The Institutional Repository (IR) provides access to a vast collection of digital documents created and published by academic organisations. Institutional Repository (IR) services are provided to clients by major R& D institutions and a few academic institutes in India. Top scientists and researchers may use this institutional repository (IR) technology to submit their work, making it easier for the intended audience to obtain research papers in digital form. Institutional repositories (IRs) having gotten a lot of interest from academics from many fields and all around the world. They may have improved the public's perception of academics and related institutions by raising their value creation, reputation, prestige, and visibility. Despite the importance and fast development of investigations, few people have attempted to systematically evaluate and synthesise the effects of previous projects, or to assess the present state of studies in this field. This paper's main aim is to offer a better knowledge and in-depth overview of the present state of research on IRs. The work linked to institutional repositories was carefully organised using a systematic review (SLR) and a methodology. Researchers and universities may benefit from institutional repositories by improving their exposure, reputation, ranking, and public worth. Despite the potential advantages of colleges establishing institutional repositories (IRs). The institutional repository, according to this study, is an extraordinarily strong concept that may serve as a driving force for higher education institutions and, more generally, for scholarly businesses that support basic study. Purpose - The purpose of this paper is to promote and share the research output of Bennett University (BU), India through Digital Repository Services (DRSs). It aims at encouraging, assisting and accelerating the research fraternity of the university. Design/methodology/approach -- This paper explains about the initiatives adopted by the LRC at BU for developing DRS using open-space software, Dspace for long-term preservation of intellectual assets and increase the visibility of the institute in global landscape. Findings -- DRS at BU was developed with an aim to preserve and disseminate the intellectual assets of BU, encourage budding talents and increase BU's visibility in global landscape. Despite the constraints at the experimental phase, DRS at BU collected over 707 publications (October 2021) and the number is ever increasing. Though there were some initial glitches before and after the implementation process but keeping a flexible approach, LRC will continue mapping solutions for BU. Originality/value -- This paper briefs the case study of one of the core services' initiation (DRS) including its design, development and implementation at LRC-BU using open-source software Dspace (Version 5.5). Reading stories to children when they are young is the most effective way to keep them creatively engaged. Children in multilingual countries require free access to story repositories for leisure reading. In India, a country with hundreds of mother tongues, books are largely published in English and Hindi, owing to market economics. Various studies have shown that learning and reading become more important in one's mother tongue, and that when a child reads in two or more languages during early years, gains a deeper understanding of language and its effective use. In this paper, the researchers have tried to discover; to what extent Storyweaver (SW) helps fill the gap between different types of reading requirements and availability of resources in their native language? This paper explores the possibilities for more visibility for educators, parents, authors, publishers, illustrators and translators to showcase their capabilities across the global platform especially in under resourced areas. The paper will also explore if the educators can customize the resources of SW according to their individual requirements. This paper will try to determine whether SW can serve different leveled readers with appropriate resources. Present paper attempts to provides the overview of the contributions made by the central universities of India to the open access repository namely Shodhganga. There are in total 46 central universities in India as listed in UGC website out of which only 25 are sharing their research outputs to Shodhganga or are the ones which have signed MoU with Shodhganga. Open ETD plays an important role in the academic community as it helps in preventing duplication of research work already been done. A study was conducted to investigate the accessibility and use of perception on open access resources used in the library and Information Science students in Idhaya College for Women. In this paper, an attempt has been made to study the awareness of open access resources. The methodology adopted for the study surveyed in which questionnaires, interviews, and observations were used in a collection of the data. A total of 131 respondents participated in the study. 80(61.07%) of the frequency are UG Students while 51(38.93%) are PG Students in the use of open access resources in Idhaya College for Women. show that the Using of open access resources 32(24.43%) respondents information access for Research purpose only. Show that the frequency-wise respondents used in open access resources in daily used in 25(19.08%). Show the Time Spend for the open access resources respondents used in Less than 2 hours used in 29(22.14%). Show that the used in open access resources in a maximum of respondents daily used in home 32(24.43%).
