模糊逻辑代数分析是模糊逻辑研究领域的热点问题之一。运用代数学和格论的方法及原理，深入研究了Fuzzy蕴涵代数及其理想问题。首先，利用伪补算子给出了Fuzzy蕴涵代数的若干新性质。其次，在Fuzzy蕴涵代数中引入理想和生成理想的概念并考察其性质特征和等价刻画。最后，讨论了由给定Fuzzy蕴涵代数全体理想构成的集合的格论特征，证明了该集合关于集合包含序构成分配的连续（代数）格，特别地构成完备Heyting代数，进而构成Frame的重要结论。

目的分析酒精相关犯罪嫌疑人的犯罪行为特征，探索犯罪行为特征与刑事责任能力的关系。方法收集酒精相关犯罪嫌疑人的基本信息、酒精使用信息、作案前后精神症状、犯罪学行为特征及鉴定意见。结果慢性酒精中毒组的饮酒史25.0 （13.3~30.0）年显著长于急性酒精中毒组1.2 （0~14.3）年。慢性酒精中毒组85.0%每日饮酒次数不少于1次，52.5%有晨饮或睡前饮酒习惯，92.5%以独饮为主。酒精中毒暴力性犯罪占比57.6%。慢性酒精中毒者作案时精神状态52.5%存在谵妄，急性酒精中毒者作案时精神状态84.6%存在朦胧状态。慢性酒精中毒组42.5%为病理性动机作案，急性酒精中毒组69.2%为现实动机作案。急性酒精中毒组96.2%被评定为完全刑事责任能力，慢性酒精中毒组50.0%被评定为完全刑事责任能力。结论与急性酒精中毒犯罪嫌疑人相比，慢性酒精中毒者的饮酒史长，饮酒频率高、有明显的晨饮或睡前饮酒习惯。酒精中毒犯罪案件性质多为暴力性犯罪。与慢性酒精中毒组相比，急性酒精中毒组的作案动机具高度选择性，多被评为完全刑事责任能力。

为高效鉴定食用油脂加工厂污水处理过程的气味组成，采用感官检验以臭阈值量化不同处理工序污水的臭味浓度，并采用气相色谱-离子迁移谱法（GC-IMS）对其挥发性化合物进行分析，并对鉴定出的挥发性化合物进行指纹图谱和主成分分析。结果表明：污水经过处理臭阈值明显降低；GC-IMS鉴定出43种化合物，基本均为含氧有机物，包括酮类、醇类、醛类、酯类、酸类及其他类；总体上各处理工序污水挥发性物质总数和臭阈值的变化规律一致；各处理工序挥发性化合物存在一定差异。综上，GC-IMS是分析食用油脂加工厂污水处理过程气味变化的有效方法。 In order to effectively identify odorants in wastewater treatment process in edible oil plant, the odor concentration of wastewater from different treatment processes was quantified by the threshold odor number(TON) through sensory examination, and the volatile organic compounds (VOCs) were identified using gas chromatography-ion mobility spectrometry (GC-IMS) and analysed by fingerprint plot and principal component analysis. The results showed that the TON of wastewater was significantly reduced after treatment. Forty-three compounds were identified by GC-IMS, all of which were basically oxygen-containing organic compounds including ketones, alcohols, aldehydes, esters, acids and others. The change rule of TON of wastewater was overall consistent with volatile compounds among the treatment processes. There was a variation in VOCs′ overallcomposition among the treatment processes. In conclusion, the GC-IMS technique is an efficient method for analyzing the odor variation of wastewater treatment in edible oil plant.

采用有机溶剂甲醇提取、HPLC同时分析芝麻油中芝麻素、芝麻林素和细辛素含量。为提高分析质量与准确性，优化甲醇提取溶剂用量和超声辅助提取的时间，并对检测方法进行方法学考察。结果表明：最佳提取条件为甲醇用量10 mL（芝麻油0.1 g），超声时间2 min;芝麻素、芝麻林素和细辛素线性范围分别为4～100 mg/L、4～100 mg/L和1～40 mg/L，线性关系良好，相关系数分别为0999 5、0.999 6和0.999 2；芝麻素、芝麻林素和细辛素的检出限分别为0.03、0.02 mg/g和0.02 mg/g，定量限分别为0.06、0.06 mg/g和0.04 mg/g，加标回收率分别为87.17%～92.59%、9271%～102.24%和95.66%～108.93%，加标回收率的相对标准偏差均小于5%，方法的稳定性、准确性和精密度均符合检测要求。该方法操作简单、耗时短(完成一次分析只需30 min)、成本低、稳定性高，能有效应用于芝麻油中3种木脂素组分的分析检测。The content of sesamin, sesamolin and asarinin in sesame oil was simultaneously analyzed by organic solvent methanol extraction and HPLC method. In order to improve the analysis quality and accuracy, the dosage of methanol extraction solvent and the time of ultrasound-assisted extraction were optimal, and the detection method was investigated. The results showed that the optimal extraction conditions were methanol dosage 10 mL（0.1 g sesame oil）, ultrasonic time 2 min. The sesamin, sesamolin and asarinin had good linearity within the ranges of 4-100 mg/L, 4-100 mg/L and 1-40 mg/L, respectively, and their correlation coefficients were 0.999 5, 0.999 6 and 0.999 2, respectively. The LOD of sesamin, sesamolin and asarinin were 0.03, 0.02 mg/g and 0.02 mg/g, respectively, and their LOQ were 0.06, 0.06 mg/g and 0.04 mg/g, respectively. The recoveries of sesamin, sesamolin and asarinin were 87.17%-92.59%, 92.71%-102.24% and 95.66%-10893%, respectively, with RSD all less than 5%. The stability, accuracy and precision of the method met the testing requirements. In conclusion, the method has advantages of simple operation, short time-consuming (only 30 min to complete an analysis), low cost, high stability, etc., and can be effectively applied to the analysis and detection of three lignan components in sesame oil.

以精炼芝麻油为原料，采用芝麻饼、芝麻粕和芝麻渣3种底物在不同酶解液状态下基于美拉德生香源反应制备浓香芝麻油，通过感官评价确定最佳反应底物和酶解液状态，再通过单因素实验和正交实验优化浓香芝麻油的制备工艺。结果表明，美拉德生香源反应制备浓香芝麻油的最优工艺条件为：酶解pH 8.0，酶解时间3.0 h，以芝麻粕酶解上清液与酶解沉淀质量比1∶ 1为原料，还原糖添加量2.5%，不添加甘油。在最优条件下制备的浓香芝麻油符合一级成品芝麻油国家标准，与市售芝麻油相比，芝麻风味更浓郁，香味持久性更强，感官综合评分达5.5分。 With refined sesame oil as raw material, fragrant sesame oil was prepared with three substrates of sesame cake, sesame meal and sesame residue under different enzymatic hydrolysis conditions based on Maillard reaction. The optimal reaction substrate and enzymatic hydrolysis condition were obtained by sensory evaluation. Then the preparation process of fragrant sesame oil was optimized by single factor experiment and orthogonal experiment. The results showed that the optimal preparation process conditions of fragrant sesame oil were obtained as follows: enzymatic hydrolysis pH 8.0, enzymatic hydrolysis time 30 h, with the supernatant and enzymatic precipitation (mass ratio 1∶ 1) after enzymatic hydrolysis of sesame meal as the reaction substrates, dosage of reducing sugar 2.5%, and no glycerol added. Under these conditions, the fragrant sesame oil met the national first-level sesame oil standard. Compared with the commercial sesame oil, fragrant sesame oil had a stronger sesame flavor, stronger flavor persistence and the comprehensive sensory score could reach 5.5 points.

随着可再生能源的大规模的接入，电网结构形态和运行形态都发生了巨大变化，实时调度中对灵活性的需求更加迫切。在分析灵活性需求与分布鲁棒优化特点的基础上，采用椭球集考虑风电出力的相关性，基于椭球集合与瓦瑟斯坦距离的不确定集，提出一种考虑灵活性需求的电力系统分布鲁棒实时调度模型，通过优化机组基准运行点、分配因子与灵活性区间，实现最不利概率分布下的机组运行与灵活性综合成本期望最低的目标。采用分段线性化、对偶理论与凸壳机会约束转化方法对模型进行线性化处理，最终应用混合整数线性规划算法高效求解此问题。以调整后的IEEE 14节点电力系统为例，进行了仿真分析，仿真结果证明提出的不确定集保守程度更低，实时调度模型能更加准确地考虑灵活性需求。

能源安全问题是关系国计民生的重要问题。综合能源系统是未来能源系统的核心环节，其基础任务是保证安全可靠的能源供应。针对最优负荷削减量统一求解法难以收敛的问题，提出了一种面向综合能源系统可靠性评估的最优负荷削减量分层解耦计算方法。基于分层解耦的最优负荷削减模型分别计算能源集线器优化调度和电/气/热子系统最优潮流问题，得到综合能源系统在各种故障状态下的最优负荷削减量。算例结果表明，该算法能够运用于电气热综合能源系统的可靠性评估，合理反映故障状态下电气热互补转化过程对系统可靠性的影响，也可用于系统薄弱环节分析和可靠性提升计划制定。

：【目的】探讨不同类型乳腺黏液样癌的MRI表现及与生物学预后因子的相关性。【方法】回顾性分析经病理组 织学证实的35例乳腺单纯型黏液癌（PMBC）及15例混合型黏液癌（MMBC）的MRI资料，分析其形态学特征、T1WI及T2WI 信号特点、动态增强模式、DWI信号及ADC值，并与分子生物学指标（ER、PR、CerbB-2、Her-2、Ki-67等）相对照。【结果】PM? BC以椭圆形（16/35，45.7%）、圆形（10/35，28.6%）多见，且边界清晰（26/35，74.3%），多有分叶（31/35，88.6%）；MMBC以不规 则形（9/15，60%）多见，且边界不清（13/15，86.7%），以毛刺状及不规则边缘多见。PMBC 与MMBC 的T2WI 信号不同，前者 T2WI为明显高信号（33/35，94.3%），后者主要呈高低混杂信号（11/15，73.3%）。PMBC与MMBC的早期强化率分别为（114.7 ± 9.1）%和（165.6 ± 14.3）%；前者时间-信号强度曲线（TIC曲线）Ⅰ型28例，Ⅱ型7例，后者Ⅱ、Ⅲ型均为7例，Ⅰ型1例。PM? BC的ADC值（1.91 ± 0.06）×10-3 mm2/s，MMBC约（1.13 ± 0.08）×10-3 mm2/s。两组间形态、边界、T2WI信号、早期强化率、TIC曲 线、ADC值均有统计学差异（P < 0.05）。PMBC、MMBC患者的ER、PR、CerbB-2阳性率无明显统计学差异，而Ki-67、Her-2阳 性率MMBC显著高于PMBC（P < 0.05）。【结论】MRI可从形态、信号、动态增强及ADC值等多个方面鉴别PMBC与MMBC，其 中PMBC影像征象更具特征性，分析其与生物学预后因子的相关性，间接提示MMBC较PMBC的预后较差。

在分析压差式FBG（光纤布拉格光栅）传感原理的基础上,采用液压校验仪和Q8384光谱仪对其静态压力传感特性进行了实验研究,并对实验结果进行了误差分析。实验结果表明,在0～0.35MPa的压力范围内,FBG的灵敏系数为3pm/kPa,布拉格波长随着压差的变化呈现出良好的线性关系和重复性,且迟滞现象较小,可以用于液压系统的流量测量。

All-trans retinoic acid (ATRA) is able to induce promyelocytic differentiation effectively. However, its role in the process of erythroid differentiation remains unclear. To investigate the role of AT- RA in the process of erythroid differentiation and its epigenetic regulatory mechanism, we established an induced leukemia cell K562 model in this study. Firstly, hemin was used to induce the differentiation of K562 cells into erythroid cells. The results of flow cytometry showed that ATRA affected the lineage changes of cells during erythroid differentiation and blocked the process of cell differentiation. After AT- RA treatment of differentiating cells, the expression level of erythroid differentiation-related genes de- creased. Through chromatin conformational capture (3C), formaldehyde-assisted separation of regulatory elements (FAIRE), chromatin immunoprecipitation (ChIP) techniques, the epigenetic mechanism was explored and it was found that after ATRA treatment of cells, the chromatin accessibility within the B-globin family gene locus decreased, and the frequency of interaction between the locus control region (LCR) and its target gene promoter decreased. The decrease in the chromatin accessibility of the gene locus led to a decrease in the enrichment frequency of erythroid-related transcription factors GATA binding protein 1 (GATA1), LIM domain binding 1 (LDB1), LIM domain only 2 (LMO2), and BHLH transcription factor 1 (TAL1) at the promoter regions of the LCR and the gene locus of the globin family. The above results indicate that the ATRA treatment of differentiating cells leads to a decrease in the chromatin accessibility of erythroid differentiation-related genes, and a more closed chromatin structure hinders the binding of LCR-recruiting transcription factors to the promoter regions of genes, thereby further repressing the expression of B-globin family genes. To analyze the heat tolerance of japonica rice in Liaohe plain rice-growing region, and establish an effective evaluation system of heat tolerance, 20 main varieties of japonica rice suitable for cultivating over this region were selected and planted under simulated temperature increase using the free air temperature increase system. The heat tolerance of different japonica rice varieties was comprehensively evaluated by multivariate statistical analysis methods based on the heat tolerance coefficients of 10 rice trait indicators, the effective panicle number (X1), grain number per spike (X2), seed setting rate (X3), 1000-grain weight (X4), yield (X5), brown rice rate (X6), milled rice rate (X7), protein content (X8), amylose content (X9), and taste value (X10) after harvesting and air-drying the rice. The results showed that the trait indicators except taste value were significantly or extremely reduced under the warming. Correlation analysis based on heat tolerance coefficients revealed different degrees of association between rice trait indicators. Principal component analysis condensed the 10 individual indicators into 4 mutually independent comprehensive indicators. The 4 comprehensive indicators had contribution rates of 34.816%, 19.265%, 15.636%, and 10.605%, respectively, giving a cumulative contribution rate of 80.322%. The comprehensive evaluation values of heat tolerance (Di value) were calculated using the membership function method. The higher the Di value, the stronger the heat tolerance. The heat tolerance of 'Yanjing 456' was the strongest and that of 'Shennong 016' was the worst. The 20 japonica rice varieties were classified into three categories based on their heat tolerance: the first category comprised 7 heat-tolerant varieties, the second category included 6 moderately heat-tolerant varieties, and the third category consisted of 7 heat-sensitive varieties. Objective: To discuss the effect of cell division cycle protein 20 (CDC20) on the proliferation and cell cycle of endometrial carcinoma (EC) cells, and to clarify its mechanism. Methods: Real-time fluorescence quantitative PCR (RT-qPCR) and Western blotting methods were used to detect the expression levels of CDC20 mRNA and protein in human endometrial stromal T-HESC cell and EC cells (KLE, RL95-2, ZJB-ENC1, and ECC-1 cells). The RL95-2 cells were selected for the subsequent experiments. CDC20 shRNA interference lentivirus was transfected into the RL95-2 cells and the cells were divided into control group, sh-NC group (infected with negative control lentivirus), sh-CDC20 group (infected with CDC20 shRNA interference lentivirus), sh-NC+SM04690 group (infected with negative control lentivirus followed by treatment with 64 nmol·L-1 Wnt/ β -catenin signaling pathway inhibitor SM04690 for 48 h), and sh-CDC20+SM04690 group (infected with CDC20 shRNA interference lentivirus followed by treatment with 64 nmol·L-1 SM04690 for 48 h). RT-qPCR and Western blotting methods were used to detect the expression levels of CDC20 mRNA and proteins in the cells in various groups; CCK-8 method was used to detect the proliferation activities of the RL95-2 cells in various groups; BrdU assay was used to detect the percentages of BrdU positive cells in various groups; flow cytometry was used to detect the percentages of the cells at G2/M stage in various groups; Western blotting method was used to detect the expression levels of β-catenin, oncogene c-Myc, and cyclin D1 proteins in the cells in various groups. Results: Compared with T-HESC cells, the expression levels of CDC20 mRNA and protein in the KLE, RL95-2, ZJB-ENC1, and ECC-1 cells were significantly increased (P<0. 05), and the highest expression levels of CDC20 mRNA and protein were observed in RL95-2 cells. Compared with sh-NC group, the proliferation activities and percentages of the BrdU positive cells in sh-CDC20 group and sh-NC+SM04690 group were significantly decreased (P<0. 05), the percentages of the cells at G2/M phase were significantly increased (P<0. 05), and the expression levels of β -catenin, c-Myc, and cyclin D1 proteins were significantly decreased (P<0. 05). Compared with sh-CDC20 group, the proliferation activity and percentage of BrdU positive cells in sh-CDC20+SM04690 group were significantly decreased (P<0. 05), the percentage of the cells at G2/M phase was significantly increased (P<0. 05), and the expression levels of β-catenin, c-Myc, and cyclin D1 proteins in the cells were significantly decreased (P< 0. 05). Conclusion: CDC20 is highly expressed in the EC cells. A rare family of complex heterozygotic beta thalassemia was analyzed to explore the relationship between its molecular basis and clinical phenotype. The results of routine genetic testing for thalassemia in the proband showed a homozygous mutation of IVS-Ⅱ-654 (C>T), and her hematologic phenotype was consistent with this genotype. The conventional thalassemia genotype of the proband′s mother was β654M/βN, and the hematologic phenotype was consistent with her genotype. The conventional thalassemia genotype of the elder brother of the proband was βN/βN, and the hematologic phenotype was consistent with his genotype. Notably, the conventional thalassemia genotype of the proband′s father was βN/βN, while his hematologic phenotype did not match with the genotype. Since the genetic results of this family did not conform to the Mendelian inheritance rule, the gene detection of deletion HPFH was conducted additionally in the proband′s father and the proband. When the results of conventional thalassemia gene detection and deletion HPFH gene detection were combined, we found that the genotype of the proband′s father was βSEA-HPFH/βN, and that the genotype of the proband was βSEA-HPFH/β654M. Clinical attention should still be paid to the phenotypic analysis of beta thalassemia. When the phenotype and genotype are inconsistent, it is necessary to re-test or adopt multiple methods to avoid the false negative. [ABSTRACT FROM AUTHOR]

Objective：To investigate the effect of comprehensive pulmonary rehabilitation therapy on pulmonary and motor function in children after pneumonia. Method：Children with improved acute symptoms of community-acquired pneumonia who were hospitalized in PKUFH-Ningxia Women and Children's Hospital from September 2020 to January 2021 were selected and divided into experimental group (n=30) and control group (n=30) according to the treatment intention of patients and parents. Comprehensive pulmonary rehabilitation therapy was provided to the patients in the experimental group. The pulmonary function and motor function of the two groups were assessed prior to intervention and 3 months after intervention. The forced vital capacity (FVC), forced expiratory volume in one second (FEV1) and the ratio of forced expiratory volume in one second to forced vital capacity (FEV1/FVC), Borg scores and 6min walking test (6MWT) results were recorded and statistically analyzed. Result：After intervention, FEV1/FVC in experimental group was significantly higher than control group (P＜ 0.05); the FVC, FEV1 and 6MWT of the experimental group were significantly higher than those before intervention (P＜0.05). There were significant differences in FVC, FEV1, Borg scores and 6MWT between the experimental group and the control group before and after intervention (P＜0.05). Conclusion：Comprehensive pulmonary rehabilitation therapy is helpful to the recovery of pulmonary and motor function in children after community-acquired pneumonia. [ABSTRACT FROM AUTHOR]

Objective To analyze the status quo and related influencing factors of suicidal ideation in maintenance hemodialysis (MHD) patients with uremia. Methods A total of 119 patients with maintenance hemodialysis uremia admitted to the hospital from September 2020 to October 2022 were selected. The Self-rating Idea of Suicide Scale was used to evaluate whether the patients had suicidal ideation. The relevant data of the patients were investigated and the possible influencing factors were included. Logistics regression model was used to analyze the related influencing factors of suicidal ideation. Results Among the 119 patients, 24 (20.17%) had suicidal ideation. Education level of junior high school and below, dialysis time greater than or equal to five years, poor psychological resilience, poor psychological status, and low social support were the influencing factors of suicidal ideation in patients with maintenance hemodialysis uremia, and the difference was statistically significant (OR 1,P<0.05). Conclusion The suicidal ideation of uremic patients with maintenance hemodialysis is higher. Education level, dialysis time, psychological resilience, poor psychological status and social support are the influencing factors of suicidal ideation. [ABSTRACT FROM AUTHOR]
