Taking 7A52 aluminum alloy as the object, the preparation process optimization and corrosion resistance research of micro-arc oxidation ceramic layer were carried out.The response surface method was used to design the micro-arc oxidation test, and the effects of voltage, frequency, and graphene additive concentration on the thickness and porosity of the micro-arc oxidation ceramic layer were studied in the silicate electrolyte system.Furthermore, the Quadratic model was used to fit the data, the Criteria was used to conduct predictive analysis and perform experimental validation of predictive parameters and response values.The response surface analysis showed that when the conditions were 465.52 V of predicted voltage, 102.66 Hz of frequency and 0.38 g/L of graphene concentration, it possessed 9.992 61% of the optimal porosity and 15.427 7 μm of the optimal ceramic layer thickness.Experiments with the above conditions showed that the measured porosity of as-prepared layer was 9.6%, and the thickness was 12.76 μm.Moreover, the electrochemical tests on the micro-arc oxidation ceramic layer prepared under this conditions indicated that the corrosion potential increased significantly, and the corrosion current decreased, which inferred that the layer had good corrosion resistance.

Micro - arc oxidation technology of aluminum alloy is an environmental friendly and efficient surface treatment method of aluminum alloy in the 21st century. After years of theoretical accumulation and engineering practice, various kinds of additives were widely used in the industry to improve the performance of micro - arc oxidation coating. In this paper, the research status of various additives in micro - arc oxidation of aluminum alloy was introduced from three categories of soluble salt additive, nano particle additive and composite additive, their action mechanism was also discussed.

299 samples of highland barley were collected from Gansu, Tibet, Qinghai and Sichuan provinces, 143 mycotoxins were analysed by HPLC-MS/MS. The results showed that 13 mycotoxins in the samples from every province were not beyond the standard, just only T-2 Toxin and Zearalenone found. The detection rate of T-2 toxin in some areas of Qinghai was 49.26%; The detection rates of T-2 toxin, and zearalenone (ZEN) in some areas of Sichuan were 13.89% and 8.33% respectively; The detection rate of T-2 toxin in Gansu Province was 16.67%, which was not over the standard; The detection rate of ZEN in Tibet was 3.09%. According to the analysis data, the detection rates of T-2 toxin and ZEN were significantly different under different harvest methods and storage conditions (P < 0.05).

Gallic acid (GA), a phenol that is present in various plants, potentially contains antioxidant properties. This study aimed to investigate the effects of GA on the reproduction of adolescent male Brandt's voles (Lasiopodomys brandtii (Radde, 1861)). Antioxidant levels and apoptosis in the testis, as well as reproductive physiology, were evaluated in adolescent males treated with GA. The results showed that a low dose of GA enhanced relative epididymis mass and the sperm density in the epididymis, increased the mRNA levels of steroidogenic acute regulatory protein in the testis, and reduced the percentages of abnormal and dead sperm. In addition, a low dose of GA significantly increased the levels of superoxide dismutase, catalase, and glutathione peroxidase, and decreased the level of malondialdehyde in the testis, as well as the mRNA and protein levels of the apoptosis-related gene, caspase-3. However, a high dose of GA sharply reduced the mean diameter of the seminiferous tubules compared with a low dose. Collectively, these findings demonstrate that GA treatment during puberty affects the reproductive responses of male Brandt's voles in a dose-dependent manner by regulating antioxidant levels and apoptosis. L'acide gallique (AG), un phenol present dans differentes plantes, pourrait avoir des proprietes antioxydantes. L'etude examine les effets de l'AG sur la reproduction de campagnols de Brandt (Lasiopodomys brandtii (Radde, 1861)) mâles adolescents. Les concentrations d'antioxydants et l'apoptose dans les testicules, ainsi que la physiologie reproductive sont evaluees chez des mâles adolescents traites a l'AG. Les resultats montrent qu'une faible dose d'AG rehausse la masse relative de l'epididyme et la densite des spermatozoides dans l'epididyme, accroît les concentrations d'ARNm de la proteine de regulation de la reponse steroidogene aiguë dans les testicules et abaisse le pourcentage de spermatozoides anormaux et morts. Une faible dose d'AG entraîne en outre une augmentation significative des concentrations de superoxyde dismutase, de catalase et de glutathion peroxydase et une reduction de la concentration de malonaldehyde dans les testicules, ainsi que des concentrations d'ARNm et de proteines du gene relie a l'apoptose, caspase-3. Cependant, une forte dose d'AG entraîne une reduction marquee du diametre moyen des canalicules seminiferes comparativement a une faible dose. Collectivement, ces constatations demontrent que, en regulant les concentrations d'antioxydants et l'apoptose, le traitement a l'AG durant la puberte a une incidence dependante de la dose sur les reactions du systeme reproducteur des campagnols de Brandt mâles. Common detection methods in practice for diagnosing colorectal cancer (CRC) are painful and invasive leading to less participation of individuals for CRC diagnosis. Whereas, improved or enhanced imaging systems and other minimally invasive techniques with shorter detection times deliver greater detail and less discomfort in individuals. Thus, this review is a summary of the diagnostic tests, ranging from the simple potential use in developing a flexible CRC treatment to the patient's potential benefits in receiving less invasive procedures and the advanced treatments that might provide a better assessment for the diagnosis of CRC and reduce the mortality related to CRC. The rapidly evolving landscape of biomarkers for colorectal cancer (CRC) necessitates an integrative, updated repository. In response, we constructed the Colorectal Cancer Biomarker Database (CBD), which collected and displayed the curated biomedicine information for 870 CRC biomarkers in the previous study. Building on CBD, we have now developed CBD2, which includes information on 1569 newly reported biomarkers derived from different biological sources (DNA, RNA, protein, and others) and clinical applications (diagnosis, treatment, and prognosis). CBD2 also incorporates information on nonbiomarkers that have been identified as unsuitable for use as biomarkers in CRC. A key new feature of CBD2 is its network analysis function, by which users can investigate the visible and topological network between biomarkers and identify their relevant pathways. CBD2 also allows users to query a series of chemicals, drug combinations, or multiple targets, to enable multidrug, multitarget, multipathway analyses, toward facilitating the design of polypharmacological treatments for CRC. Tumor progression and response to treatment are highly affected by interactions between cancer cells and the tumor microenvironment (TME). Many of the soluble factors and signaling receptors involved in this crosstalk are shed by a disintegrin and metalloproteinases (ADAMs). Upregulation of ADAM15 has been linked to worse survival in cancer patients and a tumor‐promoting function both in vitro and in murine cancer models. Although ADAM15 has been involved in cell‐cell and cell‐extracellular matrix interactions, its role in the crosstalk between cancer cells and the TME in vivo remains unexplored. Therefore, we aimed to understand how ADAM15 regulates the cell composition of the TME and how it affects tumor progression. Here, we showed an upregulation of ADAM15 in tumor tissues from rectal cancer patients. Subcutaneous injection of wildtype and ADAM15‐knockout CT26 colon cancer cells in syngeneic mice confirmed the protumorigenic role of ADAM15. Profiling of tumors revealed higher immune cell infiltration and cancer cell apoptosis in the ADAM15‐deficient tumors. Specifically, loss of ADAM15 led to a reduced number of granulocytes and higher infiltration of antigen‐presenting cells, including dendritic cells and macrophages, as well as more T cells. Using in vitro assays, we confirmed the regulatory effect of ADAM15 on macrophage migration and identified ADAM15‐derived CYR61 as a potential molecular mediator of this effect. Based on these findings, we speculate that targeting ADAM15 could increase the infiltration of immune cells in colorectal tumors, which is a prerequisite for effective immunotherapy.
