The article presents a systematic review and meta-analysis on the efficacy of Helicobacter pylori eradication in functional dyspepsia. It was found that eradication therapy was effective in healing and improving symptoms in patients with functional dyspepsia, especially in high-risk populations. The article also presents summaries on web-assisted self-management for treating paroxysmal vertigo, a physical exercise program to prevent falls in older women, and the effectiveness of cranberry products in preventing cystitis. Another study found that ambulatory blood pressure monitoring (ABPM) better predicts mortality compared to clinic blood pressure measurement, and that white coat hypertension is not associated with an increased risk of death. Additionally, it was found that patients diagnosed with in situ melanoma have a low risk of specific melanoma mortality and live longer than the general population. [Extracted from the article]
