为解决新能源市场化的规模及路径问题，着眼于省级电网的现状及市场化边界条件，建立了新能源市场化规模测算模型。首先，考虑各省电网的新能源保障性利用小时数、居民农业保障用电、可再生能源消纳权重等因素，提出了5种新能源市场化边界的测算方法，以确定省级电网的新能源入市边界。在此基础上，建立了新能源最佳入市路径测算模型，以社会总收益最大化为目标，综合考虑新能源市场化所带来的各项收益及成本，在市场化边界内寻求省级电网的新能源市场化最佳规模。从而在电力体制改革的新形势下，保障新能源项目收益，满足市场化边界，有力推动新能源逐步参与电力市场。

目的本研究通过第二代高通量测序（NGS）检测配对骨肉瘤转移灶和原发灶标本，分析骨肉瘤原发灶与转移灶的基因图谱差异，以期发现促进骨肉瘤发生和转移的相关分子及可能机制。方法12例转移患者的原发灶与转移病灶肿瘤组织样本，使用第二代高通量测序（NGS）进行检测，其中9对panel检测（678个基因）以及3对全外显子检测（WES），分析比较骨肉瘤原发灶与转移灶的基因图谱差异：基因拷贝数变异通过EXCAVATOR检测；DNA层面的融合突变通过Lumpy检测；RNA层面的融合突变通过Defuse + STAR-Fusion，并通过Circos图显示突变的分布；Metascape 用于分析差异基因的 GO 和 KEGG 信号通路富集；使用Pyclone+Citup / LICHEE进行克隆进化分析。结果骨肉瘤基因总体突变模式主要以基因扩增为主，主要包括FLCN（37.5%），GID4（37.5%），TP53（33.3%），ATRX（25%），CALR（25%），CCND3（25%），CCNE1（25%），NOCR1（25%），TFEB（25%），VEGFA（25%）等基因。GO聚类结果提示细胞周期通路突变频率最高。KT1、PLCG2、EGFR这3个基因在转移灶显著富集的信号通路中多次出现，可能与骨肉瘤的转移密切相关。转移灶肿瘤负荷突变（TMB）频率显著高于原发灶（P=0.013）。3例进行WES检测的转移患者均呈现线性克隆进化，提示骨肉瘤转移基因的突变可能呈次序性累积。同时我们确定了可能在骨肉瘤进展中发挥作用的新候选基因，包括PLCG2、MYO15A与PEX6。结论骨肉瘤发生与转移的基因突变模式主要以基因扩增为主，骨肉瘤患者肿瘤负荷突变频率在转移灶中显著高于原发灶，转移患者存在相互关联的线性基因克隆进化。本研究发现了可能在骨肉瘤进展中发挥作用的3个新基因PLCG2、MYO15A和PEX6。

In order to study the influence of peripheral hole insertion angle on tunnel blasting excavation over-excavation, relying on the Tong'an high-speed Banyue Mountain Tunnel Project, a three-dimensional numerical model with peripheral hole external insertion angles of 3°, 4°, and 5° was established using ANSYS / LS-DYNA software. After numerical simulation calculation, the relationship between surrounding rock damage and effective stress and the size of peripheral hole external insertion angle was analyzed. The results show that with the increase of peripheral hole insertion angle, the amount of over-excavation also increases, and the over-excavation of the rock body exceeds 15 cm at the insertion angle of 4° and 5°. When the insertion angle is larger than 4° and 5°, the effective stress of the rock body exceeds the strength of the rock body. Based on the analysis of the damage to the surrounding rock and the effective stress, the insertion angle of the peripheral hole should not be larger than 4°. [ABSTRACT FROM AUTHOR]

Background Suicidal ideation serves as a sensitive predictive indicator for non-suicidal self-injury (NSSI) behavior, and NSSI behavior brings profound effects to both mental and physical health of senior high school students. Existing studies have made exploration on the relationship among insomnia, anxiety and NSSI behavior in the general population, but the internal mechanism of NSSI behavior in senior high school students with suicidal ideation requires further study. Objective To explore the pathway of anxiety between insomnia and NSSI behavior in senior high school students, so as to provide references for the intervention on NSSI behavior in such demographic. Methods From December 10 to 15, 2021, cluster sampling was adopted to select 2 572 senior high school students across three senior high schools in Hubei Province as the research objects. Assessment was conducted by using Insomnia Severity Index (ISI), Generalized Anxiety Disorder Scale-7 item (GAD-7) and Adolescents Self-Harm Scale. Spearman correlation analysis was conducted to examine the correlation among scores of scales finished by senior high school students with suicidal ideation. Model 4 from the SPSS 20. 0 Process 4. 2 was employed to test the mediating path of anxiety between insomnia and NSSI behavior. Results A total of 2 421 valid questionnaires (94. 13%) were recovered, which revealed 554 cases (22. 88%) with suicidal ideation and 408 cases (16. 85%) with NSSI behavior. The scores of ISI, GAD-7 and Adolescents Self-Harm Scale of senior high school students with suicidal ideation were higher than those of students without suicidal ideation (Z=17. 124, 20. 611, 21. 314, P<0. 01). As correlation analysis showed, the ISI score of senior high school students with suicidal ideation was positively correlated with scores of GAD-7 and Adolescents Self-Harm Scale (r=0. 646, 0. 354, P<0. 01), and GAD-7 score was positively correlated with the score of Adolescents Self-Harm Scale (r=0. 375, P<0. 01). Among senior high school students with suicide ideation, anxiety acted in a mediating role between insomnia and NSSI behavior, with effect value of 0. 111（95% CI: 0. 053~ 0. 185), accounting for 53. 88% of the total effect. Objective: To investigate the efficacy of endoscopic tympanoplasty(TUO) in the treatment of tympanic membrane perforation in chronic suppurative otitis media, and analyze the relate factors affecting hearing recovery. Methods: 218 patients with chronic suppurative otitis media with tympanic membrane perforation who were treated in Handan First Hospital from March 2020 to March2022 were retrospectively analyzed. Patients were divided into group A(n=108, receiving traditional surgical treatment) and group B(n=110, receiving TUO treatment) according to the different surgical methods. The efficacy, hearing recovery and complication rate were compared between two groups. The clinical data of patients in group B were collected, and the relate factors affecting hearing recovery were analyzed by multivariate Logistic regression model. Results: The total clinical effective rate in group B was higher than that in group A(P＜0.05). The air-bone gap, bone conduction hearing threshold and air conduction hearing threshold in two groups decreased 6 months after operation, group B was lower than that of group A(P＜0.05). There was no difference in the total incidence of complications between two groups(P＞0.05). Patients were divided into good group(n=75) and poor group(n=35) according to the hearing recovery. Univariate analysis showed that, hearing recovery was related to eustachian tube, stapes, tympanic mucosa, artificial ossicular material, tensor tympani tendon and ossicular chain(P＜0.05). The results of multivariate Logistic regression model showed that: ossicular chain lesions,stapes only remaining the bottom plate, eustachian tube obstruction, bioceramic artificial ossicular materials, and no tensor tympani tendon were the independent risk factors for hearing recovery(P＜0.05). Conclusion: TUO treatment of chronic suppurative otitis media tympanic membrane perforation, which can improve the clinical treatment effect, improve hearing. Ossicular chain lesions, stapes only remaining the bottom plate, eustachian tube obstruction, bioceramic artificial ossicular materials, and no tensor tympani tendon are risk factors for hearing recovery. 【目的】探究miRNA-138抑制JNK/p38MAPK通路保护新生大鼠心肌细胞凋亡。【方法】收集2018年1月至12月急性心肌缺血患者全血样本33例，另招募同期体检健康者全血样本33例作对照；构建新生大鼠缺血再灌注（I/R）模型，将40只新生大鼠随机分为空白对照组（Control）、模型组（I/R model）、阴性对照组（注射无序序列，Scramble）及miRNA-138过表达组（Ad-miRNA-138），每组10只。采用qRT-PCR检测全血和心肌组织中miRNA-138、Bcl2及Bax mRNA的表达，电生理记录仪检测大鼠血流动力学指标水平，HE染色观察大鼠心肌组织病理损伤，免疫组法化检测心肌组织中Casapse-3的表达，TUNEL染色观察大鼠心肌组织细胞的凋亡情况，ELISA法检测心肌组织活性氧（ROS）的含量，Western blotting检测JNK/p38MAPK通路蛋白的表达。【结果】与健康对照相比，急性心肌缺血患者全血中miRNA-138的水平显著降低（P

To investigate the effect and the mechanism of wound healing of Scorpion ointment on the expression of EGF, PDGF and their receptors in diabetic skin ulcer rat model. Sixty rats were randomly divided into control group, model group, MEBO group and scorpion ointment group, with 15 rats in each group. Diabetic skin ulcer rat model was established, 7 and 14days after intervention, wound healing rate and Levels of epidermal growth factor (EGF), platelet -derived growth factor (PDGF) and their receptors in serum were observed and compared. The wound healing rates of scorpion ointment group, MEBO group and model group were compared at the same time point at 7 d and 14 d, and the difference was statistically significant (P＜0. 05 orP＜0. 01)； there was no significant difference between scorpion ointment group and MEBO group at 7 d and 14 d at the same time point (P＞0. 05). Immunohistochemical results showed that there were statistically significant differences in the expression levels of EGF between scorpion ointment group, MEBO group and model group at 7 d (P<0. 05), but there was no statistically significant difference at 14 d (P>0. 05). There was no significant difference in the expression level of EGFR between scorpion ointment group and MEBO group, model group and blank group at 7 d and 14 d at the same time point (P>0. 05). The expression level of PDGFB in scorpion ointment group, MEBO group and model group was statistically significant at the same time point on day 7 and day 14 (P<0. 05). There was no significant difference in the expression level of PDGFRB between scorpion ointment group and MEBO group, model group, blank group (P>0. 05),but there was statistical significance at 14 d scorpion ointment group and MEBO group compared with model group (P<0. 05 or P<0. 01). Objective To explore the effect of Huoxue Tongmai Tang on the patients undergoing hysteroscopic endometrial polypectomy（EP）.Methods A total of 100 patients who underwent hysteroscopic EP in the hospital from January 2018 to January 2021 were selected, and divided into the observation group and the control group using random number table method, with 50 cases in each group. The control group received oral administration of desogestrel and ethinylestradiol tablets, while the observation group received oral administration of Huoxue Tongmai Tang. The positive rates of estrogen receptor（ER） and progesterone receptor（PR） in the endometrium of the two groups before and after treatment, as well as the menstrual volume, menstrual period, endometrial thickness, postoperative recurrence rate, and incidence of complications were compared. Results The positive rate of ER in the endometrium of the observation group after treatment was lower than that before treatment, and the positive rate of PR was higher than that before treatment, with statistical significance（P＜0.05）.The positive rates of ER and PR in the endometrium of the control group after treatment were not statistically significant compared with that before treatment（P＞0.05）.After treatment, the ER positive rate in the endometrium of the obervation groups was lower than that of the control group, and the PR positive rate was higher than that of the control group, with statistically significant difference（P＜0.05）.There were statistically significant differences in menstrual volume, menstrual period, and endometrial thickness after treatment and before treatment between the two groups（P＜0.05）.After treatment, the menstrual volume and endometrial thickness of the observation group were lower than those of the control group, and the menstrual period was shorter than that of the control group, with statistically significant differences（P＜0.05）.There were no complications such as intrauterine adhesions or infections in both groups. The one-year postoperative recurrence rate in the observation group was lower than that in the control group, and the difference was statistically significant（P＜0.05）.Conclusion The application of Huoxue Tongmai Tang after hysteroscopic EP can effectively prevent EP recurrence. Objective: To investigate the clinical efficacy of recombinant bovine basic fibroblast growth factor（bFGF） external gel combined with ear endoscopic cartilage-perichondrium repair in the treatment of large tympanic membrane perforation. Methods: 120patients with large tympanic membrane perforation who were treated in the 981 Hospital of the Joint Logistics Support Force of the Chinese People’s Liberation Army from January 2021 to November 2022 were selected. Patients were divided into control group and study group according to the random number table method, 60 cases in each group. Control group received ear endoscopic cartilage-perichondrium repair, study group received recombinant bovine bFGF external gel combined with ear endoscopic cartilage-perichondrium repair. The healing condition, hearing condition [bone conduction hearing threshold, air conduction hearing threshold, air-bone gap（A-B gap）], inflammatory factors [tumor necrosis factor-α（TNF-α), interleukin-1β（IL-1β), interleukin-6（IL-6）] and complications were compared between two groups. Results: The number of healing cases in study group was higher than that in control group, and the average healing days were shorter than those in control group（P＜0.05). The bone conduction hearing threshold, air conduction hearing threshold and A-B gap decreased in two groups at 6 months after operation in study group were was lower than those of control group（P＜0.05). The levels of TNF-α, IL-1β and IL-6 in study group at 3 days after operation were was lower than those of control group（P＜0.05). The incidence of complications in study group was lower than that in control group（P＜0.05). Conclusion: Recombinant bovine bFGF external gel combine with ear endoscopic cartilage-perichondrium repair in the treatment of large tympanic membrane perforation, which can shorten the healing time of tympanic membrane, improve the hearing of patients, reduce the inflammatory reaction, and have good safety. 研究过硫酸盐降解水体中氨氮等含氮化合物的能力，必须掌握能够同时监测水体中以氨氮为代表的含氮化合物以及过硫酸根含量的分析方法.建立了一种同时测定湖水中氨氮和过硫酸根的双系统离子色谱法.过硫酸根在一定的光、热、过渡金属离子条件下可分解水体中的氨氮.通过双系统离子色谱，分别以甲烷磺酸和氢氧化钾为淋洗液，抑制电导检测.结果表明：该方法氨氮检出限为0.005 mg• L-1，过硫酸根检出限为0.009 mg • L-1，相对标准偏差均小于1.78%，加标回收率为98.2%~103.5%，为环境实时监测提供了方便、快捷、有效的分析方法.
