In this paper, we use the OLS regression method to analyse the influencing mechanism of the NFCC on farmers' adoption of green prevention and control technology and further verify the mediating effect of information acquisition. The results show that the NFCC has a direct effect on the adoption of green prevention and control technology, and information acquisition has a mediating effect. The first stage of cognitive closure has a more significant effect on farmers' adoption of green prevention and control technology, information acquisition ability has a significant positive impact on farmers' adoption of green prevention and control technology, and information acquisition has an incomplete mediating effect on the impact of cognitive closure on the adoption of green prevention and control technologies. This paper further studies and verifies the action path of two dimensions of the NFCC on farmers' adoption of green prevention and control technology. The results have certain theoretical significance for expanding the knowledge of farmers' green prevention and control technology behaviour and further enriching the research on farmers' cognition. Towards the sustainable aquaculture production, more recent technologies have been developed in the past few years. The application of effectives microbes (EM) in controlling water quality, the application of biofloc technology, aquamimicry, black soldier fly (BSF) as supplemental protein feed, application of triploidy, polyploidy, vaccines, probiotic and prebiotic, Internet of Things (IoT) in monitoring the water quality in the farm operation, monosex culture and neo-female application also being applied in the aquaculture operation. The developments of these recent technologies were towards achieving the sustainable aquaculture production, prevention of the disease outbreak, help in increasing the yield of crops harvested as well as towards the green environmental developments. This review paper emphasizes the most recent technologies developed in aquaculture in the past few years until these days. The developments of the new technology in aquaculture also in order to support the sustainable development goals (SDGs) proposed by the United Nation focused on SDG1 (no poverty) and SDG2 (zero hunger) from the increase of aquaculture production achieved through the recent developed technology. Ultimately, this review paper can generate new knowledge and information to the aquaculturist and aquafarmers on the new technologies and developments in aquaculture which could help benefit in the cultures operation and increase production in the near future. This study was carried out to reveal the key factors affecting farmers' green prevention and control technology adoption and to deeply analyse the influence of different generations of farmers' information capacity on green prevention and control technology adoption. Based on the survey data of 509 farmers in Liaoning Province and the probit model and logit model, this paper conducted an empirical analysis of the farmers' green prevention and control technology adoption, and analysed the differences in farmers' adoption of green prevention and control technology from the perspective of intergenerational difference. The research results show as follows: First, information capacity has a significant positive impact on farmers' green prevention and control technology adoption; Second, the influence of information capacity on the green prevention and control technology adoption of different generations of farmers is different. Information consciousness has more significant influences on farmers in the new and middle-generations; information needs have more significant influences on farmers in the new and old generations; information use only has significant influences on farmers in the middle-generation. Therefore, in order to increase the probability of farmers' green prevention and control technology adoption, it is necessary to not only pay attention to the influence of farmers' information capacity, but also fully consider the different stages of the life cycle of different generations of farmers and their own endowment differences. Enhancing the low-carbon effect of green finance development (GFD) is an effective way for China to accelerate the comprehensive deepening of supply side structural reform, better realise the high-quality development of green economy and better protect the environment. Therefore, based on the green technology innovation theory and endogenous growth theory, from the four dimensions of green innovation (GI) in the GLOBIO model, the unbalanced panel data of 8976 manufacturing listed companies from 2009 to 2021 were used. This paper deeply explores the low-carbon effect of GI on the development of green finance (GF) in China's manufacturing industry. The results show that: on the whole, GI based on environmental protection has a significant incentive effect on the low-carbon effect of GFD. Compared with green material innovation and green process innovation, green product design innovation and green equipment innovation have more incentive effect. Further analysis shows that green product design innovation and green equipment innovation can produce incremental effect on the low-carbon effect of green financial development through green material innovation. The conclusion not only provides empirical support for green technology innovation theory and endogenous growth theory, but also provides effective evidence for the path of GF to achieve low-carbon development. This study aims to provide a new framework for analyzing the path of technology diffusion in the innovation network at the regional level and industrial level respectively, which is conducive to the integration of innovation resources, the coordinated development of innovative subjects, and the improvement of innovation abilities. Based on the Z-Park patent cooperation data, we establish Inter-Enterprise Technology Transfer Network model and apply the concept of Pivotability to describe the key links of technology diffusion and quantify the importance of innovative partnerships. By measuring the topologically structural characteristics in the levels of branch park and the technosphere, this paper demonstrates how technology spreads and promotes overall innovation activities within the innovation network. The results indicate that: (1) Patent cooperation network of the Z-Park displays heterogeneity and the connections between the innovative subjects distribute extremely uneven. (2) Haidian park owns the highest pivotability in the IETTN model, yet the related inter-enterprise patent cooperation is mainly concentrated in its internal, failing to facilitate the technology diffusion across multiple branch parks. (3) Such fields as "electronics and information" and "advanced manufacturing" are prominent in the cross-technosphere cooperation, while fields such as "new energy" and "environmental protection technology" can better promote industrial integration. Only the part of the joint patent application is taken into account while establishing the patent cooperation network. The other factors that influence the mechanism of technology diffusion in the innovation network need to be further studied, such as financial capital, market competition, and personnel mobility, etc. The findings of this paper will provide useful information and suggestions for the administration and policy-making of high-tech parks. The value of this paper is to build a bridge between the massive amount of patent data and the nature of technology diffusion, and to develop a set of tools to analyze the nonlinear relations between innovative subjects. This paper investigates how one could envision a discursive mobilization process to transform protest movements into agents that help reconstruct the universities as agents supporting material mobilizations leading to ecological reconstruction. After reviewing universities' ecological footprints, the author shows how theories of mobilization and conjunctures could contribute to understanding how this transformation could occur. Discursive mobilizations advance values or ideas but stop short of innovation and production system changes. Material mobilizations affect deployment of human, technological, industrial and financial resources. Conjunctures involve linkages of political activity to spaces implicated in both kinds of mobilizations in a given historical time frame. The study shows many nations having both extensive climate activism and concentrations of university students creating a possibility for greening education centers based on various models for doing so. Yet, two key problems emerge. First, some nations lag in climate activism. Second, interest in a Green Deal or Green New Deal does not always match the level of attention to leading activist Greta Thunberg. The paper illustrates how such problems can be addressed by university-based campaigns linking activist cohorts, mobilization supporting green conversion of higher education and solidaristic, mutual aid exchanges among regions. This paper presents a case study of the well irrigation in Guanzhong Plain during the Qing dynasty. The paper analyses the scales and results of well irrigation campaigns sponsored by the government in the mid-eighteen century and the late nineteenth century. Limited by the natural environment and technical conditions, the efficiency of well irrigation is poor. Farmers' choices also affect the development of well irrigation. Moreover, a lack of management led to the unsustainable use of groundwater. Historical groundwater policies were mainly aimed at increasing agricultural production. Background: In recent years, the concepts of Green Information Technology and Green Information Systems (Green IT/IS) have attracted the attention of many researchers. Several environmental and sustainability studies have suggested that smart usage of Green IT/IS is one of the most important enablers for sustainable development in organizations and plays an essential role in greening the planet. Objectives: This paper aims to examine the development of the Green IT/IS field based on the published works. The focus is on analysing the keywords of related papers obtained from the Web of Science database. Methods/Approach: Based on the two-mode network of papers and keywords, the analysis of co-occurrence of keywords is provided. The most frequent keywords discovered by the temporal network analysis are presented from the perspective of the most prominent journals. Results: The main pillars of knowledge in Green IT/IS research are highlighted, and a chronological map of the field is provided. Conclusions: Green IT/IS's studied field shows constant growth in the last decades, and the results indicate the trends of future development in the field. The paper deals with the problem of processing garment and knitwear production by recycling garment and knitwear. In this research was made a comparative assessment of the methods for producing knitted fabric from recycled yarn using various technological auxiliary equipment for recycling. Bank filtration (BF) is a nature-based solution that can provide safe drinking water at a low cost, in being a green technology that benefits from natural ecosystem services and saves energy as well. The objective of the present paper is to evaluate the potentiality of a new site for bank filtration along a surface water source that experiences periods of both high and low flow. This site is located along the Ismailia Canal in the eastern Nile Delta fringe of Egypt. The present evaluation is based on exploratory drilling, installation of monitoring infrastructure and monitoring of both water level and water quality parameters for one year. The site has favourable hydrogeological conditions; the mean hydraulic conductivity of aquifer materials (sand and gravel) is 18.98 m/day. Moreover, there is a hydraulic connection between canal and aquifer; under steady conditions, the canal feeds the aquifer. Using different tracers, such as Cl, EC, Sr and SO4, the average bank filtration share is in excess of 95%. BF has reduced the particulates (turbidity) by 96%, total coliform by 99 % and total organic carbon (TOC) expressed as ultra-violet absorbance at 254 wavelengths (UVA254) by 44%. In addition, BF reduces concentrations of disinfection by-products due to its ability to remove organic matter. The potential degradation of TOC in the canal bed sediments may cause the release of iron (Fe) and manganese (Mn) to the bank filtrate water; this process is exaggerated during low-flow periods. Compared to conventional water treatment, BF is a cost-effective green technology, because no chemicals are used and no waste products are generated. [ABSTRACT FROM AUTHOR]

Many innovative environmental technologies never reach the market because they are new and cannot demonstrate a successful track record of previous applications. This fact is a serious obstacle on their way to the market. Lack of credible data on the performance of a technology causes mistrust of investors in innovations, especially from public sector, who seek effective solutions however without compromising the technical and financial risks associated with their implementation. Environmental technology verification (ETV) offers a credible, robust and transparent process that results in a third party confirmation of the claims made by the providers about the performance of the novel environmental technologies. Verifications of performance are supported by high quality, independent test data. In that way ETV as a tool helps establish vendor credibility and buyer confidence. Several countries across the world have implemented ETV in the form of national or regional programmes. ETV in the European Union was implemented as a voluntary scheme if a form of a pilot programme. The European Commission launched the Environmental Technology Pilot Programme of the European Union (EU ETV) in 2011. The paper describes the European model of ETV set up and put to operation under the Pilot Programme of Environmental Technologies Verification of the European Union. The goal, objectives, technological scope, involved entities are presented. An attempt has been made to summarise the results of the EU ETV scheme performance available for the period of 2012 when the programme has become fully operational until the first half of 2016. The study was aimed at analysing the overall organisation and efficiency of the EU ETV Pilot Programme. The study was based on the analysis of the documents the operation of the EU ETV system. Digital transformation is one of the prominent phenomena of the century, and it has many effects on the economy, society, and environment. Digital transformation means using new technologies that lead to increased efficiency, creativity and innovation and can solve environmental challenges, such as reducing air, water and soil pollution, saving natural resources, protecting biodiversity and solving greenhouse effect reduction. Slow Green performance is an index that measures the degree of adherence of businesses to environmental activities and preserves resources for future generations. Organizations and companies are trying to move their production activities towards green production. Advertising activities are also organized through green marketing and combined green marketing. Given the importance of green performance, this article explains what aspects of the green supply chain are affected by digital transformation. This article is based on articles collected from the reliable hub research site and interviews with several experts in digital and green management. The present article, which is qualitative, cites numerous articles and the qualitative analysis method with MAXQDA software and explains how digital transformation makes the green supply chain more efficient. Based on the rapid development of green finance and the panel data of 30 provinces in China (excluding Tibet, Taiwan, Hong Kong and Macao) from 2007 to 2020, to deeply discuss the relationship between financial development (FD), technological innovation and environmental pollution (EP) control is the centre of this article by using panel fixed-effect and intermediary effect model. The influence of FD on EP is tested by building a benchmark regression model. In addition, the intermediary effect model is adopted to explore how FD affects EP control through technological innovation mechanism. The conclusions show that China's FD can effectively promote regional EP control on the whole, and FD can improve EP through technological innovation mechanism, but there is significant regional heterogeneity: compared with high government intervention areas, FD can promote EP control through technological innovation in low government intervention areas. Therefore, it is suggested that all regions promote the construction of financial infrastructure, upgrade the level of regional financial marketisation, speed up the realisation of regional technological innovation and EP control. This work is conducive to the formulation of appropriate government policies to promote the improvement of the financial system and the establishment of innovative mechanisms, and the reasonable reduction of government intervention and the improvement of the efficiency of financial resource allocation based on the needs of financial market players. In the new century, the possible use of raw materials, half-products and materials derived from renewable resources is attracting growing attention. Green technologies come into play to exploit natural raw materials, including biopolymers such as cellulose, lignin chitin and chitosan, and starch. The company Lubella Sp. z o. o. S.K. (Lublin, Poland) is a manufacturer of innovative flour products of the Q-Farin series, which find use as starting materials in the preparation of new biodegradable and multifunctional biomaterials for packaging materials and paper processing. The preparation of innovative technology concepts opens ways toward the competitiveness and development of companies operating in the advanced sector of biodegradable packaging with the use of territorial renewable raw materials. In long-duration space missions, crops will supplement the astronaut diet. One proposed crop type is microgreens, the young seedlings of edible plants that are known for their high nutritional levels, intense flavors, colorful appearance, and variety of textures. While these characteristics make microgreens promising for space crop production, their small size presents a unique challenge within the microgravity environment. To address this challenge, a microgreen planting box was developed to improve microgreen harvest techniques both in 1 g and in microgravity without concern for contamination by roots. Using this microgreen planting box, three parabolic flights were conducted where two different bagging methods (attached and manual) and three different microgreen cutting methods (Guillotine, Pepper Grinder, Scissors) were tested. In flight, the microgreens were contained within a glovebox and footage of all microgreen harvests was recorded. Statistical and trade analyses revealed that the combination of Cutting & Bagging method that performed the best was the Pepper Grinder with attached bagging. This was based on the following criteria: (1) average execution time, (2) microgreen debris, (3) biomass yield, (4) root debris, (5) microgreens left on the hardware, (6) number of seedlings growing under the lids, (7) hardware failure, and (8) perceived ease of use. This process allowed us to identify weaknesses and strengths of all hardware types and helped us identify major points of improvement within the hardware design to harvest microgreens in microgravity. Approaches to the organization of management of environmental protection within the framework of introduction of Smart City technologies are reviewed in this article. For this purpose, a retrospective analysis of transformation of the Smart City notion has been carried out and basic characteristics of a modern smart city interpretation have been distinguished: the use of information technology in all functional areas of the city ecosystem, active involvement of residents in the processes of city management through organization of a system of user services, commitment to sustainable development of a city to the benefit of future generations. In the research process the key factors of the environment pollution in cities were reviewed having identified systemic challenges in the environmental field, which can be solved by introduction of the Smart City technology. For each environmental factor promising technologies of the Smart City system and effects that may be reached by means of their introduction are provided. Analysis of the existing technological solutions of the Smart City made it possible to identify the complex nature of environmental problems of cities, the solution of which requires introduction of smart technologies in all the spheres of functioning of the city. In the practical part of the article smart city's technology development and implementation experience is presented, aimed at environmental protection in the cities of Russia and Kazakhstan. The empirical basis of the analysis is constituted by the results of the studies carried out within the framework of the research work "Enhancement of the State Regulation Policy of Accelerated Clustering of the Industrial Regions" implemented on the grounds of the grant funding of the Ministry of Education and Science of the Republic of Kazakhstan. The present study aimed to isolate the high-efficiency petrol metabolizing thermophilic bacteria from petrol contaminated soil samples. Isolation was carried out through enrichment culture, serial dilution and pour plate methods using the petrol supplemented minimal salt media. The isolated bacteria were analyzed to document growth behavior, petrol removal efficiencies, antibiotic resistance profile, and biochemical characteristics. The 16S rRNA based phylogenetic analysis helped to reveal the identity of isolated bacterial species and construct the phylogenetic trees. Total nine bacteria were isolated, out of which three (IUBP2, IUBP3, IUBP5) were identified as Brevibacillus formosus, one (IUBP1) was found similar to Brevibacillus agri, four (IUBP7, IUBP8, IUBP13, and IUBP14) shared homology with Burkholderia lata, and one (IUBP15) with Burkholderia pyrrocinia. All the isolates were fast growing and exhibited considerable petrol degradation potential. The highest petrol removal efficiency (69.5% ± 13.44/6 days) was recorded for the strain IUBP15 at a petrol concentration of 0.1% (v/v). All bacteria studied (100%) were positive for esculinase and phosphatase. Many strains exhibited positive responses for arginine dehydrolase (22%), ß-naphthylamidase (11%), ß-D-glucosaminide (33%), mannitol (55%), sorbitol (66%) and inulin (88%) fermentation test. While all were sensitive to the antibiotics, some of them were found resistant against chloramphenicol and oxacillin. The remarkable biochemical characteristics and considerable petrol removal potential (40-70%) highlights utilization of the bacteria isolated for petrol bioremediation, mineralization of organophosphates, dairy and food industry, and also as biofertilizers and biocontrol agents. The article presents an overview of the current situation of awareness of the Latvian citizens in the field of state-of-the-art energy-saving technologies. The authors present a wide range of data obtained as a result of a survey on the attitude of residents to new technologies and readiness to follow the development trends of a smart city. The article contains the analysis and recommendations for improving the efficiency of introducing new energy-saving and energy-efficient technologies into each household in order to create the most favourable conditions for the implementation of long-term plans for the development of smart cities in Latvia. In Recife, Brazil, population growth and development of buildings in the Central region generated an increase of almost 70% in the last 20 years due to the large number of companies that have been allocated in the city generating an increase in the local economy and the significant population increase, creating huge heat islands. Due to this, a new technology has been implemented in the real estate market: The green roofs, a technology of sustainable coverage that allows implantation of soil and vegetation in a waterproofed layer on the constructions. The benefits of this technology include the reduction of temperature by consumption of CO2, a good option for storing rainwater for nonpotable purposes and the possibility of growing organic vegetable gardens for own consumption or sale, generating a new form of income. The aim of the research is to evaluate the factors that interfere with the introduction of sustainable coverage technology of green roofs in the present siting of the city. In this article, the factors that interfere with the implementation of green roof technology in the present siting of the city will be evaluated, focusing on the analysis of internal and external influencing factor. Comparison, historical, statistical data analysis, induction, logical access methods and external and internal influencing factor analysis were used in the research besides the practical development of arguments and graphical representation of research results. Nanotechnology-based materials have previously been used by space research, pharmaceuticals and electronics, but in the last decade several nanotechnology-based thermal insulation materials have appeared in building industry. Nowadays they only feature in a narrow range of practice, but they offer many potential applications. These options are unknown to most architects, who may simply be afraid of these materials owing to the incomplete and often contradictory special literature. Therefore, they are distrustful and prefer to apply the usual and conventional technologies. This article is intended to provide basic information about nanotechnology-based thermal insulation materials for designers. The in vitro propagation of chrysanthemum (Chrysanthemum × grandiflorum (Ramat.) Kitam.), one of the world's most important ornamentals, is a very well-studied topic and shows numerous strides each year. This mini-review condenses the knowledge that has been published on chrysanthemum biotechnology, especially in vitro culture in the wider plant science literature. The analysis of a building's construction must also include a good knowing of the characteristic environmental factors in the location area, but in order to optimize the design solutions, the behavior models provided by the data banks (future) become a must. In setting up these data banks the main information is provided by the surveying-geodesic activity, which must coordinate the entire monitoring process for the tracking of the behavior after the action of environmental and exploitation factors.
