の間に有意な正の相関が認められた。以上より，TMTの難易度が前頭前野の活動に影響を及ぼすことから，TMTは前頭前野の活動が関与する実行機能の評価方法として妥当性を有することが示唆された。

近年、近赤外分光法（NIRS）を用いて非侵襲的に脳の機能を測定できるようになり、検査や治療効果の判定にも応用されている。NIRS のデータの精度を高めるには、性別や年齢、薬剤などの要因を考慮した検討が必要となる。本研究では、前頭前野を３領域に分けて脳賦活反応性を NIRS を用いて評価し、前頭前野の脳機能と高齢者の年齢の関連を検討した。60歳以上の高齢女性27名を対象に、Stroop テストを遂行中の酸素化ヘモグロビン（oxy-Hb）濃度変化を左右背外側前頭前野と前頭極で計測し、高齢者の加齢が与える影響について明らかにすることを目的とした。結果、高次の認知課題を実施する間、左背外側前頭前野と前頭極の oxy-Hb 値は高齢者の年齢と有意な負の相関を示したが、右背外側前頭前野の oxy-Hb 値は年齢との相関がみられなかった。これらのことから、両側の半球はそれぞれ異なった機能を持っているが、片側の半球が加齢のため生理的機能が退行した場合、それを半球間で代償する可能性が示唆された。

論文(Article), 背景：我が国は高齢化に伴い介護予防活動が盛んに行われており、中でも口腔ケアが注目されている。看護において口腔ケアは口腔の疾病予防のほか、誤嚥性肺炎の予防など健康の保持増進に幅広い効果をもたらすことが知られているが、口腔ケアの効果を客観的に検討した研究はまだ少ない。看護の現場では、歯ブラシに加えスポンジブラシがしばしば用いられるが、これまでブラッシング用具別に比較した研究はない。また、歯肉部位によって知覚閾値が異なる報告があり、脳活動にもその違いがみられる可能性がある。そこで本研究では、脳血流量を指標としてスポンジブラシと歯ブラシによるケアおよび上顎と下顎へのケアで差があるかを明らかにすることを目的に検討することとした。方法：山形大学の健常な成人男女32名を対象者に口腔ケアを行い、ケア中の前頭前野の脳血流の変化を酸化ヘモグロビン（oxyHb）濃度を指標としてNIRS（near-infrared spectroscopy）で計測した。口腔ケアによる気分の変化についてアンケートを実施した。ケア中の各チャンネルの平均oxyHb濃度を算出し、用具別および部位別に比較検討した。倫理的配慮：山形大学医学部倫理委員会の承認を得た。結果と考察：スポンジブラシおよび歯ブラシによるケア、上顎および下顎へのケアのそれぞれでoxyHb濃度が減少した。用具別に比較すると、歯ブラシの方が下顎へのケアでoxyHb濃度の減少が有意に大きく、部位別に比較すると、上顎の方がスポンジブラシでのケアでoxyHb濃度の減少が有意に大きいことが明らかとなった。全ての課題でoxyHb濃度が減少した機序は不明であるが、デフォルトモードネットワークの関与、リラクゼーション効果による影響、眠気の関与の３つが考えられた。アンケートでは、スポンジブラシおよび歯ブラシともに気分の変化に差は見られなかった。今後は高齢者や意識障害のある患者など対象範囲を拡大した検討が必要であると考える。結論：本研究より、口腔ケアにより前頭前野脳血流の減少することが示唆された。

神経科学者である David Marrによれば，情報処理装置を理解するためには，三つの水準があるという．すなわち，計算理論，表現とアルゴリズム，ハードウェアによる実現である．こうした考えは，神経科学だけではなく，工学にも影響を与え，ヒトの情報処理機能の理解と，その知見の工学的応用が，相互に影響を与えながら今日まで発展してきたと考えられる． また，現代においては，脳機能計測技術が発達し，様々な計測原理，技術に基づいた脳機能イメージングが可能となった．そのため，ヒトの脳機能についての実験データが蓄積され，その知見や議論を深めている．また脳機能計測を応用することで，脳活動に基づ いてロボットやコンピュータの操作を行うといった試みや，ヒトの感性や情動，学習といった，定量化が困難である情報を解析しようとする試みも行われている． 本研究では，近赤外分光法（ NIRS: Near-infrared spectroscopy）を用いて脳機能計測を行い，その計測に基づいて見まねによる動作学習メカニズムの解析をすることを目的とする．NIRSによる計測結果については，大域平均基準を用いて解析を行う．また，統計解析ソフトである NIRS-SPM は，NIRS計測結果の解析に広く用いられており，本論文では，このNIRS-SPMも解析に使用する．NIRSによる脳機能計測を行い，見まねによる動作の学習について，脳活動と作業習熟との関連性を考察する． 見まねによる学習は模倣行為の一種であると考えられ ，見まねにおける相手の意図の理解やアフォーダンスの理解といったことも含まれるが，本研究においては，他者の行為の形式を真似ることに重点を置いている． NIRSによる脳機能計測は，非侵襲であり，被験者に対して拘束性が比較的低いため，実験時の被験者への負担が少ない．また NIRSは他の脳機能計測機に比べてサンプリング周波数が高く，被験者は自然体で実験に臨めるため，何らかの動作を行う実験に比較的適すると考えられる．被験者の筋肉や関節の動きといった運動情報の発露ではなく，被験者が見本となる人物の動きを見て学ぶという，視覚情報から自らの運動情報へ変換する過程に着目して，動作学習へのアプローチを行うことで，新たな知見を得られることが期待される．, 第1章 緒言 大分県の特産物であるカボスの香気成分について時期による香気成分とその量の違いをユズを対照として調べた。その結果、カボスの採取時期による成分とその量の変化、カボスまたはユズの特有のあるいは共通する成分などが判明した。官能評価ではカボスの香りは熟成により女性的から男性的、複雑から単純に変化した。ユズは男性的という評価であった。NIRS結果で11月のカボスとユズと比較しカボスは脳血流量を上昇させる効果が高いことが分かった。

別府鉄輪温泉の蒸し湯では石菖が使用されている。この石菖の時期、乾燥、精油による香気成分の変化についてGC-MS-O、NIRSによる脳内情報、官能評価を使用して香りの可能性を探った。その結果、Caryophyllene、Humulene、isoeugenol、Asaroneが確認された。香気成分は5月石菖が香り成分、量とも多いが、乾燥すると成分数が少なくなり、生、乾燥物、精油は香気成分が非常に異なっていた。香りには強い鎮静効果があり、それを利用したアロマ商品開発が考えられた。

本研究の目的は、『笑いヨガ』を構成する視覚・聴覚・触覚の感覚刺激をそれぞれ単一で受けると、脳血流の酸素化ヘモグロビン値（以下oxy-Hb 値）にどのような変化があるか、またその脳血流の変化は、高齢者特有の変化であるのかを若者と比較し検討することである。対象は、すべて女性で認知機能障害がなく健康な高齢者12 名（65 ～ 82 歳）と健康な大学生（以下若者）9 名（21 ～ 22 歳）であった。近赤外線酸素モニター装置（near-infrared spectroscopy）を前頭前野の位置に装着し、刺激のない安静な状態と視覚・聴覚・触覚にそれぞれ数種類の刺激を単一で与えたときのoxy-Hb 値を測定した。結果、有意な変化があったのは、高齢者では、聴覚刺激の『他者の笑い声』、若者では、聴覚刺激の『他者の手拍子』であった。視覚と触角の刺激では、高齢者・若者のいずれにおいても有意な変化は認められなかったが、両者とも『白い壁を見て微笑む』、『他者の肩に自分の手を置く』の刺激で比較的大きな変化が見られた。この結果より、寝たきりの高齢者であっても笑いヨガを行っている場で聴くという方法だけでも、脳血流に影響が与えられることが示唆された。

The authors have been developing CTR (Concentration Time Ratio), a quantitative measurement method using the answering time distribution of receipt classification task as a cognitive task with uniformed difficulty. However, the receipt classification task has some problems. In this study, a new cognitive task has been proposed in a useful and more suitable style for measuring the intellectual concentration. The task, “ comparison task ”, has been developed based on the aspect of cognitive psychology and human information processing. Two experiments were conducted to assess the comparison task. One experiment was to confirm that the task employs linguistic ability and numerical ability, cerebral blood flow was measured by NIRS when conducting the task. As the result, it showed activation of prefrontal area and Broca ’s area. The other experiment was to confirm that the answering time of the task was properly affected by the room environment. As the result, the calculated CTRs showed the difference of environmental conditions.

This paper describes analysis of the brain activity by the difference in the characteristic of shoes. Running shoes is very important element for record. If runner wore uncomfortable shoes, it has a bad influence on a finish time. Therefore, Top runner is sensitive to shoes. So brain activity is affected, when the runner wears a shoes with which the feature is different.

甘渋判定に関する透過型NIRSによる方式は，完全渋果を確実に見分ける能力を有することを明らかにできた。半渋果の判定能力についても赤道部断面のゴマ状態あるいは渋状態を基準にした場合，実用精度を有しているといえる。このシステムは，可視光線透過式による判定機と比較した場合，自動化ラインに装備することができることから省力化に大きくきく貢献するものであり，西村早生果実の産地振興にも効果的であると結論された。

超重症児に対する教育支援の手がかりを得ることを目的に、2名の超重症児を対象としてNIRSおよび心拍数変化（HRおよびHRV）から、嗅覚刺激の受容状態と覚醒水準の維持・向上についての検討を行った。2名の超重症児は、NIRSにおいて眼窩前頭部のOxy-Hb変化に異なった結果を示した。一方で、両者とも心拍数変化（HRおよびHRV）については、有意な上昇あるいは有意な変動が認められていた。このことから、嗅覚刺激の呈示が両者の覚醒水準の上昇に寄与している可能性が考えられ、嗅覚刺激を用いた教育支援への応用の可能性が示唆された。

本研究の目的は,「創造的作業」と「単純反復作業」実施時における前頭前野領域の脳賦活の違いについて検討することである.健常成人10名を対象に,レゴブロックを用いて作りたいものを自由に創造する課題aと,ブロックを繰り返し付け外す課題b実施時における前頭前野領域の脳賦活の様相について22チャンネルのfNIRS装置を用いて計測した.この結果,課題aは課題bに比べ,前頭前野領域の脳賦活が広範囲に認められた.このことから,作業活動の創造性は,前頭前野領域の脳賦活に影響し,作業活動選定時に考慮すべき一つの要素となり得ることが示唆された.

バイリンガル者における母語と第二言語の語彙の意味処理は共通の脳内ネットワークで行われており、左側頭葉の各部位は単語の意味表象に関与すると考えられている。このため、第二言語に習熟した者ほど異言語を交互に使用する際の脳の賦活部位が接近している。今回、日本語と英語での言語流暢性課題を交互に行う際の前頭葉血流内酸素化ヘモグロビン濃度を測定し、語彙想起効率との連関を検証した。その結果、健常被験者においては、英語の想起効率の高い被験者ほど前頭葉各部の左右差が言語間で認められなかった。さらに、幼少期から海外居住により第二言語に暴露されたバイリンガル自閉症スペクトラム者においては、健常者、モノリンガル自閉症スペクトラム者いずれにも類型化されない前頭前野の活性化パターンが観察された。第二言語の想起効率に伴う前頭葉血流変化は、言語習得度以外にも、先天的な脳機能によっても影響される可能性が示唆された。

本稿では,様々な動画を単一または複数同時に視聴した際の脳活動を測定することで,動画の同時視聴においての組み合わせと理解度の関係を明らかにすることを目指す.動画の効率的な理解に関する研究は多くなされているが,同時視聴において内容による理解度の変化について言及した論文は少ない.そこで,本研究ではNIRSによる計測を用いて様々な動画を視聴した際の脳活動を測定し,動画と脳活動の関係から同時視聴の可能性について検証する． : This paper aims at clarifying the relationship between the degree of understanding and the combination of the multiple viewing of the video by measuring the brain activity when people watch a single or multiple various video content(s). Although many studies have been made on efficient understanding of video contents, there are not so many studies that refer to changes in the level of understanding of the contents in a concurrent viewing. Therefore, we measured brain activity when people view various video contents using NIRS and we examine the possibility of concurrent viewing of multiple video contents from the viewpoint of relationship between the contents and brain activity.

加齢にともない抑制機能が低下するが、そのプロセスー様ではない。たとえば、高齢者はストループ課題などでは若齢者に比べて反応時間が長くなりエラーも増加するが、go/no-go課題などには加齢の影響はない。高齢者が若齢者と同等の遂行を示す際には、前頭前野の血流量が若齢者より増加するとの報告がある。そこで本研究では、フランカー課題とサイモン課題の遂行中の前頭前野の血流量の変化を近赤外線分光法(NIRS)により調べた。その結果、従来と同様にフランカー課題では加齢による違いはなかったが、サイモン課題では高齢者の反応時間は若齢者より有意に延長した。フランカー課題では高齢者の脳活動のほうが顕著であった。不一致条件が一致条件よりも有意に脳血流量が増加したのは、サイモン課題の前頭前野右背外側のみであったが、両年齢群間でそれらの変化に違いはなかった。すなわち、若齢者と高齢者で脳血流に差がないときには、刺激-反応の抑制に加齢の効果が見られることが明らかになった。, Studies on cognitive aging have demonstrated that aging is accompanied by a decreased ability to inhibit irrelevant information. The elderly, however, don't always show deficit in an inhibition task. Previous studies suggest that the elderly compensate their decreased inhibitory ability by an exaggerated activation in prefrontal brain area, which is responsible for inhibition. We compared the younger adults and the elderly in the Franker and Simon tasks by recording brain activity with a near-infra red spectoroscotopy (NIRS). The elderly showed greater Simon effect, although the Franker effect was equivalent to the young. However, greater brain activities were observed in the elderly in the Franker task. The NIRS scores show that brain activity in right dorsolateral area was greater in incongruent condition than in congruent condition in the Simon task, suggesting that this area was responsible for response inhibition, while there was no group difference in this activity.

This study examined using near-infrared spectroscopy (NIRS) imaging the activation of DorsoLateral PreFrontal Cortex (DLPFC) while accomplishing tasks requiring alternating attention. We used three tasks with different signal salience ; Control Task, Visual Cue Task and Verbal Cue Task. The subjects were twenty-five healthy young age people (average age of 23.5±3.00, 16 female) and twenty healthy middle age people (average age of 53.6±3.62, 11 female) who were right handed. Also, they were labeled high-score subjects and low-score subjects according to the experimental task. The subjects sat on a comfortable chair, and were instructed to write answers with right hand while Counting or Hundred Square Calculations and to move left hand on the cue according to the order. Tasks were employed for NIRS measurement. Just after NIRS measurement, the subjective feeling of task strategies was assessed by the interview. The high-score subjects and young age people showed higher levels of DLPFC activity during Control Task than Verbal Cue Task. There was a difference in task strategies between young age and middle age people in Visual Cue Task. These results suggest that the activation pattern of DLPFC is affected by performance, age and signal salience, and that task strategies vary with age and signal salience.

The purpose of this study was examine the influence of the structured disclosure through writing of stressful experiences on the degree of the distress and prefrontal blood flow volume. The deleterious effect of life event stress on physical and psychological functioning are well known and continue to receive wide attention(Baum and Posluszny, 1999). Unwanted thought is an automatic process, but attempts to inhabit these cognitions require working memory (WM).The more life event stress experienced , the more functional WM and inhibitory failures(Klein and Boals, 2001).The beneficial effects of emotional disclosure though expressive writing about stressful experiences have been widely reported. Current explanations focus on the cognitive changes produced by expressive writing(Pennebaker, 1997).Klein and Boals(2001) were demonstrated expressive writing improves available WM. However there were not become clear the relationship between the WM and prefrontal blood flow volume, during in structural writing disclosure for life event stress. Results of this study showed that prefrontal blood flow volume during in the structural writing disclosure condition were statistical no significance during in the stress re-experience condition. But in left hemisphere prefrontal blood flow volume in participants who decreased subjective distress was more increase during in the structural writing disclosure condition than during in the stress re-experience condition.

環境による人体への複合的な効果の評価方法はまだ十分に確立されていない.本研究では光トポグラフィを用いた脳機能計測により,照明と室温の組み合わせが人間の脳活動に与える影響について検討した.具体的には2種類の照明(電球色,白色)と2種類の室温(高温,低温)を組み合わせた4種類の環境下で,計算課題と画像記憶課題を実施した.そして,それぞれの前頭葉および側頭葉における酸素化ヘモグロビン濃度の変化量を計測した.実験の結果,計算課題における酸素化ヘモグロビン濃度の上昇は,低温環境のときに比べ高温環境のほうが広い部位で見られた., We investigated the influence of brain activities on the human being by the combination of a color temperature and room temperature using optical topography. We measured the amount of change of oxygenation hemoglobin concentration in each frontal lobe and temporal lobe. Concretely, we carried out the calculation subject and the picture memory subject under four kinds of environment. They are two kinds of color temperatures and two kinds of room temperature. As the results of the experiment, the rise of the oxygenation hemoglobin concentration in a calculation subject was seen in the range in which the high temperature environment is wider than low-temperature environment.

「清拭刺激」による大脳皮質血流量への影響を明らかにするために，NIRS（光トポグラフィ）を使用して，頭頂葉の体性感覚野，左右各１２箇所のチャンネルにおける清拭時の血中ヘモグロビン濃度を計測した．被験者は１８歳の男性１名で，身長１７３．８㎝，体重５６．０㎏，BMI１８．０４である．「清拭刺激」に用いたタオルは「湿熱」と「乾燥」，「清拭刺激」の部位は「前腕」と「腹部」，「清拭刺激」の範囲は「前腕内側の一部分」と「前腕の全周性」とした．結果を加算平均し，「タイムコース・マッピンググラフ」と「二次元画像（トポグラフィ）」で検討した．その結果，清拭方法の違いによる大脳皮質血流量への影響は明らかにならなかったが，全てのtaskにおいてtask前と比較して大脳皮質血流量が増加した．このことから清拭刺激は，大脳皮質血流量を増加させることが示唆された．日常なおざりにされがちな清拭であるが，看護職にでできる脳への刺激療法になりうる可能性があり，清拭を余儀なくされている患者もいることから，その最大限の効果を求めたい．今後，ますます高齢化が進み，循環器疾患が占める割合が増えていく中で，生体への負荷が少ない清拭についてその効果を見直しつつ，さらに明らかにしていく必要がある．

近赤外分光法(Near-infrared spectroscopy;NIRS)は無侵襲脳機能マッピング法であり,脳を透過した近赤外光の光量変化から,神経活動に依存して変化するヘモグロビン濃度変化量を計測する方法である。この計測法は簡便で非拘束性が高く,計測姿勢等の制限が小さいという利点から,リハビリテーションをはじめとした領域において様々な実験課題による計測が行われており,そのためNIRS データの統計方法も多様に報告されている。本稿では,計測データの統計処理以前に熟知している必要のある,フィルタや移動平均処理といった基本的なNIRS データの信号処理について概説した。
