The energy storage features on natural convection in Casson fluids are investigated in this work using the finite element method. By measuring cylinders and wavy surfaces, we may examine flow patterns and the effectiveness of heat transmission systems. We study the variation of the mass and heat transfer rates as a function of the cylinder geometry. To approximately determine velocities and temperatures, the Ladyzhenskaya-Babuška—Brezzi (LBB)-stable element is employed. Following this discretization, the resulting discrete nonlinear system is linearized using Newton's method and subsequently solved using PARDISO. Fractional applications in Casson fluid analysis reveal insights into energy storage effects, employing finite element methods to explore flow patterns, heat transmission efficiency, and geometric variations while observing the impact of parameters such as Rayleigh, Hartmann, and Lewis numbers on fluid behavior and thermal properties. The preceding research has verified the accuracy of the numerical results. According to the results, concentration gradients and other modifications to liquids become more noticeable as the Rayleigh number grows. Convective heat transmission is reduced as the Ha is raised. When the Le grows, the deformation Nuavg and Shavgalso increase. Reducing the beta makes the isotherms more stable and less affected by the motion of the fluid.

Modules are teaching materials designed to be studied by students independently or with minimal guidance from educators because they are equipped with their learning instructions. This study aims to determine the feasibility of teaching materials for reproductive system disorders submaterial modules from the inventory of medicinal plants that facilitate and relieve menstrual pain in Tumiang Village, Samalantan District, Bengkayang Regency. The research method was used research and development (R&D) Borg and Gall model, including potential problems, data collection, product design, design validation, and product revision. The validation of the teaching materials was done by five validators using validation sheets. The aspects assessed in the validation sheet consist of content, language, presentation, and graphics. The validation data were analyzed using the Content Validity Ratio (CVR) and the Content Validity Index (CVI). The results of the validation of the module’s instructional materials yielded a CVR value of 1.00 for each criterion with a valid category and a CVI value of 1.00 with a valid category. Based on these results, it can be concluded that the module on reproductive system disorders from the results of the inventory of medicinal plants that facilitate and relieve menstrual pain is suitable for use as teaching material.

Objective To investigate the situation and risk factors of hypertensive retinopathy in Zhangjiakou city. Methods The residents from 19 counties and districts in Zhangjiakou were screened for hypertension and blood glucose level. Blood pressure, age, gender, course of disease, body mass index (BMI) and complications of the patients were collected by a questionnaire survey. The prevalence of hypertensive retinopathy was analyzed and the risk factors affecting the patients were analyzed. Results A total of 1 320 hypertension patients were found in 8 056 residents with prevalence rate as 16.39% (1 320/8 056) and 212 of the hypertensive patients were found to have retinopathy.The prevalence rate of retinopathy was 13.06% (212/1 320) in hypertensive patients and 2.63% in all the examined residents. The proportion of patients aged ≥60 was higher than that of patients aged＜60 years old, the proportion of patients without hypertension treatment history was higher than that of patients with hypertension treatment history (P＜0.05). The disease course, systolic blood pressure, diastolic blood pressure, diabetes and smoking history in the patient group were higher than those in the control group(P＜0.05). Long hypertension course of disease, high systolic and diastolic blood pressure and diabetes history were risk factors for the occurrence of hypertensive retinopathy (P＜0.05). Conclusions The incidence hypertensive retinopathy in 19 counties and districts of Zhangjiakou city is low but is high among residents aged ≥60 years. The risk factors are long course of disease, high systolic and diastolic blood pressure and diabetes history.

In response to pipeline corrosion surplus intensity, a surplus intensity prediction method based on the Improved Whale Optimization Algorithm (IWOA ) -Least Square Support Vector Machine (LSSVM) combination algorithm model. Firstly the influencing factors of the surplus intensity of pipeline corrosion. On this basis, the theoretical introduction of the LSSVM and IWOA were analyzed was introduced to propose a combination method of the model. Taking the L245N material pipeline of a certain oil field in our country as an example, the use of some pipes to corrode the remaining strength and its influencing factors to train the combination model, and predict another part of the data. Essence studies have shown that the IWOA-LSSVM model proposed at the institute was in the process of conducting pipeline corrosion surplus intensity predictions. Its average root error is 0.323 5%, the average relative error is 2. 17%, and the fitting superiority is 0.988. The three evaluation indicators are better than the PSO-LSSVM model and the WOA-LSSVM model. Therefore, using the IWOA-LSSVM model can accurately predict the remaining intensity of pipeline corrosion, and then provide data support for the maintenance and replacement of pipelines.

Porosity is a key parameter that affects the heat and moisture transfer within a grain pile. In order to investigate the distribution law of porosity in bulk grain piles in grain silos, grain compression experiment was carried out to obtain the porosity of different grain types under different moisture content and vertical pressure conditions. A porosity prediction model for grain cell based on GWO-BP neural network was proposed, and the model was compared with the porosity prediction results of BP neural network model and random forest model. Finally, the generalization ability of the model was verified using the grain cell box test. The results showed that the porosity prediction performance of the GWO-BP neural network model was the best, and the evaluation indexes of the model, including R2 of 0.960 5, RMSE of 0.013 7 and MAE of 0.013 1, were all within the permissible range. This study has provided a neural network prediction method for the determination of grain porosity, which could provide an important foundation for in-depth multi-field coupling analysis of grain piles and theoretical support for safe grain storage.

Objective To investigate the connotation and characteristics of curriculum ideology and politics, and to summarize the practice framework of curriculum ideology and politics in the teaching of Surgery in higher vocational students. Methods Students major in clinical medicine from 4 classes in academic year of 2022 were randomly divided into the study group and control group. The literature research method based on educational network and academic journals was adapted to in the teaching of curriculum ideology and politics in the control group. The action research method was used in the teaching of curriculum ideology and politics in the study group. The teaching efficacy was evaluated and measured between two groups. Results The students satisfaction with teaching was 93. 24%(69/74)in the control group and 98. 80%(82/83)in the study group. The number of questions answered was 1324 in the study group and 983 in the control group. Conclusion The curriculum ideology and politics by using action research method is effective to improve the independent learning of higher vocational students and teaching quality of Surgery. Political identity directly affects the implementation of the nurturing function of politics and the enhancement of the teaching effect, this paper proposes a path to enhance students’ political identity in the teaching of Daofa based on the multimodal fusion model. The TF-IDF method is utilized to identify political emotions contained in students’ classroom expressions, and LBP is used to extract students’ facial expression features. The development of virtual reality technology promotes the progress of medicine and has a pivotal role in dentistry. This paper focuses on collision detection and force feedback haptic perception for oral virtual surgery. The study uses a combination of octree and AABB enclosing box for collision detection, and a force feedback computation method based on meshless SPH to construct a force feedback model after collision detection for oral virtual surgery. This paper’s octree AABB structure algorithm achieves the shortest time in collision detection experiments, with a 29.82% and 18.03% increase over the traditional AABB algorithm and binary tree structure, respectively. The accuracy of the feedback force in this paper has been improved by 2.18%, which is closer to the operation effect of actual clinical surgery. The model presented in this paper has specific feasibility and accuracy, and can be used for collision detection and force feedback sensing in oral virtual surgery.

The equipment engineering development stage is the process of transforming equipment design drawings and combat technical performance into material entities, which is the longest and riskiest period in the equipment procurement process. In this paper, by finding relevant literature on the development of equipment engineering projects, a comprehensive risk evaluation index system is constructed, and the relative weights between the primary and secondary indicators are calculated using the AHP method (hierarchical analysis). Using cloud computing theory, the evaluation cloud model of various types of risks in the development stage of equipment engineering is constructed, and a standard cloud diagram is formed. Taking a type of communication equipment as an example, the comprehensive risk is scientifically assessed, and the level of this type of communication equipment is scientifically assessed and finally judged as medium risk. The AHP-cloud model evaluation method in this paper provides new ideas for equipment procurement departments and contract manufacturing units to evaluate the risks in the equipment engineering development phase.

A rapid identification method of microcrystalline cellulose adulteration by near infrared spectroscopy was studied. Based on the near-infrared spectrum data of microcrystalline cellulose samples and adulterants (soluble starch, wheat flour), the material spectrum database and the adulterant spectrum database were created respectively, and the microcrystalline cellulose classification and the adulterant models were also established. A rapid identification method for microcrystalline cellulose adulteration was established by using the Adulterant Screen algorithm technology for calculation and analysis. The minimum detected content of single component adulteration of microcrystalline fiber powder was 2% soluble starch and 1% wheat flour, and the accurate recognition rate was 100%. When the adulteration of two components (soluble starch + wheat flour) was two to ten times of the detection limit concentration of one component, the accurate recognition rate was 100%. The accurate recognition rate of unknown sample microcrystalline cellulose above the detection limit is 100%. The method is simple, rapid and reliable, and can quickly identify adulteration of microcrystalline cellulose samples. It can be effectively applied to the adulteration detection and identification of daily microcrystalline cellulose samples, which could provide technical support for the customs to crack down on tax evasion and evasion.

Objective To evaluate the impacts of equal ratio ventilation (ERV) mode on lung morphology, gastric inflation and laryngeal mask airway ventilation during laparoscopic radical prostatectomy by lung ultrasound（LUS） and gastric ultrasound. Methods A prospective study was performed in 60 patients with prostate cancer undergoing laparoscopy from June 2021 to May 2022 in Nanjing First Hospital. The patients were randomly divided into ERP group (group E) and conventional ventilation group (group C,n=30, each). After induction of routine intravenous anesthesia and mechanical ventilation with laryngeal mask airway, and the ventilation mode was set as follows: the inspiratory-to-expiratory ratio in group E was 1∶1, while that in group C was 1∶2. After anesthesia induction (T0), 30 minutes after surgery begin (T1), 60 minutes after surgery begin (T2) and 10 minutes after surgery (T3), the peak airway pressure (Ppeak), airway plateau pressure(Pplat), mean airway pressure (Pmean),end-expiratory partial pressure of carbon dioxide (PETCO2) and minute ventilation (MV) were observed and compared between two groups. The LUS score, the cross-sectional area of gastric antrum and fundus and the incidence of airway complications were recorded in two groups. Results At T1 and T2, Ppeak in group E was significantly lower than that in group C(P＜0.05), and Pmean was significantly higher than that in group C(P＜0.05). There was no significant difference in PETCO2 and MV between two groups at different time points (P＞0.05). The LUS and the incidence of atelectasis in group E were statistically lower than those in group C (P＜0.05), and there was no significant difference in the cross-sectional area of gastric antrum and fundus（P＞0.05） and the incidence of airway complications（30.0% vs 32.1%，χ2=0.031，P=0.860) between two groups. Conclusion ERV mode during laparoscopic radical prostatectomy can reduce Ppeak, leakage rate of laryngeal mask, atelectasis and LUS scores without increasing the incidence of gastric inflation and laryngeal mask-related adverse complications.

The subgrade mud pumping of heavy-haul railway is widespread and harmful, which seriously affects the stability of tracks and the safety of train operation. The properties of railway subgrade soil, such as the particle gradation, the void ratio, have a significant impact on the characteristics of subgrade mud pumping under train load. In this study, a series of remolded samples consisting of silty clay and different content of Kaolin was subjected to mud pumping tests with a self-developed test model. The influence of varying particle gradations (Kaolin content) and initial dry densities (void ratio) on axial strain, excess pore water pressure, and fine particles migration under dynamic load were analyzed. The results show that with the increase in Kaolin content and initial dry density, the axial strain and the excess pore water pressure of the samples, the average migration height of fine particles, and the degree of subgrade mud pumping all decrease. We also find that the excess pore water pressure gradient is the leading factor driving the migration of fine particles in subgrade soil, and the interlayer has a promoting effect on the occurrence of subgrade mud pumping.

In order to solve the user cold-start problem caused by data-sparse in recommender system,this paper proposes a cross-domain recommendation algorithm based on aspect-level user preference transfer,named CAUT.CAUT is devised to learn aspect transfer across domains from a two-stage generative adversarial network and extract aspect-level user fine-grained prefe-rence from reviews.The data distribution misalignment between source and target domains is eliminated by fixing source domain encoder parameters and designing a domain discriminator.Then the user cold-start problem caused by data-sparse in the target domain could be alleviated by utilizing source domain data via CAUT.Experiments on real-world datasets show that the proposed CAUT outperforms SOTA models significantly in rating prediction RMSE indicator,suggesting that CAUT can effectively solve the user cold-start problem.

Germination can improve the level of the free amino acid, and further improve the nutritious value of the foxtail millet. However, the effect of germination temperature and time on them is still unclear. The free amino acid of the germinated foxtail millet has been analyzed at different germination temperatures (20, 25, 30, 35, and 40 ℃) and time (0, 6, 12, 18, 24, and 30 h). Results reveal that 21 components of free amino acids increased. The lower temperature or higher temperature is not suitable for the accumulation of the free amino acid. The free amino acids increase to the maximum at the germination temperature of 30 ℃ for 30 h. The total free amino acids and total essential free amino acids can reach (810.7±69.0) and (367.8± 30.2) mg/100g, respectively. Among the amino acids, the contents of alanine and threonine increase to the highest level. The alanine has increased to (120.0±12.0) and (115.0±14.0) mg/100g at the temperature of 30 and 35 ℃, respectively. The threonine has increased to (106.0±1.0) mg/100g at the temperature of 35 ℃. The γ-aminobutyric acid reaches the maximum level at the germination temperature of 35 ℃ and reaches (60.1±1.8) mg/100g. In conclusion, the germination can promote the increase of the free amino acid and adjust the nutrition of the foxtail millet, and the germinated foxtail millet is a potential source for functional food.

Objective: To explore the effects of organic acids on tobacco pH and flue gas pH. Methods: 34 kinds of single-grade tobacco and 11 kinds of finished cigarettes were taken as the research objects, and their non-volatile organic acids, tobacco pH, and the pH of mainstream smoke total particulate matter were measured respectively. Grey correlation analysis and principal component analysis were used to analyze the correlation between organic acids and pH. Results: The results of grey correlation analysis show that oxalic acid, palmitic acid, malic acid and oleic acid have a relatively large influence on the pH of single-grade tobacco; Palmitic acid, malic acid, linolenic acid and oxalic acid have a relatively large impact on the pH of cigarette cut tobacco; Malic acid, palmitic acid, linolenic acid and oxalic acid have relatively large effects on the pH of mainstream smoke total particulate matter of the cigarettes. Conclusion: Comprehensive analysis shows that malic acid and oxalic acid have a greater influence on the pH of single-grade tobacco, and malic acid and palmitic acid have a greater influence on the pH of cigarette cut tobacco and the pH of mainstream smoke total particulate matter.

Objective: In order to solve the quality problems of YB517 transparent packaging machine, such as folds and unevenness of transparent paper on the sides of cigarette packages, a new cigarette-packaging side seal and shaping device was developed. Methods: After the improvements, the drive shaft of cigarette receiving plate of output turntable of YB517 was used as a power source, and the heating and shaping of cigarette package side seals were achieved by designing reciprocating mechanisms, heater components, cigarette package positioning components, and optimizing push seats; and using Solidworks software to simulate and analyze the displacement, velocity and acceleration of the shaping device. At the same time, it was connected to the temperature measurement and control system of "Heat sealer for Drawstring" so that the temperature parameters can be displayed and adjusted on the IPC control surface. Finally, the method of sampling in the test was used to compare and analyze the wrinkle of boxed transparent paper before and after the transformation. Results: The side seal shaping device had the advantages of no interference, gentle velocity and acceleration curve, no obvious impact and stable operation. The wrinkle ratio of boxed transparent paper decreased from 11.58% to 2.50%, which decreased 78.40%. Conclusion: It ensures product quality and improves consumers satisfaction.

This paper analyzes the current situation and existing problems of high-tech zones in Shandong Province in the development of industrial economy. Based on the above research, this paper puts forward some policy recommendations, such as speed up the cultivation of new quality productive forces, develop characteristic industries, etc. These suggestions may provide effective reference for the construction of high-tech zones in our province.

Carbonate cements formed at different stages in sandstone have different mineral compositions, structural characteristics and carbon and oxygen isotope compositions. Carbon stable isotope compositions in cements can be used to indicate the source of carbon in diagenetic fluids, while oxygen stable isotope can be used to estimate the temperature and the source of fluid at the time of crystallization. In order to obtain the carbon and oxygen isotope compositions of different kinds of carbonates in sandstone cements, off-line selective acid extraction method was usually used to extract and test the carbon and oxygen isotope compositions of each carbonate. In order to overcome the shortcomings of the off-line method such as cumbersome process and low efficiency, the temperature and time experiments of the reaction of the mixture sample with 100% phosphoric acid were carried out for the first time by using Gasbench-IRMS with different ratios of quartz, calcite and dolomite mixture samples in this study. When the particle size of the sample is mainly about 63-75 μm, the reaction temperature is 25 ℃ and the reaction time is 2 h, the generated CO2 represents the carbon and oxygen isotopic compositions of calcite. When the reaction temperature is 25 ℃, there is almost no CO2 generated in reaction of dolomite with 100% phosphoric acid for 1 h, and the yield of CO2 is only about 3% for 2 h. The mixture experiment showed that this method is only suitable for the mixture samples with more calcite than dolomite. When the content of calcite is higher than that of dolomite, Gasbench-IRMS can be used to separate calcite and dolomite mixture samples online, and test C and O isotope compositions. The carbon dioxide produced at 25 ℃ for 2 h represents the C and O isotope compositions of calcite. The CO2 gas is removed after another 2 h of reaction, then the carbon dioxide produced at 50 ℃ for 18 h represents δ13C and δ18O of dolomite. The precision of δ13C and δ18O is better than 0.15‰ (1σ) and 0.20‰ (1σ), respectively.

Experience replay can reuse past experience to update target policy and improve the utilization of samples,which has become an important component of deep reinforcement learning.Prioritized experience replay performs selective sampling based on experience replay to use samples more efficiently.Nevertheless,the current prioritized experience replay methods will reduce the diversity of samples sampled from the experience buffer,causing the neural network to converge to the local optimum.To tackle the above issue,a novel method named exploration and exploitation balanced experience replay (E3R) is proposed to ba-lances exploration and utilization.This method can comprehensively consider the exploration utility and utilization utility of the samples,and sample according to the weighted sum of two similarities.One of them is the similarity between the behavior strategy and the target strategy in the same state of action,and the other is the similarity between the current state and the past state.Besides,the E3R is combined with the policy gradient algorithm soft actor-critic and the value function algorithm deep Q lear-ning,and experiments are carried out on the suite of OpenAI gym tasks.Experimental results show that,compared to traditional random sampling and sequential differential priority sampling,E3R can achieve faster convergence speed and higher cumulative return.

ObjectiveTo evaluate the effects of different pretreatment methods and preservation time on RNA quality of peripheral blood samples, and to optimize the preservation method of peripheral blood samples.MethodsEight pretreatment methods were used to preprocess the peripheral blood from 3 healthy unrelated individuals and the treated samples were stored at -80 ℃. Total RNA of samples was extracted using Quick-RNATM Miniprep Plus kit. DNA/RNA ShieldTM was added to peripheral blood and total RNA was extracted after preservation at -80 ℃ for 0, 5, 10, 15, 30 and 60 days, respectively. The concentration, purity and integrity of RNA were determined. Statistical analyses were performed by SPSS 22.0 software to compare the differences in RNA yield, purity and integrity among the eight pretreatment methods.ResultsIn terms of purity, leukocyte pretreated with RNAlaterTM and directly cryopreservation peripheral blood showed the worst purity. The other six methods showed better purity. In terms of yield, blood cells with DNA/RNA ShieldTM came out with the highest yield, followed by peripheral blood with DNA/RNA ShieldTM. In terms of integrity, peripheral blood preserved in PAXgene Blood RNA tube method had the best integrity. Except for peripheral blood pretreated with DNA/RNA ShieldTM and blood cells pretreated with DNA/RNA shieldTM, the other five methods had statistical differences when compared to the method by keeping peripheral blood in PAXgene Blood RNA tube. The purity of RNA stored at six-time gradients ranged from 1.815 to 1.952. With the increase of storage time, RNA yield decreased from 4.516 ng to 1.039 ng, and RNA integrity decreased from 8.533 to 7.150.ConclusionAccording to the results of total RNA’s yield, purity and integrity, peripheral blood pretreated with DNA/RNA ShieldTM was the best pretreatment method. After the pretreatment, samples can be preserved for up to 60 days in low temperature.

Abstract Background Pachyonychia congenita (PC, OMIM #167200, #167210, #615726, #615728, and #615735) is a rare autosomal dominant disorder caused by keratin gene mutations in KRT6A,KRT6B,KRT6C,KRT16 or KRT17. It is characterized with nail dystrophy and palmoplantar keratoderma (PPK). The most prominent manifestation is plantar pain. This is a further unusual case of parental mosaicism in PC. Although very rare, germ cell mosaicism should be considered when providing genetic counselling for unaffected parents of a child with PC. Case presentation We report the case of a 5-year-old boy with thickening nails and oral leukokeratosis at birth. He began to develop palmoplantar keratoderma at 2 years old and his sister has similar clinical manifestation characterized with nail discoloration and thickening. A previously reported heterozygous mutation, p.Ile462Asn, was identified in KRT6A in the proband and his affected sister. SNaPshot sequencing revealed mosaicism at a level of 2.5% and 4.7% in DNA from blood and hair bulbs from the unaffected mother. HiSeq deep sequencing demonstrated low-grade mosaicism in the patient’s younger sister and parents. Conclusion These findings indicate the ability of WES and SNaPshot sequencing to detect low-frequency mosaic mutations. Although very rare, germinal mosaicism should be considered when genetic counseling is given to families with presumed spontaneous cases of PC.

Based on Biot's theory of porous media, this paper proposes a coupled vehicle-track-saturated foundation model to study the dynamic responses of saturated soft soil foundation under high-speed train load via two-and-half dimensional finite element method (2.5D FEM). It is found that the ratio of train speed c and soil Darcy permeability kD(c/kD) determines the extent to which maximum excess pore pressures build up in saturated soft soil under the train load when the load speed is lower than the critical speed. For a saturated soil of a particular stiffness, if c/kD is less than or equal to 3×104, the soil can be regarded as highly permeable relating to the load velocity. In this case, almost no excess pore pressure is developed, and the saturated soil can be modeled using a single-phase medium. There is a critical value of c/kD for the development of excess pore pressure, corresponding to which the maximum excess pore pressure increases with increasing c/kD. Above this critical value of c/kD, the maximum excess pore pressure remains independent of c/kD. The amplitude and influencing zone of effective stress are mainly controlled by the train speed and soil permeability for saturated soft soil foundation. The response of displacement is mainly controlled by the train speed. Significant Mach effects have been induced in the saturated soil foundation by the moving train when the train speed reaches or exceeds the critical velocity of the track-foundation system.

Objective To evaluate the diagnostic efficacy of mDIXON Quant for vertebral metastasis. Methods We retrospectively analyzed MRI images of 152 patients with clinically diagnosed malignant tumors and vertebral metastases. Scanning sequence included T1WI, STIR, mDIXON Quant and enhanced T1WI. We compared the diagnostic efficiency between T1WI and FF images for vertebral metastases. FF values between normal vertebral body and vertebral metastases were quantitatively compared, and the diagnostic efficacy of FF value was evaluated by ROC curve. Results The sensitivity, false positive rate, false negative rate, negative predictive value and accuracy of FF images in the diagnosis of vertebral metastases were all higher than those of T1WI images. The FF value of vertebral metastasis was significantly lower than that of normal vertebral body (Z=-21.792, P < 0.05), and the area under ROC curve was 0.987 and the cutoff value was 9.87%. The diagnostic sensitivity and specificity of vertebral metastasis were 99.6% and 92.0%. Conclusion mDIXON Quant can quantitatively determine the fat content of vertebral metastasis and has a high diagnostic efficiency for vertebral metastases.

BACKGROUND The measurement of 40Ar content in K-Ar dilution method includes sample melting and releasing gas, gas purification and enrichment, mass spectrometry measurement. With the application of a newly designed double vacuum furnace and gas purification system, the experiment process gradually changes from manual operation to automatic program control, but the parameters are unclear. OBJECTIVES To determine the parameters by conditional experiments and establish a complete measurement method of 40Ar content in K-Ar dilution method. METHODS Parameters were determined by releasing and absorbing an air standard in activated carbon cold finger with different times, melting different types of samples with different temperatures of the double vacuum furnace. The method reliability was verified by K-Ar dating for SK01 sanidine standard. RESULTS The optimal heating release time for activated carbon cold finger was 500s, and the adsorption time was 200s. Using these conditions, the gas produced by the melting in the furnace can be completely transferred and released to avoid isotope fractionation. The corresponding melting temperature was used for different types of samples to ensure that the samples were completely melted and outgassed, the melting temperature of the furnace for clay minerals, biotite, and muscovite should be set to 1400℃, and 1500℃ for amphibole, 1550℃ for basic rock, and 1600℃for potassium feldspar. The K-Ar dating of 10 sets of SK01 sanidine standards showed that the results were consistent with 40Ar-39Ar dating ages. CONCLUSIONS The obtained condition parameters meet the accurate measurement of 40Ar content using the K-Ar dilution method.

Objective To summarize the experience of sellar dural suture technique in endoscopic transsphenoidal pituitary adenoma resection. Methods From October 2018 to November 2019, 25 patients with pituitary adenomas who underwent endoscopic transsphenoidal pituitary adenoma resection were selected. All of the 25 patients had cerebrospinal fluid (CSF) leakage during operation and underwent dural suture at the sellar floor. Results The total tumor resection rate was 100% (25/25). The dural suture time was 24 min in average, and the later 15 cases had an average time of 15 min. The successful rate of CSF leakage repair was 100% (25/25). There were no postoperative CSF leakage and lumbar cistern drainage. Two cases were repaired with nasal mucosal flap because of dural defect. No perioperative infection or other complications occurred. The average follow⁃up period was 9.62 months. One case of prolactinoma recurred and there was no delayed CSF leakage or death case. Conclusions Sellar dural suture is a safe and reliable technique to reduce the incidence of CSF leakage after pituitary adenoma surgery. It can reduce the application of autologous fat transplantation, autologous fascia transplantation and pedicled nasal septum mucosal flap, so as to reduce the occurrence of corresponding complications, which is worthy of clinical promotion. doi:10.3969/j.issn.1672⁃6731.2021.04.015

On the north side of the Hexi Corridor, two active faults, which belong to two different fault systems, have been discovered on the southern margin of Beishan, namely the Jiujing-Bantan fault and the Ebomiao fault. The NE-trending (40°~50°) Jiujing-Bantan fault with a NW-trending dip angle of 60°~70° is ~28 km long and ~55 km away from Yumen City. It consists of 4 branches and presents a complex Y-shaped distribution, controlling the development of the two late Pleistocene basins on its west side. The nearly EW-trending Ebomiao fault with a NW-trending dip angle of 60°~80° is ~18 km long and ~50 km away from Jinta County. Base on results from the satellite image interpretation, offset geomorphological survey, trench excavation and optical luminescence dating, we discovered a series of ridges, gullies and terraces offset by the Jiujing-Bantan fault which has been active since ~20 ka ago mostly with normal left-lateral strike-slips. The northward thrusting of the Ebomiao fault formed a clear linear scarp and offset the gullies with left-lateral strike-slips. This fault has been active since ~30 ka ago, mainly with reverse left-lateral strike-slips. The neotectonic activities of these two faults evidences that the long-range strain transmission from the northern margin of the Tibetan Plateau has entered into the southern margin of the Beishan orogenic belt since the late Cenozoic.

Objective To investigate the clinical value of intraoperative ultrasound and endoscopy technique on the surgery of spontaneous intracerebral hematoma. Methods A total of 17 patients who underwent ultrasound⁃guided endoscopic evacuation of spontaneous intracerebral hematoma from October 2016 to October 2019 in Department of Neurosurgery of the First Medical Center of PLA General Hospital and Hainan Hospital were selected. All hematomas were located by ultrasound during operation. At the same time, feedback the degree of hematoma clearance and calculate the hematoma removal rate. Record ultrasound and endoscopy ⁃ related complications or adverse events. Use Karnofsky Performance Status (KPS) to evaluate postoperative neurological function improvement. Results Intraoperative ultrasound and endoscopic technique were conducted in all 17 patients with a success rate of 100%, and no ultrasound and endoscopic⁃related complications or adverse events occurred. In all cases, endoscopic working sheath was once accurately introduced into the center of hematoma. Preoperative median volume of hematoma was 44.40 (31.20, 54.35) ml, and postoperative median volume was 3.00 (1.80, 5.10) ml, and the extent of hematoma removal rate was 94.01% (87.11, 96.08)%. Preoperative median KPS score was 20 (15, 30), and median KPS score was 40 (35, 50) 2 weeks after operation, which was significantly improved (Z = ⁃ 3.671, P = 0.000). Conclusions These results suggest that intraoperative ultrasound⁃guided endoscopic surgery is a safe and feasible surgical modality for spontaneous intracerebral hematoma. This combined technique may help to localize the hematoma more accurately, enhance the extent of hematoma removal, and reduce complications and facilitate neurological recovery. doi：10.3969/j.issn.1672⁃6731.2021.03.014

The plastic shear resistance of commercially pure titanium (TA1) surface is low and the protective effect of oxide film is limited. Serious wear behavior will occur during sliding friction. The friction and wear behavior of TA1 disc treated by high temperature oxidation was studied by means of high temperature friction and wear tester, scanning electron microscopy (SEM) and energy dispersive spectroscopy (EDS).The results show, because of the lubrication effect of abrasive debris, under the same load and wear time, the friction coefficient of TA1 with oxide layer ranges from 0.07 to 0.3, and that of TA1 without oxide layer ranges from 0.55 to 0.9.The higher the friction and wear test temperature is, the more and deeper the furrow morphology distribution is at the friction area of TA1 with oxidation layer. For TA1 specimens without oxide layer, with the increase of temperature and the prolongation of grinding time, cracks are easier to propagate and form delamination wear. The main wear modes of TA1 material are delamination wear, adhesion wear and oxidation wear. The adhesion wear of TA1 material without oxide film and oxygen-rich layer is more serious. Different surface hardnesses and wear mechanisms result in different friction and wear properties at high temperature.

Most of the existing researches on accelerators of binary convolutional neural networks based on FPGA are aimed at small-scale image input, while the applications mainly take large-scale convolutional neural networks such as YOLO and VGG as backbone networks. The hardware of convolutional neural network is optimized and designed from the two aspects including the network topology and pipeline stage, so as to solve the bottleneck of logic resources and improve the performance of the binary VGG network accelerator. CIFAR-10 dataset resized to 224×224 was used to verify the optimized design of VGG convolutional neural network accelerator based on FPGA. Experimental results showed that the system achieved 81% recognition accuracy and 219.9 FPS recognition speed，which verified the effectiveness of the optimization method.

Photomultiplier tube (PMT) receiver is a promising solution for long-distance underwater wireless optical communication (UWOC) due to its characteristics of high gain, low noise, and large receiver area. However, the complex underwater environment leads to the dynamic change of the received optical intensity and impacts the stability and reliability of UWOC system using PMT. In this work, the bandwidth limitation and performance degradation of UWOC system caused by PMT saturation is experimentally observed and characterized for various optical intensity and PMT gain. A low-cost, high-integrated, and small-volume receiver control system and relevant adaptive control strategy are proposed to improve the stability and reliability of UWOC system by dynamically adjusting the received optical power and PMT gain according to the detected optical signal. The experiment results show that the dynamic range of UWOC received optical power can be extended to 68 dB (−63 dBm∼5 dBm) for 100 Mbit/s OOK modulation based UWOC system.
