The present study focused upon analyzing demographic properties of Indian Pharma organizations with respect to role clarity. Data of 375 personnel working in Indian Pharma Organizations spread across India was collected. The three parameters were gender, position and type of organization. Data was analyzed using SPSS and methods deployed were t-test and ANOVA. Variations were seen in different demographic fronts and further discussion were carried out to make sense of them. Genossenschaften erfahren in jüngster Zeit in ihrem empirischen Auftreten und als Forschungsgegenstand eine Renaissance. Dieser Beitrag exploriert Genossenschaften von und für Solo-Selbstständige als neue Arbeitsmarktorganisationen. Ziel ist es, zu erfassen, wie Genossenschaften als Organisationstyp Mobilität organisieren und welche Organisationsdynamiken damit verbunden sind. In einem Vergleich zweier Fälle aus IT und Medizin werden Genossenschaften über die zentralen Organisationsmerkmale Ziel, Mitgliedschaft und Struktur bestimmt und es wird ihre Rolle auf dem Arbeitsmarkt diskutiert. Genossenschaften mit dem Ziel der solidarischen Organisation von Mobilität von Solo-Selbstständigen können als Hybride zwischen Interessenvertretungs- und Vermittlungsorganisationen gesehen werden, die sich in der sozialen Integration ihrer Mitglieder von anderen Arbeitsmarktorganisationen und sozialen Netzwerken unterscheiden. Mit der Analyse wird ein Beitrag zur empirischen Erforschung von Genossenschaften sowie zu ihrer organisationssoziologischen Einordnung geleistet. Cooperatives have recently experienced a renaissance in their empirical appearance and as an object of research. This paper explores cooperatives by and for solo self-employed as new labor market organizations. The aim is to understand how cooperatives organize mobility and what organizational dynamics are associated with the cooperative form of organization. A comparison of two cases from IT and medicine shows that cooperatives can be specified by the central organizational characteristics of goal, membership and structure. Moreover, their role in the labor market is discussed. Cooperatives with the goal of a solidarity-based organization of mobility of solo self-employed can be seen as hybrids between interest representation and intermediary organizations, which differ from other labor market organizations and social networks in the social integration of their members. Industry 4.0 has managed to attract lots of attention from researchers because of the benefits it has to offer and many studies about Industry 4.0, as well as readiness and maturity models, are available from the technological point of view. Meanwhile, the organizational culture dimension of Industry 4.0 has received little to no attention. The aim of this paper is to find out whether or not the size and type of an organization influence the innovative culture and consequently the readiness of the organization for implementing industry 4.0. Results show that the innovative organizational culture according to the index of organizational culture does not depend on the size of an organization but to some degree depends on the type of the organization.

Objective: To compare the diagnostic accuracy between dilatation and curettage (D&C) pathology and post- surgical gross pathology results in the patients of endometrial carcinoma. Methods: 217 clinical data of patients who were diagnosed as endometrial carcinoma both by D&C and post-surgical gross pathology were collected, compared by the type of organization and histological grade to evaluate the accuracy of D&C pathology. Results:There were 196 endometrioid and 21 non-endometrioid carcinoma of the D&C pathology respectively, the sensitivity 97.4% and specificity 72.7%, Kappa value was 0.716 compared with the post-surgical gross pathology. The numbers of patients with grade 1, grade 2 and grade 3 were 135, 50 and 32 by D&C pathology. Compared with the post-surgical gross pathology, the weighted Kappa value was 0.596 (Z=11.72, P= 0.000). The misdiagnosis rate by D&C was significantly higher in grade 3 versus grade 1 and it was not significant in grade 2 versus the other two groups. Conclusions: Pre-surgical D&C pathology is very helpful and important in the pre-surgical evaluation of endometrial carcinoma, type of organization reveals higher consistency and grade 3 has much higher misdiagnosis rate compared with the grade 1 groups by D&C.
