Avoiding financial losses requires preventing catastrophic oil‐filled power transformer breakdowns. Continuous online transformer monitoring is needed. The authors use paper insulation to evaluate transformer health for continuous online transformer monitoring. The study suggests a new artificial intelligence method for estimating paper insulation residual life in oil‐immersed power transformers. The four artificial intelligence models use backpropagation‐based neural networks to predict paper insulation lifespan. Four primary transformer insulating paper failure indices—degree of polymerisation, 2‐furfuraldehyde, carbon monoxide, and carbon dioxide—form the basis of these models. Each model, including the backpropagation‐based neural networks, estimates paper insulation life using one failure index, along with moisture and temperature data. Optimisation techniques enhance hidden layer neurons and epoch count for improved performance. Results are validated against literature‐based life models, establishing a precise input–output correlation. This method accurately predicts the remaining useable life of power transformer paper insulation, enabling utilities to take proactive measures for safe and efficient transformer operation. This paper presents an overview of pulp and paper mills (PPM) production processes, the resulting release of wastewater effluent loaded with wide range of pollutants and associated environmental impacts. The review highlighted the different types of functional materials and their modified forms employed as coagulants for pulp and paper mills industries effluent (PPME) treatment that have been intensively studied as a promising strategy for PPM to achieve cleaner and sustainable treatments in accordance with sustainable development goals (SDGs) "6-Clean water and sanitation", "9-Industry, innovation, and infrastructure", and "12-Responsible consumption and production". Standalone coagulation treatment processes are inherently ineffective towards meeting the increasingly stringent discharge requirements, coupled with their higher energy demand, and increased operational and maintenance costs. Owing to the recalcitrant nature of PPME contaminants, this review explored the effectiveness of the coagulation processes for decontamination of PPME. Furthermore, the review provides a state-of-the-art coagulation-based hybrid systems employed for enhanced PPME treatment. The process limitations, influencing factors and optimization techniques are highlighted. The review also highlights how sustained research in the subject area impacts on achieving cleaner production. The review also discusses coagulant classifications and the synergistic, antagonistic and shock load toxic effects of hybrid coagulants on toxicant biodegradation and their associated system efficiency. Moreover, it offers a guide for the development and application of sustainable hybrid-based coagulants for PPME treatment. Because of the overly averaged element sensitivity in the topological optimization of an irregular structure with a grid independent filter, a topological optimization model was built for the structural domain. The maximization of stiffness was first taken as the goal for the topological optimization of irregular structure stiffness. Subsequently, an element size filter was proposed to address the overly averaged local element sensitivity with the grid independent filter when the designed domain element size varied dramatically. Finally, the element sensitivity of the objective function was derived under the given constraints. A case study was then conducted on a naval gun mount with the maximization of structural flexibility as the objective function and the volume of structural material as a constraint. A stiffness optimization model based on the bi-directional evolutionary structural optimization algorithm was adopted for the topological optimization of the gun mount. Structural optimization was conducted for the gun mount with different shooting angles to realize its optimal stiffness and strength under the constraint of consistent material volume. The optimization results proved that the element independent filter proposed in this paper could be effectively applied in the topological optimization of an irregular structure and used to explore the topological optimization of the supporting structure under impact. Particle swarm optimization algorithms (PSOA) is a metaheuristic algorithm used to optimize computational problems using candidate solutions or particles based on selected quality measures. Despite the extensive research published, studies that critically examine its recent scientific developments and research impact are lacking. Therefore, the publication trends and research landscape on PSOA research were examined. The Preferred Reporting Items for Systematic Reviews and Meta-Analyses (PRISMA) and bibliometric analysis techniques were applied to identify and analyze the published documents indexed in Scopus from 2001 to 2021. The published documents on PSOA increased from 8 to 1,717 (21,362.50%) due to the growing applications of PSOA in solving computational problems. "Conference papers" is the most common document type, whereas the most prolific researcher on PSOA is Andries P. Engelbrecht (South Africa). The most active affiliation (Ministry of Education) and funding organization (National Natural Science Foundation) are based in China. The research landscape on PSOA revealed high levels of publications, citations, and collaborations among the top authors, institutions, and countries worldwide. Keywords co-occurrence analysis revealed that "particle swarm optimization (PSO)" occurred more frequently than others. The findings of the study could provide researchers and policymakers with insights into the prospects and challenges of PSOA research relative to similar algorithms in the literature. The ship piping layout is one of the essential tasks in the detailed design stage of a ship. Traditional manual expert design has disadvantages such as low efficiency, reliance on experience, and subjective influence. Therefore, this paper systematically proposes an intelligent arrangement method for ships' single, parallel, and branch pipelines. Firstly, the traditional genetic algorithm is improved and combined with the A* algorithm to solve the intelligent arrangement problem of a single pipeline in ships. Then, the parallel pipeline and branch pipeline are split into multiple single pipelines by combining with the connection point strategy to solve the arrangement problem of parallel pipeline and branch pipeline. Finally, the optimized A*-genetic algorithm proposed in this paper is compared with the A* algorithm, particle swarm algorithm, and the labyrinth-genetic algorithm used in previous research through simulation experiments. The results show that the A*-genetic algorithm of this paper is optimal in six indexes, including length, number of elbows, energy value, fitness value, number of optimal solutions, and average number of convergence generations, in the arrangement of the single pipeline. In solving the parallel pipeline and branch pipeline arrangement problems, the all-around performance of this paper's algorithm is better than that of A*-genetic algorithm and maze–genetic algorithm, respectively. The A*-genetic algorithm of this paper considers the quality of pipeline arrangement and the solution's efficiency. This review paper synthesizes the recent advancements in voltage regulation techniques for active distribution networks (ADNs), particularly in contexts with high renewable energy source (RES) penetration, using photovoltaics (PVs) as a highlighted example. It covers a comprehensive analysis of various innovative strategies and optimization algorithms aimed at mitigating voltage fluctuations, optimizing network performance, and integrating smart technologies like smart inverters and energy storage systems (ESSs). The review highlights key developments in decentralized control algorithms, multi-objective optimization techniques, and the integration of advanced technologies such as soft open points (SOPs) to enhance grid stability and efficiency. The paper categorizes these strategies into two main types: analytical methods and computational methods. With distributed energy sources connected to the distribution grid on a large scale for distributed photovoltaic power randomness, this paper proposes a flexible interconnection system optimization operation strategy. First, the virtual synchronous control technology is improved to improve the DC bus voltage stability; second, it analyzes the system operation mode to judge the output logic of PV and storage units, takes DC bus power balance as the underlying logic, and puts forward the power coordination optimization strategy and fault power supply restoration strategy with full consideration of factors such as the load balance degree of the distribution station area, the economic operation of the main transformer, and the amount of power lost in the faulty station area. It also establishes a multi-objective optimization model to obtain the power commands of each port and achieves the power flexibility mutualization of the flexible interconnected system through the accurate regulation of the soft normally open point (SNOP). In this work, an improved moth-flame optimization algorithm is proposed to alleviate the problems of premature convergence and convergence to local minima. From the perspective of diversity, an inertia weight of diversity feedback control is introduced in the moth-flame optimization to balance the algorithm's exploitation and global search abilities. Furthermore, a small probability mutation after the position update stage is added to improve the optimization performance. The performance of the proposed algorithm is extensively evaluated on a suite of CEC'2014 series benchmark functions and four constrained engineering optimization problems. The results of the proposed algorithm are compared with the ones of other improved algorithms presented in literatures. It is observed that the proposed method has a superior performance to improve the convergence ability of the algorithm. In addition, the proposed algorithm assists in escaping the local minima. Lightning strikes can cause equipment damage and power outages, so the distribution system's reliability in withstanding lightning strikes is crucial. This research paper presents a model that aims to optimise the configuration of a lightning protection system (LPS) in the power distribution system and minimise the System Average Interruption Frequency Index (SAIFI), a measure of reliability, and the associated cost investment. The proposed lightning electromagnetic transient model considers LPS factors such as feeder shielding, grounding design, and soil types, which affect critical current, flashover rates, SAIFI, and cost. A metaheuristic algorithm, PSOGSA, is used to obtain the optimal solution. The paper's main contribution is exploring grounding schemes and soil resistivity's impact on SAIFI. Using 4 grounding rods arranged in a straight line under the soil with 10 Ωm resistivity reduces grounding resistance and decreases SAIFI from 3.783 int./yr (no LPS) to 0.146 int./yr. Unshielded LPS has no significant effect on critical current for soil resistivity. Four test cases with different cost investments are considered, and numerical simulations are conducted. Shielded LPSs are more sensitive to grounding topologies and soil resistivities, wherein higher investment, with 10 Ωm soil resistivity, SAIFI decreases the most by 73.34%. In contrast, SAIFIs for 1 kΩm and 10 kΩm soil resistivities show minor decreases compared to SAIFIs with no LPS. The study emphasises the importance of considering soil resistivity and investment cost when selecting the optimal LPS configuration for distribution systems, as well as the significance of LPS selection in reducing interruptions to customers. Cyber Defense is becoming a major issue for every organization to keep business continuity intact. The presented paper explores the effectiveness of a meta-heuristic optimization algorithm-Artificial Bees Colony Algorithm (ABC) as an Nature Inspired Cyber Security mechanism to achieve adaptive defense. It experiments on the Denial- Of-Service attack scenarios which involves limiting the traffic flow for each node. Businesses today have adapted their service distribution models to include the use of the Internet, allowing them to effectively manage and interact with their customer data. This shift has created an increased reliance on online services to store vast amounts of confidential customer data, meaning any disruption or outage of these services could be disastrous for the business, leaving them without the knowledge to serve their customers. Adversaries can exploit such an event to gain unauthorized access to the confidential data of the customers. The proposed algorithm utilizes an Adaptive Defense approach to continuously select nodes that could present characteristics of a probable malicious entity. For any changes in network parameters, the cluster of nodes is selected in the prepared solution set as a probable malicious node and the traffic rate with the ratio of packet delivery is managed with respect to the properties of normal nodes to deliver a disaster recovery plan for potential businesses. As an emerging energy allocation method, shared energy storage devices play an important role in modern power systems. At the same time, with the continuous improvement in renewable energy penetration, modern power systems are facing more uncertainties from the source side. Therefore, a robust optimization algorithm that considers both shared energy storage devices and source-side uncertainty is needed. Responding to the above issues, this paper first establishes an optimal model of a regional integrated energy system with shared energy storage. Secondly, the uncertainty problem is transformed into a dynamic optimization problem with time-varying parameters, and a modified robust optimization over time algorithm combined with scenario analysis is proposed to solve such optimization problems. Finally, an optimal scheduling objective function with the lowest operating cost of the system as the optimization objective is established. In the experimental part, this paper first establishes a dynamic benchmark test function to verify the validity of proposed method. Secondly, the multi-mode actual verification of the proposed algorithm is carried out through a regional integrated energy system. The simulation results show that the modified robust optimization over time (ROOT) algorithm could find solutions with better robustness in the same dynamic environment based on the two-stage evaluation strategy. Compared with the existing algorithms, the average fitness and survival time of the robust solution obtained by the modified ROOT algorithm are increased by 94.41% and 179.78%. As an essential component of mechanical equipment, the fault diagnosis of rolling bearings may not only guarantee the systematic operation of the equipment, but also minimize any financial losses caused by equipment shutdowns. Fault diagnosis algorithms based on convolutional neural networks (CNN) have been widely used. However, traditional CNNs have limited feature representation capabilities, thereby making it challenging to determine their hyperparameters. This paper proposes a fault diagnosis method that combines a 1D-CNN with an attention mechanism and hyperparameter optimization to overcome the aforementioned limitations; this method improves the search speed for optimal hyperparameters of CNN models, improves the diagnostic accuracy, and enhances the representation of fault feature information in CNNs. First, the 1D-CNN is improved by combining it with an attention mechanism to enhance the fault feature information. Second, a swarm intelligence algorithm based on Differential Evolution (DE) and Grey Wolf Optimization (GWO) is proposed, which not only improves the convergence accuracy, but also increases the search efficiency. Finally, the improved 1D-CNN alongside hyperparameters optimization are used to diagnose the faults of rolling bearings. By using the Case Western Reserve University (CWRU) and Jiangnan University (JNU) datasets, when compared to other common diagnosis models, the results demonstrate the usefulness and dependability of the DE-GWO-CNN algorithm in fault diagnosis applications by demonstrating the increased diagnostic accuracy and superior anti-noise capabilities of the proposed method. The fault diagnosis methodology presented in this paper can accurately identify faults and provide dependable fault classification, thereby assisting technicians in promptly resolving faults and minimizing equipment failures and operational instabilities. 3D reconstruction of objects is with interest nowadays, mainly in production industry. The main challenge of them is accuracy and processing time, especially for small and detailed objects. The field of photogrammetry realizes the 3D reconstruction of objects through 2D photos. Different software, free or non-free exists, providing different quality and performance. Accurate 3D reconstruction is important in cloning objects, especially in the industry of spare parts or in the production of prostheses in medicine, etc. Determining accurately the sizes of the object, especially those with complex geometric shapes is very important in the 3D printing process. The purpose of this paper is the analysis of the performance of 3D reconstruction in terms of accuracy for objects of different sizes regarding the number of its photos and the time evaluation of this process. The 3D reconstruction will be performed by free software Meshroom, measurement will be done in MeshLab and non-free software Agisoft. Experimental results show that quality and performance of 3D reconstruction depends on the number of photos of the object, concluding in finding the optimal balance between these parameters. By comparing obtained results from MeshRoom and Meshlag versus Agisoft, it is claimed that Agisoft performs better than MeshRoom. An alternative energy source such as solar is one of the most important renewable resources. A reliable solar radiation prediction is essential for various applications in agriculture, industry, transport, and the environment because they reduce greenhouse gases and are environmentally friendly. Solar radiation data series have embedded fluctuations and noise signals due to complexity, stochasticity, non-stationarity, and nonlinearity with uncertain and time-varying nature. Aside from being highly nonlinear, solar radiation is highly influenced by the environment and environmental parameters such as air temperature, cloud cover, surface reflectivity, and aerosols. In addition, the spatial measurements of these variables are not readily available. To tackle these challenges, it is necessary to consider data preprocessing techniques and to develop and test precise solar radiation predicting models at different forecast horizons. There is, however, controversy regarding the performance of such models in various studies. Comparisons are not conducted systematically among the different studies. Using a critical literature review, the authors hope to answer these questions and believe that further investigation of solar radiation can benefit researchers and practitioners alike. This study presents a comprehensive evaluation of solar radiation modeling using artificial intelligence in the last 15 years and provides a novel detailed analysis of the available models. The studies conducted in different climates of the world that were published in distinguished journals were considered (i.e., 90 papers in total) for this purpose. Newly discovered procedures for optimizing forecasts, data cleaning, feature selection, classification methods, and stand-alone or hybrid data-driven models for solar radiation prediction and modeling were evaluated. The results strikingly showed that the most used artificial intelligence methods were artificial neural network, adaptive neuro-fuzzy inference system, and decision tree family of models. In addition, the extreme learning machine, support vector machine, and particle swarm optimization were the most used optimization techniques in solar radiation modeling. In terms of forecast horizons, the most common forecast horizon found in papers was on the daily scale (51% of studies), followed by the hourly scale (26%), and the least common was the monthly scale (18%). Based on the regional studies, the highest number of solar radiation papers originated from Asia, with Europe in second place and African countries in third place. An increasing trend in the number of papers from 2011 to 2015 was noted, and the second peak started from 2018 till the present. Under each section, a summary of findings is provided. With the rapid expansion of offshore wind capacity worldwide, minimising operation and maintenance requirements is pivotal. Regarded as a low-maintenance alternative to conventional drivetrain systems, direct-drive generators are increasingly commonplace for wind turbines in hard-to-service areas. To facilitate higher torque requirements consequent to low-speed operation, these machines are bulky, greatly increasing nacelle size and mass over their counterparts. This paper therefore details the structural optimisation of the International Energy Agency 15 MW Reference Wind Turbine rotor through iterative Parameter and Topology Optimisation and the inclusion of additional structural members, with consideration to its mechanical, modal, and thermal performances. With temperature found to have a significant impact on the structural integrity of multi-megawatt direct-drive machines, a Computational Fluid Dynamics analysis was carried out to map the temperature of the structure during operation and inform a consequent Finite Element Method analysis. This process, novel to this paper, found that topologically optimised structures outperform parametrically optimised structures thermally and that integrated heatsinks can be employed to further reduce deformation. Lastly, generative design techniques were used to further optimise the structure, reducing its mass, deformation, and maximum stress and expanding its operating envelope. This study reaches several key conclusions, demonstrating that significant mass reductions are achievable through the removal of cylinder wall geometry areas as well as through the implementation of structural supports and iterative parametric and topology optimisation techniques. Through the flexibility it grants, generative design was found to be a powerful tool, delivering further improvements to an already efficient, yet complex design. Heatsinks were found to lower generator structural temperatures, which may yield lower active cooling requirements whilst providing structural support. This paper presents a detailed review of the existing literature on peer-to-peer (P2P) energy trading considering market architectures, trading strategies, and enabling technologies. P2P energy trading enables individual users in the electricity network to act as sellers or buyers and trade energy among each other. To facilitate the discussion on different aspects of P2P energy trading, this paper focuses on P2P market mechanisms, relevant bidding strategies, and auction models. In addition, to solve the energy management problems associated with P2P energy trading, this paper investigates widely used solution methods such as game-theoretic models, mathematical optimisation, as well as more recent machine learning techniques and evaluates them in a critical manner. The outcomes of this investigation along with the identification of the challenges and limitations will allow researchers to find suitable P2P energy trading mechanisms based on different market contexts. Traditional horizontal-axis wind turbines (HAWTs) have limited efficiency in low-wind speed regions. In this paper, an integrated energy system (IES) incorporating vertical-axis wind turbines (VAWTs) is proposed; this IES is located in an oilfield management area, which can utilize the low-wind speed resources more efficiently and improve renewable energy consumption, and it also introduces a demand response model based on thermal inertia (TI), thus smoothing out the volatility caused by the VAWT. Typical output scenarios are obtained through stochastic optimization to deal with wind turbine and photovoltaic output uncertainties, and an optimal scheduling model is proposed to minimize the system operating cost. Finally, a simulation study was conducted in a micro-oilfield management area in Shandong Province, China, to demonstrate the performance of the proposed system. The results show that the IES using a VAWT and TI can increase the renewable energy consumption capacity by 87% over the conventional HAWT system, change the user behavior, increase the economic efficiency by 12%, and achieve the smoothing of load-side fluctuation of electric and thermal loads, peak shaving, and valley filling. A Hybrid Photovoltaic Thermal (PVT) system is one of the most emerging and energy-efficient technologies in the area of solar energy engineering. This review paper provides a comprehensive review of hybrid PVT systems in the context of the history of PVT, general classification, and parameter analysis. Several cell technologies with spectrum analysis are discussed to understand the application's ability and energy efficiency. Hybrid PVT concept, characteristics, and structure analysis is also discussed in this study. An extensive analysis on the classifications of hybrid PVT systems from the recent literature is also presented here. These literatures are identified based on several criteria. In order to provide a complete and energy-efficient technology, an innovative classification of the hybrid PVT system is proposed in this paper. This proposed classification is a combination and upgrade of various existing classifications mentioned in recent research studies. Parameters have a significant and unavoidable impact on the performance and efficiency of the hybrid PVT system. A brief analysis of different parameters and the optimization of the system is conducted after reviewing recent research articles. This analysis provides insights into the impact of parameter variations on the system. A novel parameter model comprising parametric and optimistic analyses is also presented in this paper. It provides a detailed parametric description that significantly affects the performance and efficiency of the hybrid PVT system. The existing RippleNet model doesn't consider the influence of key nodes on recommendation results, and the recommendation accuracy is not high. Traditional logistics delivery route optimization algorithm has some problems such as long time to find the optimal route. Based on this, this paper discusses swarm intelligence optimization algorithm and logistics delivery route optimization. To solve the logistics vehicle routing problem, considering that the basic ACO (ant colony optimization) has the disadvantages of slow convergence speed and easy to fall into local optimum, this paper proposes a new hybrid population optimization algorithm and applies it to VRPTW (vehicle routing problem with time windows). In addition, the concept of crowding degree in AFSA (artificial fish swarm algorithm) is introduced into ACO. In the early stage of the optimization process, a strong crowding degree limit is set to ensure that most ants are not affected by pheromone concentration to conduct random optimization. The simulation results show that the AC (accuracy rate) of this algorithm is 95.08%, which is higher than the traditional PSO (particle swarm optimization) algorithm and general heuristic algorithm. The hybrid algorithm can effectively improve the optimization efficiency of VRPTW, lay a foundation for solving large-scale VRPTW, and provide new research ideas and methods. The burgeoning field of fog computing introduces a transformative computing paradigm with extensive applications across diverse sectors. At the heart of this paradigm lies the pivotal role of edge servers, which are entrusted with critical computing and storage functions. The optimization of these servers' storage capacities emerges as a crucial factor in augmenting the efficacy of fog computing infrastructures. This paper presents a novel storage optimization algorithm, dubbed LIRU (Low Interference Recently Used), which synthesizes the strengths of the LIRS (Low Interference Recency Set) and LRU (Least Recently Used) replacement algorithms. Set against the backdrop of constrained storage resources, this research endeavours to formulate an algorithm that optimizes storage space utilization, elevates data access efficiency, and diminishes access latencies. The investigation initiates a comprehensive analysis of the storage resources available on edge servers, pinpointing the essential considerations for optimization algorithms: storage resource utilization and data access frequency. The study then constructs an optimization model that harmonizes data frequency with cache capacity, employing optimization theory to discern the optimal solution for storage maximization. Subsequent experimental validations of the LIRU algorithm underscore its superiority over conventional replacement algorithms, showcasing significant improvements in storage utilization, data access efficiency, and reduced access delays. Notably, the LIRU algorithm registers a 5% increment in one-hop hit ratio relative to the LFU algorithm, a 66% enhancement over the LRU algorithm, and a 14% elevation in system hit ratio against the LRU algorithm. Moreover, it curtails the average system response time by 2.4% and 16.5% compared to the LRU and LFU algorithms, respectively, particularly in scenarios involving large cache sizes. This research not only sheds light on the intricacies of edge server storage optimization but also significantly propels the performance and efficiency of the broader fog computing ecosystem. Function inlining is a critical optimization technique used by compilers to improve program performance by replacing a function call with the body of the function and eliminating the overhead associated with function calls. However, the decision of when to inline functions and when not to is a nontrivial problem due to interactions with the rest of the compiler pipeline. Incorrect inlining decisions can cause runtime performance degradation, making this problem a crucial one to study. This paper reviews the different techniques used to optimize function inlining, including simple textual substitution, profile-guided inlining, interprocedural optimization, partial inlining, speculative inlining, and advanced techniques such as indirect call optimizations. Each technique has its strengths, weaknesses, and trade-offs, and ongoing research is exploring ways to overcome these challenges. In the Hualong-1 Unit (HPR1000), the hydrogen (H2) concentration should be reduced to 15 mL (STP)/kg 24 h before reactor shutdown when the reactor vessel is scheduled to be opened. The traditional degassing method, i.e., letting down the reactor coolant through a chemical and volume control system, will take longer, and its operation is more complicated. To shorten the degassing time and simplify the operation, this paper proposes a pressurizer degassing system design for HPR1000 by applying the pressurizer as thermal degassing equipment. Then, the degassing system optimization analysis is carried out under a full range of steady operating conditions during shutdown, and the optimal size of the flow-limiting orifice plate is obtained. Meanwhile, in order to verify the transient characteristic during the degassing process to ensure operating safety, a dedicated transient degassing program based on an improved non-equilibrium multi-region pressurizer model and a transient degassing model is used to carry out a transient simulation analysis of this process. The transient simulation results show that, under bounding conditions of hot-zero-power operation, during the degassing process, the pressure of the pressurizer decreases by a maximum of 0.038 MPa and the water level increases by 0.016 m above the normal level. As can be seen, both the pressure and water level are within the normal operation band and shall not initiate any safety signal. Meanwhile, the entire transient process lasts approximately 24 min and then enters a stable degassing period. It takes approximately 5.2 h to remove the gas dissolved in the reactor coolant from 35 mL (STP)/kg to 15 mL (STP)/kg. Introduction: The Yellow River Basin is an important national energy base and ecological protection area, and it is of great significance to promote the coordinated development of high-quality development and eco-environmental carrying capacity in the region. Methods: Taking the 73 prefecture-level cities along the Yellow River as the study unit, this paper measures the changes of high-quality development level and eco-environmental carrying capacity of municipalities from 2005 to 2020, using the coupling coordination degree model and fuzzy logic algorithm. Results and discussion: 1) The capital city and its surrounding cities have a high level of high-quality development, with the lower and middle reaches of the Yellow River having higher levels than the upper reaches. From 2005 to 2020, the level of high-quality development showed an upward trend. 2) The eco-environmental carrying capacity of cities in the lower reaches is higher than that in the upper reaches. From 2005 to 2020, the eco-environmental carrying capacity of cities in the lower reaches of the Yellow River increased first and then decreased. 3) The provincial capital cities have a high degree of coupling coordination, with cities in the lower reaches having a higher level than those in the middle and upper reaches. A high degree of coupling coordination reduces spatial differences, but dominated by primary coordination. 4) From 2005 to 2020, the eco-environmental carrying capacity tended to be coordinated with the high-quality development, close to a high level and system optimization. This paper investigates modeling techniques for the mathematical representation of HV (high-voltage) Li-ion batteries to be used in conjunction with battery emulators for the test cell environment. To enable the impact of the battery response to be assessed in conjunction with other electrified systems, battery emulators are used with advanced mathematical models describing the expected voltage output with respect to current load. This paper conducted research into different modeling types: electrochemical, thermal, and electronic equivalent circuit models (EECMs). EECMs were identified as the most suitable to be used in conjunction with emulation techniques. A foundation EECM was created in conjunction with a thermal part to simulate thermal dependency. Hybrid Pulse Power Characterization (HPPC) tests were conducted on an NMC Li-ion cell across a range of temperatures from −20 °C to 25 °C. Using parameter optimization techniques, the HPPC test data were used to identify the resistance, capacitance, and the open-circuit voltage of the cell across a range of state of charge bounds and across a temperature range of 0 °C to 25 °C. The foundation model was assessed using identified parameters on two current profiles derived from drive cycles across a temperature range of 0 °C to 10 °C. As nearshore aquaculture spaces become saturated, the development of fisheries aquaculture for deep sea has become an inevitable trend. This paper proposes an innovative deep-sea aquaculture platform that incorporates a vessel-shaped main structure and a single-point mooring system. The potential flow theory and the Morison equation are utilized to calculate the hydrodynamic loads on the main structure and the netting and mooring systems, respectively. The deformation and force of the netting in current are simulated, and the accuracy of the analytical methods used is validated based on experimental results. The influences of the netting system on the hydrodynamic characteristics of the platform are analyzed. Optimization on the single-point mooring system is conducted under static and dynamic conditions, considering the influences of various mooring parameters, including mooring line length, buoyancy of buoys, and mass of sinkers. The patterns of changes in motion response, mooring line tension, and minimum touchdown length under different mooring parameters are calculated and analyzed. The results indicate that changes in mooring line length have minimal impact on the dynamic response of the platform and mooring system. The addition of appropriate buoys or sinkers can reduce the motion response of the platform and the tension in the mooring lines. The purpose of this paper is to select the optimal section of different cross-sectional multi-cell hexagonal tubes under axial dynamic loads in three categories of internal edge thicknesses. The explicit non-linear FE code LS-DYNA is employed for numerical simulation. The results of crashworthiness performance criteria are obtained for various alternatives of configurations. TOPSIS method introduces the rank of different sections. The most effective section in the three categories is selected. In the continuation of the research, the straight inner sides of small hexagons were replaced with semi-elliptic and semicircle, but with respect to the symmetry of the larger hexagon diameter and equal perimeter size in order to evaluate the crashworthiness criteria in the selected section. The power communication system provides powerful technical support for realizing the intelligent operation and information management of the power grid and improving the operation efficiency and power supply quality of the power grid. Quantum key distribution (QKD) is considered one of the most promising technologies for commercialization. QKD uses a single photon to encrypt data to produce a more secure and reliable password. This paper intends to study the hierarchical, centralized control architecture of power dispatching based on quantum essential supply (QKD). The performance indexes of MDI-QKD under symmetric and asymmetric conditions were studied by local optimization. The optimal key formation rate of the algorithm is analyzed. From the perspective of quantum critical utilization, a quantum key utilization scheme for grid backbone dispatching service is proposed. The dynamic adjustment test of multi-node time slot and service key update rate is carried out. Experiments show that the MDI scheme can effectively improve the effectiveness of a multi-node QKD system. Thus, the security of data transmission of the core business of power dispatching data networks can be ensured to the greatest extent. AMDI can effectively reduce the transmission timeout of low-priority data streams because the delay of high-priority data streams reaches the proportion. With the rapid development of Internet of things and information technology, wireless sensor network technology is widely used in industrial monitoring. However, limited by the architecture characteristics, software and hardware characteristics, and complex external environmental factors of wireless sensor networks, there are often serious abnormalities in the monitoring data of wireless sensor networks, which further affect the judgment and response of users. Based on this, this paper optimizes and improves the fault detection algorithm of related abnormal data analysis in wireless sensor networks from two angles and verifies the algorithm at the same time. In the first level, aiming at the problem of insufficient spatial cooperation faced by the network abnormal data detection level, this paper first establishes a stable neighbor screening model based on the wireless network and filters and analyzes the reliability of the network cooperative data nodes and then establishes the detection data stability evaluation model by using the spatiotemporal correlation corresponding to the data nodes. On the second level, aiming at the problem of wireless network abnormal event detection, this paper proposes a spatial clustering optimization algorithm, which mainly clusters the detection data flow in the wireless network time window through the clustering algorithm, and analyzes the clustering data, so as to realize the detection of network abnormal events, so as to retain the characteristics of events and further classify the abnormal data events. This paper will verify the realizability and superiority of the improved optimization algorithm through simulation technology. Experiments show that the fault detection rate based on abnormal data analysis is as high as 97%, which is 5% higher than the traditional fault detection rate. With the increasing openness and development of network technology, the network based on the wireless sensor network system has increasingly become an important tool for human social life and production, but it also brings some network security problems. Among them, focus is on network privacy disclosure and foreign intrusion and the research of intrusion detection and privacy protection has increasingly become an important topic of network security. This paper deeply studies the wireless sensor network system based on neural network on the basis of traditional privacy protection and intrusion detection system. Firstly, it applies particle swarm optimization algorithm and constructs a wireless sensor network intrusion detection system based on particle swarm optimization algorithm. The system includes important modules such as data extraction, data analysis, data feedback, and auxiliary decision-making. Compared with other algorithms, particle swarm optimization algorithm does not rely on problem information. It mainly uses real numbers to solve, so the algorithm has strong universality. At the same time, its corresponding principle is simple and easy to implement and less parameters need to be adjusted. Compared with other algorithms, particle swarm optimization algorithm has fast convergence speed and little memory requirement for the computer. At the same time, this paper uses the leap of particle swarm optimization algorithm to make it easier to find the global optimal solution. At the corresponding level of wireless sensor network privacy protection, based on the original data aggregation privacy protection scheme, this paper proposes a privacy protection scheme based on polynomial regression and a user privacy protection scheme based on the same state encryption, which further improves the security of privacy protection and facilitates the management of information. To realize the integrity of user privacy information protection, this paper realizes the decryption of data based on the correlation between binary metadata and compares the corresponding decrypted data with aggregated data, so as to complete the integrity of privacy data protection. The experimental results show that the binary metadata correlation decryption method proposed in this paper and the introduction of the corresponding particle swarm optimization algorithm improve the stability of the system by about 10%, the corresponding system security by a positive proportion, and the integrity of private data by about 10%; therefore, the algorithm proposed in this paper has obvious advantages. The worsening of climate conditions is closely related to the large amount of carbon dioxide produced by human use of fossil fuels. Under the guidance of the goal of "carbon peaking and carbon neutrality goals", with the deepening of the structural reform of the energy supply side, the hybrid energy system coupled with renewable energy has become an important means to solve the energy problem. This paper focuses on the comprehensive evaluation of hybrid energy systems. A complete decision support system is constructed in this study. The system primarily consists of four components: 1) Twelve evaluation criteria from economic, environmental, technological, and socio-political perspectives; 2) A decision information collecting and processing method in uncertain environment combining triangular fuzzy numbers and hesitation fuzzy language term sets; 3) A comprehensive weighting method based on Lagrange optimization theory; 4) Solution ranking based on the fuzzy VIKOR method that considers the risk preferences of decision-makers. Through a case study, it was found that the four most important criteria are investment cost, comprehensive energy efficiency, dynamic payback period and energy supply reliability with weights of 7.21%, 7.17%, 7.17%, and 7.15% respectively. In the three‐phase grid‐connected current‐source inverters (CSIs), the resonance result from the AC‐side CL filter and the quality of the grid‐current waveform under the unbalanced and harmonic grid voltage conditions are two issues deserving attention. To solve the two problems, a continuous control set‐model predictive control (CCS‐MPC) method based on the optimization theory is proposed in the two‐phase synchronous coordinate frame in this paper. The constructed cost function takes grid‐connected current and output current of the inverter as control target, and obtains its optimal solution under the least‐squares method, where the optimal inverter‐side current reference is composed of inductor‐current proportional feedback, capacitor‐voltage proportional feedback, and inverter‐side current steady‐state value feedforward. The proposed method can easily realize the normal operation of three‐phase grid‐connected CSIs because the method can be determined by only one parameter under the unbalanced and distorted grids. Furthermore, in the proposed method, the proportional feedback of capacitor voltage can effectively suppress the CL filter resonance. With the rapid growth in the proportion of renewable energy access and the structural complexity of distributed energy systems, traditional microgrid (MG) scheduling methods that rely on mathematical optimization models and expert experience are facing significant challenges. Therefore, it is essential to present a novel scheduling technique with high intelligence and fast decision-making capacity to realize MGs' automatic operation and regulation. This paper proposes an optimal scheduling decision-making method for MGs based on deep neural networks (DNN). Firstly, a typical mathematical scheduling model used for MG operation is introduced, and the limitations of current methods are analyzed. Then, a two-stage optimal scheduling framework comprising day-ahead and intra-day stages is presented. The day-ahead part is solved by mixed integer linear programming (MILP), and the intra-day part uses a convolutional neural network (CNN)—bidirectional long short-term memory (Bi LSTM) for high-speed rolling decision making, with the outputs adjusted by a power correction balance algorithm. In order to obtain an optimal trajectory for indoor AGV, this paper combined an improved ACO and fuzzy DWA (IACO-DWA) algorithm, which can provide an optimal path with collision-free under higher optimization efficiency. The highlights of this paper are detailed as follows: Firstly, an improved adaptive pseudo-random transition strategy is adopted in the state transition probability with an angle factor. A reward and punishment mechanism is introduced in the pheromone updating strategy, then a path optimization strategy called IACO is proposed for the more optimized path. Secondly, IDWA adopted three fuzzy controllers of direction, security and adjustment coefficients through evaluating directional and safety principles, then improving the angular velocity by processing the linear velocity with linear normalization. By adapting to the changes of the environment, the IDWA parameters can be dynamically adjusted to ensure the optimal running speed and reasonable path of AGV. Thirdly, aiming to deal with the path-planning problem in complex environments, we combined IACO with IDWA, the hybrid algorithm involves dividing the globally optimal path obtained from IACO planning into multiple virtual sub-target points. IDWA completes the path planning by switching between these local target points, thereby improving the efficiency of the path planning. Many optimization mathematical models, associated with the technical-economic processes of real-world problems, have elements of uncertainty in their structure, which places them in stochastic optimization programming. Their diversity and complexity, due to the large uncertainty space, require special methods of solving, because there is no general solution method. Within this context, in this paper we consider the category of optimization models that can contain random variable type coefficients and/or imposed probability levels on the constraints. The purpose of the paper is to propose a methodology dedicated to these studied models. Applying the methodology leads to developing a deterministic linear programming model, associated with the initial stochastic model. In fact, the proposed methodology reduces the stochastic formulation to a deterministic formulation. The methodology is illustrated with a numerical case study based on a manufacturing problem. Solving the obtained deterministic model is carried out in the version assisted by a specialized software product (WinQSB Version 2.0). It allows for the performing of a sensitivity analysis of the optimal solution, and/or a parametric analysis relative to certain model coefficients, both also presented in the paper. The main result of the study in this paper is the proposed methodology, which is applicable on a large scale, for any mathematical model of stochastic optimization of the mentioned type, regardless of complexity, dimensions and the domain of the process to which it is associated. The numerical results obtained when applying this methodology indicate its efficiency and effectiveness in finding the solution for the studied models. The approach to this issue in the present paper is determined by the wide range of stochastic optimization problems in the various studied real-life processes and by the imperative need to adopt the best decisions in conditions of uncertainty. In this paper, a method of 3D concrete printing is used to find the optimal path of the nozzle running path. We propose a path optimization algorithm based on graph theory to solve two key problems in 3D concrete printing. The partitioning algorithm based on graph theory was adopted to improve the forming quality of concrete components, and ant colony algorithm was used to reduce printing time. The method was evaluated with 3D concrete printing experiments after introducing the process of implementing the partition algorithm and ant colony algorithm. The experiment results show a significant reduction in the idle strokes and the nozzle head-up times of the running path planned by the method in this paper. This has a direct impact on shortening the printing time and improving the forming quality. Compared with the other three conventional algorithms, the idle strokes of the nozzle planned by the method in this paper are reduced by 18.94%, 37.88%, and 66.67%, and the nozzle head-up times are reduced by 1.59%, 2.15%, and 8.69%. Inspired by cloud computing, cloud manufacturing (CMfg) is a service-oriented manufacturing paradigm on an on-demand and pay-as-you-go business model through the internet. More specifically, new challenges for production planning and decision-making process have emerged in that resource scheduling and have gained the most attention, and there is an urgent need to determine the current status and identify issues and matters to be addressed in the future. This review paper is aiming to discuss aspects of the cloud-based resource scheduling problem through investigating the literature to date to identify the existing gaps and recommending the potential paths moving forward for researchers in this field. So far, literature reviews focused on a broad scope of cloud-based scheduling, as a new approach taking a "narrow scope" by focusing on resource scheduling and various steps of it in the cloud environment are considered. Using the data gathered from the popular databases, a comprehensive statistical analysis on the existing literatures is provided, and the rational sequences of the systematic literature review (SLR) are elaborated. The mathematical models in resource scheduling are thoroughly elucidated. Then, a comprehensive analysis of the main aspects of resource scheduling including the objective functions, constraints, and optimization algorithms is presented. Discussion of the findings of the review paper illustrates that time and cost gain more attention (almost 80%) among all objective functions, and the metaheuristic algorithms are the most widely used in the recent research papers. In the response surface methodology (RSM), the designed experiment helps create interfactor orthogonality and interpretable response models for the purpose of process and design optimization. However, along with the development of data-recording technology, observational data have emerged as an alternative to experimental data, and they contain potential information on design/process parameters (as factors) and product characteristics that are useful for RSM analysis. Recent studies in various fields have proposed modifications to the standard RSM procedures to adopt observational data and attain considerable results despite some limitations. This paper aims to explore various methods to incorporate observational data in the RSM through a systematic literature review. More than 400 papers were retrieved from the Scopus database, and 83 were selected and carefully reviewed. To adopt observational data, modifications to the procedures of RSM analysis include the design of the experiment (DoE), response modeling, and design/process optimization. The proposed approaches were then mapped to capture the sequence of the modified RSM analysis. The findings highlight the novelty of observational-data-based RSM (RSM-OD) for generating reproducible results involving the discussion of the treatments for observational data as an alternative to the DoE, the refinement of the RSM model to fit the data, and the adaptation of the optimization technique. To address the issue of multiobjective control in multienergy systems with diverse operational objectives, a two-stage optimization framework based on expected point tolerance has been proposed in this paper. In the first stage, a single objective function is used for optimization control to obtain the expected point of the multiobjective optimization problem. Then, in the second stage, by defining the allowable deviation between each optimization objective and the expected point, the original multiobjective optimization problem is transformed into a single objective optimization problem solution with tolerance measurement. Finally, in the simulation scene of a multienergy system, it is demonstrated that compared with the optimal results under each single objective method, the proposed method increases power line loss, maximum voltage deviation, new energy consumption, and economy by 2.22, 2.30, 1.02, and 2.45 times, respectively. Compared with the suboptimal results, the proposed method reduces power line loss by 22.26, 1.74, 1.09, and 0.97 times, respectively. This paper presents a performance analysis and optimization of heat exchanger fin shapes in a thermoelectric power generation system for ship waste heat recovery. It proposes a new curved fin design aimed at enhancing heat transfer efficiency and maximizing thermoelectric power generation capacity. Numerical analysis and response surface methodology (RSM) focused on 225 parameters to identify the optimal fin shape. Computational analysis using CFX was conducted on the thermoelectric module system with curved fins. The methodology was verified by comparing and analyzing CFD and PIV experimental results for a curved fin. The paper comprehensively compares the fluid dynamics of curved fins and straight fins, highlighting how curved fins improve heat exchange by creating a tip leak vortex. Bitcoin exchange security is crucial because of MEC's widespread use. Cryptojacking has compromised MEC app security and bitcoin exchange ecosystem functionality. This paper propose a cutting-edge neural network and AdaHessian optimization technique for cryptojacking prediction and defense. We provide a cutting-edge deep neural network (DNN) cryptojacking attack prediction approach employing pruning, post-training quantization, and AdaHessian optimization. To solve these problems, this paper apply pruning, post-training quantization, and AdaHessian optimization. A new framework for quick DNN training utilizing AdaHessian optimization can detect cryptojacking attempts with reduced computational cost. Pruning and post-training quantization improve the model for low-CPU on-edge devices. The proposed approach drastically decreases model parameters without affecting Cryptojacking attack prediction. The model has Recall 98.72%, Precision 98.91%, F1-Score 99.09%, MSE 0.0140, RMSE 0.0137, and MAE 0.0139. Our solution beats state-of-the-art approaches in precision, computational efficiency, and resource consumption, allowing more realistic, trustworthy, and cost-effective machine learning models. This paper introduces a novel type of floating machine gun that can be simplified as a self-balancing two-degree-of-freedom mechanical system with distinct vibration characteristics. The model accounts for intricate motion patterns and encompasses numerous potential influencing factors. Multifactor combination optimization of the system represents a pressing engineering challenge. After establishing a simulation model for the machine gun and validating it experimentally, seven factors were chosen as optimization variables. The maximum recoil displacement of the inner receiver (MRD) and the firing rate were chosen to be indicators. Orthogonal combinations and variance analyses were used, and the effects of multiple factors were analyzed using SPSS software; these processes led to a determination of the optimal combination. The results indicated that the piston cylinder pressure, the bi-directional buffer spring energy storage, and the inner receiver mass significantly affected the MRD. Furthermore, the automaton mass and the reset spring energy storage were found to substantially affect the firing rate. Careful analysis of the variance results facilitated the determination of the optimal combination of parameter values. Remarkably, the optimal combination chosen resulted in an MRD reduction of approximately 20.2% and a firing rate increase of approximately 26.6%. [ABSTRACT FROM AUTHOR]

This paper presents a multistrategy fusion particle swarm optimization model for dynamic economic dispatching of renewable energy in distribution networks. The objective is to minimize active network losses and system voltage deviation while considering the integration of distributed energy sources and static reactive power compensators. The algorithm incorporates specific strategies, including a particle position change strategy based on the midpipeline convergence approach, a strategy for generating exploding particles near the optimal particles, and a particle velocity update strategy relying on the global optimal particle position. The inertia weights and particle position update methods of the simplified particle swarm optimization algorithm are also utilized. Simulation experiments are conducted on an IEEE 33 bus radial distribution system, demonstrating the effective optimization of system losses while ensuring system voltage stability. Motivated by the fact that the fuzzy quasi-normed space provides a suitable framework for complexity analysis and has important roles in discussing some questions in theoretical computer science, this paper aims to study the nearest point problems in fuzzy quasi-normed spaces. First, by using the theory of dual space and the separation theorem of convex sets, the properties of the fuzzy distance from a point to a set in a fuzzy quasi-normed space are studied comprehensively. Second, more properties of the nearest point are given, and the existence, uniqueness, characterizations, and qualitative properties of the nearest points are obtained.
