The article presents a case study of a 22-year-old man who was evaluated at the Wills Eye Hospital Emergency Room due to worsening pain and swelling of left upper eyelid. Results of the initial examination of the patient who was diagnosed with orbital cellulitis, an infectious process in orbital tissue posterior, are offered. Treatment includes left superior orbitotomy with irrigation and drainage, functional endoscopic sinus surgery, and intravenous cefepime, metronidazole and vancomycin.

The article discusses the use of dermal fillers in correcting rhytid formation which are pronounced skin folds, creases, and wrinkles resulting in an aged appearance among persons. Dermal fillers are natural and synthetic substances that are injected into the skin which result in volume and lessen facial wrinkles. Fillers are either absorbable or non absorbable. Discussions on various injection methods and complications in the use of fillers are also presented.
