В настоящей статье описаны инженерно-технологические мероприятия с целью восполнения стабильности земляного полотна. Introduction. The ways of increasing the reliability of road construction machinery operation are considered. As a result, an option is proposed to replace the used 09Г2С steel with 30MnB5 boron steel. Using the example of a motor grader blade, the force effects on this working body of the road construction machinery are analyzed. In order to increase the level of physical and mechanical characteristics of 09Г2С and 30MnB5 steels, they are additionally exposed to thermo cyclic treatment. The experimental studies about the influence of this type thermal action on the structure and properties of steels are described. The comparative analysis of the obtained characteristics allows making a conclusion about the possibility of the considered replacement.Materials and methods. Through the metallographic analysis the influence of the number of thermal effects cycles on the grain size of steel is investigated. Alongside a set of physical and mechanical characteristics of these steels was determined at various stages of the thermo cyclic treatment.Results. It was determined that an increasing the level of physical and mechanical characteristics of the studied steels is possible through the use of thermo cyclic treatment. This is achieved by producing a fine-grained metal structure with a higher strength. The dependence of the tensile strength and yield strength of the steels under investigation on the number of cycles of thermal action is considered. Some correlation relationships were selected to describe these dependencies. The relationship between the yield stress and ultimate strength of 09Г2С and 30MnB5 steels and the grain size is considered. All investigated dependencies are presented in graphical form.Discussion and conclusion. Based on a comparative analysis of the complex of physical and mechanical characteristics, the conclusion about the possibility of replacing 09Г2С steel with 30MnB5 steel was made.

The article examines infrastructure investment projects, their impact on the economy. The main attention is paid to road construction objects, because the road network still does not meet modern requirements. Due to the fact that infrastructure projects are diagnosed and classified according to areas of activity, systematized according to the forms of implementation, it is necessary to determine approaches to a targeted assessment of the effectiveness of such projects, depending on their classification, which are formulated in the article. Attention is focused on the need for alternative projects, which is facilitated by the digitalization of the economy. Infrastructure projects can be financed from several sources of budgets of all levels, off-budget funds, private investors ’ funds, joint and project financing, concession agreements, foreign investments and bank loans with a minimum interest rate.

Рассмотрена проблема эффективности расходования бюджетов бюджетной системы Российской Федерации на объекты капитального строительства в дорожной отрасли. В отличие от традиционных подходов к управлению инвестициями проанализирован нижний уровень формирования бюджетных затрат — нормативная база ценообразования в части, относящейся к типичным для автодорожного строительства комплексам и видам работ. В условиях перехода на федеральные нормативы 2022 года проанализированы порядка трех тысяч нормативов. Выявлены технологические, ресурсные и ценовые расхождения, способные искажать величину сметных затрат на строительство объектов. Сделаны выводы о пригодности сметно-нормативной базы в целом для строительства комплексных объектов. Акцентировано внимание на рисках для проектов с ограниченным составом работ. Актуализация нормативной базы представлена в качестве потенциального источника для бюджетного регулирования., The problem of the efficiency of spending budgets of the budgetary system of the Russian Federation on capital construction projects in the road industry is considered. In contrast to traditional approaches to investment management, the lower level of budget cost formation is analyzed – the regulatory framework of pricing in terms of typical road construction complexes and types of work. In the context of the transition to federal standards in 2022, about three thousand standards were analyzed. Technological, resource and price discrepancies have been identified that can distort the value of estimated costs for the construction of facilities. Conclusions are drawn about the suitability of the estimated regulatory framework as a whole for the construction of complex facilities. Attention is focused on the risks for projects with a limited scope of work. Тема выпускной квалификационной работы: «Разработка проекта реконструкции участка автомобильной дороги в Псковской области».В данной работе разрабатывается проект объездной дороги в Ð¾Ð±Ñ Ð¾Ð´ города Арзамас протяженностью 7930 м. Задачи, решаемые в Ñ Ð¾Ð´Ðµ выполнения работы:Обоснование выбора варианта трассы проектируемой дороги;Выбор и сравнение конструкции дороги;Назначение Ð¿Ð¾Ð¿ÐµÑ€ÐµÑ‡Ð½Ñ‹Ñ Ð¿Ñ€Ð¾Ñ„Ð¸Ð»ÐµÐ¹ дороги;Разработка проекта наиболее экономически целесообразного варианта дороги.Для разработки проекта было произведено исследование и анализ района проектирования. Проект выполнен в программном комплексе Robur., The purpose of this Bachelor’s thesis is to study and come up with a development of the project of a section of a highway in Leningrad region, Saint-Petersburg, Russia. The main part of the information for the development of this project was taken from the references stated at the end of the thesis. The first part of the thesis shows the theoretical study of the physical and geographical description of the design area, climatic conditions and geological characteristics.The Second part was dedicated to the information on the road-building materials, sources of their production and the longitudinal profile of the road was designed, as well as the transverse profile. В данной работе разработан проект транспортной развязки на территории республики Крым. Задачи, которые ставились в данной работе: - Определение ÐºÐ»Ð¸Ð¼Ð°Ñ‚Ð¸Ñ‡ÐµÑÐºÐ¸Ñ Ñ Ð°Ñ€Ð°ÐºÑ‚ÐµÑ€Ð¸ÑÑ‚Ð¸Ðº района проектирования; - Рассмотрение вариантов конфигурации транспортной развязки и обоснование выбора; - Назначение Ð³ÐµÐ¾Ð¼ÐµÑ‚Ñ€Ð¸Ñ‡ÐµÑÐºÐ¸Ñ Ð¿Ð°Ñ€Ð°Ð¼ÐµÑ‚Ñ€Ð¾Ð² и ÐºÐ¾Ð½ÑÑ‚Ñ€ÑƒÐºÑ‚Ð¸Ð²Ð½Ñ‹Ñ Ñ€ÐµÑˆÐµÐ½Ð¸Ð¹ съездов. При разработке проекта было произведено исследование района проектирования, определены особенности климата и геологического строения. Для проектирования плана и Ð¿Ñ€Ð¾Ð´Ð¾Ð»ÑŒÐ½Ñ‹Ñ Ð¿Ñ€Ð¾Ñ„Ð¸Ð»ÐµÐ¹ был использован программный комплекс «Топоматик Robur – Автомобильные дороги». После определение объема работ была составлена сметная документация на устройство дорожной одежды., In this paper, a project of a transport interchange on the territory of the Republic of Crimea has been developed. Tasks that were set in this work: - Determination of the climatic characteristics of the design area; - Consideration of options for the configuration of the transport interchange and justification of the choice; - Assignment of geometric parameters and design solutions for exits. During the development of the project, a study of the design area was carried out, the features of the climate and geological structure were determined. We consider 2 variants of the junction configuration at different levels for roads of categories IB and II. As a result of the technical and economic comparison, a lower-cost option was accepted for further development. Further, the geometric parameters of the exits were adopted in accordance with SP34.13330.2012 "Highways", a surface drainage system and culverts for removing surface water from the interstitial space were designed. For the design of the plan and longitudinal profiles, the software package "Topomatic Robur – Highways" was used. The design of the road surface is also defined in accordance with the PNST 265-2018 "Public automobile roads. Design of non-rigid road surfaces". The calculations were made using the software package "Topomatic Robur - Road pavement". After determining the scope of work, the estimated documentation for the construction of the road surface was compiled.

Tasks to be solved in the course of the WRC: development of a plan, longitudinal and transverse track profiles, design solutions, calculation and justification of pavement options and their estimated cost. The detail of the project is to install special sensors - systems for monitoring the formation of karst sinkholes. The design was carried out using the PC "Topomatic Robur - Highways 8.3", "Topomatic Robur - Road clothes 5.3", as well as "Autodesk AutoCAD2019".

The analysis of technical and economic indicators of design solutions and investment and construction projects in the road industry is carried out. The existing methods of the feasibility study of investment and construction projects in road activities have been investigated. A methodology has been developed for the feasibility study of investment and construction projects of road infrastructure based on methods of multi-criteria optimization and methods of business assessment of projects considering investment risks. The performance assessment of the feasibility study methodology was car-ried out by means of its practical implementation for a specific road construction object. The effectiveness of the project was assessed based on the calculation of an integral criterion, including the reliability indicators of individual options for road structures and the structure as a whole, technical and geometric parameters of the structure, as well as the cost of the project. At the same time, the cost cal-culation was carried out through the complex application of methods of cost, profitable and comparative approach, which allows at the pre-investment stage to harmonize the interests of the customer and the contractor to the greatest ex-tent. The theoretical and practical results of the work can be used to assess the effectiveness of design solutions and choose the best one, considering the com-prehensive application of technical and economic indicators in order to ensure the reliability of road structures and rational distribution of investments.

Данная выпускная квалификационная работа посвящена исследованию вопросов, касающихся организации производства судебной строительнотехнической дорожной экспертизы. Объектом исследования являются процесс назначения и производства судебной строительно-технической дорожной экспертизы, а вместе с тем, методы строительства и экспертизы автомобильных дорог. Предметом исследования выступают научные исследования современных методик производства строительно-технической дорожной экспертизы, а также акты, имеющие юридическое значение, и нормативные требования, относящиеся к данной сфере. В работе была раскрыта общая характеристика автомобильных дорог в России, а также был проведен анализ состояния и развития сети автомобильных дорог. Исследованы нормативно-правовые основы экспертизы автомобильных дорог, проанализированы особенности объектов судебной строительно-технической дорожной экспертизы. Вместе с тем, были проанализированы основные причины назначения экспертизы автомобильных дорог, а также рассмотрена технология организации и проведения данного вида экспертиз. В данной работе разрабатывается проект объездной дороги на участке федеральной автомобильной дороги М7 «Волга» в обход города Лысково протяженностью 9455 м. Задачи, решаемые в ходе выполнения работы: • Обоснование выбора варианта трассы проектируемой дороги; • Выбор и сравнение конструкции дороги; • Назначение поперечных профилей дороги; • Разработка проекта наиболее экономически целесообразного варианта дороги. Для разработки проекта было произведено исследование и анализ района проектирования. Рассмотрена возможность использования местных строительных материалов при устройстве земляного полотна. Рассчитана перспективная интенсивность движения на 20 лет и определена категория для возводимой дороги – III. Рассмотрено 3 варианта проложения оси автомобильной дороги. Ось трассы прокладывалась согласно принципам проектирования автомобильных дорог. Далее был произведен подбор и расчет разных конструкций дорожной одежды. Для проектируемой дороги была составлена графическая документация: план дороги, продольный и поперечные профили дороги, конструкция дорожной одежды. В данной работе производится поэтапное описание производства работ на строительство подхода к автодорожному мосту во Всеволожском районе Ленинградской области через реку Черная. Проектирование вызвано тем, что на данной дороге отсутствует мост, соответственно на каждом берегу данная дорога заканчивается тупиком. Задачи, которые решались в ходе выполнения работы: 1. Изучение климатических и геологических характеристик района строительства. 2. Конструирование и расчет различных вариантов дорожных одежд. 3. Проектирование продольных и поперечных профилей. 4. Разработка технологической карты на устройство переходного деформационного шва и на устройство верхнего слоя асфальтобетонного покрытия. 5. Составление локальной сметы на основные виды работ при строительстве подхода к мосту. Особенностью данного проекта является применение забивных свай в тело насыпи, погружаемых без выемки грунтов. Такая технология необходима для укрепления насыпи, уменьшения горизонтального давления на устой и предотвращения вертикального смещения её верха. The design is due to the fact that there is no bridge on this road, respectively, on each coast this road ends in a dead end. Tasks that were solved in the course of the work: 1. The study of climatic and geological characteristics of the construction area. 2. Design and calculation of various options for pavement. 3. Design of longitudinal and transverse profiles. 4. Development of a technological map for a transitional expansion joint device and for a device for the top layer of asphalt concrete pavement. 5. Preparation of local estimates for the main types of work in the construction of the approach to the bridge. A feature of this project is the use of driven piles in the body of the embankment, immersed without excavation. This technology is necessary to strengthen the embankment, reduce horizontal pressure on the abutment and prevent vertical displacement of its top. As a result, the optimal pavement design was chosen on the approach to the bridge. Technological maps for a transitional expansion joint and an upper layer of asphalt concrete pavement have been developed. Based on this, a project was developed for the construction of an approach to the road bridge.
