Historically, research published in the Journal of Organizational Behavior Management (JOBM) has largely used single-case experimental designs. However, recent trends in the use of single case versus other research methodologies in the JOBM are unknown. In this study, we examined all issues of the JOBM from 2000 through 2022 to identify the type of research design employed in empirical articles. We also identified the specific type of single case or group design used and, if a group design was used, the inferential statistical test employed. Results show that 60% of empirical studies employed a single-case experimental design, 20% employed a group experimental design, 13% employed a quasi-experimental design, and 7% used other designs. These results suggest that to properly interpret organizational behavior management (OBM) research, OBM students, practitioners, and researchers should receive training in both single-case and group research methodologies. In applied behavior analysis, parents or other caregivers are often trained to implement an intervention after the intervention has been demonstrated effective when implemented by professionals. However, training novice staff members to conduct specific behavioral interventions has received less attention. This is particularly true in the context of training staff to implement interventions to treat food refusal. In the current study, we implemented three levels of training to evaluate the level of intensity required to train staff members (i.e., behavior technicians, Registered Behavior Technicians®, and Board‐Certified Behavior Analysts®) to implement a feeding protocol with a role play partner. Only one participant met the mastery criteria following the first training phase, which included written instructions and video modeling. Following 72 h of exposure to the instructional materials, we provided participants an opportunity to ask clarifying questions about the procedure (second training phase). Only one participant met mastery in this phase. Three other participants required in vivo feedback and modeling (third training phase) to master the protocol. High-pressure sales tactics may result in short-term increases in sales; however, the long-term effect of employing these tactics on the relationships among the customer, the salesperson, and the firm is generally negative. Despite this widely held view, research on sales pressure has been limited to examining the selling orientation of the salesperson and/or the firm. As such, consumer perceptions of sales pressure have been neglected, and how the consumer experiences and reacts to pressure is not well understood. A structural model of antecedents and outcomes of perceptions of sales pressure is tested using a quota sample of consumers. To facilitate this test, the authors develop and validate a scale to measure consumer perceptions of sales pressure. The resulting scale consists of two factors, aggressive sales pressure and directive sales pressure. While aggressive sales pressure results in negative satisfaction and trust outcomes, directive sales pressure does not. Most realtime human pose estimation approaches are based on detecting joint positions. Using the detected joint positions, the yaw and pitch of the limbs can be computed. However, the roll along the limb, which is critical for application such as sports analysis and computer animation, cannot be computed as this axis of rotation remains unobserved. In this paper we therefore introduce orientation keypoints, a novel approach for estimating the full position and rotation of skeletal joints, using only single-frame RGB images. Inspired by how motion-capture systems use a set of point markers to estimate full bone rotations, our method uses virtual markers to generate sufficient information to accurately infer rotations with simple post processing. The rotation predictions improve upon the best reported mean error for joint angles by 48% and achieves 93% accuracy across 15 bone rotations. The method also improves the current state-of-the-art results for joint positions by 14% as measured by MPJPE on the principle dataset, and generalizes well to in-the-wild datasets. In behavior analytic research, procedural integrity refers to the extent to which the independent variable is implemented as described. Collecting and reporting data on procedural integrity are important for assessing the internal validity of a study; it assists in verifying that the independent variable, and not an extraneous variable, is responsible for intervention effects. Previous research suggests that data on procedural integrity are infrequently reported in behavior analytic studies. In organizational behavior management in particular, no recent evaluation of the reporting of data on procedural integrity exists. In the current study, we examined all empirical articles published in the Journal of Organizational Behavior Management (JOBM) from 2000 to 2020 to examine reporting of data on procedural integrity. We found that only 23.7% of studies reported these data. Furthermore, we found that 43.8% of studies appear to be at high risk, meaning they included multiple person-implemented intervention components and no measure of procedural integrity. We conclude by offering some possible reasons as to why the number of JOBM studies reporting these data is so low and by suggesting some ways to increase the collection and reporting of procedural integrity data. Fluorescence spectroscopy, powder X-ray diffraction, H NMR and HPLC were used for examining the cis-trans photoisomerization of crystalline or powdered cis, cis-1,4-diphenyl-1,3-butadiene (cc-DPB) at room temperature. In a crystal to crystal reaction, high conversions of up to 90 percent to the trans, trans isomer were observed.

This study assessed the relationship between two important constructs in social psychology, conformity and psychological reactance, which are suggested to be negatively related, i.e., a person higher in the tendency to conform will score lower on psychological reactance and vice versa. The two constructs were measured by multi-item self-report scales, the Therapeutic Reactance Scale of Dowd, et al. and a new tendency to conform scale constructed for this study. Data from a survey of 423 undergraduate students were used to test the hypothesis that scores on the scales were negatively correlated. The hypothesized relationship was positively supported by a significant but only moderately sized correlation (r = -.32, p < .001).

In this paper, we present a novel end-to-end learning-based LiDAR sensor relocalization framework, termed PointLoc, which infers 6-DoF poses directly using only a single point cloud as input. Compared to visual sensor-based relocalization, LiDAR sensors can provide rich and robust geometric information about a scene. However, point clouds of LiDAR sensors are unordered and unstructured making it difficult to apply traditional deep learning regression models for this task. We address this issue by proposing a novel PointNet-style architecture with self-attention to efficiently estimate 6-DoF poses from 360° LiDAR sensor frames. Extensive experiments on recently released challenging Oxford Radar RobotCar dataset and real-world robot experiments demonstrate that the proposed method can achieve accurate relocalization performance. Pt(PFsub3)sub4 is a good chemical vapor deposition (CVD) precursor for the deposition of platinum. It loses PFsub3 at temperatures nearing 200 degrees C, yielding a cluster, PTsub4(PFsub3)sub8. Fourier transform cyclotron resonance mass spectrometry confirms the composition, although the structure is unknown. Platinum metal is yielded at higher temperatures, and a quantity of PFsub3 gas. Ligands such as P(OCHsub3)sub3 can lead to extensive replacement of the PFsub3 ligand.
