В работе рассматривается регламент холодовой цепи логистики и контроль качества термолабильных лекарственных средств. Способы хранения термолабильных лекарственных средств влияют на его качества. Для контроля температурного режима в системе «холодовой цепи» используются средства измерения температуры и средства выявления нарушений температурного режима. Актуальность работы: доктриной лекарственной безопасности РФ предусматривается существенный прирост отечественной продукции. Однако эти условия могут не принести ожидаемых результатов, если не будет построена надежная система хранения и транспортирования продукции на всех этапах ее продвижения от производства до потребителя. Целью настоящей работы является разработка научно-практических основ формирования холодильно-технологических систем, обработки и хранения биологических объектов, клеточных культур и биомассы в элементах холодовой цепи. Методы исследования экспериментальное исследование на модельном веществе (H2O) были определены основные параметры и закономерности криогранулирования. На втором этапе экспериментально определялась криорезистентность отдельных клеточных культур и биомассы. Результаты исследования: определены параметры криогранулирования и даны рекомендации по размерам гранул для различных клеточных структур и биомассы., The paper considers the regulations of the cold chain of logistics and quality control of thermolabile drugs. Methods of storage of thermolabile drugs affect its quality. To control the temperature regime in the «cold chain» system, temperature measurement tools and means for detecting violations of the temperature regime are used. Relevance of the work: the drug safety doctrine of the Russian Federation provides for a significant increase in domestic products. However, these conditions may not bring the expected results if a reliable system of storage and transportation of products is not built at all stages of its progress from production to consumer. The purpose of this work is to develop scientific and practical foundations for the formation of refrigeration technological systems, processing and storage of biological objects, cell cultures and biomass in the elements of the cold chain. Research methods An experimental study on a model substance (H2O) determined the main parameters and regularities of cryogranulation. At the second stage, the cryoresistance of individual cell cultures and biomass was experimentally determined. The guidelines for carrying out a forensic medical examination in cases of alcohol poisoning are developed by the working group of the Association of Forensic Medical Experts and posted in the information system of the Ministry of Health of the Russian Federation (Electronic rubric of clinical recommendations, Guidelines section).The presented guidelines contain structured information on the issues of forensic medical examination in cases of alcohol poisoning: terms and definitions; stages of ethanol biotransformation and variants of thanatogenesis; factors affecting the acceleration or deceleration of ethanol resorption and elimination; principles underlying the diagnosis and differential diagnosis of alcohol poisoning; rules regarding sampling, storage and transportation of biological objects intended for forensic chemical analysis; issues pertaining to the filling-in of a medical certificate of death and assigning a code to it; as well as making a forensic diagnosis.Differential diagnosis of the cause of death using the procedures given in the guidelines can improve the comprehensiveness, completeness and validity of the forensic medical examination of a corpse in the event of death caused by alcohol poisoning.

Background. At the beginning of 2019, the use of a new representative of synthetic cannabimimetics of the methylbutanoate indazole carboxamides group, MDMB(N)-073F, was recorded in a number of regions in the Russian Federation. Characteristic features of the pharmacological effect, the clinical picture of MDMB(N)-073F poisoning have not been studied, the psychoactive effects produced by MDMB(N)-073F remain unexplored. In this regard, the study of the new cannabimimetic metabolism is an important aspect in establishing the fact of taking MDMB(N)-073F during expert studies of biological objects.The aim of the research is identifying metabolites of synthetic MDMB(N)-73F cannabimimetics in real urine samples using solid-phase extraction (SPE) and gas chromatography (GC) with mass spectrometric detection (GC-MS).Materials and methods. 10 urine samples were collected from March 15 to March 29, 2019. 8 urine samples were taken from the medical examination offices of the city of Yekaterinburg and the Sverdlovsk region from the persons examined for intoxication; 2 urine samples were obtained from the patients of the Sverdlovsk regional center of acute poisoning upon enrolment to the toxic-intensive care unit with a preliminary diagnosis of “acute poisoning by synthetic cannabimimetics”. In the research, SampliQ EVIDEX-200 mg – 3 ml (Agilent, USA) cartridges were used for the sample preparation; β-glucuronidase Type HP-2, From Helix Pomatia, 100000 U/ml (Sigma-ALDRICH CHEMI, Germany) was used for enzymatic hydrolysis. Gas chromatography – mass spectrometry with the use of Agilent 7820 gas chromatograph with Agilent 5975 mass selective detector (Agilent, USA) was used as an instrumental method of the analysis.Results. The metabolites that make it possible to establish the fact of taking MDMB(N)-073F cannabimimetics via urine screening procedure to detect the presence of narcotic and medicinal substances with the use of solid-phase extraction and gas chromatography methods with mass spectrometry, have been described. The major metabolites MDMB(N)-073F in the urine of smoking mixtures consumers have been identified. The metabolism of MDMB(N)-073F has been found to be mainly due to hydrolysis of the ester group, hydroxylation, oxidative defluorination and N-dealkylation. Most of the resulting metabolites are excreted in the urine in the conjugated form.Conclusion. Gas chromatographic and mass spectrometric characteristics of some derivatives of the main metabolites of the new synthetic MDMB(N)-073F cannabimimetic have been obtained. This data can be used in the practice of forensic chemical and chemical toxicological analysis.

In this paper, we describe the design of an experimental thermo-stated chamber, developed to perform studies on excitable cells with the help of microscopic techniques. The camera is simple in design and allows adjusting the temperature of the object under study in a wide range of values.

International audience; A novel research program on space biology and medicine -- "Living AeroSpace" -- based on recent results and advantages of Russian medical and biological programs of Bion-M1 biosatellite and International Space Station with its possible practical implementation on Rus-M Prospective piloted transport system (PPTS) for long-term (Mars mission) manned spaceflight is proposed.Since 1950s Russian Space Agency have been conducting experiments on space biology and medicine on the base of manned (Salyut, Mir, ISS) and unmanned (Bion biosatellites) spacecrafts. At present the set of experiments in the field of space biotechnology on the Russian Segment (RS) of ISS and Bion-M1 biosatellite includes the following: synthesis of effective methods for detection of biogenic agents: development of multi-functional units for cultivation of multi-cellular microorganisms during spaceflights; influence of spaceflight effects (ES) on viability of human skin cells recovered after cryopreservation; influence of ES on regeneration processes of different complex biological objects; influence of ES on functional status of gastrointestinal tract and its indigenous microbiota; influence of ES on mutation processes, genes regulation and expression of microorganisms and others. The proposed perspective research program in space biology and medicine includes the following main areas: space regenerative medicine (bioengineering of organs and tissues; embryogenesis in space; cryopreservation of biological objects); space genetics (genome control systems; DNA repair technologies; human microbiome engineering); space synthetic biology (polyextremophiles investigation; biosolar panel design; microbial cell factories).The possible ways of practical implementation of perspective experiments in space biology and medicine for the framework of the proposed research program (Living AeroSpace) starting from 2018 are presented.Note: Downloadable document is in Russian.; Перспективная программа экспериментов в области космической биологии и медицины (Living AeroSpace) разработана на основе на достижений и результатов российских медико-биологических научных программ, реализуемых на биоспутниках серии "Бион" и Международной космической станции (МКС). Предложенная перспективная исследовательская программа в области космической биологии и медицины – Living AeroSpace – включает следующие основные направления: космическая регенеративная медицина (биоинженерия органов и тканей; исследование процессов эмбриогенеза; криосохранение многоклеточных биологических объектов); космическая генетика (методы регуляции генов; технологии восстановления поврежденных ДНК; инженерия микробиома человека); космическая синтетическая биология (исследование возможностей полиэкстремофильных микроорганизмов; солнечные батареи на биологических принципах; микробные клеточные фабрики).Также представлены возможные пути практической реализации перспективной программы экспериментов в области космической биологии и медицины -- Living AeroSpace -- начиная с 2018 года.
