This is a Survey research, according to Babbie (1999), developed in November 2018, by the team of Socioambiental Projetos Ltda., whose data collection was done through the use of online questionnaires, by Google Forms. The objective of the study was to draw an overview of the application of Environmental Education(EE) in the scope of environmental licensing in Minas Gerais, after the publication of the Normative Deliberation of the Environmental Policy Council of Minas Gerais - COPAM No. 214, of April 26th, 2017, from the perception of the Environmental Educators of the State of Minas Gerais. The paper presents key questions that allow to analyze critically the situation of the Environmental Education, besides allowing a deepening of the questions related to its improvement, especially in relation to the Participative Socio-Environmental Diagnosis. The research aims to investigate the National Environmental Education Policy foreseen in Federal Law No. 9.795/99, during two decades of its promulgation. To do so, in the first moment, we contextualize what is meant by environmental education, its actors, principles and its importance for the preservation of the environment. Next, the values intended for environmental education are examined in the annual budgetary laws of the Union. The hypothetical-deductive method is used for the final considerations and the aid of the statistical method for the analysis of the budgetary data, referring to bibliographic material and legislation. In the end, it is demonstrated that for the implementation of public policy in this area it is essential not only the allocation of public resources, but public planning to stimulate environmental education as a change in habits and behaviors, which is not happening as dictated by current legislation, thus giving rise to the original idea of eco-development. A pesquisa objetiva averiguar a Política Nacional de Educação Ambiental prevista na Lei Federal nº 9.795/99, ao longo de duas décadas de sua promulgação. Para tanto, num primeiro momento, contextualiza-se o que se entende por educação ambiental, seus atores, princípios e sua importância para a preservação do meio ambiente. Em seguida, examinam-se os valores destinados à educação ambiental nas leis orçamentárias anuais da União. Utiliza-se do método hipotético-dedutivo para as considerações finais e o auxílio do método estatístico para a análise dos dados orçamentários, consultando-se material bibliográfico e a legislação. Ao final, demonstra-se que para a implantação de política pública nesta área é fundamental não apenas a destinação de recursos públicos, mas o planejamento público para o estímulo da educação ambiental como mudança de hábitos e comportamentos, o que não está acorrer como dita a legislação vigente, ensejando, assim a ideia originária de ecodesenvolvimento.

Preservation of the environment is one of the main social concerns of the XXI century. This includes finding alternatives that can provide future generations with an environment that permits the continuity of human life. The present qualitative study involved discussions about collective awareness of issues including environmental sustainability and the need to develop new ways to create targeted policies. Adolescents participating in the "Saber Cuidar" project were encouraged to understand the meaning and importance of environmental education, and the creation of a system of peer group environmental education was encouraged. This study was undertaken in a State school, southeast of the city of São Paulo, with the participation of twelve students aged between 11 and 12 years. Data were collected using interviews and participant observation. Four themes emerged from the analysis: ecological awareness, social transformation, difficulties with the implementation of the proposal, and achievement of the proposed environmental education. The main results showed the importance of environmental awareness during the educational process, and of encouraging the perception of students concerning the environment in which they live. The work revealed a need to build new types of interaction able to raise perception of educational and social problems, which might then favor constructive action to stimulate necessary social mobilization. The students who participated in this study were encouraged to pass their acquired knowledge to their peers, and to teach others about environmental issues. [ABSTRACT FROM AUTHOR]

The demographic and epidemiological transition is resulting in global population aging, this phenomenon is at different stages in the world, requiring a reorganization of Health Population aging in Brazil is growing in numbers, approaching the values of developed countries, however the question social does not follow this path. This study aims to stimulate discussion of the need for public policies on elderly care interface with the Health and Environment as a strategy for care and health promotion. It is grounded in a theoretical study of literature. We conclude that health promotion involves the educational and environmental support. The interdisciplinarity of courses with the health of natural areas is one way to develop innovative approaches to finding solutions and promoting health for the elderly interface environment. The Environment and health are inextricably linked, in that case the relationship between humans and the environment may be favorable or detrimental to health, so your compression is essential for health promotion. O Parque Estadual da Cantareira (PEC) é uma Unidade de Conservação de Proteção Integral criada através do decreto n° 41.626/63, atualmente gerenciado pela Fundação Florestal órgão vinculado a Secretaria de Estado do Meio Ambiente. Possui 7.916,52 hectares e abrange parte dos municípios de São Paulo, Mairiporã, Caieiras e Guarulhos é um dos últimos remanescentes de Mata Atlântica, rico em mananciais e que abriga diversas espécies de fauna e flora ameaçadas de extinção. Por estar inserido em uma das maiores metrópoles urbanas do mundo sofre com as pressões provenientes de uma sociedade em expansão como: a ocupação urbana desordenada, despejos irregulares de lixo, caça predatória, incêndios e invasões de moradores do entorno para as mais diversas finalidades, que colocam em risco a integridade da Unidade prejudicando assim nosso objetivo maior que é o de conservar os recursos naturais oferecidos pelo PEC para as atuais e futuras gerações. A fim de minimizar a degradação o PEC elaborou o Projeto Cuca, uma estratégia de Conservação que vem agindo na comunidade de seu entorno através de parcerias com as associações de bairro e diversos atores da comunidade desenvolvendo atividades de sensibilização e mobilização ambiental e assim a conseqüente conservação desta área. The study talks about Environmental Education as a fundamental right for man, showing that the man himself is part of nature and plays a main role of preserving, due to his rationality, aiming humankind to enhance their relation with the planet. The study is based on bibliographical research and review of literature was also used, as well as descriptive and comparative methods, with indirect research. It also discusses the historicity about Environmental Education, its conceptual evolution and Brazilian legislation. It talks about environmental knowledge, the emergency of the issue and the possibilities to the environmental preservation. It relates the role of Environmental Education in the context of sustainable development and the intrinsic interdisciplinary. It provides theoretical basis on the issue, using renowned authors who lend credibility to the topic. As a conclusion, this study reports the difficulties faced in formal teaching and the urgent needs in constructing of knowledge and environmental rationality, via Environmental Education in formality and informality. From the beginning of 2003 there was great discussion between government and national and local ONGs, on the environmental degradation and his consequences in the life of the current society and for the future generations of the East Timor. Standing up questions be left as destruction will recover the environment after so many years along the history of the Country. It approached to a resolution in the agreement that from the unity of environmental management and of natural resources looks to shorten the poverty of the environment. Taking some references as a base at world-wide level like the international convention of Kyoto, convention of Vienna and the protocol of Montreal, which board interesting questions in level of protection of the natural resources, like the discussion on climatic changes and greenhouse effect, study of the gases that destroys the ozone layer, so the government of East Timor raises a politics of the management of the environment, to control all the activities and the spaces of the community to preparation of plans of strategies that aim to protect the forests and consequently the biodiversity of existent one in each ecosystem, allowing so the food security, for part of the maintenance of the diversity of foods and so to be admitted the development of the economy and sustainable environment. Why the use of these resources in the present do not they compromise the future generations, be for the indisponibility of same in the nature or with more serious consequences like environmental disasters. With discovery of this politics and environmental management, in the DNMA and ONG, through the inquiry, search to answer the central question: what are the central questions what the place occupies in the discussion of the official texts of the East Timor? Having principal objective to analyst and to identify the question what, the central place of the discussions occupies in the official texts of the public environmental politics in East Timor; To know the environmental politics in the school and in the community. The worn-out methodology was based on the idea of Gil (1999) of descriptive inquiry exploratory, where hypotheses were prepared and from them questionnaire was prepared with 15 open questions and 07 specific questions, where the interviewed ones did an evaluation of the environmental situation connecting with the political, social and economical questions. One is known that still the inquiries made a list to the environment in the healthy East Timor incipient, what they have been advancing according to the Country has if developed, since due to the lack of equipments, and physical structure for realization of the works the professionals interested in the area feel very limited. The results reached from this inquiry demonstrate that the population has a superficial knowledge on the causes of the environmental problems, but they recognize their existence, have availability to participate of the mobilization that aim to guarantee security to the environment, they are aware which human activities like deforestation, forest fires and accumulation of garbage in the urban centers and others produce serious consequences to the environment and consequently her his lives, be through the global heating, natural catastrophes, desertification and appearance of diseases for consumption of foods contaminated by the form of unsuitable production and others. The politics and environmental management intends to limit the human actions that swallow damages to the environment, however it takes the realization of basic works as a principal objective, making the population aware as to the importance of the preservation of the natural resources, for which it start to point out the human being to him like an integrant being of the nature and which her each element have his importance, when there is so a relation of symbiosis between the men, animals, plants and the natural resources. Desde inicio 2003 houve grande discussão entre governo e ONGs nacionais e locais, sobre a degradação ambiental e suas consequências na vida da sociedade atual e para as gerações futuras do Timor Leste. Levantando questionamentos sobre como recuperar o ambiente depois de tantos anos destruição ao longo da história do País. Chegou-se a uma resolução na concordância que a partir da unidade de gestão ambiental e de recursos naturais busca-se encurtar a pobreza do ambiente. Tendo como base algumas referências a nível mundial como a convenção internacional de Kyoto, convenção de Viena e o protocolo de Montreal, que abordam questões interessantes em nível de proteção dos recursos naturais, como a discussão sobre mudanças climáticas e efeito estufa, estudo dos gases que destrói a camada de ozônio, portanto o governo de Timor Leste cria uma política da gestão do ambiente, para controlar todas as atividades e os espaços da comunidade a elaboração de planos de estratégias que visam proteger as florestas e consequentemente a biodiversidade de existente em cada ecossistema, permitindo assim a segurança alimentar, por parte da manutenção da diversidade de alimentos e assim se admitir o desenvolvimento da economia e ambiente sustentável. para que o uso desses recursos na atualidade não comprometam as gerações futuras, seja pela indisponibilidade dos mesmos na natureza ou com consequências mais graves como desastres ambientais. Com descobrimento desta política e gestão ambiental, na DNMA e ONG, através da pesquisa, busca responder a questão central: quais são as questões centrais que ocupe o lugar no debate dos textos oficiais do Timor Leste? Tendo objetivo principal de analisar e Identificar a questão que, ocupe o lugar central dos debates nos textos oficiais das políticas públicas ambientais em Timor Leste; Conhecer as políticas ambientais na escola e na comunidade. A metodologia usada foi baseada na ideia de Gil (1999) de pesquisa descritiva exploratória, onde foram elaboradas hipóteses e a partir delas foi elaborado questionário com 15 perguntas abertas e 07 questões específicas, onde os entrevistados fizeram uma avaliação da situação ambiental relacionando com as questões políticas, sociais e econômicas. Sabe-se que ainda as pesquisas relacionadas ao meio ambiente no Timor Leste são incipientes, que elas têm avançado conforme o País tem se desenvolvido, pois devido à falta de equipamentos, e estrutura física para realização dos trabalhos os profissionais interessados na área sentem-se muito limitados. Os resultados alcançados a partir dessa pesquisa demonstram que a população tem um conhecimento superficial sobre as causas dos problemas ambientais, mas reconhecem a existência deles, possuem disponibilidade a participar das mobilizações que visam garantir seguridade ao meio ambiente, são cientes que atividades humanas como desmatamento, queimadas e acúmulo de lixo nos centros urbanos e outros geram graves consequências ao meio ambiente e consequentemente a suas vidas, seja por meio do aquecimento global, catástrofes naturais, desertificação e surgimento de doenças por consumo de alimentos contaminados por uma forma de produção inadequada e outros. A política e gestão ambiental pretende limitar as ações humanas que tragam prejuízos ao meio ambiente, porém tem por objetivo principal a realização de trabalhos de base, conscientizando a população a respeito da importância da preservação dos recursos naturais, para que o ser humano passe a se observar como um ser integrante da natureza e que cada elemento dela possui sua importância, existindo assim uma relação de simbiose entre os homens, animais, plantas e os recursos naturais.

The aim of this dissertation was to go into the matter of an education of environmental politics in the formation of Professionals of the graduation courses in Pharmacy and Dentistry of the Faculty of Pharmacy, Dentistry and Nursing of the Federal University of Ceará in the scope of Environmental Education of the Brazilian Legislation. We used the exploratory, descriptive, comparative and documental approaches which made possible a foresight of the historical aspects of Environmental Education in the Environmental Conferences, as well of official documents based upon Environmental Law. The theoretical knowledge of Environmental dimensions in the context of an Environmental Education is leading to a re-elaboration of such object. It is based upon the law n. 9.795/99, that the second procedure explores and compares the text cuttings from writings present in pedagogical projects-2005 from the Pharmacy and Dentistry courses of the similitude through the mentioned Law. It is given importance not only to the integration of the courses but also to all the antecedents in the implantation policy. It is also given a focus on the subject summary counting on interdisciplinarity as a characteristic of it in Environmental as well as Health Education. It may be highlighted the fact that there is need to evaluate the environment in High Education institutions. Such demand is in accordance with the Law n. 10.861/04 of the National System of Evaluation of Higher Education for such teaching places. The policy of curriculum implantation-2005 may lead to the conclusion that the Pharmacy and Dentistry courses present aspects of environmental policy education, once they fulfill aspects determined by law, that is, related to the cuttings studied in the research of texts of the project -2005 in conformity with Law n. 9.795/99. It is still suggested that an interdisciplinarity in education of environmental politics in the health field may interchange practical knowledge whose main beneficiary is the human being. Esta dissertação teve como objetivo verificar uma educação de política ambiental na formação dos profissionais dos cursos de graduação em Farmácia e Odontologia, da Faculdade de Farmácia, Odontologia e Enfermagem da Universidade Federal do Ceará, no âmbito da legislação brasileira da Educação Ambiental. Os métodos utilizados foram exploratório, descritivo, comparativo e documental, que tornaram possível uma visão dos aspectos históricos da Educação Ambiental nas conferências ambientais, assim como dos documentos oficiais, com base no Direito Ambiental. Os conhecimentos teóricos das dimensões do meio ambiente, no contexto de uma educação ambiental, encaminham para uma reelaboração deste objeto. E, com base na Lei n. 9.795/99, o segundo procedimento explora e compara o recorte de textos dos escritos presentes nos projetos pedagógicos-2005 dos cursos de Farmácia e Odontologia das similitudes com a referida Lei. Dá-se importância não somente à integralização dos cursos, mas a todos os antecedentes na política de implantação. Enfoca ainda as ementas das disciplinas, com presença de características de uma interdisciplinaridade em Educação Ambiental e saúde. Pôde-se destacar o fato de que, nas instituições de ensino superior, há necessidade de avaliações do meio ambiente - exigência amparada na Lei n. 10.861/04 do Sistema Nacional de Avaliação da Educação Superior para estes locais de ensino. A política de implantação dos currículos-2005 possibilita a conclusão de que os cursos de Farmácia e Odontologia apresentam aspectos de educação de política ambiental, pois cumprem aspectos determinados pela Lei, isto é, referentes aos recortes estudados na pesquisa, de textos dos projetos de 2005 em similaridade com a Lei n. 9.795/99. Assim ainda, sugere-se que uma interdisciplinaridade em educação de política ambiental no campo da saúde pode intercambiar conhecimentos práticos, cujo principal beneficiário é o ser humano.
