El problema detectado se centra en la necesidad de fomentar el ecoturismo en el Municipio de Oiba para que surja como una actividad socio-económica alternativa, para liberar a la economía municipal de la dependencia exclusiva del comercio y el sector agropecuario. El objetivo fue diseñar estrategias de segmentación, diferenciación y posicionamiento para el ecoturismo en el Municipio de Oiba, Santander, para lo cual se planteó describir los sitios turísticos, elaborar las estrategias de segmentación y diferenciación para el ecoturismo, y definir la estrategia de posicionamiento. En cuanto a la metodología se trazó una investigación de tipo descriptivo, donde se contemplaron las variables dependientes e independientes y se esbozó el procedimiento, así como, los instrumentos a utilizar. A través de una ficha técnica se describe la información relevante, así como, sus particularidades. Se caracterizaron 8 sitios: las Cascadas de Chaguata, la Cueva Cachalu, el Rio Oibita, la Cueva Cantabrica, la Cueva Bujadora, Quebrada la Honda, los Toboganes de la Industrial y las pilas de Peñuela, los cuales son propicios para la práctica de actividades ecoturísticas. Dentro de los resultados y discusiones se tiene que para la estrategia de segmentación, se definió el mercado meta a través de la priorizaron los criterios de segmentación y la selección del mercado. Para la diferenciación, se diseñó, aplicó y tabuló una encuesta dirigida a la población muestra definida en el diseño metodológico y se diseñó un paquete de servicios de calidad para ser ofertados a los turistas. Con los datos recolectados se elaboró un mapa perceptual. Según la percepción de los turistas se ubicó la posición de dichas empresas y se identificaron posibles posiciones ideales para fortalecer el ecoturismo de Oiba en la región. Esta tesis consta de tres estudios empíricos de economía aplicada, en los cuales se utilizan diferentes metodologías, técnicas y métodos estadísticos, así como diferentes fuentes de información entre las cuales se encuentran fuentes tradicionales y no tradicionales de datos. El primer capítulo tiene como objetivo comprender la relación entre diferenciación y resiliencia para la formulación e implementación de medidas de iniciativa pública y privada que permitan identificar anticipadamente riesgos para minimizar la fragilidad de ciertos mercados de alojamiento. En el sector hotelero existe un alto grado de diferenciación horizontal, que se puede presentar en la localización o la oferta de servicios que se adapta para los diversos tipos de clientes. Este evalúa los efectos heterogéneos que se presentan ante caídas exógenas de la demanda, de acuerdo con el nivel de diferenciación horizontal. Para esto se utilizan diferentes fuentes de datos que se integran, como lo son: i) Datos Administrativos, ii) encuestas, y iii) fuentes no tradicionales de información, obtenidas a través de búsquedas en portales web facilitadores para la venta de habitaciones de hotel y la API de Google. A partir de la estimación de especificaciones de diferencias en diferencias, los resultados sugieren una mayor resiliencia en aquellos establecimientos que realizan un mayor esfuerzo por diferenciarse geográficamente o en su oferta de servicios. El segundo capítulo se propone estudiar el impacto del cambio temporal en la recolección de datos de la Gran Encuesta Integrada de Hogares (GEIH), de donde se obtiene información relacionada con los ingresos y cálculos de pobreza, como consecuencia de las medidas sanitarias implementadas por el Gobierno Nacional de Colombia entre marzo y julio del 2020. El confinamiento estricto implementado por el Gobierno Nacional como medida de contención a la expansión de la pandemia causada por el COVID-19 generó retos en los operativos de recolección de datos a través de encuestas de hogares. Como resultado, las encuestas con métodos de recolección presenciales migraron a modalidad remota, a través de encuestas telefónicas, lo cual podría haber modificado los posibles sesgos de reporte de variables como los ingresos. Este artículo estudia el efecto de cambio en el modelo de recolección de información en la Gran Encuesta Integrada de Hogares (GEIH) de Colombia sobre el reporte de ingresos laborales. Para ello, se explota la variación geográfica en la implementación de métodos de recolección y la integración de la encuesta con un registro administrativo de seguridad social para cuantificar la variación en el reporte. Los resultados son relevantes para estudiar el impacto de los métodos de recolección en los sesgos de reporte de las encuestas y el uso métodos de integración de datos provenientes de diferentes fuentes. Este capítulo fue co-autorado con Juan Daniel Oviedo, Andrés García Suaza y José Lobo. Finalmente, el tercer capítulo tiene como objetivo analizar el modo en el que las plataformas de compras en línea influyen en la toma de decisiones de los viajeros al momento de elegir hoteles, así como con los efectos sobre su rentabilidad y la de su competencia. El presente informe final, expondrá de forma adecuada todos los procesos de aprendizaje que se han tenido a lo largo de las pasantías jurídicas en Fundación Renal de Colombia, de este modo se estudiará el análisis que se debe tener al momento de diferenciar los procesos de Fundación Renal de Colombia y los de la E.S.E Hospital la Divina Misericordia, puesto que todos llegan solamente a la oficina de Relaciones Laborales, sobrecargando y ralentizando los tiempos de sus respuestas. Esta tesis consiste en el estudio del ciclo celular de células madre pluripotentes (CMP) en diferenciación y los mecanismos moleculares que pueden almacenar memoria de un estímulo externo. Pretende mostrar cómo existen factores hereditarios que determinan el ciclo, y estudiar los mecanismos de herencia y memoria molecular dentro de las redes de regulación génica. Se divide en 3 capítulos. El primero aborda el estudio del ciclo celular y sus fases durante el proceso de diferenciación temprana en las CMP de embrión de ratón. Estas células fueron genéticamente modificadas para fluorescer en dos colores marcando las fases del ciclo, y ser filmadas por microscopía de time-lapse. Los análisis incluyen medidas del ciclo celular a nivel de célula única, construcción de dendrogramas de linajes celulares y el diseño y aplicación de algoritmos para probar si las relaciones familiares determinan la duración del ciclo celular. El resultado principal es que, durante la diferenciación, el ciclo se acorta y las células proliferan a mayor velocidad. Además, la duración del ciclo de una célula está determinada por las células progenitoras, probando que existen factores parentales que controlan la tasa de proliferación. Sin embargo, una de las dificultades a la hora de encontrar cuáles son estos factores, encontrar candidatos y compararlos es, por un lado, la falta de cuantificadores de memoria almacenada en las redes de regulación génica y, por otro, la falta de un catálogo de mecanismos moleculares capaces de almacenar memoria. El segundo capítulo, por su parte, consiste en el desarrollo de un cuantificador matemático de la memoria molecular en redes complejas, aplicado principalmente a vías de señalización celular y redes de regulación génica, que guardan información de estímulos transitorios. Una vez definido el cuantificador, se utilizó para buscar mecanismos o motifs de 1, 2 y 3 nodos que fueran capaces de almacenar información de estos estímulos. Los resultados principales consisten en que los ciclos de retroalimentación positiva son esenciales para dar multiestabilidad y memoria a las redes. Además, las redes capaces de oscilar de manera autónoma también pueden guardar información en la fase de la oscilación. El tercer y último capítulo consiste en una serie de experimentos en las mismas células que se utilizaron en el primer capítulo. El objetivo es detectar la existencia de mecanismos capaces de almacenar memoria. Para esto, tratamos a las células con un estímulo de diferenciación transitorio y luego aplicamos el cuantificador desarrollado en el segundo capítulo. El resultado es que, luego de solo un día expuestas al estímulo de diferenciación, las células lo recuerdan y continúan con el proceso de diferenciación. Asimismo, es probable que esta memoria se deba a la existencia de alguna retroalimentación positiva entre los factores de transcripción marcadores de la pluripotencia. This thesis is focused on the study of cell cycle in pluripotent stem cells (PSC) during differentiation and on the molecular mechanisms which can store the memory of an external stimulus. It aims to show if there are hereditary factors that determine it, and to study the mechanisms of inheritance and molecular memory within gene regulatory networks. It is organized into three chapters. The first chapter deals with the study of the cell cycle and its phases during the early differentiation process in mouse embryo PSCs. These cells were genetically modified to fluoresce in two colors marking the phases of the cycle, and to be filmed by time-lapse microscopy. Analyzes include cell cycle measurements at the single cell level, construction of cell lineage dendrograms, and the design and application of algorithms to test whether familial bonds determine cell cycle length. The main result is that, during differentiation, the cycle is shortened, and cells proliferate at a faster rate. Furthermore, the length of a cell cycle is determined by the progenitor cells, proving that there are hereditary factors that control the rate of proliferation. However, one of the needs in finding out what these factors are, obtain candidates and compare them is, on one hand, the lack of memory quantifiers stored in gene regulation networks and, on the other hand, some catalog of the molecular mechanisms capable of storing memory. This issue is addressed in the next chapter. The second chapter deals with the development of mathematical quantifier to account for molecular memory in complex networks, applied mainly to signaling and gene regulatory networks which store information of transient stimuli. Once defined, we use the quantifier to look for 1,2 & 3 nodes mechanisms or motifs capable of stimuli information storage. The main results consist of positive feedbacks being essential to provide multistability and memory to networks. Furthermore, oscillating networks can also store information in their phase. The third and last chapter is a description of experiments performed on the same cells used in the first chapter. The aim of these experiments is to detect mechanisms capable of storing memory. To accomplish this, we give a differentiation stimulus and apply the memory quantifier developed in the second chapter. The main result is that, after only one day exposed to a differentiation stimulus, cells remember it and continue its progression through the differentiation process. The basic tool that diagnoses the Competitive Advantage and discovers the means to improve it is the Value Chain, which presents Value Activities: primary and support activities. The general objective of the research is to analyze the Competitive Advantage of the Private Dental Services in Asunción and cities of the Central Department, year 2017. The methodology of the research is a quantitative approach with a non-experimental design of cross-section and descriptive level. The unit of analysis was presented in dentists who provide services in the private sector in Asunción and cities of the Central Department, the type of sampling was probabilistic and composed of 320 dentists. In the technique of data collection the survey is shown with a semi-structured questionnaire whose data processing was done through the form of Google. Inc. The main conclusions were: Regarding the activities of the value chain, it is observed that dentists consider more important in: Operations quality (51% who claimed their attention), 21% to the Human Resources quality, 13% to Technological Development, 8% to Marketing and Sales and only 6% to the After-Sales Service. Antecedentes y Objetivo: En la presente revisión se expondrán las principales fuentes de células madre mesenquimales utilizadas para la generación de endotelio corneal humano artificial o en sus usos como terapia regenerativa. Así mismo, los distintos modelos de diferenciación sugeridos por los autores a lo largo de la historia; los marcadores celulares o fisiológicos de los que se han servido para caracterizar las células diferenciadas y se describirá la potencialidad traslacional de dichas células a patologías del endotelio corneal mediante las técnicas de las que se han servido para su implantación o trasplante. Material y métodos: Revisión narrativa de publicaciones de diferenciación de células madre mesenquimales a endotelio corneal humano o de otras aplicaciones de estas células como terapia regenerativa en modelos de daño endotelial corneal. Resultados: Un total de seis trabajos utilizaron células madre mesenquimales en diferenciación o regeneración de endotelio corneal, de los cuales cuatro utilizaron células provenientes de cordón umbilical. En cuatro de estos estudios se diseñó un protocolo de diferenciación distinto. Los autores coincidieron en los marcadores de diferenciación ATP1A1, COL8A2, PITX2 y ZO-1. [ES] El presente trabajo de final de carrera trata de realizar un análisis comparativo de las estrategias de marketing que utilizan las empresas de moda para captar a su público objetivo. Tanto en el mundo de la moda como en la sociedad en sí, el consumidor puede segmentarse en diferentes niveles, dependiendo de factores como el estatus social, político, económico y cultural. En base a esa segmentación, los clientes presentan diferentes necesidades y gustos a la hora de llevar a cabo el proceso de compra. A lo largo del presente trabajo, se analizan dos empresas del sector moda, y las estrategias de marketing empleadas en función del segmento de clientes a las que van dirigidas. Para ello, en primer lugar, se analizan las características de la empresa y del entorno en el que opera, así como del producto que ofrece. A continuación, se estudia el perfil del consumidor objetivo o segmento al que se dirige y las estrategias de marketing que utilizan. El trabajo concluye con una comparativa entre las estrategias de marketing empleadas por parte de empresas de moda de lujo frente a aquellas que ofrecen moda low cost, resaltando aquellos aspectos clave de éxito a tener en cuenta en ambos subsectores. In this step, marketing has a highly important role to play, in order to know the needs of the consumer, depending on the market in which it operates., [CA] El present treball de final de carrera tracta de realitzar una anàlisi comparativa de les estratègies de màrqueting que utilitzen les empreses de moda per a captar al seu públic objectiu. Tant en el món de la moda com en la societat en si, el consumidor pot segmentar-se en diferents nivells, depenent de factors com l'estatus social, polític, econòmic i cultural. Sobre la base d'aqueixa segmentació, els clients presenten diferents necessitats i gustos a l'hora de dur a terme el procés de compra. Al llarg del present treball, s'analitzen dues empreses del sector moda, i les estratègies de màrqueting emprades en funció del segment de clients a les quals van dirigides. Per a això, en primer lloc, s'analitzen les característiques de l'empresa i de l'entorn en el qual opera, així com del producte que ofereix. A continuació, s'estudia el perfil del consumidor objectiu o segment al qual es dirigeix i les estratègies de màrqueting que utilitzen. El treball conclou amb una comparativa entre les estratègies de màrqueting emprades per part d'empreses de moda de luxe enfront d'aquelles que ofereixen moda *low *cost, ressaltant aquells aspectes clau d'èxit a tindre en compte en tots dos subsectors. Per a definir la moda en una sola paraula podria ser “canvi”. Des dels seus inicis fins a l'actualitat, la moda ha sigut un referent en totes les revolucions socials, o almenys en la majoria d'elles. L'omissió de la cotilla o l'aparició de la minifaldilla, són un clar exemple. La moda, com a substantiu, no sols és una peça de vestir o un accessori, sinó és una forma d'expressió, un reflex de com ens sentim el nostre dia a dia. Amb ella, podem donar a conéixer una part de nosaltres. En general, és una manera de comunicar-nos amb l'exterior. És per això, que la moda i el màrqueting té una sinergia singular. Les noves maneres de comunicar i arribar al consumidor final s'han orientat cap a la internet i cap als mitjans socials. El que ha donat pas a una generació molt més digitalitzada i en la qual les empreses i marques de roba han de renovar-se per a no quedar-se obsoletes. En aquest pas, el màrqueting té un rol altament important, per a conéixer les necessitats del consumidor, depenent del mercat en el qual opera.

Ilustraciones y tablas Colombia is recognized in the world for its great biodiversity which generates high potential for honey production, however, the importance that has been given to beekeeping is not remarkable until now. The study of the physicochemical properties of honey is important to recognize the quality of this product. However, the lack of legislation has led to a high rate of counterfeiting and poor quality verification. The characterization and classification according to the climatic zone of 115 Colombian honeys was carried out through the evaluation of physicochemical parameters, in order to verify compliance with quality criteria. These samples were also analyzed by means of an electronic nose, for the evaluation of the aromatic profile (volatile components), and electronic language of cyclic voltammetry, to obtain responses associated with electroactive species in solution (non- volatile components), as additional classification tools by origin. Finally, in order to evaluate electronic language as an authentication tool, the results obtained by this technique were compared for 50 authentic samples and 50 adulterated samples. Statistical techniques of principal component analysis (PCA), k nearest neighbors (KNN) and artificial neural networks (ANN) were used in order to observe the potential in classification by origin and differentiation with respect to adulterated products. The characterization of the honey complied with the main quality parameters reported in local and external standards. It was possible to differentiate the honey samples according to their climatic zone with a 77% non- error rate from the information obtained by the physicochemical parameters, nose and electronic tongue. The PCA allowed to differentiate samples of adulterated honey from authentic honeys, from the data obtained with electronic language. This study contributes to the recognition of the differentiating characteristics of honeys according to their origin, to increase their commercial value in the market, and an important precedent is established for the development of an analytical methodology for verifying the authenticity of Colombian bee honeys. Colombia es reconocida en el mundo por su gran biodiversidad lo que genera altos potenciales de producción de miel, no obstante, la importancia que se ha dado a la apicultura no es destacable hasta ahora. El estudio de las propiedades fisicoquímicas de la miel es importante para reconocer la calidad de este producto. Sin embargo, la falta de legislación ha propiciado un alto índice de falsificación y una escasa verificación de la calidad. Se llevó a cabo la caracterización y clasificación según la zona climática de 115 mieles colombianas a través de la evaluación de parámetros físicoquímicos, con el fin de verificar el cumplimiento de criterios de calidad. Estas muestras se analizaron también por medio de nariz electrónica, para la evaluación del perfil aromático (componentes volátiles), y lengua electrónica de voltametría cíclica, para obtener respuestas asociadas a especies electroactivas en disolución (componentes no volátiles), como herramientas adicionales de clasificación por origen. Finalmente, con el fin de evaluar la lengua electrónica como herramienta de autenticación, se compararon los resultados obtenidos por esta técnica para 50 muestras auténticas y 50 muestras adulteradas. Se emplearon las técnicas estadísticas de análisis de componentes principales (PCA), k vecinos más cercanos (KNN) y redes neuronales artificiales (ANN) con el fin de observar el potencial en la clasificación por origen y la diferenciación con respecto a productos adulterados. La caracterización de la miel cumplió con los principales parámetros de calidad reportados en los estándares locales y externos. Se logró diferenciar las muestras de miel según su zona climatica con un 77% de tasa de no error a partir de la información obtenida por los parámetros fisicoquìmicos, nariz y lengua electrónica. El PCA permitió diferenciar muestras de miel adulteradas de mieles autenticas, a partir de los datos obtenidos con lengua electrónica. Con este estudio se contribuye al reconocimiento de las características diferenciadoras de las mieles según su proveniencia, para incrementar su valor comercial en el mercado, y se establece un antecedente importante para el desarrollo de una metodología analítica para la verificación de autenticidad de mieles de abeja colombianas. The research is of a qualitative approach, with a descriptive analytical level; documentary and approach to the field, not experimental. Its inductive method allows an adequate approach from direct observation, as well as the revision of theories that emerge from the substantive. An in-depth interview is used as an accompanying technique in gathering information, and as a technique for analyzing the results, the strategies proposed by grounded theory are used, facilitating the process of interpreting the categories and emerging from descriptors. The research concludes as a proposal in which dual tour operators incorporate opportunity from innovation to attract tourists to the town and to economic growth for the province of Manabí. Se tiene como informantes clave a una representante del Ministerio de Turismo del Ecuador y agencias de servicios turísticos duales. Exploram-se primeiramente as principais colocações sobre essa contradição, para assim estabelecer seus limites conceituais. Em segundo lugar, propõem-se a urbanização planetária como desenvolvimento teórico da contradição campo-cidade e a urbanização diferencial como método, para depois traduzi-las empiricamente. Por fim, definem-se, em forma de considerações, as relações entre diferenciação espacial, fragmentação socioespacial e contradição campo-cidade como variáveis ascendentes das atuais mudanças sociais. The possible overcoming of the contradiction between country and city is analyzed here as a tendency to spatial differentiation, as a result of the geography of capitalism in crisis, and as a novel element in the current relations between space and society, mediated by sociospatial fragmentation. First, the main contributions that have analyzed this contradiction are explored, establishing their conceptual limits. Second, planetary urbanization is proposed as the theoretical development of the country-city contradiction, and differential urbanization as its method to ultimately empiricize it. Finally, the relations between spatial differentiation, socio-spatial fragmentation and the country-city contradiction are defined as the increasingly relevant variables of the present social change. Este artículo analiza la posible superación de la contradicción campo-ciudad como una tendencia a la diferenciación espacial fruto de la geografía del capitalismo en crisis, y como elemento novedoso en las actuales relaciones entre el espacio y la sociedad mediadas por la fragmentación socioespacial. Se exploran, en primer lugar, las principales aportaciones que han tenido como objeto esa contradicción, para establecer sus límites conceptuales. En segundo lugar se propone la urbanización planetaria como el desarrollo teórico de la contradicción campo-ciudad, y la urbanización diferencial como su método con la que empirizarla en última instancia. Se definen, por último, en forma de consideraciones, las relaciones entre diferenciación espacial, fragmentación socioespacial y contradicción campo-ciudad, como variables ascendentes del presente cambio social. La innovación ha servido continuamente como un impulsor clave para la diferenciación estratégica de las organizaciones. La incertidumbre ocasionada por la emergencia sanitaria a razón del COVID-19, que es de preocupación mundial, ha obligado a personas y a organizaciones a desplegar estrategias de innovación casi improvisadas y de manera forzosa, todo con el fin de mitigar un poco la difícil situación económico-social actual y de mantenerse activas entre la competencia de mercado. Ahora la innovación se ha convertido en un proceso fundamental a invertir y a llevar a cabo dentro de las organizaciones capaz de, sobrellevar en el corto plazo la supervivencia de las mismas, de diferenciarlas de sus similares, y también de aportar valor agregado al cliente final. El presente ensayo busca ofrecer una reflexión sobre la importancia que tiene la formulación y la planificación de retos de innovación en las organizaciones. Resumen Objetivo: En este artículo se argumenta que la teoría clásica sobre la diferenciación de la esfera religiosa y la consecuente secularización de la modernidad ha dado pie a interpretaciones y generalizaciones erradas, puesto que, en la complejidad de los procesos socio-históricos, no existen fronteras claramente identificables que permitan separar analíticamente lo político de lo religioso. Método: La crítica aquí expuesta se basa en un análisis segmentado de la teoría de la secularización y en una revisión del concepto de “religión” como categoría analítica frecuentemente usada en las ciencias sociales. Resultados: Se sostiene que, si la religión se concibe como una esfera separada (diferenciación) que ha perdido su poder y tiende a desaparecer (secularización), ello no solo es muy cuestionable desde el punto de vista empírico, sino que es absolutamente dependiente de lo que se entiende por el concepto de “religión”, una precisión que no se suele hacer en las ciencias sociales. Conclusiones: Se concluye que las esferas se diferencian únicamente en su dimensión institucional, y que los aportes de Émile Durkheim son de gran valía para identificar lo sagrado en la política moderna, demostrando así que lo religioso está presente incluso en las instituciones seculares. Ello se demuestra mediante en caso de la sacralización del individuo en las democracias liberales contemporáneas. Abstract Objective: This article argues that the classical theory on the differentiation of the religious sphere and the following secularization of modernity has provoked erroneous interpretations and generalizations, since, in the complexity of the socio-historical processes, there are no clearly identifiable boundaries that would allow to analytically separate the political from the religious. Method: The critique presented here is based on a segmented analysis of secularization theory and on a revision of the concept of “religion” as an analytical category frequently used in the social sciences. Results: It is argued that, if religion is conceived as a separate sphere (differentiation) that has lost its power and tends to disappear (secularization), this is not only highly questionable from an empirical point of view, but is absolutely dependent on what is understood by the concept of “religion”, a precision that is not usually made in the social sciences. Conclusions: It is concluded that the spheres differ only in their institutional dimension, and that the contributions of Émile Durkheim are of great value in identifying the sacred in modern politics, thus demonstrating that the religious is present even in secular institutions. This is demonstrated through the case of the sacralization of the individual in contemporary liberal democracies.

Among the most relevant conclusions is the fact that the knowledge and experience of users or clients represents a new dimension for the construction of a differentiating identity. The main objective of the research is to contextualize the strategic principles of the Ecuadorian manager that give support to the alternative markets called blue ocean, allowing to interpret the managerial descriptors that emerge after analyzing the favorable scenarios for business ideas; the research is from a qualitative perspective and descriptive level, with a heuristic intention and inductive methodology; Information gathering techniques include direct observation and in-depth interviews, applied to representatives of the business world, academics and researchers with recognized professional trajectories in the world of business consulting; the information analysis strategy starts from the proposal designed by Grounded Theory. The results obtained show a revision of the concepts on managerial strategies, innovation and differentiation within the framework of the Ecuadorian business context, as well as their design modes against the possibility of creating new markets based on the theory of the blue ocean; As a main conclusion, a new discursive and interpretive conception of managerial action and its strategies for approaching the blue oceans can be revealed; in addition to the need for applicability of emerging managerial descriptors based on hermeneutical analysis of research. Among the conclusions presented is the need to incorporate holistic processes for the creation of new markets, as well as the design of management strategies based on an autonomous business management model, as well as the feasibility of applying emerging descriptors to facilitate the creation of new markets; all these elements considered from the hermeneutical analysis established by the research. Keywords: Management strategies, differentiation, blue ocean., El objetivo principal de la investigación analizar las estrategias gerenciales basadas en la perspectiva de la diferenciación desde el contexto ecuatoriano, mostrando como hallazgos descriptores gerenciales producto de la interpretación por parte de los investigadores; la metódica de abordaje es de enfoque cualitativo y de nivel descriptivo, además de una dimensión inductiva con intencionalidad heurística; para la recolección de información se utilizó la observación directa, así como la entrevista en profundidad al Presidente de la Asociación de Empresarios del Ecuador (ANDE), así como también a expertos investigadores y consultores empresariales relacionados con la temática abordada; la investigación sustentó su estrategia de análisis en parte a la propuesta dada por la denominada Teoría Fundamentada. Entre los resultados/hallazgos se hacen visibles descriptores gerenciales apoyados desde la interpretación investigativa, así como el de su triangulación con las definiciones sobre estrategias gerenciales, diferenciación y conceptos relacionados con el océano azul, todo enmarcado desde lo local. Entre las conclusiones presentadas esta la necesidad incorporar procesos holísticos para la creación de nuevos mercados, así como el diseño de estrategias gerenciales en base a un modelo autónomo de gestión empresarial, así como viabilidad de aplicación de los descriptores emergentes para facilitar la creación de nuevos mercados; todos estos elementos considerados desde el análisis hermenéutico establecido por la investigación. Abstract The main objective of the research to analyze the management strategies based on the perspective of differentiation from the Ecuadorian context, showing as managerial descriptors findings product of the interpretation by the researchers; The approach method is qualitative and descriptive, as well as an inductive dimension with heuristic intentionality; For the collection of information, direct observation was used, as well as an in-depth interview with the President of the Ecuadorian Entrepreneurs Association (ANDE), as well as expert researchers and business consultants related to the topic addressed; the research supported its analysis strategy in part to the proposal given by the so-called Grounded Theory. Among the results / findings, managerial descriptors supported from the investigative interpretation become visible, as well as their triangulation with the definitions on managerial strategies, differentiation and concepts related to the blue ocean, all framed from the local.
