The inventory routing problem is an important issue within logistics and supply chain management, and as such has been addressed by the scientific literature. Likewise, decision support systems have received much attention from academic researchers due to their usefulness in numerous disciplines. This paper proposes a review of the academic literature on vehicle routing with inventory and decision support systems. For this, bibliometric analysis is used in publications on these two topics from the Sciencedirect and Scielo databases, between the years 1997 and 2020. The temporal trends, different classifications, authors and most relevant related topics and the link between these topics are analyzed. The main findings are the growing trend in the study of both topics, the absence of authors and central themes linked to them, as well as the scarce interrelation in their study. BALANCED scorecard , *MATHEMATICAL statistics , *INTERNAL auditing , *PROCESS control systems , *PETRI nets , *DECISION theory - Abstract
Introduction--Internal control, as the backbone of the organizational system, has gained popularity due to its importance and relationship with the rest of the processes, evidencing its transversal nature. Objective--Design a procedure for the integrated management of Internal Control, with a multi-criteria approach that identifies the weaknesses of this system, to manage and improve its effectiveness. Methodology--Theoretical and empirical methods such as historical-logical analysis, the analytical-synthetic method, the inductive-deductive method, as a way to analyze the prevailing trends and the systemic approach during the research process. Empirical methods include individual interviews, surveys, checklists, observation and analysis of documents. Statistical methods such as descriptive statistics and mathematical methods such as --Saaty, AHP of Saaty, Scoring, diffuse compensatory logic, entropy method, Petri nets and Decision Theory in general were used. Results--From the conception of a theoretical model, materialized in a general procedure subject to mathematical models with a multi-criteria approach, which allows managing, in an integrated manner, the Internal Control system in Cuban organizations. This system is integrated with management control tools, highlighting the balanced scorecard and process management. The proposed multi-attribute mathematical model allows the implementation and evaluation of the components and rules of Internal Control and materialize it in the processes of the organization, by identifying the failures that affect the satisfaction of society. The design with a multi-criteria approach to the balanced scorecard for Internal Control allows the results to be measured systemically and integrating the four perspectives with the five components. Conclusions--The general procedure designed, with three phases, constitutes a guide to develop the Internal Control management system with a process, systemic, multi-criteria and strategic approach, helping to raise the level of implementation of this system, in the same way It forms the level of integration with the processes, maturity, the effectiveness of its management and the improvement of this process. In addition, it is valid prospectively complying with the principles and characteristics. In addition to the formation of a strategic map with direct and indirect relationships through fuzzy logic without contradicting the objective of organizations with or without profit. ELECTROMECHANICAL devices , *SUPPLY chains , *VALUE chains , *ECONOMIC value added (Corporations) , *SUPPLY chain management - Abstract
This article proposes a methodology for calculating the added value in the operations of the supply chain of electromechanical products formed by the processes of procurement, production and distribution. The object of study constitutes the supply chain of electrical energy meters. The proposed tool consists of several steps related to the definition of the selling price of the product, the identification of operations of each process and operational requirements, calculating the coefficient added value and value of each product in each operation, and calculating the amount of financial resources required to buy the raw material. It was obtained as a result that the operation of higher net added value per unit is the calibration of electrical energy meters while the higher added value is the storage of finished products. The main findings are associated with how to analyze and calculate the value-added supply chains composed of procurement processes, production and distribution or some of these, based on the deficiencies identified in other methods where the added value is calculated. - Abstract
Knowledge of Critical Success Factors (CSF) plays a key role in fulfilling the mission and satisfaction of the needs of customers in an organisation. The present article proposes a procedure to determine and prioritize CSF in an organisation by constructing a criticality index (Ci), which is based on criticality indices to evaluate and prioritise risks, integrating the Analytical Hierarchy Process (AHP) and expert method. The procedure is applied for the prioritisation of the CSF to evaluate the ethical, socially responsible and sustainable behaviour, through the construction of a hierarchy that allows to classify the CSF in economic, social and environmental, in an organisation oriented to the provision of computers services. BUSINESS ethics , *PROFESSIONAL ethics , *ANALYTIC hierarchy process , *OPERATIONS research , *ORGANIZATIONAL structure - Abstract
Nowadays Business ethics emerge as a referent in management into the organizations that want to obtain outcome in a competitive and globalized world, despite there are many companies that used these management methods for cover a top objective that is profit maximization. This research proposes through the methods: Failure Modes, Effects and Criticality Analysis (FMECA) and the Analytic Hierarchy Process (AHP), and systems, standards and indicators proposed by various international institutions a methodology for assessing the ethical level in an organization. The methodology enables the construction of a hierarchy composed of dimensions, critical factors and indicators using the FMECA method, which allows to evaluate each of the elements according to their severity, occurrence and detection. The method is complemented when determining the weights of the elements through AHP using a basic scale of values. The proposed methodology determines the ethical level through the impact of its dimensions, and a fundamental scale evaluates the ethical behavior allowing to measure the effects generated by organizations in society, the environment and the economy. Decision making is a complex process, particularly when the number of variables and the reports among them, grow with the complexity of the analyzed problems. Within the framework of Supply Chain Management, the amount and report of the variables of a decisional process, it makes the decision more complex. In the case of the sugar industry, the strategic decisions have a documented affluent file of problems related to their management, not being thus with their solutions. The modeling of these problems and the creation of a common repository for them will help to the best understanding of the problems of the SCM at strategic level, as well as create a conditioned frame of learning in the search of its solutions facilitates. This article proposes a methodology to calculate the sustainable added value of the processes (SVA) that form a supply chain (CS), through a comprehensive indicator. The methodology consists of six steps and uses as methods the Life Cycle Analysis and the methods of Diakoulaki and Saaty, based on multiple criteria. When applied to a CS of electromechanical products, it was possible to obtain the SVA of each process and with it the value that each one contributes to the economic and environmental dimensions of sustainability. These results demonstrate the novelty and feasibility of applying the developed methodology and its differences with other existing ones in the specialized literature. [ABSTRACT FROM AUTHOR]

Introduction: The correct identification and evaluation of risks is becoming a crucial element in the management of organizations. Carrying out regulatory compliance programs through the management of compliance risks makes it possible to integrate management tools for the achievement of organizational sustainability. Objective: To develop a procedure for the evaluation of regulatory compliance risks. Methods: The International Standard: ISO 19600: 2014, NC-ISO 9001: 2015, NC-ISO 31000: 2018 and on the compliance management systems and Resolution 60 of the Internal Control of the General Comptroller of the Republic of Cuba were taken into account. Interviews and surveys were applied, a total of 28 workers of the entity under study participated. The expert method was applied for the validation of the procedure. Results: We identified and validated 14 risks of the human resources process and designed the procedure to evaluate the risks of regulatory compliance in project-oriented organizations, which is described in 4 steps. Conclusions: The incorporation of this procedure to the risk management of ethical and regulatory compliance allows the organization, from risk management, to identify the deficiencies of the activities of the organization's processes, associated with legal, ethical and regulatory compliance and it allows improving the indicators of organizational performance. Multi-criteria modeling has significant importance for decision-making in business logistics. Traditionally, such decisions have been based on the development of models that exclude the treatment of multiple criteria decision, although in practice they can come into conflict, but are necessary. Based on this need research summarized in this article was developed. The proposal is done will allow once applied, the identification of criteria and physical resources restrictive in the logistics system of trading enterprises, the weight of the criteria evaluated in the selection of the restrictive resources and implementation of the decisional model for modeling. During research and design procedure different techniques were used: the cluster analysis, the method of Analytic Hierarchy Process (AHP) of Saaty, Saaty's method and Entropy's method.
