В статті розглядаються особливості організації самостійної роботи з педагогічних дисциплін у вищому навчальному закладі технічного профілю. Обґрунтовані групи мотивів, що спонукають студентів займатися самостійною роботою. Визначені умови ефективної організації самостійної роботи, як складової формування професійних компетентностей студентів вищих навчальних закладів. Ключові слова. Самостійна робота, самоосвіта, мотиви навчання, професійні інтереси, творчі завдання. Аннотация. В статье рассматриваются особенности организации самостоятельной работы по педагогическим дисциплинам в высшем учебном заведении технического профиля. Обоснованы группы мотивов, побуждающих студентов заниматься самостоятельной работой. Определены условия эффективной организации самостоятельной работы, как составляющей формирования профессиональных компетенций студентов высших учебных заведений. В основу организации самостоятельной работы по педагогическим дисциплинам возложены эмоционально-психологические и интеллектуальные мотивы, позволяющие выбрать задание, которое приносит эмоциональное удовлетворение, способствует творческому развитию личности студента и побуждает к научным исследованиям. Сформированы навыки самостоятельной работы, впоследствии, после окончания вуза, помогут молодому специалисту выполнять свои профессиональные функции и приобретать новые знания. При организации самостоятельной работы по педагогическим дисциплинам в техническом ВУЗе преимущественно используется индивидуальная внеаудиторная работа: конспектирования, цитирование, подготовка научных тезисов, статей, рефератов, презентаций, викторин; подготовка вопросов для педагогических исследований (интервью, беседы, анкетирование); подготовка учебно методического комплекса дисциплины; подготовка к проведению лекционного, практического и лабораторного занятия. Важное значение имеет организация систематического контроля за результатами самостоятельной работы студентов со стороны преподавателя. Ключевые слова. Самостоятельная работа, самообразование, учебные мотивы, профессиональные интересы, творческие задания. Summary. The article describes peculiarities of the individual work organization in pedagogical disciplines taught in the higher technical education institutions. The groups of reasons which motivate students to be involved in the individual projects are clearly justified. This research helped to define the conditions of the effective individual work organization which in its turn is an integral part of the students' professional competencies formation. Key words. The article is devoted to theoretical and methodological issues of defining the essence, role and place of multifunctional forest economy (MFFE) from the perspective of the scientific rationale of the state forest policy, which contributes to transference of the forest sector to the innovative basis with the emphasis on the regeneration issues. The system-regeneration approach is used as a methodological tool, which is the combination of principles and analysis of the forest sector as a complicated social-economical system based on the methodology of the regeneration process. On the basis of objective economic laws and regulations, a political-economic analysis is carried out to find out the system interrelation of the quality of forest resource use and productivity of social labour in the forest sector. Common features in the circulation of the functions of forestry capable of creating a special form of an innovation, gross innovational forestry product are identified. A model of a multifunctional forestry providing an opportunity to predict the characteristics of innovational products in complex systems is suggested. This model makes the basis for research of the innovative changes potentional for modernization of the innovative forest product.

4. New opportunities of medical and psychological rehabilitation of patients with schizophrenia

142 female patients, aged 18 – 35 y. o. with diagnosis of schizophrenia have been comprehensively examined in the period of stabilization. The integrative model of psychoeducational work which includes application of various information modules, techniques of cognitive-behavioral therapy, training effects, problem-oriented discussions, and family psychotherapy was offered. The psychoeducation was determined to be superior over conventional complex treatment intended for the reduction of negative symptoms, productive symptoms and general psychopathological symptoms of schizophrenia patients. It is supported by dynamic analysis of the clinical disturbances and psychopathological ones on the PANSS. The improvement of psychosocial functioning and quality of life of the patients under study who participated in the psychoeducational activities was determined. It is proved that psychoeducation not only increases the amount of knowledge intensifies confidence in the fight against the disease, but solves the problem of social reintegration of the patient.

The formation of vegetation of higher plant aquatic and coastal communities in the Volga foredelta and Northern Caspian in fresh and brackish waters during period of Caspian level rising is analyzed. The associations of aquatic higher vegetation in the Volga foredelta and adjacent areas of Northern Caspian, with domination of species from Gramineae, Potamogetonaceae, Cladophoraceae and other families are found and described. This material gives the basis for long-term monitoring of succession changes of vegetative communities and biocoenoses, connected with possible fluctuations of Caspian sea level in the future.

The Fourth Industrial Revolution and the accelerated development of cyber-physical technologies lead to essential changes in national tax systems and international taxation. The main areas in which taxation meets cyber-physical technologies are digitalization, robotization, M2M and blockchain technologies. Each of these areas has its own opportunities and problems. Three main approaches towards possible solutions for these new problems are identified. The first is to try to apply taxation to new cyber-physical technologies and products of their application. This approach includes the OECD’s Action 1 Plan on Base Erosion and Profit Shifting. It also includes the spread of traditional taxes on new objects — personal data, cryptocurrencies, imputed income of robots. The second is to replace digital transactions and shortfalls in revenues by traditional objects of taxation in the form of tangible assets and people and / or increase tax pressure (including by improving tax administration with use of Big Data) and the degree of progressiveness of taxes already levied on such objects. The third approach is to set a course on building a new tax space with smart taxes based on real-time principles, smart contracts and Big Data. This implies a transition to automatic taxation using blockchain technologies, which focus on the functions of applying distributed ledgers of business transactions in real-time. At present, the general trends are such that the first and second are prevalent, which is manifested in an increase in the relative importance of property, sales and employment taxes. Concerning the third approach, any movement in this direction is still facing a number of technical and other problems and is thus being discussed mainly at the conceptual levelHighlights 1. Основными сферами, где налоги пересекаются с киберфизическими технологиями, являются цифровизация, роботизация и М2М, технологии блокчейн. В каждой из этих сфер есть свои возможности и проблемы. Существует три основных пути возможного решения этих новых проблем. Первый путь — попытаться охватить налогами новые киберфизические технологии и продукты их использования. Этот путь включает План действий 1 ОЭСР по противодействию размыванию налоговой базы и выводу прибыли из-под налогообложения. Он также включает распространение традиционных налогов на новые объекты — персональные данные, криптовалюты, вмененные доходы роботов (электронных лиц). Второй путь заключается в замене цифровых транзакций и выпадающих доходов традиционными налоговыми объектами в виде материальных активов и людей и / или увеличении налогового давления (в том числе путем совершенствования налогового администрирования с использованием больших данных) и степени прогрессивности налогов, уже взимаемых с таких объектов. Третий путь — взять курс на построение нового налогового мира с умными налогами, основанными на принципах реального времени, умных контрактах и больших данных. Речь идет о переходе на автоматическое налогообложение с использованием блокчейн-технологий, которые ориентированы на функции применения распределенных регистров хозяйственных операций в режиме реального времени. В настоящее время общие тенденции таковы, что преобладают первый и второй пути, что проявляется в росте относительного значения налогов на имущество, продажи и занятость. 7. Complex structure development turbogenerators units modular design

- Abstract
The results of theoretical analysis of development turbogenerator autonomous power sources abroad are given. Structure of development turbogenerators unit modular design is proposed, and the initial dates for the design and construction of structural parts of the installation are defined: single-stage active turbine, the cylindrical gear reducer and turbogenerator. A comprehensive understanding of the state of design problems turbogenerators unit modular design presented., Data of the theoretical analysis of the development of off-line turbine-generator electric power sources abroad have been given. A structure of the development of the turbine generator set consisting of the single-stage active turbine, cylindrical gear reducer and the turbine generator was formulated. For the single-stage active turbine the following initial parameters, in particular the pressure, flow rate, steam temperature and expected turbine power were adopted. The main design indices of the turbine structure are the optimal ratio of steam flow rates, the heat drop in the stage, nozzle block channel area, nozzle block cascade flow outlet angle, stage rotor diameter, stage rotor blade-to-blade space channel area, a number of the blades of stage rotor and the blade outlet angle. For the cylindrical gear reducer the following initial parameters were selected: circumferential velocity of driving and driven shafts and a number of drive stages. We proposed to define the following main design indices for the reducer structure: the gear diameters of driving and driven shafts of the reducer, a number of teeth for the gears of driving and driven shafts of the reducer and the value of contact stresses that arise at the interface of driving and driven shafts of the gear. The following indices were adopted for the turbine generator: total power, rated voltage, rated current, and the rotor speed and power coefficient. The ideas on the state of design problems of turbine-generator sets of this type were suggested.

The multi-criteria optimization method of the turbine grids using the geometric quality criteria of circumscription of the turbine profiles and channels, created by them, is developed. The article presents the features of the proposed methodology and the mathematical description of the proposed complex of geometric criteria that describes the quality of the turbine grids. The method of optimization as well as convolution algorithms and regulation of geometric quality criteria complex has been described. The article presents the results of the optimization of three turbine grids. The results of comparative research of efficiency of optimal turbine grids, obtained using the proposed method of optimization, and the turbine grids built using the initial profiles P2 are given. A higher efficiency of the optimal turbine grids has shown and the physical nature of the results was explained. Because of the complex criteria of quality and quantity parameters, that have influence on the efficiency of turbine profile cascades, objective function is multimodal. Due to the high efficiency of the original profiles, the values of optimal profiles in extreme locations differ slightly. Therefore, the search for the best solution (global extremum point) demanded the combination of several methods for finding optimal solutions., В работе предложена методика многокритериальной оптимизации турбинных решеток с использованием геометрических критериев качества турбинных профилей (описанных BiArc-кривыми) и образованных ими каналов. Рассмотрены особенности предлагаемой методики, а также приведено математическое описание предлагаемого комплекса геометрических критериев, описывающих качество как турбинных профилей, так и образованных с их помощью каналов. Описан метод оптимизации и алгоритмы свертки и нормирования комплекса геометрических критериев качества. Приведены примеры оптимальных турбинных решеток и профилей. Даны результаты сравнительных численных исследований эффективности оптимальных турбинных решеток, полученных с помощью предлагаемого метода оптимизации и турбинной решетки, построенной с использованием атласного профили Р2. Показана более высокая эффективность оптимальных турбинных решеток и объяснена физическая природа полученных результатов.

В статье рассмотрены случаи конформного отображения области приведенного комплексного потенциала одномерной установившейся фильтрации на область безнапорной равномерной фильтрации, которая происходит в проницаемом пласте торфов при движении несжимаемого активированного раствора реагента в пористой среде. На этой основе разработана методика расчета параметров технологии подготовки искусственных сушенцов на вскрышных работах при разработке россыпных месторождений. The article deals with the cases of orthomorphic projection of area of the resulted complex potential of a one-dimensional established filtration to an area of free-flow uniform filtration which occurs in a permeable layer of peat during the movement of incompressible activated solution of a reagent in porous medium. The calculation procedure of preparation technology parameters of artificial sushentsi on stripping in the process of gravel deposits development was worked out on this basis.

Выполнен анализ закономерностей формирования водных растительных сообществ авандельты р. Волги и Северного Каспия в пресных и солоноватых водах в период поднятия уровня Каспийского моря. Выделены и описаны ассоциации высших водных растений авандельты р. Волги и на прилежащих участках Северного Каспия с доминированием видов из семейства злаковых, рдестовых, кладофоровых и других. Предлагается основа для длительного мониторинга за сукцессионными изменениями растительных сообществ и биоценозов, связанных с ними, при возможных колебаниях уровня Каспийского моря в будущем. 15. INFLUENCE OF TECHNOLOGICAL PARAMETERS OF HYDROHAMMER DAEWOO DOOSAN ON ITS PERFORMANCE.

- Abstract
Nowadays, explosive methods of destruction of oversize rock pieces are obsolete. That is why, mechanical methods of destruction of oversize pieces became widespread recently. One mechanical method is crushing the oversize by hydrohammer. Today, this destruction technology for oversize pieces is studied insufficiently. Investigating the main factors, influencing the working equipment performance, and mineral production mining conditions will allow to increase the destruction process performance. Experiments were conducted at the Sabarovskiy granite deposit (Vinnitsa, Ukraine). The basic excavator was DAEWOO DOOSAN SOLAR 255LC-V with hydraulic hammer DAEWOO DOOSAN DXB 90. The publication gives the analysis of timing of oversize destruction by hydraulic hammer. Two bulks of oversize are analyzed - in one bulk, the oversize is laid partially with the working platform width of 10 m and the length of 35 m, in the second, oversize pieces are placed evenly with the working platform width of 15 m and the length of 40 m. The factors, influencing mechanical oversize destruction efficiency and oversize location influence on the hydrohammer performance are considered, performance and energy intensity dependences on the volume of oversize at its different locations are determined in the paper. Experimental study of crushing the oversize into standard pieces in different technological conditions will allow to optimize the backhoe face plan and form the optimal face width for hydraulic hammers. 16. EXAMINATION OF FRACTURING OF LEZNYKIVSKIY GRANITE DEPOSIT WITH PROSPECTS OF MINING BLOCK PRODUCTS.

- Abstract
For the purpose of the examination of natural blockiness, structural studies on the operating Leznikivskiy crushed-stone quarry were carried out, and documentation of 50 test pits, drilled eastwards from the quarry was studied. During these researches, the problems, associated, first of all, with the detection of fractures, fracturing areas, tectonic faults and examination of their spatial orientation were solved. Regular changes in the deposit elements of sub-horizontal fractures were noted. The circular diagram, which is the basis for the construction of the structure diagram with the fracture density isolines was built. The estimation of granite fracturing and block output was carried out using two techniques: 1) examination of granite fractioning in the quarry within the I and III benches on the Eastern area and I bench on the Western area; 2) examination of fracturing on boreholes (index of specific rock fracturing U
fr , which is the sum of specific fractioning of subvertical, inclined (diagonal) and subhorizontal fractures). The spatial orientation of fractures, fracturing areas, tectonic faults, etc. was also examined. According to the specific fracturing, estimated in terms of boreholes, the blocks of the II-IV grades are practically absent, while in terms of the distance between the fractures, measured in the quarry, the output of these blocks approximates to 50-60%. Current investigations were conducted to clarify the features of grapevine which are adaptive to drought and can be used in selection and introduction of Vitis L. There are determined biometric values of 21 morpho-anatomic characters of leaf blade for 10 species of grapevine, 10 cultivars of V. vinifera L. and 10 distant hybrids V. vinifera × Muscadinia rotundifolia Michx. As a result of this study 6 leaf blade quantitative characters which determine relative grapevine drought resistance were described. The most drought resistant species, sorts and hybrids of grapevine are that which have: a) greater average thickness of leaf blade; b) smaller surface (average area) of leaf blade; c) less ratio between average area and average volume of dried leaf blade; d) greater mass of dried leaf blade; e) higher degrees of the leaf succulence and sclerophylly. - Abstract
Experimental studies of combined cutting broaching on steels 10 and 35 were conducted. Among the phase components of iron-carbon alloys, prone to plastic deformation, and thus to the texturization at a temperature, characteristic of broaching, there are solid solutions of carbon in iron - ferrite and austenite. Cementite as a chemical compound of iron and carbon is hard and brittle; therefore it is destroyed under large deformations. Perlite as eutectoid mixture of ferrite and cementite is deformed due to the ferrite plates. Based on the foregoing, steels from the selected series, which have ferritic-pearlitic structure in the unhardened state are prone to the texturization at cutting broaching. Texture formation and machined part surface hardening, related to this phenomenon, were proved, dependences of the texture grain inclination angle and microhardness were determined. The thickness of the layer, textured after cutting broaching is 0.2 mm. Thus, the thickness of further part surface hardening correlates well with the texture thickness. The friction coefficients values on the back surface of the cutting tool at broaching unhardened steels of the selected range are within 0.5 - 0.7. Previous cold hardening reduces these values approximately by half (to 0.2 - 0.35). Thus, the texturization intensity falls sharply. Hence, the scheme of the unit cell of broach "deforming element - two-three-tooth cutting section" is extremely promising in terms of the machined surface quality. Deforming-cutting broaching promotes the emergence of favorable tangential macroscopic stresses in the pipe shell surface layer. [ABSTRACT FROM AUTHOR]

П. Чехов, 1976), Льве Толстом (Levo Tolstojaus meno pasaulyje, 1978; По закону Льва Толстого, 1992), хрестоматии по русской эстетической и критической мысли Apie literatūros esmę: XVIII–XIX a. rusų estetinė ir kritinė mintis (1988), статьи и выступления о творчестве Михаила Салтыкова-Щедрина, Николая Некрасова, Ивана Тургенева, Александра Герцена, Афанасия Фета. Но среди многочисленных работ одна ее книга стоит совершенно особняком. В июне 1941 г. Е. П. Червинскене оказалась среди тех 17 500–18 000 жителей Литвы, которые были депортированы в Сибирь или другие места ссылки. Comparison results for absorbed dose mapping of the Co60 industrial radiation facility BULGAMMA of Sopharma PLC, Bulgaria using a practical and computational dosimetry are presented in the paper. The gamma radiation facility is based on JS-8500 Co60 irradiator produced by MDS Nordian, Canada. The absorbed dose distributions of gamma rays in an irradiated product on JS-8500 Co60 irradiator have been calculated using the ModeGR Monte Carlo software. The software ModeGR was designed specially for simulation of the absorbed dose distribution within multi-layer packages irradiated with gamma ray from flat panoramic Co60 source rack using a Monte Carlo method. Absorbed dose measurements into containers filled with material using Ethanol Chlorobenzene chemical dosimeters were carried out to validate the software ModeGR. The comparison results show that software ModeGR can be used as a predictive tool for detailed dose mapping in gamma irradiated product.
