This paper summarized the nursing management of simultaneous surgery of cesarean section and brain tumor resection in a 37 week pregnant woman with brain tumor. The simultaneous surgery of cesarean section and brain tumor resection under general anesthesia had increased the surgical risk and requirements of surgical nursing. Based on the analysis of patient’s illness condition, a nursing plan considering difficulty in surgical cooperation, surgical duration, intraoperative monitoring and multi-disciplinary collaboration were established. Enhanced safety management, surgical cooperation, psychological care and other interventions were carried out to ensure the safety of patient during surgery period and improve postoperative recovery. (本文总结1例孕37+4周合并脑肿瘤患者剖宫产术同期行脑肿瘤切除手术的护理体会。全麻下同期完成宫产术和脑肿瘤切除手术增加患者手术风险, 同时也提高手术室护理配合的要求。结合患者病情特点, 从手术配合难点、手术时长、术中观察、多学科协作等角度入手制定护理计划, 加强患者围手术期安全管理、手术护理配合、心理护理干预等, 确保围手术期安全, 促进术后康复。)

4. 肱骨远端外侧闭合楔形截骨导板在儿童肘内翻畸形矫正中的应用.

- Abstract
Objective To explore the feasibility of utilizing three-dimensional (3D) printing technology for designing a lateral closing wedge osteotomy plate for assisting in osteotomy for cubitus varus deformity in children. Methods Retrospective analysis was conducted for the relevant clinical data of 45 children of cubitus varus deformity treated with the assistance of a 3D printed lateral closing wedge osteotomy plate from January 2020 to January 2022 in the pediatric orthopaedic ward of Chia Tai Shaoyang Orthopedic Hospital. There were 35 boys and 10 girls. The involved side was left (n=24) and right ( n=21). Perioperative values of carrying angle, anteversion angle and range of motion of elbow joint were measured. Elbow joint function was assessed by the Oppenheim Elbow Function Score. Results At the last follow-up, carrying angle of affected elbow joint was (11.3±1.6)°. There was no statistically significant difference as compared to unaffected side (P=0.085>0.05). Maximal extension angle of affected limb at the last follow-up ranged from -10° to 15° (average 3.7°) and maximal flexion angle ranged from 125° to 145° (average 134.6°). There was no statistically significant difference as compared to unaffected side ( P=0.12>0.05). According to the Oppenheim Elbow Function Score, the excellent/decent rate was 93%. Conclusions For cubitus varus deformity in children, using a 3D printed lateral closing wedge osteotomy plate for assisting in osteotomy may offer a simpler, more accurate and mini-invasive correction, achieving favorable clinical outcomes. 6. 2023年贵州省贫困地区中小学生维生素D 营养状况及影响因素研究.

- Abstract
Objective To explore the vitamin D nutritional status and influencing factors of primary and middle school students in poverty areas of Guizhou Province, and to provide scientific basis for the development of targeted nutritional improvement measures. Methods A total of 2,519 students from 4 primary and4 middle schools in 9 key monitoring counties (districts) in Guizhou Province, where the Nutrition Improvement Program for Rural Compulsory Education Students was implemented in 2023, were selected for questionnaire surveys, physical examinations, and blood biochemistry tests using multistage cluster sampling methods. Multifactorial logistic regression was used to analyze the current status of vitamin D nutrition and its influencing factors. Results The average vitamin D level of primary and middle school students in poverty areas of Guizhou Province was (22. 59 ± 6. 66) ng/ml, and the rate of low vitamin D was 37. 51%. The prevalence of low vitamin D among female students (46. 17%) was higher than that of male students (29. 11%), and the difference was statistically significant 仗2 = 78. 213, P < 0. 001). There was a significant difference in the rate of low vitamin D among students in different regions 仗2 二 23. 454, P <0. 001), and the rate of low vitamin D tended to increase with age = 44. 905, P <0. 001). The results of multifactorial logistic regression analysis showed that, compared with the corresponding reference group, ethnic minorities (OR = 0. 706, 95% CI: 0. 590 - 0. 844), physical activity M60 min/d (OR = 0. 791, 95% CI: 0. 663 - 0. 943), and living in the countryside (OR - 0. 747, 95% CI: 0. 616 -0.906) were protective factors for low vitamin D levels; obesity (OR =2. 133, 95% C/: 1.390 - 3.272), female students (OR 二2. 238, 95% CI: 1.882 -2.662), the 11-13 years old group (OR =1. 849, 95% CI: 1. 521 - 2. 248) and the 14 - 17 years old group (OR = 2. 000, 95% CI: 1. 576 - 2. 539) were risk factors for low vitamin D levels. Conclusion High rates of low vitamin D among primary and middle school students in poverty areas of Guizhou Province require the development of personalized nutritional interventions to improve vitamin D nutritional status. 7. 基于纳米抗体的猫皮屑特异性IgE 抗体超敏检测方法的建立和性能评估.

- Abstract
Objective: To prepare anti-human IgE nanobody by phage display technology, and to establish a method for hypersensitivity detection of cat dander specific IgE antibody. Methods: Allergen bio-information of cat was searched in WHO/IUIS Allergen Database. After synthesizing sequence, recombinant cat dander allergenic protein Fel d 1 was expressed and purified in prokaryotic expression system. Human IgE was used to immunize Bactrian camel and RNA were extracted from lymphocyte to construct phage display library. Library capacity, diversity and insertion rate were analyzed, anti-human IgE nanobody were obtained by screening and identification. A magnetic particle chemical method for cat dander specific IgE antibody detection was established using recombinant allergen-coupled magnetic particles and acridine ester-labeled nanobodies. Results: Capacity of phage display library was 1.88×108 cfu/ml, insertion rate was 93.6%, and purity of nanobody was >95%. Linear range of the method based on nanobody was 0.1~100 U/ml, who was consistent with ImmunoCAP detection system by clinical data. Conclusion: Nanobody-based cat dander specific IgE antibody hypersensitivity assay is successfully prepared, providing a technical basis for auxiliary diagnosis of cat allergic diseases. - Abstract
Objective To investigate the correlation between 25-hydroxyvitamin D3 [25 (OH) D3] levels and insulin resistance, urine pH, and other factors in newly diagnosed type 2 diabetes mellitus (T2 DM) patients. Methods The levels of 25 (OH) D3 were measured in 325 non-diabetic patients (normal control group, n=325) and 208 newly diagnosed T2 DM patients (newly diagnosed T2 DM group, n=208) .Based on the levels of 25 (OH) D3,newly diagnosed T2 DM patients were divided into vitamin D deficiency group (n=92) and non-deficiency group (n=116). The level of25 (OH) D3 was considered deficient if it was <20 ng/mL and sufficient if it was 20-100 ng/mL. The correlation between 25 (OH) D3 and insulin resistance, urine pH, etc., was analyzed using SPSS 26.0.Results The level of 25 (OH) D3 in the newly diagnosed T2 DM group was higher than that in the normal control group (P <0.01); the age, glycated hemoglobin, insulin resistance index, urine pH, free triiodothyronine (FT3), and free thyroxine (FT4) in the deficiency group were higher than those in the non-deficiency group (P <0.05), while there was no statistically significant difference in pancreatic function index, fasting C-peptide, serum calcium, and thyroid-stimulating hormone (TSH) between the two groups (P> 0.05). Logistic regression analysis showed that glycated hemoglobin (OR=1.776, P <0.05) and insulin resistance index (OR=1.289, P <0.05) were risk factors for vitamin D deficiency in newly diagnosed T2 DM patients. Conclusion The level of 25 (OH) D3 in the newly diagnosed T2 DM group was lower than that in the normal control group. Higher glycated hemoglobin and insulin resistance index are risk factors for vitamin D deficiency in patients with T2 DM. [ABSTRACT FROM AUTHOR]

Saline-alkali soil improvement is one of the important measures to enhance the production capacity in sustainable agriculture. Fulvic acid can serve as an ecologically friendly soil conditioner in the saline-alkali soil treatment, in order to improve soil fertility, crop yield, and quality. Biochemical humic acid extracted from the straw has demonstrated a superior improvement on the saline-alkali soil, compared with the mineral-derived humic acid, thus offering an effective way for the straw resource utilization. This study aims to explore the improvement mechanism of biochemical fulvic acid on the soda salinealkali soil with different textures. A systematic investigation was also implemented to assess the impact on water-salt transport characteristics. The indoor one-dimensional vertical infiltration experiments were then conducted to explore the water-salt transport, infiltration model parameters, and eight major salt separators. Different amounts of biochemical fulvic acid [0 (CK), 1, 2, 4, and 8 g/kg] were applied in the soda saline-alkali soil with various textures. The results showed that the cumulative infiltration amount decreased by 3.70%, 10.19%, 12.04%, and 25.00% in the sandy loam soil for the treatments with the biochemical fulvic acid of 1, 2, 4, and 8 g/kg, respectively, after 280 min of infiltration compared with the CK treatment. The wetting front depth also decreased by 9.33%, 17.00%, 24.00%, and 27.33%, respectively. In the loamy sandy soil, the cumulative infiltration amount of the treatments with the biochemical fulvic acid of 1, 2, 4, and 8 g/kg decreased by 1.36%, 10.51%, 18.98%, and 29.83%, respectively, after 40 min of infiltration compared with the CK treatment, with the wetting front depth reductions of 5.00%, 11.33%, 21.67%, and 31.33%, respectively. The infiltration rate of soil moisture decreased with the increase in the application amounts of biochemical fulvic acid. At the soil depths of 0, 5, 10, 15, 20, 25, and 30 cm, the sandy loam treated with 8 g/kg showed a higher soil moisture content than the CK treatment by 11.43%, 4.99%, 8.54%, 8.79%, 9.02%, 4.98%, and -7.76%, respectively. Similarly, the loamy sandy exhibited a higher soil moisture content than the CK treatment by 4.76%, 9.28%, 6.18%, 9.25%, 8.05%, 8.77%, and -0.06% at the corresponding depths, respectively. Both the Kostiakov and Philip models were used to effectively simulate the infiltration, indicating the gradual decrease in the infiltration rate with the increasing application amounts of biochemical fulvic acid. Soil infiltration also decreased the soil pH value. Specifically, the soil pH value increased with the increase of application amounts, with the most significant change in soil pH, compared with the CK treatment at 8 g/kg application amount. Moreover, the application of biochemical fulvic acid increased the soil salt content at various depths, potentially leading to elevated Na+ concentrations in soils with low Ca2+ and Mg2+ concentrations. Therefore, the application of biochemical fulvic acid significantly influenced the water and salt transport characteristics and then improved the water distribution for the reduced pH value in the soda saline-alkali soil with different textures. To avoid further secondary salinization caused by the introduction of salt ions via biochemical fulvic acid, the application rate of 2-4 g/kg was recommended for better improvement of soda saline-alkali soil with varying textures. 14. 新基建对区域 “创新-生态-经济” 耦合协调发展的影响--基于空间溢出效应和传导机制的检验.

- Abstract
The coupling coordination of scientific and technological innovation, ecological environment, and economic development is an effective way for China to achieve high-quality development in the new development stage. The new infrastructure construction (hereinafter referred to as 'new infrastructure') with digital technology as the core provides new momentum for China's high-quality coordinated development. Guided by the new development concept and based on system theory and synergy theory, this study constructed a coupled coordination system of 'innovation-ecology-economy,' employed inter-provincial panel data from 2011 to 2020, and combined the spatial Durbin model with the mediating effect test method to empirically test the impact of new infrastructure on regional 'innovation- ecology-economy' coupling coordination. The findings indicated that: ① New infrastructure investments improved the level of regional 'innovation-ecology-economy' coupling coordination, generating strong positive spatial spillover and supporting both geographic distance matrix and economic distance matrix. ② Different types of new infrastructure investments contributed to the regional 'innovation- ecology-economy' coupling coordination, showing significant heterogeneity, where innovation infrastructure and convergence infrastructure had significant driving effects, while information infrastructure had a less obvious enabling effect. ③ New infrastructure investments fostered regional 'innovation-ecology-economy' coupling coordination through three transmission mechanisms: innovation factor concentration, energy efficiency improvement, and digital financial boost. Accordingly, Chinese provinces should enhance the enabling effect of new infrastructure on the regional 'innovation-ecology-economy' coupling coordination by increasing new infrastructure investment, promote the formation of a linkage mechanism for new infrastructure empowerment, and open up the transmission path of new infrastructure so as to achieve high-quality and sustainable regional development in the new era of China. 26. 不同发育时期蓝果忍冬果实的转录组分析.

- Abstract
In order to investigate the expression differences of Lonicera caerulea fruit genes at different developmental stages(green ripening stage and ripening stage)and to explore the key metabolic pathways of L. caerulea during growth and development, the transcriptome data of L. caerulea at green ripening stage and ripening stage was compared by using high-throughput sequencing technology with‘ Zhongkelan No.1’ variety as the experimental object. The results showed that there were 40.32 Gb Clean Data, each sample had > 6.07 Gb Clean Data, the percentage of Q30 bases was 93.89% and above, and the GC content ranged from 46.32% to 49.38%. There were 3 247 differentially expressed genes detected in the fruits of the two developmental stages, including 1 642 up-regulated genes and 1 605 down-regulated genes. GO functional enrichment analysis revealed that the key regulatory genes during the development of L. caerulea were mainly involved in metabolism, cellular and cellular components and catalytic activity. KEGG enrichment analysis revealed that the differentially expressed genes were mainly enriched in plant hormone signaling, carbon metabolism and amino acid biosynthesis. These results provide a reference for further studies on the dynamic changes during fruit development of L. caerulea, and provide a theoretical basis for subsequent studies on the identification of functional genes and genetic diversity analysis of L. caerulea. - Abstract
Objective To investigate the ABO blood type distribution in liver cancer patients in Qidong District of Jiangsu Province, and to explore the relationship between ABO blood type and the risk of liver cancer. Methods Peripheral venous blood was collected from 1 701 patients with liver cancer and 2 828 healthy persons from Qidong after disease exclusion to detect ABO blood type, and the relationship between ABO blood type and risk of liver cancer was analyzed. Results The frequency distributions of blood types A, B, O, AB were 518 (30. 45%),436 (25. 63%),518 (30. 45%), and 229 (13. 46%), respectively, among liver cancer patients, and 862 (30. 48%),818 (28. 93%),853 (30. 16%), and 295 (10. 43%), respectively, among healthy persons. Compared with healthy persons, the distribution of blood type AB was higher and B distribution was lower in liver cancer patients (both P<0. 05). Qidong population with blood type B had a low risk of liver cancer (OR=0. 847,95%CI:0. 739–0. 970), and the population with blood type AB had a high risk of liver cancer (OR=1. 336,95%CI:1. 111–1. 606). Compared with healthy persons, the distribution of blood type B was lower and the distribution of AB type was higher in male liver cancer patients (χ2 =5. 618,11. 01; OR=0. 809,1. 534, respectively; both P<0. 05). Conclusion ABO blood type is related to the occurrence of liver cancer in Qidong. - Abstract
Based on the pressure-state-response (PSR) model, the evaluation system of urban ecological security was established, and an improved cloud matter-element model was proposed. By using the double uncertainty of cloud model and matter-element extension theory, the comprehensive evaluation of urban ecological security in Shandong Province from 2009 to 2019 was carried out, and the ecological security and index contribution of Jinan City were mainly studied. The results show that the ecological security index given by the model can not only describe the ecological security situation, but also compare different cities. Although Jinan has been in a critical state of security, the ecological security index has been rising steadily, which is greatly affected by the pressure and state of the ecosystem. The ecological security status of 16 prefecture level cities in Shandong Province has obvious differences, and the overall trend is on the rise, but the overall level is in the critical security level, Weihai, Qingdao and Jinan are in the forefront, while Dezhou, Zaozhuang and Heze are less secure. Shandong provincial government should pay attention to the imbalance of regional development and formulate relevant policies to narrow the gap between cities. [ABSTRACT FROM AUTHOR]
