The public demonstrations and protests that broke out in 2010 as a result of a Tunisian university graduate setting himself on fire due to unemployment, affected the whole Middle East in a short time and triggered the process called the Arab Spring. In Syria, on the other hand, there has been a civil war that has been going on since March 2011 and has turned into a human tragedy.
