Objective To investigate the expression and significance of secretory carrier membrane protein 2 (SCAMP2) in colorectal cancer (CRC). Methods Paraffin tissue samples and clinicopathological data were collected from 309 patients with primary CRC who were treated in The Affiliated Hospital of Qingdao University from January 2014 to August 2016, and immunohistochemistry was used to measure the expression level of SCAMP2 in CRC tissue and adjacent tissue. The central component of a chemistry PhD program is the research group, where advisors have significant impact on students' professional development and career path. Current literature indicates that communication issues of advisor-advisee relationships in some graduate programs arise because of the perceived power imbalance in advisor-advisee relationships and students' fear of advisors. These issues can negatively influence students' conflict communication behaviors to advisors, an area that has received little attention in the literature. This study aims to identify the various conflict communication behaviors of chemistry doctoral students and explore what factors affect these behaviors. Chemistry graduate students were asked to respond to an advisor-related conflict situation in whatever way they saw fit and justify why they would respond in that fashion. The results showed that, although most of participants desired to openly communicate with advisors to resolve this conflict, some participants looked for help from others to avoid direct contact with advisors. In addition, different communication behaviors were emphasized by participants when exemplifying how to resolve this conflict situation. Participants' justifications indicated that students' perceptions of advisors' personality, their relationships with advisors, and the power imbalance between them and their advisors justified their reported actions. These findings play an important role in understanding the advisor-advisee relationship for the betterment of these relationships in chemistry doctoral education.

ObjectiveTo observe the effect of the enhanced external counterpulsation （EECP） combined with drug on social function and efficacy in patients with depressive episodes， so as to provide references for the treatment of depressive episodes.MethodsA total of 66 hospitalized patients who was in hospital at department of psychiatry of the Second Xiangya Hospital of Central South University， met the criteria of Diagnostic and Statistical Manual of Mental Disorders，fifth edition（DSM-5） diagnosis of depressive episode or bipolar disorder depressive episode from May 2019 to March 2020 were included by simple random sampling. The participants were divided into study group （n=36） and control group （n=30） according to the random number table method. Both groups received conventional drug treatment， and the study group recieved the EECP intervention at same time. The Depression symptoms and social function were assessed before and after treatment by using Hamilton Depression Scale-24 item （HAMD-24） and Sheehan Disability Scale （SDS）. Treatment efficacy of the two groups was compared.ResultsAfter the intervention， the HAMD-24 and SDS scores in both groups were lower than those before treatment， the differences were statistically significant （t=8.149， 5.791， 8.016， 3.488， P˂0.01）. Multisystem inflammatory syndrome in children （MIS-C）, first reported by British pediatricians in April, 2020, is a disease associated with severe acute respiratory syndrome coronavirus-2（SARS-CoV-2） infection and can cause multiple system damage, and its manifestations overlap with the clinical features of other childhood inflammatory syndromes, including Kawasaki disease, toxic shock syndrome and macrophage activation syndrome, etc. The development of MIS-C is closely related to SARS-CoV-2 infection. In most cases, it can be considered as abnormal immune response following viral infection, similar to the symptoms of adults infected with SARS-CoV-2 a few days later. Current diagnostic criteria for MIS-C might be too broad so that children with different diseases can be included. MIS-C often occurs in older children, which is obviously different from Kawasaki disease in children under 5 years old. The main clinical manifestations of MIS-C were continuous high fever, obvious digestive tract symptoms, hemodynamic instability, myocarditis and increased inflammatory indicators, etc. As the pathogenesis of MIS-C is not clear, there is no specific treatment. However, the overall prognosis is excellent. At present, a large quantity of studies are required to deepen the understanding of MIS-C, assess the exact effect on children’s health, explore the optimal diagnosis and treatment and accurately evaluate clinical prognosis.

Remote sensing image segmentation plays an important role in many industrial-grade image processing applications. However, the problem of uncertainty caused by intraclass heterogeneity and interclass blurring is prevalent in high-resolution remote sensing images. Moreover, the complexity of information in high-resolution remote sensing images leads to a large amount of background information around objects. To solve this problem, a new fuzzy convolutional neural network is proposed in this paper. This network resolves the ambiguity and uncertainty of feature information by introducing a fuzzy neighbourhood module in the deep learning network structure. In addition, it adds a multi-attention gating module to highlight small object features and separate them from the complex background information to achieve fine segmentation of high-resolution remote sensing images. Experimental results on three different segmentation datasets suggest that the proposed method has higher segmentation accuracy and better performance than other deep learning networks, especially for complicated shadow information. The tubing used in a gas well rarely collapses and fails during applying annulus pressure. In this study, the failure causes of tubing collapse were analyzed by means of data verification, macroscopic observation, magnetic particle inspection, physical and chemical inspection, optical microscopy, and tubing collapse test. Mechanical analysis of the string and full-scale physical simulation test simulating downhole working conditions. Finally, the verification analysis of the collapse test is carried out by the finite element analysis (FEA). The results showed that (1) the physical dimension, physical and chemical properties, and collapse resistance of this batch of tubing met the requirements of the tubing ordering technical standard. (2) Assuming that the well packer slip was unsealed and could slide freely, the mechanical theoretical analysis of collapsed tubing string and collapse test under simulated working condition load was carried out, which reproduced the load when the tubing collapsed. It can be seen from this that the packer did fail. (3) The FEA calculation results showed that when the external pressure was greater than 30.75 MPa, it would inevitably lead to collapse failure in case of packer unsealed. In conclusion, the root cause for the collapse failure of the 105th underground tubing string was that the packer lost its sealing function, resulting in an abnormal axial load. While under the action of external pressure, the tubing was overloaded and collapsed. It is recommended to carry out verification tests on the material performance of packer slip, the dimensional changes of packer tool outer diameter and inner diameter under actual well conditions, the creep behavior of packer seal, and the performance of shear pin under actual working conditions, especially in the well containing H2S, so as to prevent the pressure leakage of gas well annulus caused by packer unsealing and the reoccurrence of such downhole string collapse accidents. The first collapse test under simulated working condition load is conducted in this paper. Purpose: We aimed to characterize a novel blaNDM-5 and blaKPC-2 co-carrying hybrid plasmid from a clinical carbapenem-resistant Klebsiella pneumoniae (CRKP) strain.Methods: Antimicrobial susceptibility was determined by the broth microdilution method. Plasmid size and localization were estimated using S1 nuclease pulsed-field gel electrophoresis (S1-PFGE) and Southern blotting. Plasmid transfer ability was evaluated by conjugation experiments. Whole genome sequencing (WGS) was performed using Illumina NovaSeq6000 and Oxford Nanopore MinION platforms. Genomic characteristics were analyzed using bioinformatics methods.Results: Strain ZY27320 was a multidrug-resistant (MDR) clinical ST11 K. pneumoniae strain that confers high-level resistance to carbapenems (meropenem, MIC 128 mg/L; imipenem, MIC 64 mg/L) and ceftazidime/avibactam (MIC > 128/4 mg/L). Both S1-PFGE–Southern blotting and whole genome sequencing revealed that the carbapenemase genes blaKPC-2 and blaNDM-5 were carried by the same IncFIIpHN7A8:IncR:IncN hybrid plasmid (pKPC2_NDM5). Conjugation experiments indicated that pKPC2_NDM5 was a non-conjugative plasmid.Conclusion: This is the first report of a hybrid plasmid carrying both carbapenemase genes blaNDM-5 and blaKPC-2 in a clinical K. pneumoniae ST11 isolate that confers resistance to both ceftazidime/avibactam and carbapenems, thereby presenting a serious threat to treatment in clinical practice.
