To construct the network organizational structure of college students' educational management and realize the informatization development of college students' educational management, the construction method of network organizational structure of college students' educational management is proposed based on the distributed network. MySQL and PostgreSQL are used as the bottom data structure models of the network-based organizational structure of college students' education management, and the multisource information scheduling method, which is used to construct the transaction identifier (TID) labeling tuple model of college students' education management network. The initial topological structure model of the network-based organizational structure nodes of college students' education management network is constructed by the 4-tuple model, and the linear structure decomposition of the construction nodes of the network-based organizational structure of college students' education management is carried out. Such traditional methods have obviously lagged behind the development and needs of society. The traditional manual management is a waste of both manpower and material resources. In today's rapidly developing information age, it is very necessary to study an efficient vocational education management system. The vocational education management system designed in this paper includes Web server, DB server, college management terminal, and load balancing switch. In this system, CONN.ASP is a common module of all ASP programs in the whole system. It is mainly used to realize the connection between ASP program and database and the calling of common function submodules. In order to reduce the power consumption of the vocational education management system, the Discrete Fourier Transform (DFT) theory is proposed in this paper. This algorithm can effectively save the size of the storage unit and the number and frequency of reading the twiddle factor, so as to achieve the purpose of improving the operation speed. This paper randomly selected the scores of 10 classes and use the system for data processing test. A total of 50% of teachers were particularly satisfied with the tables generated by the discrete Fourier transform-based vocational education management system. They believed that the vocational education management system based on discrete Fourier transform is very fast in data processing, and the processing speed was within 0.1 s. The teacher education management system is crucial to the operation of the teacher education system (TES). It is the core institutional system of the TES, which stipulates the management authority and functional scope of the relevant departments of the TES. After the new pluralistic and open TES is formed, the original management system must be adjusted accordingly. In this context, this article integrates public mental health (PMH) into the diversified and open management system of TES and then uses a neural network to evaluate and complete the following tasks: (1) this article introduces the development status of diversified and open TES management systems at home and abroad and the importance of public psychology courses to teacher education. (2) The framework of TES integrating PMH is proposed, and then the principles of BPNN and gray wolf optimization (GWO) algorithm are introduced, and the IGWO-BPNN model is constructed accordingly. (3) The convergence and fitness of the IGWO-BP model and the GWO-BP model are compared through experiments, which proves the superiority of the performance of the IGWO-BP model. The optimal model is constructed by selecting parameters, and then the output of the model is compared with the expert evaluation results, and the error is small. It is proved that the model has superior performance in evaluating the professional quality of teacher education. (4) This article selects three professional quality evaluation indicators of teacher education to compare the changes before and after the integration of PMH. This paper analyzes the teaching impact of the single-line education management model and the credit system education management model and predicts the students' musical performance based on the gray theoretical model and the big data platform. The experiment revealed that as learning time increases, the teaching effects of the two learning modes increase, but it is evident that the credit system education management mode's teaching effect is superior. Higher education has a major role to play in social progress, technology, and economic development. However, as the number of students enrolled in higher education increases, the quality of graduates is declining and their ability to work is being questioned. Therefore, it is very important to effectively evaluate the quality of teaching and learning. With this in mind, an evaluation approach using data mining based on wireless networks is proposed in this paper. In the educational work of universities, data mining helps to assist universities to improve management efficiency and teaching effectiveness in managing students by mining and analyzing large-scale educational data. In order to improve their teaching management, this paper uses the Apriori method among correlation rule mining methods. The algorithm is improved in terms of time efficiency, and then the improved algorithm is used to mine and analyze the impact of teachers' age, title, educational background, and student performance on teaching quality evaluation. The results of the exploration showed that, through the mining algorithm, it was found that the student's evaluation was proportional to the student's performance. For example, the average grade was excellent, and most evaluation grades were excellent. Its support level was 26% and its confidence level was 62.5%, indicating that more than half of the students met its characteristics. Monitoring and guiding instructional management require student performance evaluation. Traditional evaluation and analysis methods based on absolute scores, on the other hand, have certain flaws and are unable to fully reflect the information contained in student performance, thus limiting the impact of student performance evaluation on teaching and learning management. Data mining is regarded as the backbone technology for future information processing, and it introduces a new concept to the way humans use data. Schools must analyse and evaluate the performance of students in the same grade level and secondary school in a timely and staged manner. Clustering is a type of data mining that uses similarity rules to classify sample data into groups with a high degree of similarity. To address the difficulties caused by the wide variation in course difficulty in student performance evaluation, a method based on the K-means clustering algorithm is proposed. The K-means algorithm and the improved K-means algorithm with student information are investigated. The test results showed that the K-means clustering algorithm, the improved algorithm in this paper, and the fast global mean clustering algorithm all cluster the same randomly generated data set with noisy points, but the clustering time of the algorithm in this paper is only 0.04, which has obvious advantages. As a result, the clustering algorithm-based higher education management and student performance evaluation mechanism provides some insights for future research on student learning patterns. Through an in-depth study and analysis of the integration of media literacy with distance education management using the DNN algorithm in the context of participatory culture, and the design of a distance education management system for application in actual teaching, the word embedding model is used to embed the ratings and tags, respectively; then, the self-encoder is used to extract textual features for item tags, while DNN is used to extract features for user tagging behaviors; finally, the fully connected neural network is used to predict ratings for the fused user and item features. Covid-19 pandemic has ushered in a new school and academic year for students in a distance learning regime. This new daily routine was unprecedented and undoubtedly unusual, especially for the younger ones. At this point and at these ages, the risk of cyber fraud is even greater. The transition from the physical environment to the Internet took place quickly without the appropriate time to control potential risks and the proper information and training of teachers and students. Some common threats that need to be addressed to protect learners and their data when using e-learning methods are malicious remote access, malware, phishing, cyber fraud, etc. Considering the above situation, this work presents an innovative cyber risk recommendation system for digital education management platforms. The system in question is a distributed two-stage algorithm based on game theory and machine learning, which is trained by the constant change in the choice of recommendations by users to maximize security. We examine the algorithm's ability to simulate a user system in which everyone independently selects a user recommendation, assesses the environment and the implications of this choice, and then concludes whether it will continue to have that recommendation fixed. The methodology with which we have represented the digital e-learning system has been done with an approach that directly corresponds with their general view as a cyber-physical-social system. We consider the digital school as an environment that brings limitations, leading us to a pretty demanding personalization problem. Users coexist in this environment, in which everyone acts voluntarily but influences and is influenced by the surrounding environment. The intelligent programming analysis system based on Internet has attracted more and more attention in the field of education management. The problem of how to flexibly master the application capabilities of intelligent programming and development tools, debugging and optimizing programs, and project deployment is becoming more and more serious. Based on the intelligent programming analysis method, this paper systematically introduces the research and design process of education management model and designs modules such as distributed parallel PhpDig, information analyzer, and information resource database. The system adopts client/middleware/server (C/M/S) three-tier architecture planning and design. The server-side carries the resource manager, the middleware carries the intelligent work tasks (information analyzer, resource collection agent), and the client implements user interaction and data representation solves the storage load problem of a large amount of data. This paper studies association rule mining and decision tree algorithm, focusing on the extended research of association rule mining, including the number of generated rules, mining association rules of long itemsets with low support, attribute selection criteria and multivalue attributes in decision tree algorithm. This paper conducts in-depth research and analysis on the design and optimization of the mental health education consultation management system using the association rule decision tree algorithm. This paper analyzes the meaning of parameters under the support-confidence-interest model, and uses regression method to design equations between the number of rules and parameters. We use the multiple correlation coefficient to test the fitting effect of the equation, and use the significance test to verify whether the coefficient of the parameter is significantly zero. The experimental results show that the model proposed in this paper can excavate the dialectical combination of multiple factors. By comparing with the existing algorithms, the classification effect of the proposed algorithm is verified. It is proposed to construct a nursing education management model based on small data to provide ideas and references for nursing education management to effectively predict the evolutionary trend of students' behaviour and improve the level of accurate services. Based on data mining technology, this paper applies a combination of theoretical and practical approaches to systematically describe the background and basic concepts related to the generation of data mining-related technologies. In order to improve the low efficiency of higher education management and the unequal distribution of curriculum resources, facing the actual situation of higher education management, a higher education management system based on data mining technology is constructed and optimized. Using the correlation between MVC components of higher education management platform and the support of data mining technology, this paper constructs the MVC model 2 framework of higher education management platform which is a powerful framework used for developing large-scale projects with ease. We collect the data structure in the database, extract the evaluation indicators of higher education management system, separate the display results and business logic, and improve code reusability. We adopt data input, curriculum management, curriculum scheduling, teacher scheduling, and system maintenance and help to form and optimize the higher education management system. The experimental results show that the constructed and optimized higher education management system can maintain good scheduling performance and provide better teaching services for teachers and students. With the rapid development of information technology, the integration of multimedia technology and traditional institutional systems is increasing.
