Employee performance and work environment are two key elements in the success of an organization. The relationship between employee performance and the work environment has become a major focus for many organizations to improve productivity, employee satisfaction, and overall organizational performance. This study aims to determine the development of research with the theme Employee Performance and Work Environment in the range of 2014 to 2023 through the help of the Vosviewers application in visualizing data. The method used in this study is qualitative research with a literature study approach. Asforthe data found, 98 documents were obtained and analyzed. These datasets are converted to CSV format, BibTeX, and RIS format and imported into bibliophilia for bibliometrics and analysis. The results showed that 2023 is the year with the highest number of publications on the topic of Employee Performance and Work Environment. Indonesia is the country that influences scientific publications the most. Samani, S.A. is the most prolific writer with 3 documents in the field of Employee Performance and Work Environment. This research is motivated by the low performance results shown by permanent lecturers at "B" Accredited Private Universities in Bandung City, especially in the field of research with the obligation for each lecturer to publish their scientific work in national or international journals. The aim of this research is to analyze the influence of Emotional Intelligence and Career Development on Employee Performance. This research is included in quantitative research which is used to test hypotheses with the results in the form of the significance of the relationship between the variables studied. The population of this study was all permanent lecturers at a "B" accredited private university in the city of Bandung, totaling 1009 people and with a sample size of 286 respondents. And the sampling technique used in this research is cluster sampling. Meanwhile, the data analysis used in this research is in the form of multiple regression analysis calculated using the SPSS 23.00 program. This study aimed to analyze the effects of job stress work conflict and work discipline on the performance of employees of PT. Pelindo II-IPC Jakarta in 2016. The results of research using primary data in the form of a questionnaire to 100 respondents in PT. Pelindo II-IPC Jakarta in 2016 showed that there is influence between Conflict Work, Work Stress and Work Discipline on employee performance PT. Pelindo II-IPC Jakarta. This is evidenced by F count larger than F table and t greater than t table. The results of calculations based on t test obtained t for Conflict Work (X1) of 10.386 and thitung for Work Stress (X2) is 5,918 bigger than t table 1.660, meaning that the work conflict and work stress and significant positive effect on employee performance of PT Pelindo II. While thitung for Work Discipline (X3) of 1.178 is smaller than 1,660, which means ttabel Discipline had no effect on employee performance of PT Pelindo II. The purpose of this study was to determine the effect of work environment, individual characteristics, communication and work discipline on employee performance in PT. Bank Negara Indonesia (Persero) Tbk. Jakarta City Region. With a sample of 120 employees/respondents. This study aims to determine and analyze employee motivation, discipline, and work environment and its effects on employee performance. This research was conducted at PT. Rekayasa Aplikasi Digital. In addition, this study aims to provide information and advice to the Human Resources Management of PT. Rekayasa Aplikasi Digital. Data was collected using a questionnaire with a Likert scale. The respondents in this study were 100 employees at PT. Rekayasa Aplikasi Digital itself. The analyses used in this study are quantitative descriptive analysis and qualitative analysis. The results showed that motivation, work discipline and work environment had a positive and significant effect on employee performance. This is shown from the coefficients table in the regression equation model KK = 0,261 M + 0,284 DK + 0,221 LK. The results of the conclusion of the hypothesis on the t-test partially obtained a significant value on the motivation variable of 0.05, while on the work discipline variable of 0.02 and on the work environment variable of 0.017. This research was conducted with the aim of determining the influence of work discipline and incentives on employee performance at PT Energi Cipta Utama. The population in this study is all employees at PT Energi Cipta Utama consisting of supervisors, finance, admin, cashiers, operators and cleaning services at PT Energi Cipta Utama. In 2022, there will be 100 employees and all of them will be sampled using the census method in determining the sample. The results of multiple linear regression analysis show that work discipline and incentives have a positive and significant effect on employee performance. Work discipline at PT Energi Cipta Utama can be said to be good. This requires providing repeated and clear information to all employees, especially new employees regarding regulations and sanctions if they violate the regulations that have been implemented. This study aims to determine and analyze the effect of Compensation, Transformational Leadership, and Work Environment on Employee Performance at Ojju K-Food Restaurant Jakarta. The data of this study used primary data in the form of a questionnaire to 102 employees of the Ojju K-Food Restaurant Jakarta. Data analysis techniques using multiple linear regression analysis and using the SPSS program. The results of this study indicate that there is an effect of compensation (X1) on employee performance (Y) of 0.332 and has an effect of 33.2%. Then the variable Transformational Leadership (X2) on Employee Performance (Y) is 0.134 and influences 13.4%. Likewise the variable Work Environment variable (X3) on Employee Performance (Y) of 0.403 and has an effect of 40.3%. This research was conducted with the aim of determining the effect of training and work motivation on employee performance at the Bank Indonesia Representative Office, South Sumatra Province. The population and sample in this research are 50 Non-Officer Employees and Assistant Directors of the Bank Indonesia Representative Office for South Sumatra Province in 2023. This research aims to determine the influence of motivation and work ability on employee performance at PT Jasa Marga Toll Road Operator. The population in this research was 150 employees who worked at PT Jasa Marga Toll Road Operator, while the sample in this research used cluster random sampling. So the units selected as samples were not individuals, but organized groups of individuals, where the samples were all 120 operational employees. This research aims to analyze the influence of supervision and employee competency together on employee performance in the Safety Development Sector of the South Tangerang City Transportation Service. The hypotheses tested are: (1) There is an influence of supervision on employee performance in the Safety Development Sector of the South Tangerang City Transportation Service. (2) There is an influence of employee competency on employee performance in the Safety Development Sector of the South Tangerang City Transportation Service. (3) There is a joint influence of employee supervision and competence on employee performance in the Safety Development Sector of the South Tangerang City Transportation Service. This research includes explanatory research, associative research and quantitative analysis with a survey approach. In this research, the sampling technique used is Simple Random Sampling, where this method is used if members of the population are considered homogeneous because the sample is representative or the sample is taken randomly. The sample in this study consisted of 72 respondents. The data analysis technique uses the correlation coefficient analysis method, coefficient of determination analysis, partial significance test (t test), simultaneous significance test (F test), and simple and multiple regression analysis. From the research results, the following conclusions were obtained: First, supervision has a strong and significant influence on employee performance with a correlation coefficient value of 0.722 and a coefficient of determination (r²) value of 0.521, meaning that the supervision variable contributes 52.1% to the employee performance variable. The availability of goods and spare parts to support mining operations depends on how to manage the storage of these goods in the warehouse at the site. Warehouse management depends on the arrangement of goods placement. An excessive pile of items that are not well managed hurts the work environment. In an organization, individual performance greatly affects the performance of the organization, both government and private organizations in achieving predetermined goals. Good employee performance will have an impact on overall organizational performance, which in turn can be seen from organizational achievements. Some important factors that are taken into consideration by an employee performing well, among others; Employee salary, incentives/bonuses, work motivation, workload/quantity of work, reliability, and employability. This study uses a data mining classification approach using the c4.5 method in making a decision tree. The results of a trial of 25 datasets using the decision tree method were able to provide a conclusion that employees will be able to improve their performance if the organization provides a policy in the form of providing monthly incentives to employees as a bonus reward to those who are diligent in carrying out their work, such as having activeness and being able to work together. The primary objective of this research is to examine how the amount of work and stress experienced on the job impact the overall performance of employees working at BPJS Merauke. This investigation employs a quantitative approach. The sampling method utilized is Total Sampling, involving all 31 employees in the BPJS Merauke branch. Data collection encompasses questionnaires, interviews, and observations. The collected data is processed through the utilization of SPSS version 25, using the technique of multiple regression analysis. The findings of the study reveal that the workload significantly influences employee performance at BPJS Merauke, as evidenced by the computed tvalue of 4.455, surpassing the critical t-table value of 2.048. Additionally, the p-value of 0.000, which is less than the significance level of 0.05, strengthens this significance. Furthermore, the impact of work stress on employee performance is also substantial. This is substantiated by the t-value of 3.232, exceeding the critical t-table value of 2.048. Human resources play an important role in achieving organizational or company goals. Rapid changes in the business environment and full of uncertainty make companies strive to produce high-performance employees. At PT XYZ throughout 2020-2022, there was a decrease in employee performance. The decline in performance is influenced by various factors, one of which is the internal factor of employees in the form of work ethic. In addition to work ethic, organizational culture factors also affect employee performance. This study aims to find out how about work ethic, organizational culture and performance at PT. XYZ Bandung, and how much influence work ethic and organizational culture have on employee performance at PT. XYZ Bandung either partially or simultaneously. The type of research used is quantitative, causal relationship with descriptive and verifiative approaches. The sample in this study was 139 respondents. Data collection techniques through the distribution of questionnaires, and data analysis using PLS structural equation modeling (SEM). The results showed that the work ethic of PT XYZ employees resulted in an average of 562.8 (81%) being in the high category. The organizational culture of PT XYZ resulted in an average of 530.8 (76.4%) being in the strong category. Hypothesis testing shows that partially and simultaneously work ethic and organizational culture have a significant effect on the performance of PT XYZ employees. The amount of influence of work ethic and organizational culture on employee performance is 0.588 or 58.8%. The results of the study provide an overview of the condition of PT XYZ Company. This research was conducted aiming to determine the effect of motivation and compensation on employee performance mediated by organizational citizenship behavior at Sinergia Group Indonesia. This research was conducted because it saw the phenomenon of declining employee performance at Sinergia Group Indonesia. Employee performance can be influenced by factors such as personal factors, leadership factors, team factors, system factors, contextual/situational factors. This study aims to test and analyze the effect of organizational learning, job satisfaction on employee performance by involving organizational commitment as a mediator variable. This study used primary data from questionnaire processing which was disseminated with responses from 197 respondents. Data from the questionnaire was then analyzed using SEM-PLS with the help of WarpPLS 7.0 software. The sampling technique used is purposive sampling. The results of the study provide empirical evidence that organizational learning does not have a significant effect on employee performance but has a significant effect on organizational commitment, and job satisfaction has a significant effect on employee performance and jobsatisfaction has a significant effect on commitment. Organizational commitment has a significant effect on employee performance and organizational commitment does not mediate the relationship between organizational learning and employee performance. Organizational commitment mediates the relationship between job satisfaction and employee performance. The purpose of this study is to test and analyze the significant effect of competence on employee performance in PDAM Makassar City, test and analyze the significant effect of service quality on employee performance in PDAM Makassar City, and test and analyze competence and service quality simultaneously. a significant effect on employee performance in PDAM Makassar City. The aim of the study was to determine the effect of the application of the E-SKP assessment system and competence on performance with work discipline as an intervening variable in the Forestry and Environment Service of Papua Province. This is a quantitative study with 109 respondents. The results of the questionnaire were tabulated and analysed using Structural Equation Modelling (SEM) using the Smart PLS application. The results of the study are that E-SKP has a positive and significant effect on employee performance and work discipline. Work discipline does not mediate the relationship between E-SKP and employee performance. Competence has a positive and significant effect on employee performance. Employee work discipline. This paper provides a perspective on the concept of employee performance based on e-HRM in the coal mining service industry in Indonesia. The research methodology uses documentary analysis of empirical studies and examines the perceptions of managers working in the HRM field. e-HRM is human resources management that is supported by digital technology, while employee performance in this case is the performance of employees who work in coal mining companies. This study aims to identify e-HRM practices to improve employee performance in terms of green employee behavior in the workplace. The results show that employee performance is closely related to e-HRM, green employee motivation, and person-job fit. The study focused on the effect of job environment on employee performance of some selected SMEs within Kumasi Metropolis. Correlation as well as analytical survey research design were used. Respondents for this study were one hundred and twenty-nine (129) employees. This study employed two non-probability sampling techniques, namely convenience sampling, and purposive sampling techniques. This indicates that a low rewards system will have a slow increase in productivity. It is recommended that under the reward system, special commissions or allowances will be provided to staffs. The purpose of this study is to investigate the mediating role of job satisfaction in the effect of smartphone addiction on employee performance. The study has been carried out in the health sector, which is the most crucial sector in the fight against the COVID-19 pandemic. Questionnaire forms have been prepared in accordance with the objectives of the study and they’ve been distributed to 400 people working in Adiyaman province and its districts through simple random sampling. 250 people have responded to the surveys. Five questionnaires with erroneous or partial answers haven’t been assessed. Thus, 245 questionnaires have been assessed and tested in line with the study's objectives. IBM SPSS 25, Amos 23 and Excel programs have been utilized for data analysis. The findings indicate that smartphone addiction negatively affects employee performance and job satisfaction. On the other hand, job satisfaction positively affects employee performance. Furthermore, job satisfaction has a partial mediating role in the effect of smartphone addiction on employee performance. In the conclusion part of the study, the results of the analysis have been compiled and compared with the findings of similar studies in the literature. The literature study has revealed that there has never been a thorough investigation of the mediating role that job satisfaction plays in the effect of smartphone addiction on employee performance. Training and development may not be a panacea for all the challenges that organisations face in the 21st century, but it has important implications on employee performance and overall organisational performance. Organisations that want to improve performance and productivity can do so through leveraging their most valuable resource, its people. The significance of this study is to inform curriculum developers about the skills shortage in the footwear industry in South Africa. The core problem this study seeks to address is the skills shortage in the footwear industry in South Africa. Furthermore, currently in KwaZulu-Natal, universities, technical and vocational education do not provide training on footwear. The mixed research method was employed. The purposive sampling was used to select the participants from Dick Whittington Shoes (Pty) Ltd Questionnaires, focus group interviews and document reviews were used to gather data. The findings of the study show that the human resource manager is facing a serious challenge from employees, which is a higher rate of absenteeism this hamper the performance of the organisation. The study found that the majority of employees are above the age of 55 years. In addition, they retire the organisation will reemploy them on the contract bases precisely because they find it hard to find incumbent with skills. The study recommended the need for a proper framework on continuous training and development of employees in the footwear industry in South Africa. Secondly, the public-private partnership with universities to bridge the skills gap and improve the gross domestic product in South Africa if implemented this could bring a resolution to the problems and challenges posed. The role of the workforce as one of the resources in the business world is getting clearer, various concepts have been born to encourage the motivation of the workforce, which is expected to have good performance. Performance or achievement are the results obtained from jobs or activities over a period of time. The purpose of this article is to analyze the effect of Knowledge Based Human Resources (KB) on employee performance (PE), the effect of organizational commitment (OC) on PE, the effect of KB on Emotional Intelligence (EI), OC on EI, EI mediates the relationship between OC and PE, and EI mediate the relationship between KB and PE in modern retail in the city of Tangerang. Cross-sectional quantitative research. The results obtained were analyzed using the SMART-PLS method, the results showed that both OC and EI had a significant positive effect on PE, while KB had a positive effect on PE, while OC and KB significantly affected EI. For the mediating impact of EI, it turns out that EI strengthens the relationship between OC and PE, while EI weakens the relationship between KB and PE. From this study it was found that EI is the most dominant factor influencing PE compared to the other two factors, this shows the need to increase EI for Modern Retail employees by building a system that includes EI indicators in the process of hiring, learning and development. The second factor that also has a significant influence on PE is OC, this shows that the Modern Retail organization must strengthen the work culture and organizational values so that it can increase the strong desire for employees to continue to work on behalf of the organization and remain as members of the organization. Employees are very important to any organization. Their expedient contribution towards the organizations' success is significant. Hence, training these important assets effectively becomes necessary to enhance their performance especially in the banking industry. The Nigerian banking industry faces a number of challenges in relation to employee development such as inability to spend budgetary provision for training when there is lull in business and poor management support of training. This study thus investigated the effects of management support of training on employee performance in Nigerian banking industry. The survey research design was used. The population of the study comprised of 121,445 employees of the 22commercial banks in the Nigerian banking industry from which a sample of 399 employees were selected using stratified sampling technique and 365 representing 92% per cent were retrieved. A questionnaire titled "Training on employee performance Questionnaire (T-EPQ)" was used to collect data. Data elicited were analysed using frequencies, percentages and regression analysis at 0.05 significant levels. The findings revealed that management support of training significantly affect employee performance (P (.000)-.05). The study concluded that training in the Nigerian Banking Industry affects employee performance. This study therefore recommends that employees should be trained adequately to meet their needs, values and expectations, most importantly to enhance employees performance. More so, management of banks should ensure maximum support of training to facilitate qualitative service delivery. Finally, CBN should adopt and implement policies enforcing management of Nigerian banking industry to ensure adequate training budget that will facilitate qualitative training programmes as innovative for improving employee performance in today's dynamic banking environment. The higher the level of competition in the industrial sector, it is necessary for the company's efforts to respond well to this in order to survive through internal strategies in the form of improving employee performance. Organizational culture is found to be one of the factors that can improve employee performance. The main purpose of this study is to build a model in an effort to improve employee performance involving innovative work behavior as an intervening variable for the influence of organizational culture on employee performance. The population in this study were employees of companies engaged in the manufacturing sector with 276 employees. Samples were taken 127 employees using purposive random sampling method. Structural Equation Modeling (SEM) was used to test the statistical significance of the path coefficients against the three (3) established hypotheses. The findings of the study indicate that organizational culture and innovative work behavior have a positive and significant influence on employee performance. The food/beverage business is increasingly popular in cities and suburban areas. This study aims to see the influence of motivation and environmental work on performance employees at the food and beverage company in Cijantung, Jakarta. This study is descriptive quantitative with taking a sample of 75 employees. This study uses primary data, namely data, in a distributed questionnaire to the respondent for filling in. The purpose of this study was to determine how much influence planning and supervision had on the performance of employees at the Bogor City Health Office, either partially or simultaneously. The research method used is a survey. Ary, Yacobs and Razavich stated that the survey method was designed to obtain information about the status of symptoms at the time the research was conducted with the aim of describing what variables or conditions or conditions existed in a situation. This research is intended to answer the question of how employees perform during Work from Home, what obstacles are encountered by employees and leaders during Work From Home, and how employees can be motivated to continue to maintain productivity during Work From Home. This is a qualitative research using a case study approach. Data collection was obtained from the results of semi-structured interviews with 10 informants consists of 8 staff from 4 departments and 2 managers. The results of this study prove that in order to be able to maintain their performance during a pandemic, extrinsic motivation from every supervisor is needed to motivate their staff. This research also proves that superiors who never motivate their staff and only demand that employees have intrinsic motivation from within themselves will not be able to maintain the productivity of employee performance. Researchers used a crosssectional design to obtain information from respondents through a researched sample. The method of this study requires the variables to be measured by surveying the selected model. This quantitative approach is used to measure the level of success in the influence of leadership style and work climate on employee performance at the Manado City Population Control and Family Planning Office. The technique of collecting data and information in this quantitative approach is a questionnaire. The data method analysis in this study uses statistics, namely inferential statistics. Inferential statistics used in this study are parametric. The statistic is helpful for testing population parameters through sample data. This test population parameter is called a statistical hypothesis test. Parametric statistics requires the fulfillment of many assumptions. The results showed that leadership style significantly affected the employees' Performance at the Office of Population Control and Family Planning in Manado City with a contribution of 3.059 or 0.031%. So it can be concluded that the better the Leadership Style, the higher the performance of employees at the Office of Population and Family Control. Manado City Planning. The purpose of this study was to determine and analyze the influence of organizational culture on employee performance at the Maluku Provincial Social Service. The method used in this study is associative research method using observation, interviews, questionnaires, and literature studies to 77 respondents. Based on the results of the analysis using the product moment correlation formula, the data shows that the correlation between Organizational Culture (X) and Employee Performance (Y) is 0.435, there is a moderate relationship because it is in the range 0.400 – 0.599. and the significance level test shows that the t-count is greater than the t-table (4.185 > 1.671) meaning that there is a significant influence between organizational culture on employee performance. While the coefficient of Determinant (R2) the influence of independent variables on changes in the dependent variable is 18.9%, while the remaining 81.1% is influenced by variables other than organizational culture variables that are not included in this study. The study collected data of 200 employees of commercial banks from the KP region and regression was used to analyze the effect of organizational justice on employee performance. The results reported that procedural justice has a positive significant effect on the employee performance. The results also reported that distributive justice has a positive significant effect on employees' performance. The outcome suggested that interactional justice has a positive significant effect on employees' performance. The importance of the role of human resources or employees in achieving organizational goals is explained through efforts to improve employee capacity and performance. Employee performance is measured through the achievement of assigned tasks and responsibilities, and to achieve organizational goals, there needs to be organizational supervision and commitment. The purpose of this study is to determine and analyze the effect of leadership supervision on employee performance at the Constitutional Trial and Corrections Bureau at the General Secretariat of the People's Consultative Assembly of the Republic of Indonesia. The results showed that leadership supervision of employee performance at the Constitutional Court and Corrections Bureau, General Secretariat of the People's Consultative Assembly of the Republic of Indonesia, was found to have a significant influence, as indicated by a high correlation level of 0.674. Likewise, employee commitment to the performance of their duties in the same Bureau shows a strong impact on performance, with a correlation coefficient of 0.698. Furthermore, when leadership supervision and employee commitment are considered together, both are proven to have a strong influence on employee performance at the Constitutional Court and Corrections Bureau, General Secretariat of the People's Consultative Assembly of the Republic of Indonesia, with a correlation coefficient reaching 0.746.
