Natural Fibre Reinforced Plastic Composite material that the Kenaf Fibre are used to reinforce to the polymer matrix to improve its mechanical properties. It is environmentally friendly and low cost as compare to non-biodegradable material. It is also widely used in Aerospace, Automotive and Furniture industry. Drilling process plays an important role in fabrication in these industries. However, some defects often occur on the Natural Fibre Reinforced Plastic Composite during drilling process. The major damage is delamination that are found on the surface of the composite in drilling process. This damage reduces the mechanical properties of the composite. Therefore, the objective of this study is to investigate and minimize the delamination by using Response Surface Methodology (RSM). Cutting speed and feed rate are found significant to delamination in this study. The higher the previous researchers investigate the cutting speed with low feed rate, the lower the delamination. Rapid advancements in digital technology have resulted in a new industrial revolution phenomenon known as Industry 4.0. This revolution introduces modern technologies that enable the connectivity of all components within industries. This paper reviews the current status and progress in Indonesia heading to Industry 4.0. The Indonesia' government has been launched 'Making Indonesia 4.0's' roadmap in 2018 including the five priority industrial sectors namely food and beverages, chemicals, textile, automotive, and electronics and ten national priorities. Malaysia is now ready to adopt Industry 4.0 as a vital tool for transitioning to a new industry. The major focus of this article is on Industry 4.0's challenges and benefits. Inadequate time and effort, higher investment, lack of expertise and knowledge, and lack of internet coverage and IT facilities are some of the challenges associated with adopting Industry 4.0. Many other benefits of Industry 4.0 implementation include higher productivity, increased competitiveness, increased opportunities for collaborative working and knowledge sharing, cost reduction, flexibility and agility, and improved customer experience. As a result, this article contributes to a more realistic knowledge of Industry 4.0. As a final note, this paper offers some directions for firms wishing to implement Industry 4.0 with great success. In this research study, it presents the influences of drilling parameters on the delamination factor during the drilling of woven kenaf fiber reinforced epoxy composite laminates when using the carbide drill bits. The purpose of this study is to investigate the influence of drilling parameters such as cutting speed, feed rate and drill sizes on the delamination produced when drilling woven kenaf reinforced epoxy composite using the non-coated carbide drill bits. The damage generated on the woven kenaf reinforced epoxy composite laminates were observed both at the entrance and exit surface during the drilling operation. The experiments were conducted according to the Box Behnken experimental designs. The results indicated that the drill diameter has a significant influence on the delamination when drilling the woven kenaf fiber reinforced epoxy composites. [ABSTRACT FROM AUTHOR]

The advantages of porous media such as a good insulation, light weight and excellent filter encourage people to study about the characteristic of this material. The flows through porous media occur in a wide variety of applications and some had involved with natural convective heat transfer. In this project, the prediction of natural convection through porous media in two-dimensional, laminar and incompressible fluid flow in square enclosure is present in this numerical investigation. The non-Darcy formulations of momentum which include both the inertial and viscous effect and the energy transport equations are solved by constrained interpolated profile method (CIP). The numerical results obtained are compared with benchmark solution to confirm the applicability of the model. The streamline, isotherm pattern and Nusselt number due to change of porosity and Rayleigh number were discussed. The results show that the model can be solved using CIP method. [ABSTRACT FROM AUTHOR]
