While search engines have reshaped how human beings learn and think, the interaction paradigm of search has remained relatively stable for decades. With the development of neural science and biomedical engineering, it is possible to build a direct communication pathway between a computing device and the human brain via Brain-machine Interfaces (BMIs), which may revolutionize the search paradigm in a predictable future. Therefore, in this paper, we extensively discuss the possibility, benefits, and potential challenges in using BMI as a new interface for search, and call for more research efforts in this promising direction. The existence of a significant level of co-regulation between PDZ domain-encoding genes and PDZ domain ligand interactions was discovered embedded in a large scale expression data set. This discovery leads to show how integration of expression data, a comparative genomics catalog of 899 mammalian genes with conserved PDZ-binding motifs, phylogenetic analysis and literature mining can be utilized to infer PDZ complexes.

Industrial sewing machine is made up of four mechanisms, the take-up mechanism, the needle piercing mechanism, the fabric feeding mechanism and the bobbing mechanism. Sewing is a complicated process involving synchronised motion of the four parts. The performance of the sewing machine is determined by the quality of mechanical design and cooperation of the four mechanisms. Each mechanism can be made by different kinds of forms. Considering the requirement of high-speed sewing, the best mechanical structure is chosen for each mechanism. After the whole design, simulation software RecurDyn® is used to simulate the machine and diagnose the synchronisation of the four mechanisms.
