The enactment of Law Number 12 of 2011 concerning drafting laws and regulations constitutes a crucial foundation for legislative and regulatory development. This was accepted by the community because many Regional Regulations of The Leader (Regional Reg. of The Leader/Perkada) were revised and even revoked by the government. This study aims to inform the formulation of the Regional Medium Term Development Plan in Lahat. Its objective is to evaluate the alignment of legal developments with Law Number 12 of 2011. The form of research is analytical descriptive, namely research that does more than just describe a problem. Data collection involves a prescriptive legal method, focusing on researching legal aspects. The study reveals that during the preparation of the Lahat Regional Medium Term Development Plan (RPJMD) for 2019-2023 it was approved by Lahat Regional People's Representative Assembly /DPRD for the enactment of Regional Regulation Number 2 of 2019 concerning the Regional Medium-Term Development Plan (RPJMD) in the framework of revising Law Number 12 of 2011 concerning the formation of adequate laws and regulations, namely regional government laws and regulations, in this case the Regent's proposal has been stipulated by Lahat Regional People's Representative Assembly/DPR. This revision aims to ensure compliance with regional government laws and regulations. However, there remains a significant gap in community socialization efforts.

The poor levels of student achievement and attitude towards independent learning in mathematics in fifth grade primary school inspired this study. Finding out how the problem-based learning (PBL) paradigm improves students' attitude towards independence and their mathematical learning accomplishments was the main goal of this study. There will be two iterations of this classroom action research project. Two meetings made up each cycle. There are four steps to this research: preparation, execution, monitoring, and analysis. A total of twenty-four students, twelve male and twelve female, from VB class in SD Negeri 3 Purbalingga Lor in the Purbalingga District, participated in the study. Examinations, observation sheets, and surveys were utilised as instruments for gathering data. Mathematical proficiency improved with each cycle, according to the data. Results for cycle I were 65.31 with a learning completeness rate of 52.08%, while results for cycle II were 81.35 with a rate of 81.24%. There was a 29% increase between cycles I and II. (2) The percentage of students who exhibited an attitude of independence rose from 65.5% in cycle I to 81.50% in cycle 2.

This research aims to determine the influence of digital literacy on the Integrated Social Sciences learning outcomes of students at SMP Negeri 1 Selong, East Lombok. The research method adopts a quantitative approach. The sampling technique was stratified random sampling. Stratified random sampling is a sampling technique in which the population is not homogeneous. To accurately describe the characteristics of a heterogeneous population, the population is divided into uniform strata, and each stratum is randomly sampled. The results of this study show that the R-squared value is 0.427. It can be concluded that the influence of digital skills on students' learning outcomes is 42.7%, and the rest is due to other influences. The R value of 0.31 is within the range of 0.21 to 0.40, so the relationship between these two variables belongs to the weak category. In the Coefficient column, you can see that the intercept value is 55.547 and the X value is 0.210. Therefore, we can create the regression equation: Y = 55.547 + 0.210X. Based on the regression equation, we can say that each unit increase in digital skills increases learning outcomes by 0.210.

This study aims to determine the design and performance of Recognition Software for Distribution Station Components based on the Quick Response Code (QR-code) for the Flexible Manufacturing System Laboratory Work. This study uses a Research and Development (RD) method based on Modified Waterfall Model from the Systems Development Life Cycle (SDLC). The development stages consist of Requirements Analysis and Definition, System and Software Design, Implementation and Unit Testing, Integration and System Testing, and Operation and Maintenance. The functional suitability test yielded excellent results, scoring 100%. Similarly, the compatibility test achieved a high score of 95%. The interaction capability test also performed well, scoring 85.56%. Additionally, the performance efficiency test showed impressive results, averaging 0.026 seconds per frame with an average of 7% CPU and 279 Mb memory resource utilization. The overall quality and performance of the D-Static application are very suitable for use as a Distributing Station components recognition application based on QR-Code for the Flexible Manufacturing System Laboratory Work.

This study aims to describe the forms and values of the heroism of TGKH. Muhammad Zainuddin Abdul Madjid in shaping the character of the students of 1st State High School, Sikur East Lombok. This type of research is descriptive qualitative research with a phenomenological approach. The results of the study explained that the values of heroism that students possess are martial spirit, passion for learning, a social attitude, and also cultural values. This spirit becomes a value in the formation of the character of the student and becomes the primary basis for the development of character.

This study aims to; (1) analyze the history of the formation of Kotaraja Village; (2) describe the response of the people of Kotaraja Village to cultural elements that come from outside; (3) knowing the history of cultural development in Kotaraja Village before 1990; and (4) analyzing the cultural history of Kotaraja Village from 1990-2021. The approach used is qualitative by specifically using the historical method. In the historical method, there are stages that must be passed, namely, heuristics, source criticism, interpretation, and historiography. The result of this research is that Kotaraja Village has a relatively long history. This is closely related to the conception of culture in it. Since before 1990, Kotaraja Village has had a thick art and tradition. The cultural history of Kotaraja Village from 1990-2021 starts from the existence of the division of the Kotaraja Village area which is quite complex. The rapid developments in the field of culture after that were as follows: (1) the existence of Peresean Arts which was routinely carried out; (2) the establishment of the Jamiq Raudhatul Muttaqin Mosque as a Cultural Conservation Object; and (3) the release of the Kotaraja Village Tourism Information Center in 2021.

This study aimed to determine the implementation of Advanced Islamic Education in forming Soft skills at SMP Muhammadiyah Al-Kautsar PK Kartasura and SMP Muhammadiyah Darul Arqom Karanganyar the supporting and inhibiting factors. This research uses a descriptive qualitative research method with field research and psychological approaches. The study results indicate that Advanced Islamic Education has a good impact and supports the formation soft of students through several aspects, including the learning process, school culture, and extracurricular activities. Soft skills formed include religious, disciplined, independent, cooperative, critical, creative thinking processes, responsibility, leadership, problem-solving, creativity, and tolerance. Supporting factors in implementing advanced Islamic education in forming soft skills include good principal leadership, active communication and collaboration, high enthusiasm and commitment from all stakeholders, adequate facilities and infrastructure, and quality educators and staff employees qualified in each professional field. The inhibiting factors in the implementation of advanced Islamic education in forming soft skills include the limited quantity of educators in program implementation, students who do not obey school rules, lack of attention and supervision of parents with intensive activities, the rate of development of technology and information that is not balanced with the ability of students to filter positive and negative information.

This research is a dilator behind the low critical thinking ability and independent learning attitude of students in the learning process in grade IV SD/MI. The purpose of this study was to determine the improvement of critical thinking skills and learning independence of students who received learning with literacy-based and non-PBL PBL models. This study uses a quasi-experimental method with a Non equivalent [Pre-Test and Post-Test] Contro lGroups Design (NCGD) design. The experimental group was given treatment using a literacy-based PBL model while the control group learning took place in natural situations or in this study called non-PBL. The subjects of this study were 39 students of class IV MI Muhammadiyah Kramat, Kembaran District. The instruments used were critical thinking ability test sheets, student learning independence attitude questionnaires and learning observation sheets using the PBL model. The results of this study indicate that an increase in each stage in the implementation of PBL learning can facilitate the improvement of critical thinking skills and independent learning attitudes of fourth grade students of MI Muhammadiyah Kramat. There is an increase in critical thinking skills and independent learning attitudes between students who receive learning with literacy-based and non-PBL PBL models. The literacy-based PBL model further enhances students' critical thinking skills and independent learning attitudes compared to the non-PBL model.

Pendidikan merupakan salah satu kebutuhan peserta didik dalam proses kegiatan bimbingan dan mempunyai peran yang cukup besar di masa yang akan datang. Aspek terpenting dari pendidikan adalah proses pembelajaran, namun motivasi dan kedisiplinan seseorang sangat menentukan keberhasilan proses pembelajaran. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui peran layanan bimbingan kelompok dalam meningkatkan motivasi dan kedisiplinan siswa pada mata pelajaran IPS. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode kualitatif dengan pendekatan studi kasus. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa peran layanan bimbingan kelompok meningkatkan motivasi dan disiplin belajar siswa. 13 siswa termotivasi untuk belajar dari 15 siswa, dan 14 memiliki perilaku disiplin dalam belajar dari 15 siswa. Hal ini menunjukkan bahwa peran layanan bimbingan kelompok dalam meningkatkan motivasi dan disiplin belajar siswa cukup baik dan efektif.

Educational institutions are currently required to implement educational innovations and strategies to attract the interest of the wider community, as are Islamic boarding schools and educational institutions. Islamic boarding schools need to implement strategies to differentiate themselves from their competitors. This research aims to examine the branding strategies carried out by Islamic boarding schools. This study uses qualitative descriptive research. Data were collected using library research and interviews with the selection of informants using purposive sampling. The results of this research indicate that the Shuffah Hizbullah Islamic boarding School Madrasah Al-Fatah Lampung and the Annida Modern Islamic boarding school have implemented a branding strategy to differentiate it from other Islamic boarding schools to attract the interest of potential consumers and the wider community. The strategy carried out by Islamic boarding schools is digital marketing through social media. The branding strategy applied by the Shuffah Hizbullah Islamic boarding school and the Madrasah Al-Fatah Lampung is "Kampung Wahyu (revelation village)", namely a boarding school in the middle of an Islamic village. While the branding applied by the Annida modern Islamic boarding school is a modern Islamic boarding school, which combines two models of educational institutions in Indonesia. Annida has the personal branding of a Kyai or mudir (director) or boarding school leader, which makes it easier for people to recognize the Islamic boarding school. Background: The prevalence of dry eye disease (DED) is rising globally and needs to be urgently addressed by medical professionals because it lowers patients' quality of life. There are as yet no available data in the literature about the prevalence of and risk factors for DED in the Gaza Strip, a gap that the present study seeks to address. Methods: A cross-sectional study was carried out between March and August 2022 in Gaza governorates using a proportional stratified sampling technique. Only Gazan individuals ≥ 18 years old and able to follow the instructions were included. The Ocular Surface Disease Index (OSDI) questionnaire, which has previously been translated into Arabic and validated, was applied to evaluate DED symptoms. Subjective clinical tests for DED conducted were tear meniscus height (TMH), meibomian gland dysfunctions (MGDs), Marx line (ML), conjunctival Lissamine green staining (LGS), tear film break-up time test (TBUT), corneal fluorescein staining (CFS) and Schirmer II tear test (STT). DED was defined based on an Arab-OSDI score ≥ 13 and at least one positive clinical sign. Results: A total of 426 participants were assessed from four areas (North Gaza Strip, 82; Gaza City, 147; Mid-Zone Gaza Strip, 62; South Gaza Strip, 135). The prevalence of DED in the present study was 31.5% (95% CI: 27.1, 36.1). Age > 50 years old (odds ratio [OR] = 10.45; 95% CI: 2.95, 37.05; P < 0.001), female gender (OR = 3.24; 95% CI: 1.40, 7.52, P = 0.006), menopause or pregnancy (OR = 2.59; 95% CI: 1.25, 5.35; P = 0.03) and pharmacotherapy (artificial tears; OR = 9.91; 95% CI: 2.77, 35.46; P < 0.001) were each associated with DED symptoms. South Gaza Strip (OR = 0.04; 95% CI: 0.01, 0.12; P < 0.001), unemployed (OR = 11.67; 95% CI: 1.43, 95.44; P = 0.02), non-consumption of caffeine (OR = 0.40; 95% CI: 0.19, 0.88; P = 0.02) and TMH < 0.2 (OR = 1.80; 95% CI: 1.02, 3.19; P = 0.04) were associated with TBUT < 5 s. LGS was associated with those > 50 years old (OR = 2.70; 95% CI: 1.38, 5.28; P = 0.004), previous refractive or ocular surface surgeries (OR = 2.97; 95% CI: 1.34, 6.59; P = 0.008) and CFS ≥ 1 (OR = 1.91; 95% CI: 1.07, 3.44; P = 0.03). Conclusion: Various aspects of DED were linked with different risk factors, suggesting that DED subtypes have different underlying pathophysiologies. [ABSTRACT FROM AUTHOR]

Purpose: To systematically evaluate evidence regarding the barriers and challenges associated with chemotherapy-induced nausea and vomiting (CINV). Methods: The databases Pubmed, Ovid, Scopus, Cochrane Library, Wiley Online, and Web of Science were searched using the following keywords: challenges, prevention, CINV, chemotherapy and their corresponding alternative keywords. This review included all studies involving adult cancer patients receiving chemotherapy exclusively, the caretaker, and healthcare professionals handling cancer patients, without geographical restriction. The articles used were in English language and were original primary studies. The data extraction form was developed based on PRISMA guide. The Joanna Briggs Institute (JBI) Critical Appraisal tool was used to assess the quality of the studies. Results: From 1,170 related articles retrieved, 38 were included in this review of which 9 articles were from European countries while 7 were from the United States of America. All articles met the criterion of the JBI critical appraisal. The reviews indicated that the barriers and challenges reported in the management of CINV would include failure to adhere to the antiemetic guideline, misconception about CINV and its prevention, and nausea and delayed CINV. Conclusion: Interventions such as enhancing nausea and delayed vomiting control, raising awareness of antiemetic guidelines among healthcare professionals, and dispelling misconceptions need to be planned and implemented to overcome the barriers and challenges and improve the quality of CINV management.
