In the paper, the subjective evaluation experiments are carried out to find out that the single evaluation index affects the object detection probability of the fusion image. Considering the effects of the neighbors' evaluation results on current the subjective evaluation, we present higher-order fusion images comprehensive quality evaluation models of different scenarios for the object detection based on the subspace identification method. Data analyzing and processing are carried out, and satisfactory experimental results and teaching effectiveness are obtained. In addition the experiments provide the theoretical foundation and experiment evidence for comprehensive quality of color fusion images of on the detection probability of the object. An experimental system is designed and developed/test the thrust characteristics of the propeller of a multirotor aircraft. A remote control simulated by a C8051F120 MCU gives PPM signal to drive and control the propeller system，and then the thrust signal collected by a cantilever force cell by means of a set of mechanism like a lever is sent by serial communication to a PC monitor system for display，store，analysis and treatment. The monitor system on PC ，which provides plenty of such functions as data analysis，display and logging，may manipulate the operation of the field MCU according to the instruction of user，set parameters to the MCU，and real-time deal the data received. The system could be used for the analysis of dynamical and steady behavior， modelling and control system design of the small or micro propeller propulsion system，and act as a teaching platform for setting up the general and distinct experiments for the measurement and control specialty students，or as an experimental system for design of a rotorcraft. By analyzing the key elements of large-scale instrument platforms of well-known Chinese and foreign agriculture-related universities, such as the University of California, Davis and China Agricultural University such as major goal of building instrument platform, resource allocation, mode of operation, team building and other more, it discovers that foreign universities focus on large-scale instrument platform resource configuration and build professional and technical management team. They not only play instruments in the pursuit of efficiency but also strive to provide high-quality technical support and services. The platforms support capabilities promote the sustainable development of the universities. The paper proposed to learn advanced experiences of building instrument platform of the foreign universities. The Chinese university should transform the main development model of the hardware expansion of the platform into enhancing the core competitiveness of the scientific connotation of development mode. It recommended to make regulations and norms of the large-scale instrument platform, reform of large instrument platform configuration mode, focus on top-level design and system configuration, construct team of platform technology and management. Visible and infrared color fusion image can help observer detect targets better, however, until recently, the studies on performance evaluation in target detection for different fusion images were very limited, especially lack of the study on the influence of target sharpness. In this paper, a psychophysical experiment was performed, and the experimental data were analyzed by regression analysis. The results showed that sharpness of the target and contrast between the target and background were key influencing factors, and the prediction model of comprehensive quality of color fusion image based on target detectability was established by linearly combining the two single quality evaluation metrics. The study lays a theoretical and experimental foundation for further achieving the objective quality assessment of the tusion image based on target detectability. [ABSTRACT FROM AUTHOR]
