Now, a successful company is one where the problems concerning the selection and the employment, training and continuous development, compensation and stimulation, respectively, work relations, are optimally solved. No company can obtain good results on a long term if it ignores the problems regarding the work legislation, the equal employment and promotion opportunities, health and safety in work, remuneration and prize award. These reasons led to the apparition of some significant responsibilities of the managers concerning the implementation of some administration models of the human resources and work relations. Although, because of the specific characteristics of the work factor it is difficult enough to talk about decision algorithms, concerning the work, in this article, I presented some of the aspects regarding this factor and in some degree they may be formed using an optimal contract model.
