『梵網経』の注釈書である智顗『菩薩戒義疏』（智顗疏）の「階位」と、その智顗疏を受けて著されている明曠の『天台菩薩戒疏』（明曠疏）の「教摂」は、化法の四教を論じている点において共通している。しかし両疏を比較・検討すれば明曠疏の「教摂」は智顗疏を継承していないことが明らかとなる。明曠疏は特に、仏意を明らかにした『法華経』に基づき、円教によって『梵網経』を注釈するという態度を表明していることに特徴が見られる。また比較を通して明らかになった、智顗疏と異なる明曠疏の説は、おおむね智顗や湛然の諸著作に基づいているものである。一方、智顗疏の階位説は大半が『法華文句』や『法華玄義』の依用であり、一部において浄影寺慧遠の説も参照している。以上のような両疏の差異は、同じく化法の四教を論じていても、智顗疏は階位、明曠疏は教判という関心の相違によって生じたものと考えられよう。

Fifth grade elementary school students in “Course of Study” learned river processes, such as erosion, transportation, and deposition, as a part of their science curriculum. The experimental apparatus using the melamine-grain that the authors improved for use in classrooms can reflect the processes of the rivers flowing in the mountain areas. By modeling a river using the experimental apparatus to simulate alluvial processes, the authors expected that the students will easily understand processes occurring when water flows through a watercourse. During the class, the students focused on the experimental apparatus to record results. This experimental apparatus can help students quickly learn that sedimentation can create a new land form. Students didn’t understand to these processes of erosion and transportation as well, indicating that some improvements to the instruction regarding to observational perspective are necessary.

地域で学校の統廃合が生じると、当該地域の日々の暮らしや、防災における気付き、その協力体制などに様々な影響が生じるため、当該地域の姿や現状について観察・分析・考察することは重要になる。そこで本研究では、現地踏査や地域行事への参加を通して得た情報等を踏まえて、地域に関するアンケート調査を全戸に配布して行った。そしてこのアンケート調査の結果やヒアリング調査、ユーリア・エンゲストローム等が提唱する活動理論および脱構築的活動の考え方等を利用して小学校統廃合が生じた地域の姿や現状を考察する。

第14回宇宙環境シンポジウム (2017年11月6日-8日. 神戸大学先端融合研究環統合研究拠点コンベンションホール), 神戸市, 兵庫県, 静電気放電は、kV レベルの高電圧かつGHz までの高周波な帯域を持つ高エネルギーな現象である。特に、帯電体の衝突時の静電気放電では高周波の放射電界が生じる。この放電時に発生する放射電界は電子デバイスの破壊や誤動作の原因となるため、放電現象の詳細な観察が重要である。しかし、従来のモノポールアンテナでは、周波数による感度の依存性から詳細な波形の測定できなかった。そこで，本研究では光ファイバによるノイズ耐性、GHz 帯域までの周波数特性、5V 以下の高感度特性を有する導波路型光電界センサを用いた測定を行った。特に、移動帯電体の衝突放電現象の観察を行った。その結果、放射電界の減衰波形が観察でき、その減衰時間がピークによらず一定であることなどが明らかとなった。, 形態: カラー図版あり, Physical characteristics: Original contains color illustrations, 資料番号: AA1730013023, レポート番号: JAXA-SP-17-006

The statistics on cause of death are often disrupted by the revision of ICD, which makes it difficult to follow long term mortality trends. Then, the National Institute of Population and Social Security Research (IPSS) in Japan has been attacking the reconstruction of long-term time series statistics on causes of death in Japan with the 4-digit level of ICD-10, by applying the method of the Human Cause-of-Death Database (HCD). The HCD is a joint project of the French Institute for Demographic Studies (INED) and the Max Planck Institute for Demographic Research (MPIDR). We are moving forward with the translation of the data during the period covered by ICD-9 (1979-94) to those with ICD-10. Incidentally, the death certificate was revised at the same time as the introduction of ICD-10 in Japan in 1995, which lead to the sudden decrease of heart failure and renal failure as well as the discontinuous increase of other causes instead. Therefore, we need to remove the influence of new death certificate before the transition from ICD-9 to ICD-10. This paper explains this method and introduces how the data was actually modified.

高校生男子サッカー選手について、血中ヘモグロビン値のサプリメント摂取前後の変化と、エネルギー充足量、食事調査の結果からエネルギー・栄養素摂取量を検討した結果、ヘモグロビン正常群は、ヘム鉄サプリメント摂取後ヘモグロビン値が低下し、ヘモグロビン低値群はヘム鉄サプリメント摂取後ヘモグロビン値が上昇した。このことから、ヘモグロビン値が正常な者がサプリメントを摂取しても効果的に作用しないことが示唆された。また、エネルギー充足群とエネルギー不足群を比較したところ、エネルギー充足群の方が、ほとんどの栄養素において摂取量が多い傾向にあり、ヘム鉄サプリメント摂取後、ヘモグロビン値が上昇した者の方が、より消費エネルギー量に近いエネルギー摂取ができていた。このことから、スポーツ選手に必要なエネルギーを食事から適切に摂取できていなければ、ヘム鉄サプリメントは効果的に作用しないことが明らかになった。

我が国では環境意識の高まりから廃棄物リサイクルが推進されているものの，リサイクルにはコストを要するため，その市場性が問われている．一方，廃棄物リサイクルを実施する本質は環境負荷の削減である．本研究では直接コストに加え，環境負荷を環境コストとして内部化することで，廃棄物リサイクルを社会的に評価する社会環境効率性評価手法を検討・試作する．具体的に，廃棄物リサイクルには様々な不確実要素が絡み合っているため，感度分析およびモンテカルロシミュレーションを用いることで不確実性をも考慮した社会環境効率性評価を実施した．その結果，特に再資源化等率の低い建設汚泥に着目したところ，建設汚泥のリサイクルの社会環境的な有意性を定量的に評価することができた．

In the freezing and thawing test of concrete, the frost damage is nondestructively evaluated by elastic-wave methods. In this regard, two alternative methods are recently proposed in RILEM recommendations. One is based on the ultrasonic test, which measures the transmission time of the longitudinal wave (P wave) and the other is associated with the resonant frequencies of vibrations. Re-examining formula to estimate dynamic moduli of elasticity in the standards available, evaluation of the frost damage by the elastic-wave methods is studied. Concerning the resonant frequencies of concrete samples, a three-dimensional analysis is performed by the boundary element method to identify actual vibrating-modes. It is clarified that an assumption of the one-dimensional resonant vibration is not applicable, because the assumption is responsible for a discrepancy between the dynamic and the static moduli. In order to evaluate the frost damage experimentally, the freezing and thawing tests were conducted by employing concrete samples after 1 year curing. The modulus of elasticity obtained from P-wave velocity is recommended to use as the durability factor, although homogeneous damages are only assumed in concrete samples. It is found that this modulus is comparable to the tangential modulus of elasticity in the compression test.

This report presents problems on maintenance of geotechnical infrastructures and basic concept/application of geotechnical infrastructure asset management. First, it is pointed out that maintenance works have not been carried out because of the limitation on budget structure allocated for infrastructures and lack of strategy on decision-making. Second, it is introduced that infrastructure asset management requires combination of engineering with interdisciplinary knowledge. Third, some examples, in which concept of infrastructure asset management is applied for geotechnical infrastructures, are introduced. バンコクを含めた開発途上国の多くでは、各々の地域内で廃棄物を収集した後、直接埋立処分することが廃棄物処理の主流を占めている。ただし、未処理で有機物を多量に含む廃棄物は、汚水や悪臭の発生等の埋立処分地における環境悪化をもたらすとともに、嫌気分解によってメタンガス等の温室効果ガスが発生する。本研究は、タイ王国・バンコク首都圏における現状の廃棄物処理システムならびにシナリオとして想定した廃棄物処理システムに対して、環境影響評価および環境会計を適用し、当該廃棄物処理システムに伴う処理コスト、環境負荷ならびに環境コストを定量的に評価する。さらに、処理コストならびに環境コストを総合的に最適化し得るバンコク首都圏における廃棄物処理システムを議論している。

The Sarobetsu marshland, it is one of the vast marsh in Hokkaido, is constructed by the Teshio River and the Saribetsu River. Because of the maximum scale high moor of Japan, various vegetation and waterfowls breeding at the Penke and the Panke swamps, Sarobetsu marshland is registered in Ramsar Convention in 2005. But recently, drawing up the underground water by farmers, drain work at surrounding area to make farmland and invasion of Sasa (a kind of bamboo) make the marshland dry. Therefore, it is an urgent problem for the preservation of marshland environments. Geological Survey of Hokkaido (GSH) and Horonobe Research Institute for the Subsurface Environment (Horonobe-RISE) had started electrical and geological surveys to clarify the underground water structure in this area to maintain a balance of marshland and farmland. In the results, resistivity layer in this area is divided into five layers and the third layer is further subdivided into two layers. And also we can make four lines of two-dimensional resistivity model. Comparing with the resistivity model and geological data, we conclude that the layers I, II and III, are correspond to the alluvium, the layer IV corresponds to the basement, and the layer V corresponds to the Koetoi layer. From the depth contour map of the base of the layer III (or the top of the layer IV), the alluvium layer get sharply thinner as closer to the eastern hills. This area is meandering zone of Sarobetsu River and mostly corresponds to the Sarobetsu fault zone.

本研究は社会基盤構造物の整備事業が与える環境影響を定量的に予測し，環境影響を考慮した整備事業評価に貢献し得る環境負荷・便益評価手法を検討するものである．また，当該手法はタイ王国・バンコク地下鉄建設事業に対して適用しており，バンコク地下鉄の建設・運用段階における環境負荷および環境便益の定量化を試みている．さらに，本適用例では定量化された環境負荷および環境便益に関する社会負担を貨幣価値に換算し，環境コストとして経済的内部収益率（EIRR）に組み込むことによって，当該建設事業が及ぼす環境影響を環境経済学的な観点から評価することができた．

公共性の高い社会基盤構造物の整備事業に関する効率性を総合的に評価するためには、事業母体に係る財務的な費用便益に加え、社会システム全体に係る社会経済的な費用便益までを対象に加えることが重要で、ある。特に、社会経済的な費用便益要因の一つである社会基盤構造物の整備が及ぼす環境影響、例えば温室効果ガスの一つであるCO2の排出ならびに排出削減は、整備事業の効率性判断指標として重要な要因を与えている。本研究は、バンコク地下鉄のライフサイクノレにおける環境影響を定量的に推定する環境影響評価手法を示し、環境影響評価に基づく環境会計を取り入れたバンコク地下鉄の効率性を議論する。具体的には、バンコク地下鉄の効率性に対して環境会計を導入するための環境影響評価を実施する。さらに、環境影響評価の実施によって定量化されたバンコク地下鉄の環境影響を貨幣価値化(環境コスト化)した上、環境会計として貨幣評価指標の一つである正味現在価値(NPV) に供することでバンコク地下鉄の効率性を評価するものである。

After long and heated debates in Russia, new pension laws with the so-called funded part were put into effect in 2002. The realization process in 2003 faced many unexpected difficulties and barriers, such as 1) mailing balance sheets to individual insurants, 2) extremely weak response from the insurants. Amendments were also made to the new pension laws such as, 1) reduction in tariff rates of the so-called uniform social tax (UST) from 28% to 20% of the wage bill, 2) exclusion of the middle-aged cohorts from the obligatory funded part. These amendments caused serious concern among specialists about a possible budget deficit in the Pension Fund of Russia, which could endanger the very core of the reform scheme. Against mounting worries among the population over the new pension system, the government adopted yet another radical welfare reform of "Monetization" which aims to replace various privileges for pensioners with monetary compensation, This policy angered elderly pensioners, who tried to resist through violent demonstrations and sit-ins by disrupting traffic. Furious babushka (elderly female pensioners) held demonstrations, which finally compelled concessions and rewriting of the laws on the part of the government. This failure will make the intended welfare reform even more difficult, and represents serious political damage to the Putin government, whose stable power base rested on popular support, particularly among elderly citizens.
